Big shopping mall with everything but a money changer. They have your big brands, a giant supermarket and lots of eateries and restaurants. Clean, well air-conditioned. Lots of parking just outside and indoor as well.

Epicentrum Mall in Mataram totally exceeded our expectations. It’s clean, air-conditioned (a huge bonus on hot Lombok days), and has a great mix of local and international shops. There’s a nice selection of restaurants—we found one that had vegan options. There’s also a cinema and plenty of space for kids to roam. It’s the perfect spot to cool off, grab a bite, and do a little shopping. Definitely the nicest mall we visited in Lombok!

Good department store for enjoying shopping and dinners.

One of the biggest and most complete malls in the city of Mataram, the name is Lombok Epicentrum Mall. Many choices of products and places for shopping and entertainment with the family. Visiting this place happened during the fasting month, so the appearance of many culinary places was closed or covered with cloth on the open side visible from the outside. It can be said that Lombok residents who are religious still carry out fasting. There is even a competition to read the holy verses of the Alquran and there is a jury or assessment team. Many residents sit casually in open areas or mall aisles to wait for the breaking of the fast. This mall is very large and complete, providing all the needs of customers and creating a pleasant shopping or entertainment experience. During the month of Ramadan, there are many special discounts for clothing products. Products from foreign and local brands are here. Plus, the wide selection of restaurants and entertainment makes it the ideal place to spend a whole day with family and friends. Overall, Lombok Epicentrum Mall is a must-visit destination for those looking for a complete and enjoyable shopping experience in Lombok.

When I came here, we were the only visitors and the security seemed surprised. However, we were very warmly welcomed by the guide, security, and ticket officer. Fee: 5K A guided tour is available here and you can still ask around even if you did not choose the guided tour. They also provide information audios that you can access by scanning barcodes. Here, you can discover the buried history of lives and kingdoms in Nusa Tenggara Barat. You can see many artifacts and I must say that their collection is very impressive! (See pictures). One of my favorites is their Nekara collection and the old scripts! Overall, it is very well maintained and I really recommend this as a must-visit if you are in Mataram!

This is a really interesting place to learn about the culture and history of West Nusa Tengarra. You will learn about Lombok, Sumbawa and Bima cultures. The museum is very basic, and not all modern and well furnished, but the entrance fee is very cheap and they really have a lot of artifacts and archeological finds. Most but not all of the exhibits have english translation. There are only a few which don't. For me the most interesting part was the tablets and scriptures written in the various old scripts of Indonesia. It made me a little disappointed that they are not in use in the modern day as they are all very unique and interesting looking. All in all if you find yourself in Mataram and want to learn some history, it's a great place. It's very cheap for a ticket and it will take maximum 1 hour to look around everything.

Nice place to visit but do not expect something spectacular

Small provincial museum in central of Mataram. Looks adequate enough to exhibits its province historical aspects. It has an exclusive geology permanent exhibition, but it looks.... abandoned? Neither ACs nor TVs were turned on and no museum staff that posted there. Such a shame, since this exhibition is more educative than the main one. I hope ita staff could return that exhibition back to its former glory.

Located at the center city, easy to find the Museum. For the ticket for enter the museum is very cheap, for local only Rp. 4000 and for foreigner Rp. 7000 for each person The museum is not very big, there is a permanent exhibition from the geology, archaeology, history and culture about the West Nusa Tenggara. For everyone who want to know about West Nusa Tenggara history, visiting this museum is mandatory.

Nice mosque, need to visit if you come to Lombok. There is a guide who will bring you to the main hall. There is an escalator that will bring you to the main hall. You need to use sarong to go there, but don't worry as they provide it as well for visitors, and it's free of charge.

The Islamic Center in Lombok is an absolutely stunning mosque and truly worth a visit if you are on the island. I really loved spending time here – the architecture is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very peaceful, mashaAllah. We were warmly welcomed by a guide who explained the history, the construction, and many interesting stories about the mosque. It was a very enriching and memorable experience.

Beautiful Masjid. Guide at the door showed us around and told us about the activities the masjid holds for kids, how long it took to build and other things. Interesting to find out a masjid big enough to hold 3000 people does not have a proper women’s section only a curtain to cover them was slightly disappointing. Overall, lovely experience visiting.

The biggest mosque on lombok. I went there outside the praying time so it was not busy at all. You can just walk the compund by your self or take a guided tour and learn a lot.

Huge mosque. Icon of Lombok, capital of NTB. But facilities need maintenances and upkeeping. Praying hall for men is on the 2nd level. Long steps up, if the escalators not working. :)

Lembar Lombok was our fifth stop on our 28 day cruise, and we were fortunate to hire a private car that took us to the breathtaking Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu waterfalls. Despite the rain that started while we were at the waterfall and continued throughout the day, our spirits remained high. After mentioning to our tour guide my wish to try authentic Indonesian food, he brought us to this remarkable restaurant. From the moment we pulled into the parking area, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Staff immediately brought out umbrellas and carefully helped with our children, ensuring we were comfortable and cared for even before stepping inside. It quickly became clear this was not just any restaurant — it felt more like a beautiful resort, nestled in serene surroundings that took our breath away. We initially were seated in a large dining area, but then I noticed the charming bale huts overlooking lush rice fields and expressed a desire to sit there. To my surprise and delight, several staff members quickly brought umbrellas and personally helped move our entire group — including the kids — to these private huts. Their thoughtful attention made me feel truly valued and special. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the stunning views, was pure magic. It was a perfect moment that I will treasure. Though I felt a bit guilty that they had to go out of their way to accommodate us, every member of the team remained gracious, kind, and attentive without ever making it feel like a burden. Their warmth and professionalism added so much to our experience. We ordered the family set meal, which was generous beyond expectation. My daughters were thrilled to see the satay included, while I was enchanted by the variety of dishes. The meal featured perfectly grilled fish served alongside a spicy water spinach salad, tender skewered satay, and crispy fried tofu. Everything came with fragrant steamed rice, fresh vegetables, and their incredible sambal — which I absolutely adored. I am obsessed with sambal, and honestly, if you gave me just sambal and rice, I’d be a happy camper. Every bite was bursting with authentic flavors and made me appreciate Indonesian cuisine even more. After the meal, my husband enjoyed a well-made cappuccino, and the kids happily sipped on hot chocolate. The entire dining experience was not just a meal but a heartfelt connection with the culture and people. The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the kindness and genuine care of the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable in every way possible. Delicious and different to the other places we have been so far. Beef skewers out of this world. Nasi Goreng so delicious and different. Cap chay with shrimp. Most dishes we had contained shrimp and was spicy. Just up our alley. A must try!

It is not so clear to be seen in the night. However inside is huge in space and suitable to have a big group here. We are in the left indoor room not bothered by the outer music band. They offer me the delicious food, soup, dessert and fruit. They are polite as well. We have around 25 people here to have the dinner, and we are so joyful and feel very relaxing. Very recommend to have your own party here. Good space, good views could be appraised. Tonight, all the food is ok no problem.

Traditional bale style sitting restaurant. Recommended for family and big group. The place is sitting right by a paddy field. The view is magnificent, letting you forgot the bustling and fast paced life for a while. Food is good, a lot of option, with a variety of dipping sambal too. I went to KFC last week and it was awful compared to this Burger King. We ordered a double cheese burger box and whopper box. Unfortunately, the cashier did my order wrong so I got a single cheeseburger box, but it still tasted great. Both burgers, chicken and fries were good quality, hot and tasty. Recommend going here instead of KFC.

The worst service received by the girl for the public and a boy. They had nothing, no normal size hamburger and wanted to charge for two hamburgers junior sizes in menu 480,000 shameful.

We ordered two beef import steak and one zuppa soup as the appetizer with Kyoto jasmine tea as the beverage. The food are delicious with proper plating. On top of all, the service is superb and they treat costumer very nicely. The atmosphere is very comfortable for dinner or lunch. For ppl craving steaks in Mataram I’d totally recommend trying this place!

The staff here go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. They greet you with genuine smiles, take the time to understand what you like, and offer thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling intrusive. The service feels polished yet relaxed attentive, but never forced. Throughout the meal, they move quietly but efficiently, anticipating your needs before you even have to ask. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel cared for rather than simply served.

Love the food, love the service, love the place atmosphere. Service is really good, staffs were really friendly, food and drinks came pretty quick. But, there's one downside. Place has calm atmosphere and it got ruined by the blender sound, maybe try putting the blender inside the kitchen so the blender sound wont disturb the customer.

Having visited several times this year, I feel the quality of the food is consistently maintained and even improved, no doubt! One thing I highlight here is the service, which is always satisfactory. I highly recommend it!

I really needed a good steak and found Elfbelly on my travels and it was great and very tasty. Very nice place, good prices and service, and the chocolate cake for desert topped it off. Unfortunately 8 hours later I became sick and spent the night with a twisted stomach that felt like I was being hit with a baseball bat, and you know the rest with the bathroom. It was a mild food poisoning as I didn't pray for death and perhaps I have a weak stomach but these are the facts. Maybe it was the steak, or the veggies or mashed potato, or the ice or the cake, but I think it may have been the black pepper sauce as it didn't taste like black pepper sauce, who knows but it was something in that meal. Plus I ordered a rib eye steak and what I got was not a rib eye and it was about 20% fat and gristle. I've had 2 rib eye from my supermarket each week for over 20 years and so know exactly what a rib eye steak is, the best cut, nice and thick, 2 cm or more, with less than 5% fat and gistle, but I got a 1 cm thick steak that was not in anyway the best cut. That was my experience and my honest conservative opinion. If I didn't get a mild case of food poisoning and spend the night rything in pain I would have just given a short review and 5 stars even though the steak wasn't what I ordered. Pity, as I do love meat and it was a nice restaurant 😓

And then comes the real highlight the steak. Elfbelly’s meat quality is exceptional each cut is handled with the respect it deserves. I ordered steak, cooked medium, and it arrived perfectly seared, with a caramelized crust that gave way to a soft, buttery center. Every bite was full of rich, natural beef flavor that needed no heavy seasoning to shine. The chef clearly understands balance the steak stood out on its own, complemented beautifully by fresh sides and house made sauces that never overpowered the dish.

Okay, I have to be honest when I saw how gorgeous this place was, I almost walked out thinking I couldn't afford it! But seriously, Elfbelly is a game changer. The lighting, the comfy seats, the service it feels like a fancy spot, but my dinner for two cost less than expected. It's now my secret weapon for 'looking expensive' without going broke. Definitely try their signature dessert!

Sop Buntut Ibu Hong - Different kind of Oxtail Soup! This oxtail soup in particular have a very thick broth. There’s no vegetables in it only huge chuck of oxtail. With added sambal & lime the broth turned into a very refreshing soup! My guess the oxtail was cooked for a very long time, the fat and the tallow was rendered into the soup making it very thick and hearty. The meat on the bone are unbelievably soft and tender too! For you who like soup dishes, this is a must visit place. The soup price are a bit expensive at IDR 100k per portion but its worth it. Overall experience was good. Good food with nice homey place.

The greatest food I discovered in Lombok where it delivers the best oxtail soup, thumbs up for this OG oxtail soup joint! No question you gotta order their OG oxtail soup. Bang! The broth was spot on! Very rich in flavor & the soup was a slightly gravy-ish texture which brings more character to the plate. The oxtail given in a bowl was a very2 generous portion, u can find 3-4 oxtail bones in a portion. And well this goes very well with hot steamed rice, an excellent dish at mid day!! Price wise it was totally worth it, 80k for a portion of the oxtail soup, man, take my money!

Wow, this is the first time i went here after a few years. I thought this mall was dead because of the new mall, but its still pretty much full of people. Lots of things need to be improved in this mall imo.

I miss to come here again after long time I never come here. Looking for hero supermarket but I disappointed after people said that it was closed for few years ago. I saw if some spot still exist like macdonald, tiara supermarket, KFC, begibung restaurant. The building still very nice but unfortunately not so crowded like before. in this place I found something interesting like bread corner, playground, also massage chair automatic gimme felt relaxing for my body.

One of the biggeset mall in Lombok but can't compare with the malls in Jakarta. It's quite small and old. There are some shops kiosk on the middle. Their electric cables out on the floor. That's very dangerous for the customers. Safety first in all shopping centers. Other than that , you can find many shops for foods, clothes , technology, optic and so on.

One of the best coffee shops in Mataram. They sell coffee accessories and fresh roasted coffee from multiple origins. High quality coffee and very good food. They say open at 9am but they’re usually open by 830. I highly recommend this place for breakfast and specialty coffee.

It is place to get some medium-high rate cloth. The place is quite big, it sells shirt, dress, pearls, bag and some food. But the variance of food was not much, so if you want to buy many food you can look it in other place. We can drink free mineral water in it. Here just for a quick breakfast. Service were too slow. Only 1 cash register opened when I was there. Waiting time per person was 15-20min long, not fast for fast food restaurant. Chicken was delicious like usual. Mango float still the best drink here for me.

They only tell us that the price of a package is include a CD after you've paid. And the CD worth 40k rupiahs. Felt like a scam to me. They kindda forced sell the CD. Very dissapointed on that. We, as a customer, should be able to choose whether we want CD or not. Or,...if they want to include a CD in a package don't make it like we pay for it. Just hide it in the price of the food. As you know, we go to KFC not only because of the food (I believe there are many fried chicken stall has a competing taste with lower price almost everywhere), but for the whole KFC experience and bad experience is not what we looking for.

The seasoning was thick which made the chicken very flavorful with every bites. While the olah-olah pakis, a Lombok traditional cuisine, suprises me! The coconut milk was thick but wasn't too overbearing. And there's some sweetness to the Olah-olah pakis. In essence, it is really recommended! Lastly, we ordered ayam rica-rica. It was also really good because the chicken was soft and the seasoning was spicy but not too salty. Overall,really recommend the place. But be warn, since we ordered Ayam Kampung the cost of 1 chicken was around 40k. Also, not shown in the picture, but we ordered Nasi Goreng too and to be honest, I don't recommend it. Their nasi goreng was tastless and it's like you're just eating rice. Also their Mie Goreng is not recommended because there was no flavor at all - totally bland! I gave 4 stars because their chicken was super good and the flavor suits my tastebud! SO I ONLY RECOMMEND ORDER THE CHICKEN!

Awesome duck! If you're in Mataram, you should not miss this place. We ate here thrice during our 5 day-stay. They have different kinds of sambal on the menu (a whole page dedicated to them). Favorite is the sambal matah. Just make sure to have mouthwash after as it is very onion-y. We recommend that you eat with your hands for the full experience. Service staff are nice and courteous. Place is a bit dim, would be nice if they can impovr lighting. :)

The goat satay is goat tier! 🐐 I'm usually not a fan of goat satay but this one is really tasty. Not even a hint of goat odor. Also really soft and easy to chew. Big portion for 10 pieces per portion. Even the chicken satay cannot beat the goat one. Price was also really reasonable for a goat.

Nostalgic, the first time I came to this place was in the 1980’s with my parents, we used to live in Lombok, I was about 6 years old…it was just a small joint, serving the best Gulai I have ever tasted in my live. Despite its beautiful scenery, this place still needs to be organised. The surroundings are so shabby. The vendors are quite neat, but the bridges are all old and shabby.

I went to this beach several times. In the morning for light sport, fresh air, enjoy the beauty of the old buildings and the busy-lazy activities all around the beach in the morning, in the evening to watch the sun as it goes down to the horizon and of course the various culinary delights around the old city area. One of my favorite culinary is nasi kuning (tumeric rice) Ampenan. Best nasi kuning in mataram. 👍 Even though I've enjoyed my times there, i really think that the beach needs to cleaned up, tidied up n better laid up, but i guess it'll up to the local government to make it happen.

Ampenan is old city where you can found old style building since invasion of Dutch and Japan in Lombok. Near this park you can find Durian seller with affordable prices. In 80's this is terminal for minibus in Lombok, before it is become green park. Near this park you can also find gift shops, minimarket, bakery shops, photography and gadget shops. Walkway just five minutes from Ampenan beach if you want to see beautiful sunset.

We can see old buildings in this area, and on durian season it will be a center of durian market there.

Located between Mataram city center and Senggigi, on the night we can find many food stalls or restaurants sell chinese, mid east, or indonesian cuisine.

This sea stack no longer exists unfortunately, we think it has naturally eroded over time. We trekked over a headland to where it said it was on Google maps and there was nothing there. However, there was still a beautiful beach but just so you are aware unlike we were that there is longer a tall sea formation there to see!

Unique formation of one huge rock. Very very challenging to get here by boat and by hiking a hill and down. But worth the effort to get beautiful shots. There are small children who offers their photography skill and service and trus me they are so good! You might wanna use their service and get lots of good pictures for a small amount of kindness. They are also funny and talkative.

Amazing Umbrella Stone. Many tourist came by boat We made it per feet. Exhausted, but happy!

The Batu rock (Umbrella shape famous for photos has crumbled down). The track gets very hard and tricky when hiking up and down the hill (if you follow Google maps). You get cut up big time by thorns and nettles, not worth it. Park your scooter up and pay 10,000 but then walk around the big hill to the end of the island to see a Gili Island. We did that on the way back and was annoyed at ourselves for going the long way the first time. In all honestly, it's now not worth the time...But see for yourselves.

The place is wide and clean, the seller is very friendly and kind. The price of the tahu tek is IDR 13,000. They give you a lot of bean sprouts, egg, tofu, lontong and peanut sauce. The sauce is very delicious, especially the spicy sauce. They have a fast service, you only have to wait about 10 minutes for the tahu tek.

Nice traditional tofu, served with ricecakes, peanut sauce, and crackers. Cheap enough, below IDR 15.000 per portion. Tell the seller when you order if you do not prefer a spicy menu.

Tried lontong cap go meh (CGM), delicious with lots of topping (chicken curry, beef rendang, sliced chicked, boiled egg), also soto ayam, fresh soup and taste wonderful. Dont forget also to try es campur and es kacang ijo duren!

This place is awesome. Super authentic and delicious local food and reasonably priced. The menu is in bahasa, but the servers were helpful in explaining everything. The soto ayam (a noodle soup with chicken, vegetables and spices) tasted amazing.

Place not to crowd when I visited. Theres is another food option besides the babi guling. Compared to Babi Gulingn Bali the taste a bit different. But the pork skin is quite thick. Price is reasonable. Overall okay..

Local Warong for Balinese Babi Guling. Not for the average traveller! A hidden spot in the Balinese Area in Lombok. This place is more renowned with locals. However, their babi guling is so good. Their nasi campur comes with everything. Crispy pork skin, babi guling and sate as well as side of vegetables. Really recommend if you want to try something local.

Saw this place recommended on some travelers website. Not difficult to find, quite easy access in the back alley. However the dining environment was below expectation. Most probably because Lombok is Muslim majority base island unlike Bali which is Hindu majority. The pork is also below expectation, dry and tasteless. The sauce is also too spicy that my friends didn’t finish their portion. Also they don’t speak any other languages beside BI, luckily I speak BM so I could order with minimal Malay mix Indonesian language.

Yummy Balinese dish in Lombok! Went here to have lunch or dinner when in Mataram. Many choices of pork dishes you can see in their glass display that will make you amaze and drool at the same time. Try their nasi campur komplit, they will give you a full plate of white rice and pork in different kind of dishes. What I like most is the satay and the super spicy sambal matah. Hot to the bones! According to local Balinese in Lombok, Warung Bu Suta is the best amongst other warungs. It opens in the morning until in the evening at 9, while others open only up to afternoon. The place is quite hidden. It is located in Balinese enclave in Mataram City, near to a big pura (Hindu temple) in Selaparang. Price is a bit pricey but I think it’s worth because the portion is also big. Nasi campur komplit is 35K. Nasi campur special is 25K.

Maybe at one point in time this was a lovely hindu temple and place of worship. At this moment, it is far from that. The price to get in is based on an arbitrary system, some previous reviewers recently paid 20,000 idr while we paid 50,000 idr per person. Many of the temple structures are under construction. The walking path is lovely. However, they have chickens/cocks and are conducting cock fights on the property and betting on them. They are then disposing of the losing cocks. Not sure this should be done in a temple facility, just keep in mind you're better off going to other temples if you're looking for an actual spiritual experience.

At the entrance you have to pay an entrance fee, in our case 20k/person, however others say the price is completely arbitrarly - some pay 10 while others pay 50k The tour is quite decent, however not all facts may be correct. In the end you are asked for a „voluntary donation“ for the temple and have to hand the cash to the guide since the priest is surprisingly not here. (after telling the priest is only here for special occasions) However if you donate to little you may be confronted with guilt trapping and sayings like: normally the tour guide gets 50k anyways. Summa summarum: I do not know who to trust there, in my opinion it looks more like scamming gullible tourists.

20k per person, some people will try and offer you to be your guide. We still enjoyed the park without the guide but we already knew a few things about the culture. Nice park but no must see!

Quiet and serene visit to this Hindu temple, formerly belonging to the Hindi king of Lombok. We were the only visitors at the time paying 20K IDR each to look around. The main water temple in the middle of the lake was closed but we walked all the way around. Don’t miss out on the separate temples on the far north side which are enclosed within walls, but accessible through a gate.

Good place to learn about different religions and temples, the entrance is 20,000. The only bad thing is that the tour guide asks tourists for tips.

Portions are quite generous for local tourists , we ordered 2 chickens and 3 portions of rice for 3 people and it was more than enough. Perfect spot if you want to try authentic Lombok food. Btw it's very recommended to eat the food with your hands, to really taste the chicken's meat and the sauce when you mix it up to eat... The recommendation is to eat it with its original recipe and that's the hot stuff!! But if it's not to your liking you can order it with low, medium or not hot at all! Btw you can order the chicken's satay or chicken meat skewered, they used the inside of the chicken and dont forget to use the sauce!! I recommend you came before 08.00 PM because usually the satay always the first to all gone... Just don't forget to ordered the whole package!

We loved the tasty food, ayam taliwang, beberuk, plecing, everything was awesome. It will cost you around 60K per person for 1 portion ayam taliwang + rice + plecing + beverage. If you shared the ayam taliwang, it will save more. This street vendor is better than the famous one. Personally I prefer to take away because there is wild cat around the place. Will come back for sure

Pleasant place to go even if you only want to have a picnic on the premises. On arrival, just tell the guide you don’t need a tour (if you don’t want to pay a fee). Best say: Sudah = I have already seen it. Don’t forget to bring a sarong with you if you want to visit the temple itself.

We were lucky enough to visit the temple complex on a Hindu festival day. We met many lovely local people who were paying their respects to their ancestors at the temple. The multi faith complex represents the many different cultures and religions found on Lombok. Although the grounds are rather unkempt it is definitely worth visiting. The local guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Not much to see, but it's nice. You don't have to pay anything. Refuse the seatbelt; nobody wears them inside. Park further away; there's plenty of space, which will save you from paying for a fake parking lot. And be slightly aggressive with the fake guide who isn't ashamed to use a sacred place to scam tourists.

The Temple dates back to the XVII century. You should be able to take great pictures of various portals. The Temple has a sacred pond, and your guide will try to lure out an eel that lives there. You might be chased by peddlers, so beware ;)

Parking your bike is 5000 IDR. You have to wear some kind of clothes around your waste if you want to go into the temple area itself and one tends to donate 20000 IDR to borrow them but is not compulsory to donate.

Located just down from the main road. A beautiful place especially in the morning. Because it is a temple, please be respectful when visiting the area. There are some banyan trees which make the area looks cool and mythical. Keep walking to the rice field, the view is pretty just before you walk into the inner gate. There are some ponds and berugags to sit and relax. The place has so much water. Local can bath in the running pond covering themselves in yellow clothes that have been provided near by. So clear, fresh and cool. There are some local selling food & drink in the parking

The property is huge but extremely ill managed. Most of the park was just overgrown grass. The museum was closed and so was most of the other small temples on the property. Wasn’t much to see or appreciate considering the entry fee. Would recommend to give this one a miss

Both grilled and fried ayam taliwang taste well-seasoned. However, my favorite is the grilled one. It has a softer bite paired with a sweeter taste than the latter. It comes with a spicy dipping sauce and beberuk. Beberuk is free, and you can ask for more if you like it. The place has two floors and is spacious. It has tables that can serve up to 40 people. However, the parking lot is limited along the roadside near the building. Prices are standard. I spent IDR 94K for two people. Additionally, QRIS payment is available without an extra charge.

Finally get to try this ayam taliwang! I have to say it’s one of the best. Their chicken is very smollll tho💗 Thank God it wasn’t that packed when we came here

Went there early as it opened. 4.30. Staff are very friendly. Menu is pretty straight forward. Talked to locals who were eating there and they told me this is definitely the best place to eat Taliwang chicken. I tried both fried and grilled both good. However if suggest you also try the grilled fish. Awesome. Crisp skin and moist flesh.

The spiciness wasn't as I expected. If you have a moderate tolerance for spiciness, you'll surely enjoy eating here. If you're a spicy food enthusiast, I recommend ordering their spicy chicken, it's a real palate pleaser. What makes this place interesting is that they cook the chicken in various ways, although the size of the chicken is relatively small. Overall, I recommend dining here.

Not as spicey as I thought but this meet my expectation. I just can't bear more spicy chicken for that say. I think if you want more spicy food, you can order chicken plencingan menu while I order a grilled one. The chicken taste is fine, proper salt and when you chip in to the taliwang sauce, PERFECT! Their plecing also fresh and not too spicy. The chicken is consider small, but it may because the typical free-range chicken in Lombok for real is small, maybe not suitable for those who loves more fatty chicken. Location is surrounded by old buildings, market area in Lombok city. Can find easily through google map. Parking area is available but limited. And it is paid too. The prices of the food is moderate. Overall experiences are good! And would love to comeback someday.

A month ago we were staying in Mataram for one day and when we walked by we were hesitating to go in here for lunch. One of the people working there told us to try a small piece of meat so we did. It tasted good so we decided to eat our lunch here. It was my first time eating bakso and the last month I tried more bakso's on multiple islands like Sumba and Flores but I didn't find any other place with better bakso than at Widodo. It's simply delicious!

Nostalgic place for me. Bakso is a national dish here in Indonesia. Bakso or meatball traditionally served with yellow and white noodle along with some vegetable (s). In Lombok, every bakso stall have several side dishes to enjoy with your bakso. You can add fried peanuts, lontong (rice cake), or kerupuk (chips). The sauce also are bit different with the one in Java, they use tomato sauce instead of regular tomato-chilli sauce in Java.

Superb food, superb dining super service! Prices were right on point too!! Celebrated a friend birthday and every staff got involved in the surprise! Ambience and tables and chairs were so nice too! Go for their tenderloin steak, best I ever had! Milkshake are so good too!

I always miss my moms food. But when i taste the food, its remains me of moms foods. Great taste and never forget taste. And Yes its feels like home, great service fills like a part of family. Cant wait to come back again to taste another menu.
