We had an absolutely wonderful tour led by Liam. Our family of four included a musician. And we love music and casual settings. So Liam put together something he called a back door tour of Ireland. We got to see many many highlights and also lots of very cool pubs and were exposed to great Irish music. Lots of wonderful hikes and my musician son had an opportunity to play in a pub with Irish musicians and busk on the streets in an Irish music festival. I highly highly recommend him for an inside tour of the true Ireland.
Liam Bourke is the best private tour guide in all of Ireland (and the world)! Liam Bourke is a pro - he has spoiled me for any other private tour guide. He started out by talking with us for an hour prior to our trip to understand what we wanted to get out of our vacation. He followed up quickly with an amazing itinerary and we were hooked. Unbelievably, the trip was 1000 times more magical than our itinerary because as Liam got to know us, he continued to add more and more amazing experiences. We did everything from horseback riding to hiking to driving to out-of-the-way (and staggeringly beautiful) places. A few other things that make Liam great include: 1) Great sense of humor - always fun and funny. 2) Knowledgeable about Ireland, Irish folklore and history - and his stories and factoids are always interesting. 3) He's energetic and gives 100% the entire time you're with him. 4) He knows the best hotels, pubs, restaurants and shops. He knows everything there is to know about Ireland. Liam delivered an unforgettable, trip-of-a-lifetime.
Liam is the very best guide, whether on horseback, in a car or whatever your mode of transport. He knows the best places to see and is the most fun! Spend a day, a week,or my choice would be a month exploring the beautiful and magical Emerald Isle☘️
Myself and the family went on a day tour to the Ring of Kerry with Liam. It was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland! I would highly recommend Liam to anyone touring that beautiful country! Next time we come back to Ireland we will definitely be looking Liam up again! McCabe family, Boston
Liam was one fantastic guide. So incredibly knowledgeable especially with history and cultures. He toured us for 9 wonderful days; off the beaten path when needed. Away from the tourist crowds. And just a pleasure to ride with. I can't recommend Liam enough. He is everything you look for in a private guide.
Liam is a professional with remarkable ability to quickly connect with my family and provide a customized experience that matched our preferences. We were a family of five with three sons (11, 13, and 17), so this was not an easy task. It was great to spend two weeks with a true Irish gentlemen who is always conscientious of his clients and his country. We will not forget Liam Bourke.
Last week a few friends and I went out with Liam to ballina/killaloe for a day trip. The horse riding at Lough Derg Equestrian Centre was the best as I hadn't been for years, Liam also brought us out to two mile gate where the views were fab (jet skis needed for next time), had a lovely meal (which he recommended) to end a great day. Liam entertained us with his fun facts as well as bringing us to the hidden gems, he even managed to get us nice weather too. Highly recommended.
Brillant day out at the Irish National Stud. St Bridgets Catherdral & Round Tower. Liam’s knowledge of the horse industry is awesome. Loved every minute of my trip. Highly recommended.
