Check in experience was great. Ely was very friendly and helpful with some recommendations and followed up during my trip. The meal I had at the cafe was surprisingly good. Fitness room was significantly better than I've seen in other hotels (more like an actual gym). Facilities were nice and the property is next to the public beach park. About a 10 min drive from the airport

The pools and water slide were really great. Access to the ocean is perfect and the bay is stunning. I enjoyed the beautiful views there. They have a good store with snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. The rooms weren't as new as other Hilton properties we have stayed at but still nice. I appreciated that parking was included and not an extra charge. Breakfast was also very good.

My room smelled a little musty but was clean. The staff (no matter what the occasion) was excellent and always very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, quit a spread from fruit and salad to breakfast foods to the brunch style food. There is an outside bar/lounge area that was nice and relaxing. The pools were cleaned every morning and always looked good. The ocean was about a 1 min walk out the back door. Beautiful area to go snorkeling in the aqua blue water with white sands. Down by the ocean there is a hotel sports center where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, bikes or just rent a shaded bed to relax. The worst part about this place was leaving. Thank you to the entire staff for making a great stay.

I was here for work, but this location is great. It was not a busy area, but had plenty to offer. The view of the bay was amazing, and enjoyed the room balcony with coffee in the morning. I checked in around 10 in the evening and the parking lot was a bit full but nothing to ding them on. The staff immediately greeted me and made sure I knew where to go. You can tell they take pride in the Resort, the management was friendly to the guests and to their staff. It made for a very pleasant trip. If I ever get the opportunity to visit again, I will return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Nice Hotel. Clean and well maintained for most part. Excellent fitness center. Would have been nice to have better beach and longer pool hours, but I acknowledge those are nits. Would/will stay here again. 7th floor executive club lounge/breakfast area is amazing.
Justin F — Google review
Our first day checking into the hotel the room was dirty, had hair on the beds, trash in the trash can, dirty towels and tub. We had to clean the shower in order to use it. The second night, our ac was not working HA. Luckily, I spotted maintenance and they sent workers during our sons nap time to fix the issue. The carpet had weird white stains and the TV was not working. We reached out to the fd and received a response saying that the rooms were fully renovated a year ago and they had no other rooms for us to move into. They sent housekeeping to do another clean and tried to offer a dinner for 2 and when we declined, they tried to offer 5000 points. I wanted my first night comped which is completely doable saying we were there 4 days. Still have not received any compensation for these issues. Only rated 2 stars because the agent that checked us in was great and bell man and housekeeping were nice. Also, at the price point, you would think they'd have a microwave SOMEWHERE on the floor you're on to warm up food. My goodness. Had to be one of the worst Hilton experiences that we have had. Luckily, I can't post my videos and pictures here. Definitely will post them where I can.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Guam and wanted to share my experience for future travelers. **Room & Comfort:** I stayed in the main tower on the parking lot side. While the rooms were spacious, they felt quite outdated and in need of renovation. Unfortunately, my rest was significantly disrupted by roosters that began crowing as early as 3:00 AM. If you're a light sleeper or need good rest, this could be a major issue. **Facilities:** The gym was one of the highlights – well-equipped and clean, definitely a plus for fitness enthusiasts. However, elevator service was a downside. With some under maintenance, wait times were long. It once took me nearly 9 minutes just to get one from the main level, which was frustrating. **Atmosphere:** The general atmosphere of the hotel was nice. Staff were courteous, and the grounds were well-kept. That said, the experience inside the room and the constant noise from the surroundings detracted from the overall enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:** If rest is important to you, I wouldn’t recommend staying on the parking lot side. You might want to consider spending a bit more for a beachside room – it could make a big difference. Until updates are made to the rooms and elevator service improves, I’d suggest exploring other options on the island for a more restful stay.

Hotel is in a quiet location compared to others on the strip. It’s also quieter than the Westin (I stayed there a few nights this trip and sounds from the lobby carry upward - they have singers perform on the ground floor and by the time it reached me on the 9th floor it sounded like someone was in agony). The gym at the Hilton is huge and amazing! The rooms are ok, but the bathroom is small and cramped. You have to get around the door or close the bathroom door to shower. That may not be a big deal for those not traveling alone but nobody should have to play human sliding block puzzle to use the bathroom. When I got to my room, it smelled of feet. My AC hasn’t worked right in four days despite repeatedly reporting it. Instead, my AC circulates cooler damp air that’s made all of my clothes damp and musty smelling. Also housekeeping is not very good, even if you leave $ and a note. My shampoo was empty so I left it on the bathroom counter with a tip and a note on the bottle that just said empty. I also had a coffee cup next to it that I rinsed out. When I got back to the room, the tip was gone, but the empty shampoo bottle and coffee cup sat in the same place, there was not a refilled bottle in the shower, and my AC was still broke. Oh, and the coffee was not restocked….four days later its still not restocked. Also don’t understand why I have to pay more for a single bed than I do for two small beds that are not even queen sized.

One of the best hotel stays my wife and I have ever experienced! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. When we weren’t able to get the room we originally selected, the staff went above and beyond to make things right, and their hospitality truly made the difference. We’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing staycation, a romantic night out, or a weekend getaway. We’ll definitely be returning in the future — thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Ocean view room offered an absolutely stunning view. The pool connects directly to the beach, with complimentary towel service available. The beach itself is calm with shallow waters, making it perfect for families to enjoy. The emerald-colored sea is beautiful, so I highly recommend bringing snorkeling gear. The hotel’s restaurants served delicious food, and cocktails at the lobby lounge were also very enjoyable. However, at check-in, the staff member assisting me seemed inexperienced and gave completely different information compared to what I had received over the phone. If I hadn’t spoken English, I could have been overcharged by as much as $360. Another staff member eventually stepped in to resolve the issue, but the lack of training and knowledge shown by the first staff member was disappointing. It felt like there is significant room for improvement in the hotel’s training system. Aside from the check-in issue, I was very satisfied with the overall stay and would be happy to return in the future.

We went for a large group party for the afternoon tea party and it was so nice!!! I didnt know that they do something like this and I feel like it is not advertised very much for this event because it really is so delightful. We were the only group there, although very nice to have the intimate time with our group. All of the teas offered were great, the finger foods were incredible and so carefully detailed and hand crafted. Everything was bright and colorful, and i made sure to try EVERYTHING - which all items were so good. I am really glad we found this to take our group to because it was a great experience. Would recommend to do this for parties!! We even stayed for the golden hour for drinks and it was an overall great experience to spend our afternoon and early evening.

I mean, what can I say… this experience was absolutely amazing! After not visiting Guam for over 30 years, I returned for a week—and from the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Katherine at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Thanks to Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts, I received a beautiful room upgrade and a late checkout. To top it off, Katherine personally arranged a bottle of wine that was already waiting in my room before I even got there—an incredible touch that made me feel truly valued. The Amex FHR benefits were fantastic: a $100 credit for dining or spa services, and access to the most impressive breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen. It had everything imaginable—dishes from around the world, all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From start to finish, this stay exceeded every expectation. Would I return? While I’m not sure when I’ll make it back to Guam, if I do—there’s no question—I’ll be staying here again, 100%!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Devarana spa. Everything about it was beautiful, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel pampered from start to finish. The spa offers a variety of treatment packages to choose from, and I selected the Sleep Well package, which was the perfect choice for deep relaxation and restoration. My therapist, Joan, was incredible: highly skilled, attentive, and perfectly in tune with what I needed. She applied the firm pressure I requested with precision and care, making the massage both soothing and therapeutic. The front desk personnel also provided remarkable customer service. They were welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before my treatment began. I truly appreciated how kind and helpful they were, even going above and beyond to assist me in locating a necklace I had accidentally left behind in one of the therapy rooms. I also loved the relaxation room, where guests can unwind after their treatment on comfortable lounge chairs while enjoying a cup of tea thoughtfully prepared to your liking. It’s such a peaceful touch that completes the entire experience. If you’re visiting the hotel, I highly recommend setting aside time to indulge in a treatment here. It’s a truly rejuvenating experience that elevates your stay. Our hotel room was also perfect. We has a great ocean view and it was very well kept and clean. Housekeeping was consistent with making sure we had clean towels and that trash bins were emptied. We had no issues at all. Highly reccomend everyone to stay at this beautiful hotel!

Our stay at this hotel was unbelievable! The property was very pleasant, spotless, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The reception area was warm and accommodating. We had an amazing view from our balcony, along with a beautiful pool and direct access to the beach — such a wonderful bonus! We stayed for two nights, and every moment was fantastic. My kids still remember the room number and keep talking about wanting to come back. We will definitely book here again if we ever return to Guam. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible experience in Dusit Thani Guam Resort. This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. From reservation, check in and althrough out our stay in the Hotel, services are Superb! The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable. The rooms are luxurious with stunning views! Our family loves swimming, the pools and white sand beach here is a paradise! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and efficient specially Mr Rommel and his staff at the 30th floor. Truly, we appreciate your kindness and and warm welcome. Thank you and Godbless!

“The massage by Hina and John at Devarana was absolutely amazing! 💆‍♀️✨ Their hands were so gentle yet powerful, and the whole experience was deeply relaxing. It truly felt like a healing moment — the best part of my trip. I’d love to come back to Devarana again!”

Nestled along the stunning shores of Tumon Bay, Hyatt Regency Guam is a premium resort that promises an unforgettable getaway. With its breathtaking views and direct access to a private beach, this hotel is perfect for relaxation and adventure alike. Guests can indulge in various amenities, including multiple swimming pools, five diverse dining options, and a well-equipped fitness center. For those seeking rejuvenation, the on-site spa offers tranquil treatments to unwind after a day of exploring.
This hotel will be very nice if you have kids, always many kids here. I love this beach, it’s sandy and clean, and shallow water. Room has extra bed, even though outdated furniture very simple but outdoors with many pools around for you and your kids that is all needed for fun on the sun. Just be sure apply sunscreen because get burn here so fast and so easy. Food at the hotel restaurants are very good, but its too pricey. But if you walk outside of the hotel in any direction you find cheaper places around to go eat and much cheaper.

Overall the room we stayed in looked a bit dated but more modern than some hotels here on Guam. Bathroom was good and clean as was the overall room, no complaints here. Room service was good and all the staff throughout the hotel was very friendly. We only had one very strange incident that happened after 36 hours of our stay here. At around 7:30am we found a folded letter that was shoved down our door saying that our room needs inspection by the manager as we had our privacy sign on for 24 hours + (!?!) I've been to many hotels but never had this notice after a little more than 1 day stay. Look we're not loud, don't have the TV on loud, even on a club/lounge level so we paid more than enough for the room. I called the manager and told him how upset I was about the tone of the note. Look they called us about anything by room phone, even asking if we enjoyed our stay so far, which we did, so why not call us instead of a letter? It made me feel like a not-wanted hotel guest. After talking to the manager in person,he agreed that the letter should be phrased much better and said they would review that policy. Let's hope so as it negatively impacted our stay. On a positive note the restaurants are awesome and especially their Italian restaurant is worth a dinner (or 2). However, due to the drama with the letter I will reconsider another hotel on Guam first again before going here again. Too bad though as the pool is awesome and one of the biggest one on the island.

Hyatt Regency Guam: Where the Wi-Fi is strong enough to stream envy to coworkers back home, and the spa robes have a better social life than I do. Check in was easier than cooking a Pop-Tart. Tried to sleep in, but the views kept waking me up which I think was nature’s way of shaming my laziness. Five stars for making me briefly forget I’m not actually rich (but hey, at least the lobby is Instagram famous)!

I had the pleasure of attending Joiel & Darmarie’s wedding on 4/26/25, and the experience was truly wonderful. The banquet staff — Victoria, Keanno, Joney, and Melody — provided excellent service throughout the evening. They were attentive, respectful, and quick to respond to guests' needs, helping everything run smoothly. Melody was especially thoughtful in caring for the bride and groom. Our table, which included several family members delivering speeches, was handled with great attention and professionalism. Thank you to the team for contributing to such a memorable and well-organized celebration.

Great hotel with lots of pools and direct beach access. Breakfast was great, though it cost $34. Its buffet style is from traditional Asian cuisine to American classics. If you're not in the mood for breakfa, t no worries, the buffet has brunch type items like salmon and broccoli 😋. Unfortunately I was there working and didn't get to eat there for dinner. Location is walking distance from other restaurants and shops less than 10min ride to airport. Rooms on club floor are spacious and my coworker was on the 7th and stated the same. We both had great views.
Carmelita A — Google review
Service was very friendly and professional but generally slow to fulfill requests, if they did so at all. I suspect they're badly understaffed. The décor was pretty; the little details show wear and tear - bubbling paint in corners, cracked countertops, corrosion at the edges of mirrors. The room was spacious but strangely laid out. Only one of the two nightstands was actually within reach of the bed. My partner wasn't with me on this trip, which is good because there was no way to set up both our CPAPs. The bath opens up to the rest of the room via sliding partitions, and if the doors and curtain are open, there's an unbroken line of sight from the toilet to the pool. The hardwood floor has no rugs; it was slippery under my socks and made the room echo. The light switches are oddly hooked up, there are two "master" switches (one by the door and one behind the nightstand, unreachable) and I struggled to figure out which lights were connected to them, but they included the water closet and standing lamp. There were very few available outlets - all the wall plugs were taken up by the sparse lighting, and the provided USB ports in the alarm clock and desk lamp didn't work well. I requested a power strip to make up for it, which never came. There's a small aviary near the pool. I was distressed at the condition of the cockatiels, which were balding and clearly unhappy, with little enrichment in their small enclosures. The Macaws seemed to be in somewhat better condition.

Me and my boyfriend usually eat at hyatt. I’ve had good experiences at Niji and CK and the banquet. However.. today we were eating, everything was okay. The servers were kind. Unfortunately there was a hair in the cookie. We figured it couldn’t be from any of the guests, since my boyfriend pulled on the hair to show the server, that it was baked into the cookie, literally allowing the cookie to dangle with it if we picked up the hair. We informed the server and she said she informed pastry. We ate here on July 1st, and this was at 7:30 pm.

The Westin Resort Guam is a luxurious beachfront accommodation located in Tamuning, offering posh rooms and villas with modern amenities. The 5-star resort provides high-speed internet, babysitting services, and in-room movies. Guests can enjoy the seven on-site restaurants and lobby bar, as well as access to a spa for relaxation. The property features air-conditioned rooms with stunning views of the beach.
I was recieved at the front desk by Mr.Billy. Great service and he made it a better stay with complimentary breakfast so I could eat breakfast with my co workers. Ms.Jelen was also super helpful in welcoming me at my second stay with some thing I had preferences with in my room. All the staff was very helpful and the cleaning service was very conservative. Green effort that the hotel is doing. If you like more than a 3 day apart cleaning service you should request it upon arrival. Parking is super convenient and the view was spectacular.

Had a good stay here but the hotel is definitely past its best and has not been upgraded so there are lots of parts that look a bit worn. The room was spacious and comfortable and everything worked well apart from a rusty shower which sprayed in different directions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. The pool isn't bad and the beach is clean and relaxing. Breakfast was pretty good with decent choice. With a bit of extra care this could be a great place.

Stayed here twice. A lot of reviews mention the hotel being dated, a sentiment I would echo. The interior is nice and the breakfast was fantastic. Gym was well furnished. Rooms are fine, but I will note that I did not receive an upgrade during either stay despite having Titanium status with Marriott. Hotel was not crowded during either stay so this stuck out to me as odd. Coworkers with status also did not receive upgrades, so appears to be policy for some reason. Overall, good stay for the only Marriott in Guam.

Gave 3 stars due to the room and room service was not great. We had a buzzing in our bathroom the whole time that was pretty distracting and we called room service for coffee's and restock some things and they weren't really available. One night we called like 20 times and no one answered so we gave up. The other night we asked for coffee restock and they never came. For 5 nights the small hotel room no microwave was almost $1400. We ordered room service the first night paid $90 for 2 steaks and they were absolutely terrible. I only didnt say anything because I was too tired from traveling and just dealt with it. Honestly, it was like they cooked it in a microwave. Seems like we are just paying for location. Location was very nice and being on the beach and amenities were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful that we interacted with. Bed was very comfortable, view was great.

This was my reply to the GM's request for feedback: Greetings, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member for over 20 years, with 18 years as an Elite member and over 820 nights stayed, I have come to expect a consistent level of service from Marriott properties. Unfortunately, my experience during this stay fell well below those standards. Upon arrival at the normal check-in time, I was surprised to find that the Bonvoy Elite check-in counter was closed. There were only two representatives working at the front desk, and about four guests ahead of me. Despite my Elite status, no one checked to see if any Elite members were waiting, and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes before being assisted. This lack of recognition and efficiency is highly disappointing and unacceptable. As a Platinum Elite member, I was initially upgraded; however, since I arrived early, I was downgraded to a lower room category without any notice or option to wait for the upgraded room. I would have preferred to return later had I been given that choice. Additionally, the room I was assigned (Room 1523) was uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. Despite setting the thermostat to the lowest temperature, the air conditioning barely functioned. I initially assumed it was due to the afternoon heat, but even later in the evening, the room remained warm and uncomfortable. Of course at that point, I was too tired to request to be moved. I have stayed at Westin properties many times before, and this type of service and room condition is not what I have come to expect from your brand. I truly hope these issues can be addressed and improved upon. I enjoy staying at the Westin Guam and would prefer not to consider other options when visiting the island. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements during my future stays.

The front desk managers were awful and lying managers. All they had to say was short staff.. it's not customers problem. They need to manage the people. 50min to check in and no towels when I check in.. ask for towels took them over 1 hrs. During mu 9days vacation in this hotel the cleaning was done 7pm. There no towels to take a shower after swim. All they say was short staff.

Really enjoyed our time at the Westin Guam. Staff was great, breakfast buffet was consistent and really good. Centrally located and walkable to many restaurants. Beach and snorkeling was fantastic, we saw all types of fish and a few turtles. Would go back in a heartbeat, would recommend renting a car if you want to go around the island. Taxis are quite expensive.

This is an outstanding hotel right on the beach in Guam. Excellent customer service from start to finish, from Billy at the front desk and many others. I’ve stayed here numerous times for work and they always take good care of me. Good selection of on-site restaurants, including a coffee bar with the full range of Starbucks offerings, an unusually diverse breakfast buffet, a sushi restaurant, and a recently reopened Italian option. The gym could use an upgrade and expansion (especially given the Westin brand’s recent focus on fitness) but that’s not a dealbreaker for me.

RIHGA Royal Laguna Guam Resort is a seafront resort with outdoor pools and four restaurants, offering wellness treatments. The property boasts friendly staff and great facilities, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore Guam. While the resort is a bit far from downtown Tumon, it provides a quiet and comfortable retreat. Guests can enjoy the infinity pool and stunning ocean views from their rooms.
Great location, close to the airport. Excellent front desk customer service. We checked in late due to missing a connection. Staff was understanding and very accommodating. It's a beautiful resort! Highly recommend!

TLDR: Laguna Club Room is worth it for the free breakfast buffet and happy hour. The pools are fun. The gym is ok. The location is far from things, but the hotel has a shuttle. I stayed here for a week and booked a Laguna Club Room. Definitely worth with it for the breakfast buffet and happy hour in the club lounge on the 10th floor. The room had 2 queen beds, nice little chair and couch, and a great view of Hagatna Bay. Some friends complained about A/C but I had zero issues. The fridge is a little small so don't bother bringing leftovers back. There's no microwave in the room, but there is one located on the 5th floor (minor inconvenience). A lot of the hotel is nicely renovated. The gym is decent enough to get a quick workout in. It's got some dumbbells that go up to 50 lbs, a couple of workout machines that need the grips replaced, and a couple of cardio machines. The 2 pools are great. There's a family pool with a water slide, an infinity pool with a bar, and a jacuzzi. The infinity pool at the deepest is 4.5ft, good enough to lounge around and swim in. The BEST part of the stay was the breakfast buffet. The food was amazing every morning. The staff was quick to clear tables, the omelet bar was great. Honestly, I'd stay at the hotel again just for the breakfast. Each day, they had local dishes near the end of the line. I really enjoyed all the fish dishes they had. The location was ok. It was away from the main tourist areas, so it was nice and quiet. If you wanted to get around without a vehicle, the hotel has a bus that comes around and does offer shuttle services to different areas. If you get in late or want a late night snack, there's a 24/7 Pay-Less store a couple blocks down the road. There's also a Joy Market that has really good hot meals.

The view and pool is amazing. However, the air conditioning is not working!! I have been here for two weeks and have been moved rooms three times. The first rooms air stopped blowing all together and the maintenance guy said it was burnt. The second room started out working the first two days but then just started blowing air but not cold. The third room has a great view but I can’t look at it because the sun shines in and makes the room unbearable because the air is not working. I have the air set at 65 and the thermometer in here says it’s 79. The manager ensured the air was working but also said she had lost several reservations due to the air not working. Also because of the air problem, it has become extremely damp and humid in the rooms causing the towels not to dry, my clothes not to dry, the sheets to dampen and anything made of cardboard becomes damaged. Even my passport that was in the safe is now warped almost into a ball. The people here are very nice and the place could be really wonderful but it is just very run down and I don’t think they can catch up. I feel bad because I want this place to be as wonderful as it looks but I’d be afraid to spend a lot of money here. **update** After moving to the third room they have gotten the air conditioning working. With the air working it has also eliminated the dampness in the room. The staff has been very nice and helpful through the process so I am going to raise my review to a 3 star instead of the original 2.

Hotel was near ocean and had very beautiful grounds and multiple pools. Overall nice stay, 8.6.  Hotel was definitely a bit older, however I could imagine how beautiful and amazing it must have been when it first opened. The room was of decent size and clean, but a bit older looking.  This hotel was huge and currently unfortunately has some unused space. The main pool is an infinity pool that looks out over the ocean and has a small deck and lounge area. There is also a bar here that's open in the evening. From here you can walk to the ocean, however it is rocky, not well kept and has a lot of overgrowth. You can also head up to the ‘family’ pool, that has a waterfall and slide. There are also a few walking trails with great views of the harbor and ocean. The grounds also have several water areas, but not all are being utilized. Breakfast was included, but I felt it was a bit disappointing as it wasn't much of a selection and the room was a bit run down. Upkeep of the buffet could have been better.

We were here for three full weeks for a business trip, and it truly was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is the only good thing about this place, they’re always kind and helpful! I don’t want this review to reflect on the staff whatsoever because they did a great job. The review should only reflect on the owners and the lack of attentiveness they have towards their business. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is terrible, rooms are moldy, bugs are everywhere, and paint is peeling. You can tell the bedding has rarely ever been washed as many of the sheets have scuffs and dirt on them. The furniture felt very old, like from when the hotel first opened. The cafe downstairs was overly expensive for the quality of the product, even for Guam. The infinity pool is nice, however the “swamp” below has never been cleaned and attracts way too many bugs in the evening hours. The indoor mall like pools were drained the whole time I was there and it just looks trashy. I really do think this hotel could be something great, it has one of the best locations on the island and the potential. I do wish them the best of luck to be able to turn it around here.

The sunsets from the plaza during the bellydance class on Thursday or the activity pool during the day with a quick walk down to the ocean. Close to pay-less supermarket open 24/7. Incredible staff at front desk; Ludi in housekeeping went above and beyond!

The spacious rooms and diverse amenities are great. All rooms have ocean view, it is so nice. The infinity and family pools are good, and the water slides are fun. 15 min by car from the airport.

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are Japanese, Korean or White. I found so many bugs in my room and the room is like a hunted one in 1950s. I am a platinum member of Marriott and Hyatt. And theoretically, I should get a refund or compensation for my experience, especially I am here for my annual leave and I have been keep working for over a year. HOWEVER, the hotel manager Yoshi, accused me by fault me and saying that I refused to pay, which my reservation is a prepaid one. And he asked the security to escort me out and he wants to call the police. And of course, he is a Japanese. And the other staff are not sorry at all. And they have even been LYING. They was so determined, both the janitor and the front desk and the managers that they have found no bugs in my room until I showed them the photos. Recommendations: never ever stay at a hotel without a management group. PLZ stay at hotels like Westin, or Hyatt etc. PLZ! At least you have a global consumer center to file the complaint. Not like me right now, no one is helping.

Tumon Bay is a bustling area in Guam, offering a variety of attractions and accommodations. The oldest chain hotel on the island provides 658 rooms tailored to families, business guests, and island revelers. It features onsite restaurants, bars, a cafe, convenience store, shops, water park and entertainment options. Additionally, Tumon Bay offers stunning views from Two Lovers Point where visitors can admire the gleaming white-sand beaches and lush hillside along the Philippine Sea.
Protected marine preserve. Tidal bay is walkable from one side to the other at low tide - spectacular shallow water driving at high tide. Primarily Acropora recolonisation, (young) giant clam mantles are easy to spot in the crystal clear water, wild zooanthids are starting to colonize... Active conservation (rebuilding) efforts are thinly veiled with numerous aquaculture plugs apparent. The effort is appreciated after the ecological tragedy of the 1990s dredging... IN A WORD? It's SPECTACULAR! If you've ever wanted to dive into an Indo-Pacific reef tank - this is your chance. You may even find yourself within 5 meters of a 2 meter long puffer fish... I'm sure he comes to dine there regularly.

Beautiful place. Sands are really soft, so you can make cute bunny like my pic! There are no waves because of sunken rock, and that’s why here is perfect place for family with young kids!

Micronesia Mall is Guam's largest shopping destination, offering a diverse retail experience with familiar chain stores like Macy's and Foot Locker, as well as local vendors showcasing authentic island crafts and unique delicacies. The mall features a 12-screen theater, an amusement park with thrilling rides, and a food court offering traditional Chamorro cuisine alongside international delights. Additionally, visitors can explore the 24-hour Pay-Less Supermarket for their grocery needs.
Guam's premiere mall for entertainment, shopping, food, and fun. Today's visit was for Häagen-Dazs ice cream and a fruit smoothie from one of the newer shops at the mall.

It's like stepping back in the late 90s. Lots of events happen each week. Arcade recently closed down, but there's multiple kids play areas (paid). Lots of food selections to choose from. There's a theater and grocery store as well.
Chris — Google review
Large mall with a lot of stores. Massive food court, if you can't find a food you like then you don't eat food. Movie theater is a nice addition. Opens at 1000, and not a second earlier.
Matthew A — Google review
Not terrible. Has a wide range of parking/parking garages with sky bridges to access parts of the mall. Does have a good variety of shops, whether that be groceries, electronics, clothes, shoes, hairdressers etc..all within a short walk of each other. It was honestly pleasant exploring a mall again and the shops. Will likely return for niche finds or end up back at Macy's again. Oh yeah, they have a Ross that had a massive line stretching around parts of the store. It do be like that for them cheap deals. 👍
Michael L — Google review
This mall was pretty decent, has alot of food choices and the ross was sooo much better than the GPO.

Nice mall and always busy. They have a lot of community events . Lots of tourists and a busy food court. I would like to see Live Music there, which would elevate the experience. My only criticism is that they have the weirdest and Very Inconvenient practice of closing all toilets at the same time!!!??? Figure that one out!

Hotel Nikko Guam is a contemporary beachfront hotel in Tamuning, offering comfortable and modern accommodations. The 5-star family hotel provides air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms and toilets. Guests can enjoy various amenities including a swimming pool, water activities, and outdoor pool. The hotel also features multiple dining options such as a bar and lounge. Its prime location allows easy access to the city's offerings, making it an ideal choice for visitors to Guam.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko. The service was excellent, the room was spotless, and the view from the hotel was truly stunning. The beach nearby was peaceful and well-kept, perfect for relaxing. Although some say the hotel is far from the city center, I personally found it quite convenient and appreciated the quiet surroundings. I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a serene and comfortable getaway.

nice sustainable initiatives in the room. Cups with glass bottles to refill at the water station on the floors. Great app to download for express check in and check out as well as room key on your phone. Never visited the front desk during my stay. Very convenient. Live chat could use improvement on response time.

This was my first time at Nikki Hotel. While the outside looks nice, the inside smelled of mold, with damp carpets and sheets. The heavy use of air fresheners in my room made it worse and unhealthy, so I had to keep the balcony door open all night. The balcony view was stunning, but overall the smell and lack of cleanliness made the stay feel more like a cheap motel. I would not stay here again despite the outstanding and beautiful view.

Good hotel with fantastic ocean view and relevant price compare to others similar grade ones. If I visit Guam again I will use it again. But there is one issue want to raise is the fan noise which normally silent but make high decibel oall of sudden during whole days. It hinders good sleep. Other than tha all are okay.
Jerry B — Google review
For 3 nights, we paid nearly $700 USD and booked a Deluxe Oceanfront Room. The first room they put us in had an awful moldy smell as soon as we walked in. The room was FILTHY. The carpets had brown stains, the bedsheets had holes and stains, and the bathroom was disgusting (dusty, dirt accumulating in corners, tiles dingy and cracked). In addition, the water kettle and the hairdryer were both broken. We asked to move to a cleaner room and were moved a few hours later. The 2nd room was an improvement, but there were still thick layers of dust on surfaces and places that clearly had not been touched by cleaning staff in months. There was a dirty tissue under one bedside table (not ours) that was never picked up by cleaning staff the entire 3 days we were there. The balcony was filthy and had standing water. Aside from the rooms, the property is old and needs to be completely renovated. The carpets are dirty, the decor very outdated, and the lobby is the most depressing space I’ve ever encountered at any “resort.” The only + is that it is located on Gun Beach which is beautiful and great for snorkeling. I did some research and discovered we could have stayed at the Dusit Thani Beach Resort for $100 less and that is a real resort located in the heart of Tumon Bay. If we visit Guam again, I definitely would NOT stay at Hotel Nikko. Im baffled that management has let the property degrade to the point that it has. Lastly, we had dinner at Toh-Lee on the 16th floor. The lighting feels like you’re in a police interrogation and the windows have so much condensation and dirt on them that you can’t even see the “ocean view.” When we asked to have our leftovers packed up to take back to our room, they made us sign a waiver stating that they cannot be held responsible if the food makes us ill… Not even kidding. That’s wiiiilllldd. Never in my life and certainly never again. Overall, the whole experience was a big thumbs down 👎.

I wasn't staying at this hotel just went to meet up but I must say it is a lovely hotel, the room was very lovely, spacious, nice furniture. It's literally right on a beach the pools were amazing and the view was breathtaking.

Disclaimer: The two stars for this review are for the excellent staff and food at Benkay and Magellan. The Nagoya Meishi buffet was excellent and the staff welcoming. Also for the location on Gun Beach, the proximity to deep water free-diving cannot be matched! That is where the positive side of this review ends and my amazement at the fact that people are leaving 4 & 5 star reviews for this place. We have stayed at Okura/Nikko group hotels worldwide and they are a brand synonymous with quality and fastidious Japanese standards.. Nikko Guam does not fall into that description and is easily the worst hotel we’ve stayed at period.. If you are a One Harmony member with Loyal Status or above, then run!!! The check-in staff will not acknowledge your status and when you show your room upgrade vouchers they have no idea what to do with them and proceed to seek help from management.. The manager then told us “NO, we don’t do that, no upgrades” Nice way to treat a Loyal member… The hotel is run down, rooms are disgusting, filth and grime permanently etched into every nook and cranny of the carpet, walls and bathroom.. For our entire 5 night stay we had our room cleaned once, we even had to discard our own trash and request Toilet Paper… The excuse?? “Sorry sir, we are short staffed”… At check-out we weren’t asked once how our stay was. Full complaint made to the Manager, got a free shuttle ride to the airport for our troubles… If you have taste, value your hard earned money and don’t wish to waste it at a place with unprofessional front of house staff THEN DO NOT STAY HERE… Go to Hilton across the bay, if you’re an Honors Member, Silver or Gold at least they will make you feel welcome, give you a room upgrade, heck even give you a free drink for being loyal.. Ignored my advice and now reading this review in regret..??? Don’t come crying to me, you were warned..

I booked through Expedia for this particular review. I have been here before utilizing a day pass and another time staying another night. The day pass service is wonderful, affordable and access to a beach that is not terribly crowded when compared to the beach by the Dusit. Perks of staying here: Parking: The parking was right out front of the hotel, no issues any time I have visited finding easy access parking right to the hotel. Cleanliness: The rooms are very clean. I bring my own wipes generally and test to see how clean the room is. Every surface I checked came back clean, UV light test was good as well. Does not feel like a dirty room whatsoever and does not give you that "keep your shoes on" feel. View: The hotel is right off the bay, and the room views are wonderful, a nice balcony with two chairs and quiet private high side walls to keep you apart from your neighbors. Cons I have experienced: Check in: Both times I checked in I have asked for early check in. I did not expect to be checked in early but I asked. However, both times I was here I was informed the room was not ready after actual check in time. This particular time it was 3:27 when I got checked in. To be fair, they give you access to a small lounge with some snacks while you wait, so it is an attempt at recovery which I appreciate. Room specifications: I booked a single bed room, I got two twins. I don't personally care but I prefer a larger bed when I am traveling solo. I booked through a third party service, so this may not be at fault of the actual hotel. Beach: If you plan on swimming in the water, be ready to go quite far out. This is a wonderful beach for kids! The water is very very shallow and lots of fish can be seen as you wade out. It is not a particularly good beach for swimming, but if you want to snorkel and see some fish, this is the place for you. My most recent visit, 3/5 due to the wrong bed size and the delay in checking in. Overall, 4/5 in my opinion, mainly due to the repeat check in late.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel—everything I needed was either nearby or conveniently provided by the hotel. The only downside was that the beauty salon had just one staff member, who wasn’t able to do nails or waxing. However, one of the front desk staff, Shaylee, was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with transportation services. The hotel itself was quiet, clean, and overall a very pleasant place to stay. I truly appreciated the great customer service.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Guam and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and modern, with a fresh, updated feel. While the space was on the smaller side, it was well-maintained and comfortable for a short stay. The location is definitely one of the hotel's strong points — centrally located and convenient for exploring the area, dining, and shopping. The gym, however, was a bit of a letdown. It was quite small and got uncomfortably warm, which made working out less enjoyable. Despite that, the staff was friendly and the stay was smooth. I'd recommend it for travelers looking for a clean, modern place in a prime location, as long as fitness amenities aren't a top priority.

I would like to start my review by recognizing two great staff members : Bryce and Sahlee, they have outstanding customer service skills. They will help you and make sure you are taken care of. I would like to thank all personnel from room service personnel, parking security, front desk, swimming pool personnel, recreational personnel, and all those who made my stay comfortable. Thank you for attending my to all needs. The hotel facilities are fantastic, clean, and easy to come in and out. There is direct and easy access to the beach in which you can swim and snorkel with ease. The swimming pool was great, it has a decent size and depth. The gym isn't big. However, you can still do weights and cardio. Never had any issues with parking (which is free). I only wish they could've included complementary breakfast (I guess you can't have it all).

Every time I visit, I am consistently impressed by their genuine warmth, professionalism, and the clear passion they bring to their work. Sham and Lou don’t just serve drinks; they create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. Their attention to detail, heartfelt interactions, and dedication to excellence are truly remarkable. It’s rare to come across individuals who so clearly love what they do and go above and beyond to make others feel special. I strongly believe that their hard work and dedication deserve greater recognition — including in the form of increased compensation. People like Sham and Lou are what make Lovvy Bar such a special place.

Great hotel in a good location with the beach and plenty of restaurants located within walking distance. There is a mall right down the street as well if you want to shop and other shops for souvenirs. The hotel upon entry is nice they are very welcoming and they have a ice cream shop attached. It's a bar, computers access, and a place to relax inside the hotel. They have two pools one with a play area for kids. Right off the back of the hotel it's a nice mini park area to chill and relax with seating and a beach. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, balcony had sitting to enjoy the nice breeze sunrise or sunset. Bathroom is nice with a bidet only con I have with bathroom is the shower door. It only opens up on one end so you particularly have to get inside the shower to turn it on. My room could've used more cleaning due to the floor needing to be clean, my towels was dirty and bed sheet. Overall nice hotel and would be again.

My partner and I stayed here for one week for combo business and leisure. Overall, I will return if I have an opportunity in the future. Amenities are great. Staff are excellent. It's close to the airport and good for the price. Great for business travel. The hotel is nicely sized, not too big like some resorts, but contains all necessities. Although it was hot and humid, the hotel was within walking distances of shops and dining places. Staff is where the hotel excelled. All were pleasant and professional no matter the time of day or number of clients they were interacting with. Shout out to MJ and Jerica during breakfast at the Terrace. Both gave local suggestions and were extremely sweet individuals. Tip: Get to breakfast early to take advantage of the quiet time before it gets crowded. The coffee is the best I've ever had and the steamed milk was the topper. The hotel was generally quiet and parking plentiful until the weekend we left. That Saturday the hotel hosted a wedding and prom goers. Staff did a great job making sure hotel guests were prioritized for parking if the lot was full. The prom goers running and screaming down the hall was off-putting but not the fault of the hotel.

Two Lovers Point, or Puntan Dos Amantes, is a breathtaking lookout perched 368 feet above the stunning Tumon Bay in Guam. This iconic site not only offers panoramic views of the sparkling Philippine Sea and lush landscapes but also carries a poignant legend. According to local lore, it was here that two star-crossed lovers, unable to unite due to familial opposition, tied their hair together and leaped from the cliff in despair.
Our visit to Two Lovers Point was filled with joy and meaning even under the intense afternoon sun, we were all smiles. Being islanders ourselves, there's something comforting and familiar about basking in the warmth of the sun with the ocean breeze on your face. It was a beautiful day, and we were truly happy to be there. One thing we were especially looking forward to was seeing the iconic sculpture of the two lovers. Unfortunately, due to the recent typhoon that hit Guam, the statue had been toppled. It was a bit of a letdown, but we completely understand and we genuinely hope that by the time we return to the island, the statue will once again stand tall, ready to welcome visitors like us for that long-awaited photo. Despite that, the place still held a deep sense of reverence and romance. We offered a quiet prayer for those whose names are etched in the stone, remembering their sacrifices during the war. And seeing the locks people had placed along the railings, each with written notes, names, and messages of love was truly heartwarming. It's beautiful to witness these gestures of devotion and hope. I silently prayed that the spirit of the Two Lovers will guard every promise made there, and that love, in all its forms, will endure, kept safe by the very soul of this breathtaking place.

A truly beautiful spot to take pictures of the bay from high up on the cliff. The water below is a gorgeous cyan blue, my camera didn't do it justice, you have to come to see it with your own eyes. And I came on a pretty overcast day, imagine if it's beautiful and sunny out. I was still incredibly happy to visit. You don't even need to pay the $3 to go up the stairs to the vantage point, there are plenty of spots from which to take nice pictures from. Props if you have a drone, definitely come check this place out.

Such a lovely place both for the views and the special meaning of the site. We enjoyed the legend of the spot but also the fact that many couples come here to share the experience. There is a small admission fee to go up the viewing area, and you can purchase a love lock to leave with a message. Bring water, sunscreen and a hat!

There weren’t any lockers etc so I just left my stuff on the beach and prayed they don’t get stolen (they didn’t). I did a little bit of snorkeling 🤿 and saw a lot of fish and plenty of corals not too far from the beach. The water was pretty calm, but it’s not very shallow. I couldn’t touch the ground just 30-40ft in. Very good snorkling overall though.

Best beach for snorkeling. There are water shower and public bathrooms, but no shops around. Better bring your own tools. Recommend going there in the morning when water is crystal clear.
Jayhawks N — Google review
one of the best beaches (as well as ritidian) in guam super shallow, clean and warm water perfect for snorkeling
Gracy B — Google review
Great place for a day at the beach! The water is almost always calm because of the reef. Swimming, paddle boarding and snorkeling are fun things to do in the water.
John G — Google review
My hubby and I held our wedding ceremony there. This has now become my favourite beach on Guam! The water is very clean, ideal for snorkelling. You may witness a variety of tropical fish and coral. It's unfortunate to see some coral in poor health, yet there are those that are thriving. The water is extremely shallow, however certain sections are deeper. It's an ideal location for snorkelling or swimming for fitness!

Beautiful water, great place for beginner snorkeling. Lifeguard and rinse off water. Family friendly

Best beach on Guam for snorkeling! It's actually deep enough to swim around. Lots of colorful fish. I like to go in the mornings or afternoons.

Restaurant
Nestled within the luxurious Dusit Thani Resort Guam, Soi is a culinary gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. This fine dining establishment specializes in authentic Thai cuisine with a contemporary flair, making it an ideal venue for special occasions like anniversaries or intimate date nights. The ambiance is chic and inviting, perfect for small gatherings or romantic dinners. Soi caters to diverse dietary preferences, offering delightful options for vegetarians, vegans, and those seeking gluten-free meals.
This Thai restaurant is a must! I got the crab avocado grab salad and it so amazing! Whole fried fish, red curry and there mocktails is a must! Even came back the next day. Nice ambiance, no wait and server was amazing.

Christmas Day experience was less than satisfying. Overall, ambiance was fantastic, greeted by a wonderful staff, I was looking forward to the experience. I have heard a lot about the curry here, so I decided to order the Red Curry with chicken and a small bowl of Chicken Coconut Soup. Starting with the soup, the it was brought out with all the vegetables and meat in a small bowl, then poured the broth over them, smelled fantastic!! After letting is sit stewing for a few moments, I took my first sip...The broth texture was fantastic, but the flavor fell flat. The vegetables were still crispy, the chicken tender...but the flavor left me wanting more. Lastly, be careful of the single red hot pepper....it will burn your entire mouth...stomach...and more. Moving onto the Red Curry, what an excellent presentation. The colors, of the chicken, red curry, and peppers were fantastic and looked incredibly delicious. Shortly after the curry was put down, it was followed by a large serving of white rice. I toss a few lumps of rice into the curry, and mix it in. I use my spoon to grab some of the curry sauce first...again...it missed the mark. Service was very slow as well, although they were not busy at all. The overall theme for here is phenomenal presentation and setting, but mediocre flavor at best. Not worth the price for what you get.

Boyfriend took me out on a date night to Soi, and I was extremely pleased with our experience. The service was wonderful (thank you, Brady, for being an amazing server!), the ambiance was perfect for a date night. The food was delectable, though it is pricey. Nevertheless, the staff are cordial, the place is clean. I was especially impressed with how the staff pulled out my chair for me and laid my napkin in my lap. They even provided me a stool to place my purse. I will definitely be going again.

Some pretty good Thai food for not being in Thailand. Our Server Kevin was wonderful, one of the best. Also the restaurant manager came over and talked to us and he was very nice. The deep fried whole daily fish was great as was the glass noodle salad. I really liked the green curry but it was American sized so too much for me to finish.
H. K — Google review
Recently the waiting time for food to be serve is longer than usual. We ordered appetizer but sadly it came out together with our main dish which we didn’t really get a chance to enjoy. Curry was a little salty this time. But the Pad thai and the spring roll was delicious! I wish the food quality is the same every visit. Service was great although we expected from them to let us know when the food will be ready.

I went to Soi in Dusit Thani Guam Resort with my friends and it was my first time. We had a great time and the food was good. The best thing in the restaurant is the view of Tumon Bay. So beautiful!
Alonna D — Google review
Fine dining but won't break the bank, Thai flavor, located in Dusit Thani Hotel. Easily called to make a same day reservation for a casual date night. I'm not a Thai food expert but, the service and food that we experienced was great. Favorites included vegetable spring rolls and green papaya salad. A regular menu and vegan menu available. not sure on the desserts because they only had three of the six choices available and none peaked my interests.

This place is top notch! The atmosphere and ambiance are truly amazing! With beautiful designs and fixtures. There is a laid back elegance to this place. The food was delicious and the presentation was amazing. I would highly recommend the chicken coconut milk soup! You have to give this place a try. The Aquarium of Guam, established in 1999 and situated in Tumon Bay, offers an immersive experience into the marine life of the Western Pacific. It features a large tunnel-aquarium showcasing sharks, sea turtles, stingrays, and eels. Visitors can enjoy interactive exhibits and educational programs suitable for all ages. Additionally, the aquarium provides a unique opportunity to swim with aquatic creatures through its 'seatrek' experience.
Absolutely loved coming here! The underwater tunnel was the best and for military, it's a 50% discount off general admission! Well worth it!!
Anthony M — Google review
It was a small but nice aquarium. I do wish it had had a bit more to see but it was a good time and the staff was great. I did the Sea Trek underwater adventure and that was a lot of fun. I wish there had been a bit more to see there but it was cool to hang out with a stingray, a sea turtle, some leopard sharks and a bunch of fish. The guys that went in the tank with me were awesome and made it fun.
Chuck V — Google review
Just a short walk from the Westin, this little aquarium was a peaceful escape. The entrance through the underwater tunnel was magical—it reminded me how much I love aquariums. Though it’s not huge, it packs in a great look at Guam’s marine life. Bonus points for offering a military discount. It made for a relaxing and worthwhile afternoon activity.

I remember in the past this place had many dishes and decor making the place look beautiful in the water but the new one is just ok. There was barely any fish and you can just see construction? Don’t know what it’s called , you’re basically paying a high amount of money for an unfinished aquarium. Very underwhelming (I didn’t directly take pic of the construction thing but if u zoom in the first photo the left side u can see)

I enjoyed the feeding of the sharks and the initial walk through. Everything else was pretty standard. Affordable tickets and could be a good place to educate small children.

I did the seatrek with the helmet, absolutely a great fun experience! JUN is amazing great sense of humor, he really made the entire event that much more memorable. Continue that!

Nice place to visit when the weather is not cooperating. Has great military discount for admission, a decent amount of tanks for viewing a myriad of sea life. Had Easter eggs hidden for the season for the kids to search for. Fair amount to see and explore for the young and old. Be advised it is a one way visit, once you hit the escalator make sure you have seen all you want below because there is not way to get back down.

My husband and I always look for good seafood when we go on vacation. It's just something we enjoy, and it can be surprisingly hard to find. Well, we had a wonderful meal at Tasi Grill! My husband had the escabeche, and I did the seafood market with tuna, scallops, and mahi. Everything was great! We had a table right above the beach, which was especially nice. But the service was better than anywhere else we ate on Guam. The food, drinks, and service here are all truly outstanding.

History Museums
The Pacific War Museum, located in the Chief Quipuha Park on the Paseo de Susana peninsula just north of downtown, is a private museum dedicated to preserving the history of World War II in the Pacific. It houses an extensive collection of military artifacts such as weapons, uniforms, planes, and vehicles from that era. The museum offers visitors a chance to learn about Guam's role in WWII through exhibits showcasing both Japanese and American perspectives.
I would like to extend my greatest appreciation and gratitude to the persons behind preserving this kind of historic and significant part of our history. Thank you for a warm welcome and making us belong. ❤
Shiena A — Google review
Oh, no... The museum is abandoned!😱😭 I have a feeling that it happened even before typhoon Mawar. Artillery is overgrown with bushes. It would be great if someone could update Google maps info, because it still shows that the museum is open.
Dance A — Google review
Stopped by today and the place is definitely still closed. I did not see any signs that work was being done to reopen. There was a partial sign posted on the door stating the museum is closed, but no indication if or when it will reopen.
John P — Google review
When I first got there there was no one in the front to greet us. It costs 3 dollars per person for entry. It is very small it took about 15 or so minutes to see everything. It had one wing for the American and the other for the Japanese. It had pictures of each side and description each picture. Each wing had actual weapons and ammunition for the period. Medals and rank of the military men. Venturing outside it had vehicles and anti tank guns on display and you can actually enter them, which I didn't enter myself because I saw a few spider webs in them. Overall if you're a history buff, I recommend it.

The Dulce Nombre de Maria Cathedral-Basilica, also known as the Hagatna Cathedral, is a significant religious and historical site in Guam. Originally built in 1669, it was destroyed during World War II and later reconstructed on its original site. The cathedral boasts stunning architectural design, intricate interiors, colorful stained-glass windows, and an enshrined 17th-century statue of Santa Marian Kamalen.
Beautiful cathedral. Nice air conditioning. Check website for location of Mass times as some are in the chapel to the rear of the complex. Chapel with adoration was great. Beautiful stained glass loved the adam and eve, annunciation, and nativity window. So well done!
Angel G — Google review
From my understanding, this should be the biggest cathedral in Guam. It looks new and sleeky design. You can find traditional colorful glass windows inside. For tourist, you must donate a dollar per person at the entrance (put into donation box). Just wondering on office hours of gift shop; it should open during my visit but it's closed and locked.
Prasittichai K — Google review
Visiting the Dulce Nombre de Maria Cathedral Basilica was a truly moving experience. As a Catholic, it’s always a must during our travels to find time to visit our Lord’s house of worship to pause, give thanks, and feel His presence no matter where we are in the world. The cathedral was absolutely beautiful... rich in history, reverence, and peace. When we arrived, a Mass was already in progress. It was such a blessing to walk in during the Gospel reading, a moment that instantly grounded us in faith. We did feel a bit underdressed for the occasion (we were in our tees and shorts and flip-flops), and out of respect for the sanctity of the Mass and the parishioners, we quietly left after hearing the Word. It wasn’t out of shame, but simply our preference, as we hold deep reverence for the sacredness of the Eucharistic celebration. Still, what truly matters is the heart we bring. I know that whatever we wear, our Lord welcomes us with open arms. And on that day, our hearts were full of gratitude to be in His house, even just for a short while, was already more than enough.

The basilica was beautiful inside and out. With meticulously manicured grounds. My wife chose this church for mass today (very well delivered homily), as it's our 40th anniversary today (we met and married here on Guam). And I was here when the pope visited. His statue is inside. Father Will when I asked for him to bless our marriage granted our wish with a small ceremony and blessed my wife's new ring. It was wonderful!!! Thank you all for making our day special!!

Discover the Valley of the Latte Adventure Park, a cultural hub that showcases the charm and traditions of the southern islands. Immerse yourself in a journey back in time through the Jungle Riverboat Adventure Cruise, guided by an entertaining expert who will enlighten you about local wildlife and fascinating cultural insights. This park offers a plethora of water activities along the stunning Talofofo and Ugum Rivers.
Really cool experience! My husband and I did the river cruise, and it was fantastic! The tour guides and the rest of the staff were all so friendly. Lunch was great, too! But the history, culture, and scenery are the real stars of the show. It's a one-of-a-kind experience that you can only find on Guam, and I'm so glad we did it. If you're looking for something even more outdoorsy, try the kayak tour! Whether you do you the kayaks or the cruise, you'll have a great time. I would gladly do this again.
Mitch G — Google review
Fun experience to try out. It’s about 3 hours long. My wife and I choose the Kayaking experience. You’ll experience nearly everything the river cruise experience, the only difference is that you kayak the waterway with a tour guide instead of the cruise. You’ll then meet up with the cruise boat members to do the land tour on different indigenous plants on the island and then the tour guide demonstration followed by lunch, meeting the animals, riding the water buffalo, and weaving your own fish with a coconut leaf. I think the park and tour guides rotate the demonstration with each group so you might not get the same experience as another group. We were shown how coconut leaves were woven into daily used objects like hats, baskets, bowls and also learned how to start a fire. Overall experience was amazing definitely take some time to visit and book your experience in advance.

A fantastic tour with great history. The artifacts were impressive, and the guides really made it such a memorable experience. The staff was well informed and had a great sense of humor while keeping everything family friendly. A must see if you are visiting or if you live here.

This is a fantastic tour with an amazing staff and lots of knowledge to share. The location is really easy to find just off the main road. The tour starts with a boat ride through both forks of the two rivers while the captain and crew provide history and entertainment, mixed with good humor and witty commentary. Once you arrive at the village you are greeted with more friendly and knowledgeable staff providing great historical info and familiarization of the local flora (fauna comes later in the tour). They introduce you to more ancient tools and weaving, again with more fun commentary and entertainment. The lunch provided is delicious with a good small variety to sample of local food. You receive some lessons animals and get to enjoy some hands-on weaving. You finish off with a a quick boat ride back and enjoy some history and treats for purchase back at the office. Thank you to the entire team for making this a memorable experience for our family. Highly recommend this to others to enjoy and learn about the history of this beautiful island.

This was an awesome experience! I loved seeing the jungle from the boat. The tour guide had a lot of great information about the local flora and fauna. We saw crabs and fish and monitor lizards. We learned how to crack coconuts and got to try fresh coconut. They had a really tasty meal, and they had a great vegetarian option. There is a bit of unethical animal tourism, so I subtracted one star for that.

Nestled in the stunning landscapes of Guam, War in the Pacific National Historical Park serves as a poignant tribute to those who fought during World War II. This remarkable park is not just a collection of battlefields; it’s an immersive experience that invites visitors to explore its rich history through various trails and significant monuments. As you wander through this serene environment, you'll encounter memorials like the Marine Corps Memorial and the Japanese Peace Memorial, each telling stories of bravery and sacrifice.
The War in the Pacific National Historical Park in Guam honors WWII history, especially the Battle of Guam, with sites like bunkers, artillery, and memorials. It also shares the story of the local Chamorro people during the war. The park features stunning beaches, coastal views, and snorkeling spots, blending history with natural beauty. Spread across seven unique areas, it offers scenic hikes, educational exhibits, and ranger-led tours.

driving from the side of Marine Corps Dr you won’t even reach it, at least I wasn’t able to do so, the road there was closed on some random thursday, so I assume it’s like this everyday. There are other memorials around, the one marked here on maps is incorrect. Also, right next to the closed gate I’ve met couple stranded dogs, I was lucky enough to be in the car, I would not like to be there on foot or on bike.

It seems like there is one place where Google Maps shows it in the middle of nowhere but this park has a few different points to visit. The main two of them are the Ga’an Point and Asan Beach units. It means you need to drive to different points on the Island to see these places. When you search for it on the map, it shows only a place on the mountain that doesn't exist in fact. Asan Beach Unit is a very spacious place with some statues and a monument. In Ga’an point, you can see some guns as well.
PJ — Google review
The visitor center has a ten minute video, several exhibits, and a gift shop. There are other sites around Guam to visit that are part of the park as well. The exhibits are in multiple languages. I did feel there was a bit of whitewashing, as the American soliders were touted as the saviors to the Chamorran people. I think they could include more information about the native ways of life that were disrupted by the arrival of Westerners.

I contacted the zoo to inquire about their operating hours and admission prices. The zoo is only open on weekends from 10am to 3pm, with strict closure at 3pm. They have a policy of turning away visitors who arrive after this time. Weekdays are exclusively reserved for school visits. General admission costs $15 for adults and $8.50 for children aged 2-11 years old.
This small zoo took a special place in my heart. All animals are rescued here. There are pretty rare species too. The owners, Barbara and Jimmy, are such kind and nice people, they actually care about what they do and love every single animal here like their own children. The zoo is very cozy, very very green and it’s actually feels like you are somewhere in the wild. I liked it a lot. I hope they will be able to continue rescue and take care of animals forever. The zoo doesn’t receive any local government help. So I highly recommend to find an hour to visit this place and to help and support these people to continue their mission.

After being closed for a long time the Guam Zoo finally reopened!! Our visit with our 3 year old daughter was truly wonderful and we cannot wait to go again. The Zoo resembles more of an animal sanctuary where one can really get up close and personal with a surprisingly wide variety of creatures including a monkey, sharks, sea turtles, emus, ostriches and a very friendly talking parrot named Angel! The owners are a very kind couple who clearly care deeply about these rescued animals. This Zoo is truly an asset to this island and the community!

Don't forget quarters to feed the goats! They even offer shark feeding for $5. It's on the smaller side but my two year old and his friend had a blast! Shaded! Friendly staff! Parking was full, but they were having an event on the beach, we found parking a couple blocks away. We'll stop back again :)

My wife and kids enjoyed the only zoo on Guam. We went when it wasn’t really busy and it was a great experience for us. They all looked well taken care of and the owner has so much knowledge about each and every one of them. That’s how you know they are in good hands. Can’t wait to visit again with the fam. 🙏🏼

At first I thought the $15 entry fee was a bit much, I soon came to realize that it goes directly to supporting the rescued and endangered animals that live there. More animals than I had anticipated. The couple that own and run the zoo are amazing! Barbara and Jimmy are so knowledgeable and very kind. It's easy to see that they care about thier work and their animals. I went on two separate days within a week. I love it here and highly recommend a visit.

If you’re on the fence about going to the Guam Zoo, this is your sign to GO!!! Such a fun little zoo, perfect for younger kids as it is nice and small, almost completely shaded, and is conveniently fenced so you won’t have to worry about kids running off too far. Even in the heat the shade was so nice and the owner engaged with my kids and made the experience so fun. He has been running the zoo since 1977 and you can tell he has a big heart for the animals and the community of Guam. We will be coming back again and again!! Note: you will need CASH to enter the zoo. He did not charge for my infant. And a bonus: right along the calm waters of Tumon. We had a picnic outside at a covered picnic table right on the beach afterwords!

Its quite expensive for a small zoo. Usually small children get in for free, but this place charges $8. The animals are looking okay. my daughter’s fav was the goats. There are plenty bugs/mosquitoes so make sure to bring some repellent spray.

The South Pacific Memorial Peace Park is a historical site that witnessed the most violent battles of World War II's final days. However, it has now transformed into a serene place to honor the memories of both American and Japanese soldiers, as well as innocent civilians who lost their lives in this deadly conflict. An additional attraction within the park is a set of tall praying hands symbolizing global peace. This park beautifully showcases the joint efforts and dedication of these two nations to establish harmony and tranquility worldwide.
A beautiful and quiet memorial park. The trek to the caves was easy enough for my 3 year old. The caves were so neat to explore, given the history. Thankful for this beautiful place and those who maintain it. Update: Visited 5 months later in Feb. Trail down to cave area was so clean and maintained! Much better than when we visited in September. Dry path. Saw frogs. Bring plenty of bug spray, lots and lots of mosquitoes.

Guam has a rich WWII history. Regretfully most historical places are in really bad shape. And the South Pacific Memorial is no different. If you're interested, the caves where the last Japanese stand are still open and with a little patience and paying attention to safety you can venture inside. Just know that there is NO ONE THERE to ask for help if you're in trouble.

Beautiful grounds for sure. We were lucky enough to have a Japanese couple interpret much of what was inside the temple. A bucket list item checked off.

Dusit Gourmet is a cafe in Tumon that offers delicious sandwiches, salads, and sweet temptations. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the quality of the food is great. This is a life saver in the middle of the night!
I was pleasantly surprised because the little cakes are only $6-8 but they come in little boxes and bags like an actual cake! I got the taro coconut cake and it was amazing! It was so soft and moist! Perfect individual sizes.
Xiaolu ( — Google review
On a hunt for Guam's best almond croissant, we made a stop in the Dusit to check out their dessert selection. We ordered the iced peach white tea, a rich and indulgent chocolate cake, and a pretty good tasting almond croissant. It might be #1 on the list in comparison to the best almond croissant I've ever had in La Panier at Pike Place. The atmosphere rating was a bit low because it was a hot day and the ACs weren't so cool in the cafe area.
Litasha B — Google review
Before the pandemic, Gourmet was renowned for having the best cakes on Guam. However, something has changed since then, and the quality has steadily declined. I occasionally return, hoping to rediscover the magic that once made their cakes so special, but it’s just not the same anymore. The cakes are often dry, the decorations are sloppy, and despite raising their prices, the portions have become smaller. If you’re looking for a cake for a special occasion, you’re better off getting your money’s worth at Hyatt.
Mark S — Google review
Decent espresso beverages, small or large sizes only. What makes this cafe a standout is the elegantly decorated and delicious baked items. Along with cakes and tarts, they offer macarons, bread loaves, baguettes, muffins, croissants, sandwiches, salads, and cut fruit. Service could be improved, the barista acted like I was bothering them to do their job.

Amazing cakes but terrible staff. I went in with the goal of grabbing six total cakes. I've called in advance if they were able to accommodate this request and I was told they have limited flavors but they have multiple of them. When I arrived I was told all the cakes they had was only the ones on the display till seven. That was about four hours from then. I grabbed the full size cakes that were available and opted for the smaller individual cakes since well, that was my only option as they were "out" till seven. I've already made the drive after trusting what they've said on the phone. The ladies that worked there spoke Filipino and I knew this as I understood the language. It was really frustrating and demeaning how they spoke about me thinking I wouldn't understand. They talked about how my order is insane, which is odd since I called in advance if they were able to accommodate my request and received a yes. After loading the three full cakes and twelve mini cakes into my vehicle I came back in as I realized I was still short. I came back to the gourmet with the display case fully stocked with full size cakes again when I was told they wouldn't be ready till seven. It as still around 3pm. Thats when I realized that the staff has notified me that there was none of the back stock they mentioned on the phone as they were too lazy to grab it. I grabbed what I needed but ended up going $150 over budget due to being deceived that they were "out". I do think I did everything in my power I ensure my order would be fulfilled by calling before making the drive there. Unfortunately it still would've been impossible for me to get it due to the staff not making any effort to fulfill my order. "What we have on display is all we have" was a total lie. They made excuses saying "Oh they just brought these down now". The difference of 3pm-7pm is quite huge to make that kind of mistake and the fact that they refused I check when I asked was absolutely rediculous as they were certain the cakes will only be ready four hours from now. I didn't bother arguing thinkinqg they knew why they were talking about as well, they are the staff. I'd really rather go elsewhere for these big kinds of big purchases. I expected to receive the usual great service from Dusit but I see that those excludes the cafe area. I'd give the cakes 5 stars but the staff zero. Not only was I deceived and drove all the way there to just be withheld of what I needed and spent more, I was also insulted by the staff in another language. I'd stay away.

Dusit Gourmet was a great place for bread and pastry when they just opened, but it gets worse and worse ss the years go by. Bread not fresh and tasty. I can tell by tadting the pastries that now they use magarine not butter. Hope they can provide good products just like they did before.

Gef Pa'go is a small but remarkable place where visitors can immerse themselves in the rich culture and history of the Chamorro people. It offers an authentic experience, allowing guests to gain insight into the wisdom and traditions of this vibrant culture. Through engaging with knowledgeable locals, visitors can learn about the fascinating history of Inarajan village and its inhabitants. This unique destination provides a valuable opportunity to appreciate and respect the enduring traditions upheld by the Chamorro community.
Listening to the grandmother's explanation, After experiencing the life of the Chamorro people, it seemed amazing how much wisdom the culture had in life. And though there are more places to experience culture because of large travel agencies, I respect my grandmother who is continuing tradition in small experience space.

I visited early morning. there was no one but me and my family. The old lady guided us what was going on there before. We learn about the using coconut. and some traditional things.. It was good. Great place to take some photos. But the cost is little expensive than I thought. $11 for one person at that time (jan,2017)

This should be a must visit for anyone on the island, resident, military or visitor. We had a great guide named Carlos (I believe) who was only a child when the liberation of the island happened. He had first hand knowledge of anything we asked and provided an awesome tour of the traditions and parts of the village. The coconut candy they make, the sea salt and learning how to properly husk and shred a coconut was well worth it.

Asan Bay Overlook is a significant national historical park with panoramic views of Asan and Agana. It holds WWII importance and features informational signs about the locations and events visible from the hill. The park is vast, offering various outdoor sections to explore, including the Piti Guns Unit and Gaan Point.
Amazing place for views and history. The displays show you a lot of what happened in these locations as well as participants of the event. Outside of the displays you are just at a great view of the beach and lower areas as well.

I visited here in 2008 so it might look a bit different in 2025. I was on Guam for a week for a civilian job at the military bases. Very good view of beach that was a significant part of battle for Guam in 1944. I visited the beach area and posted photos of actual landing site along with photo of beach 1944. There is the Top o' the Mar Restaurant nearby so stop by for a meal.

A short drive up the mountain to an overlook that gives you a good visual depiction of the Allied forces invasion to liberate Guam. Signs provide good historical information, with multiple vantage points to see the layout of what happened 80 years ago. There are inscriptions of those, military & civilian, killed in Guam during the war, inscriptions of those imprisoned, and those forced into labor & concentration camps. The longest wall is the names of people on Guam imprisoned. It is sadly and amazingly long. Ample parking with parking for handicapped people. The entire area is paved so folks in wheelchairs can easily maneuver around. Highly recommend for a quick visit.

This is a beautiful place to look over Asan Beach from. It also has history so not just a beautiful sight. Don't think people know that as soon as you enter the over-look you can scan a QR Code on your right to get an audio info about Asan Beach. It is provided in both English and Japanese. Maybe there is more but those are the ones I saw. Enjoy!!!

We loved the expansive views. Ample parking. Pathways were wide and maintained. Three levels here. It's also a memorial. Names of killed and harmed Chamoros are listed on a huge wall. The large, centre planter, in the shape of the Guam flag symbol, seems neglected; it's just filled with rocks. We liked the several informational stations with photos and historic facts. Not crowded at all during our visit. Handicap friendly ramps throughout. The US flag needs to be replaced right away.

Pacific Islands Club Guam is a casual all-inclusive beach resort located in the heart of Tumon Bay, offering an array of amenities for both parents and children. The resort features 7 eateries, a water park, a spa, and a swim-through aquarium. While the room facilities may be slightly outdated, the resort makes up for it with its diverse activities and rich facilities in the water park.
We had a fantastic stay at PIC Hotel in Guam and highly recommend it to families—especially those with young kids! We stayed on the themed fourth floor “Siheky Wing”, which was thoughtfully designed with children in mind. The room came stocked with so many kid-friendly amenities: baby wipes, baby lotion, baby soap, a step-stool, kid toilet seat for the toilet, beach toys, and even a cozy floor bed that was perfect for our toddler. He absolutely loved the room and felt right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary access to the waterpark—it was such a fun experience for the whole family. On top of that, there’s an air-conditioned playroom that was perfect for our toddler to cool down and enjoy some indoor fun. We also enjoyed the Royal Club Lounge on the second floor, which offered breakfast and happy hour. While the food selection was limited, it was a nice, quiet spot to grab a quick bite or snack during the day. Overall, PIC really goes above and beyond for families. Everything from the room setup to the amenities and activities made our stay smooth, fun, and memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Came to PIC for just one day guest pass including lunch. The pool was ok, well maintained and well staffed with many lifeguards. It has many pool options, family friendly and although long, is accessible for those on strollers and wheelchairs. But the lunch buffet - was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. Almost felt I was serving myself trash. Do not use the starlight restaurant buffet option. You will regret it. Choice was very limited, with most options using low quality food - many carb low cost food like noodles, rice, etc. don’t expect any decent buffet like you would with other hotels. Hotel building looks very old and not very clean. I’m glad I was just a day guest and not staying here.

Nice hotel, great location. Employees are super friendly and do their best to accommodate the guests. Rooms are very old and in need of a update. Definitely not targeted to American travelers. Very kid friendly. Pools were dirty and full of algae.

There are many things to enjoy. It's nice to experience snorkeling and boating on the beach. There are many life guards. I am busy eating all three meals because I used a gold card. It's nice to have a laundry rack. Please bring your clothespin. Slides and snorkeling classes were fun. I left my tip on the bed, but I didn't fill all the towels. Coffee didn't get refilled either.
Juhyeon J — Google review
The rooms are worth it because of the water park, especially if you have a family with kids. The price of the room includes the water park up to a certain number of people and ends up being cheaper than buying the water park tickets separately. The hotel is outdated and needs and image update. The beds are hard but that's what Asian beds are like and this hotel is catered to Asians. We booked a room for two nights, but ended up sleeping in the room only one night because the beds are so stiff. Water park is nice with some big slides and plenty of kids areas. Lots of different activies for everyone to try. Kayaking and paddle boarding are also available.
Chris — Google review
I stayed at PIC Guam for 3 nights in June 2025 with a Gold Pass, but in hindsight, 1 night with a Bronze Pass would have been more than enough. I specifically booked the Royal Tower expecting a renovated room, as noted in several online reviews. Unfortunately, I was assigned an old, worn-down room with visible stains on the bedboard and general wear and tear throughout. Service was also disappointing. I requested bed guards three times via phone with no action taken. It wasn't until I made a formal complaint in person to the manager that the issue was finally resolved. Thankfully, the manager was professional, addressed the concern promptly, and offered compensation for the inconvenience. On the positive side, the resort has great family-friendly facilities — including multiple restaurants, a waterpark, circus shows, and English-language children’s activities. However, the outdated rooms are a major drawback. Bottom line: For the price, you’re better off staying at a newer, well-maintained hotel nearby and just buying a day pass to enjoy PIC’s facilities.

The system, service, housekeeping, and front desk communication were all a bit lacking. However, the pool and club lounge were excellent. Next time, I'd like to use just the pool as an outside visitor.

Staycation for my granddaughter's birthday. Check-in was at 3PM with 15 guests waiting in line to check-in....BUT only 1 front desk person checking guests in. Waited over 35 minutes to check-in, not a good sign to begin the staycation. Took a shower in the room after visiting the Waterpark. The shower head fell off the handle....unbelievable! Room felt damp due to the high humidity....not a pleasant staycation at all!

Dusit Beach Resort Guam is a great place . Perfect for families, the rooms are spacious, there's a lot of space for luggage , our room has a walk in closet. The beachfront view is just awesome. You can just spend a day in the beach and pool . The beach is calm and relaxing. We also love that there's laundry , so no need to worry abour wet clothes. We also attended a free Yoga class , which was great to start the day. The lobby also connects to Dusit Thani Hotel , it's great to be able chill in both lobbies. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful resort! Rooms are spacious and have views of the ocean. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. I arrived early at 5AM and the hot water in my room wasn’t working, staff immediately sent up maintenance to fix it. All the restaurant and bar staff are very friendly too. My only complaint is that the WiFi is a bit difficult to connect to. Overall, I loved my stay and I’m looking forward to visiting again. Thank you Dusit for making my vacation wonderful.

Room 3.5 (rounded to 4) Service 5 Gym 4 Location 5 Overall value 4 On a work trip I chose to stay here versus the common big brands to try something new. While the hotel lobby and surrounding property is amazing I found the room to be decent. Craftsmanship was a bit disappointing. Sockets are in unusual places. Automatic curtains, while a nice touch, mine was jammed up and took over 30 min to get it to work properly. My door didn't lock and required an engineer to correct the plate (put in upside down). The fridge had 2 open bottles with things in there that didn't reflect what was on the label and it needed to be wiped out. Besides that it's a good sized room with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It's located... well connected to a high end mall. Should be noted I signed up for dusit gold prior to coming only to find that my government rate doesn't qualify for my two week stay. That unfortunately would stop me from returning. Otherwise nice hotel.

First of all the view is gorgeous, the live music is fire, the service is great (Mark behind the bar works magic), and the overall space is so clean cut and fresh. With various accommodation options including tatami rooms and sea-view suites across two towers, the hotel ensures a warm and tranquil stay. This was our first time in Guam. And this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Loved everything about it the view to the ocean! Has an amazing infinity pool. The room was very clean and very cool. Just keep the doors closed so humidity doesn't go inside. Well it is an island. The balcony was great to drink our coffee which by the way was delicious 😋 in the balcony early in the morning just enjoying the ocean. The service was great. The location is great!

Guam reef is not a very good place. There is a lot of mold and it is very dusty. A lot of trash in the garage, and it doesn’t have the mentality of a hotel at all. It feels abandoned and easy access for homeless to sneak in because most of their locks are broken. It is not safe for guess and their employees. The employees are doing too much for that place. They deserve better. I give this place a big negative 0 out of ten rating. Stay at your own risk, but I highly recommend not to.
Berry M — Google review
Stayed there during 2 weeks in July. When I checked in I found stains and hair in bathroom sink, towels had stains and empty shampoo containers still in bathtub. I asked my room to be cleaned 3 times and it was only cleaned once. One night while doing laundry in hotels laundry room. A lady came in and signed the cleaning sheet but only took trash bag out. The laundry room was disgusting. I would never stay here and can't recommend. Its really too bad, as the location was awesome.
G M — Google review
The hotel is in a great location with a fantastic pool and an ocean view. However, the property feels a bit worn and could use some updates. The free laundry room has five washing machines, but two are out of order. Additionally, one of the five dryers is also not working. They have a great convenience store for all your needs.
Sandbarking1 — Google review
Location is good, hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, rooms are okay but not for the high price. Very humid and smells like mold in the room. The lobby looks manageable and WiFi is non-existent. If you stay in your room you have WiFi equivalent to dial-up speed, you have to use the WiFi in the lobby and you might get 2 bars of signal. If it wasn’t for the friendly and accommodating staff telling you “im so sorry” and that they fixed something where it be the hot water not working, or the moldy smell in the rooms and hallway, or their engineer fixed the WiFi which all of the items said wasn’t actually fixed, i would've checked out and got another place to stay. The manager needs to do better and match the nightly accommodation price $$$ to what’s actually is advertised and pictured in their websites. If catfished hotel was a thing, this would be best described as my experience.
Augustine M — Google review
The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is on the gorgeous Tumon Bay, its easy to see why this bay is the tourist hot spot on Guam. Just 5min from the airport and walking distance from food, shopping, entertainment and the most peaceful beach-bay. The rooms were spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. Price was affordable and comparable to other hotels nearby. The hotel had a delicious breakfast buffet, pool, and the friendliest staff- except for the housekeeping manager who was very rude about me peeping a laundry room, because I'm a new guest confused about the direction of the guest laundry room... thankfully the nicest housekeeper, Roseann, was always around the corner, cleaning or manning the pool boy desk, helping me with directions and suggestions to maximize an effortless vacation. The beach access wasn't the best beach spot, but just a few steps away is the long public beaches of Tumon Bay, long enough to find the perfect spot to enjoy the warm, clear, calm, waters of the Pacific Ocean. Minus one star only for the rude manager, but other than that- I would recommend Guam Reef to all tourists and locals looking for an effortless getaway.
Diane P — Google review
The location is excellent! Near shopping areas and lots of restaurants. The beach is beautiful and feels private due to it being located at the very corner. The rooms are dated and needs an update. Some parts of the rooms are damaged and a bit moldy. Cracks and scratches on the board and floor. Not carpeted but wood laminate. When we entered it was soooo humid, even the beds felt wet and smelt of rust. After a few hours the smell went away, but did give me a headache. The circulation in the room is weird. If someone takes a shower next door, you could smell it creeping into the room. I was surprised to smell a very fragrant shampoo smell in the middle of my nap. The floors are super dirty and your feet get black fast if barefoot. The pool is great!! We spent lot of time there. But for some reason we received a letter saying we didn’t return towels when we definitely did. I came down to front desk and the confirmed we returned them and even saw our signature. Staff are friendly. Early check in and check out is okay. We checked in at 5am and checked out at 5pm 2 days after. The view was spectacular.

STAFF: First thing I want to address, the staff that work there are amazing!! Very friendly, most likely working within what’s been provided by their leadership/management. Huge shout out to them! LOCATION: Great. Right on the beach and strip! Walking to hotel from the road has somewhat of a hill if you have elderly or someone that has difficulty walking. ROOMS: Not 4 star! Old, moldy, some little bugs. around the sink, a/c weak. Not hot water for TWO days. AMENITIES: Not 4 star! Wifi non existent!! Pool was good! PRICE: Not a four star hotel. Not worth what what I paid for. Think they are still getting pass Covid. With all the money they get from US Navy Carriers and ships, Marines, and tourism, there is no way management is putting money in the right place. When you come down the hill to Tumon, the first thing you see is this old crusty hotel and then you’re like oh that’s the hotel I booked. Water leaking from two different locations inside the hotel.

Lotte Hotel Guam is a modern upscale resort located at one end of Tumon Bay, offering panoramic views of the bay and some rooms with ocean views. With over 200 rooms, it is considered a boutique hotel by Guam's standards. The hotel is known for its luxury accommodations, featuring private balconies and expansive windows in the suites. Guests can enjoy buffet-style dining and a poolside bar while taking in the stunning sunset from the 18th floor.
Very satisfied on my stay in Lotte Hotel. I love my room, comfy and affordable. I was suprise of their buffet at La Sein, the foods are great compare to other buffet here in Guam. I love their Lobster and snow crab. I will definitely eat here again and will recommend to my family and friends.

Have recently stayed at Lotte Busan hotel—which was fantastic— the Guam Lotte resort left me so confused. I’m not sure if it’s due to it being in Guam, but the hotel is not great. The hotel is VERY old and I think it really does not represent the Lotte name, nor all the pictures on the website. I stayed on the seventh floor of the smaller tower(i think 512), and the room had a special smell…like sewage. I couldn’t pinpoint where the smell was coming from, but I think it may be the AC? Nevertheless, it smelled very bad. Additionally, good amount of stains on the sofa, all the rust on the fixtures, old and stained shower stall made my stay very uncomfortable. Thankfully, I only stayed in the room at night for sleep-hence not even bothering to complain, but if I had stayed here for a special l occasion, I would’ve immediately requested a refund and went to Tsubaki next door. I get it. Majority of the hotels in Guam are all terrible. However with the name Lotte and the price, I assume people will have an expectation that they are looking forward to when visiting. This hotel falls very short of that. Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to say that I’ll visit again.

The view from the balcony was awesome, breakfast was good, but the AC is not cold. There is no way to change the room temperature and no fans in the room to use. Suggest changing up the breakfast menu. It was the same daily except on the last day.

It's been almost a week after we came back from Guam. And let me tell you, our experience with Lotte hotel was WAY MORE THAN PHENOMENAL!!! 🥰 From the very moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the amazing concierge, David. Everyone from concierge, front desk, deli, restaurant, pool to housekeeping was so friendly and helpful. Ashley and Yebin at the front desk made sure we felt like we were at home. Especially Ashley, she really went above and beyond to make our first ever trip to Guam, FANTASTIC!!! She helped us with our room upgrade since my daughter wanted higher floor, and got us delicious birthday macarons. During our 1 week long stay, she made sure to check on us everytime she saw us. My daughter loved her and still talks about her. Yebin was also so friendly and thoughtful. Like Ashley she always checked on us everytime we pass by the front desk. I also want to give my special thanks to Sophie, Ethan, Jason and Andy at the front desk for taking care of our needs and always being so friendly and professional. As a former hotelier myself, this is the kind of a team that I want to have under my management. This is THE STAR TEAM!!! 🔥 Great work everyone! They understand the fundamental of hospitality business and they all made sure to go above and beyond for making our stay memorable!!! Room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful ocean front view. We could see the unobstructed view of Tumon Beach. At that moment, I understood the reason why people come to Guam!!! 😍 Things I requested when I was making the reservation such as bed guard, dehumidifier were in the room already. After check in, we also asked for step stool, iron & ironing board, as well as drying rack. It was so convenient to have drying rack to dry our wet swimsuits and clothing items. Beach towels and life vests were provided at the pool. Pool was clean and beautifully kept. Kid's pool was great, too! It’s no secret that I loved the main water slide and went on it couple of times myself! Just couple sets of stairs down, we could go straight to private beach. And after we were done, we could just wash off the sands using the standing shower before we get back to the pool. My daughter also had a blast in their Kids English Program and loved playing at the Dream High Playground! (She ended up spending 3 hours there! It was a great option for rainy day activity) Breakfast buffet had nice variety of food and Bulgogi burger at the deli was sooooo good! Starbucks drinks also did not disappoint. Housekeeping were also friendly and quick to deliver whenever we needed something. Convenience store carried lots of Korean products such as cup noodles, instant rice and drinks. Happy rental car place was conveniently located next to front desk. We rented for a day and only drove 16 miles just going to the mall & market. (This also showed that we loved staying in at the hotel!) We absolutely loved staying at the Lotte Hotel Guam!!! 💯 We will be returning to this very hotel when we ever come back to Guam. (Could be less than couple of weeks now) Thank you for reading my extensive and long review. Hope someone might find it helpful! Again, thank you Lotte Hotel Guam for making our first ever trip to Guam memorable!!! You guys ROCK!!! 👍🏻

Beautiful hotel, amazing service, especially the front desk staff. The food was great as well. The views are spectacular and its in a great location. Our AC didnt work well in our room, even after a tech checked it, however overall it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend ❤️

Amazing hotel. The pool and breakfast were a highlight of this hotel. Absolutely gorgeous inside and service was incredibly helpful. Only downside is the wifi was limited at 2mbps and extremely slow. Other than this it was so good to sleep here for two nights.

Review is for the kids play area on the 6th floor, not about the hotel. Decent play area, especially since there are only a few others like this on Guam. Socks are required, they also sell socks in case you forgot them.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel, the room is very clean and the view from the 14th floor is so spectacular, we had a very good view of the ocean and also the fountain show of the hotel next to us. We ate at La Seine Buffet and the food was so delicious, best tasting so far here on Guam. There was a Polynesian dance show that was a plus on the entertainment. We had a great time. And I highly recommend this hotel overall.

Steak house
Alfredo's Steakhouse is a top-rated dining spot in Guam, offering a delectable selection of sizzling wagyu, fresh lobster, and seafood. The restaurant boasts an intimate atmosphere perfect for enjoying fine wine and decadent desserts. Guests rave about the attentive service from waitstaff like Jennifer and Carmina. The menu features mouthwatering dishes such as seared duck foie gras, New York strip steak, and coconut lemon dessert.
A Perfect Anniversary Dinner at Alfredo’s We celebrated our 2nd anniversary at Alfredo’s Steakhouse, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed—perfect for a special occasion. The staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire evening. The food was phenomenal. Every dish, from the appetizers to the steaks, was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. You can really tell they use top-quality ingredients and take pride in their craft. The steak was cooked exactly to our liking—tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. What made it extra special was the attention to detail. The service was impeccable—professional, attentive, and warm without ever being overbearing. They even acknowledged our anniversary, which added a personal and thoughtful touch to the evening. Alfredo’s made our celebration memorable, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Guam!

Alredo’s Weird bull heads everywhere, I would love to hear the story if there is one, there is an array of wine bottles on the entrance, none of which are sealed. They have a dry aged refrigerator, looks like to be minimal selection. No dry aged steak for ordering for a steak house promoting the dry age. The service is precise so far and the whiskey selection is adequate. There is a wall that is just mirrors, idk if that is for the waiters or the patrons. The ventilation is setup more for a Japanese hot iron table restaurant. The kitchen is see through and it looks to be a broiler for cooking the steaks. So far, a tourist trap with excellent service to make you feel like it’s high end. Then again I am in sandals and shorts. The music is a standard jazz, and is very nicely mixed with soft conversation. The whole area is soft light, candle tables and a soft sunset light on the walls. They first offer you a delectable appetizer wish is a cream sauce and part seared steak on a toasted cracker bread The bread is fare at best, and the butter needs more salt and the rolls are hard. They could toss them in a steamer for 30seconds. Sardines are meant to be incorporated into the sauce of a cesarean salad and not just thrown on top. I will give them the fact they they used romaine lettuce, but not being tossed in a bowl table sides is a little usual for a restaurant this expensive. The seen has somewhat died out and tapered off since being here :45. At 7:45pm it seams to be the peak of orders. Speaking of which, it has been that long and I have just gotten a salad. Table clothes are replaces on every table which feels like standard for a place this expensive. I wish I could tell you that the ousters were delectable, but it sadly isn’t, not worth the money and one of the sauces tastes like straight up Tabasco. Although it doesn’t look impressive, by far a good wagyu steak!!!! Steak sauce not so much. But is it worth the price of $78, idk. All I know is that Don Don DONKI offers Japanese wagyu at far cheaper price. Save your wallet the headache and go to the buffet.

The flavors are definitely there—I can see now why there’s so much hype. I just wish that, even though it’s fine dining, they’d be a bit more generous with the portions, The atmosphere is cozy, which I liked, but I do wish it wasn’t quite so dark—it made it a bit hard to fully enjoy the setting.

I got the dry aged cowboy steak. It was cooked perfectly. Comes with like 5 different sauces. They were all good but I barely used the sauce. The flavor of the meat was perfect. Great service, fine dinning, and good views. Be prepared to spend over 100$ per person but totally worth it.

It has fantastic vibes with fantastic ocean view. Serving staffs are impeccable. Perfectly grilled steak is mouthwatering. Unfortunately dry aged beef was sold out.

I think honestly it’s one of the best restaurants on Guam. Especially since everything is imported on the island, this place is very good very good cocktails and they have escargot!!
Tyler J — Google review
Very fancy restaurant. Perfect for special occasions. Staff was very helpful and service was impeccable. I was honestly a little disappointed with the food,I just expected it to be better than it was due to the price. But it was worth the experience.
Taylor N — Google review
Pretty good. It's a fine dining restaurant so, naturally, the food is very expensive. For an appetizer I had foie Gras and for the main course I had the 6oz A5 wagyu with fries. It was all very good but this really is a restaurant only for special occasions as, if you want an appetizer, main course+side, and dessert, you'll be spending close to $250 per person.

Verona Resort & Spa Tumon is a comfortable 3-star hotel located just 5 minutes by car from the picturesque Ypao Beach Archeological Site. The hotel offers an outdoor pool, hot spring public bath, and sauna facilities for a relaxing stay. Situated in the Tumon district, it's conveniently close to attractions like Tarza Magical Adventure Zone and Water Park as well as shopping venues such as Goody's Sporting Goods.
This place looks decent front the street view but it is beyond disappointing indoors. The carpet in the hallways is extremely dirty and it smells terrible. The first room I was given had stained/dirty sheets. The second room there was hair in both of the beds. My third room (I didn't realize until the morning) the sheets were either stained with blood or bedbug residue. I checked out of this room but had a different reservation for the next night. Some how my reservation was lost and I ended up back in the room I checked out of (which was my third room mentioned above). The room looked as if it had been cleaned but when I pulled the sheets back I noticed the same blood/bedbug stains from the night before. I would not recommend this hotel unless its a last resort.

Hotel was definitely not what I thought it would be, there was a foul smell throughout the lobby, elevator and all the way up to the room, smells like mildew. Rooms do not feel clean, also has a foul smell and sheets were dirty. This place should not have more than 2 stars. Definitely disappointed, pictures are not quite up to the expectations. You have to go to the lobby for wifi.
Mel F — Google review
Let’s start with 5 stars and go from there: -1: As soon as we stepped out of the car, the smell of mold filled the gusty Guam humid air. =4 -1: No Wifi in the rooms... =3 -1: Got locked out of our room repeatedly... finally our door was manually opened by staff. =2 -1: Ants. =1 Also, the pool didn’t have any lights. The upside is when we told the lady at the front that we wanted to shorten our stay, she was very understanding. She was, however, the only person who was actually helpful. If you are looking for a regular hotel that just offers clean sheets and a decent view regardless of the conditions in which you enjoy it in, sure... honestly, if it weren’t for the moldy smell that got my allergies up and the issues with being able to get in our rooms, I probably wouldn’t have minded. But if you are looking for a Resort&Spa... this probably does not qualify.
Raye — Google review
DO NOT STAY HERE. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade - immediately noticeable once you get in the elevator, though they keep up the lobby decently well. Breakfast for one person was $13. The paint in our room was peeling and missing in chunks. There was black mold in our bathroom and in the hallways. The whole place smelled of mildew. There were active leaks evident in the ceilings and broken windows in several places. The pool was dingy and dirty. Seriously, don't even bother giving this place a glance. They don't care about upkeep or health, though the staff is very friendly. We left two days in to a month long reservation and are much happier elsewhere. Doesn't even deserve one star. Don't stay here. Don't don't don't.
Rin D — Google review
While driving up to the hotel, you can definitely surmise that the place needs a little TLC. Definitely needs a fresh coat of paint and there was a large piece of plywood supposedly covering up a hole on the outside, halfway up the building. Inside the nice lobby, the amount of people there is very disproportionate to how much space they have. The lobby is huuuuge but it always seemed very empty. While I didn't converse with the staff, there usually was one there at the front desk as we passed in and out of the hotel. There was a musty smell that was noticable like some of the other reviews have stated too. This is where things started to get a little sketchy. I have stayed at a few budget hotels, but this was pushing the limit. The elevator foyer on our floor had a beautiful view of Tumon Bay but one corner was covered by a piece of plywood (broken window) and there were no lights on so it was pretty dark stepping out of the elevator. A couple pieces of the furniture in the foyer were also moderately broken. Rooms were sparse and had furniture that was reminiscent of Ikea furniture. Overall, it looked clean but there were a limited usual creature comforts that you would expect like USB charging ports, easily accessible electrical outlets, and WiFi. The air conditioner kept the room cool but did nothing to dehumidify. I didn't see any cockroachs like some other people have posted so I guess that's good. The view from the room was spectacular though. Another thing I noticed was that the evacuation map had the previous resort name still on it and our friend's room didn't even have one in theirs. Bathrooms looked clean at a first glance but you further inspection, you can definitely see the wear and tear. Rust stains, faulty shower that was as loud as a jet engine. I was kind of excited to play around with the numerous shower configurations (it had a rain shower, hand shower and body shower configuration) but most of them didn't work properly. Overall, it you're not at all picky with your accommodations, this place is very cheap and has very close access to all your touristy needs and beaches; go for it. From my point of view, it almost seemed like the hotel was abandoned and the current owners just opened it up as is with putting minimal effort in upkeep. I probably won't be staying here again in the future.

Beware of the 💦 water supply. The water and plumbing are often out of service, put simply don't plan on taking a shower 🚿 or using the toilet with any confidence. Moreover, none of the rooms have Internet access. However, there is access to the Internet in the hotel lobby area. Enjoy your stay there!

3 customer elevators, and all 3 break at least once a week resulting in all the guests using the service elevator along with the staff. There is a fitness center, and I am using that term very loosely; it is a treadmill (cheap and old), a stationary bike (same quality as treadmill), and a kmart style machine station. All of this elaborate equipment is laid out on a section of old carpet on the lobby sub floor. There is a really cool trash pile behind the hotel... Apparently there is a shortage of towels because they are rationed out very deliberately, and often times one must hazard the elevator situation to go to the front desk and pick up towels (calling will only result in room service personnel 'noting your issue'). Room service actually cleaned my room 3 times in almost 4 weeks. The washer and dryers are even more pathetic than the fitness center. 2 of each, and they are old and typically one is 'out of order'. Also, as they take quarters, there is no coin machine to be found, and the lobby cannot provide change, but only after wasting 10 minutes trying to decide how to tell you that they have no quarters. The spa portion is an unremarkable series of dank, tepid pools of water. Since this a tropical island, and therefore is inherently dank and tepid, I do not see the point. I think you get the point. For a resort, it straight up sucked, but I would expect nothing less from Guam.

Okay first of all, front desk were not so welcoming. This hotel felt haunted for some odd reason, I guess because it's old. Me and my family stayed for a week and I can only say that this hotel is NOT the best. We stayed in the 10th floor which had a beautiful view of the ocean. I was not able to step out the balcony because it was DIRTY. Bathroom was NASTY. The bathtub looked DIRTY and the shower as well. The bathroom just scared me to death. The temperature of the room would change every now and then so it becomes too warm or too cold which makes my kids really fussy. Beds are okay, although I did request a change of the beds but I guess my request got denied? Another thing, when we showered, water was licking outside our room. And you can literally see the water all over the outside carpet. AWFUL. Just SO AWFUL. The 2nd day, there was a power outage and we had to wait 30 min for the generator to come back up and we were in hurry. One more thing, the laundry area..... washing machine was taking up all the water and all of a sudden, it spilled on the floor and the washing machine DIED. MY GOODNESS. My family and I had a horrible experience in this hotel and I will never again go back.

Aqua is a fantastic restaurant with amazing food and service. It's perfect for special occasions and offers a breath-taking view of the city. Reservations are highly recommended to get the best seat in the house!
The service, food, and atmosphere are superb, the staff were so attentive and remembered us from a previous visit. The food is spectacular and the view is supreme.

I've been here 3 times and each time it seems to get worse. My recommendation is to not come here on a weekday. They were not busy enough to keep the food rotating out and fresh. A lot of the dishes were empty and required someone to say something for them to replace or add food. If it was full, the food was dry from sitting out so long. The steak or what was left was super dry. There is a salad bar, sushi bar with ramen, main course section and a large desert bar with ice cream available at request. Depending on where you're seated, the view in the day time can be amazing. A night, there isn't much to see. Overall, disappointed with the food especially for the price. Recommend to go to Niji at the Hyatt instead.

we went to the dinner buffet invited by our friends who were on the Dusit Thani benefits program discount. if anyone pondering about going there frequently, then it's economical to join their members program. the restaurant is on 3rd floor that had 3-side view of coastline beach area. excellent service, large selection for all ages. i added photos of desserts that i knew i wouldn't have room to taste. inviting friends, family or visitors with you can enjoy not only the food but also the spectacular view

Ocean view, foods and service were excellent. Spent two hrs for dinner with my wife. Restaurant was not packed and atmosphere was really good. Because it was buffet style, there were many different foods, Korean, Japanese and Chinese and so on. I think the restaurant is good for people staying Guam long time who are tired of eating local foods.

Every time we visit Aqua, they never disappoint us. We’re always welcomed by staffs’ warm greetings and by breathtaking 280° ocean view of Tumon. Everything they serve here is beyond great. Especially, Lamb Chop is one of the best on the island, and the selections & quality of deserts are definitely the best on the island!!
