(원문) Skip Harrahs..,.I arrived tonight from a road trip - reserved a room a day in advance. We’ve stayed in Laughlin 2 other times during our road trips. We’ve also stayed in Vegas many times but decided to stay at Harrahs Laughlin to cut our drive short. The level 2 parking elevators are not working , so my husband had to carry our luggage down using the stairs (I have an injured shoulder). 2 clerks at the check in desk were insufficient and the Platinum desk was not serviced. Ok...a couple of annoyances, but we’ll go down to the bar get a drink and gamble on video poker...nope can’t sit near each other and the bar tender proceeded to give us a 10 minute lecture on the COVID gaming laws in Nevada. I decided to skip the gambling and just get a beer and go back to the room...Well the elevator is ridiculously SLOW at the North Tower...line down the hall (Everyone waiting for the elevator was just as annoyed as I was). The restaurant and fast food lines were long , as the choices are slim and hours are limited, so I called room service from my room phone but received a recording only; called front desk and they said I could only place a room service order from the ‘welcome’ text message that was sent to us at time of checking in....which is on my husbands cellphone. Also just an FYI...the North Tower remodeled rooms that are shown on the Caesar’s website were not what we were given...though the room is sufficient, it is dated and not modern like the photos shown. Complete disappointment and inconvenience...we will skip Laughlin in the future.
