A beautifully kept and manicured memorial to all those Canadians lost in battle at Juno Beach. A bit of a drive in the countryside but worth it.
You will be lost for words, filled with respect and humbled by this beautifully kept cemetery for the Canadians that sacrificed everything for our freedom. If you only visit one Normandy memorial, Canadian or not, go here.
Well laid out and kept cemetery. Good views from tower and very poignant seeing the details with their ages and regiments etc. Lovely setting. Over 2000 Canadian graves from D-Day and the battle of Normandy.
Over 2,000 of the best blood of Canada lie here. They all died in the early phase of the Normandy Campaign, in various locations throughout the region. They eventually were all brought to be interred into this sacred ground, one of two major Canadian Cemeteries in Normandy. This is a wonderful place for reflection and to honour those who paid the ultimate price for the freedom we enjoy today. That freedom, as made obvious by the sheer number of markers in this, and countless other similar cemeteries, is never free.
One of the most beautiful cemeteries in Normandy with a leading role for planted areas. Anyone interested in the Second World War should visit this fantastic cemetery.
Beautiful, somber, and moving. Thank you to all who are responsible for the upkeep of this cemetery. Lest we forget.
Visited in February 2025, my grandfather Is buried here after being killed July 12, 1944. There were two lively maintenance people working on the landscaping, which was impeccable. Very moving.
It is without doubt one of the finest cemetaries in the whole of Normandy, the American Cemetary has its grandure and its scale of 9,000+ graves, which does take your breath away. But Beny-Sur-Mer has a unique feel, even more unique as a Canadian. My journey was to honour two Canadian brothers who stood on this land to liberate her, they trudge the fields around here and made sacrifices few have to make. Their comrades are buried here, men they maybe knew, or trained with or served with over the years as soldiers. It was a humbling place to start my journey on that first day, just down the road in Beny-Sur-Mer Edward one of the soldiers who's journey I was honouring, served in the very village on the evening of D-Day 6th June 1944. Then further afield in Basly he served in the Aid Station set up in the church in the centre of Basly, what went through my mind stood here was these men, these brave souls laying here could have been touched by Edwards hands in an attempt to preserve their life. Edward was a Medic with the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corp 23rd Field Ambulance Unit, a man who would have been under fire giving aid and comfort to his fellow man. How many of these brave souls did he comfort in their time of need. When you visit here please remember them, look at the images posted and remember brave men like Sergeant G Leveridge who left a wife and daughter back in Canada and would never see them grow. This is a very solumn beautiful and peaceful setting, it is one place I visit time and again, stunning. Lest We Forget - Thank you to those who make this cemetary and all the other cemetaries look stunning.

It was awesome! The staff was lovely and helpful. The premises were great, the equipment in perfect shape, and the whole thing was so much fun! Highly recommend it.
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful and well maintained trail. We chose the red program and that turned out to be quite challenging. The red course in particular is a physical challenge, even for those who have already done it. The death rides are ok and long but not very spectacular. The final jump of 12m high was a nice apotheosis. Security is optimal via the locked double closure and in principle cannot go wrong.
(Translated by Google) Very nice treetop adventure course, for children (from 4 years old) and adults. I still have the red course to test but the green+ is already interesting. The forest is very pleasant. The different young people (girls and boys) of the team seen during our two visits are very pleasant, smiling and available. The equipment and the courses seem to be of good quality so we feel safe.
(Translated by Google) Very well received, the red course is really hot on a very pleasant site high up in the trees, there is a river below....Zip lines everywhere and magnificent trees. The young man who welcomed us was always there when needed, considerate, attentive, super discreet. A great afternoon.
(Translated by Google) We loved doing the yellow, green and green course + next time we'll try the red. The aches are proof that it works all the muscles. Multitudes of zip lines, difficulties to overcome. In short, we loved it!!
(Translated by Google) Great treetop adventure course that we come to regularly as a family. BE CAREFUL, however, if you come with children. During the big zip lines it is quite unpleasant to be chased and bitten by the boss's dog. Especially when several people go before us and are also bitten in front of the manager who did nothing to prevent this. And even more unpleasant when we reported this mishap to the manager, she at first did not believe us, then without any excuse simply replied that it was not serious since the dog was vaccinated against rabies …So pay attention to your calves!!
(Translated by Google) Good site for children and adults, plan for 1 adult per child because the children have to manage the two carabiners alone. We came in the morning: there were only two families and we received a discount of €5 per person.
(Translated by Google) This park is perfect for spending an afternoon, the trails are quite long, with a zip line track which has two 200 meter zip lines. The members are very welcoming, with a very playful dog also very welcoming.
