What a amazing hidden Gem....We saw the sign on #1 heading to B.C and pulled off the highway. It was about 15 min drive and was well worth the stop . The museum displays rivals the best... Thank you for this wonderful experience.....
Awesome place to check out. Lots of hands on displays.
So many upgrades were done to this Museum since I was last there 20 years ago. This is a definite must see if you are into military memorabilia and history. You could easily spend three or four hours wandering through the museum.
It was a wonderfull experience to see all the guns and artillery up close.
Very cool museum about the weapons of war that Canada has been involved in. Inside, it starts at the colonial era and then progresses to Afghanistan and UN peacekeeping missions. There were many information placards to read and learn from. There were dioramas of battles as well. Highly recommend visiting if you are a war history fan.
The Royal Canadian Artillery Museum is a hidden gem! A fascinating and well-curated collection that offers a deep dive into Canada’s military history, especially the role of the artillery. The exhibits are informative, thoughtfully laid out, and filled with authentic artifacts, equipment, and stories that really bring history to life. The staff are knowledgeable, passionate, and eager to answer questions, which made the experience even better. Whether you’re a history buff or just curious, this museum is well worth the visit. Highly recommended!
A great place to visit. A good history of Canadian military artillery and light guns from pre-Canada to Afghanistan. You can spends hours in here if you really wanted to, so much to see.
A little small given it's very specific set of historic peices, but it's all kept very clean and in fantastic condition. If you have an interest in artillery history and the history of the RCHA it's a nice place to visit.

Fairways are in really good shape, my first time playing Shilo, really enjoyed. Playing in wind was interesting too.
The course is in fantastic shape. It was not too busy on the day that we were there. If you use an app to book your times you can get your green fees at half price. I would highly recommend this course for prairie golfers. One thing to watch out for is the narrow fairways on some of the holes.
A very beautiful course and very challenging especially the greens---- fast, slopepy. Also great food and service.
Amazing golf course that was in great shape. Definitely recommend it.
Fun track, purest greens in West Man. A golf game and history class wrapped in to one cute little package. What isn't cute is triple bogeys.
A beautiful, well-maintained course. The historical write-ups at each hole, along with the museum quality displays dispersed throughout, make the visit worthwhile. 18 holes of golf is a bonus after that!
Greens are in awful shape. Needs to be better maintained. The course used to be one of the best in Westman now it is far from the best.
Windy but still a great day of golf.
