Amazing water park. Kids enjoyed a lot whole day. Parking is free. Entire park is neat and clean. Food court, lockers and so on. Outside food are not allowed, Food priced little higher, but that's fine. Locker are located in two different location, one outsider the water park entrance and other one inside the water park. Multipe restrooms are located inside the park. All rides operated on the day we went. Wave pool little disappointed. But all other rides are amazing and great!
The staff was friendly and attentive considering their young age. A little run down as far as painting but water was clean and we had a lot of fun especially in the lazy river. Wasn't too crowded most week days
Went for the day during vacation. Kids had a blast from start to finish. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The line for food was crazy but if you need a break from the sun it works out well. Prices are very reasonable. Bought a couple pairs of flip flops and some sunglasses and they were not only great quality but very reasonable. I thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river😉 If you're looking for a family friendly activity in SC, this is it.
Great place. We to free ticket from our hotel. Looked at the prices and I was shocked. Very expensive. In my opinion not so worth it. But could be fun to go as a family experience. Water sounds are big but have height rules some follow some don't. My 5 yr old rode one of the tallest slides I'll post pics. Pretty good day. But was worn out after 3 hrs.
So much fun! Lazy river is wide and long with lots of water features to cool you off. Plenty of fun slides to ride and a wave pool. Two separate sections for little ones, a lagoon with waterfalls and slides and a kiddie pool with slides and water features. Food options everywhere along with accomodations for anyone needing a shade or last minute suit. Love WW&W!!!!
I got tickets online. Print them out at the house. Made it really easy to get in. Have locker and cabana rentals. Big waterpark with gocarts, mini golf, bumper boats. Good place for the family. Take sunblock and be ready to climb some steps. Lol.
We got to enjoy the water park for free through our hotel package! We had a lot of fun and they have a pool of red eared sliders! They’re huge and they all swim to where you are because you get to feed them! Great place to relax, I recommend you try “The Dark Hole” it was fast and scary in a good way aha! Going to mark this as one of the spots we visit every year when we come to the beach!
Nice place for the kids. The resort I stayed at gave us a code to use. We got free tickets for everyone that stayed with me....and it was for everyday we stayed in the resort. Very kids friendly place. Nice pools for toddlers also.

Fun experience walking around looking for treasures. There are a lot of permanent stores but also many smaller seller tables. We found a pretty good hotdog spot and they also have other food choices along the way including a Mexican style restaurant that seemed very popular. Worth a visit.
It's a flea market. The people working their booths were all extremely polite and pleasant. Some decent stuff but a fair amount of temu/Amazon products marked up from private sellers. Overall, there are gems and deals to be found, I'm sure, but you're gonna have to search. Also, because the entire building is metal and there's no AC, it's hotter than hell in there on hot days.
We visit everytime we go to the beach. We always find good deals. So many different things to buy. Lots of handmade, used or new items. Kitchen ware, yard decorations, pet products, toys, etc
Fantastic flea market. If you are in the area it is a must see. Lots of unique stuff. We visit every year. Can't wait to come back again next year!
Great little flea market to pass some time! We usually vacation in Myrtle Beach at least once or twice a year and come check out this flea market everytime...primarily to go check out the foodservice supply guy who has an awesome selection of good product at a great price, Unfortunately, he retired and was closing days after our last visit. We also go check out the older gentleman that sells homemade pork skins with many flavors and other snacks...those Pork skins are the best and my son loves the his fresh popped popcorn!! Overall, a good flea market to just walk through and pass some time!!
Nice flea market I liked how much of a variety there was. A lot of the venders were super friendly. The prices were all pretty fair. I liked how it was like a path so you could see every vender. Only complaint I would say is the trump store like why… just remember to bring cash because honestly I forgot to. I loved all the cute earrings that so many people were selling and all the handmade stuff was really cool.
Always a good time. If ebay had a retail store this would be it. It's huge, you can find literally anything here from alien technology to zebras. There's food, drinks, snacks, people watching, the occasional puppy, you can even find Jesus (check schedule for services)
First time there. Very nice selection of products. All the vendors were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going back.

It’s free to walk out on the pier if you’re not fishing. I’m so happy to see this pier rebuilt and done so substantially! Great views of the ocean and beach. 🏝️
The pier is set up well for fishing enthusiasts. The ice cream shop is quite popular so be prepared to stand in line a bit. Plenty of good restaurants near the pier.
My wife and I had a great experience on the Surfside Beach Fishing Pier on our last trip To Surfside Beach last week ! A fisherman almost caught a hammerhead shark ! See photos! If you like to fish or just want to watch like we did then go to the Pier . They have a bait shop to take care of all your fishing needs ,and an ice cream shop called Drippy’s . Restaurant in the future on the Pier is planned . They have an elevator or you can walk the stairs and they have like a concrete sidewalk to the ground floor if you prefer ! Wayne
I dont always fish the piers in Myrtle Beach, but when I do, I choose the Usrfside Beach Fishing Pier. Folks, let me reel you in with this one: I headed down to the Surfside Beach Fishing Pier in South Carolina, and boy, was it a "fin-tastic" spot that had me hooked line and sinker! Picture this—I'm out there at dawn, casting away, and thinking, "This pier's so long, it's got more length than my fishing tales!" Ha, but seriously, at over 8 feet out into the Atlantic, it's a star-spangled slice of paradise that makes you feel like Uncle Sam's favorite angler. Now, the pros: The views are unbeatable—ocean waves crashing like they're applauding your every catch, with live entertainment and vendor kiosks adding that extra splash of fun. Fishing's top-notch; I snagged a blacktip shark that had me yelling, "Holy mackerel!" Facilities shine too—restrooms, fish cleaning stations, even an elevator for easy access. No admission to stroll, just pay for parking at $4 an hour, and fishing fees are fair: $12 daily for standard, $14 for king rigs. Kids under 12 fish free with a paid adult—what a "net" gain! It's rebuilt strong after past storms, standing tall like Old Glory herself. Cons? It can get crowded on weekends, turning it into a "school" of folks. Hours vary seasonally so plan accordingly to avoid getting "pier"-pressured. Friendly tip: Pack sunscreen and bug spray to keep the "bites" to the fish only, bring cash for fees since cards might not always work, and hit it early for prime spots—nothing beats that sunrise glow while sipping coffee from your thermos. If you're new, rent gear on-site; it's "reel" easy! All in all, this pier's a patriotic gem that'll make your heart swell like a full tackle box. I'd recommend it to any fellow angler or family looking for waves of fun. Give it a cast—you'll be "shore" glad you did! Stay hooked on adventure, friends.
Great place for any age! Parking available at an hourly rate, very clean public restrooms next to the ice cream place on the way to the fishing pier. Didn't have to pay to walk the pier like you have to pay at Myrtle Beach! The kids enjoyed the walk. Clean beach and places to sit! Next door to restaurants! Just the perfect location! We visited twice! Thanks to whomever who figured out a place was needed like this for families!
Great FAMILY beach! Much quieter than Myrtle Beach where it tends to be more packed. Parking costs $3 per hour.
Beautiful views. Easy access with stairs, ramp, or elevator. Nice ice cream shop. A shaded/covered seating area would be a pleasant addition.
It is always beautiful at the Surfside Beach Fishing Pier! No matter the weather, it seems like you're always in for a treat :)

They have everything, very clean and organized. All the cashiers were very pleasant.
Excellent selection! Surprised they had clothing!!!!
Prices are lower than expected. The quality is medium, maybe better. The employees were civil and courteous. Great place to look at and grab unique goods.
Home goods galore, a new addition is clothing (see my pictures), decorations, dried flowers, glassware, gardening items, patio & indoor furniture, area rugs, sheets, towels, shower curtains, framed art and beachy art, many sizes of baskets, seasonal items, kitchen stuff from pots and pans to utensils, bathroom knick knacks, picture frames and more all in a large warehouse with very good prices.
Wow! What a huge store! Much more than just pottery. Housewares silk flowers baskets outdoor furniture pillows... The checkout line was long but moved quickly.
Buyer beware!!! I bought some dishes to keep in my RV and was not familiar with "melamine" dinnerware. After doing some research, I found out melamine is a toxin that can release formaldehyde, cause kidney failure, high blood pressure, and even death in severe cases of exposure to name a few. Understanding "All Sales Were Final," I went back to the store to attempt to get a refund or even a store credit on these items. The store manager, a middle-aged, heavier set, white male refused to listen to me and pointed at the "All Sales Final" signs in the store. I acknowledged to him that I saw them and again tried to explain the hazards of this dinnerware. He then sarcastically stated, "Everything is on the internet," asked for my receipt, and circled the bottom of my receipt where it says, "All Sales Final" with a thick, black magic marker while making the comment that the receipt was a "legal document," HE was in charge of the store's liquidation, and all sales were final. Another employee, Holly, was standing beside the manager and wanted to argue with me that if the item was a hazard, it wouldn't be allowed to be sold. She then said if I had an issue with it, I needed to contact the manufacturer. Arguing with a customer about something you know nothing about is very immature and very unprofessional in my opinion. I will be contacting the manufacturer and I've called Gabe's home office. I sincerely hope when Gabe's takes over this location, they will find better managers who know how to talk, treat, and listen to their customers instead of treating them so disrespectfully. I'm a local who visited this location often, but will NEVER shop there again as long as the current "management" is there. They have a lot to learn and a long way to go to become leaders.
They are surely ready for the holidays with tons of stuff... Right off Business 17 entry is a little tricky as you have to pass the place to find an entry in OTP. Plenty of parking is a good thing. Selection is almost anything from pictures to pots and pans to dishes to lawn chairs to more. Place is clean with prices easily marked...so why only 4 ⭐? Years ago they gave a 10% discount for military...they stopped it. Wrote a letter to the CEO asking him to reconsider his position, guess what, didn't bother to respond so for that they lose a ⭐. Consider stopping in as we did find a few things. Received a response within the hour of posting with management explaining the OTP position. I sincerely respect and thank them for their response. While I personally understand their revised marketing since 2019 and by elimination of various mailings and other promotions continue to strive to keep prices down as well as their respect for all who served still feel that veterans still can use the savings as we make up such a small part of the customer base. Again my respect and thanks for responding.🇺🇸 Air Force Veteran.
I’ve never had to write a review before until now. The customer service here is completely awful. After looking through multiple bar stools this was the only one we could find without complete tears on the cushions although it was still damaged on the bottom and visible from the front. When we went up to the register we simply asked if we could get a discount for the noticeable damage. The cashier told us no they did not give out discounts for anything damaged. Only to have a cashier from another line inform us that they do. Once the manager came over to “assess” it she told us it was on the bottom so it didn’t matter. After going back and forth with her for awhile she finally took 10% off and claimed it was for “customer satisfaction” although there was very clearly a damaged goods option. Both had terrible attitudes during the whole process.

Bowling alley
Fun & Games
Slide 1 of 8
Oh boy, let me tell you, folks, if you're looking for a place to strike up some family fun, Surfside Bowling and Arcade is the lane to be in! I'm talking the kind of place where you can bowl a turkey and not just the kind that gobbles at Thanksgiving, am I right? Picture this: you walk through the doors, and it's like being welcomed by a glorious wave of nostalgia, mixed with the sound of bowling balls hitting pins and the sweet jingle of arcade games. You can almost smell the excitement in the air, along with the faint aroma of nachos and hot dogs—classic! Let’s roll into the bowling alley first, where the lanes are smoother than my Uncle Bob’s dance moves at a wedding. They’ve got bumper bowling for the kiddos, which is a lifesaver for those little gutter-huggers. Plus, they have cosmic bowling nights where the lights go down, and the neon comes up. My wife and I were glowing like a pair of fireflies, and let me tell you, my game improved under the glow of the cosmic lights. Coincidence? I think not! Now, on to the arcade—oh boy, it’s a real blast from the past! They've got all the classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and that claw machine that always teases victory but delivers heartbreak. But hey, it’s all about the thrill of the chase, right? My boys, Jaxon and Lukas, were in video game heaven, racking up tickets like it was their job. I tried my hand at one of those dance machines and, well, let’s just say I learned I’ve got two left feet, but I’m still the reigning champ in the family! And what’s a day at Surfside without some food? The snack bar is like a little slice of heaven, but down on earth! Pizza, Nachos, and the coldest beer this side of the Rockies. If you stop by here, be sure to tell them that Dad sent you. Not sure what good it will do, but always worth it; you feel me! 💯
Phenomenal Staff and great lanes. Our family had a blast bowling. Welcoming environment with enthusiastic staff that were willing to help whenever we had any questions. This was our family’s first time bowling at this location. We absolutely highly recommend this place for anyone looking to bowl and have fun. I would leave 10 stars but google has gave that option yet!
Was told there were great deals even for the kids... not happy at all. $55 for an hour with 2 kids. Didn't even get to finish our second game. Bummer for the kids. Will not return nor do i suggest this place for anyone. Also the shoes were beat up and falling apart.
The lanes are great. Staff are friendly and honestly, it's probably the best food I've ever had at a bowling alley. They also have an arcade (no DDR but won't hold that against them). Tons of specials on bowling. Highly recommend!
Great price, good food. Really good lanes and easy to use touch screens. 2 people 3 games each was only $45 and it included shoe rental. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Called yesterday. Said they have no lanes. Said to come today at 2. Get here at 230 pm and I am somehow 5th on the waiting list. The man in front of me had the exact same story. I can't understand how it is so hard to get a lane to bowl on on 2025. Why can't I get a lane? Person at the desk says they have leagues and tournaments. I guess it's some of those famous pop up leagues and tournaments that you always hear about and no one knew about yesterday when I called.
We are vacationing in our favorite place - Myrtle Beach - and needed to find a place to shoot pool. After stopping in at several bars with tables that were very disappointing, we found this place. Very well maintained tables, great atmosphere, will definitely come back. Highly recommend!
We made a last minute decision to go because of rain and they squeezed us in no problem. The staff we dealt with were nice and we were even given a military discount. We had a great time and even the people on both sides of us were very pleasant to deal with. Everyone talks about the outside appearance but it’s not sketch so bring the fam it will be fine.

Run do NOT walk to this amazing Bead Store in Surfside. I took 5 classes there while on my week long vacation. Longer reviews and more photos to follow. Below are the five classes I took with Miss Cindi while on vacation. Angel weave bracelet Kumihimo (my new favorite)!! Bohemian wrap bracelet Triple strand necklace Triple sweetheart bracelet. Miss Cindi and Mister Steve are the embodiment of sweet, Southern, small business owners. Kind, funny, and knowledgeable, they made by 2-3 hour classes fly by. I have loved them so much, I have placed orders over the phone and will continue to do so. More reviews and photos to follow!! Love you Beach Beads & More. I will be back in October!
So fun! My daughter and I both picked out beads and made something and we also purchased some pre-made things that were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the experience very much. It was a place we just happened upon in our travels south to Florida from Ohio, but some place that I would definitely put on my itinerary in the future. They had so many unique beads, many beach themed as well.
As a former employee I can say I love the hearts of the owners! They have been so kind and have such an amazing store and selection here. If you ever need repairs, finders or anything jewelry related, stop by! You won’t regret it!
Great selection, high quality and the owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. I also brought in my threaded diamond necklace that no other jewelry store in the area could fix and they did so perfectly and for a very reasonable price. I can't recommend more!
Staff were amazing in being patient and helpful with our 5 grandchildren. They loved making their items
This place is such a gem! We almost missed out because their sign was being repaired, so glad we pulled in. Michelle took the time to explain everything and answered my bazillion questions about materials and process and jewelry making in general. She helped my three sons and I make our bracelets and was THE most patient person ever. I could tell she really enjoys what she does, her passion just spills over into everything 💜 I TOTALLY recommend setting aside some time to come here and make something special, you will love it!
They were able to fix my jewelry. Cindy and her husband are wonderful people
Was looking for a bead shop while on vacation and found this gem! A great selection of all different types of beads! Very organized and easy to shop. The czech glass bead selection was wonderful! If you are looking for a great bead store in Mrytle Beach this is it!

Was looking for a local surf shop to just get some gear and clothes, and Eternal Waves was the place! Great vibes, friendly staff, and everything a geezer surfer like me could want. They were super friendly to my partner and kid, would definitely recommend if you need surf and skate stuff y’all come here
Came by to grab some wax and boardshorts and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly employees! They also had a great selection of new and used boards. I ended up grabbing a great used 7’0 from the back. Came back a few days later to rent some bikes and was once again impressed with the employees who helped me adjust the seat to the correct height and load them into the back of my truck. Great local business!
We saw Cameron give surf lessons to a family and we requested him. He did not disappoint. He was patient and kind with our 8 and 9 yr old daughters. He taught them quite a bit in their hour lesson. Highly recommend!
I have a 10 year old little girl. We signed up for surf lessons with Justin, Maggie, and Alex. They were on time and started alittle earlier then the 830 which gave her a little more time. All 3 were very likeable and was able to get my child surfing. Once the lesson was over she had to keep surfing so off to their shop we went we rented a board for 24 hrs and not only was it cheap but super easy will return over and over
Terrible customer service and they will take your money and not give you proper working bicycles. The bicycle’s chains were rusted and all four tires were flat and needed air. The young lady helping us handed me an empty can of WD-40 and two broken bicycle pumps and offered no remedy to get the bikes working. I asked for a refund and she said I would have to come back the next day and speak to the owner. After the owner posted a reply to my original review, I thought it would be prudent for other Google reviewers to hear my rebuttal. At no time did I yell or raise my voice to the college age young lady that helped us the first day. Nor did I take possession of any bicycles that day. I did tell her I was disappointed when she could not give me a refund or offer me any lubricant for the rusted chains or a bicycle pump to fix the tires myself. I did return the next day and meet the owner who gave me a full refund. I immediately went down the street to Vacation Gear rentals and received two brand new bicycles for a week rental at $31 cheaper than this location. So win-win for me.
Great people here for sure. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Can’t remember the name of the person that was working at the time, but he worked with me for about 45 minutes to find the perfect setup for my new board. (Super stoked about the new board btw.) I returned a few days later to grab some things and even though someone else was working he gave me some good tips and tricks to better my surfing skills. Definitely worth the extra 5 minute drive.
Our granddaughter took a lesson at Surfside Beach this morning. The young man and lady that helped her could not have been nicer! It was a very pleasant experience and well worth the cost.
Nice local shop. Very helpful young man working. Had good conversation. Would visit again.

We had an absolute blast with Shoreline Water Sports in Surfside Beach! As a group of “adult kids” looking for a little thrill and a whole lot of fun, we definitely got our money’s worth—and then some! Ryan I believe gave us an unforgettable ride that had us grinning from ear to ear and hanging on for dear life (in the best way possible). He knew exactly how to read the group’s vibe—giving us the excitement we wanted while keeping it totally safe. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows in the energy and effort he puts into the experience. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is the kind of adventure that turns a beach day into a core memory. Don’t miss it! Highly recommended—worth every penny and then some. We’ll definitely be back!
Zero stars. This company booked us and hustled us into an inflatable boat to take us to the actual boat for the parasailing. We were not told ahead of time that we could not take any belongings, including shoes. We had to run to the check in shack with all our wallets, etc. We headed out to the boat, then turned around and headed back to shore. We were told we needed to wait because the previous group was still in the air. Then we were told the mate was sick so our trip was cancelled. No real concern, no real apology, just get a refund or reschedule. I asked for a refund. An hour later, we are on a pier and see this company is up and running with other passengers. I called and asked why we could not have been told to wait for a new crew member and that’s when it became downright rude. I was told I could talk to the manager “later”. In the meantime, I had received a partial refund on my credit card. When the manager finally called me back, he was even more rude than his staff. Never apologized and said he would refund the “non refundable” portion as I reminded him the cancellation was THEIR fault. Then he practically hung up on me. Wow. So many things wrong here and most of them could have been fixed with good customer service. JUST SINCERELY APOLOGIZE. This is possibly the first negative review I’ve ever written in my life. I hope it helps management to rethink policies and procedures. Act as if your customers matter. The people we talked to in person smiled and laughed about the problem.
I love Shoreline Watersports in Surfside Beach! I have gone on the parasailing excursion numerous times and it never disappoints. The ascension up is smooth and relaxing, the arial view from the top is breathtaking, peaceful and silent. On a clear day you will see dolphins, schools of fish and sea birds diving. The staff and customer service is excellent and they will make sure you are safe and secure. Don't miss out on this amazing experience!
Everyone was very friendly and professional! Our kids went parasailing & we we able to ride along on the boat for a smaller fee. Many other places charge u full price even if u r just riding along. We got the photo package and they took a lot of pictures, even had a few suprise/funny pics to add. Guys on the boat were nice and gave us a few tips on things to do in the area. Would highly recommend!
We did parasailing and the banana boat ride. WONDERFUL experience with both! The staff was all friendly and professional. Our banana boat driver went the perfect speed for our group. It was so fun! Parasailing was beautiful! I felt safe and in good hands. They took great pictures! I would definitely recommend the photo package. Well worth it!
My parasailing got cancelled but I still feel compelled to give this place 5 stars: I’ll tell you why. It was too windy to safely parasail during the day and time that I booked the activity. But the employee very professionally explained the situation to me and immediately refunded my money. I appreciate that this place values safety over money They’re professional, communicative, and safety focused. I’ll book again during my next trip
The banana boat was so much fun!! We laughed the entire time! The jet ski driver was great and made sure we got wet! The entire staff was polite and accommodating to our requests! I cannot wait to do it again!
Great experience! It was our first time parasailing and we did it as a family. Captain and mate were both wonderful and the mate did an awesome job with the pictures ❤️ the banana boat ride out was pretty great too! Highly recommend 😁

Visited 05/17/2025. Me and my fiancé got pedicures! Ladies were very nice and professional will be back in the future! My new nail spot away from home.
Absolute worst experience I have had. I felt rushed from the minute I walked in. I told the older lady that I wanted blood red stilettos with an accent nail. Not only did she get the wrong color and shape, obviously, but she was too busy talking to her friend while she was filing my nails and completely butchered my thumb nail, broke my middle finger nail off and had to replace it. When she did, it’s obvious it’s crooked. I get, some nails are crooked. But not this crooked. She scratched the hell out of my cuticles, and it still hurts today. I am never going back.
Pedicure: Not the best experience. I had a male who kept looking out the door-not sure what he was looking for. Polish was so thick and old that it took forever to dry and smudged anyway as soon as I got home.
This pedicure was mediocre. She massaged a little too hard, but I can get past that. But there’s still paint on my skin and big toe nail is bumpy and uneven. Poor paint job. - the board says 55$ pedicure with gel, get to the front she says I owe her 80$. Insane. Argued with me when I pointed out the price list. Paid 75$. Won’t be back.
Discovered salon while vacationing at Garden City Beach in August 2017 as my nails were desperately in need of a fill in and color change. Very clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your experience a pleasant one. Had my first pedicure in this salon today and let me tell you, it was amazing.
We are on vacation and needed a girl's day and really needed nails and toes done. The massage chairs were awesome. Very pleased with our experience 😊
I had my nails done well by one of the men working there and so did my dad, but my mother said she had a woman with a very bad attitude who did a bad job on her toenails. Also when my mom went to use their bathroom there was a big dead roach in front of it, we weren't offended but it is a sign of uncleanliness since they didn't atleast clean it up (it was in plain sight.)
Super friendly staff, great hospitality, was getting my daughters nails for school so decided to get a mani pedi it was great they did a wonderful job I had Rita doing my work and Henry did my daughters found my new nail salon :-)

Went to see MI:The Final Reckoning. Theatre was great. Could have used a bit more leg room between rows for my 6' husband. Concessions outrageously priced but that's why I don't go to theatre as often enymore.
Very nice theater to see a movie with fairly comfortable seating. The theater itself was pretty clean as was the lobby and restrooms. The sound was good, but I would've liked it a bit louder, that's just my preference. The popcorn was really good albeit a bit expensive, like everything at a theater. Overall a nice time.
The theater is well maintained compared to other theaters. My son likes the sound system. They also have more sturdy 3D glasses. The only con is that it has a regular theater seats that rocks. We’re used to assigned reclining seats.
The Grand 14 at Market Common in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is a Stone Theatres movie theater with positive reviews. Here's a summary of what people like about it: Good selection of movies: They offer a wide variety of films, including current releases. Comfortable and clean: The theaters are clean and have comfortable seating. Good sound and picture quality: The sound system and screens are good quality. Convenient location: It's located in the Market Common area of Myrtle Beach which makes it easy to find and offers other entertainment options nearby. Here are some additional details to consider: Ticket prices: Ticket prices seem to be in line with other movie theaters. Showtimes: They offer standard showtimes throughout the day and evening. 3D movies: They offer 3D movies for an additional charge. Be sure to return the 3D glasses after the movie. Concessions: They offer a variety of concessions, including a small drink and popcorn combo for $7. Overall, the Grand 14 at Market Common seems like a good option for catching a movie in Myrtle Beach.
I’m leaving more than one star only because we had nice experience there before! But today was the exception! We went to watch K-pop movie with kids, they were very excited. But the group of teenagers with tree adults ruined the whole thing. They were screaming like gorillas the whole time, I couldn’t hear a word from the movie! I guess you can imagine how loud they were! Nobody did anything about it. The staff should have done something, they have security there. Nobody took any measures and that group ruined our day. I left feeling annoyed and frustrated instead of having a good time there.
Was nice, everything about the theatre was great. Only thing I didn’t like is the seats were very close to each other and there were some rough crowds inside. Other than that…good.
We decided to watch a movie on our last day of vacation. We chose a movie that was new but not the newest. We sat in the middle of the theater and were the first ones inside. Very soon several people came in as to be expected. These folks all seemed to know each other and meet here often based on their greetings. They made themselves at home and utilized the rocking action of the theater seats. Unfortunately these folk’s seats they chose screeched every time they purposely rocked in them. All during the movie they were so rude to make a noise that was louder than the movie. Then another older couple sat right behind me. She put her feet over the top of the seat next to my head. Yes, the feet did not smell good. The man sitting beside her chewed his food so loudly somehow and made sucking noises so loudly. The two of them talked full volume causing us to get up and move to less desirable seats. I just didn’t understand. I was raised to be respectful of others so we all can enjoy a moment together.
Love Stone Theatres at Market Common! Big one for sure and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This summer we have been couple times. We definitely will see another soon. Go see a movie!

Stop by for a drink. Nice pub 🍻 awesome people and the lady bartending was cool. Definitely coming back for some wings
I'm visiting from Ohio with my wife and two of her siblings. My Bro-in law and I wanted to go to a local bar, to soak up some of the local atmosphere. My Bro-in law had wanted to check out another local bar with dead and dog in the title but we found out from a "local" that it was actually a restaurant, even though the title said "saloon". After perusing the "coupon book" for ideas and strking out, we took to the internet. Ole Google came through again. Beer 30 came up and after checking out the reviews and photos, we decided to give it a try. The place is in a little strip mall. All in all the buildings looked a little run down, but the atmosphere inside was great. Miranda, (l hope I'm spelling it right) the Barmaid was friendly and jovial. She greeted us with a smile and a friendly greeting. As did a costomer standing at the bar waiting for his drinks. One look around the room and I knew we had picked the right place. The age of the crowd was diversified. A couple of twenty somethings, a few mid range, and the rest older like myself. The place was decorated for Halloween, and rather well-done done too, (as the photos show). Now, I'm not much of a drinker any more. Maybe a pint of wine a couple times a month. I know most bars serve low alcohol wine in those little bottles, and from what I could see from my view of the fridge, so did they. Although, when I asked about wine, Miranda listed off a larger selection than most bars up home carry. I chose to try something else. In my youth and beyond, I was a Tequila man, so I ordered a shot of the house Tequila and a "Miro brew" chaser. Sweet Water "420" or something like that. I also haven't drank beer in years, and ordered this due to a photo from their bar review, online. Being an ex stoner from way back, I found the "420" road sign on the can cool. It was a pale ale, and took some getting use to. But, by the third shot it was tasting pretty damn good. After two shots, and half the beer, I asked Miranda about their top shelf Tequila, explaining to her that all I ever drank was either Mescal, or the cheap stuff. She told me about it, "Don Julio", but said she preferred a different, (and less expensive) brand. I tried the higher priced one, (I am on vacation after all). I gotta say, I was not impressed, and wish I would have went with Miranda's recommendation. It tasted about like all Tequilas to me, just a little less bite. For the price, I would pick the cheaper stuff. My Bro, struck up conversations with a couple of locals coming up to the bar for drinks. They were friendly, and answered some "cost of living" questions about the area. They had a couple of pool tables in the bar, from what I could see, and a few other games. I didn't notice any pinball machines, but I was there for a few drinks, not games. We didn't order food, but was told it was good, by a couple of the locals we talked to. The place was not packed, but had a decent crowd for a Wednesday afternoon, in the off season. We really enjoyed ourselves, and went all touristy, and bought t-shirts to commemorate the visit. We hope to return before our trip ends in a couple of days. BTW, I would give them a 5 star across the board, but due to OCD, I stay with even numbers. LOL.
Standard bar and billiard atmosphere. The staff was friendly. They have a menu if you come with an appetite. Lots of locals. Line dancing and taco Tuesdays. Bingo on Wednesdays. It’s always Beer:30 here!
Great service! Friendly! Enjoyed Friday dancing! Learning new steps! Lots of fun!
Got to local camp ground near by for 3 weeks stay and stopped in for a quick beer while waiting to pickup pizza next door. Girl at bar added $4 dollar tip on $4 tab. Didn't want to make a stink in front of the locals so i signed the check and left. Just wanted to warn others... seems like a nice place that my wife and I would have liked to frequent while in town. Will not be going back.
This place reminds me of Cheers. Great vibe, food and people.
Didn't eat, so I can't really speak to the food quality. This is a classic neighborhood bar with a strong following among the retired and local community. Lots of regulars and folks who know each other from the bar. Laid back, mellow, not overpriced, friendly. Nice contrast to the touristy places.
Not much to say. Your typical little dive bar with no tap beer.

I went to Ocean’s Edge salon for my bridal hair and makeup, along with my daughter who is my Maid of Honor. The ladies were warm and welcoming. The service was fantastic. They provided wine and mimosas for us. Jamie did a wonderful job on our hair and Amanda did an amazing job on our makeup. Later in the evening, we ran into Amanda and she was so sweet; Amanda recommended a restaurant for us to celebrate later in the evening. I’d say these ladies went above and beyond just hair service. I highly recommend this salon to any bridal party.
Amazing place! Moved here from NY 3 years ago and haven't found a place until now. Ashley was amazing and did a great job. We will be back.
I went there today 10/22/2025 for my first time Hannah Martin was my stylist and she is amazing. She is knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what I had in mind. I showed her a picture of the low lights and hair style I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. Melissa the receptionist greeted me by name as soon as I walked in. The salon is extremely clean and modernized. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Ocean Edge Salon & Spa
Sharon is the best stylist, she listens to what you want and gives the best advice to care for your hair. Every time I have had my highlights they look great and it is exactly what we discussed. Not only does she do a fantastic job she is great to chat with and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend her services!!
Visiting from out of town and made an appt with Jamie and it was wonderful. The salon is lovely, the staff is welcoming and hospitable, and Jamie was incredible! Amazing haircut and Jamie was so nice! She made me wish I lived closer so I could come to the salon all the time but I will be back for sure next time I am in MB!

This was my son's first comic book store experience. I was a comic hound in my youth, my 8 yr old has caught on, and this was great. The staff was helpful in finding the specific comic he was looking for and even gave him a great deal with the bargain comics! It's very well organized and the prices are reasonable. We will return as a family every time we are in town. Highly recommended!
A small comic shop along 17 Coastal Comics has a remarkable back catalogue of issues which I suspect came mainly from one or a few collections, some real classics at good prices. Mainly 70s, 80s, and 90s, mainly big two publishers, but in good shape and reasonably priced. I found a couple good copies of books from my childhood. No gaming to speak of and I was very surprised at the lack of trade paperbacks, lots of current single issues though. Very clean, organized and well laid out.
The gentleman was very nice. I needed to find some things to read for the plane ride home. He was very gracious on the price that he charged me for all that I bought! There were some people in there interviewing him and it was cool to hear about all the celebrities that he has met and how he got the store up and running. If you show up and the open sign isn't on right away just wait. Life happens and they were open by 11:10am. A++++++++++
I started to collect comics books I live in new jersey on vacation in mb and went past this comic bookstore and decided to stop in. boy I LOVED every min of being in this store the owner is nice and they have a great collection of of comics books and others. 5 star all the way!! STOP IN you won't be disappointed.
Local comic book shop and ran by a nice manager, Drew. Was simply chitchatting with him about comics I was looking for, went above and beyond! He informed me on some issues that I didn't know about that lead up to the series I was seeking and ordered some recent issues I was looking for. Even helped me start my first ever comic pull-list! Willing to work with you and great customer service. Can't wait to come in frequently now.
Great comic book store!! From out of town and always look up local comic book stores when I travel. They got great reviews and they’re fully deserved. Walls are packed with slabs and older, more valuable comics, as well as lots of shelves full of new books. Bunches of short boxes with new and old stuff. Had a nice time looking through everything to fill in some of my collection gaps “in the wild”. At checkout Drew gave me a few bucks off, I guess cuz he’s just a nice guy. If I’m ever in town again I’ll definitely pop by again.
Rated Coastal Comics 4 out of 5 stars. The associate there was quick to greet us and offer any assistance. The comic selection was rather large and they even had a couple of the Alien comics I was after. They lost a star because they were, in my opinion, light on collectable statues but other than that, it was a nice store.
Actually came here on Saturday 8/7. Appears to be a great shop for getting single issues as well as toys. Not a large trade paperback collection at all however. Moreover I did not feel welcomed in this store...actually felt somewhat profiled. Never asked if I needed help and I walked around the complete store. While I might have been just a tourist in Myrtle Beach, I spent a lot of money while there. So while I enjoyed Myrtle Beach, I won't be back here.

Tirand Jones is The Man!!! Helped me and my son slip into new release Jordans!!!! Very professional and courteous!!!! Whole Team was Great with excellent attitudes!!!!
This is by far the worst shoe store experience I have ever had. The workers seemed to have very little experience and were not able to handle much on their own. The manager was very rude, disrespectful, and ignorant!! I was there to pick up an online order. Upon arriving the worker verified my information, showed me the order was ready , and then said that I needed to wait for the manager to come verify and give me my order. I waited for the manager who was talking trash about being overwhelmed, frustrated and ready to go. He took all that out on me, talking snappy , being rude. I was asked for a code , that I didn’t realize I needed. I had the confirmation code, screenshots, my ID, and verification on my phone. He refused to accept it and said I needed the code. I went to my car to get my iPad with the email on. When I returned in the store with the code , there was a Caucasian woman in front of me whom was there to pick up an online order as well. When this lady approached the counter he treated her completely different. She did not have her code either. He was patient with her, gave her time to get the code ; instead of rushing her and pushing her to the side as he did me. When the code was given he didn’t take any time to completely verify. He handed her her shoes and she’s already walking out when he realized that the verification hadn’t finished. He had to call her back and redo the verification. When it was my turn he did not greet me at all and just sat my order on the counter instead of handing it to me. He simply said “You good” ! I asked if that was it, to be sure I understood it was ok to leave. I politely said thank you , and he didn’t even respond. What really blows my mind is the fact that he is actually the manager. There was no one there to report him to. I have no idea how he got his position, but he does not need to be in it or any other position with the public at all!! I do not appreciate the way that I was treated. I will not be returning back. In the future I will just have my orders delivered. I really hope that this situation is taken care of so that no one else has to experience what me and my family had to. I only gave the 1 star so that I would be able to post my review . My honest opinion would be zero stars!!
I went to this store looking for for a pair of shoes, when I walked in , there is no greeting of customers, employees on cell phones, other employees having conversations with friends that’s just in the store visiting. I received no assistance or asked if was looking for anything in particular. I see why there was no one in the store, just bad customer service and no training of how to operate a store…. I will not be patronizing this store again.
I used to work at DTLR which makes me so mad how bad the service has gotten in this store my girlfriend came in to buy some shoes from my old store for my birthday and they gave her such horrible service the 2 girls just talking the entire time while she was trying to checkout and being so rude and ignorant. They need to get fired or do a better job of customer service.
Went into the store to buy shorts and shoes asked the short African American lady with red hair for a size 10 1-2 in some Air Force. The lady got a whole attitude turned around without responding and walked away. Spoke with the “manager” and all she said was ok and shrugged her shoulders. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If I could give no stars I would.
My husband and I shop here a lot. He was told by one of the managers to call back the next day to check and see if the shoes he had wanted was available . He calls the store the next day a guy answered and put him on hold. A while later female came on the line ,yelling at him telling him if he want the shoes he needs to come n the store and that no one have time to be on the phone with him ,and she said she was the store manager and to make matter worse she hangs the phone up on him and when my husband called back to see why he was hanged up on ,she hang the phone up again on him. If this who yall have running your store ,she will run it into the ground. This is very unprofessional.
The absolute worst place I've ever tried to exchange an item at. The receipt says no refunds and exchanges within 30 days. The shoes were worn for 4 hours b4 it was discovered that the fit wasn't comfortable. Took them back the next day for an exchange for the exact shoe in a size larger and was rudely told that they wouldn't be exchanged bcz they were worn. The receipt gives the impression that you have 30 days to do an exchange, we had the shoes for less than 24 hours. I'm glad I didn't spend my money on those shoes. I don't shop at DTLR and the experience I had for an exchange explains why I will never shop there. I don't support those types of businesses and this is the reason why.
To me this is basically a t-shirt store. They did have a lot of name brand items such as Nike, puma, New balance, etc. Prices seemed a little high for items that could be bought comparably from somewhere else. However, if you're looking for a quick way to pick up a quality athletic wardrobe this would be a good spot.

Loved our stay at Surfside Beach Oceanfront Hotel! You can't beat the location. It is right on the beach and next to a newly rebuilt, beautiful pier. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants just a short walk away. Perfect spot for a laid-back beach getaway. Highly recommend!
We just stayed here for a week, Room 724. GREAT location, first of all! You are in walking distance of not only the beach (oceanfront), but several restaurants, a bar, the pier and a gift shop. Such a beautiful area, not too noisy, but enough to do you really don't have to go anywhere. Neal & Pam's is a great place to go to at night for karaoke, GREAT Flounder & fun times! Gracious Pig has GREAT breakfast, Bubba's shrimp basket, YUM!! Back to the hotel...the beds & pillows are top notch & comfy! EVERYONE was courteous from the front desk to housekeeping. Housekeeping checked on us every time they saw us in the hall to make sure we didn't need anything. Nice clean rooms, lobby was nice with lots of seating. Nice area to buy snacks & drinks. Our a/c in our room went out the day before we left. My husband let them know & within 5 minutes maintenance was there to fix it. It was fixed within 30 minutes! Only small negatives were: they don't have oceanfront rooms, but ocean view is what we had & it was nice. Balcony is a little small & parking lot is a little tight if you are driving a truck or big SUV. We would definitely visit again! PS the pier is handicap accessible!!
The hotel is clean and inviting. The staff were wonderful and courteous. Pool towels seemed to get replaced on a perfectly timed basis never had to go looking for one. Pool was clean and well kept and not chlorinated to the point of burning your eyes. As for the live music and karaoke bars across the parking lot, once the balcony door closed you didn't notice they were there. We will definitely be back again
Wonderful hotel! This is an older location but they have and continue to do an amazing job at renovating and keeping things in a good spot. Very clean & some of the friendliest staff you will ever meet. We will be coming back here during our visits to Surfside.
We are in the middle of our third stay in as many years at this perfectly located property in the heart of Surfside Beach. Surrounded by very good restaurants and bars and neighbor to perhaps the most overbuilt fishing pier on the coast, there really is little reason to venture away from the four square block area that includes this hotel. The staff are very friendly, rooms and public areas are immaculate, and it is clear that ownership takes maintenance and repair very seriously. We have noticed meaningful upgrades to guest rooms each time we have visited. And as a bonus, the prices are very fair. We will definitely be coming back for future beach trips.
We stayed here during the last week of July, and it was amazing! There are numerous restaurants around within walking distance of the hotel. There is also a short walking distance to be on the beach. The staff at the hotel were amazing, from check-in to check-out or even just any requests that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable as well! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Surfside Beach!
We were celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary everything was great. They have private balconies for each room. Restaurants and the pier are within walking distance. The beds are comfortable. We will stay here again
Booked last minute for a swim meet. Staff was extremely friendly, rooms were very clean. Only thing was the wind howled like crazy all night, and that's not something they can control. Price was good.
