I love coming here any day of the week. I don't even gamble but still love the vibe of the place. The Drink bar is energetic and often has live music. They also offer the new sports bar, Hop house. They have great food and djs on the weekend for a club like atmosphere.
We just spent the weekend for a girls trip, and I just had to say we were so impressed with all the staff!! from check in, to house keeping and on floor staff- you are top notch!! So friendly and helpful! You are in the hospitality industry and you are truly hospitable!! it was refreshing for a change. keep up the great work!!
Our team stays at Mystic Lake every year for our healthcare conference, and it’s always a fantastic experience. The service is consistently excellent—staff are friendly, attentive, and truly go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and provide everything we need after long conference days. We always have a great time and look forward to returning each year. Highly recommend Mystic Lake for both business stays and leisure!
Super clean hotel. Im staying mid week so its quiet. Front desk was wonderful at check in along with helping me extend my stay. The casino is LARGE! Pretty good variety of gaming, I only play slots so no review of table games. Casino bars charge $12 for a double and beware, those glasses are the size of a single. Did not eat but will next time. This place is like a mini Vegas resort. Golf course looks beautiful!
I'm not a casino person, so not the best person to rate it. The steakhouse food was delicious and service was great. There were no outlets in the gaming area so I had to search quite a bit to charge my phone. Super easy to get cash and move it from machine to machine on a ticket system.
We had a horrible experience with our rooms! We first checked in and they put us in the promenade tower. To get to this tower is a pretty long walk. Once we got in the AC didn't work so we called maintenance. After 2 technicians came to fix it was still not working. They moved us to tower 1 and put us a room that smelled like an ashtray. After another hour of waiting for our room we finally got a decent one. Todd was awesome at the front desk and did all he could to make it right Im sure this is a one off or is it. Overall experience wasn't bad and I would return avoiding the Promenade tower at all costs
Excellent casino. Nice restaurants including newly added Hop House. The golf course restaurant is nice. Our room was recently remodeled and nicely appointed. Pool and hot tub were great. I believe this is the largest casino in Minnesota.
I don't understand why there is so many 1 star reviews. The room was great, and the food was tasty. We did a 60 min package at the Spa which was budget friendly and relaxing. The hotel offers FREE bus rides to The Mall of America, AND FREE VALET! We had a wonderful stay! We're from Wisconsin, and already counting down the days until our next trip!

What a lovely park! It's parking lot is attached to the golf course but there was plenty of room to park. There's different routes to go around the lake and it was very nice it's very clean and well-kept I imagine it would be quite popular in summer.
This is one of the largest pazed walking loops in the south metro. This park is a premiere location for recreation. You can walk, bike, swim, paddle, golf, cx ski, and much more. It's definitely an excellent weekend, and picnic choice.
A beautiful park with both paved and grassy trails. We enjoyed hiking in the woods and saw wildlife and birds in the wetlands. The park is well maintained and has clean bathrooms and plenty to do for all ages. You can purchase snacks, rent games, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. The children's playground had a variety of play equipment.
Very cool trail lots of shade from the trees so warm hikes helps a little. The water views are gorgeous and the fields. Lots of birds and views. Total trail is around 3 and a half miles which isn't long to hike. Great trail recommend checking this out if your in the area!
Cleary Lake has a nice paved trail that goes around the lake, a beach and offers boat rentals (paddleboat is worth it! ). Lots of picnic tables for get togethers or special events. Would recommend to check it out!
Beautiful park. You can have a picnic, walk or bike the trails, they are paved. For water activities on the lake, there is a boat launch, know that motor powered boats are not allowed on the lake. The lake is good for paddle boats, paddle boards, kayak, and canoes. Just be aware, the lake is very weedy and full of silt. It is not a very clean looking lake. There is a beach for swimming and you can camp at one of the many camping sites. For those whooke to golf, there is a public golf course. Free parking is available for visitors.
This was our first trip here to fish on the dock. We were so impressed with how clean the area was and how relaxing and pretty it was! There was plenty of shade to enjoy sitting at picnic tables, grills, a nice beach, boat rentals, restrooms, a fishing dock and lots of parking. It was really enjoyable and because they don’t allow gas powered boats on the lake its really quiet. There also isn’t any homes on the lake that I could see, so its really nice! Its a great place to visit and relax!
Really beautiful park where you can swim and rent kayaks! The only downside was that we could not bring our dog with us on the boat rentals or on the beach! 😞

Golfed here over the weekend. The course is in great shape with a fun, as challenging as you want to make it design. Staff is as welcoming as a country club. Special shout out to Delaney on the beverage cart. Great service.
A+ staff. Very fun course. Thanks for having our big group. Hope you’ll have us again next year!
Fabulous experience there. We were looking for a restaurant and asked a worker on the gaming floor, he recommended The Meadows and walked us right down there. We never even knew it was there. We were greeted by very courteous staff and sat by a window overlooking the golf course. Our server was excellent and the food was delicious. They have a good selection with quality food. The atmosphere was very pleasant and had great conversation with the staff. We shared a few appetizers and drinks and would definitely return to explore more of the menu.
The buffalo wings were immaculate and those horseshoe French fries-dont get me started. YUM! Valeria is so sweet and took well care of us, thank you. 🥹🫶
Imaginative layout, impeccable conditions and countless memorable holes. Spectacular architecture and scenery that can't be beat. Don't miss this amazing track! Only negative was the range. There were only 6 stalls set-up, so we had to wait to hit. The range is short and narrow, almost like it was an after-thought. It needs to be redone to live up to the magnificence of the course!
I had the opportunity to play this hidden gem today and had a wonderful experience. The greens were very receptive, although they were a little slower than I would have anticipated. The course was in excellent condition and I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed playing this course and will definitely return again. On a side note, I agree with the previous reviews that the carts here are second to none.
Had an afternoon tee time today at The Meadows, the course and facilities exceeded my expectations. The carts are the nicest I've ever seen, the pro shop and practice facilities were excellent and the staff were friendly. The course itself was in great shape. It's score-able if you can get off the tee box and manage some wedge shots. I will be returning soon. I would like to reiterate that the carts, especially the seating in the carts are elite.
This is one of the most beautiful golf courses that I have seen. All of the employees are courteous and presentable. They gave us the pleasure of riding around in the cart to take pictures for this review. Here are some of the pictures that we captured. Thank you again for allowing us to do this!

Course was absolutely beautiful. My first time there and I will definitely be back. Loved the layout, lots of blind shots which, while they were challenging, was also a ton of fun. I highly recommend making a trip to The Wilds if you haven’t yet.
Had the pleasure to golf the wilds with my father today and it was a treat! Inside clubhouse had lots of options for gear, apparel, food and beverages. 10 minute interval per group and didn’t have to wait behind any group, pace of play was perfect. For early in the season green and fairways were cut nice, would be nice to have yardage marks at driving range but other than that driving range was nicely set up with layout and size. Golf cart were also a treat very nice updated and clean, digital monitor for yardage on a higher tier priced course would make it even more enjoyable and feel more fulfilling, but range finders will work as well. Overall very nice course and would totally recommend to give it a try if you haven’t!
Very disappointed with the course and the maintenance crew today. Most of the tee boxes were covered in sand and the maintenance crew were aerating a few of the tee boxes while we were teeing off along with lawn mowers driving up and down the fairways on multiple holes. The greens were peppered with ball marks and not what one would expect with the reviews and the cost to play an upscale course. The clubhouse staff and fairways were fantastic.
Awesome day playing the Wilds. Carts were stocked with range balls and a club cleaner. Greens rolled very pure. Course overall was in phenomenal shape. Had a delicious southwest wrap at the turn. No waiting on the course or in the clubhouse. A very well run establishment.
The new ownership has The Wilds back in top notch form! The breakfast burrito before the round was fantastic. Carts are stocked with water and range balls (you can always ask for more if the first bag isn’t enough). Cold Mango scented towels in the cooler at the turn and after the round is a great touch. The course is in amazing shape especially the greens. Staff in the bar and proshop was also great, love playing this place!
Updated from May to late June 2025. Layout is one of my favorites with strategy playing a role on about every hole on the course. Views are awesome. No hole is the same, all are unique and you get different angles and elevations. Great place to work on course management, but it is also a good challenge. Fairways are absolutely awesome, cut well, distinct, and great to hit off. There is fair rough where your ball is findable but also penalizing as it’s harder to stop the ball and without always a spot to run it up it puts a premium on fairways. Green shape was significantly better this time and they rolled very true. Also a decent challenge with different slopes and raised greens. I love the bunker placements and the sand is fantastic when dry. The range balls included isnt many but I’ve been assured you can ASK FOR MORE at no charge. Carts and GPS are great. Personally I really like walking this course tho (not sure if that reduces the price—hopefully it does). Practice green and range are a really good setup. There is a chipping and bunker spot that’s not as good and smaller but still a decent place to practice when it’s not busy. I have to comment on the tee boxes too, they are in good shape which can often be overlooked by golf courses, but not here. I hope golfers treat this course right because it’s on the up and up. One maybe two old school bad attitude patrons but the staff were really great. It is a bit pricey and you can find other public courses in great shape for less but personally I don’t think they can compete in the uniqueness/design of this course. The member/player cards options leave a little to be desired in value when committing to this course. I love the tee box distances and I think they’re perfect, but some might push back slightly: ~7100, ~6600, ~5900 yards I think. I’ll be back again this year, several times. Bottom line is that it’s definitely a course to play if you can.
The Wilds Golf Course offers a top-tier golfing experience. The layout presents a fair challenge, with plenty of scoring opportunities—ranging from birdies to double bogey if you’re not careful. Fairways and greens are in great shape. The entire staff delivers excellent customer service—from the pro shop to the cart attendants, everyone is welcoming and helpful. Golf carts are in great shape, and the GPS is accurate. Looking forward to returning soon.
From the bag drop to the my three-putt on 18, The Wilds delivered an outstanding golf experience. The golf staff were friendly & helpful and the little touches—like tees and chilled water already in the cart—elevated the day. The course itself is in phenomenal shape, with pure, true-rolling greens that made for a challenging but fair test! We’re looking forward to many more rounds this summer, making The Wilds a monthly (if not more frequent) tradition feels like a no-brainer. Highly recommended!

Deb Lewis is the most Amazing VIP Host!!! Even though she is extremely professional, she is also down to earth, witty and knows her stuff like no other!! My husband and I absolutely luv her!! We are always telling our friends and family what an awesome person she is. Deb Lewis makes our experiences at Little Six unforgettable and deeply appreciate all her hard work!!! Thanks so much Deb!!!!!
It's nice in the fact that it's way smaller than Mystic, if you're not feeling the crowds and walking miles. It's way less intimidating and they have a $5 blackjack table. The kenoi is 25 cents, so no nickel or dime keno there. The slots are tight so if you actually win something there... get out immediately!! Because the machines you play next will eat up everything you just won! I really wouldn't suggest going there with less than $60, even then you'd be better off with $100. It's not the place to try and work some magic with $10, $20 bucks. The parking is also a lot nicer than Mystic. I had a really nice keno win there and a $3 hundred something win on the penny slots in the middle that have the guaranteed jackpots. They also have a bar and a restaurant along with complimentary pop and coffee. The bathrooms are really nice, they just renovated them lnot long ago. So overall it's quaint and easy to navigate with good accommodations but not the easiest to walk away with anything.
The best chicken wild rice soup in Minnesota. The dealers are nice and they lotion their hands so it’s moisturized. Overall 5 stars
The fish tacos were really good! Though, I wish I would've requested coleslaw instead of lettuce as a topping. It would be awesome if they'd put on the menu as an option so I don't forget again, haha.
Enjoyed myself, most excited experience winning gifts give away what an awesome place 😀
Went at night time on a Thursday, still had a decent crowd, they have free fountain drinks for customers, I believe free coffee as well but the machines were being upgraded so they didn't work, they have several card games, was a good night, Thank You Little Six
Small but you win a little more than mystic, and they keep it clean. There is a bar and the line gets long but prices are decent. The restsurant is ok, dont look for too much seasoning but it does give you good options. Due to the size the slots can be taken up but my husband loves it here so we will be back as always
Have not been there in over a decade because back then it was dumpy , old machines so i really have been back , until recently when my uncle says he played there it’s a good place to go, so of course my mom had to try it and it really has changed for the good will go back First time went there played for hours and came out a little behind on cash next time we went we lost our butts , but it is called gambling

MIDLAND CONCERT. With Angel White. 09.07.2024🤩 Celebrating our #39th Wedding Anniversary! 09.07.1985 💗
I got tickets for the Lady A concert. I rode the comp golf cart to the concert grounds and back to the casino. We took our own chairs which wasn't horrible. The mosquitoes were pretty bad but all else was good.
Jeff Dunham was fantastic for sure!!! He is so funny and I hope he is around for a very long time yet. I got my whole family hooked on him so we all came to see him. Jeff is just a great entertainment for all! Although I wish Earl had been shown, he is a great addition. His advertisements were a bit much but I understand he needs to promote. The three screens in the theatre were super grainy and hard to see in the back but that’s on mystic lake.
Such helpful staff. Customer service was amazing, employees went above and beyoned to ensure I could book the seats that I wanted.

Here you can drop your kids off when you're winning thousands of dollars at the casino. Or if you feel like going and doing some ice skating it's right over there. Let's go!
Child care for gaming employees, my children have been going for 4 years now and we really like it. All the staff know our kids and friendly with them. They notify you right away if your child gets hurt while playing. They feed them and provide them snacks for them after school. They are always doing art projects and playing games.
My 16mo old daughter and I went there to play and see what it was all about. The employees are very inviting and friendly. The climbing structure with the slides is awesome and I could see a kid spending a ton of time and energy in it because there are so many twists, turns and levels to it. The tot area was pretty pathetic. The toys were dirty and the ones that were battery operated didn't work. They had a tactile board that my daughter found cool for all of two seconds. The other thing that my daughter really likes was the interactive light and dance floor game. We will definitely put Playworks in our arsenal of places to go when we are bored at home.
Usually a fun place. Today- they charged us to get in, which would be fine, if we didn't have an annual membership for the kids to go. The staff that we encountered today were rude and management was less than helpful also. I really don't understand why some places treat people like this. We have an annual membership and were still charged to get in. Why buy the annual membership then?
I swear this place is a joke. They sent our son home because he had pink eye which is very understandable they said he could return the next day. We go to return him to the next day and they would not accept him because he did not have a doctor's note. So the next day we brought in a doctor's note and they still would not accept him. Because it said on the doctors note he had a covid test so the next day we returned with the negative result of the covid test and they said that we still can't bring him in because we need to get approval from the tribal council saying that he is clear to go back. How are people supposed to pay their bills when they don't accept kids that are perfectly able to go to go to daycare. I do not recommend bringing your kids to this place they charge you for money even if they don't accept your kids. And how are you supposed to get approval from the tribal council if they never return your call?
The reason I took off a star is because service was slow, pizza took a very long time, cupcakes were late and they were asking us to move out of our seats before we even got them. The play place itself is very nice. I would recommend b day parties here you can't beat the price! Just know mostly run by teenagers on Saturday and things a bit unorganized. Plan extra time in ordering food. Bring your own desserts.
Playworks is wonderful for our family's situation, I work evenings and my fiance works mornings. We end up only needing someone to watch our daughter a few times a week, depending on my schedule, as my fiance has a set schedule. It is easy to drop-off and pick-up. The teachers in the pod my daughter attends, which is for infant - toddler, are wonderful men and women who clearly take their job seriously and love the children and the work they do. My only gripe is cost, which does go down as your child gets older, and a few issues we have had in the past with things getting misplaced. I left our primary carseat at the front desk for a friend to pick our daughter up with, they claimed that they didn't have it. Come to find out someone had moved a bunch of the carseats to another room without informing anyone. Another time they forgot to give my fiance my daughter's shoes, claiming they were in her diaper bag. All in all it is a wonderful place to send your kids for care, be it long or short term. their rates are high, even for kids who are contracted care, but the facility is nice, big, and the employees/teachers are wonderful and will take very good care of your child(ren).
Usally thus place is pretty good! but today I went in to pick my daughter up. They did not change her dipper I changed on the way out, they did not feed her neither of her bottles and she had black and blue stuff all over her hand. As I walked in she was crying hicsericly and sitting in a high chair. I am very disappointed. I pay them money to take care of my children. And to walk into that is un-acceptable!

I have been going to Jenni for so so many years, always a great haircut that grows out great. But today she knocked it out of the park. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair it was so long again by my choice....and she look at me and said you know I really like you with bangs and how bout we do this and this...well I walked out of there with the biggest smile on my face and still smiling today!!! I will be a style that I will keep for a very long time. Thanks Jenni!!!
I’ve called this business multiple times and left several voicemails after they canceled my appointment, but no one has gotten back to me. It’s extremely frustrating not being able to get in touch with anyone, especially when I’ve made such an effort to reach out. Customer service has been disappointing, and I’m left feeling ignored. I really hope they address this soon.
This is a great saloon . I get my hair done by Cassie and it always looks amazing! The massage therapist Jocelyn does a wonderful massage! I highly recommend it!
Thank you Jenni B. ❤️ Jenni was so fantastic with creating the color, texture, and depth that I was wanting for my thick curly hair. She was very knowledgeable, gentle, and very fun to talk to. I’m ready for my wedding day and the red gala. I highly recommend her services and can’t wait to work with her again.
If you are looking for a stylist who truly LOVES their job, listens intently to her clients, and is willing to offer professional suggestions, I HIGHLY recommend Sandy Bisek. She is a phenomenal hairstylist with exceptional skills. At the end of my color and cut today, she got the cutest smile while checking over my hair and said, “I am so proud of my work!” Her genuine passion for her work is SO refreshing!
My 10 month old daughter and I went to Sharon for haircuts. She did a great job and even squeezed my husband in for a last minute men’s cut. She was very sweet and did a great job! All are very happy with our cuts and will definitely return!
CBeauty is the best! The staff is so friendly and the space is professional and modern but also cozy at the same time. I see Cassie and she is so good at what she does and she has worked wonders on my hair! Could not recommend them more!
The best hair cut and style ever. Ann was fantastic. I had long hair and wanted a change and easier fun, short and sassy hairstyle. She listened and explained what would and wouldn't work with my hair type. She was right on. I absolutely love it. I highly recommend Ann and CBeauty Salon.

Have talked about going here since about 2021 but then they closed and the Shakopee House experiment took place which also closed and now it’s back to Dangerfields. We went last night and were pleasantly surprised by the food quality, atmosphere, and price point. We were sat in a half circle booth overlooking the pond in back and there was a live piano player who would also mix in some vocals here and there for certain songs. We loved the old school atmosphere and vibe. I had to order the prime rib and popovers as that dish checks off a nostalgic box in my life growing up near a golf course/country club that served the same thing… it was all excellent and my wife had a Mediterranean kabob bowl which was also very tasty! We are on break from liquor at the moment but looking forward to coming back and having one of their cocktails with dinner. Spoke to the owner on the way out and he was very pleasant and thankful for our patronage; we will definitely be back to support and next time planning to bring some family/friends.
I came here for a double date night for dinner and it was overall a pretty good experience except for some of the food. I had the mussels with french baguette. The mussels were lacking flavor, the baguettes weren’t flavorful either 5/10. My husband had a burger and he liked it. We had the chocolate cake and it was delicious and absolutely divine 10/10. Our friend we came with thought the burger was okay and the best part was the tomato which is disappointing when you are eating a burger. You want the meat to be the best. Overall, I would come back but not order the mussels.
Darrell was great, the cocktail was decent, and the setting was spectacular. Unfortunately, the whole experience was let down by the food. While the prime rib was fine, everything else was below average. I think the owner may be in the kitchen, and if that’s the case, hire a chef! The place has lots of potential and a great interior.
Very relaxed, laid-back place to go. The atmosphere is reminisce of a previous era of upscale dining. The patio was definitely one of the best in the area. The deck is completely screened in overlooking the river, not the parking lot. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The only downside was that I only saw my server once after my meal was delivered. I ordered a glass of wine from another server that I never got. I needed to use the restroom and had to leave the table before getting boxes for my leftovers. When I returned, all of my food had been cleared from the table. The food, however, was very good. The menu has a large variety of options in price and items. Overall, I would highly recommend checking it out.
A very well organized restaurant. Beautifully decorated, friendly staff and great food! It's a fantastic place for a family gathering, romantic dinner or holiday party. Reasonably priced & great happy hour specials.
Visited last evening for just a drink & appetizer. Had a great time! Kind bartender, delicious apps (mussels and 1/2 order onion rings). Planning on returning soon to try their medditernian selections!!! Love that the classic choices remained on the menu too! Thanks Dangerfields!!!
4 of us for dinner last night. We all had the surf and turf. Drinks with dinner and onion rings for a starter. It came with a once through salad bar and pop ups. The waiter was very attentive and quite personable. The food was delicious and portions were such that none of us had room for dessert (which we were all looking forward to). It was a bit pricey, but overall well worth it. If you’re looking for an enjoyable experience I highly recommend Dangerfield’s in Shakopee.
It's a nice ambience. Live piano. Elegant place. Food is average. Canadian walleye is below average (no salt or pepper or any spices) tastless. Mediterranean food below average. Food is not tasty. However the quality of meat is good. Unfortunately we will not go again.
