Great online shop selling Chillis, Spices and Indian/Mexican spice kits. Update August 2023: Wonderful BBQ evening in the garden, superb food (Iain for the BBQ, Adele for the salads etc), great company, good value, highly recommended.
Fabulous Mexican food prepared for a large Christmas Party at our house. Went down very well with our guests. Thank you Adele, for your professionalism and the fantastic service provided.
I recently did the Mexican Cookery and Indian Street Food classes. Both were first class. Adele is a great teacher and really knows her subject. We were encouraged to prepare and cook the food which all tasted delicious. Looking forward to trying it myself at home. I'll be back next year for the BBQ class
Excellent Indian cookery course! A really lovely day with excellent food, detailed explanations of spices and recipes, and a fantastic meal at thé end! I highly recommend, Thanks you Adele ☺️😋
Another great class today. Indian street food today - tasty, fresh and full of aromatics. Yummy food! I love doing these classes - such good fun and you get to meet some lovely people. Thank you Adele, for a lovely day.
Wonderful authentic selection of chillies, spices and ready-made spice mixes. Have ordered several times and products always arrive on time, well packaged and perfect condition. My 'Go To' spice supplier. Just wish I lived closer so I could attend all of their special events.. I'll definitely get there one day that's for sure.
Friendly helpful service selling great spices, spice blends, chutneys, sauces etc and Adele has written a nice easy to follow Indian cook book. All products at very fair prices.
A brilliant morning in Adele's lovely kitchen. It was great fun and I now have more confidence in cooking with spices. And I came away with all sorts of ideas. Highly recommended. Thank you Adele.

Specialists of the incomparable Mourvèdre variety, Pierre Fil is one to visit. The lovely Annabelle guided us through their top-notch array of bottles, from the moreish aperitif "Wi-Fil" to the prestigious "M" bottling. All delicious, and well worth the time. Took a case home and already cracked open by dinner-time!
DOMAINE was recommended by someone of Aurbere La Croisade (nice for dinner). Great hint. That type of wine we like. Caused by some trouble to call them (on web they ask to call before visiting them) we just went there and got chance to taste the wines.
(Translated by Google) We wanted to know the Minervois wines and given the reviews left by the various visitors, we decided to visit this estate. Warmly welcomed, we were given a tour of the winemaking vats and the cellar with explanations on the production of the estate's different wines. We feel a shared pleasure within this family farm which produces high quality wines at reasonable prices. We left with a few bottles which we was quick to share with connoisseurs.

We had the pleasure of visiting Domaine Pierre FIL with Jérôme, the owner, who shared his passion with us during an enriching tour followed by a tasting of his wines! Real gems! A warm welcome, high-quality wines, and fascinating discussions. We highly recommend it to both wine lovers and professionals. A must-see if you're in the region! "Le Dolium" remains my favorite, but there's something for everyone. Don't miss it. (Original) Excellent accueil... Alors que les portes étaient fermées, quelqu'un est venu ouvrir, nous a fait déguster et bien sûr nous avons craqué..... ''Le Dolium'' reste mon préféré mais il y en à pour tous les goûts Ne pas rater

Our favorites were Dolium and Filosofia. Be sure to drive by. (Original) Ein kleines Weingut, dass wir auf Empfehlung entdeckt haben.
