Visited this nice gem over the weekend and was really surprised by how nice it is. It’s super peaceful, with smooth walking paths and some great views. The lake is the highlight but there are many scenic pathways if you keep exploring and it’s a perfect spot for a chill walk or a picnic. The park is also family-friendly and dog friendly and also has a playground and plenty of space for kids to run around. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby!
Such a beautiful place, I always enjoy going for walks here and so does my dog. There’s a cute cafe where you can rest after your walk and grab a drink, but the scenery is just so beautiful to take in, especially the lake/waterfall. The only downside is the parking, it gets quite busy on weekends and there’s pretty limited parking unfortunately
I visit Wilson Botanic Park whenever i'm in the area, and it never fails to impress. It’s a big, peaceful space that’s perfect for a relaxing walk, a picnic, or just spending time outdoors. The park used to be a quarry, so it has this cool mix of lakes, cliffs, and walking trails that give it a bit of character compared to your average park. There are two main lakes, and the surrounding boardwalk of them makes for a really nice walk. You can't swim in either of the lakes unfortunately. But you can hike up a bit to a couple of the lookouts. It's not too hard, but it's steep enough to feel like you’re getting a bit of exercise. The views from the top are great, especially over Berwick and beyond. The paths are mostly well maintained, and there’s a good mix of easy walking tracks and a few slightly more challenging ones if you want to explore. There are plenty of benches, picnic spots, and even BBQ areas, which makes it a great place for families. I also saw a playground which looked great for active kids. There's a café near the lake which was handy for a coffee with pleasant views of the lake, and the toilets were clean and easy to find. The only downside is that some parts of the park are pretty exposed, so I’d recommend bringing a hat and water if it’s a hot day. Overall, it’s a really underrated spot. Whether you’re out for a solo stroll, a date, or a family picnic, there’s something here for everyone. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
Wilson Botanic Park is a hidden gem tucked away in a tranquil, ancient volcanic valley. It's a cosy and well-maintained park—perfect for a relaxed picnic with family or friends. The landscape is peaceful and inviting, with open grassy areas, shaded spots, and plenty of benches. One of the highlights is the serene lake, which comes to life in summer with beautiful blooming water lilies—a real treat for nature lovers and photographers. There are also walking paths that weave through the park, making it easy to explore at your own pace. At the top of the hill, you'll find a charming wooden lookout tower. Climbing it rewards you with sweeping views of the surrounding area—especially beautiful on a clear day. Whether you're after a peaceful afternoon, a scenic stroll, or just a good spot to unwind with a picnic, Wilson Botanic Park is definitely worth a visit.
🌿 One of my favourite spots to visit, especially with my fur baby! 🐾 Perfect for on-lead dog walks, with vibrant flowers in spring and an amazing collection of herbs and plants that are both beautiful and educational. 🌸🌱 It’s also the perfect place for a picnic, a function, or even to make new friends. 💛
Return visit for School Holiday Animal program. The event was to encourage kids to know animals including foods, shape, sounds and other characteristic. Lack of engagement due to weather. However the Botanic Park itself is wonderful and peaceful. It has good trail for beginner and surrounding community. The top has lookout and lawn. Bare in mind that the toilet is only on the entrance building. Very recommended.
Great and well maintained park with info centre. Perfect for all age groups with kids play area, plenty of picnic spaces and it's actually free to visit. Minor downside, it does get quite busy at times and parking is a bit more limited than some of the other parks.
Amazing place with beautiful nature walks. That said the parking area on a busy day is absolute chaos. We spent 45 mins going around in a loop waiting for someone to leave and getting the spot before someone else does (hence 4 stars). Ps - no bicycles, scooters etc. allowed in the park

We recently hosted a birthday party in the function room and we had a blast. The ladies at the reception (Jackie and Sarah) were extremely friendly and accomodating. The gardens are well maintained and beautiful. The room was just enough for the 70 guests we had, as we needed space for the dance floor as well. As requested, the tables and the dance floor were set up when we reached the venue. The kitchen is neat and tidy. I just wish the venue stocks side plates, cutlery and glasses, if not the table cloths, as we had to hire these separately. To summarise, it is a perfect venue for this price. While we had an amazing time, we do have a couple of suggestions to make the experience even better. Adding more lighting around the buildings would enhance the ambiance and ensure safety, especially during evening events. Additionally, clearer signage would help guests navigate the venue with ease.
We had a wonderful evening for our daughter’s 16th birthday party. Originally she wanted the old cheese factory building but it was undergoing repair. We were given the chapel room instead and although a little trickier to decorate we still made it look fantastic. There was another event going on and even people from that event came over to the doors of the chapel to take photos with our decorations.
A fantastic venue for a kids’ party! The facilities were clean and fully functional, making the experience stress-free. We hired the old shop space, which was well set up and gave guests access to the on-site play equipment and a large open field — perfect for the kids to run around and enjoy. The 4-hour hire period was just right, giving us plenty of time to make the most of the space. The beautifully maintained outdoor garden added to the charm and provided a lovely area for everyone to relax. A big bonus was the café onsite — it meant parents could enjoy a coffee while keeping an eye on the little ones. All in all, a well-organised, family-friendly venue that made for a memorable celebration!
We celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday at the Old Cheese Factory, and it was absolutely fantastic! The venue was functional, safe, and perfect for kids. We used the barbecue hut, and the area outside was ideal for the pony rides — the kids absolutely loved it! The playground nearby kept everyone entertained, and there was plenty of space for them to run around. Access was super easy, the weather was perfect, and the staff were great to deal with. Tables and chairs were provided, which made setting up really easy. A wonderful, family-friendly location — highly recommend for children’s parties!
Fantastic place for birthdays!! Plenty of space in the room to make your celebration unique. The kitchen is a great size, the cooking facilities are clean and great. Everything you need for a self catering party.
I've been here for several family functions (birthdays and weddings), and the whole place is open, spaced out and feels very relaxed. We enjoyed enormously each time we were here. You feel better after coming here than when you arrived - that's the best way I can describe it.
We recently had the pleasure of hosting our an event for our small business at The Old Cheese Factory, and it was an absolutely perfect choice! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The staff were prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided a charming atmosphere that our guests loved. While we had an amazing time, we do have a couple of suggestions to make the experience even better. Adding more lighting around the buildings would enhance the ambiance and ensure safety, especially during evening events. Additionally, clearer signage would help guests navigate the venue with ease. Lastly, having access to running, clean water in rooms without kitchens would be a wonderful convenience. Despite these minor suggestions, we couldn't be happier with our choice. The Old Cheese Factory is a fantastic venue, and we look forward to hosting future events here. A big thank you to the wonderful team for making our event such a memorable success!
The day was rained out and kids couldnt use the play ground. Informed there would be no refund if cancelling. Bond is still yet to be refunded a week after the event and told it could take 4 weeks??

I recently hosted my son's 4th birthday party at Clip 'n Climb Berwick, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! While searching for a venue where I wouldn’t have to do much (also being 36 weeks pregnant), the staff at Clip 'n Climb Berwick were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The party included kids ranging from 2 to 10 years old, and they all had an amazing time—whether climbing in the 'Clip 'n Climb' area or playing in the 'Cheeky Monkey' section. Many of the parents, including myself, had never heard of this venue before, and they were thoroughly impressed by the space, cleanliness, and overall setup. Even the toilets were spotless! The event was well-structured and organized, making it stress-free for me as a host. The food exceeded expectations, far from the typical "tacky playcentre food"—it was of excellent quality. Thank you for hosting us! I highly recommend Clip 'n Climb Berwick as a party venue for any child’s next celebration!
Recently did my 7yo girl birthday party over there. And it's simply amazing..all kids enjoyed including the food. And the staff were also very good. Kids enjoyed the party for almost 5hrs.
Great place to get energy out. Climbing environment for those that have oodles of energy and love the challenge of getting a birds eye view. Good selection of different climbing experiences. Cafe food is reasonably priced and all staff were positive and offered a smile. Definitely would recommend this place - bookings are required for here. Its not an overly huge place which is really nice - perfect for those living with ASD & ADHD. Enjoy 😉
I had my daughter 6th birthday party here today , I can highly recommend having a party here, the staff was amazing and the food, it was well planned and organised by the staffed members. Thank you for the great experience
Our first time here and the staff were exceptionally wonderful, especially their boss and their front desk staff Jackson. Had some trouble with online booking but they were able to sort that out quite quickly. Jackson and the rest of the clip and climb staff were super friendly and helpful. They were attentive and ensured the kids were helped when needed. Will definitely come back again!
What a great place! I took 3 kids here 10,8,6 and all throughly enjoyed it. Special mention to Austin whom took so much patience to help my daughter use the flying fox. He never pressured her and listened to how she was feeling. She ended up doing it with him and after that she was off on her own!
Editing my review of this venue as the manager has since been in contact and resolved a misunderstanding whereby my emails were filtered into the junk folder. A strong measure of a good business is how they act to make things right after things go wrong and Adrian has certainly gone above and beyond to ensure a gift voucher I purchased from my niece finally made it to her. I appreciated the hand delivery and contacting me outside of normal hours all the way in the UK to resolve the issue.
First time indoor climbing today. Staff were very helpful, thorough and friendly. Daughter 6 had a meltdown and didn’t want to climb but the staff were very understanding and even allowed other members of the family to climb instead. Daughter 13 had a mild freak out and couldn’t jump down, Layla and the team gave her assistance and were very caring and helpful. Great place, plenty to do and caters for beginners to advanced alike. Recommend.

The place was beautiful and the owners were lovely! I stayed there the night before my wedding and my wife stayed there with me the night of. We didn't have a chance to really appreciate the entire estate, but we're definitely planning on doing a group visit with some friends in the future! The gardens were gorgeous and I'm sure the pool will be lovely in the hotter weather. If you're planning to be out during the day, just be sure to have anything you don't want the cleaners touching put away. They did a very thorough job with our room, but I'd left a few unmentionables out in the morning and they'd all been neatly folded and put away when we got back
I had a wonderful stay at this charming historic bed and breakfast! The property is beautifully preserved, with a perfect mix of old-world charm and modern comfort. The rooms are cozy, elegant, and filled with character, making it feel like a step back in time. The host, Barb was incredibly welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyed in the sun-filled dining room. A stroll around the acres of beautiful gardens is a must-do. A perfect getaway for anyone who appreciates history and cozy hospitality. Highly recommend!
Was lovely to stay. Gardens, the rooms , the breakfast selection. Everything was lovely including the owners.
We loved it at Burnbank and would return again. The old house is lovely and very well appointed with everything we needed. It was quiet and well located with walks in the garden and around. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. Thank you
Love this lovely old mansion. A step back in time, full of beautiful antiques. Comfortable bed lovely spa bath. Great hosts.
What a fantastic place. Didn't even know this is in my own backyard. Perfect little getaway without going to a new city. Quiet yet friendly, all the amenities you need and your pooch is welcome too. Thank you myself and Sasha enjoyed our stay.
Pity as its a beautiful place but they Took payment and no refund even with the property not confirming booking. The owner was so rude when I tried to have a polite conversation and have now kept the money.
Lovely, dog-friendly, quaint, character-filled historical home with very comfortable rooms complete with amenities such as a coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster etc. Did I mention dog friendly? We needed a place to stay overnight that would welcome our doggo and were not disappointed. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Room rate reasonable, with included continental breakfast. I wish we'd had more time to get to explore the gardens and use the inviting-looking pool. Will definitely be back :)

Such a nice playground for the little ones, with slide, swing, monkey bars and other stuff. No too large, but decent enough to have fun. A couple of undercover seating areas next to the lake. There is also a basket ball court and barbecue area.
Lovely wetlands with great wildlife. Sadly not a toilet in sight. Went there for a run, no toilets, limited water taps. Come on Casey Council get with the program. What do people do who go there to use the BBQs, playgrounds and parklands???? I suppose they too find a bush to have a quick wee behind. Somewhat disappointed. Robyn and Glen
Love walking 🚶‍♀️ around the lake , the only issue is NO TOILETS facilities, I don't understand why not with the playgrounds also there.
Beautiful Lakes with a lovely parkland surrounding them. A very pleasant place for a Sunday walk.
Superb fully enclosed/safe kids park with covered picnic benches plus an adjacent basketball ring and electric bbq. Our young grandsons love it. The road in front is narrow, so don't make the mistake of parking your car with wheels on the grass, or Casey Council will fine you $99 like they did to me.
Nice big park for kids, family, picnics and excersising...
Lovely place to bring the family and beautiful wetlands and trails.

Had a wonderful experience with Jess at Endota Spa Berwick. She was friendly, soft-spoken, and created such a calming atmosphere. The 90-minute customised massage was absolutely perfect – just the right amount of time to fully relax and unwind. Jess was also very knowledgeable about the products, offering helpful insights. Thank you, Jess, for such a beautiful and restorative treatment!
Had my first customised facial by the lovely Maci. She was absolutely amazing. I let her know I have been struggling with dry/oily skin and she picked the perfect combination of skin care for me to walk out feeling absolutely amazing. Facial, products and massage all 10/10!!!! All the girls are so lovely and welcoming. Will definitely be back🥰🥰
Had a wonderful, relaxing pregnancy massage today. Holly was lovely and a great balance between chatty and just letting me relax. Meanwhile I found her pressure to be just right for what I wanted - not too firm but not too light, very relaxing! Of course the overall spa experience is typical of endota, very calming and serene. Would recommend!
Really disappointed with our experience at Endota My daughter and I have been to many massage places, but this was one of the worst — definitely not worth the $430 we spent! That one was for 75 minutes !!!! The massage felt super basic, more like a light rub than a professional treatment. It didn’t help with any back or shoulder tension at all. When we asked about firmer pressure, we were told they only do soft or medium massages with that offer!!even though the form gave other options. It honestly felt like something my husband could have done at home with some oil. There weren’t even options to choose different oils like most other spas offer. Overall, a total waste of money and a very disappointing experience.
Went for a Surrender Spa treatment with my mum and had an amazing experience. Not only was our treatment wonderful but our therapists Tahlia and Sabrina were thorough, kind and inviting. We’ll definitely be back!
I had such a wonderful experience with endota. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, welcoming, and nurturing. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on creating a relaxing environment. The treatment was tailored perfectly to my needs, and I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and completely rejuvenated.
I’ve visited this salon many times and always had wonderful experiences with every therapist. But today was truly exceptional. My therapist, Sieanna, brought such a calming presence into the room when my mind felt completely chaotic. The way she maintained gentle eye contact while asking me questions made me feel genuinely heard and understood. Her soft, reassuring voice immediately put me at ease and created an atmosphere of complete trust. I chose the Surrender Spa Package - a treatment designed to restore peace, nourish the skin, and bring balance to body and mind. And let me tell you, Sieanna delivered all of that and more. It was exactly what I needed. If you’re considering it, do yourself and your wellbeing a favour - book the Sieanna and the Surrender Package. You can thank me later!
I had such a lovely pregnancy massage at Endota Berwick. My therapist took her time to understand what I wanted, and the treatment itself was amazing. The whole ambience is so relaxing there, and I would definitely go back again.

It was a very satisfying weekend market not far from home. With handmade crafts, delicious food, and great coffee, it was a truly enjoyable place.
What a cosy caravan park! It's not a big park, but big enough and nice and quite. We own a large rig (Avida Longreach), and we fitted in perfectly. We found Todd and his wife, who ran the park, very friendly and accommodating. Office hours 10am to 8pm. $35p/n Amenities are large and very clean. Kids playground. Dump point. If you're luckly enough to be there on a Sunday, the markets are right next door. Great markets! On the other side of the caravan park, there is a beautiful walking area, great dog's park. Very busy with walkers. From the c/park you can walk to Beaconsfield shops. ( Aldi, many food shops, chemist, opp shop, pub and many more shops) High recommend 👌 👍
Best place for walkies, for yourself and your puppy! Off-leash areas for dogs to run free! Poop bags supplied for the odd occasion you forget yours! Do the right thing for others and pick it up! Wonderful friendships have started at this park, and I like to say hello when I get a chance. Especially if their pooch is accompanying them. The wildlife and lush green surrounds are so tranquil! It's brilliant in summer! Horse riding exhibitions/competitions, custom and hot rods. The farmers market is open every Sunday. 8am - 1.30pm! Love this place!😎👍
Amazing place , ample parking, something for every age group,
It took 30 minutes to walk around. It is ok. At least have some place to see around during Sunday. Otherwise, life is too bore to kibe here.
Love this walk for my dog as it has abit of everything, Lots of different creek areas with easy access and seating, Plenty of shade and large grass areas to run.. Very pretty place and not overly busy.
The markets held on Sunday are lovely, but most things are now just resellers. The park itself is nice, vast and a good breath of fresh air!

Have come here quite a few times, works well for the kids as their is wide open space for them to run around and play as well as a playground that the courtyard opens out to. Service is always good. Food amazing. Had the steak sandwich and the wife had the Mexican pizza, chocolate thick shake hit the spot. Kids had the chicken nuggets and chips. Scones with jam was great too
Crunch: confirmed. Primary @ Pioneers Park delivers a Korean chicken burger so crispy that it could probably be used as a percussion instrument. It's less a meal, more an audible experience. Somewhere between a snack and a sound effect. The chips on the side? Technically optional, emotionally necessary. A distraction, yes — but like that one colleague who never really contributes, yet somehow you’d miss them if they were gone. Service was disturbingly efficient. I barely had time to awkwardly stare at the wall before my food arrived. The staff smiled — not in a weird way, just in a pleasantly-functioning-human-being way, which is rare these days. Atmosphere? Charmingly local. The kind of place where you could overhear someone discussing lawnmower repairs and spiritual awakenings in the same conversation. Overall: come for the crunch, stay because it’s too late to back out without looking weird.
Recommended (and brought) by a friend. Good thing we booked a table ahead of time, otherwise it would've been a long wait. This place is popular, with a queue to get in. Food was great. Service and setting pretty good; they were super busy and crowded the day we came. Can definitely recommend the salt and pepper calamari, and slow-cooked lamb with ancient grain salad.
Lovely little Café! 😍 Been told to come here by multiple people and finally bit the bullet.. Glad I did! Friendly staff right as you enter, they introduced us to the member looking after our table for the morning and it was all smiles! At one point, the music was a little bit of a downer and I heard one of the crew say "nope, none of this!" and changed the playlist to something a little more suited. Alll the attention to detail which I love! And this brekky + the coffees.. Delish! Definitely coming back 😊 by memory for 2 x brekkies + 2 x coffee's with alternative milk was $60 ish!
The cafe is beautiful and also the location. The cafe serves breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. I will suggest to book the table then you don’t need to wait because it gets very busy also you are welcome to walk in ( It might take time to get table ) I have been there so many times and would love to go back. Service is so great and atmosphere is just amazing
I've been here countless of times and will continue to make this my brunch spot! The food here is amazing - probably the best I've had to be honest from any cafe on this side of town. The servings are big here and food is reasonably priced too. You can also bring your dog along with you and dine outside :) coffee is amazing here too! Note - It tends to get busy here so make sure to park across the road near woolies as their isn't alot parking along the street and infront of the cafe.
Went on a Friday for brunch. Very busy so took a while for the food to come out. Although it looked good the potato Rosti was extremely well done so no softness bacon also overcooked and my poor poached egg wasn’t runny either. Lucky I got the hollandaise sauce on the side because I didn’t like that either. My cousin opted for the soup which she thoroughly enjoyed. Maybe give it a go in a less busy day next time.
Have been here a few times now and each experience has been great. I worked hospo all over the world for decades, these guys know what they are doing. Food, drinks, atmosphere and staff all top notch. This was once my primary school - which still blows me away. So pleased to see venues like this in Berwick now, these guys also put me onto the brewery up the road. I will be back, slowly working my way through your menu!

Great playground to let the kids burn off some steam. The track is perfect for beginners and advanced riders. A perfect area to kill a few hours, has a bbq area and seating. No toilets though
Lovely playground, my son loved it. Great place for a weekend bbq.
A new and amazing playground with a unique water play landscape. Benches, toilet and BBQ facilities are provided in very good condition. My kids and I love it.
I love the theme of this park. There is a racetrack that surrounds it that has turns.. hills and even goes under a bridge! There is a flying fox and a few tables. The park is on the small side but amazing for kids with bikes or scooters!
One of the best playgrounds we have been to. Skate track with ups and downs, Perfect for scooters. There is a zip line, swings, benches for parents to sit down, bbq pit, water cooler. Well organised. Wow.
Good little bike park with some playground equipment. Central seating area with some shelter and a bbq so can keep an eye out. Only issue is that there is no toilets nearby and for a bike park, expected bike maintenance station.
Good children's park, especially to sharpen their bike, scooter or roller blading skills. Well design track. Location also has a medium sized flying fox
Will be a great little local park when it's completed. The racetrack is great fun. I'm the photo, see the bridge? That ends abruptly on the right hand side of the shot, and if I wasn't standing at the dog-leg where the path bends to the right, my youngest would've zoomed right down the embankment! I hope they rectify this. It's very dangerous for unskilled little drivers. Otherwise, the zipline got top marks and the swings too.
