This mall clearly falls behind compared with Grand. The tenant mix is worse than could ve and F&B offering is mid. I would rate it as locally relevant but not the top shopping destination for the city of Hail. That said it is pretty modern and in good condition

No trolleys for kids. There are only two kiddies prams that you can borrow. Generally, the mall is clean and smells great. More of a women or family mall.

Small but nice mall for shopping.

It has brands like Zara and LC Waikiki but not much crowded at all din see any red banners and was wondering why there is no sale in the mall
