This place is a small decoration showing Antiques and Columbus landing place in Jamaica. According to scientists in this place people from the West first landed on the island. It is between Falmouth and Ocho Rios. The entrance is free. A visit to this place takes 10-20 minutes.
This is a Park overlooking the beautiful Discovery Bay where Christopher Columbus is said to have landed in Jamaica. There are several prices of historic items that are on display here. But sadly, the persons in charge of this location are allowing the park to fall into disrepair and the historical items to rot away.
Easy to get to. No entry fees. See a number of artifacts from our colonial past. Move around at your own pace and read the information attached to each artifact. In spite of the blue Ocean backdrop the ground of the park need some redo.
Can tell it has (or once had) good potential but has fallen into disrepair. Some of the relics & replicas are still worth a look though
Beautiful views. A little piece of Jamaican history too. Some replica pieces there but still very nice.
Decent views and some plaques with information about the history of the place. Unfortunately, the park is a bit run down. Our tour guide stopped here on the way to Dunn River falls from Montego Bay. Worth stopping if you're going past, but don't go out of your way to visit.
The food was great and the service was wonderful. I had Jerk Chicken and the pepper sauce spilled out on my clothes and on my food and the waitress ran over immediately to help and brought me another order because mine was ruined.
The place is pretty run down sadly 😢 It however has an amazing view!

Great place to relax, very clean, restaurant with plenty options for kids and adults, bar with variety of drinks, showers and changing rooms + dj music, you can’t go wrong there, I definitely recommend. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
The staff weren't the friendliest but overall if was good experience. The ambiance, the food, the facilities were all great. The place is beautiful and clean. it's great for group outings. Food is not allowed with exceptions of coarse. I can't whether the chairs and umbrella are paid for separately but they do have them available. I dnt rmb seeing any security other than the one at the entrance. Life guards are there and active. The obstacle course has to be paid for separately based on my understanding but it was fun. There is a DJ playing music the entire time so the vibes is there
Puerto Seco Beach Park in Discovery Bay is a beautiful and relaxing place, perfect for a family day out. The water is crystal-clear, the sand is soft, and the facilities are well-maintained. There’s plenty of space for kids to play and for adults to unwind, with food, drinks, and activities available on site. The only downside was the presence of a few persistent vendors walking along the beach trying to sell souvenirs, which could be a little distracting. However, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. It’s a great spot for families looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Jamaica in a safe and welcoming environment.
Amazing service. We had a fantastic experience renting a cabana for the day. The food and drink was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable. The beach was pretty and clean. We had no issues with the vendors that would be selling wares in the water. Super friendly and easily took a no thank you for an answer.
The layout of the restaurants aren’t convenient. You pay by a cashier then collect food at different locations. Staff won’t bring food to you, but they’ll bring alcohol. It’s weird and confusing as staff aren’t clear as they expect you to know. I didn’t as it was my first time there and it took asking 4 times to actually find my food. That said, the food tasted pretty good. The lounge chairs are under umbrellas and huts and it wasn’t busy so we got to choose a good spot. The water obstacle course is fun to do and entertaining to watch other ppl do it as well. It’s mostly locals so you get some good music and the vibe is nice. There are showers to rinse off and indoor changing rooms as well. There’s also free parking.
Wonderful place, love what they did with it.... The obstacle course is fun, the dolphin area is fun... The pool is nice... Sea or pool, ull have fun. The workers are nice and friendly. The parking area is spacious. The restrooms and bathrooms are big and clean. However you are not allowed to go in and come or back. If you do, you have repurchase an entry band. No food is allowed on the compound.... NONE... You are searched before entering. Everything has to be bought there and its not the cheapest.
Nicely renovated beach. Gets full rather quickly. Lovely entertainment by the pool side mostly for kids and young adults. The pool had one depth through out that makes it hard for younger kids and they stayed on the steps as that’s is the only shallow area of the pool. Limited food for a no reentry policy.
I used to come here back in the day and it was nothing like this. Awesome changes by the leader of Guardsman group of company. Swim with dolphins, heated fresh water swimming pool. Added to a well kept beach, adequate changing rooms, fresh water pipes for rinsing off, lounge chairs. Water obstacle course. WIFI, kids friendly, restaurant with good quality food. Lifeguards on duty. Tip your staff visitors.
