The main course selection was OK but the sweet and sour chicken just had hard tiny little lumps of meat in it never had sweet and sour like it before. Overall any of the meat products had not been freshly prepared and it showed. We had 2x set menu and a bottle of house wine and cost £84 not great value at all for poor quality food, the only saving grace was the service.

The younger lady was a bit nicer but still seemed like she didn’t care about what she was doing. Not once asked about allergies. £30 service charge is a joke when no service was really given to us no check backs we had to call the girl over many times and then she’d say yes and then the phone would ring and she would abandon us and answer the phone she didn’t same with another table. Food tasted ok not the best was mostly like warm and greasy not worth the money at all and service needs to be trained as it’s lacking it’s what you’d expect at a 1 star restaurant. We ordered 6 dishes; we live in Goring-by-Sea & CheNoodles are on Lyndhurst Road. They managed to get our order to us 26 minutes after ordering & all were piping hot! The delivery man was really friendly too. Very impressed they got 6 dishes cooked & to us in less than half an hour, still really hot! We don't eat meat, so we tried some of their vegan dishes & we were really impressed! The vegan crispy beef was really good & had a lot of flavour. The vegan chicken S&S balls were very good. And the vegetarian duck was really crispy! Everything was very reasonably priced too. They also gave us vegetable spring rolls & prawn crackers for free as well! If you haven't tried them yet, then they're definitely worth trying! We'll definitely be eating from here again.

The chicken soup with mushrooms was delicious, and I also enjoyed the chicken with mixed vegetables. The bag of shrimp crackers--a freebie for orders over 15 pd--was a lovely surprise. The food didn't come with complementary white rice, and I'm not sure if this is standard in the UK or just this place. If you want rice, be sure to order some. A tasty meal. The sesame prawn toast, spring rolls, and crispy seaweed were all soaking wet. The prawn crackers were stale, and the ribs were dry, overcooked, and so chewy they were barely edible. The crispy shredded beef, usually one of our favourites, was another major letdown. Overcooked, tough, chewy — and definitely not crispy. The salt & pepper shredded chicken suffered the same fate — limp, sweaty, and completely ruined by the packaging. I called the takeaway to give polite, honest feedback and asked if they’d be willing to do anything about it before I left a review. The woman simply replied, “Thanks for letting us know. Bye.” No apology, no interest, no offer to put things right. Honestly, avoid this place. The food was dreadful, and the customer service was just as bad. Total waste of £30. If you’re thinking about trying this place for the first time — don’t bother. Poor quality food and zero accountability.
