I purchased my Premium Reef and it sat in my garage for a year while I renovated. It has now been in for a month and we use it everynight at a beautiful 36.5 degrees. Touchpad setting's are easy to use and I filter for an hour off a morning and an hour in the arvo so it is crystal clear each night.
Awesome pools for laps & lessons. Spas, sauna and Steam Room for relaxation. Hydrotherapy Heated Warm Pool is amazing for your whole body. Play areas for the kids. State of the art Gym upstairs to meet all of your requirements. Friendly staff and helpful Lifeguards always on duty doing a fantastic job in keeping everyone safe.
I was looking for a dry suana option in Werribee and this place is the only option for me. Suana temperature is set on 65c which will fluctuate as per receptionist as there is no thermometer in the suana, my thermometer shows just 38 C and my device is very accurate, but if you are a suana lover this will be a reasonable place. The casual price is $8.50 otherwise you can join the membership depending on your situation. The pool also looks good and there are many options for different age levels, I recommend coming early in the morning to avoid overcrowding. Customer service on the telephone needs improvement, never had my call picked up for any inquiry, tried several times, website is everything you can get the help. Locker facilities also need repairs as a lot of them are not working, so I always have to take my bag with me. There is a small cafe in the center. Usually they open at 5:30 in the morning, see the hour pic in my post.
Had such a great time at Aqua Pulse! The place is super clean, the pools are fun, and there’s something for everyone — whether you just want to chill or splash around. Really loved the wave pool and the kids’ play area looked like so much fun too. Staff were friendly and the whole place had a really relaxed, welcoming vibe. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a fun day out.
Great facilities with great machine diversity and classes. The creche is awesome and the Staff are so beautiful and caring! Although, I haven't had a great experience with the gym Staff. A lot of people don't even bother using a gym towel or wiping the equipment and nobody says anything, no supervision or education of members/clients. I've complained several times about people not cleaning the machines and not using towels and nothing has changed or been done. Also, the pool bathroom facilities need more supervision and regular cleaning. The sauna is always full and nobody follow directions by using towels to seat on it. Again, more supervision is required and education of members for improvement of health and safety. I hope this constructive feedback helps improve processes and raise awareness among the facilities management team.
I strongly recommend parents that please don’t waste money to join your kids for swim lesson here. I felt that they just making money from hard working busy parents not doing the right thing for teaching and assessment process. My son had very good swimming skills before joining here which was 29 weeks before. After 29 weeks of going with them due to money making business they keeping my son with brand new kids and no intention to step him up at all. How come you can keep a child done for 29 weeks with them and brand new kids together? They may say that his skills but then my question is that what did you teach him for last 29 weeks???? For me this is just negligence, not taking accountability and wrong things. I took him out of the lessons today. They tried to convince me that they will do the assessment next week and step him up as he is nearly there - “this is wrong”. It must be the automated process in the first place. Enough is enough. No more for my kids and no recommendation for the other parents. Thanks
They always have unisex shower rooms out of outage. For months the unisex shower facility is out of service. Where should a mom take her son for showers. To the ladies showers or Men's? The soap holder never have soap in it. Why decorate the space with soap holders when the facility can't afford soap.
This place is so unhygienic the pool change room and facilities are filthy and don’t seem to be cleaned often there’s also gross people spitting in the showers and blowing their noses in the pool. It doesn’t seemed to be properly cleaned here at all it smells like dirty nappies constantly. The recovery pool was full of people doing laps when it’s not permitted and also kids over the age of 2 swimming in here and the lifeguards who are mostly teenagers just stand around and don’t do their job because they’re scared to tell people off. Maybe get more competent staff to avoid this. It’s a breeding ground for gastro here avoid at all costs.

Not a bad time spent with the kids, was good fun, and ok value. I had a ball, but more importantly so did the kids, well worn out after all the jumping. The only down side is the facilities need a bit of upkeep, and upgrade, but that takes very little from the experience. Thanks guys
Incredibly disappointed in this business. We had seven kids come along today for an 11th birthday and management wouldn't let us use our own cake to sing happy birthday to our daughter. I had tried to call the business for three consecutive days to ask about bringing a cake and had no response. We had even bought our own plates, serviettes and spoons but were still refused. We were told we could pay an additional $145 to "book a party" so we could use our own cake. Despite us being the only customers there, we had to resort to singing Happy Birthday and eating cake in the car park. Management was very rude and it was very disappointing for the kids. Clearly money is more important for this business than having happy kids, a sense of community and good customer service.
Very Very disappointed with this place. Even though I've been bringing my daughter here since she was 2 (she's now 6), I was told the other day to take her bag of grapes and fruit out of the venue. It would not bother me at all to buy their food, except it is ALL junk food- e.g chocolate and chips etc. I mentioned this but it fell on deaf ears. I would avoid this place. I was spoken to very rudely and I don't believe that they are looking after children's health with their poor food sales.
I would not recommend Jump and Bounce to anyone after our visit. Place was meant to open at 11am.. Got there at 11:30 doors were locked, lights off - so we had to call and wait for someone to come down. The child proof front gate was held together with duct tape, staff member was not ready at all, took us 10 minutes to just pay and for her to be ready, toilets were disgusting with poo stains on the walls, toilet paper on the ground dirty mirrors, trampolines had not been cleaned, food, plastic and other random junk was on the mats. Will NOT visit again which is sad as I feel this place would have a lot of potential.
The facilities are below average for the $15 per child fee. Outside food is not permitted, all food must be purchased at the in-house cafe which is all junk food, party pies, chips, nuggets etc. This place must operate on a tight budget, the cleaning of the facilities is very minimal. The toilets need attention, the urinal in the boys toilet isn't designed for children at its current position of eye height. The place was frigid, and there was a blood bath. The context here is, a child and a bleeding toe that smeared blood in toe sized dots all of the place. The child wasn't aware due to his freezing feet. The staff "cleaned" the blood with dry paper towel in a futile effort. All kids were instructed to put their socks on and our kids socks ended up with patches of blood on them. It's difficult to recommend and rate more than 2 stars based on value for money.
Friendly staff. Though the service was incredibly slow and the coffee was truly terrible. The chips were delicious. The trampolines had bits of food on them that bounced around when you did and the foam pit felt dusty. I was a bit disappointed that the kids gate was never closed during out time there. So I'd be a little concerned of little ones running off when you weren't looking. It did keep the kids busy for a couple of hours so I guess it served it's purpose.
Lovely staff. Great place to wear your kids out. Not as exy as Aerodrome and they don't force sell you overpriced grip socks. Good afternoon fun.
While there is a good range of trampolines here we found the service and especially the supervision, were very ordinary when we took our grandson here. This seems like a business that is either struggling or does not have much direction. Several nouncers were clearly not following the rules but not being monitored by staff. They were endangering others, especially in the foam pit area. The cafe service is so slow that the session is almost over before your coffee arrives, and then it is so weak tha t it is poor value for money. More staff are needed to provide the service you would expect. Wont bother going back.

Great playground i have a 2 year old and a 9 month the both love this playground
Great activity place; safe from main road. IGA next door. Sadly no toilets but can use the community MCHC centre if desperate
A great park but not for the children that can read. Several times my children came and told me about more stuff then this. Local council is lazy.
Everyone was out walking, with many kids enjoyed the skating area. A sports field was closed off for renovations but the other was open for a match of some sort. We sat and enjoyed our coffees and soaked up some sun. 😁 I suggest that you remember to bring your masks. A good number of people weren't so it'd be a wise precaution to do so, given as you're recommended to do so anyway.
There is plenty of parking space. The playground is quite big with big slides. Separate in younger child and grown up child.
Best place for family BBQ and picnic also good for playing soccer ⚽
Amazing place for everyone who loves playground and parks.
Love that it has 2 playgrounds ,great for all ages and also a basketball court with many carparks. Only problem is there are no toilets.
