It's a fun place for all ages, but especially for kids. You can stay all day in the water park. It has a cafe, bars, and restaurants within the water park. It also has a convention center for large group meetings or exhibitions. It also has an arcade next to the water park. This year it has new check-in kiosks so that customers don't need to wait for long to check in. The only thing I want to point out is the water pressure of the showerhead. It's too low. It took me a long time to wash off the body soap.
Good place to stay the water park is nice. The arcade is a blast. Food is kinda expensive especially breakfast. There are really good places close by is you want to drive just a few minutes. For conferences it has a nice facility. Rooms are clean big bathtubs and nice shower. Places to hike and walk and lots of activities.
Kalahari is a great place that has everything all in one place. I am a annual visitor and I must say it gets better every year. What makes this place the best is the staff! They are AMAZING!! So personable, helpful, and customer oriented. Even with the large crowd, they stay so grounded and friendly. I have to say the only consistent negative for me is the spa. Still amazing staff but it is very difficult to get an appointment I have seen it empty but you aren't able to appointments. Maybe they need additional help but I find that to be the most frustrating part. I also think there should be some additional flexibility with some of the services. I did not get to do my hydrotherapy, which I feel should have been able to be moved because there were loud and rather rowdy patrons there at the time of my session. I wanted to relax, not listen to loud, raunchy conversations. Otherwise wonderful!
The waterpark itself is great. The employees are very nice and helpful. However, our room smelled like stale cigarettes even though it’s a non smoking room. The beds are really uncomfortable. All the food, drinks, snacks etc. are way overpriced. Luckily there are some places , not too far off the resort you can go to get meals and snacks. Also I felt like signage wasn’t great. It was hard to figure out where to go when we first got there. I wish they would have details in the room regarding the different restaurants, and their menus. We had to walk to each restaurant and ask to look at a menu to then decide it was way overpriced.
From the moment we walked in, this indoor water park completely exceeded our expectations. The entire place is spotless, well-organized, and filled with non-stop fun. Whether you’re coming with little kids, teens, or just looking for a day of fun as an adult, there’s truly something for everyone. The slides were incredible—fast, exciting, and totally safe with attentive lifeguards at every turn. The lazy river was the perfect way to relax, and the wave pool had just the right amount of thrill without being overwhelming. They also had a fantastic kids’ area with smaller slides and splash zones, which kept the younger ones entertained for hours. What really stood out was how well-run the entire place was. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. Whether you’re trying to escape bad weather, planning a family day out, or celebrating a special occasion, I’d 100% recommend this indoor water park. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, we’re staying even longer!
Went for a quick getaway to use the pools only to have the pools shut down. Smell of marijuana permeated the room and the balcony so be careful with children here. Redd’s piano bar saved the rating from being only 1 star
Great place and service. Prices for food and the shops were a bit outrageous, but it's a resort. So, convenience was king, and they crushed that! The park is fun and exciting, the arcade kept the kiddos happy and the people were delightful.
This waterpark was amazing the park have great water slides, and the arcade was great, and most importantly the lifeguards were very great they saved my sister from drowning.

Unforgettable experience. I came here during my birthday weekend gateway with my husband. It was our first time riding horses and it was amazing. I would love to come back and ride again. The staff was amazing, friendly, informative, and overall great to be around. The horses were well taken care off and I didn’t feel like I was taking advantage of the animals by using them for my enjoyment. We took an hour ride through the woods and also saw some deers. I recommend coming here while staying in Poconos.
The staff here was SO friendly and omg the riding in the snow was a magical experience. Amber happily took photos of us (while she was also on horseback) so we would have these memories forever. And Alice (the manager, really hoping I remembered her name correctly) led the way and kept us comfortable the whole time. 11/10 recommend.
Amazing ride! If your an advanced rider the water fall ride is for you! If you want a smooth ride and mellow, request the horse Marty. Marty was amazing and compliant. The guide, Theresa, was amazing. Also, Veronica is amazing as well. She assisted me when I first showed up and pick out the perfect horse for me based off what I told her I wanted! She is also a guide and would love to go on a trail with her next time! Will definitely be back!

Stayed here twice for a weekend with my colleagues, over all it’s a cozy homey inn with nice ballrooms, beautiful view, lots of lobby space and couches to commute, funny but throughout the entire building you have a plug within 2 feet, has nice game room, pool table ($1 per game) ping pong, arcade room, piano, small exercise room, it even has it’s own post office, nice swimming pool, spa just across the parking lot, fire pit for everyone to enjoy. And for the rooms... it’s clean but pretty old, has that carpet smell and when someone walks above you , you hear the creeks, mattress is very soft, not firm at all (some might like that) also the elevator doesn’t reach all levels of rooms, we had to walk another flight of stairs. Staff was very nice and helpful. Over all was nice stay.
First Time I played here course was in pristine condition… for 8 holes.. 😂😂 then we got rained out.. came back the week after and the water damage done to the course!. I wouldn’t recommend anyone play here unless it’s a hot deal for about a month.. most greens had massive water damage, contracting the fairways and rough being as dry as ever. Like hitting your golf ball off of concrete. Not many bunkers or water trouble, but likes of tree trouble!. So be cautious.. The best part of the course is the staff.. the starters are awesome, hilarious, friendly, knowledgeable of the course!. The cart girl was smokin hot!. DAYUM!. And the guy in the pro shop uses words like “sir and thank you” which I always respect and reciprocate!. I’ll be playing here again because the course layout is great. It’ll just be a while. All in all, it’s a 4 star course with no rain, a 3 star after massive rain.. but hit ‘em straight gentlemen and ladies!.🏌🏾‍♂️🏌🏾‍♂️🏌🏾‍♂️
Course was fun and staff were friendly and accommodating. Course could use some work though. Fairways were hard mostly due to the dry summer I’m sure but greens were pretty rough and it was almost impossible to get a putt to roll true. Also deducted stars for the condition of the cart paths some of the bumps and holes were pretty intense, in fact one of them was hard enough to knock my club brush off the magnet and I never did find it. For the price though I will give it another shot when I’m back in town next year and update the review accordingly.
Recently visited this golf course on a Saturday morning for a 8:40 tee time for 2 and was more then happy with the service, quality, pricing at this course. Don't base your future opinion or choice of coming to this course on a couple reviews that were written by people that clearly like to complain. Driving range is grass vs a hitting mat which in my opinion promotes a better warmup and more of a true hit when running thru the bag during warm up. The course ranger / starter was a great guy, helpful, knowledgeable and honestly an asset to playing golf here. Cart service during play was fairly priced and we saw it about 4 times during the 18 holes. Condition of the course was great for being mid/end of October. Course was scenic, some real nice blind shots due to different elevations. I would 100% visit this course again and look forward to many more years of golfing here
Lots to do, indoor & outdoor, on property. The sports area was convenient and the people running the stable were very nice.We enjoyed the outdoor pool since the weather was fantastic. But the towels were the size of dishtowels. You'd be better off bringing your own. There was a nice trail to a mini waterfall. However, hotel is old & has it's quirks. We stayed at the lodge, which is just feet from the main hotel. We could hear the conversations of the people above us & their baby crying. There were also quite a few areas that needed maintenance --- the pool surrounding walking area need patching and sweeping - the table tennis paddles were practically splinters - no cover or handle. And parking was rough. We took their shuttle to Mount Airy Casino which turned out to be quite reliable. Considering the rate and the number of things to do, I would recommend it. But if you're "high maintenance ", you may have a few issues.
If you like historic hotels with a lot of outdoor activities, this hotel may be for you. For the outdoor enthusiast, there's horseback riding, archery, trap shooting, pistol shooting, snowmobiling, and even dog sledding during the Winter months. The hotel was built in 1902 and has a lot of historic photos and artifacts displayed throughout. The main hotel building is very majestic inside with a lot of intricate architectural detail including wainscotting walls throughout. As you walk through the hallways, it does have that musty smell as if ghosts live there. It even feels like you are walking through the corridors of that hotel featured in The Shining. There's a lot of indoor family activities as well such as a small theater, game room, and many places to lounge around and play family board games. This place is so big it even has it's own little post office. There is an indoor pool at the lower level, but you must keep an eye on your kids since there's no lifeguard. Outside of the main hotel building, there are several smaller hotel units. These units have nothing special inside of them, just plain white rooms that kind of look, feel, and smell old. This place is on the list of National Historic Landmarks, so it does have a nice historic feel to it. During the Summer, they uncover a large outdoor pool. For the price ($90), I thought it was worth it. If hotels with an old feeling, smell and look to them is not your thing, go elsewhere.
As far as the price goes you really can't get much better. The greens are usually pretty fast and the tee boxes are always in great shape and the level of service is up there with a resort property. I have played here twice and will continue to come back. $45 on 4th of July weekend is a steal for what you get here.
I played here this afternoon and really enjoyed it! The course is very strategic and tricky. It was in pretty good shape considering it’s been dry lately and the end of season. Staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next visit.

Great food and drinks at a very low price. Pool tables and juke box. Relaxed environment highly recommend
Inexpensive and great food. We met the Spanish chef after we had some amazing shrimp in garlic sauce and clams "speakeasy" style. Cocktail lounge style place with music, which can be loud after 8. Great fries and burgers, gyros, and a Reuben egg roll that was great. Traditional American pub food fills most of the menu. Pool table.
I'm from the coast and love seafood, so the bar is set high. The Clams Speakeasy style is a great way to have dinner in the Poconos. Good atmosphere and friendly staff made the night.
I am not sure where the 4.7 comes from. I rate it a 0.7, especially the food. My wife and I went to eat on a Wednesday night and the food was awful! I ordered the Marilyn, which was microwaved chicken in a wrap. Absolute disaster in a wrap. The spiked soda was overpriced and watered down. If you are thinking about going there for food; think again.
Excellent service from the bar and at our table, had the Chicken Caesar Wrap which was very good, friend got deep fried hot dogs all the way which he said were basically regular hot dogs. Nice decor and ambience.
Excellent place to enjoy great food in a relaxed atmosphere.
Love it at The Speakeasy! Maria, Lisa, Tiffany, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and accommodating! Love the food, love the atmosphere, all around a great place to unwind in the Poconos!
It's very welcoming and not too large that you can get lost. Great place to have small events. Food is great.

My friends and I had so much fun thank you so much! Instructor gave us a lot of freedom to speed up/slow down, and the UTVs were great (even had bluetooth so you could play music while riding). We went after it rained the previous day so we got really muddy and dirty (not complaining). Was a great experience and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.
Had a tour today and I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment we walked in the young lady behind the desk was helpful and informative. All the staff was accommodating to myself and my young daughter. Seth our guide took us through the trails making sure we where comfortable and safe. Smoking Joe was awesome at the start and end of our trip. My daughter hasn’t stopped smiling since we left. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anybody traveling to the poconos!
Wow! Wow! What an amazing day! My wife and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary and what a way to celebrate! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable our Guide Seth was amazing he made sure we were safe and happy! Your Sir are OUTSTANDING! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We most certainly be back!
We had an absolutely amazing day at Pocono Outdoor Adventure Tours! Our tour guide, Seth, was incredible! friendly and made the experience so much fun. The staff were fantastic, making sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The day was packed with fun and thrilling experiences from start to finish. We can’t stop talking about our day and would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and unforgettable adventure. Truly a day we’ll never forget!
Had a great time, UTVs were a blast. The guides were friendly and professional. Paintball was also fun. Overall everybody was friendly and very helpful. Recommend where goggles when riding the UTV’s. And plan on getting wet and muddy.
What a great experience. Brought the wife and kids (7-10). We all had a blast. Seth and Smokin Joe were great. They made sure everyone was having a great time the entire ride while keeping everyone safe. We will definitely be back!
Loved every minute of the UTV ride! We had a blast through the course- loved the turns, hills, bumps, and especially the puddles! Great day and memory for my husband’s 55th birthday- Happy Birthday Tim!
Smokin Joe was the best tour guide! Would 100% recommend doing this if you are looking for fun and adventure! You will go on hills, mud pits, bends and turns, scenic views, and ending at Pocono’s Raceway track. Smokin Joe was funny, patient, informative, professional, and made our adventure a blast! The girls at the check in were very helpful and nice. Thank you Pocono Outdoor Adventure, we will be back!!!

My friends and I totally enjoyed our experience at this Spa ! We got a combination of massages and facials and all of us came back extremely happy with our services ! Theresa was a great attendant ! She was there for our group from beginning to end. We so delightful and helpful. I would totally recommend the accommodations are clean and the ammenties included with you spa service are the sauna hot tub and steam room. Wonderful experience thank you.
This is my second time going to kalahari spa and it was a great experience both times. Would’ve rated it a 5 but the outdoor heated pool wasn’t working at the time so that was a bummer. I did want to mention Monica M, I got the relaxation massage and she was the sweetest and made the experience 10x better definitely rate her 5 stars!
Definitely a place to go. The staff are amazing and not pushy. I had a feet scrub with mani/ pedi. Raquel was so kind and we had a great conversation which i initiated lol.. Im sure if you want quiet she will give it to you. Got there 10 minutes early and they led me to the calm room which was Amazing and quiet! Coffee or tea included. 4 stars due to the price but Definitely a getaway withing a getaway from everything else.
Don’t get your nails done here if you just need a good set of nails. The spa is very nice from what I saw and the ladies are very sweet but I got a mani pedi and it cost 110$… my 50 min mani only took 25 mins no hand massage (which we all know is the best part) no lotion or anything. It was kind of wild. I guess you have to pay for every single thing other than just polish. Get a massage not a manicure take it from me
I had such an amazing experience here! The price is super reasonable for all the amenities that they offer. I highly recommend this spa!
What was going to be a relaxing evening for my fiancé and I, turned into a night of her in pain and crying. We booked a couples massage today (10-5-2025) At first; everything went smooth, check in, go over the rules and confirm it was a Relaxation massage. When we got into our room, it was nice and clean. No issues there. We laid down, and the massages began. Immediately from the start we had excessive pressure. More of a deep tissue style massage. Lots and lots of pressure. For her, the masseuse kept going over and over a certain spot on her shoulder causing her extreme pain. When the massages were done we both agreed that ours were way too rough to be even close to relaxing. Had dinner reservations at a restaurant here as well and canceled due to this. Now tonight 6 hours later, she has a heating pad under it and it is super tender to touch. She can not even sleep on her side like she usually does. I feel bad since this was her birthday present. And coming here since 2016 when I had a massage here in the past, I was very excited and told her all about it. But now, we are both very disappointed to say the least, and have no interest in returning here for future massages. $360 down the drain, an extra $60 because the cashier who rang us out, decided that was the tip that should be left without letting us choose an amount. Very disappointed with this whole experience.
Good rides, fun for kids but that's where it ends. Disgusting food at water park. $24 pizza gave the heartburn for the whole family, and very unpleasant after taste. My suggestion is to bring your own healthy food and water to the park unless you want to poison yourself with over priced junk food. Changing rooms are nasty. Water is all over place with no place to drain, on average 1 inch of water on the floor in a Men's room section. You have to wait 5-15 minutes to get hand size towels, they are constantly out of towels and there os only one place that distributes them. The stuff that manages that rafts on top of the rides are extremely slow and making lines move slower on purpose. Instead of sitting people when the red light is on and letting them slide at green they only start the process when the light is green which adds a minute for each rider.
Overpriced and rushed service. $100 for an express facial which was basically nothing, $100 for an express back massage that felt like nothing and $65 for an express manicure which chipped off the next day as photos show. Will never go back and will not recommend to any friends nor family. The staff was friendly but the prices do not justify the services. To top it off I was asked if I wanted to tip, which I did before being slapped with the shocking price total. All in all, spent too much money on express services.

Had a great time at a berzerkus. I liked the setup of the place. The people who work here were very helpful. I lost my wallet and they found it shipped it over 4 hours away to my house. Never thought I would get it back or that all my money would still be in it. I would definitely come back here.
Well the venue is beautiful, the staff was amazing,BUT, as a worker the owner of said venue doesn't like to pay his employees for the time worked, I worked Berzerkus on sept 12th,13th,14th,15th and have YET to be paid, and apparently everyone else i worked with those days have not gotten paid as of NOVEMBER 14TH, so if you like working for free, Poconos Park is your place, I hope the powers that read this post and just maybe have a little integrity and mayb find it in their heart (and wallet) to pay those of us who have earned it. I feel for those that are in the same boat and I'll keep my feelings about ownership to myself.
Great event. Unfortunately the venue couldn't a little more planning. Beer was running out by 5. Food was running out by 7. Grounds were well kept and the area was beautiful. BE AWARE there us absolutely 0% cell reception. This results in cashless transactions crashing or not being able to be processed at all. The merch stand were and absolute wreck because of this.
Venue/facilities are pretty nice, but that is where the positivity ends. We attended the totally tubular festival. It was poorly run and extremely disorganized. We splurged for VIP. What a joke! The promised "express lane" entry only works if you show up hours early, otherwise you are stuck in the mile long security line with all ticketholders. The Free water promised was "out" and nowhere to be found when we needed it. Food ran out at 630pm. Drink lines were an hour long. I felt like I was a part of the Poconos first Fyre festival. I'll stick with Bethel Woods.
Just went to see the Totally Tubular Tour. Bands were great. Venue stunk. They had mile long lines to get in. Bands started before most people got in the venue. Security was a joke. Then they ran out of food halfway through the concert. Definitely disappointed. Drove 4 hrs to get there and will never go back!
If you work there you don't get paid.
I never been to the amphitheater but I’m looking forward to get this scare actor job
Excellent event this weekend with a great show. Venue is a best kept secret.
