Absolutely amazing experience. We booked a sabrage-class not knowing what we’d walk into… We arrived a solid 30 minutes in advance but were greeted by the loveliest and most welcoming host you’ll ever meet; Paulina made us feel right at home with an effortless switch between English - French and the funniest humour. She proceeded to walk us through their champagnes and had us taste different ones as well. She professionally answered all of our questions. She never lost an ounce of credibility as a hostess and a true champagne-connoisseur. We were given a choice on what bottle we wanted to sabre. Upon doing so, she brought us outside to practise on empty bottles. She meticulously walked us through the process as she built up our confidence with her always so encouraging approach. After a few tries, she had us sabre our bottle and offered us a spot in the shade to enjoy what was the absolute highlight event of our three-day-trip to the Champagne region. I simply cannot emphasise more how amazingly Paulina contributed to what, as said above, was the best activity of our trip. Forget about visiting the huge houses. Invest socially and economically in houses like these. They offer an individual and truly magical experience you simply cannot find anywhere else.
A fantastic visit today along with a group of friends to Cuillier. Paulina was happy to answer our many questions and explain the history of the vineyard and the tastings. A lovely garden to sit and enjoy tastings in the sunshine!
Very nice welcome with a very friendly Host (Paulina). The visit, tasting and the sabrage were a very nice experience. We loved this visit, the nice moment with the host and recommend the workshop of the sabrage of champagne. Fun guaranteed! Thank you to Pauline and the team of Cuiller.
A very interesting, educational and enjoyable tour/degustation. Delicious champagnes. Highly recommend.
This was the highlight of our trip. The hostess was friendly and funny. The tasting was delicious and the learn to sabre workshop was great!
I had a wonderful time at the vine house. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable, and they explained a lot about how they grow their wines. The tasting was the best part, as we got to sample some delicious wines. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves wine or wants to learn more about it.
Lovely place for some champagne tasting very individual.
The host was very warm and welcoming on their nice location. We brought our two-years old son with us, who had an off-day an the host did everything they could to accommodate us! The tasting was a good learning experience and very informative and the champagne speaks for itself.
