I will go back everyday if I could, it was amazing the workers were awesome considerate to us. They would ask if no lines were formed if we wanted to stay on the ride. Always with a smile did not come across anyone in a bad mood and that was dismissive. This was my first time going since I was a young child. My 10 y/o loved every bit of it. The wait for rides and visit with Santa was not as bad as most places. The bathroom, buildings, seating was very clean no complaints. All great about this fun park. I wasn’t able to do the water park but looked amazing. The only suggestion I would have is adding in 1 or two misting tents of course I went on a very hot day. The people that were there to enjoy the park were also friendly. I will recommend Santa’s village over storyland any day!
This is a great little spot that you can experience a little Christmas magic anytime of the year. We have been here in July and we have been here in December and it is fun, exciting and magical each time. The winter time is obviously a little more magical given the theme of establishment However, more of the rides are closed down at that time. The staff are super friendly. It doesn’t matter if it’s a ride attendant, a groundskeeper or a person working in one of the food establishments. They are always incredibly friendly. This place is definitely worth a trip, but make sure you get your online tickets before you arrive because they only allow a certain number of people per day. They do not sell tickets at the gate you must have purchased them beforehand. I actually really like this because it significantly reduces the amount of people in the park each day and your line lines are way short shorter. This place is worth a visit, go check it out
The hype is real. This is the best family park in the entire country. It's honestly such a fun and relaxed environment. It's nice to go to a theme park where the employees do not act like they are 1 bad interaction away from walking out. I really enjoyed the elf scavenger hut. I did it without a map just to extend my time and to explore more. I spent about 5 hours at the park and managed to do everything. My only complaint is that I wish there was just 1 solid thrilling flat ride. Like an inverting frisbee ride or something like that. Everything here is geared towards very small children. I feel like there are plenty of kids who enjoy solid thrills too. They don't need some big crazy coaster, just 1 cool and interesting flat ride.
Excellent family amusement park for kids 12 and under. Very clean, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Perfect day to put you in the Christmas spirit. We visited November 7. Would come back again during the summer to check out the water rides. Highly recommend
What can I say about Santa’s Village. Its a place I have been coming for over 40 years. Its a great little amusement park located on the North Side of the White Mountains. Clean. Friendly Staff. Plenty of Parking, whether in the main lot or lot across the street. The food is decent for a amusement park, but we are able to bring in our own snacks. In the colder months they have heaters around the park when they are open. The rides have a max of 15 minute wait time. The only downside tothe park is some of the rides have no set line to wait in. For example we were waiting at the Carrousel. Then a group of people came and “cut us” but not on purpose cause there is nothing directing them to where a line would be like a rope. The water park is cool, and actually pretty big. Lots of lifeguards. Plenty of bathrooms and food stalls. The reindeer was the highlight.
So much fun. We love this place. One of the best parts about it is the limited ticket sales. The lines are short, the atmosphere is super friendly. We always have a blast. Love the 2 new Rollercoasters.
Great place for the whole family. Toddler Waterpark is absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful nursing mom stations. Family changing areas. Cleans restrooms. Delicious beverages. Awesome gift shop selections. Gorgeous ornament customization. We're already planning our next trip back!
We have already been here several times. Some locations have been updated. A new roller coaster ride. Love their sugar cookies in the bakery. The staff is friendly. I really like that people with special needs have a green passage without queuing and waiting.

What a cool experience!! This is something I’m glad to check off my list of things to try. Got to meet and give some well deserved pets and attention to all the pups before and after the ride. Our musher Matt was down to earth and fun to hang with while we were on our tour. Highly recommend this excursion. Finding this was what sealed the deal for us booking our NH trip!
We booked and paid online. All staff was friendly and welcoming. We signed an easy waiver for the family when we arrived and they did weigh everyone prior to riding. We did the mini musher and it was perfect for our family of 4. We had plenty of time to love on all the dogs. Some of the dogs were so funny. They were little thieves and would take my son’s glove and tried to take his hat. Many of them were “huggers “ where they would stand up and grab a hold of your arm. It was so sweet. You can tell the dogs really enjoy running. Kate was our musher and she was very friendly and patient with all of the questions I asked. They have a great system of half of the family driving to certain locations to get pictures and videos of those that are riding. It was a really peaceful, pretty ride and I’m glad we were able to experience it.
Decided to go on a dog sledding adventure during a trip with three of my girlfriends. I had been to Muddy Paw years earlier with my husband and daughters and loved it. Once again, they did not disappoint. Everybody was super nice, the dogs were very enthusiastic, and it was a beautiful fun day. You could tell that the staff all really cared about the dogs and treated them well. We even had a little doggy drama when the dogs had to be switched around and untangled but that was all part of the fun. It was handled quickly with great skill and professionalism. Afterwards we went into the warm-up hut and had some hot chocolate. Would definitely recommend Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel!
What an awesome adventure! When they pull the sled out, all the dogs go crazy like " pick me". Matt, our musher was friendly and knowledgeable. All the dogs loved petting and attention. Wonderful ride through the snowy forest.
Absolutely worth every pretty penny to come here! Heather was such a nice warm person who showed us around and introduced some dogs and we had Garrett as our musher who was also just wonderful. You can tell how much they care about the dogs and the dogs themselves seem incredibly happy. If you're a dog person be prepared to leave feeling attached to some of the dogs and missing them later lol my partner and I were already talking about coming back before we had even left. Thank you guys for such an incredible experience!
Know going into it that you’ll have an amazing time, the team will do their best to accommodate your plans and that the weather can’t be controlled! We weren’t able to do the tour we originally booked due to icy conditions and lack of snow. That being said the team at muddy paws was proactive in communication and gave us an option to do another tour. Matt our musher was incredibly knowledgeable and made it a memorable experience for our whole family! The dogs were all so lovely, we are hoping to come back in the fall and experience it in another season!
Absolutely loved this experience!! From the couple mile fall cart ride to interacting with the dogs- such a memorable part of our VT/NH trip. We ended up finding a new family member as an unexpected surprise too. Highly recommend this experience as part of a fall trip to NH or VT!!❤️
Visiting the Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel was the coolest thing I've ever done. My husband and I did the Howl at the Moon tour on 3/8/18. Because it was late in the season, it didn't get dark during the tour but that didn't matter at all. We followed the email instructions on what to bring and how to dress and we were well prepared for the adventure. We arrived and were immediately greeted by our musher, Andrew, who showed us around the outdoor kennel and explained the process of preparing the dogs for the sled tour. We were allowed to greet every one of the 80+ dogs and help prepare the lucky ones that would be pulling our sled. When the dogs were ready, Andrew helped us sit in the sled and wrapped us up in a warm blanket. We were encouraged to take pictures and videos during the 5 mile tour. Andrew was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all the questions we had. I could tell he loves his job! When the tour ended, Andrew took care of getting the sled dogs back to their kennels while we gave out treats and said good bye to all the dogs. It was a super cool experience and I am excited to go back next year!
