I lost my car keys and unfortunately got put in the bin. All the staff were reluctant to help but sammy (who I think works in the kitchen) got on his hands and knees and helped me find them as he saw how distressed I was. What a helpful young man he needs a reward, he has a pure heart of gold! Thankyou sammy and I hope management appreciate you
For the MANAGEMENT: Guys please reorganise the place it is soo dirty at the moment i couldn’t even sit down with my kid. Lots of hair on every each corner at the babies area and also everywhere and is honestly too dirty floors are too sticky. I spent 2h no one came to clean the tables around or the waste for under the tables. It’s been 6 years then we are coming here but the place has gone down a lot. Please hover and clean the kids areas at least. Thank you.
Standards have dropped - very untidy with limited seating space which used to be one of the highlights of this place. No management of session users so it gets very overcrowded especially during school holidays. A section of seating has been cordoned off for parties which is fine but then the number of walk in visitors needs to be restricted. They need better system to manage numbers and should move to an online ticket system. Disappointing.
Very good indoor place for little kids. it does get busy from time to time but for kids I guess that is ok because they like to play and socialise at the time. it has a reasonably priced restaurant that you can sit and eat in what your kid plays indoors. plenty of outdoor and a pound area outside. great area to walk around. there is plenty of parking at very reasonable prices. Very helpful staff.
Filthy place and the female manager is extremely rude and stuck up. Clearly has no customer service skills. I would completely avoid this place if I were you. Definitely would never return. A’s Nursery and play centre up the road is far cleaner, has a great management and they’re always cleaning! They also have amazing Costa coffee, delicious Everytime.
Decent soft play venue. My daughter certainly loves it. Not too mobbed. Bit dubious about some adults eating chips and pizza at 10am on a Sunday morning but each to their own.
Great soft play and kept both 10 year old and baby entertained for 2 hours! Separate baby/toddler area but older kids do also use as well. Food available and prices reasonable. Previous reviews about cleanliness are incredibly harsh when you take into account that there's so many kids running around! The majority of the issue would be solved if parents/guardians did the decent thing and tidied their own rubbish away, watched many people just leave their rubbish on their table! Equipment clean, plenty to do and a car park! (Although you do need to pay to park but £2.40 for 2 hours isn't bad!)
Very nice soft player, my son enjoy going there all the time! They have place to make your party there! The have a cafe in side too, you can by lunch and good food for the kids! You pay for 2 hours and is guaranteed is 2 hours of fun! Have place separated for the baby’s and toddlers play and young kids! Parents can play together with your children, the big slide is really nice for that!

I want to first give thanks to my good friend Tashfia for recommending me this place. She's good ya know! Just came off from a classic, tidying eyebrow thread and the ladies, as always, did not disappoint. Always up for a lovely chat and they do give great self-care beauty tips to someone who isn't so good (i.e. me). I have also done with them a stress-relax massage and haircuts (straight cuts and layering) and as far as I'm concerned, they are clearly trained well and know what they are doing. Bravo and keep up the good work. Now a quick word to the extremely negative reviewers: I am sorry you've all had a bad experience from the salon (expense, scars, poor results) but if you are going to give them a review, do watch your tone and language in what you write. I was speaking to one staff member, who seemed very upset, and she told me that one review was so hard to take in, she even considered quitting the salon and her dreams in the beauty business. If you think social media is bad enough, this is just as damaging to our psychology as someone getting a mere angry look on the face post-service. BE KIND ALWAYS <3
Had blow dry. The end result was absolutely terrible and she didn't even offer to give reduction. I asked for curly she made it all straight. Does not understand English. She just stuck oil on it made it look stuck to my head. It looked like grease. She has no idea how to wash hair let alone a blo dry. No idea about products to protect hair from heat. In fact just like a 1st timer junior stylist. Finished result was horrible. Useless. I will request refund. I will advise people not to go there unless they employ a fully experienced qualified stylist.
My partner and I visited the Barkingside branch as we had pre booked our appointments for a full back wax (for my husband) and manicure and pedicure for myself. The lady that did my nails (fingers and toes) said to me do you want a gel polish to which I replied yes. All she did was file my fingernails and toenails and painted them, cut the cuticles on my fingernails and added oil at the end to both my fingernails and toenails. At no point was there a wash or soak of my hands or feet, any hard skin removed from my feet, massage or creams applied. This is no way a proper or professional manicure or pedicure and I have had many so I know what to expect. My husbands back was still so hairy when we got home, I have had to go and buy wax strips and take off with said strips and a razor which the alleged beautician failed to do. I questioned the extortionate price at the end as it’s not what I was quoted when I booked via Treatwell - neither of us received the services that we paid for. I am utterly disgusted. The managers attitude is terrible and does not care at all about ripping people off. Giving a one star as I have to give something otherwise it would warrant a zero stars. Worst salon I’ve ever visited.
I went in an eyebrow, upper lip and chin wax and came out with scars and injuries that hurt so badly. Even after going back to show what was done to my face, all the stylist could do was make excuses for the horrible service with a smile on her face. She did not even have the decency to offer a refund, not like that would even do anything to alleviate the pain. How can a business act so callous after such a horrible service that ended in injuries to my face?? Please be very careful if you are going to this business. See the pictures posted for proof - that was after 3 days and me using a healing ointment.
Terrible experience!! avoid this salon at all costs! I went in for a wash, cut, and blow-dry, which was clearly advertised as £35, but they overcharged me, charging £60 just for adding layers, with no clear pricing. My mum was also overcharged, bringing our total to £115, even though their sign said otherwise. The haircut itself was awful, uneven, choppy, and nothing like what I asked for. The “stylist”was rough while washing my hair, getting water all over my ears and face, and didn’t even bother to use heat protection before blow drying. My mum was left waiting for over half an hour with wet hair while she finished my hair, which is completely unprofessional. After leaving and seeing the haircut properly, I realized how badly done it was. When I went back to ask for a refund due to the poor service and overcharging, the staff were careless and dismissive, speaking to me as if I was blind and couldn’t see how badly my hair had been cut. She carelessly refused to give my refund back and clearly doesn’t care about consumer rights. This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and does not care about customer service.
I've been going to Naina Beauty Salon for a while now, and Parminder is absolutely amazing! She always does a fantastic job with my waxing and eyebrows ; precise, gentle, and professional every single time. She makes sure I'm comfortable and takes the time to listen to exactly what I want. My eyebrows have never looked better! I really appreciate her attention to detail and friendly attitude. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone skilled and reliable. ❤️
Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I recently visited this salon for a simple hair trim, but it was a very disappointing experience. The staff seemed unskilled and poorly trained. While washing my hair, water kept pouring onto my face, making it very uncomfortable. The haircut itself was not done properly, and I left feeling unsatisfied. On top of that, the service was overpriced for the quality provided. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for professional hair services.
Don’t go here, it’s a scam. There is no pricing listed anywhere and the manager does not know how to remove hair. I had to go back and ask for my hair to be removed again on the same day. Furthermore, I was cut which is not acceptable at all especially if your entire job is to remove hair.
