My husband and I had the privilege of being transported by three amazing drivers, who were thoroughly knowledgeable, excellent in English, and delightful to be with. They each were expert in the history of our scheduled stops. We could not have been happier with Tristan in Normandy, Beatrice in Mont Saint-Michel, and Arthur in Etretat. They were wonderful, and we're very thankful to have met them and spend the day with them.

We had a full day tour of Normandy and the beaches with our guide, Tristan Pollet. Our day was beyond expectations! Tristan’s knowledge and passion regarding the region, heritage and history was impressive and much appreciated. He is also fluent in English, which made our day even more pleasurable, since we do not speak any French (sorry!). Thank you for making our stay in Normandy extra special and a place that we’d like to come back to explore further, especially after our day with Tristan!

We had an incredible two day tour with Jean Jacques from Label West. His knowledge of the history of the region was impressive. He was so informative about all aspects of D-Day and it was interesting to hear about all the Countries involved and to hear it from the French perspective. He did a great job of sharing his knowledge at each site and then let us explore on our own-it's obviously an emotional experience and he was very respectful and sensitive to that. He is well informed and passionate about all things related to D-Day but he also gave lots of information on Bayeux, Caen, and other regions of France. In regards to logistics, it is worth it for have a driver who knows the area so well, he took all the worry and the wasted time away from trying to find places on our own. He was prompt and attentive throughout the day and we never felt rushed, he even stopped at a grocery store to let us use an ATM! He was very sensitive and accommodating to all our needs and we appreciated that. There is so much more to see and we will be back in March of 2024 and will definitely book with Jean Jacques at Label West.

On a recent cruise we stopped in Cherbourg. As Americans having heard so much about D-Day and the tragedies of the war, we couldn't miss an opportunity to visit Normandy. We had signed up for a small group tour with Label West. Sophie was our guide. She was prompt meeting us at the cruise terminal. While our day was rainy and cold, we had a great time visiting the beaches, cemetery, and outlying areas. It was a truly memorable experience and Sophie made it that more special for us.

Superb service from start to finish. The vehicle was pristine and our driver super friendly. Nothing was too much for them and they really know their stuff. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent services provided by Label West for our trip in Touraine - Loire Valley.
