We did the ziplining tour and bought the unlimited sky ride and mountain coaster during the fall season. Heather and Indi with the ziplining was wonderful. They were patient and kind. They guided us with knowledge. I am petite in size so they gave me extra advice. Thank you ladies. The mountain coaster was 1 mile long and it was fun. You control your speed. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the Mountain Creek chairlift team. On September 13, while photographing a wedding, I accidentally left my camera at the top of the mountain. The lift was scheduled to close at 6:00 PM, but the staff kindly stayed with me and waited until the last team member at the summit located my camera and brought it down. I’m deeply grateful for their patience, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you so much!
I’m really disappointed with Mountain Creek’s lift ride operation. They closed the line 30 minutes before the posted closing time, saying the line was already too long — yet they were still selling tickets just minutes before closing the line! That’s completely unfair and misleading. It feels like they just care about making sales, not about giving guests the experience they paid for. The staff didn’t communicate properly, didn’t apologize, and didn’t offer any options for people who bought tickets but couldn’t even line up. If they know the line gets long, they should stop selling tickets earlier or use time slots to manage the crowd properly — not punish guests who show up on time. It's not our problem that everyone wants to ride during sunset. That should be a management problem!! This was very disappointing and showed how poor the customer service and organization really are. Never again! Waste of money!
We went to Mountain Creek for the fall fest. The event was packed the weather was perfect and the ride up the lift was great. It was cool watching the mountain biking on the trail from the lift. The only issue i had was the food and drink situation. They did the best they could, but clearly not prepared for the mass of people that came. Luckily the burger was delicious and saved the afternoon. Overall happy, good atmosphere, food, games, music and friendly staff.
Great bike park! Employees were pleasant and helpful. Prices were reasonable. The lift took a couple tries to perfect loading the bikes but after that it was easy. We visited during Octoberfest and it was good and bad. Very busy, but lots of entertainment and food options. The trails ranged from mild to wild. I liked that there were technical trails as well as flow. The trails were a little washed out but not too bad considering it was the end of the season. Overall it was a great experience and we plan on returning!
Came here November 2nd for the 3rd annual fall fest weekend. I got the sky ride ticket for $16.78. I really wanted to try the adventure package but it was already sold out by the time I got ready to purchase. In my honest opinion the Fall Fest is NOT WORTH IT! Especially if it would be quite a drive for you. The drive for me was about 1 hour and 30 minutes and I don’t think the experience was worth the drive. I honestly feel like the IG reels and TikTok videos I’ve seen of the Fall fest overhyped it and made it look better than it really was. In my opinion it was hectic because there were bikers all over the place which is fair because the fall fest and the bike trail is a shared space. I think they should have called this BIKER FEST you literally have to watch out because the bikers just zoom by. I did get to go on the sky ride which was nice and the scenery was beautiful. But, was it worth coming to the fall fest and purchasing a ticket just to do that…… NO. If you are looking for a Fall experience/farm experience in Vernon, NJ I recommend Heaven Hill Farm which is literally 9 minutes from mountain creek. Now that gave me the vibe I was looking for. I didn’t get to explore it fully because it was close to closing time but I did check out their Farmers Market and their cider donuts were tasty. Anyways, maybe I will be back to mountain creek but probably not for their Fall Fest. I will say that the staff at mountain creek were friendly, I got some cool photos, and I got to spend time with family and friends so that is a plus.
Here already for fall fest and its overly crowded. No one working so it’s unclear if parking is paid/unpaid. Food vendor area is disorganized. Not clear what each line is for (1 for ordering, 1 for pickup, but no rhyme or rhtym to tell you when your order is ready). Took an hour to get our food alone. Do not waste your money on this. Did not go on gondola or coaster due to long lines (1 hour at least). Not a good experience and am requesting a refund. If I’m driving 2 hours from NYC for foliage, better to go upstate to the Catskills than this overhyped crapshow Also, while we were prepared for bugs and nature, we did not anticipate the insane amount of yellow jackets near the food area Update 24 hours after emailing them (and before they responded below): Got a general message they’re looking into it. To be clear, this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. We did not even have enough time to redeem the tickets we bought due to the long lines. Sadly, I do not have confidence they’ll make it right and strongly feel this place is a cash grab. We do not plan to ever come back and encourage others to avoid. Go over to warwick, ny and go apple picking, or just go up to The Catskills Update 3 days later: After a bit of pushing via email, we got a long empathetic apology from the owner who refunded us. His leadership was greatly appreciated, and hopefully the resort takes the right steps to fix this. Owner invited us back and offered some perks upon our return, but we likely will not come back given the lines issue seems to be an ongoing issue. We hope the resort will improve over time.
For boarding- if you get the lowest access pass. You have to walk a long distance with your gear. But worth the day pass and season as you get to ride on two mountains. Go on T,W,Thursday to skip crowd. The location is good had Taco Bell and local bean cafe if you want to skip out on $20 food in the lodge

Beautiful place very informative staff walking around with health packs if you need. Clean and fun environment. My family had a blast with the view of mountains and the mini hiking experience you have is truly memorable. It was my first time but if you travel with stroller I would get a carrier because the walking up and down hills are fun yet challenging. Overall we had a blast everyone in the family was able to have fun. Surprisingly I didn't get boy or my kids so I'm guessing low on mosquitoes 🦟 fun fun fun
This water park was amazing! There’s something to do for all ages, and I would definitely recommend it. I’ll absolutely be returning because I had such a great time with my boyfriend. The only con is that if you don’t know the park is on mountainous terrain, you might not be prepared for the walking. Wear comfortable shoes — luckily, I wore slippers that were sort of comfy, but sneakers would’ve been better. Bring plenty of water and a reusable bottle because you’ll be walking a lot, and after each ride you’ll definitely need it. Consider this your heads-up! The food wasn’t good — I had fries with a chicken sandwich and ended up with some stomach burn. It’s also overpriced, so I’d recommend bringing your own food and water if you can. That said, I didn’t come here for the food, so I’m not lowering my rating because of it. Overall, the park is very affordable (we paid around $60 for general admission) , free parking and the service from the staff was great. This place is definitely worth visiting — you’ll have an amazing time!
Here’s my personal experience: I visited the park on a Saturday (July). Overall, it’s a good park with plenty of slide options, but some of the rides are starting to show signs of wear and could use maintenance. If you go on a weekend, be prepared for long lines—expect wait times of 1 to 2 hours for most rides. I recommend getting there right when the park opens at 10 AM and heading straight to the Colorado River ride, one of the best ride in the park. We made the mistake of leaving it for later and ended up waiting two hours in line for a ride that lasted only 1 minute and 30 seconds. If you're planning to try the Alpine Mountain Coaster, do that early too. The lines there can get out of control, with wait times of up to two hours for a 3-minute ride. The food court is pretty good—the food is decent quality, though a bit pricey. The bathrooms, however, are in poor condition and really need maintenance. I recommend using the restroom before arriving, as the park’s facilities might pose a health risk if you're not careful. In short, I don’t recommend visiting on weekends due to the long wait times. Weekdays are likely a better choice with fewer crowds and shorter lines. PS. IIf you see a long line at Alpine Rush, skip it. It’s not worth the 1 hour and 20-minute wait for a ride that lasts only 30 seconds. You’re better off going on the Thunder Ride—much more enjoyable for your time.
Mountain Creek Water Park delivers a thrilling summer escape with a diverse array of slides and attractions that cater to all ages. Known for its unique mountain setting, the park boasts exhilarating rides like the Colorado River and Canyon Cliff Jump, offering an adrenaline rush for thrill-seekers. While the uphill walks between attractions can be challenging, the natural beauty of the surroundings, with waterfalls and lush paths, creates a distinct and enjoyable atmosphere. The park thoughtfully provides options for younger guests, including a wave pool, sprayground, and lazy river, ensuring family-friendly fun. Despite its history as the infamous Action Park, Mountain Creek Water Park has undergone significant overhauls, prioritizing safety while still delivering an exciting and memorable experience.
The most important thing to know: this place is absolutely not kid-friendly. This is not my first water park, so I have something to compare it to. It’s also not my first time visiting this exact location — I’ve been here before for different events, but never for the water park itself. And honestly, I’m shocked. The kids’ area is incredibly small — only three zones, one of which is split by a walkway leading to the main slides. The water is both freezing cold and dirty. I’m not talking about leaves falling from trees; I’m talking about the water itself. The “Lazy River” was overcrowded with people and kids of all ages. On the opposite side, there are two slides with very dirty water as well. There’s also a shallow “toddler” pool with warmer water, but considering how many tickets they sell (and that many guests are bound to come with young kids), this small space turns into a swamp. There’s also nowhere to sit. Lounge chairs are scattered in random spots, mostly “reserved” with piles of towels while their owners are nowhere in sight. People were lying on the ground on their own towels under bushes and in corners, making the place look messy and unpleasant. The park layout is inconvenient — long walks from the parking lot and between different attractions. The entrance line wasn’t huge, but the staff moved slowly, and someone even fainted from the heat while waiting. If you have small kids, you might think to bring a stroller — but it’s a double-edged sword: it’s helpful for the uphill walk (which takes about 20 minutes), but once inside, there’s nowhere to leave it. Lockers are another issue. Renting one is almost a necessity because there’s nowhere safe to leave your bag, but you’ll waste another 30–40 minutes in line just to get one. Prices are high: small lockers are $20, medium $30, large $50 — on top of the $59 ticket (without any discounts). Now, about rides for older kids and teens — my teenager usually loves water parks, but not this time. The lines were insane. The simplest slide took us 30 minutes of waiting. The park itself is smaller than it appears on the map, so everyone crowds together near the water, making it feel even more packed. And I have to mention the bathrooms — absolutely disgusting, worse than a public park restroom. I have never seen such poor maintenance at any water park, indoor or outdoor. I wanted to give two stars, but honestly, I can’t think of a single positive thing. If you’re in your 20s, maybe you’ll enjoy it. But if you’re in your 30s with kids — from the bottom of my heart, skip this place as a water park.
The park is pretty nice, but it can be a long trip to the restroom and staff shortages leave that all the areas to buy sun screen and water shoes were not open, they are also a little ridiculously priced. Alpine coaster line was long, but everything else has fairly short lines. There is a bar with good drinks, of course a little expensive. Overall cool vibe, we liked it.
The water park was a lot of fun! The rides were exciting and definitely worth the visit. The pricing for entry was fair, which made it even better. The only downside was the food — not very tasty and overpriced. Overall, a great place for fun, but I’d recommend grabbing a bite before or after your visit.
First time I’ve been to Mountain Creek/action Park in 40 years for the waterpark. I’m proud to say I did all the Rides slides. Glad they were tuned down from the psychotic 80s. Still a lot of fun and still have plenty of bruises that are well deserved. Park was really clean. Plenty of lifeguards would’ve liked to seen less lifeguards and maybe more security. I’ll be back next season.

An entrance to the beautiful pathway to the Appalachian Trail . We parked on the side of the street, however on the other side of the trail near the farm you can pay to park in the lot. There is a cross walk and portapotty. September is the perfect time to visit. It’s about a 45 min walk to the trail on a boardwalk and wooded hike. There are definitely black bear. Earlier in the day when there were more people we didn’t really see anything, but in the afternoon after the trail cleared we saw two black bear come out of their den and stare at us. Most of the trail along the boardwalk the brush is cleared, so it’s not buggy. You will encounter lots of sun and shade, I wore long pants and a hat. A beautiful path and enjoyable hike.
We started the trail closer to the base of the hill, and it was moderate to hard hike up. Parking was a small free lot next to a larger parking lot that cost $8 to park. The climb was steep and actually slower coming down than up because we didn't want to have any accidents. If you prefer leisure, then follow the trail away from the hill across the street where the path is flat. Our dog slept very well afterwards 😄 great hike.
Before heading to Pinwheel Vista, I highly recommend enabling Google Street View! This location has two free parking lots: one directly in front of the Pinwheel Vista entrance, and another just after it on the side of the road. Be warned: if you pull into the larger parking lot with the hot dog stand, there's an all-day parking fee of $8.95. For restrooms, head across the street to the farm center – it's definitely worth a visit! The hike itself is of medium difficulty, covering a 1.3-mile round trip to Pinwheel Vista with about 1000 feet of elevation gain. There's no scrambling involved, and the trail is happily dog-friendly. Definitely bring a jacket, as it gets quite chilly at the top, even though the views are absolutely fantastic!
Great place to hike and enjoy the amazing views from the top. It's steep and definitely a workout - but worth it if you love the outdoors. If you're able to do 8-10 miles I definitely recommend parking west along one of the north-south roads (clearly marked on Google Maps) and enjoying the nearby boardwalk area. You can cap the day, in the summer months, with a visit and swim at nearby Wawayanda Beach/Lake. FYI - Haven't been here in two years, but did a LONG out and back hike from west of the boardwalk up the Stairway and then over to Wawayanda and then back to the cars - 12-14 miles - the trails as marked on AllTrails heading east from the top of the Stairway are not correct. FYI - As seen in photos I uploaded - definitely snakes in the area. Got a picture of a large black rat snake, but I do believe there are occasionally copperheads in the area, so be careful - particularly off trail and particularly near any streams, creeks, or ponds.
Absolutely breathtaking experience literally. This trail will test your agility and endurance. Many rocks, but once you finally reach the top you will see- it was so worth it❤️ Recommendation: wear hiker shoes/boots and bring a walking stick for support. Glad to have brought water
The Stairway to Heaven trail in Vernon, NJ is definitely worth the hike. It’s a medium-difficulty trail with a steady climb, but the payoff at the top is incredible. The view from the lookout is wide open and really beautiful, especially during fall foliage when the colors are at their peak. If you time it right, the entire valley looks painted in reds, oranges, and yellows. The trail is well-marked, gets a good amount of foot traffic, and feels rewarding without being too challenging. A great choice if you want a scenic hike with one of the best views in the area.
Somewhat challenging hike with our dog. She's 10 years old, but was a real trooper. Oh and we encountered a bear within 50 yards of us. Breathtaking views and fulfilling hiking experience made it all worth it!
Excellent hike. Half the trail is flat or boardwalk, and there is a climbing to the hill and is moderate. Excellent view on the top.

Yesterday I took a ride up to Vernon to visit the Heaven Hill Farm and Garden Center. I moved away so it had been quite a while since I'd been at this business last. It was so nice to see families with children in tow for their Easter Eggxtravaganza event. The property is just as I remembered. The shop inside has so many unique gifts, if you couldn't find a specialized gift for someone, then you did not look hard enough. Lol The staff was generous with their time and extremely friendly and welcoming. I happened to win a prize for my Easter bonnet and received a generous gift card. Next time I visit, I plan to bring my daughter and her husband and I have no doubt, we'd have another wonderful experience touring their grounds and gift shop and bakery! There is a reason this business have been around for decades and decades. It's because it is a lovely piece of New Jersey Land....it's a treasure. Visit often when in the area.. it's nestled between Northern NJ and Warwick NY! Thanks again for a wonderful afternoon. I had GRAND human interactions and experiences with many!
Beautiful farm / bakery / general store. Super clean, well lit, and friendly. Restrooms are super clean too. Definitely come visit.
A rest stop by the appalachian trail with restroom access, lots of local fruits/ pastries/ entertainment for kids. We came a bit early for the cows and hay ride, but hope to make it next time The grass is a bit overgrown from the railroad, but fairly walkable.
Best experience ever! No matter how many times you go, a great time with family and or friends is always guaranteed! This is my second year going and my family and I always have a blast! Hope you guys keep doing it for many generations!
We went on 10/26 Sunday, super crowded. 5 people $200 admissions. Not cheap at all. The place has many activities that good for kids to play for many hours. We drove almost 1.5 hours one way so it took us a whole day activity. Nice weather for the outdoor family day, my kids are 6,11 and 13 all had fun. Many food vendors with various options. Price is carnival price. No outside food and drink allowed. No pet allowed. Advice for improvement. 1. They need more restroom in more locations. Not the portable ones! There’s only 1 restroom by the entrance/behind the food court, all other locations are portable which is nasty and long line as you could imagine! 2. Hay tractor ride wait line is super long, we didn’t go to pumpkin patch because the line was ridiculous. Apple cannon and paintball range is walkable and WAY faster than taking the tractor. 3. Wine is bad. Please sell beers. 4. Admission is too expensive IMO.
This was a super fun place! I really enjoyed the Pumpkin Festival. There was so much to do and all the staff were super friendly! Prices were very reasonable too. Highly recommend for a fun fall day!
This was my second year visiting Heaven Hill Farm and my family and I had a great time overall. There is so much outdoor space and plenty of activities for kids and adults, which makes it a fun way to spend a few hours together. The hayride was enjoyable with little wait time, the animals were cute to see (and some you can feed), and the kebab stand was a highlight — the staff there were extremely nice, the food was delicious, and the prices were very fair. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of two things. First, the pumpkin patch was much more limited compared to last year. The options were scarce and most of the pumpkins were small. Second, while I expect carnival-style food to be pricey, we ordered two chicken finger baskets with fries and a soda and the bill came to $51. The portions were small, the chicken was skimpy, and the fries were cold, which was disappointing. My tip for anyone planning a visit: go early, as it does get crowded quickly. Also, the farm actually opens at 10 a.m., which isn’t listed on the website or on Google. Despite a couple of downsides, it’s still a family-friendly place with lots to do, and we’ll likely be back again.
Worst place ever to pumpkin pick. They try to detain us on property. Lines were so long we tried walking back and they told us we couldn’t leave other than on the hayride. A cop came and everything and of course let us walk back to the car because they had no legal recourse to keep us there. It was 40pp and nothing could be redeemed. The pumpkin field was nearly empty and the ones left were smashed, broken or rotted. Also have disputed the charge as they were not able to provide the service and products we paid for

5 of us had a really great time. Very clean and friendly staff. Lots of fun for any age or sized group.
Loved it! It was tough but very fun and competitive! Went here with entire family aged 9-60+ and had to work together to get through the hard puzzles. Managers and staff were extremely nice and helped us when we needed help. Would definitely recommend for all ages!
I had an awesome time with my family doing the Onyx room. This was my first time doing an escape room and I was very happy with my experience. It was challenging, but not overwhelming. The owners were very nice and fun to talk to! I will definitely be going back to try out the other rooms. I highly recommend them!
Went with my wife, my 2 adult daughters, and their mates. The workers/owners are really nice people. The facility looks new and is well kept. The rooms are challenging, but solvable. Looking forward to solving another room the next time the family is all together.
We absolutely loved being here. When you enter you'll notice it's extremely clean and smells so fresh. The owner was great and explained everything thoroughly. This was our first ever escape room and we went for the hardest one. We almost solved it in time. Unfortunately, we needed 10 more minutes to figure it out. It was a blast though. We can't stop talking about it!
We were a group of 4 and did the ONYX room. We had such a GREAT time! We highly recommend! Can't wait to return!!!! Super friendly staff and great concept. Not easy but also not hard. Just dont think too much :,)
Had a great time at Solve It Escape Rooms. The proprietors were friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting. My friends and I tried out the Onyx room. There were plenty of clues some that were easy to find and others that were more of a challenge requiring the group to think outside the box. Whenever we were stumped, the room master provided clues that were often humorous. We laughed and worked as a team and were able to solve the room with 3 minutes to spare. Would highly recommend Solve It Escape Rooms
This was my first time visiting an Escape room. I went with my husband and 15-year-old son. Sometimes we laughed, sometimes we wanted to kill each other! But the entire time we had fun. This place is SO cool, they were SO helpful, gave us extra time, made it SO much fun. LOVED It! Thank you!

Our first time here and the experience, service, ambiance and staff was fantastic! Highly recommend. We were a party of 4 for a birthday gathering and the appt set up by phone, reminders and day off was super great. We also had access to the pool area and then had a lovely lunch. The indoor property access was really nice. Spent about 4 hours there and cannot wait to return back. Michele at the SPA desk was so wonderful she even took our picture.
I have been to this spa twice and hope to return soon. The staff here have been exceptional and accommodating especially Michelle who helped me get rebooked. In my most recent visit I faced a major delay but they were able to reschedule my service for later in the day so I that I was able to receive the full time for my service. The massage and treatments I've received have been nothing short of wonderful. I look forward to returning again and again.
Absolutely an incredible experience! From the request to reserve online right down to day of services. I hosted a party of 3 ladies for a special birthday celebration. Started at Elements Spa and ended with an add-on day pass for Minerals resort. Every single team member we encountered greeted us with a smile and were willing to help with a smile! Refreshing!! Special shout-out to Michele, the front desk agent, for her professional, warm, welcoming and accommodating ways. Also, the champagne toast suggestion by Michele was the icing on this ‘birthday cake’! She went above and beyond to help assure we would have a great birthday experience! A valuable asset to Elements! The spa itself, the massage specialists (Heather, Audre and 3rd name is escaping me) and entire support team go out of their way and are customer-centric. Again, so refreshing in the times we live in! We will return without doubt. We send our appreciation for a stellar time. Finally, we highly recommend this spa as well as Minerals Resort as a whole.
Shannon gave me the best facial I ever had. This was such a great experience I am already looking to come back. Pricing is very competitive considering you get access to all amenities with the experience. The products left my skin feeling great and Shannon has a magic touch! Thank you!
This was our first time going to the spa at Crystal Springs Resort and Michele and Grace made it so comfortable for us no matter how many questions we asked. They answered them with a smile and exactly what we needed to know. They made me feel like I knew them forever. Moving on to my Facial with Shannon—it was a fabulous experience. She explained everything she was going to do step by step and made sure I was okay with everything. During the process, she let me know what she was going to do before she did it. I left there feeling refreshed and would recommend her to anyone. My grandson, after hearing how well my facial went, decided to book a Teen Facial. He ended up having Sara S. and loved it! Just like Shannon, she explained everything she was going to do and made sure he was comfortable. If you go to Minerals at Crystal Springs, don’t forget to make a trip to the spa!!
Lia did my wedding hair ! It was beautiful exactly what I wanted bun with a braid in either side with pieces hanging in front . She did half up half down with a braid for my maid of honor and it was beautiful too. Did not disappoint . Now let's talk about my makeup due to a last min emergency Kristine F was my makeup artist on my big day! She passed with flying colors! Her experience really showed. I have never felt more beautiful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and okay with the last minute change.
Every experience I’ve had at Elements Spa has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care that sets this spa apart. Michelle is an absolute gem. She made the booking process effortless and was so kind and welcoming when I arrived. Her attention to detail and calming presence truly elevated my entire experience. She made me feel valued and completely at ease. The other women at the spa were equally wonderful—kind, respectful, and dedicated to making each guest feel pampered and relaxed. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. Elements Spa is hands down my #1 choice for wellness and relaxation. I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you to Michelle and the entire team for creating such a special place. Update: Thanks to Michelle I have become a member of Minerals Hotel - that is how much I loved the service at this place!!! I highly encourage people to become members because it is worth it!!!
We had a wonderful visit to the spa. A big, big thank you to Michele-front desk agent and Tricia the director. They were so helpful and accommodating when I left my gift certificate at home! They went right to action and found all the information and saved the day for us!

What a great experience! Beautiful location, course layout was great! Lots of fun features. Staff were great with kids and very friendly. Explained the safety instructions very clearly. My son could have stayed there all day! He wanted to keep going but his 3 hr time slot was up. We're planning on coming back for sure!
My son and three of his friends went for the first time and they loved it. The staff there was very conscience of explaining how the equipment worked and made sure they were all comfortable before starting the actual courses. The 3 hours we were there flew by and they cannot wait to come back to get to the more difficult courses. Thank you for a great experience!
5 Stars to the actual climb. My family really enjoyed our time in the trees. Denniz did a great job explaining how the course worked and others helped from the ground. We loved the options of many different "trails" to take. As a family, we had fun encouraging each other through the obstacles (except when they got difficult and some of us just wanted to 'concentrate'). We had tons of fun and all woke up sore the next day with lots of memories. We do think that it would be beneficial at the beginning of each trail to have a "map" showing you the different obstacles you will encounter. It would be nice not to be blind sided by some of the more difficult challenges... Once you are there, you have to do it. Overall, a very fun adventure. With all the course options you definitely don't have to have the same adventure twice. I would do it again, but would I be able to get my family to come along? That's debatable. *** The part I would give a 1 star review to is the company. How do you have us checking in with a kid in a parking lot with a folding table??? Get this kid a real booth, with air conditioning!!! You've got him out here with a rickety tent that blew over and broke out in the HOT SUN and an iPad. Total disrespect to your staff! DO BETTER Then, you have him direct us "make a left, then a left then a right, walk for a long time". Where are the MAPS to give to the customers so we know where we are going? They should also be in the booth for the staff member. Or at least something that looks professional; better directional signage, something. Your spray paint has faded, the small signs (until on the dirt trail) are minimal. DO BETTER!
Really cool experience. I went in expecting all the courses to be super easy and meant for children, but I was pleasantly surprised with the difficulty. Even the easy courses were fun and challenging. My only complaint is I felt a little limited with the timing. A good amount of waiting around for people in front of you, which wouldn't be that bad if your experience wasn't timed. Overall I had a great time and would definitely go back.
Treescape was an absolute perfect family bonding experience. We had a great time, we challenged ourselves, we worked together and cheered each other on and left feeling accomplished. Great place that you go over the years as your comfort, skill and kids grow.check it out.
We had a great time. It was really fun. 3 hours went like 3 mins and we still couldn't finish all courses. We will be going back for sure. If you like outdoor activities then this is highly recommended.
I decided to take my two sons here for a day out in the open air. I have not been zip lining in over 20 years so I was a little nervous. The staff was well educated, friendly, and very helpful. We had an absolutely amazing time here and will be back again!
Great place! Had so much fun! Good for all skill levels- and staff is very helpful if you get stuck!! I found this place to be very safe- all clips have to fully lock in place correctly before advancing to the next point. The zip line course was incredible- a variety of lines, along with some fun bridges worked in. A very joyful experience with friends. I highly recommend this place! Only thing that should be better are the maps/guide signs to where the starting point is from the parking lot- that is Not clear and I felt like I was guessing to wear to go.
