This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were professional and courteous. We loved our room. The casino is pretty good. My only gripe is that they allow smoking in the casino. The restaurants are good. Our stay here was for our anniversary weekend and they didn't disappoint.
I remembered the old Mount Airy Lodge commercials from when I was a kid in the 1980s, and I wanted to see how this place changed since then, even though the original structure was demolished in the early 2000s. I came here for a little weekend trip for some gambling and a little spa treatment. This whole place is absolutely gorgeous. One of the best resorts I have visited. My room was clean and I had a nice view of the lake/golf course. The room has a fridge, but it only holds beverages (including alcohol) from the hotel that you are automatically charged if you remove anything. Same goes for snacks. The casino can be a little off putting since it is a tad smoky since smoking is permitted. Otherwise, they have a great selection of games to play. I really enjoyed the different slot machines. I took advantage of the Spa my second day and I was very satisfied with all my services. Shout out to Alyssa and Liana who did a fantastic job with my facial, manicure and massage. The Spa is very clean and well organized. Definitely recommend checking out. But be mindful that all services automatically charges 20% gratuity. They have several restaurants and a bar in the casino area along with a cute little gift shop. The coffee shop is downstairs on the other end of the hotel. When I arrived they had plenty of parking. It can seem like a nuisance to drag luggage from the car and have to cut through the casino to get to the front desk. I also attended an event in the conference area that was fun as well. And it wasn't that expensive. Overall, I had a wonderful time here and I will definitely come back again in the future.
Fantastic and very beautiful casino in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. The rooms are absolutely amazing and both the hotel and casino are great! The selection of slots and number of them ensure that you can almost always get your machine. The buffet is the best we have had at a casino, and is very reasonably priced. Every Wednesday has a 30% discount on the buffet. The Noodle bar and Italian restaurant are top notch as well. The payouts seem to be very generous as well!
Absolute worst casino I've ever been in and let's just say I'm an avid gambler. I went in there on a weeknight and the place was like a mortuary. No players, completely quiet and almost entirely empty. I proceeded to spend $500 on roughly 10-12 random machines scattered throughout the casino. I got 1 bonus on Ultimate Fire Link equivalent to what I put in then they proceeded to just take that right back too. Most of the other machines didn't even give a win as much as let alone more than the bet. Ran down place. Beautiful location but obviously needing all it can get to stay alive. Couldn't even live in the shadows of Wind Creek in Bethlehem. I guess if you are here just for the scenery maybe but in that case why not just go to a luxury without a casino. Wont step foot in there ever again. Only.thing worth mentioning is that the staff were all very polite courteous and welcoming.
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness is unacceptable — everything feels dirty and neglected. The pools are very dirty, and the jacuzzi that is advertised simply does not exist. The service is terrible, and the staff look tired, unprofessional, and untidy. The food in the restaurant is awful — absolutely tasteless, the dishes are dirty, and even the tables are sticky and not properly cleaned. The dining area feels old and unpleasant. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is depressing. There is literally nothing to do here — no entertainment, no energy, nothing modern. I honestly don’t understand how this place has such a high rating. The hotel looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1990s. Everything — from the furniture to the decor — feels outdated. Maybe this place would be fine for people in their 70s or 80s who just want a quiet place to sit, but for anyone younger who expects comfort, cleanliness, and a nice experience — I do not recommend this hotel at all. It’s a waste of money.
Really beautiful and clean rooms. I stayed here when on a work trip. Multiple places to eat. Room service and valet available. I don't gamble but the casino floor looked well run. The only complaint is there is a smoking section in the casino and that smell travels throughout the entire floor. No smoking in or near the hotel rooms though. No children allowed. Nice pool.
We did a one night stay at this property and it's supposed to be an adult only casino... There's no entertainment for adults, no night clubs and the joke of what they call entertainment is setting up a few plastic cubes by the poker bar and have two people singing that you can barely hear. This place is filled with cigarette and marijuana smokers, my wife and I had to wear a mask. Totally disgusting. I would never recommend this place to anyone and do not plan on ever going back. Tom
This was my first time here. As soon as you walk in you smell the cigarette smoke. Huge turnoff. The players club was conveniently located at the front. More casinos should do this. The guy at the counter acted like he was doing me a favor getting me the players card. He wasn't rude, but he wasn't friendly. A smile and how was your day would go a long way. As I write this my eyes are burning and itching. The smoke is horrible. People have a choice to smoke I have to breathe. My head hurts. The casino itself is laid out nice. A lot of the machines will keep kicking out the money or the tickets so that's aggravating. A lot of the buttons don't work or stick, that's also aggravating. I was really looking forward to trying out this casino. I was happy to leave. Would I recommend this casino? No. I won't be back there are too many other choices. By the way the non-smoking part is a joke.

Even though you may think it's not a good time to go to a movie theater I'll tell you the folks at casino theater make it 100% worth it. For the low price of $25 an hour you can have your own personal viewing room with a 32 foot screen and access to the entire menu of food. We came to celebrate our soon to be 10-year-old birthday, plugged in my laptop and streamed Black Panther. We had excellent food brought to us by their very friendly staff and had complete access to the temperature the volume and the lighting in the theater. The owner Karen, was so helpful in getting our little get together booked and you can tell really truly care about their customers. It's a great way to support small business and still be safe during these times. So make your reservation and get ready for some popcorn candy ice cream and other munchies along with your movie of choice and just your safe pod family.
The place is really good to go with family and spend a good time watching a movie while eating some ice cream. The young staff need to be trained properly to listen to the costumer and provide a better service not just try to get it done. I personally try the dinner and a movie special and hate to said that was disappointed the burguer was dry and the fries where cold. Like I said before their ice cream is amazing and their older staff very friendly. If you want to also spend some time playing mini golf with your family their mini golf is a good option considering their price. I hope their kitchen staff get better and they can go back to be able to be claim the best burguer like i'm one of their adds.
Great covid safe party idea!! We rented the theater out for a gaming party for my 7 year old son. There's enough room to social distance, everything was clean, staff and attendees wore masks and the food was great! The owners and the staff are so so friendly and accommodating. I'm so happy I chose to have his party here and that we were able to support a LOCAL FAMILY BUSINESS!!
This place is great !!! The good old fashion feel with up to date equipment . Food quality was excellent and yes we all had some ice cream and it was delicious. The movie theater quality was excellent as well
Phenomenal place 👌 the 50's theme is awesome. The owners are great and the dinner and movie special for $13 is great. Watched both Black Panther and Lego movie 2.
Great place to grab a bite or just and have ice cream! Not the same old flavors. Salted caramel cheese cake and salted caramel cookies and cream are awesome!
Really cute family place. It had a 50s feel/ decor. The ice cream was delicious. We saw Christopher Robin ( which was delightful) and had our dinner served in the theatre. The food was just okay, but it only cost $13 for dinner and the movie. My only real complaint was that it could have been cleaner. The trays we're sticky and straw dispenser s we're really dirty.
This place is pretty cool. It offers a movie and dinner. Pizza, hot dog, hamburger cheeseburger or sandwhich for 12 bucks each person. The theater has an old time feel but great picture quality. Seats were comfy and not to packed.

ATV adventure was definitely a great choice and experience! The service and communication starting with purchase all the way through was a 10/10. The trails were amazing for even a beginner rider. The price for riding was super fair and affordable. Perfect day for the family even the little ones!
We had a great experience here. Some of the reviews were kinda funny but we decided to go here anyway and they didn’t disappoint. The staff and tour guides were excellent. We were first timers, everything was explained correctly and clearly. I’m not sure why some people posted negative reviews because our experience was amazing and we will definitely return.
This was hands down the worst experience ever. First of all, don’t believe the lies. They advertise a 1-hour ride, but you’ll be lucky to get 35 minutes. Takes them 10 min to start, 10 min break and they will bring you 10 min early. They’ll promise you can switch midway, only to change the rules and deny it once you’re already come to mid way to take the 10 min break. The rides themselves are painfully slow, ridiculously short, and completely underwhelming. The ATVs are filthy, outdated junk that feel unsafe to ride. Worst of all, the staff put on a fake smile until you’ve paid. After that, they couldn’t care less about you.
I came with my group of friends (6), we are all Latinos, and we felt discrimination from the staff who received us (Chris and another lady). They spoke to us harshly and kept raising their voices, looking down on us every time they had to explain something. When one member of the group had to use a translator because she didn’t fully understand, this man was rude. Additionally, the protective equipment is not in the best condition (see attached photo). The guide, Ash, was pleasant, as was the overall experience. My recommendation is to improve customer service in order to treat everyone equally, regardless of their nationality.
The worst tour in the world. I completed the tour, which they sold as 1 hour, in exactly 40 minutes and even though we were going at an average speed of 6 mph (fast as a turtle). We left at 2:12 pm and returned to the main building at 2:53 pm. And even though the employee at the building said that we could change drivers halfway through, they did not let us change halfway through and instead of apologizing for this they said that they would not do such a thing.
I had a blast! The staff was helpful and cracked a few jokes. They made sure to make safety a top priority. We saw a few deer on the riding trail. The equipment was easy to use and the trail was really fun.
This place is dangerous. One of the bald guides physically assaulted us during our tour and made serious threats. Completely unprovoked, aggressive, and unprofessional. This is not just bad service it’s a safety risk. If you’re considering visiting Pocono ATV Tours, think twice. Your safety and peace of mind are worth more than a few hours on an ATV. There are other tour companies in the area that respect their customers and take professionalism seriously. Choose one of them. See below the picture of perpetrator.
This was my first time riding ATV, but I'm used to doing sporty stuff, like hiking, riding OneWheel, skiing, etc. So all I needed was 5 min on the trail to learn how to handle my ATV. After that, we just went on both the beginner trail and the advanced trail. Fun stuff. My son wasn't 18 yet, so he couldn't drive due to their insurance restriction. Funny thing is he had driven ATVs outside the US. But the staff was friendly enough to explain and refunded the $40 fee difference between driver and rider. All good. The picture was of my son posing to ride during our break time. NOTE: We got there about 2 min early, but should probably have come 10 min early.

So, my 6 year old had to use the bathroom while we were at the consignment shop next door. The owner there stated we could use the restroom at Pocono Rocks! I took the girls over while my wife shopped. As we got to the door noticed it stated no bathroom without purchase. So we ordered up some food and the girls went. As we waited for the food, purchased playtime for the 6 yr old and she had a blast. We didnt order anything crazy some sandwiches and some pizza. It came out in a decent amount of time and the food was good. Not too pricey yet not too cheap either. The blowup slides and play areas were clean and operational. The rock climbing looked like it could be a ton of fun and there was another section to the very rear which looked like it could be fun for children and adults. Atmosphere seemed very laid back no rush or pushing. Was a nice impromptu stop on a rainy afternoon.
Totally awesome! We randomly stumbled across this while staying at a lodge and it was one of the best parts of our trip. Incredibly reasonably priced. Bouldering doesn’t have super specific courses, but it was super fun to get creative and there was definitely paths for easy to advanced levels. Hard ninja course, we liked it! Bounce houses for kids. Definitely schedule this as a visit if you are in the area. Staff was great.
Great place to bring the kids and left them run out some of their energy. Multiple bounce houses with slides and a big climbing wall. We try to come here whenever we're in town. It's definitely a plus that they have food and drinks for everyone. Highly recommend.
Tl;Dr; Great fun. Great staff. Great food. Great value. What a tremendous find. We had a great time. The place was clean and well maintained. I loved the variety of things to do. The ninja course, the climbing wall and swinging/climbing rope were awesome additions. It was great to have room to run around. The lack of formal separation between the bouncy house means the kids can come down the slide of one and chase each other to the obstacle course of another. Having the big pad set up for the climbing wall meant the kids can do tumble and gymnastics without getting hurt (though it helped that they weren't super busy. The bathrooms were clean and big enough for families. The games weren't outrageously priced. We decided to get food before we left (another great option) and instead of the usual microwaved fare one expects from an "entertainment center", it was great. The Cuban sandwich was the best I've had in the area. (The pork was amazing). I'm still disappointed by the bread because I'm a traditionalist, but the sourdough was super tasty. The fries were good. They were seasoned, which is not my usual experience in this area. We ordered, but didn't try the pizza. My kiddo was more interested in the fries. All in all, it was a great time and we will be back.
This place is on the smaller side, but that didn't matter because my kids had a blast. They can go down the slide for hours. There's a rock climbing wall and small area to test your strength, balance, and endurance with their obstacle course. The slides are fun and I(older mom) even enjoyed this place. We do plan to come back. Their food is good and I really loved the latte. The owner is a gem of a lady.
We had my son’s 5th birthday party at Pocono Rocks, and it was absolutely the best experience! The owner, Jodi(such a sweetheart), and her kids were amazing. All I had to do was show up. They took care of everything from chips, popcorn, pizza, and drinks to decorations that perfectly matched our theme. The place was spotless and well organized, and even though another party was happening at the same time, we barely noticed. All the kids had a blast! They also have a café with good coffee and yummy food for purchase, which was a great bonus for the adults. I highly recommend Pocono Rocks to any parent who wants a completely stress free party where everything is taken care of,Just bring your cake and enjoy!
I don’t think I’ve ever written a review, but this place definitely deserves one! I used to bring my now 15-year-old to Pocono Rocks and now I bring my little guys. This place is a gem. Family owned, great homemade food and super clean every time! You can tell how much love they put into their business! My kids absolutely love it!
I took my nieces and nephew here ages 9,5, and 1. They all loved it. I was worried the 1 year old was too young but they were running around on the padded floor tumbling and sprinting 😂. Very cute. The staff is a family and they are very friendly. The kids need to wear socks to play around and sneakers to climb the rock wall. Adults, remember to bring socks and sneakers so you can supervise your kids if they need it.

very accommodating, clean, professional, & relaxing!! they got us in same day for a last minute 1hr couples massage. We got the deep tissue & it was amazinggg! filled out a questionnaire before we got to the back so they knew what was priority for each of us & they stuck to it! We left feeling incredible! We’d definitely be back
My sisters and I did a sister weekend getaway to the poconos and schedule massages for each of us and Serenity did not disappoint! The staff were very kind and accommodating. The massages were great! The massage therapist focused on my back, legs, and she gave a scalp massage. Only suggestion I would give, bring relaxing music into the massage rooms. If you are in the area, I highly recommend them.
Very dissatisfied with the deep tissue massage. We did a couple massage and unfortunately, they missed the mark. An hour of a massage but only spent a fraction of the time actually working on the knots. Which was odd because we completed an in-take form which specifically states what areas required attention. Left feeling cheated after spending $230. Then they literally chased us to the car to ask for gratuity, even after stating gratuity was optional, if that was the case, why follow us to the car. So after spending a total of $260, I do not recommend this place. I’ve received better and more thorough massages on boardwalk in Atlantic City or a mall massage kiosk. Also doing the appointment, we can clearly hear running back and forth coming from upstairs. This is distracting and the noise does not help set a tranquil atmosphere when spending almost $300 for an 1 hour service.
I was locked up from my neck to my shoulder blade and called for a 20 minute chair massage to get some relief. Jessica did such a great job that I came back the next day for an hour table massage. 24 hours later I had full mobility back. She is a wonderful masseuse.
Staff were very kind and courteous. The massage itself was phenomenal, better than any chiropractic massage I have ever had. My aches and pains are gone for the day and I feel like a million dollars.
This is our second time here for couples massage. First time was a year ago this is our 2nd and consistently a great experience. Lisa is super strong and great for that deep tissue massage that my boyfriend needed. I had a Swedish massage by Olivia and it was the perfect pressure for me. They both asked if the temperature was good we came in from a hot day so asked for AC and they turned it on for us super attentive in asking if pressure was good and temp was good. Great space calm music. I love that they didn’t use any scents I’m sensitive to certain smells although you can ask for a special scent if you want. Would definitely recommend! They did a full body with a hot towel after and head massages after both front and back head to toe. Very very good would highly recommend!
One of the better massages we've had! Got a 1.5 hour swedish couples massage and it was great. Ending with some head scratches was just the cherry on top. If we were local we'd be coming back weekly!
My husband and I were in the area and decided to come here for a couples massage yesterday. His was amazing he said - mine had NO clue what she was doing - pushing down on bones here and there pushing hard in random spots, it was awful and I wasted my money. I was too shy to say anything so just gritted my teeth as she was giving me a massage. Today im hurting to the point where I feel like im going to puke. I feel bruised inside my body on my back shoulders - im not sure who I had but she 100% didnt go to school for massage. Im so hurt and so mad that we went here and wasted our hard earned money. I go regularly (once a month) to my lady where I live and never had any issues I walk out feeling relaxed and amazing. I feel stiff, bruised & nausea from hurting after leaving here.... stand clear :( I feel bad for the owner she is so sweet and kind! I will be complaining to the BBB

I stayed here for 3 nights a few weeks ago and couldn't have been happier with the accomodations!! Very clean and they have a full hot breakfast buffet which had great food and a plethora of options. Most importantly; they have a top-notch and friendly staff across the board!! DeAndre, Ronald and Andrea at the front desk were super helpful and even loaned me a charger since my luggage was lost and didn't arrive for a day or two after my check-in. Jen who oversees the breakfast buffet, and also does housekeeping is super sweet and she definitely deserves a raise because she is on her game and aside from her hospitality she is always moving and working hard on something every time I saw her!! Would highly recommend if you're in this area; as the reasonable price to the services and accommodations received is second to none!! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area!!
Never have I ever had such a horrible experience at a hotel. At check in the woman made us feel like we were bothering here was rude and unfriendly, we let it go, people have bad days. Room was ok, a little over priced for how run down it was but it was clean. We left to go to dinner and when we returned our key did not work, went to the desk and nobody was around, another guest showed up same issue, 15 minutes still nobody there. The other guest went behind the desk to make sure there was no medical emergency and not a person could be found, both him and I went looking through the hotel and couldn't find anyone, by this point a 3rd guest came to the desk with the same issue. 30 minutes later 2 girls come walking in the door with bags of food. Instantly shouted at us with attitude that she deserves a break, was not apologetic in the least, had no care that we were all locked out of our rooms. I do not believe it is legal for the hotel to be unattended by an employee, in the event of an emergency there was nobody around. This left such a bad taste in my mouth that we will NEVER stay here again. I give one star only for the very nice woman at check out and the one running the breakfast.
During an overnight visit to the Poconos, we needed basic lodging as we were attending a small wedding. We opted for the best western due to proximity to the ceremony and reception venues. The room is relatively small, but was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, AC/Heat, television, etc. The bathroom is small. The door nearly touches the toilet. If you’re traveling with a family, more than 1 person cannot fit at a time. The shower water was hot, that’s a plus. However the faucet had visible build up and the tub had rust stains. If we were staying more than a night, I would have requested another room. We didn’t use any other facilities such as the pool or breakfast. We didn’t trust the ice machine, and I certainly didn’t trust the coffee in the lobby. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, without traffic noise. Would I stay again? No. Was it fine for a brief overnight stay, sure.
I stayed for 3 nights, and overall the experience was mixed. The room door was difficult to open – I had to try multiple times before it would unlock properly. As soon as I entered the room, it was hot because they hadn’t set the temperature in advance. The shower didn’t work well; about half the water just flowed down through the bottom of the fixture instead of the showerhead. The towels were shedding a lot of lint, and the TV was quite outdated – definitely not a smart TV. Also, the power outlets were very loose, so it was hard to keep my charger plugged in, which was frustrating. The pool was also disappointing – it was small and only 4 feet deep, which made it too shallow for most adults to really enjoy. On the positive side, the location was great – very close to everything. Breakfast was provided, which I appreciated, even though it was too early and the same every day, so it got repetitive. The staff were friendly, although the issues I asked to be fixed were never actually resolved.
We decided to stay at this hotel because it was near the highway. As we walked in the front staff greeted and welcomed us. Front area was nice and clean. As we walked into the room when noticed a nice floral scent in the room. Room was spacious, clean and cool since it was hot outside in July. Furniture and light fixtures were dated but it didn’t cause an issue for us. Bed was comfy and breakfast was pretty good. A huge plus for us was that it was near I-80. Ok now that’s the pro. For the cons, we wanted to be fair and point out some of the cons. 1.) Juice/water machine was broken during breakfast time. 2.) Although the bed was made on the second day we’d requested, there were cookie crumbs on the bed from the day before. 3.) The soda machine on the second floor did not have the option for credit cards, only cash. 4.) We’d requested a few towels but had to pick up the towels at the front desk. 5.) Read other reviews about the poor plumbing - well I guess it’s true. Bathtub was clogged - draining extremely slow. In spite of these cons, we would definitely stay again. Hopefully some of the cons will be addressed.
The room was nice and clean and pretty inexpensive. All of the hotel staff were wonderful! Kind, courteous, and helpful, specifically the woman who checked us in late night on 6/20/25 and all the staff in the breakfast area. Hot breakfast was included (waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc). We always check mattresses now for bedbugs and when we pulled the sheets, the mattresses looked pristine! I was impressed. The beds weren’t super comfy, the sheets & towels were scratchy, and the bathroom was so tiny, but everything was clean, the staff were great, the hotel was a great price and it was available on the Poconos NASCAR race weekend.
Rented the jacuzzi room with the fireplace. Unfortunately, the hot tub needed to be cleaned before we were able to use it. And the fireplace was unusable, being it was wood burning ( weren't informed of that ). The Internet in the room was horrible. Oh, and no shower other than the hot tub. The mattress was hard, I loved the pillows. Breakfast was not what we expected. Not many options. Cereal, you could have made your own waffles, but scrambled eggs were runny and cold. The potatoes (hash browns) were hard and cold. The sausage patty was hard and overcooked. The best thing, in my opinion, was the orange juice and apple juice. But can expect much when they give it away free, I guess
I’ve been going to this hotel for the past few months because of work, and it’s been a great experience for me. No one goes into my room unless i ask for it to be cleaned (which is rare). Staff are nice and check in is quick even tho i forget to reserve beforehand 😅
