Fort Smith National Historic Site is absolutely worth the short detour off the interstate! The staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, happy to answer questions and share the unique history of the site. The grounds are beautifully maintained and make for a peaceful walk through a place filled with stories from the past. From the old jail and courtroom to Judge Parker’s historic courtroom, the site gives a powerful glimpse into law and order on the western frontier. There are some really cool artifacts on display, and the museum is well laid out and easy to explore. It’s amazing how much history is packed into this site — everything from the Trail of Tears to frontier justice. Definitely set aside at least an hour to take it all in. Whether you’re a history buff or just passing through, this site is a hidden gem and well worth the visit!
This is the third time in Fort Smith and I was able to finally visit the historic site before it closed. There is plenty of parking, and it was a nice break from the heat. They have an orientation video and two floors to walk through. It gives a nice history of the area and glad to see it staffed by National Park employees. The riverwalk is also not far at all. The grounds outside are spacious and beautiful. Historic plaques with descriptions are scattered around.
We visited Fort Smith National Historic Site on a slow Monday, which made for a very peaceful experience. The history here is fascinating, from the courtroom of Judge Parker to the stories of the Three Guardsmen and the infamous outlaws. The site is well-preserved, and the exhibits really bring the Old West to life. If you’re traveling in an RV, there’s parking available just outside the 3rd Street lot in a dirt area next to the big brick. Our 43’ rig fit comfortably, which was a huge relief. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s easy to spend a few hours exploring the buildings and learning about this unique part of frontier history. Highly recommend a stop here if you’re passing through Arkansas!
Due to the government shutdown, we could only tour the outside site. It’s was interesting. Obviously the outside is free. There are interesting informative posts along the grounds. You can still peek between the fence to see the gallows (which are locked due to the shutdown).
Well, I can honestly say that when I walked into this National Park, I had no idea what this Fort was. I'm so glad I came here! Passport cancelation stamps are to the left as you walk into the vistor center. Total of three passport cancelation stamps here. Make sure you watch the 15-minute movie on the history of Fort Smith.
Awesome place. Totally free and I learned a lot of new things. The history was pretty cool, they have a whole historical courthouse and even a jail! Plus some things outdoors. Definitely recommend to visit, even if it's gonna be short. You end up spending some good time there though if you actually look at everything.
#POTA, parks on the air, amateur radio Great historic location for amateur radio. Set up in parking lots or on the spacious grounds during non-peak attendance times. 24-hour access. Take bug spray!
I had such a great experience at this national historic site. The front-desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, giving us detailed tips about the best trails to check out and how to access them. The museum itself was really well designed, with plenty of interesting information that was easy to take in, and the grounds offered lots of space to wander with helpful signs explaining each structure. The fact that both the museum and the grounds are completely free made it an even better stop, especially for a spontaneous, last-minute adventure. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, old cemetary in the industrial area of Ft Smith. It's quite large with many fields and memorials. Public restrooms and benches are available. There is a visitors center and a computer to research names and plots numbers, but it was broken when we stopped by. They did have a website provided, though. Well kept, clean, and every grave had a flag placed on it for Memorial Day, which was very special.
This Veterans Memorial Cemetery is a beautiful place of great honor. It is maintained so well.
Such an amazing trip through history just reading the headstones
A beautiful tribute to all that have served this country. I was honored to be among heroes.
Everybody that visits the area, must walk or drive through this garden of stones. Very humbling, veterans buried and there wives after, sometimes before. Not next one another but at least in spirit, sharing hallowed ground. A true reason to reflect on what these people sacrificed for our country. From the ones that fought during the Civil war, too the ones that fought overseas . Also the ones that fought the wars on the home front in the factories and homes.
So well kept uniform in every direction. Highest level services.
My first time here. Very nice cemetery! We will miss you Elmer Reed.
Super clean, fresh cut grass and looks amazing.

It's a nice place to kill an afternoon. They had a lot of history and antiques on display, and I found it very interesting. A very kid friendly place. They had several activities that kids could interact with. The custodians were very friendly and knowledgeable. It did cost to enter but worth it.
Had a great time. They had some very interesting display about the local history. The young lady working there (she was doing everything) was super helpful and very nice.
A very interesting museum to visit. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. So much history and artifacts to see and learn about. We would recommend others to this museum.
Great museum in downtown Fort Smith with some fascinating artifacts and displays that really tell the story of our city and some of our famous residents that have shaped our community. I highly recommend visiting and spending at least a couple of hours to fully gain an appreciation for this treasure of a museum.
We came from Texas specifically to learn more about history but when we tried to ask about something the staff in the front continued their conversation about someone balding completely disregarding us. The items there were cool and we loved the kid friendly activities just wished it was a little more welcoming. As other reviews stated it’s kind of random and not too much about Native Americans or trail of tears
This museum does a good job showcasing artifacts about how the city changed and evolved in the late 19th and early 20th century. The exhibits could be a little more cohesive, as they sometimes seem unrelated and jumbled. Still a great overall learning experience.
Nice museum and people at the front desk were busy but nice. Unfortunately no tap and pay but that was fine.
3 young lads in a golf cart pulled up asking cop questions working maintenance for the park. As an American-Korean-Texan-Veteran USA Coastguard 1988 Honorable visiting Arkansas for the many museums & Clinton library with my elderly mother. Those youngsters on the clock sit on their butts in that golf cart when they can be getting the dingy sidewalks power washed clean. Easy money!

Really cool place with very friendly staff. There are lots of different old trains to look at outside. My son is obsessed with trains, so it was a great time for him. One of the staff members even let him look at the trolleys that were under maintenance in the garage. The trolley ride itself was also very nice. Also, the cats are super sweet and friendly! This is a great place to check out especially if you have a little one who loves trains and/or trolleys!
I only drove passed on Garland. Looks like a cool place for those more interested in trains.
I was raining and trolley was being fixed. The man that was there showed us everything. We also petted the cats. It was good we have to go back so we can ride the trolley and pet more cats. Thank you very much 💗 😊 ☺️
The conductor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about his collection and the trains and teams. There was plenty of cute kitty cats, most of them would come up and “demand” pets. The conductor explained to us that most of the cats were either rescues or simply strays. The tram ride was interesting. The tram is very old (early 1900s) and in some spots it felt like it might derail, but it was still quite fun and the conductor was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about the tram, the rails we were on and some of the nearby historic buildings.
I wasn't sure if this is open or not and what the deal is, but I arrived at a quiet time. One of the "conductors" gave me a nice tour of the museum and the repair shop which was pretty awesome to see one of the trolleys being restored. Yes, the place smells like cat pee but they have a lot of cats here and I think that's okay. And then the trolley came back to the station where I boarded, paid my "fare" and had a nice little ride around some of downtown Fort Smith. It's pretty cool and the trolley driver pointed out a few of the sites as he dinged the bell and crossed a few streets in a completely safe manner. This was pretty awesome and as a "big kid", I loved it! This was a fun time and I'm really pleased to have found this little spot.
The man pulled the trolley out just for us! Much appreciated! AND he let me drive it down the alley way! SO FUN!! 😁 my only comments are that the museum does not smell very good unfortunately, but the watercolor art in there is BEAUTIFUL!!! had a good time! :)
Came in town at 3:45pm as a pit stop for a long road trip. Called the trolley place because the place itself wasn’t obvious. I said we wanted to ride the trolley - we were within eye sight of the sign once we realized. When I got there, he said his train conductor left and doesn’t know when or if he’ll be back before closing at 5. Didn’t seem concerned about having business. The 3 kids under 7 (and myself) were pretty excited to ride a trolley but were quickly deflated. Fort smith nearby was kind of cool. Not the best for little kids but very interesting alternative.
This was my first visit to Ft. Smith and to the Trolley Museum for the fall tractor show...while intrigued to see the trolley barn and items outside, there was not much of a museum feel. It was more like a cat rescue that was situated in an old trolley/rail yard. The trolley ride was neat, tho beware the windows if you open them...little fingers could get easily smooshed as they fall down randomly. The squeaking of the trolley on the tracks also had grown adults covering their ears, so hopefully they can get the cars lubed up soon. Most dismaying however, was walking into the gift shop building and the overwhelming smell of cat urine and fecal matter...and not only the smell, but seeing it there all over the floor (on a big day for the museum, no less!) Going back I see many similar reviews/comments which have noted the same problem over the years, so anyone with cat or animal allergies please beware.

Its was rainy and over Cast! We had fun though and literally the life guards were all very alert and on point . We had a blast just playing ! It was a good time !!!
We took the whole family and arrived shortly after opening. It was the best time to go as the park was not crowded. At about 1pm, it really picked up, and there were a lot of people. It is a great park and family friendly. The lifeguards were vigilant and provided a sense of safety.
Me and my kids and family enjoy this swim park so much it's the best one that's closer to where we live by fortsmith arkansas. They are also enlarging it to make it more fun
The only thing I can say here is that the employees here are not very attentive, lines are very long for customer desk I feel like there's not many of them that know what's going on but the park itself is awesome, food is good, everything smells clean, the pools are clean, we have season passes and we love it Everytime we go.
It's nice for what it is. Food prices weren't too awful and everyone was friendly. My son loved it and had such a good time on everything. I really enjoyed the lazy river and it was nice to have a locker. Entrance price is a bit high for what they offer but we still had a great time
This is a very nice water park for the area. The attractions were great and well maintained and my family enjoyed the small child area with my son.
We took 3 boys to Parrot Island for some weekend fun and we all had a blast. We all enjoyed the lazy river, the beach and a very large play area with sprinklers and slides for the smaller boys. Me and my 7 year old son raced down the different waterslidez they had available for bigger kids and adults. There was basketball hoops in a pool area along with swimming area. the concession stand had plenty of food to cover my picky eaters and several drinks to choose from. It was overall a great time for the family and we plan to go back soon.
This was our 1st time. We drove 2 hours and 35 minutes to get there, but we were not disappointed. We really enjoyed ourselves. Got some sun and had some fun! 1 of my favorite things was the lazy river. Our 2 year old really enjoyed the toddler area. Our girls got on all 5 of the big slides several times. If you haven't been you should go!

What a great piece of Elvis history during his short stay at Fort Chaffer. Any Elvis fan would appreciate visiting here. Cassie was very accommodating and really has a passion for preserving and sharing history. The museum is undergoing an extensive renovation and is temporarily closed but if you call ahead they will make arrangements to accommodate you.
What a top notch museum. Artistic presentation with interesting history and artifacts. Ann gave us fabulous tour. A fantastic stop, thank you.
Great, quick stop for a history or military buff and/or Elvis fan. Lots of memorabilia about Elvis when he had his military haircut and stay at Camp Chaffee when he joined the Army. Friendly volunteer was there to share lots of info. Another room full of Chaffee and area history. Free admission . Walk across the parking lot to check out the Museum of Chaffee History too.
Definitely worth the stop. The lady gave us lots of information about this area. It’s not only where Elvis got his first haircut. It’s history about World War II as well and a POW camp for Germans.
Excellent memorabilia of both Elvis and military of the base. It was fun to see the exact barbershop where Elvis got his military haircut in 1958. The barber who cut his hair still has his name posted at his station.
If you are an Elvis fan it's a must visit. If you enjoy military history, it should be one of your stops. Small but very interesting
If your heart is set on coming here to visit, call before you come. I drove 6 hours out of my way to visit this specific museum. I am also a Barber and my shop is decorated decorated with all Elvis. So this was extra sentimental to me. I planned my vacation around this visit. I was so sad to arrive an hour before closing and no one was around. I saw a small sign in the window.
Located within the grounds of Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center, Fort Smith, AR, it previously was an active barbershop. It's also the barbershop where Elvis received his military haircut! The museum is stuffed full of military memorabilia. You can also sit and watch military and wartime movies. The staff is so friendly and accommodating.

Belle Grove is an amazing sight to see!! I for one love history and there Is no shortage of it!! I see and learn something new and amazing each and every day
I grew up in the historic district. Its has its flaws and wonderful aspects. Ill start with the good. It has beautiful houses. Be sure to check out the clayton house. Also the school house apartments are stunning. An 1800s school transformed into very nice apartments i just dont know if you can get in the building nowadays. Also be sure to check out the little theater ive heard its great. The cons. There is alot of homeless off 6th and 5th near the church and fire dept. There is a soup kitchen there which is great but sometimes it gets wild they sleep outside there year round all weather. Even though there is a salvation army 100 yards away and some streets they beg and come up to you. Its part of any larger city but very concentrated in this 3 block area. It has gotten better though when i was in school it was alot ruffer and shady in late 90s early 2000s. Progress is progress
When I went years ago, the streets were cobblestone, and the houses were pristine. Now, the road is asphalt, and a good number of homes need some upkeep.
It looks nice but maintenance is slow. There isn’t enough parking and there is no overflow parking. After the move-out inspection they said I would get most of my deposit back, but then they ghosted me and I never got any of it.
This historic district is a cornerstone of Fort Smith. Many restored homes with lots of others in the works.
If you like to learn a lil history about Fort Smith this is a great place to do just that very peaceful and serene
This is Historic part of Fort Smith. Walk ride or take the Trolley Bus. Beautiful Homes.
This is information only about one house in the district, but they have information about the whole district. They also give tours by appointment for groups.

We were able to reserve the park for our family get together. Wild Waffles catered our food! It was an awesome experience with lots of photo opportunities.
It's fun and there rides and cheap $1 per person and the train restaurant is good too I went there with my three kids and had 20 dollars to spend on food and the guy there split two orders of burgers that had everything on them with fries and a pop with free refillsand the guy had the cook split it up in the kitchen and it was really good
Unique play space close to the downtown splash pad. Great burger and fries restaurant. Not too crowded on the day we went so we took our time walking around. Great photo ops.
A fun little park with some cute photo opportunities. The people there were super nice, and the Ferris wheel only cost us $1 each. We were glad we took the time to stop in during our visit. (Photos are views from the top of the Ferris wheel)
The Farris wheel was not open, although it said it was on the web page! Splash pad was fun though.
Kids playing in the Splash Pad and adults getting cooled off in it as well especially me. Everyone and I literally mean everyone was so friendly!
First time going to the splash pad. Nice way to cool off on a hot day. Simple, yet refreshing. It's nice to find a little something to do on an evening out in town with a little one.
The park is a very small area with a merry go round, a ferris wheel, and a restaurant. There is also a newly built splash pad right behind it that is fun for all ages. There is relatively few people that go there so if you want to keep going over and over on the rides you can. The restaurant by it is also good too. The rides I believe are only 25¢ but I could be wrong. It would make a great little hang out or romantic spot 😉.

Beautiful wonderful place! We weren’t able to tour the inside without an appointment but the gardens and scenery were so worth it in themselves. A must see in Fort smith.
The Christian atmosphere is thick on this mountain top retreat center. Where all who attend can grow in an awareness of who they are as well as in the knowledge of the Good News that we have been redeemed and forgiven through Christ out of God's immeasurable generosity. The staff provided the nourishment I needed. The grounds are beautiful. There is a sense of order and harmony throughout the entire campus. I especially loved walking the beautifully kept labyrinth.
Now, I know you aren't going to claim you're Godly at all when you treat people so poorly! Next time you need maintenance repairs, perhaps don't be so unnecessarily rude to the people you needed to help you. You better BELIEVE that your God was listening to you being so rude today. Disappointed!

This is a nice, private place to reflect on our history.
Very disappointed. Was expecting an educational experience but only experienced what amounted to a neighborhood park. The photo I posted is the only plaque/sign that gives VERY limited information.
They need a bathroom. I would put a zero if possible. There are people who visit and want to be able to use the restroom without having to drive to the nearest walmart to go to the bathroom
Ignoring the history of the location, there's not really anything here beyond a short trail looping around a small field and a lone bench. As far as green spaces go, it's pleasant, but definitely toward the bottom of the list.
Pretty boring tiny little trail with a few little signs and no real structures. Why does this exist? The only redeeming quality was the calm atmosphere
Great place. Went metal detecting. Love it beautiful and peaceful
This is just a simple path through a shaded wooded area near a residential neighborhood. There were a couple of historical markers, but not much else - no restrooms, shelters or picnic facilities.
This is a small park with about an eighth of a mile path that would be good if you wanted to bring a pet for a walk with you. There are three signs showing the location for Company B, company D, and the kitchen. There is a plaque commemorating the battle, a flag pole and flag donated in 2011, and if you have your cell phone there is a telephone number to dial that provides a two or three minute description of the battle that happened here.

The lights were gorgeous but the line for the train was longer than we wanted to wait tonight.
Beautiful park! Huge and spacious with so many activities for all ages. Mini golf, kiddy park, and big kid park with new equipment. Train track all around the outside, and there's more! Bathrooms are available to the public.
It's a pretty nice park, and does have tennis and ball courts as well as several playgrounds for any age. I ended up going in order to see the Christmas lights, and it was too crowded for my taste. Some of the displays were not working, and there was no guidance on the best way to walk through it. Several people were quite rude and would run me off my path, or not pay attention when I was taking pictures. Outside of that, it was a nice spot to go.
Creekmoore is great! They have plenty of amenities with the biggest being plenty of SHADE for the hot summer months. Mini golf, snow cones, a pool, walking trails, and even a miniature train that is free to the public!
Seems like there is always some construction project going on but never to refurbish/modernize the main public restroom at the main playground area. It’s disgusting (the men’s is anyways). It’s just like an oversized Job Johnny in there. It really wouldn’t take all that much time, effort or money to drastically improve it. If our little used airport can have super nice restrooms then Creekmore should at least get decent ones.
The train and lights were awesome! And the hot chocolate was perfect! Also made my heart warm going back to the exact spot we were married 24.5 years ago!
The park is great. Newer playground area was great for all the kids
It's a good and fun park to go and play at

Wow! farmer's market in Fort Smith is amazing. Every time we go its a bliss. I get all veggies and greens which I had in my childhood here. Especially fresh, organic and no sprays. You also get farm fresh eggs, fruits, honey and other hand made goods/items. Fresh turkey berries, pennywort leaves... is it true?? Oh wow!! Love this market! Highly recommend! Don't miss it!
Updated review after stopping by on a Saturday morning: Several vendor booths were set up with numerous fruits & veggies, plants, a few baked goods, & a couple of craft booths. The difference between going on a Saturday morning & a Wednesday morning were night & day. I’ll definitely be back on a Saturday. Can’t recommend going on a Wednesday b/c there were only 2 vendors there when I stopped by on a Wednesday over the summer.
My family always enjoys going on Saturday mornings. Very reasonably priced vegetables and friendly people. Dog friendly.
This is an AUTHENTIC Farmer's Market, filled with fresh locally grown produce and baked goods. Unusual items like fresh ginger root still on the stalks, caspar eggplant, bundles of Thai basil, standards like home-grown tomatoes and sweet potatoes. So often you can see the crates the produce was shipped in...not here, this is the real deal! I'd shop here every week if I lived nearby.
We got there and found exactly what we wanted .we saw David Blair and got local honey then we got some lemonade at a cute little truck
Loved our 1st visit to the farmers market today! Picked up some fresh flowers, ginger and amazingly fragrant lemon basil to name a few items. Great people, reasonable fresh produce! We're hooked!
We L💜VE Fort Smith Farmers Market! They have great local honey & the best fresh herbs & vegetables & organic meats! Great artisan finds & one of my favorites is Newton’s Nursery! If you need beautiful Mums or plants in all seasons, you can find them there! Enjoy Local!
We stopped by in mid morning and people were already starting to pack up their items and leave. there wasn't many displays up.

I had the pleasure of spending a culturally enriching day in Fort Smith, as I reside in a neighboring town, and it was truly a delight to immerse myself in the rich heritage of the area.
Hands down the best art museum I’ve ever been to! Amazing art and nice calm atmosphere. Drove over an hour to see it and it was well worth the drive. I highly recommend seeing it if you have some free time in the area. I even bought some stunning art from their gift shop!
This is such a nice art museum! The museum features many different exhibits. I love that they feature local artists, as well. RAM is an easy to get to, much parking, and flows well as you view the fabulous art! I will continue to visit there, as well as take friends there for the amazing experience! Awesome that it is FREE admission. You can always make a donation if you like! Thank you RAM for your lovely, knowledgeable staff, and such a great experience each time I visit!
Great fun for the Ft Smith Fall Festival. Kids got goodie bags and did a scavenger hunt. The art was beautiful and some was touchable for the kids.
Great art museum to visit with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Loved seeing all the art on display. At this time there was even an exhibition on the main floor with local art you could vote on for people's choice. It was nice being part of that. Loved that they support disabled artists as well as veterans. That was very refreshing. Can't wait to go back and see the new exhibits later on as they are change out every 60 days or so.
I arrived a little before closing on a Thursday evening. The staff was really welcoming and explained they had an interactive photography exhibition with a tablet. The photos were really big, super vibrant, and breathtaking. It's one of the best photography exhibitions I've ever seen. I'd definitely recommend going soon. Then I went upstairs to a different exhibit. It was really nostalgic. Growing up in the south I can relate to seeing nature, livestock, and old equipment. There were elements of military and other cultural influences in the artwork as well. The lower level was full of student work and the porcelain gallery. It was very beautiful and meticulously crafted. Definitely a must see. I saw a lot of potential in the student work and some that were really good. The building was nice, really clean, and the restrooms were well kept. They have done a good job with the place and the art displayed.
I absolutely loved this museum. The outside was fresh and fun with beds of flowers and a few very cool sculptures. Parking was effortless, it was easy to find, and admission was free. All good things 👍😎 Inside, I was greeted warmly and given a basic rundown of the current exhibits. There are three levels total. An impressive 16,000 total square feet of indoor space. When I was there, the basement level had an impressive collection of hand made, painted porcelain scriptures from the artist Boehm. Beautiful works of art. Lots of birds. The entry level had a variety of mixed media artistic renderings of an artists representation of how the Covid pandemic affected their lives as artists. Some very powerful pieces there. Not all gloom either, despite the subject matter. Far ranging. The topmost level was a showing off an artist who had won an award of a free showing. The featured artist was Dena Creamer. Her photography was amazing. Seriously. Absolutely beautiful shots of the local area, nature captured in ways that truly move a person. I'd highly encourage you to look up some of her work. Overall, a fantastic experience. Every part of it. If you are the kind of person who genuinely loves art and art museums and you live near Fort Smith Arkansas, it's well worth a visit.
Really enjoyed the exhibits you had up.

I think we do need inside Mall and we don’t have it at about Rain and do Go away and if it goes away might new Something replace it with Target Store
The mall has definitely seen better days. It is still currently the largest mall in Arkansas, followed by McCainMall, in North Little Rock. The directory is not updated, and it still shows the restroom by the theater is still there. It is not. The security was looking laxidasical. One was looking at the floor while patrolling. It still has some pretty good stores in it. One I really enjoyed reminded me of Hastings. Do know that the mall is trying to bring life back into it.
Took my daughter's and their 2 friends for their Birthdays to the mall. We had a great time until the food court. I purchased our food. We ate a little and then the older kids needed help at the machines. I didn't want to leave the littles and baby. So I got up for less than 2 mins. Walked over to help them and came back and the lady "Betty" threw away my entire table. Brand new nachos (definitely not done with) an entire slice of pizza of my childs and 4 full sodas. In the trash. I left the highchair and even a card on the table. When I told her we weren't done, she was extremely rude and told me "I guess I could pull your food out of the trash"! Yeah no! I asked for her managers number and I will be calling tomorrow. My kids had to go get food elsewhere after paying $30 for food. On their birthday at that. Ugh it was awful.
Very clean areas ,big parking lot, nice stores
This mall is a very nice mall, it still has a decent amount of stores left however I feel like the decline is on the rise for this place. The aesthetics at this mall were amazing.
Only got one star because of the staff and friendly store employees. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL!! No baby changing stations in ANY restrooms. Nursing area is wide open where public can walk into. Caved in ceilings, flooded bathrooms, stained carpets to name a few. Plus the bathrooms only have a handful of working sinks AND stalls!! Only a couple of good stores, since they lost CandyCraze, Hallmark, Christopher and Banks, Motherhood Maternity, Malco Trio, Blazin Burrito, Sears, Uniq, and Gamestop! Saw several dead roaches and a few alive ones just walking from store to store! Would say that the mall is literally on its last leg.
Good place to take family to enjoy the time the bathroom at the food court need some tlc dust bunnies on fire sprinkles and and a bird flying in food court but overall is a nice little place to go with your family in a lot of different stores summer closing their trying to get more in there they got a little theater in their matinee type not very expensive 3.50 per person made snacks they do have another restroom down there by the movie theater it is very clean find parking free parking most of stores in the mall are nice clean but there are some that customer service needs a little brushing up on they are rude it don't matter who you are they need to treat everybody the same same cuz that gives the mall a bad reputation overall is a nice Mall in the mall is clean
Its great if you want to hang out with your friends or just have a day for yourself. There are lots of food options if you are hungry, Asian, pizza, burgers. And stores that you wouldn't think Arkansas would have. A great place to go if your ever in Fort Smith.

Arkansas, how do you sleep on this gem? Food is great and craft beer selection is on point. Perfect example of " you dont know what you got till it's gone". To the bartender,(missed your name) cheers!! Thanks for making us feel welcome! If I lived here I would def hit this place up 2-3 times a week. Definitely, making a stop here when I come through Fort Smith, Arkansas. Just weird the locals would go support places like B Dub and not support one of their own and a great one at that!
We stopped in while there was a family/street event going on nearby. There were several families in there at the time, and we were able to enjoy conversation and good nachos and soft drinks in the A/C. (There was a large selection of beer on tap if that's your pleasure.) The kids were enjoying video games, and I'm pretty sure I saw a dart board, although no one was playing at the time. Keep your eye on this place, I think they will be around a good long while!
Second visit here, first time it was raining and second time it was hot and sunny! Both times had a nice time sampling the many draft beers the owner makes and snacking on pizza. Both times it was quiet, but service was good. Indoor and outdoor seating options are plenty. I like to try different breweries when traveling and would definitely stop by here again if in Fort Smith for work.
I normally don’t review places I’ve only been once, but I had such an amazing time here! The beer was great, my meal was PHENOMENAL, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Despite being such a warm environment it’s still somehow cool and vibe-y? The outdoors and patio space were also stunning! I was by myself, but they have a well stocked games cabinet that I will be pursuing at a future visit!
Located on old Ft Chaffee with all of its history, veteran-owned and frequented. Nicky (Nikki?) was excellent bartender, happy to provide insight and samples, plus very friendly. Enjoyed their DIPA and the Sgt. Pepper jalapeño English ale was zesty but maybe not for all palates. Chicken tacos just ok, but didn’t really go to eat. Fun friendly spot. Even allow RV parking for folks passing thru.
Fort Smith Brewing Co is one of those breweries that feels like a well kept local secret, laid back vibes, quality craft beer, and a space that invites you to stay a while. The selection leans crisp and clean, their lagers and IPAs are always solid, and there's clearly real thought behind every pour. When you’re sipping something this good, you want something equally tasty to pair with it. I ordered the brisket nachos and I cant recommend them enough. They were the perfect compliment, bold and flavorful that hit just right with my pint of Solberry. If you're in Fort Smith and haven't been yet, do yourself a favor. Grab a beer here, bring some friends, and make a night of it.
It was a fantastic little dive! Good beer, good food, fun times. They have a foosball table and a pinball machine, tables and chairs indoors or on a patio in an area of town that is currently being remodeled and will someday be amazing. Nice place to sit and visit with friends. Had my kids with me and they enjoyed the football table.
Good food, good service! The beer last time (six months ago) was so much better. The taste of most of the beers this time was tainted by bad water filtering. The beer could have been good, but it was tap/well water flavor that covered everything else up. Also, the inside of the building smelled straight porta-potty.

We had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the in house art show on Sunday. We were able to talk with the artists, which was really fun. There were refreshments and delicious food to enjoy during the show. The rooms were really pretty with French doors that walk out to a deck ..... The rooms each had a spa tub with jets....really relaxing! We had a delicious 3 course breakfast with very tasty coffee and orange juice. The house was beautiful and on a giant lush green property with huge trees, lots of birds and a few squirrels running around.... We loved it! Hope to come visit again. The owners were polite and warm. And Ft Smith is a charming town that has rich history. They mentioned Miss Laura's visitors center, be sure to visit there as well while in town for local information and a tour!
A week ago today I married my best friend at Michael's Mansion. The experience couldn't have been better or more stress free!!! We were quite happy with the details of our union being better than we expected. The owner's and staff were very accommodating and friendly!! The room and house were amazing!! The Chef prepared outstanding food at both the reception and the breakfast after our stay. We are so incredibly pleased with how well our wedding day turned out that we intend to return to the mansion for our anniversary!! You guys rock!!! High five for pulling off what we never could without you!!!
Amazing and detail oriented. Friendly and clean!! Just walking in the door makes you feel special. The rooms are cozy and staff caters to everyone. From the artist to the owners feels like lasting friendships when you leave. Can't wait to come back! Becky and Chef Michael know what they are doing. Thanks ya'll!!
Unprofessional. My friend had a wedding here and while the building was beautiful- that was the only thing. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS VENUE. I'm not one to normally write a review, I believe that companies make mistakes. But being rude to the bride and groom, making a wedding party ill AND then handeling with rude behavior is insane. What excuses could you possibly have? If you love food poisoning, a rude staff, people who don't communicate.... Then this is the place for you.
Horrible experience due to faulty a/c unit and radio left on all night downstairs. Breakfast prepared by Chef Michael was EXCELLENT. We got about three hours sleep due to all the issues with noise. We were shocked that the owner, upon learning of our experience, made no offer to adjust the price of the stay or even offer us the stay at no charge. Small amenities, such as soap in the bathroom and shampoo in the shower had to be requested. Beautiful home, horrible experience.
Pros: Food was incredible, accommodations extremely comfortable, very clean Cons: Owners were amazingly creepy (but nice!); You didn't get keys to your room so could only lock when inside it; Due to layout of house, if there was an event you were stuck in your room or out of the b&b; You had to text or call whenever you wanted to come and go from the residence or else you'd be locked out (although this was for security, having the ability to lock your rooms and only having to text for entry at night would alleviate this); Was told no one was staying in adjoining room but there was shuffling and scratching all night coming from it
Horrible experience with the staff and they are extremely rude. They do not take constructive criticism well and have hidden rules and regulations. This place should not host weddings because they are very picky with what all can be done. No outside deocorations, wedding planners, no lit candles, and no flowers can be thrown by the flower girls. What kind of wedding venue does not allow flower girls to throw flowers? As a paying customer as was not satisfied and they did nothing to try and make things better.
I’m sure this experience wasn’t everybody’s, but this was mine. I booked a wedding there a couple of months ago and was going to pay the deposit. The lady was supposed to get back with me with the overall costs and extra details, but she texted and said that she had a death in the family and that she would get back to me when she could. Understandable. But a month went by and nothing. Finally I messaged her asking if we were going to talk. She said yes. That was a month ago. I have not heard from her since. I’ve tried texting and calling, and nothing. I’m glad I didn’t pay the deposit yet. If a venue can’t host your wedding, they should at least have the common courtesy to let you know. I’m trying to search for a new venue now.
