A hidden gem! The diorama quality outshines museums twice its size. The material was a great balance of reading and sensory experience. A must-see for WW2 buffs. Eric was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable on little details throughout. Can't recommend enough!

We received a friendly welcome and a detailed tour. As a Hoosier, who made his home in Okinawa, Japan, Ernie Pyle is often in my thoughts. The museum is free and full of great information from the life of a famous American.

Great place to visit.. so much history in here. Tour guild is very knowledgeable about the area in the WW2 era Well worth the price of admission (FREE. But please give a donation to keep places like this open) Don't forget to have lunch across the street

If you are ever in the area, make time and stop. This place is AMAZING! Especially if you area literary fan of Ernie's or a World War II history buff!!! Ask for Andy the tour guide he's fun and filled with information about Ernie, Dana Indiana, and World War II.

Don’t miss this Ernie Pyle’s Home and Museum!! It’s top notch! You get to experience Ernie Pyle’s beginnings through his reporting of WWII on the ground with the troops. The displays are phenomenal.
