Lil shopping Plaza was very clean very calm nice shops, clean restroom
Great place to do your shopping, you can find anything you may need, from groceries to clothing and footwear.
Parking sucks, you pay, machines do not provide support. Yo show receipt and people accuse you for not paying and staying longer when traffic to enter and exit is horrible. Security doesn't care if your car gets damaged... No cameras no support, not even when they charge you for that... Scam!
I'm from the United States and this mall far exceeded my expectations. When I returned to the states, this was a place I reached about to all my friends. Yes you pay for parking. But the lights above the spaces and the convenience of "buscar el carro" made the minimal cost worth it. I felt very safe at this facility, even when I was alone or departed from my husband. I let the kids be on their own for awhile in the arcade when we went to the movie. This place is fantastic. The styles and brands were all very familiar to me so it felt like home. I only noticed that it was a bit more expensive, but I'm sure that would be standard for imported product. I also was amazed about the movie theater, lots of movies were in English, so that was great for me since I only speak English. Also, most of the employees at the mall were able to communicate with me or at least tried, which I appreciated a great deal. The restaurants were all very tasty. The bartender at Ruby Tuesday mixed fantastic drinks. We kept going back just for that. The arcade is a lot of fun, but don't expect to get any prizes, they cost too many tickets to get even the smallest of prizes.
Awesome place to shop eat and walk around. I had a wonderful experience people were friendly food was great. I’ll come visit again.
Very nice mall full of premium store and good selection of food, good way to spend haft a day and may even go to the movies, maybe even dinner and drinks, good way to kill tome in town. Prices, is a bit $$ if you coming from the USA or Canada
Variety of stores, nice and big food court and many different restaurants, accessible for while chairs, big parking lot and really nice biking design. One of the biggest malls in El Salvador. There is a movie theater and a little plaza for events.
When you come to this shopping center is like you are in America except everyone speaks Spanish people here are very nice. There a lot of restaurants to choose from also the restrooms here are very clean.

Did a one week tour with Roberto and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Roberto is passionate about his country and it was obvious the entire week that he wanted us to love El Salvador as much as him. Communication was excellent and we were able to customize the tour to make sure we saw what we wanted to see. We always felt safe and Roberto was always punctual. Having a local give recommendations for food and lodging is something you can’t put a price on. Every meal was awesome, every place we stayed was unique. I can’t recommend Roberto and El Salvador Custom Tours more highly!
Excellent tour! It was both informative and entertaining. There is no way we would have made it to as many destinations as we did, nor learned so much history about the country without the tour. The recommendations were spot on. You will not regret a tour with Roberto!
My family of 6 recently visited El Salvador for 2 weeks. We used Roberto for all of our transportation and tour needs. Everything was effortless! From the moment we stepped off of the plane, his driver was there to pick us up. We felt safe and secure and explored much of the country based on his recommendations and planning. He was very knowledgeable and gave us history lessons along the way. I highly recommend Roberto and his company.
We have travelled the world extensively (over 100 countries) and have met many, many tour guides. Roberto is in the top 99.99%. He is everything you need: knowlegable, punctual, organised, good communicator, fair, a great driver, and a has a great sense of humor. To top it all up, he accompanied my wife to go souvenir shopping (and helped negotiate !). Roberto took us through El Salvador, Guatamala, Honduras and dropped us off in Belize on a 3 week trip. We are very grateful to have met Roberto and would recommend him to anybody. He made our Central Ameria trip a fun and memorable trip.
Roberto provided us with an incredible experience of seeing many of the sights of El Salvador! His enthusiasm and professionalism made us realize what a great country El Salvador is to visit. We felt safe and found the Salvadorean people to be some of the friendliest in the world! Don't skip El Salvador!
I love to travel and decided to go to El Salvador with a friend for long weekend. I contacted this company and they were very diligent and helped me create an itinerary, recommended hotels and places to visit. My friend later canceled and I decided to go by myself. They were cool with it and even gave me a little discount. I was a little skeptical but with an open mind of this trip. This trip exceeded my expectations ten fold; I enjoyed Maya’s ruins, enjoyed many landscapes, learned a lot about history, hiked a volcano, swam in spectacular waterfalls, made friends and relaxed in a beautiful town named El Tunco, which is a hidden gem that I recommend 100%. They made sure I enjoyed everything as much as possible and they know their country. They are flexible and I plan to return in the near future! El Salvador is a beautiful country . Thank you El Salvador and El Salvador custom tour for a spectacular trip!
Visit Ruta de las Flores, Ataco Town is wonderful. El Salvador Custom Tours is the best Tour Operator in El Salvador.
Our go to for tours in this area. Roberto and team are awesome! Highly recommend.

Fun & Games
Slide 1 of 8
Been going here with my daughter for over 10 years. Still fun.
We went midweek. The place is run down, dirty and ran by teenagers. They have good variety of games.
Great amusement park for children. They have some thrilling rides. Price are ok for El Salvador. Lots of hand sanitizing gel around. Not too many personal so customer service suffers. Plenty of restaurants to eat in. Ample parking E,W,SW, and SE of the property. Great for mind distraction. They do not sanitize rides frequently.
The kids loved it. Laser tag was fun
This place used to be fun, now it is kind of sad and super expensive. They so have some rides/attractions that are great but they are too expensive. Chuckee cheese is better than this, there's no more laser tag in here, the air hockey machines are old and do not work properly.
The place is in a great strategy area for marketing and attracting kids but the place freaking Sux is absolutely expensive ..... Most arcades are 2 dollars and the tickets prices are insane you have to spend 100 dollars to get 800 tickets and get you a Disney sticker that you could buy a whole pack for 1 dollar outside any store..... My experience I went I saw it...... first and last time going.....
4 out of all ratings, but my experience is 5. Alot of people, when your playing a game you can tell the viruses can go to your hands then later on touching your face. Expensive but worth it. Some playing or machines won't work. I recommend going to the zipline, bumper cars, 2 people games, and laser tag for famillies!
Dissatisfaction disappointment, you need 800 tickets minimum to redeem for something. we got about 400 were not able to get anything. We don't live in el Salvador so really it was a 1 time thing I wish we knew it from the get go..

Pedestrian mall with a central fountain surrounded by brand-name stores, eateries & a movie theater.
Slide 1 of 8
Great selection of stores and eateries! Lots of construction currently in place but stores and mall entrances are still easily accessible. Lots of security around.
Really nice mall and most is situated outside in various different Plazas. With a central fountain somewhere in middle. It’s very spread out so be prepared to walk quite a bit in the hot day.
It’s not that big, most places have no ac and it’s open . I guess if you need to get something and just go there you’ll be good . The only thing I really enjoy was seeing a radio shack inside . Crazy !!! If you know you know . I went just because of Cinemark - walk around the mall looking for an anime store but there was none or I couldn’t find one
I really like this shopping mall since despite this season of the year it's never too crowdy. Variety of restaurants and stores. Can't complaint about the parking lot
A pretty good mall honestly. Coming from the states, NY specifically... This mall has everything you could want. Food (Lots of them), movie theater, a gym, indoor stores and outdoor outlets. Honestly, this is your spot if you need something. Only thing is that prices are a bit higher then usual. For example, a Google TV with Chromecast in the States is $49.99 at the time of writing this but here it is $99.99. and it's not the country because I bought other things with relatable prices. However, still a very decent Mall. A must visit for expats to possibly feel a little of their own culture from home.
Friendliest shopping centre in Salvador, big open air area makes is beautiful. Favourite restaurant in Tuscson for a great steak.
Great place to chill and kick back. Music, restaurants for all taste buds, shopping, it was a great little stop.
Really big mall with an interesting mix of shops, it’s central location makes it a must visit, and the food court is home to a lot of American comfort food. The bathroom in food court was beautiful and clean, and there was plenty of seating throughout the food court and the restaurant area on the ground floor.

Safety Nice Comfty
Too few parking spots for the amount of businesses there, awful location and the traffic to get there is horrible.
Nice family place with a dollar store and couple places where you can spend time eather with or without company perfect for a romantic dinner with your special date what can i say have to stop by and get a couple drinks
It has everything that I needed. It is very safe to bring your family!
Nice quiet place with a lot of all kinds of businesses on site. From restaurants to drug stores, very handy
I visited Andian Restaurant it was great, food is so delicious and the customer service experience was so good. I recomend you to visit this restaurant! It is also a fancy choice!
Great place for food options, gift or home decir shopping. The mall also offers options for vegetarian and vegan people.
Parking space is too small for all the movement at the mall. But you can find a good place to eat.

They are the best service
Send inquiry twice to book 5 peoples for switzerland, never answer, it's a shame business
(Translated by Google) The thing about the comfortable coach (bus) is UNFORTUNATELY misleading advertising since on the day of the excursion they tell you that they are going to take you in minibuses and they do not inform the client. Maybe the hotel they prepare for the first night is horrible, uncomfortable and dirty. So be careful! Demand all the details of the transportation and the assigned hotels and check if they are worth staying in. Bad communication with those in charge. Definitely not recommended. Definitivamente no recomendable.
(Translated by Google) I asked them about parking, and they answered "yes, we go out on Sundays." I asked if there was still space 2 days (the minimum number of days to reserve) before the trip to be able to make the reservation and they did not answer me until the next day, and as expected, they told me that it could no longer be reserved. At no time did they apologize for anything. The trip was Sunday and two days before (a Friday) I asked if there was still space. Then they write to me and say it has to be 3 days before. After that, they block me from Facebook. Unprofessional. Poco profesionales.
(Translated by Google) The last trip to Copan was horrible (just the trip) We were given incorrect information about the activities in the place and we ended up paying extra for transportation to the event that we should have arrived with the tour, the seats on the bus were super uncomfortable considering a +5 hour trip, they played music (with the aggravating of reggeatón) when everyone just wants to rest. That's not how you enjoy a trip. Last trip to Copan was awful (just the trip) Without clear information about activities, poor quality transportation, loud music when everyone else just wants to rest. I wouldn't travel again in these conditions. Last trip to Copan was awful (just the trip) Without clear information about activities, poor quality transportation, loud music when everyone else just want to rest. (Translated by Google) Super disorganized, I even feared that their tour operator was a scam. Regarding transportation, the seats on the bus were super uncomfortable, all of them were loose, some were even broken, they couldn't even recline and others didn't stop and every brake stroke hit the one behind them because the seat He was going to the back, the driver was very friendly, but his unit already needs maintenance, I hope only in his seats, the guide was very friendly but lost, as I understand the indications of where the event would be, they didn't give them well, we were supposed to go to the release of birds in the main square and a food festival, then to the ruins of Copan, because it turns out that the release according to the Macaw Mountain page would be in the convention center, I know because it was difficult to see anything on their page , I even shared it with them and not even like that, because they left us at the entrance to Copan and the guide assured us that the liberation would be in the central plaza which according to him is the same convention center, well we walked and arrived at the place only to realize that the convention center is another place and from there we had to move as best we could to get there on time, when the bus could have easily dropped us off in front of the place and well, there never was one about the gastronomic festival, we asked the tourism managers in Copan and they told us that there wasn't even one scheduled for this month, then the guide simply apologized for the wrong information that he as a guide gave us... that is what we are supposed to pay for as a guide, so that they will guide us, the return was on time but I don't understand why we detoured to leave people in santa Ana and Merliot, something that was never reported to us and that it was not even that they were left in the path of the route, but that they detoured and apparently did not even check how much traffic there was in the area, they went to get into unnecessary obstacles, which Although they benefited a few, they affected everyone else who was already uncomfortable in the bus seats, we arrived super late at the starting point thanks to their disorganization and lack of empathy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND I WILL NOT TRAVEL AGAIN WITH TUCAN TRAVEL (Original) Super desorganizados hasta temí que su tour operadora fuera una estafa, con respecto al transporte los asientos del bus super incómodos, todos flojos, algunos hasta quebrados no se podían ni reclinar y otros no se detenían y cada frenazo iba golpeando al de atrás porque el asiento se iba para atrás, el conductor muy amable, pero su unidad ya necesita mantenimiento espero que solo en sus asientos, el guía muy amable pero perdido, según comprendo las indicaciones de donde sería el evento no se las dieron bien, se suponía que íbamos a la liberación de aves en la plaza principal y a un festival gastronómico, luego a las ruinas de copan, pues resulta que le liberación según la página de Macaw Mountain sería en el centro de convenciones, yo sé porque nada costaba ver en la página de ellos, hasta se los compartí a ellos y ni así, pues nos dejaron en la entrada de copan y el guía nos aseguró que la liberación sería en la plaza central que según él es el mismo centro de convenciones, pues caminamos y llegamos al lugar solo para darnos cuenta que el centro de convenciones es otro lugar y de allí nos ha tocado desplazarnos como pudimos para lograr llegar a tiempo, cuando el bus fácilmente nos pudo dejar enfrente del lugar y pues sobre el festival gastronómico nunca hubo, preguntamos a los encargados de turismo en copan y nos dijeron que nisiquiera había uno programado para este mes, luego el guía simplemente pidió una disculpa por la información equivocada que el como guía nos dio... se supone que para eso pagamos guía, para que nos guiarán, el retorno fue en tiempo pero no comprendo porque nos desviamos a dejar personas en santa ana y merliot, cosa que jamás se nos informó y que nisiquiera era que se les dejara en el paso de la ruta, sino que se desviaron y por lo visto ni revisaron cuanto trafico había en la zona se fueron a meter a trabasones innecesarias, que si bien beneficiaron a unos cuantos, pero afectaron a todos los demás que de por sí ibamos incómodos en los asientos del bus, llegamos super tarde al punto de partida gracias a su desorganizacion y falta de empatia. NO LOS RECOMIENDO Y NO VOY A VOLVER A VIAJAR CON TUCAN TRAVEL

THANK YOU ALEX for being a great tour guide! I’ve traveled to over 40 countries and 100s of destinations all over the world. When booking a tour in a foreign country it’s a surprised on what you will learn and see. Always come with an open mind! With that being said… I did two tours with EC tours and I wish I would have done more ( I can’t cause time constraints) but WOW!!! Phenomenal tours. I went to the historic downtown and Mayan sites and volcano park. Alex did a great job in being so attentive and teaching me so much. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Don’t hesitate and please check these tours out. They are very passionate of these tours and I can sense that. When I come back to El Salvador I will definitely book more!
I absolutely loved this tour company and the tour that we went on to explore La Routa De Las Flores and the coffee farm Entre Las Nubes was nothing short of amazing. To begin, I reached out to EC Tours El Salvador at 1am inquiring about the above tour with an additional stop at Cafe Albania for the rainbow slide. I almost immediately receive a response from Vanessa. Highly impressed with not only her quick response time but how attentive, organized, and efficient she was in helping me find the right tour and making the reservation. Needless to say, the customer service is top notch. As if I was not already impressed with my initial interaction with the company and its customer service, the day of our tour, we were picked up by our guide Gabriel. Gabriel is truly great at what he does. He was on time to pick us up and he made the tour so informative, interesting and interactive for all of us. His personality makes the tour that much more enjoyable and the love he has for his country and promoting tourism of El Salvador is admirable. I learned so much from Gabriel on this tour and really feel that he went the extra mile to help us appreciate and understand the history and culture we explored on our tour. I liked that we were a small group of three as well. The stops in the towns were great for trying local food, learning about the culture, and doing shopping of artisan crafts. This company offers several different tours and I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in exploring El Salvador or the other locations they offer tours of. Great experience all around and I can’t wait to book more tours with them in the future. Thank you Vanessa and Gabriel for your kindness and such a great experience!
Wendy was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I learned so much about El Salvador and San Salvador. She truly was awesome. William the driver was great. He was on point and showed up like magic every time we needed him. Overall I had a great experience! I learned a lot, and would 100% recommend this tour. Next time I come to San Salvador I might even take the tour again! What a wonderful time!
Thanks a lot EC Tours for a very organized trip. We did 3 tours with them through Viator. Archaeological sites, Ruta de las Flores & Guatemala. EC tours took us to Antigua on a very short notice after another agency cancelled our trip at the last minute. Special thanks to Lizbeth for arranging it a night before and to Alex who safely drove us & was fantastic! I can’t thank you enough for making our trip to El Salvador & Guatemala a memorable one especially for our 3 year old daughter who enjoyed so much!
We used Perplexity to search for English-language tours that involve hiking, walking around and seeing the city, and learning about the country’s history. EC tours came up as one of the first results, and when we emailed them, they got back to us right away, we were able to pay in advance for our tours online, and they were always prompt and informative. We took three tours with this company (San Salvador city tour and Volcano; Mayan Archeological Sites; and Nawi Beach), and our tour guides were Wendy and Lisbeth, and our drivers were Manuel and Sandra. Everyone was really smart, capable, and fun. We will definitely be booking more tours with them next time we come to El Salvador.
I had an amazing time exploring San Salvador, all thanks to Gabriel! From local history to hidden gems, he made the city come alive. The absolute highlight? The pupusas. Hands down the best I’ve ever had — fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. Thank you for the warm hospitality, knowledge, and for introducing me to the heart (and taste) of El Salvador. Highly recommend!
We had a lively private tour to Copan Honduras. All preparations and touring was very professional, We had dedicated driver and tour guide, as well very experienced local tour guide at the Copan ruin location. All border crossing went very smoothly and our breakfast in Honduras was delicious. Thank you for having us. Highly recommend And today, we have additional city walking tour with Windy, it was very comprehensive showing the city centre. Thank you Windy for walking with us around old city and helping us with getting back to our hotel.
Wow - if you are going to experience El Salvador and meet the real people, see the real places, then you would be crazy to visit with anyone else !! We linked in with Edwin and his superb staff, and then went on a free walking tour with Estephanie !! They will answer any question with sincerity and honesty, and help you really understand the beauty and kindness that is El Salvador ..... Enjoy! and give them a call. Thank you to all the EC Tours staff for making us appreciate the REAL El Salvador, and we will be back for sure, to enjoy some more !!
