While hiking in San Bernardo, Denmark tourists stumbled upon Percorso Kneipp Rabbi, a hidden treasure for relaxation. This idyllic spot offers a unique barefoot adventure in the frigid water and across different rocks, pebbles, and wooden areas. Families can enjoy this rejuvenating experience after a day of hiking. With its breathtaking scenery and ice-cold mountain water, this remarkable attraction combines water baths for various body parts with barefoot walking paths on diverse surfaces.
At only 4€ each, it was a great value. We really enjoyed the stop. Walking in the water and mud was a relaxing break. It's definitely worth taking the time to stop.

Rabbi is a beautiful village accessed up a long valley. We used to come up here decades ago to try the free Rabi water but now it's commercialised and you can only try the unique mineral now if you pay €1 to get access.
Ed R — Google review
Very interesting and nice activity for the summer! The path is a bit painful on the feet but that's the way it's supposed to be for the therapy work, according to Kneipp. Beautiful surroundings and well done path! I recommend it!

Visiting from Denmark, we came across this gem by coincidence as we were hiking up the mountain. This is the perfect place for relaxation after a day of hiking. The barefoot experience in the cold water and on the different rocks, pebbles and wooden surfaces was exactly what we needed. Both days we spent in San Bernardo we went to Percorso Kneipp after going hiking. Perfect for families.
Mikkel J — Google review
Absolutely fantastic Kneipp experience, a true gem! Ice-cold mountain water combined with the stunning scenery are the key ingredients with which an epic parcours has been built. Water baths for legs, arms and face alternate with barefoot walking passages on varied surfaces. A multi-sensory experience not to be missed, energizing and invigorating!

Parco Giochi Val di Rabbi is a delightful destination that promises fun for the whole family. After a pleasant, slightly uphill stroll, visitors can reach the stunning Tibetan bridge, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The park features lush green grass and charming little boats on a small lake that children will adore—just remember to bring their swimsuits! Additionally, there's an engaging playground adjacent to a Kneipp path, where kids can enjoy various well-maintained games.

(Translated by Google) Very nice playground next to the Kneipp path. The main attraction is the rafts that move from one side of a very small lake to the other. Much appreciated by my two children aged 4 and 2 (more suitable for the big one than the little one). There is also a nice path for the water, too bad that the pump to raise the water is closed. Nestled in the enchanting Valorz region, Valorz Cascate offers a delightful escape into nature. This picturesque area features a serene Kneipp path that invites visitors to immerse themselves in wellness by walking barefoot through various terrains and refreshing glacial waters. The journey leads you to charming pools where the water playfully reaches your knees. As you explore, you'll encounter whimsical animal sculptures crafted from branches along an easy-to-navigate trail, making it perfect for families.
(Translated by Google) Visited during the week of August, very beautiful waterfalls although the flow rate was reduced to a minimum due to the hot summer. Easy route, leave the car at the San Bernardo car park near the Kneipp path. Very beautiful and signposted path, there are animal statues made with branches and roots, numerous picnic areas, several fountains and BBQ areas. In the last clearing under the base of the waterfalls, another picnic area with public toilets in the mountain rescue hut. Excursion not too demanding, also recommended for children.

(Translated by Google) Nice waterfalls, easily reachable with a path that starts from the village of San Bernardo, Kneipp path area. Be careful to take the right directions otherwise you will do like me and my partner who came across a super steep, unmarked path that reconnects laterally to the original route. However, the waterfalls are beautiful, nothing like the Saent waterfalls which are at the bottom of the valley, but if you have a day to hike near the town, I recommend it. Along the route there are various rest areas, but there are no mountain huts as refreshment points so bring a packed lunch.

(Translated by Google) I was hoping to take a nice walk up to the waterfalls, but it turned out to be incredibly tiring. The climb is too steep, and the paths are very difficult and narrow in some places, with a risk of slipping and falling, especially on the way down. If I had known better, I would never have done it. It's absolutely not recommended for small children or older people, as it's really too steep, and the path is bad. It's not even well marked, so at a certain point you don't know where to go. However, once you get up there, it's no big deal; I saw much more beautiful waterfalls. It's not worth all the effort!!! Go elsewhere, because you won't miss out!!!

From here, you can enjoy the waterfall's cascade without any obstructions, but from a considerable distance. The trail then appears to continue, somewhat unmarked, suggesting a possible approach, but since it's a rainy day and it's late in the afternoon, I settle for this and return the same way. Then to continue the road is very steep. Unfortunately, the route to the bottom of the waterfalls is not easy because there is a narrow path and tall grass, I would have preferred it to be more well-marked. It is a very long path that I also took on the other side of the valley from Malga Stabli to Passo Valletta. I couldn't get over the waterfalls on the Val di Rabbi side. The path is n. 121 (Original) Le cascate di Valorz sono molto belle. (Translated by Google) A Hidden Gem in Val di Rabbi I have to be honest, it literally won me over. After trying countless places in Val di Sole, I can say without a doubt that this is the absolute best—and that's not an exaggeration. Every time I come here, especially in the summer when I can sit on the veranda, I feel pampered. The view is spectacular, parking is never a problem, and there's a playground for the kids, although what really captivated me is the quality of the cuisine. Here you'll find real potato cakes (the authentic ones), not the usual Rösti that are sold everywhere. And the staff... they're disarmingly kind. They make you feel like family, every single time. This little hidden gem has made me completely loyal. It's become the place where I know I'll never be disappointed. My sincerest advice? Try it. Seriously. You won't regret it. In fact, I'm sure that, like me, you'll become loyal customers. Some places stay in your heart... this is one of them. Provatelo. Davvero.

(Translated by Google) We went to Ristorante Al Cervo for lunch today, and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience in every way. The food is typical of the area, carefully prepared and incredibly tasty. I started with a tender beef carpaccio, served with shaved parmesan and a touch of balsamic reduction: simple yet perfectly balanced. Next came the canederli with butter and sage—abundant, flavorful, and well-made, as tradition dictates. Special praise goes to the staff, who were truly fast and knowledgeable, but above all, friendly. A special mention goes to Aurora, who served us with attention and kindness: smiling, helpful, and very professional. It's also thanks to her that lunch was so enjoyable. Abundant portions, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere: a perfect stop for those in the area. You can sense their passion for cooking and their attention to customer service. I can say that we'll gladly return.

Day 2

Northwest side of town
For day 2, we recommend exploring the northwest side side of town. Start the day off with Cascate di Saent, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Val di Sole. All together, your day would be filled with about 8 hours of non-stop fun.

Amazing hike which is not too heavy but offers beautiful scenery. When you’re lucky you can see some cows. We took approximately 2 hours to complete the hike. Parking was free but we visited in low-season.

The waterfall located in the heart of a lush forest is undoubtedly one of the most comfortable and peaceful places you can visit. The soothing sound of the nearby stream, the chirping of the birds, and the fresh breeze that blows through the trees create an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. This place makes visiting the forest feel like a true escape to a peaceful paradise.

Nice places for hiking! Round course is up to 3 hours. If you want to use the busses there have a look for the timetable online. You can safe 1 hour with busses if you want. Trail is medium. Not recommend if it rains.

What a great place! Among beautiful pastures in front of Saent waterfall there is this lovely little place with amazing homemade and very fine food. The waiter was very very friendly and spoke English, menu is also in Italian, English and German. The dishes are local, the prices are very good, the view is incredible. The Malga Fratte Val di Rabbi restaurant is an excellent establishment with an impressive location. While I cannot provide a personal review of the dining experience, it is situated in a stunning area and offers convenient parking in the vicinity. Additionally, during winter visits, visitors have the option to rent sleds for their return journey. Overall, this restaurant seems highly recommended and provides a top-notch experience for its patrons.

Val di Sole is a picturesque valley in the Alps, surrounded by some of the highest peaks in the region and featuring three ski areas. The area is renowned for its delicious apples, considered to be among the best in Italy, as well as its dairy production which includes a variety of cheeses. Additionally, Val di Sole offers a world of delectable meats and cured meats such as luganega sausage, speck, and ciuiga.

Inka — Google review
Very nice place, great scenery, quiet, but unfortunately it lacks completely the "evening life". No shops, no places to walk, few things to visit, and most of them are reachable by car, because they are far one from another. The options in the evening are sitting in a bar or in a sauna, but for those who don't enjoy this kind of things, there are no alternatives.
Mihaela C — Google review

Excellent place for skiing. It's the best to go on the slope early in the morning. In the afternoon ale to many people and it causes big queues.

Sole Valley applies to the Vermiglio Valley, the east-west aligned valley of the river Noce and its sidevalleys, among which the Peio Valley that heads to the Ortler. The rest of the valley from Ossana to Mostizzolo is simply called Sole Valley. Some of the towns in the valley are Vermiglio, Peio, Dimaro, Croviana and Malè (the main town). The Sole Valley heads to the Tonale Pass, on the other side of the pass (and in the same direction as the Vermiglio Valley) begins the valley of the river Oglio which flows to Edolo. In the northwest the region is bordered by the Ortlergroup with the national park Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, in the southwest by the Adamellogroup with the nature reserve Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta. In the southern part of the region is the ski resort Madonna di Campiglio, just over the Campo Carlo Magno, a pass that leads to the Rendena Valley.

(Translated by Google) Excellent in every way!!! After reading the reviews, I had some doubts, but then I let my instincts guide me and I wasn't wrong. The people are wonderful and extremely helpful, everything is very down-to-earth and family-friendly. The rooms and restaurant are super clean and well-maintained. What can I say about the food: home-made and full of typical dishes... compliments to the chefs were routine! And then the breakfasts... homemade cakes, jams, yogurt, and super-natural fruit juices, different every morning; and that's just for the sweet breakfast, because there was also the option of a savory one... mouth-watering. There is, indeed, one problem: you risk returning home with a few extra pounds!!! Thank you all so much, you helped make our vacation special.
