If you only have 2 days to spend in Ulm, we’ve narrowed down the top places you should check out to get the best experience of your time here.
Ulm draws visitors with its striking Gothic Minster, whose church tower is among the tallest in the world and offers wide-ranging views over the city and the Danube. Its compact old town mixes half-timbered houses, cobbled lanes, and riverside promenades, including the photogenic Fishermen’s and Tanners’ Quarter. Ulm also has a notable connection to science and culture as the birthplace of Albert Einstein, commemorated by local monuments and museums. Nearby paths along the Danube and in the surrounding countryside make it a good base for walks and bike rides.
With favorites like Treibgut Restaurant, W18 / Ulm, and Museum Brot und Kunst - Forum Welternährung, we’ll make sure you don’t miss out on all the must sees. We even included some of our favorite food spots around the area, like Tanivera Pizza e Pasta and John Benton, Ulm so you can get the best taste of Ulm while you’re here. The Ulmer Münster is a Lutheran church built in Gothic style, located in the heart of Ulm City. It boasts the world's tallest steeple at 161.53 meters high and features an impressive carved choir. The church is considered a must-visit landmark in Germany, offering visitors a glimpse into the Middle Ages with its lovely Gothic architecture.
I visited the Ulm Minster on my birthday and it was such a special experience. The structure is absolutely breathtaking – you can’t help but be amazed by how tall and detailed it is. I found out it’s actually the tallest church in the world, with a spire reaching about 161 meters high! It took several centuries to complete, starting in the 14th century and finally finishing in the late 1800s. Walking around the cathedral, I was blown away by the gothic architecture and how well-preserved everything is. The inside is peaceful and beautiful, and just standing there made me feel so small in the best way. I didn’t climb the tower this time, but even from the outside, it’s super impressive. If you’re ever in Ulm, you must visit this place. It made my birthday truly memorable. Totally worth it! 😊

Every nice church. This church has the tallest tower in the world. You can pay 7 Euros and walk all the way to the top. Please ensure that you are semi fit....it is a long and winding staircase of over 750 steps. But the view is worth it. They are currently doing some restorations to the church so please bear with the noise.
Lewis M — Google review
Ulm Minster is breathtaking both inside and out. The Gothic architecture is incredibly detailed, and the interior is full of history — especially the 15th-century choir stalls with their intricate wood carvings. The highlight, of course, is climbing the tallest church spire in the world. It’s 768 steps up a narrow staircase, but the panoramic view over the city and, on clear days, even the Alps, makes it worth every step. Inside, the atmosphere is peaceful and bright, with beautiful stained-glass windows and an impressive organ. The Münsterplatz around the church is also lively, with cafés and markets (the Christmas market here is fantastic). Be prepared: the tower climb is steep and not for everyone, but if you can manage it, it’s unforgettable. Overall, Ulm Minster is one of Germany’s greatest landmarks. Highly recommended!

It's majestic building! Breathtaking from inside and outside. There's a lot of things to say about this place but if you like to visit place like this - you must! Instead of talking about it, I will share some photos for you ☺️

€9, Oct 2025 To climb to the top of church 768 stairs, quite an exercise Pity that there is not much to see above. Mostly covered Cool thing that you can pay with card 👍👍👍
Chang Y — Google review
Ulm Minster is an awe-inspiring masterpiece of Gothic architecture and holds the distinction of having the 2nd tallest church tower in the world. Standing at 161.53 meters. It's interior is very impressive and magnificent with stained glass window and majestic Hall.
Sarath P — Google review
Ulm Minster is an absolute must-see — not only for its record-breaking spire, but also for the sense of calm and beauty it offers. It’s very easy to reach, just a short and pleasant walk from Ulm’s main train station through the charming old town. When I visited, there was some ongoing renovation work, with padding and scaffolding around the front and upper sections, which did slightly spoil the full view of the façade. However, the minor distraction did not take away from the overall experience — once you step inside, the atmosphere completely changes. The city’s noise fades away, replaced by a deep sense of peace and stillness. Whether you’re interested in history, architecture, or simply looking for a quiet moment of reflection, Ulm Minster is a beautiful and easily accessible place to visit.
Girish V — Google review
A beautiful church, built in the Gothic style. It abounds in beautiful elements within its interior, and until recently this church also had the largest church tower in the world.

Specialty Museums
Museum Brot und Kunst - Forum Welternährung is a privately-run museum that spans across three floors, dedicated to exploring the art, history and craft of bread making, baking and milling. The exhibits provide an in-depth look at bread from various perspectives beyond its role as a source of nourishment. Visitors can enjoy interactive displays and an audio guide available in English, French or German with separate guides for children. Additionally, the museum runs workshops on these topics throughout the year.
Excellent comfy interesting museum. First floor is great, second floor is good, and third floor is not much there.
Ryan B — Google review
Small but perfectly formed. What a wonderfully quirky and unexpected little museum. A museum about bread and the art it has inspired. Exhibits cover the history and origins of bread from both a social history and scientific context. Then art works from Chagal, Dali, Warhol, and many others.
Matthew W — Google review
Not really focused on bread. More an art/history museum with bread related comedy here and there. Really fun experience!
Antsu H — Google review
A small privately run museum over 3 floors. All about bread, looking at it from many perspectives, not just as a source of nourishment. It has an excellent audio guide in English, French or German ( possibly other languages too). Separate audio guides for children. Some interactive exhibits. They also run lots of workshops, apparently. They are holding a festival next week, which I’d love to attend. We were told they will be closing down for 6 months to reorganize until May 2019 soon. We spent 2.5hours in the museum and completely lost track of time there. It exceeded our expectations and we‘ll definitely come back in 2019 for a workshop and to see the new set up.

Very interesting. The wall is not high, but you can walk on it. And next to the Danube embankment. The largest river in Europe. It captures the spirit of how many European countries it connects!

We bumped into the famous Danube river festival. In Europe, the Danube runs through 10 countries. Along streets, we saw colorful balconies decorated with different national flags of all countries along the River. Very rich cultural event. The ULM church looks really an impressive structure, from any angle. Lots of people, food, beers & wines...., music. Ulm's our transit point only as we'd a long day to drive, so one glass of beer was all we had. It's amazing that most Europeans can use fluently at least 3 languages.

Fischerviertel Ulm

4.8
(1310)
Fischerviertel-Blau, located in Ulm, Germany, is a picturesque area known for its association with the Blau River. The river originates from the karst spring in Blaubeuren and runs through the Fischerviertel quarter before joining the Danube. This charming neighborhood features small and large blue channels that are fed by the clear waters of the Blautopf spring in nearby Blaubeuren, creating a serene environment where trout can be spotted.
Fischerviertel is a must-visit when in Ulm. Its historical charm, scenic views, and relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal spot for a stroll, a meal, or just soaking in the beauty of this picturesque district. Whether you’re a history enthusiast or just looking to enjoy a peaceful moment by the river, Fischerviertel offers a unique and memorable experience.
IWA S — Google review
The Fischerviertel is a picturesque area in Ulm, characterized by its medieval half-timbered houses and winding alleys. Once home to fishermen and tanners, the district’s buildings often have foundations directly in the water, giving them a unique tilt. Today, it’s a vibrant neighborhood with cozy cafés, traditional restaurants, and boutique shops. Highlights include the “Schiefe Haus” (the world’s most tilted hotel) and the “Lochmühle,” a historic mill turned restaurant. Whether you’re strolling along the Blau river or enjoying local cuisine, the Fischerviertel offers a delightful glimpse into Ulm’s past.
Pankaj S — Google review
If you have few days to spend in Ulm, this is probably one spot that should be included. It is nice walk in and around the city with beautiful instagrammable pictures. It is peaceful serene spot to chill, have food or coffee and just soak in the sun and flowing river sound. It is one of the touristy spot of Ulm but not very crowded. From here, one can either go towards Ulm market at one side (if wanna shop) or towards the other end where Danube river crossing bridge is present. Through this bridge, you can go towards Neu Ulm. The whole passway is walkable and very clean well maintained.
Aarefa L — Google review
The Fischerviertel in Ulm is one of the most charming areas of the city. With its narrow cobblestone streets, half-timbered houses, and canals running through, it feels like stepping back in time. It’s the perfect place for a quiet walk, with plenty of small cafés, galleries, and hidden corners to explore. The atmosphere is peaceful yet full of character, especially at sunset when the light reflects off the water. Definitely one of the highlights of Ulm and a must-see for anyone visiting.
Lucho T — Google review
During my visit to Ulm, I went to this place. There is nothing special to watch here, but it is worth to take short walk through lanes with beautiful houses, water flow path and have a good meal in restaurant. I give 7/10 👍to this place in Ulm.

A very lovely place to spend an afternoon. The old architecture is quite beautiful and a walk on the remains of the city wall provides a great view of old parts of the city and the Donau.

Nice green green grass spreading along the river green Donau, it’s dazzling under such a beautiful sky in the early Spring. How lucky! Crowded and busy are usual in the weekends but fortunately nobody want to rush over here. I spent my leisure time here for a while, lay on the grass, purely enjoyed the breeze and doing nothing at all. Breathing, totally relax ~~

Serene riverside retreat in Ulm This beautiful stretch along the Danube (likely the Donauwiese on the Ulm side) offers a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. With gentle water flow, green grassy banks, and benches under shady trees, it’s ideal for a restful moment or a quiet read. Swans and ducks often glide by, and the reflective blue channels add a soothing touch. Perfect for meditation, a solo walk, or just escaping the urban buzz

Italian restaurant
Tanivera Pizza e Pasta is a charming restaurant located in a centuries-old half-timbered building with a terrace overlooking the canals. The place offers a modern-tavern ambiance and friendly staff, providing an excellent Italian cuisine experience. Despite being full, the restaurant maintains a pleasant atmosphere without being too noisy. The portions are generous, especially the antipasti, which are recommended for sharing.
My second time there and the weather allowed us to dine on the upper deck overlooking the small pleasantly babbling river below as well as the comings and going’s of the pedestrians. The food was great (again) as well as the service and prices. Right after we left there was a huge downpour complete with thunder and lightning ! Timing is everything !!
Paul D — Google review
The waiters were really nice, but pizza was too dry...based on our expert criteria 5/10. Good for when you are really hungry :)
Petra H — Google review
An amazing location by the water, service was average, the pizza was very good, pasta was ok, it is a good place for large gathering
Kazem G — Google review
This Italian restaurant is located in a lovely spot close to a fast flowing river. The waitress who greeted me on arrival was a bit dismissive. I soon saw that she was ending her shift and another waitress took over who was very attentive and friendly. The food was good and served very quickly. I would definitely go back again and try to get a table close to the river.
Nigel S — Google review
Two colleagues recommended me the place because is located right next to the river but it was unfortunately a big disappointment. We ordered two types of pasta and one was a carbonara. The carbonara had NO FLAVOR and came with a WHITE sauce. Literally there was no eggs, cheese nor bacon (it was pieces of other meat that had no flavor) so we had to add a lot of salt and pepper to have some kind of flavor. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this place if you want pasta, maybe for pizza is different?
Amanda R — Google review
We loved the atmosphere and the surroundings! Do get yourself seated indoor right next to the river, we didn't get this chance but would recommend so. We ordered 2 of their pizza, prosciutto and tuna, as well as their spaghetti aglio e olio and their mix salad. For the pizza, the portion was quite big! You can order 2 pizza for 4 persons if you are not that hungry. The salad, not my favorite. Some of them were too sour and some were too salty, not too balanced. The bread was also no longer crispy, kinda stale. Aglio e olio is just plain spaghetti, again, generous portion. Overall its an okay place for eat, nothing to complain really. Everything comes out quite fast, we are happy.
Jennifer B — Google review
Lovely place in a lovely environment. The staff is very friendly and they speak English (our German is not so good). The starters were huge, so we couldn't finish our plates, but the lasagna was excellent! The pizza was also very good, but it can be easily shared by two, especially if you order starters. We chose to seat inside (mosquito season), but the space outdoors is beautiful. Highly recommended!
André M — Google review

Service is a bit slow but it’s Europe so would definitely eat here again. I gotta rib eye steak with a fully loaded baked potato and it was amazing. It also came with some garlic bread and I ordered a side salad. Everything was very good.

I asked that my beef will be done but it was medium. The ribs were not delicious unfortunately and in stead of marinating them in the sauce then cook, it was cooked in the oven and then covered with a lot of sauce.
Melrez2 — Google review
Nice place to eat. The steak I had ordered English style, arrived English style, which is a rare occasion in Germany. But unfortunately, the meat as such was a bit on the tough side.
Bernhard B — Google review
Central location. Very good stake. Nice atmosphere. It is a must visit place in center of the town next to Danube river. I recomanded for shure.
Gabi L — Google review
Good place if you are looking for a steak in Ulm. Prices are a bit high, but that is probably to be expected since the place is very central and it's a steakhouse. The steaks were good, but not super incredible. We ordered both medium-rare but one was more like medium-well done. Hashbrowns are tasty, but having said that, when we looked around other sides were served in larger quatities, something you may consider when choosing between fries, a baked potato etc. We also had mixed feelings about the staff. Some were super nice, others looked annoyed. Our server was a lovely young black hair lady that made our experience much better. If you're craving steak, give it a try. But if you're looking for a nice restaurant, you can get much better in Ulm for half the price.
Janez K — Google review
Just judge how well done the meat is, I've read some reviews and it seems they always undercook it. If I wanted a medium I'd have ordered it. Well done is medium Medium is rare Rare is probably the cow? Who knows.

Greek restaurant
Wine bar
Metá - Winebar & Kouzina is a contemporary establishment that offers classic meze platters, fish and meat grills, along with Greek wines. The food is highly enjoyable, although the service falls short of five-star quality. Despite being consistently busy during the week, the number of staff attending to customers is insufficient. Patrons often feel neglected as they are not regularly approached for additional drink or dessert orders. There have been instances where side dishes were forgotten or mixed up with others.
Meta is definitely one of the best spots offering authentic greek food in Ulm. We visited as a group of 6 and mostly ordered seafood. The food was very fresh and tasted great! The menu is a bit pricey, but worth the trial. Totally recommended 👍
M. S — Google review
Very tasty food but not a five-star service. The fact that during the week this restaurant is almost full confirms that the food is great but this has to go together with the number of staff serving customers which is not the case. We had a feeling that we were left alone and the staff did not even ask once whether we would like to order another drink or dessert. They forgot to bring the side dish we had ordered and somehow mixed it up with another one. At the end, we had to ask four times until we got the bill to pay. All of this, you usually do not expect to see in a restaurant in this price range.
Amir N — Google review
Rude, patronising waiter. Talked down to us as we were foreign, and asking for the Wi-Fi code. At 13.20 told us the kitchen was closing soon. He couldn’t have been less welcoming, so we left.

The staff was super attentive and friendly. We ordered the carpaccio and the artichokes with cheese as entrance to share, and the dorada fish as main dish. Everything was super delicious. The presentation was nice, too. The atmosphere was cozy, and there was enough space between tables. The coffee was one of the best coffees i have tasted in Ulm. There is a garage parking lot near the restaurant, which makes it pretty accessible .

Tiergarten Ulm is a zoo and aquarium in the city of Ulm, offering a diverse range of animals including bears, wallabies, snakes, turtles, and tropical birds. It's an ideal destination for families with kids or animal enthusiasts. The facility has a rich history dating back to 1935 and was reopened in 1966 after a temporary closure during World War II.
Amazing zoo! Initially read the reviews about it being “small” and the staff being “unfriendly.” This couldn’t be further from the truth! We were greeted with extremely friendly staff and the sound of laughing children! We then spent 1.5 hours walking through the exhibits. Freshwater exhibit was so large and beautiful! Saltwater and invertebrates was also very cool! Then the outdoor exhibit was great to get up close with the exotic birds. Lastly, the greenhouse room was like being teleported to a jungle! Amazing greenery and beautiful animals. You seriously can not beat the price of €6,50. 10/10 will DEFINITELY be going here again!

One of the best! Clean! Great verity, animals look well cared for! Clean free bathrooms, cheap tickets. What else to wish for?! 1,5 -2 hours duration.
Helen N — Google review
Amazing experience for kids and adults. Can go as a single ticket, family or even as groups. The outdoor park was more interesting. It has a cafe in the premises with delicious snacks and meals. Customer service is really good. Free parking is available nearby.

Very nice experience. Organized and clean place. We enjoyed watching the aquarium 😊

Good parking place. No waiting for tickets. Nice and big aquarium.

Klein aber fein. Im normally not a fan of zoos in Germany as I have had mostly bad experiences, but here I loved the aquariums and every habitat. They were clean and gorgeous. The monkeys might need a bigger place though. It felt small for them, otherwise nice
M.M. M — Google review
Lovely place, very good for a family trip, there is a bar inside, for food, drinks and coffee.
Knushi A — Google review
Kids always enjoyed going here. It's enough to keep them entertained for hours. Outdoor areas great for leisurely walks and hanging out. More animals to see, besides fish, such as goats, ostriches, kangaroo, pigs, lama, monkeys, birds, and so on.

The park features beautiful ponds, streams, and lush greenery, creating a picturesque setting for leisurely walks or simply unwinding amidst nature. Beautiful, we spent most of our day here, it's huge, it's calm, the weather was great (sunny, warm but not too hot), plenty to do here and to see. A local's favourite, I'm sure, since we saw many people enjoying the good weather laying on the grass, playing group sports, reading, etc. Lovely!
André M — Google review
Friedrichsau is such a peaceful and refreshing place to visit in Ulm. I went there during my birthday trip, and it was the perfect green escape after exploring the city and the Münster. The park is huge, full of trees, open spaces, walking paths, and even little lakes – very relaxing! It’s a great spot to just walk around, sit under the shade, or enjoy a picnic. I saw families, joggers, and people just enjoying nature. There’s also a small zoo and some cute cafés nearby. Everything felt calm and clean. If you’re in Ulm and want some quiet time in nature, definitely check this place out. A hidden gem for sure!
Pankaj S — Google review
One of the most beautiful places in Ulm if you want to be close to the nature all at once. There's beautiful ponds and streams decorated with beautiful trees to bring you peace and beauty altogether. Great place for a morning or evening walk.

Bigger than its Munich store. there's everything you'll ever I'm order to cook Asian food, alongside with many freezers filled with every ready-to-eat food imaginable. the only thing I wasn't able to find there was Ube Extract, and overall this place didn't have a lot of things for baking. But I was impressed with the fruits/vegetables selection, it had longan, mangosteen, jackfruit, durian and plenty more fruits that I can't remember. the items have a fair price, and alongside with a student discount you get 5% off everything.

I really liked the selection they had of various Asian products. I mainly came for the beer, but also bought a bunch of noodles, sauces, vegetables and some frozen products too. The prices are as expected given the long journey the items have traveled. There is also a nonfood section with plates, knives and other utensils.

Farmers Markets
It's been 6 months since we started going to Ulm's weekend Farmers market. Getting the seasonal vegetables and fruits, exchanging small talks and laughs with sellers is quite refreshing. We always promote "Eating Local and Seasonal", to get the best nutrients.
Supriya S — Google review
This market is a wonderful place to visit! The flower stands are full of colorful handmade wreaths and arrangements — each one unique and crafted with care. The atmosphere feels warm and authentic, with friendly local vendors who take pride in their work. The fresh bread baked in a traditional oven was absolutely delicious — crisp on the outside, soft and flavorful inside. You can really taste the difference that comes from local ingredients and craftsmanship. Perfect spot for picking up fresh local goods, enjoying a slow morning stroll, and supporting small producers. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic market experiences! 🌸🥖🌿

Nice variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables. There are also locally sourced meats, cheeses, eggs, spices, flowers... You can find it all here.

one of the most beautiful markets in the area. Located into Ulmer Münster Platz, it is one of the most iconic places in Ulm, Germany. It is in the heart of the city and is home to the iconic Ulm Munster, as well as many other important landmarks. The Münster Platz is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept park and is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. The area is filled with shops, restaurants, and cafes, making it the perfect place to spend a day or night out. The Ulm Minster itself is a beautiful Gothic cathedral, which is the tallest church in the world. It is the centerpiece of the Münster Platz and a must-see for anyone visiting Ulm. The area also features a bustling marketplace and is the home of several museums, theaters, and galleries. Ulmer Münster Platz is a great place to explore and experience the history and culture of Ulm.

The best place for fresh veggies and regional/local groceries. Friendly people, affordable prices and a huge variety of everything you would expect on a farmers market. Go there and find your favorite spots... it’s always fun walking around
Michael O — Google review
This is the Saturdays local market, where you can find fresh fruit, vegetables, huge variety of meat, wurst and cheese, local region products among other regular market goodies. So is the place to go to do your fresh groceries stock of the week. The fact is in the Münster Platz helps with the view and good atmosphere. Be warned, in winter is basically the most cold area in center Ulm.

Love this place. Love to interact with farmers while buying fresh vegetables and fruits. Though it's costlier than the super market.

Really awesome fish here! Tried the swordfish and the tuna and they are really good. Bouncy texture and flavourful meat. The crab soup is good too. Take note that they do not accept foreign credit cards.

Very good central location and always delicious menu choices, my most liked place to grab a bite. The personnel had been constantly readily available to listen to our requests. My very little sis and I were really fulfilled with all the top quality ingredients that are regionally sourced, everything tasted genuinely fresh. Nice portion sizes especially taking into consideration the price. We had been shown to our table immediately without waiting around.

Living in Ulm about 2 years. My favourite restaurant so far. Quality and freshness of the fishes are always good. Portions are decent. Mixed salad they bring is so good. Many of the staff speaks English. They are fantastic people. Always trying to help as much as they can. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Definitely give a try; Crab soup Sepia (a type of calamari, squids) (grilled) Rotbarschfilet (rose fish, norway haddock) (grilled or baked) Zanderfillet (tall bass?) (grilled) Edelfischteller (a mixture of many fishes)

Steak house
Nestled near the iconic Ulm Minster, ABACCO'S STEAKHOUSE offers a unique dining experience that elevates steak to an art form. Here, you can savor perfectly cooked meats served on hot stones or Swiss wooden boards, accompanied by a delightful array of homemade sauces and sides like crispy fries and fresh salads. The ambiance is a luxurious blend of modern elegance with classic touches reminiscent of the 1920s, creating a soothing atmosphere for diners.
Amazing food! Would eat here again, Beware that u cook the stakes yourself (no problem here) just you can’t order a medium steak for example, they are blu inside and you cook it on a hot stone, great experience!
Arielkro — Google review
Quality of food is at the top level. Prices are a bit on the high side but worth every cent. Toby, our waiter, was very very helpful, efficient and somewhat funny. For us it was a big surprise that in the center of Ulm there is a place like this. Coming back to the food, we were animated with the way it is served and prepared/consumed. If you order steak you get big stone plate with additional two smaller stone plates, one cold - one hot. You make steak according to your taste. Also there are three sauces included and one portion od french fries. When you order side dish you pay one portion and if you like, you order more free of charge. My wife ordered Argentinian beef steak and I ordered Surf&Turf steak/prawns combination (one extra sauce for prawns). Both were excellent. As side dish we ordered potato with cheese which was ordered two times more (so good) and small mixed salad. Dessert was delicious. We ordered a few different and all were yummy yummy. Easy top marks from us.

Excellent service, attention to detail, multilingual staff. The Ox cheeks are amazing! Also great beer.
James H — Google review
Divinely luxurious, Most excellent meats served to perfection, rounded off with a playful touch, perhaps not everyone's idea of dining, but we thoroughly enjoyed. A variety of great side dishes, from fries through salads. I have yet to try the dessert, I simply didn't have the room left. Very friendly staff, patient in explaining the how-to. Cheerful and very attentive, even when the restaurant is busy. Very luxurious ambience, a daring combination of modern with classic. Clean restrooms.
Alice O — Google review
Best steak ive ever had! And a very unique experience, where you grill the steak by yourself. The sides were also very delicious especially the potato gratin. The apple pi was very tasty as well. The salad was a bit disappointing because it was just half a cabbage with dressing and bacon over it, but the dressing made it taste good. It can be a bit stifling in the restaurant because of all the smoke comming from the steak grilling.
Antoaneta V — Google review
Service was really good, our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Steaks were great with free refills on side dishes, a nice wine demonstration to include putting it into a carafe, nice touch that you don't see often here in Germany. English speaking also. Danke!
G S — Google review
Food was delicious, atmosphere was great and our server Bekim was absolutely wonderful! So attentive and lovely to talk to! Can’t wait to come back here again!
Emily S — Google review
Good, but by far not the best steak of the world and not even the best one in Ulm. The workaround with the hot stone more or less shifts the responsibility to hit the desired cooking point to the customer. I was here quite often and at least twice had meat that wasn't that good. Prepare for longer waiting times, because especially when it's crowded the waiters are simply understaffed and struggle. Still I like to go there every now and then.

(Translated by Google) We went to the Treibgut restaurant for the first time because of an invitation. Ambience very modern and appealing. Service staff very friendly and attentive. Limited selection of dishes, although that is certainly intentional and also affects the quality. The only negative point for me was the Brussels sprouts, which were very firm to the bite. Price/performance ratio is okay, although the prices are in the upper range.

(Translated by Google) A thoroughly successful evening at Treibgut We were privileged to enjoy a fantastic menu at Treibgut yesterday for my wife's birthday – a true experience for all the senses. The opening, with the imaginatively composed tomato garden, was a small work of art both in taste and appearance. The octopus with melon impressed with its refinement, lightness, and perfectly balanced flavors. The Öllinger Kornhuhn (corn chicken) was pure and powerful – tender, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. The evening was rounded off by the lemon tart with delicate Mediterranean notes – light, fresh, and surprising. Add to that excellent service and an atmospheric ambiance right on the water. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team – we'd love to come back.
