If you keep going down the ways, there are a ton of rope swings. This lake is super nice 😊 Everyone is very friendly and its a good way to spend the day. The houses nearby are also so beautiful to look at 😮

Beautiful place for everyone. Everyone was happy, nice and friendly. Great place to picnic, walk around the lakes edge, and all the people that I saw fishing were also most everyone had caught something from an average size perch to a 5+lb largemouth bass.
Michael S — Google review
A Lodi gem. So happy to have this place for my daily walks from where I live all around the lake and nature trail. Where else can you see deer, fox, and other wild animals on your walk. Just a nice place to escape the town and be in nature.
Stephanie J — Google review
Lodi Lake is a true local gem! Peaceful trails shaded by trees, a calm lake for kayaking or paddleboarding, and a small sandy beach perfect for families. The park is clean, safe, and full of wildlife like ducks and birds. Whether you want to fish, picnic, or just relax by the water, it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy nature right in Lodi.

Fantastic place to visit and the botanical walking gardens have information about many diverse plants and animals. The lake itself serves kayaking and canoe enthusiasts. Had not been here in 50 years but it is better now than then.

Lake is awesome as is the staff. So many updates to the area. Bbq pits are new and have lids, bathrooms are redone and nice as well. Boathouse to rent kayaks etc. Beach area to swim with the kids and family. I take my paddleboard.

Lodi Lake Wilderness Area

Nature preserve
Lodi Lake Wilderness Area, located alongside a river, is renowned for its diverse bird population and is considered the top spot for bird-watching in the north central valley. Visitors can also spot deer and other wildlife while taking a leisurely walk through the area. The wilderness offers beautiful trees and a natural ambiance that makes visitors feel like they are truly in the wild. It's an ideal location for families with young children, offering street parking as well as picnic spots.
We just discovered Lodi Lake Wilderness Area! Great spot for a number of activities or just relaxing in a peaceful environment. Saw deer, squirrels and a variety of birds and water fowl! Hiking trail was easy & scenic!
J H — Google review
I love the Lodi Lake wilderness area. It is one of my favorite walks to do honestly any day of the week. It is a lot busier of a spot during the weekends and during the summer holiday. The loop starts in a wooded area, and then it goes to wind around to the river, where there are several spots where you can fish. Dogs are not allowed in this area, which I think is very important, since there is wildlife here. During some seasons as you can even see baby dear.
Thelma S — Google review
We come here occasionally for morning walks. The outdoor natural beauty, fresh air, and deer 🦌 sighting is always a positive. Little over a mile walk frim start to finish. Must come and see for yourself.
Bruce T — Google review
Swim area Opening Day on Memorial Day was FREE entry. Great atmosphere. Canopy of red wood trees near Toddler chlorine splash pool. Lake is supervised by life guards so you can feel comfortable with letting children swim and play freely. Life jackets are provided and recommended. You can bring your own food, water toys. Open Showers in bathroom also near splash pad. Occasionally the geese would swim by. Walking trail around lake with great views of boaters and those enjoying time on the lake such as jet skiers, paddle boarding and kayaking.
Crystal W — Google review
Lodi lake and the wilderness area are a gem that you should visit when coming to Lodi. It is an easy walk with deer nearby that I have seen nearly every time I have walked the wilderness area. The wilderness area is mostly shaded and the breeze off the river and lake keep the area noticibly cooler than the surrounding area.

American restaurant
Bar
Nestled within the Wine & Roses hotel, Towne House Restaurant offers a gourmet American dining experience with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant boasts an impressive wine list featuring over 80 wines from Lodi and provides outdoor seating accompanied by live music. Guests can indulge in innovative dishes such as the smoked salmon scramble or corned beef hash for brunch, all served in a modern and cozy setting.
My husband and I ate here yesterday to celebrate 10 years of marriage, and we could not have dreamed up a better experience! We got to meet Victoria, who handles the midology class and the drink menu here and she is a GENIUS! The espresso martini and their Date-Maple old fashioned are the best we have ever had, I normally do not drink bourbon or whiskey but again, she's is a genius and I will only ever have an old fashioned if she is the one behind it. We also got to meet Amber and Sean at their bar area, which coincidentally is mine and my husbands name! It was serendipitous, a sign this weekend was meant to be. Everyone was so friendly and warm and welcoming. Now to dinner, our waitress Maya was a saint. She was so friendly, helpful and on it! Everything was perfectly paced, and she was so helpful! The food was 10/10, everything we ordered we thoroughly enjoyed. I will dream of their steak, and hamachi tartare. They even gave us complimentary prosecco to toast our anniversary, which was so sweet and thoughtful. This was definitely a splurge for us, but so worth it! Overall we absolutely loved our experience, the food and the ambiance and we can not wait until we are able to come back and relive the experience. Thank you Americana house and Appelation for such a beautiful weekend.

Beautiful place for nice ambiance and for Valentine's day . The set 4 course meals could of had better options with bigger portions, especially for The price we paid. cocktails was exquisite and they did not cheap out on the alcohol when making good cocktails. Outside seating was cold, I wish they had more heaters. inside lounge area was taken away for valentine's dining, so no really bar lounge area to sit. Good guitar live music was a nice touch. Overall we had a good time but probably would have gone somewhere else for Valentine's. Everyday dinner here is completely different, plenty of options for dinner and bigger portions. I recommend coming here on a regular day and not for a set course menu.

When I stepped foot onto this place, it felt like an oasis. Along with outside of this restaurant. The trees, flowers and even there was cockatiels and macaws to see. It's good to hear that the folks take care of their landscape job. I enjoyed every bit of this beautiful scenery outside. They do have a beautiful garden too, it's very lovely! The interior of this place is fantastic, it was relaxing and the waitress was very sweet. I got their special that wasn't on the menu and they do have good service here. Their bathroom is very fancy and vintage, which I dig that design! Overall, the rest of the staff is friendly and they're willing to help us if there's any questions.

---- Introduction: ---- Towne House Restaurant, located at Wine & Roses in Lodi, California, offers a high-end dining experience with an exceptional atmosphere and top-notch service. Nestled within the beautiful grounds of Wine & Roses, this restaurant provides a unique and delightful culinary journey. ---- Atmosphere:---- - Outside: The restaurant is located on the side of Wine & Roses, behind their café. The setting is picturesque, surrounded by trees and gardens, giving you the feel of being in wine country. You can see caged birds, including parrots, and enjoy a peaceful walk through the grounds. - Inside: The interior continues the theme of the lush exterior, with a country, mama's cooking atmosphere. The restaurant is in a historic house, offering a cozy and inviting ambiance. The tables are elegantly decorated with thick cloths, and the numerous windows provide plenty of natural light and views of the beautiful garden and outdoor seating area. Food Quality: Asparagus: Asparagus can be prepared in two ways: grilled or in a cold salad. Both versions are exceptional. - Primary Burger: The burger is juicy and delicious, made from ground steak meat and cooked to medium-rare perfection. The aioli sauce used is one of a kind and enhances the burger's flavor. - Pork Sandwich: The pork is tender and well-prepared, with a thin, perfectly seared slab. The bun is soft and moist, with a hint of olive oil that adds a refreshing flavor. - Fries: The fries are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, making them perfect. - Steak: While not a steakhouse, the restaurant prepares its steak better than many steakhouses. It is highly recommended. - Pasta and Lasagna: All pasta and sauces are made from scratch in the morning. The lasagna is amazing, with well-held-together layers and a blend of flavorful cheeses. - Desserts: The desserts change seasonally but are always great. Every dessert tried has been perfect. ---- Service:---- The service at Towne House Restaurant is superb, with staff providing a 10 out of 10 experience. They are attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The quality of service is on par with that of very high-end restaurants. ---- Cleanliness: ---- The restaurant is well-kept and very clean. The floors, tables, chairs, and other furniture are meticulously maintained, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. ---- Service Dog Accommodation: ---- The restaurant is very accommodating and respectful regarding service animals. They ask the appropriate questions and ensure that seating arrangements are comfortable for guests with service animals. ---- Value for Money: ---- Towne House Restaurant offers exceptional food and service at reasonable prices. Unlike many high-end restaurants with high prices, this place provides high-quality food for a reasonable cost, making it an excellent value for the money. ---- Overall Experience: ---- I highly recommend Towne House Restaurant to anyone in the Lodi area. It is a hidden gem with outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. This restaurant deserves recognition, and it should be Michelin star-rated. If you are looking for a delightful dining experience, Towne House Restaurant is the place to go.

The duck was perfect and extremely generous in portion. The stone fruit appetizer, was a portion disappointment however, but must say it was perfect! I was reassured that the peaches, etc. are sourced from the same farm that supplies for French Laundry, I guess that makes me feel better about $16 for a few slices of fruit. Loved all the flavors of my dishes and the relaxed vibe of the place. Service was solid.

A fantastic place for any occasion. The wine offerings by the glass was stellar and the food was delicious and presented- prepared expertly. I was fortunate to meet the chef years ago in NYC and he has continued to provide a foodies experience. Bravo. This restaurant gets the Composanto seal of approval!

Imagine a failed fine-dining experience in the 90s before America found its own, delightful way to gastronomic greatness. The atmosphere at Towne House was neither formal (a busy table of Cab-soused patrons kept making that statement loud and clear) nor casual, but floated in the uncomfortable limbo of "trying too hard." I must admit, when I got in, a welcoming piano bar raised my expectations. Perhaps I should have stopped there, ordered a Pinot from a local winery and chatted with the bartender who wore a magnificent U-shaped mustache and squinted smiling eyes that would convince any reasonable human being to become his best friend without further ado. I was not reasonable, however, and blindly walked my way into the dining room. Tidy, with an efficient layout, some warming touches of walnut wood and clean white tablecloths - a consultant might have helped - but lacking the soul and stories that fill a space with its true essence. I didn't find the soul and stories in the food either. The grilled oysters I was served never saw the spark of a flame. They tasted like naked boiled mollusques drown in green briny oil (felt like pesto met garlic butter but the date quickly turned sour.) The "Honest acres greens" were anything but honest. The whitish watery vinaigrette was a culinary scam, and the rescue team is still looking for the rare snow peas buried underneath the sad little red leaf hill. The chicken came with a flat ball of wet spinach, onion noodles, and squash still deciding whether it was broiled or boiled. Thankfully there was pepper and salt on the table - like in the 90s! I skipped dessert. Do you remember now that failed fine-dining experience from the 90s? These restaurants were expensive but felt cheap. Note: the staff was super friendly and professional.

Nestled in Lodi, A&W Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving a taste of classic American fare. While this location may not be the original, it boasts charming carhop service and an array of nostalgic memorabilia that pays homage to its roots. Picture yourself enjoying a delicious meal on a sunny day—perhaps some crispy chicken tenders paired with golden fries and their iconic root beer served in frosty mugs.
Love this place! Burgers are really good I recommend getting a double because the single is a little thin. Always warm and fresh. Obviously when you’re here, you have to try the root beer too. It’s to die for. Good location, nice clean restaurant. Can’t go wrong.

Old skool restaurant, in the middle of a "downtown" district of a rundown ag town. The trophy case has hundreds of articles of A&W paraphernalia, including limited edition souvenir mugs, labeled by year. There's a drive thru and a drive-up (don't know if it operates like Arnold's from Happy Days, but it's skating waitress-ready.

Visiting the original A&W stand in Lodi, CA, was such a treat! I loved seeing all the memorabilia on display, it’s like stepping back in time. The food is classic comfort fare, with lots of fried options that are absolutely delicious and served piping hot. It’s a must stop if you’re in Lodi, whether you’re a history buff or just craving some great eats. Don’t miss out on this iconic spot!

On the way home from a king overdue vacation my wife and I stopped at A&W. As long time Root beer fanatics we were excited to stop by one our way home. The place has awesome cool eclectic decorations everywhere. You can buy huge bottles of Root Beer. So understand that when you order a root beer float it’s gonna be an experience. I went with the double bacon burger and regular fries. My wife went with the chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries. Everything we got was perfect and the topper was that huge root beer float in a chilled mug. This place is a must try.

We went through the drive-thru while they were doing construction and tree trimming so we couldn't hear the person taking our order and they couldn't hear us. We pulled around to clarify our order and they are very gracious and the service was really fast and by the time we got it back to the hotel 10 minutes later it was still hot and still good. highly recommend this a&w. oops, those pics were from another hamburger joint. I deleted them. Still, I'd go back to this A&W anytime I'm in Lodi. Thanks!

'25/7 1st time customer this location: >> This Lodi, CA location is the original A&W (founded 1919 by 2 men bearing their last initials). << -- Very easy to find (on main road) & park. -- 5 Star for a fast food, nostalgic, chain restaurant. MANY display cases & framed print of said memorabilia. Root bear still served in frosted glass mugs. -- Food & service consistent with brand name. -- Bottom line: Worthy the visit to experience the original location architecture, layout, & old-school vibe.

I haven't been to A&W for awhile and am so glad I did! Ethan took our order and brought it to our table. He is so friendly and efficient! He knew the menu inside and out and answered all our questions. The value meals were delicious, old fashioned root beer in a chilled mug, not overly carbonated, and perfectly golden crispy fries are one of life's simple pleasures.

Yume Japanese Cuisine in California is renowned for offering some of the finest sushi outside of Japan. With its intimate atmosphere and unique menu selections, it provides an authentic dining experience. The restaurant prides itself on serving genuine sushi and ramen, carefully crafted by the dedicated owner, Masa. The flavorful dishes, such as the tangy lemongrass ramen with freshly made noodles, are highly recommended.
Service, food, and atmosphere were great! I ordered a sashimi appetizer, spicy ramen, and spicy dragon roll. Each food item was so delicious! I loved the vibes of the restaurant and the waiters were so kind. The best place locally!

Been wanting to check out this spot for years. Small intimate spot in a corner shopping plaza. Walking in, you can tell this sushi spot is surrounded by locals. We seated right away. The young waitress explained the special for the day and answered any questions we had regarding menu items. We ordered the special fried shishito peppers. Sorted veggie tempura + a dragon 🐉 roll to share. 1 Udon and 3 Ramen soup. More than enough food. Roll was definitely on the smaller size/portion. Really came here for the ramen and it did not disappoint. I'll be back soon.

1st & Last time. Beware-Check your bank statement. Food was good, the Mgr was nice but it's like any other sushi place. This review is how they don't honor best business practices when you clearly show them your bank statement & how they/their system charged twice. The Mgr showed me their till receipts & it showed 1 charge. However I showed them the bank's statement of 2 debits, posted NOT pending. He proceeded to show me directions to read on his phone on how to dispute. Which I did, hence me being there in person. It instructed one to go to the merchant, show the bank statement & request a refund. I did ALL the steps & still wouldn't honor it. Even though he had me read this on his cell. We will dispute the duplicate charge. So BEWARE their system can malfunction or glitch & charge you double, triple and they will do nothing about it. Honestly you can find the same if not better sushi elsewhere & a business with integrity.

Miranda T — Google review
Sushi is almost religious experience for me. I have had a lot of it in a lot of places. Unfortunately, Yume kinda let me down. While the salmon was very fresh and tasty, the rolls are so small and wildly overpriced. Let's talk about the size issue, because this is more of a deal breaker for me than the price. There is so little in the rolls, and they're the wrapped in so little rice that they don't really stick together and begin to come unwrapped when picked up. I would rather have a roll that is less pieces and wrapped big enough to hold its shape. We also tried the teriyaki beef and broccoli and the meat was inconsistently cooked, some was really overdone. The sauce was also disappointing because it had very little flavor. I get that this is Lodi, but I can get sushi in San Francisco that's not only markedly better, but also cheaper. I usually give any place w couple tries, but I really don't think I will be back here, and really can't recommend you try it.

Shared appetizers with my hubby for dinner. We had the tempura brussel sprouts, mixed tempura (veggies and shrimp), shrimp lollipops, eggrolls, and assorted sashimi. Food was hot and tasty. The fried brussel sprouts were very good. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Great staff and service! Came in on a Friday night and got seated at the bar. Quick service +QR code menus. We ordered multiple items- chicken teriyaki bento, 2 rolls, chicken udon, salmon sashimi and uni. Overall food was ok. Ok, because everything was overwhelmingly covered in sauce, except the sashimi and maybe uni. The rolls had good flavor and were really big, but again so much sauce. Bento- highlight the is salad and soup. The tempura was a little stale and chicken was drowning in sauce.

16$ for 2 pork ribs that tasted like they were baked and had a glaze put on it after. This was some of the worst quality of sushi and food I have had in a long time. Then again this is Lodi nobody here would know good sushi from a catfish caught down at the creek. Some of the food was ok but this was absolutely trash considering the price. Absolute Joke I hate bashing businesses but when your product is what it is with those prices you ask for it.

Customers often praise the friendly service and cozy booths, making it a pleasant dining experience. While some find the breakfast portions a bit small for the price, they are served hot and taste delicious.

I recently visited Denis' Country Kitchen in Lodi, CA, and I had a fantastic experience. I ordered the Veggie Omelette with Country Potatoes and Delicious French Toast, and everything was absolutely delicious. The omelette was packed with fresh veggies and cooked to perfection, and the country potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. And don't even get me started on the French toast -- it was hands down the best I've ever had. The bread was thick and fluffy, and the cinnamon and sugar topping was heavenly. But the food wasn't the only thing that impressed me about Denis' Country Kitchen. The service was top notch too. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend Denis' Country Kitchen to anyone in the Lodi area. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu items!

I went for breakfast with a friend, and we were served complimentary fresh squeezed orange juice shots with a palmier cookie while we perused the menu. Nice touch! There were lots of delectable sounding choices. I chose scrambled eggs, crisp bacon (which was excellent!), along with a short stack of pancakes. The pancakes were HUGE, plate sized and fluffy, and tasted so delicious. They didn't even need syrup, but I poured it on, and it was love at first bite. 🩷 I will definitely be going back for more. They even serve dinner one night each week, and I plan to try that. Definitely go. You won't be disappointed.

You know that the food is amazing and service is dependable when you see other posting about going to other places. We LOVE this place and the new menu. The dishes are cleaner and more flavorful. The chicken and waffles are the best hands down. We are going back for more. The place is busy but you get in and out of there in good time and folks love it. What pulled us in was the crowd.

Woodbridge Crossing is a popular spot for live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Hawks Landing Wine Cellars also offers live music, but Woodbridge Crossing stands out for its great food and drinks. Known for its prime rib and clam chowder, the restaurant offers impressive portions of tender and flavorful prime rib. The menu includes options for vegetarians as well.
Simply Awesome!!! I don’t know how else to describe it. This fabulous restaurant & bar has a LOT of history (ask anybody). Dining on spectacular cuts of beef, in the old train boxcar is an experience you don’t want to miss.

Everything was great. The waitress Sadie was welcoming us as soon as we walked in. She was everything you want in a waitress and more. Attentive , kind , funny and just a great personality . The food was delicious. Mozzarella sticks are made in house and so much better than any I’ve ever had. French dip was fresh and meat was perfect. My daughter and I really enjoyed our dinner and can’t wait to come back.

Love the atmosphere of this place. The seating is great and it's fun to just look at the structure and architect of the building itself. Then the food and service. Our server was Tara and she was fantastic and checked on us to be sure everything was going good. It was. We both had the Prime Rib Au Jus sandwich and fries and it was absolutely delicious. Loved that they offered horse radish with it too. We will definitely be going back and will request Tara again when we do return.

Food was good but deceptive marketing. Menu says 6 potato skins. As it turns out it only 3 because they cut them in half. The menu should read, 6 halves!

Small town gem for sure! I enjoyed having dinner here. The food was good, I did feel that my steak had a little too much pepper on it, nonetheless it was great! Cute spot to stop by to have dinner if you’re in the area. The atmosphere was nice and they have great service as well!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a server. I’m a very patient person when it comes to customer service having worked in it. Service was horrible. They were not busy by any means. Took 20 mins just to get drinks that we ordered when we sat down. Another 20 before she took our order when she actually brought the drinks. Kept walking by not acknowledging us so my husband had to get up and get his own second drink. When food finally arrived filet was absolutely charred on outside and pink in center. Ordered a second drink that I never even got. Will not be back.

Food is amazing. I had the Prime rib with loaded baked potato. The vegetables are done to perfection. Try their Lemon Meringue cocktail. It will become your new favorite.

First time at Woodbridge Crossing for an anniversary dinner & we will never be back. As someone who enjoys fine dining & supporting local restaurants it's hard to not return. I love going to Odd Fellows, Pietro's, Prime Table etc. and finally gave Woodbridge Crossing a chance as it came highly recommended. I ordered the bacon wrapped filet mignon & asked for it to be cooked to medium. When my first filet arrived it looked like it had already been hacked apart (poor cut of meat, possibly the end piece of the tenderloin) which was quite disappointing considering the price of this meal. Upon cutting into the steak it was blue rare & inedible. After waiting 5 minutes for our waitress to check on us, she instantly saw how rare the cut was & took it off my plate. After a few minutes she returned with the same piece of meat in a pile on a plate. Normally I would be ok with getting the same cut of meat back, but this time it was overcooked & burnt. She took the plate & said she'd get the chef to remake a new one, which would take a bit longer. About 5 minutes later the chef came out, he told me "if you had just cut into it you would've seen it was medium, but I will make you a new one". I found this a bit rude as I was not complaining & was very understanding. However, the cut of meat that I was served was not worth the price I was paying & wanted something I could enjoy. Finally after 15 minutes (my partner was finished eating by this point) my filet came out. This one did look much better, however it was a thin cut filet so I don't know why it took over 20 minutes to cook, especially since it was still rare. At this point I was starving as we were over an hour into our time there & I only had a slice of bread. I tried to salvage what I could, but it was very chewy & still inedible. The waitress returned & I told her how disappointed I was with the meal. She offered a free dessert, which we politely declined as we had dessert at home. She took my half eaten plate away as I was not going to force myself to eat rare meat. I figured a manager would be by, but instead a runner was sent with the bill, $172 for our meal & I hardly touched mine. To say I am highly disappointed is an understatement, for an establishment like this I expected better service & a good meal.

Park
Micke Grove Zoo, nestled within Micke Grove Park, is a 5-acre animal sanctuary housing 130 different animal species, with a special focus on monkeys. The park also boasts the San Joaquin County Historical Museum and Japanese Garden, offering a serene retreat with cherry trees and a koi fish pool. Additionally, families can enjoy various attractions such as play areas, a splash pad for hot days, and the Fun Town amusement park.
Such a cute calm zoo/park. I definitely recommend this place if you have kids who get overwhelmed easily. There’s a fair amount of animals to see, a play area for kids, and plenty of seating if you want a quick break. Their bathrooms were well stocked and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. We might do a birthday party here in the spring/summer the atmosphere was great.

Today I was able to help my wife chaperone her 1st grade class field trip. This is a small zoo. But it was fun, the kids enjoyed it. And it was fun to show them around and let them learn about the different animals. And after we were done inside the zoo. When you come out the front gate. You can cross the street and have a picnic lunch like we did. There was plenty of shaded picnic tables. Enough for both classrooms to set and eat. Then the kid played with balls. And did a scavenger hunt in the picnic area. Bonus was that there was a very clean bathroom for boys and girls. And it was just across the street from the picnic area. And these are streets in the Micke Grove area. So the roads were not busy. It was safe for the kids to use the restroom.

Cute little zoo for kids! I have never been here before and I came for a field trip with my daughter's 1st grade class. There were many animals that kept them engaged. Took about an 1 hour for us to view and read about all of the exhibits. They have a nice garden and play area with picnic tables for relaxing as well. Parking is $5, tickets for adults $5 and kids are $3.
Mp E — Google review
My family and I went to Micke Grove Zoo this weekend. It was only $13 for the whole family, so the prices are super reasonable. The zoo was pretty well-maintained, and there were some nice areas to rest and things for the kids to do to keep them entertained. It’s a small zoo, so there weren’t many exhibits with animals. Most of the exhibits were closed for repairs, had no animals, or the animals weren’t in the outdoor areas. If you’re visiting the park, I’d recommend stopping by, but don’t make a special trip out of it.
Casey L — Google review
Very nice park. Well taken care of. Disc golf course has 18 holes of challenging holes with multiple baskets on each hole for different difficulties.
John S — Google review
VERY small zoo, but the keepers do a nice job with what they have. The admission is super cheap, $5 an adult, $3 a kid, 2 yo and under free. It's a nice short walk around to see a few animals then go play in the rest of the park. They are closed Monday and Tuesday as of this post.
Heidi V — Google review
First the pros. Admission is affordable ($3-5), even with parking (try to avoid special holidays). You have to consider this a small park with the possibility of seeing small animals. The exhibits aren’t very well designed, or not exactly designed for the specific animal. Didn’t see like half of the animals. Probably because of funding. If you set your expectations low, then it’s just a simple pass through. Just don’t give your expectations high.
Patrick P — Google review
I heard a lot of cool things about this place, so me and my friend met there with our three toddlers. We were met with disappointment. I was actually really upset that they charged us for the zoo. When we initially walked in their credit card machine wasn't working so we agreed to pay on the way out. Me and my friend walked around with our three kids and only saw about three animals, and all the exhibits had lots of weeds, making it feel abandoned. There were signs in a couple places saying that when it's hot they let the animals roam in and out of their cubbies but it was only 75 that day! 2/10 for having a clean restroom

Public golf course
Nestled within the expansive Micke Grove Regional Park, the Micke Grove Golf Course is a hidden gem in the San Joaquin Valley that beckons golf enthusiasts of all levels. This picturesque 18-hole, par-72 course offers an array of challenges with its strategically placed sand bunkers and serene lakes, making every round an adventure. Surrounded by lush vineyards and stunning natural landscapes, players can enjoy not only a great game but also breathtaking views throughout their experience.
Great golf course, fairways and greens were in excellent shape!! The course itself is very flat but don't let that fool you there are a lot of holes that will catch your attention, lol! The water is actually clean and it doesn't smell like a sewer when you get close to it. There is water out there but it's not diabolical, lol, it's water that with a decent shot you can easily clear. That doesn't mean you can't hit it in the water, you definitely can so don't take it for granted!!! Enjoy the course!!
Sydney G — Google review
Good value for the price, course is nice. Play can be slow at times (4.5+ hours), especially during Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Try to get early tee times if time is of the essence but tee times are much cheaper during the afternoon, pick your poison. Good for casual play and friendly staff.
Miguel M — Google review
I really wanted to enjoy this course, but the pace of play is absolutely atrocious. It took us 4.5 hours to play just 15 holes—and we finally gave up before finishing. When we asked about pace enforcement, we were told they only address it if someone calls it in. That’s a major red flag. Courses should be actively managing the flow of play, not waiting for complaints. A round of 18 should take 4.5 hours total, not that long for 15 holes. It’s frustrating to see a great layout and decent conditions completely undermined by poor management and zero accountability on the course. Until they take pace of play seriously, I can’t recommend this course—especially if you value your time or expect any kind of organized experience.
Austin K — Google review
Awesome public Golf Course 30 minutes South of Elk Grove CA. without heavy traffic. Stay very late during the summer time. Grass driving range, chipping and putting greens. The fairways and greens are well taken care off. Challenging place to play for beginners and high handicapper.
Paul P — Google review
Love the course, it’s always in great shape, prices are great and beat the competition in the area. One guy that works the front desk just ruins it for me. He’s arrogant and never willing to help out, asked how much a price is at twilight and he would only tell me the “all you can play” pricing. Have had a few issues with him. Hope he retires soon.
Jake N — Google review
Golf course was in excellent condition and the staff was very polite, friendly and informative. The pace of play was about 4-1/2 hours which we expect to be the case at most public golf courses.
Ron H — Google review
Great experience. All grass well maintained and very challenging course with water on almost every hole.
John S — Google review
This is a hard course, but it's well kept, the bunkers got a lip to them so you really got to get under the ball in there. Luckily the fairways are pretty wide so it's a little forgiving if you keep it decently straight. It's a fun course. The beer cart comes around frequently so you can keep a buzz goin ;)

The Golden Ox Family Diner is an old-fashioned establishment that serves classic American cuisine, including breakfast, amidst a captivating collection of model trains. It has garnered historical significance in Lodi due to its enduring presence and reputation for good food, friendly staff, and affordable prices. The diner offers a pleasant experience every time with its cleanliness and absence of sticky tables or unpleasant odors commonly found in other restaurants. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food is consistently delicious.

First time here yesterday, had a decent sized portion breakfast and a great service experience here. Everyone working the shift on Sunday were great. I wanna say even the owner/manager walked out in the dinning area to ask how everyone and their meal/service was. Now that’s hospitality. The food was good, pretty neat to view all of the antique model trains there and one of the going around the track above head while you are seated. They have a nice sized menu to choose from. Even for being a location that has been around for many of years, the location was clean EVEN the restroom. I know we will go back. It seemed like a well frequented location.

When I eat here I feel like I’m eating at my grandparents house as a kid. Awesome, tasty meals with large portions. As you might have seen in other review photos, there are collectible trains EVERYWHERE. Golden Ox seems like something between a regular sit down restaurant and a lunch diner. The outside design of the business doesn’t scream HEY STOP HERE, but it should. Since this is on Highway 12 (Kettleman) it’s a perfect stop if you’re traveling Highway 12 through Lodi. It’s family owned and a long time staple of the city. I will always say yes if someone wants to eat here. Don’t forget to ask the counter employees to activate the special model train that goes around the whole restaurant. 🚂

Ordered food to go. The young girl assisted me with payment, i asked her if there were utensils in the bags already and she politely said “there should be but i can grab you some more” then a hispanic lady that appeared to be the manager or owner came up and asked me if i needed help, i told her i was waiting for utensils she said to “why i already put some in there” and then scolded the young lady for getting me more utensils saying she had already put some in there and always does. It was unnecessary and rude!! Then i get home to see THIS is the size of the pepper to my chile Relleno… what is this?? 2 bites. For $6.50 plus tax this is ridiculous. And had the tiniest bit of cheese to make things worse. I basically paid to eat a few bites of fried egg whites. NEVER COMING BACK!!! I suggest you dont either. El Pazifico, El Maguey, $ Tequileros all have good size portions at fair prices and flavors are amazing!!

This is the 3rd time coming here and all 3 time food is horrible, meat is burnt , tacos are so oily the plate is just covered in it, no flavors, I thought we give them another chance! Nope they messed it up again, very overpriced, I got a taco salad also and the taco shell is no bigger then your palm of your hand, meat is dry and burnt to the point u can’t even chew it, my dogs wouldn’t even touch it, Angelo’s will be the only place we go from now on, or Taco Bell they have better food, I’d rather pay high prices for good Mexican food then high prices for crappie food, they need a different cook that knows how to make Mexican food, because I don’t think they know what there doing!!!!

Food was flavorless and cold. I've never left a review before but this is is quite literally the worst Mexican food I've ever had. We couldn't Finnish our plates. Service was below subpar. I'm writing this in the restaurant. The best thing on the plate was the obviously canned beans.... I hate leaving a negative review but this was genuinely horrible and disappointing. Everything was bland and tasteless and the tortillas were undercooked. And I kid you not I counted I had 8 flecks of cheese on my plate. The pictures are very misleading.

Bought tickets online. If purchased online must print tickets still at the kiosk. Comfortable seats, variety of snacks
Tina L — Google review
I had a very disappointing experience at Lodi Theater on July 19. I went with my son to watch Jurassic World 3D and used the kiosk to purchase our tickets. I paid $28.50 using my Cash App card, but the kiosk timed out, gave an error message, and didn’t print any tickets. The charge went through anyway and showed as pending, then posted the next day. I showed the charge to the staff and a supervisor, but they told me there was nothing they could do until the pending transaction dropped off. I was also told I still had to pay again for tickets if we wanted to see the movie. As a single mom, I don’t have extra money to throw around, but I didn’t want to let my son down — I only get him every other weekend — so I repurchased the tickets at the counter. It’s now been over 10 days, and I still haven’t been refunded. Cash App says they’re reviewing it until August 4, and when I called the theater again, the supervisor told me it could still take “days,” with no clear timeline or help. The staff are very young and don’t seem trained to handle customer issues. There was zero customer service or accountability. It might not be a big deal to the theater, but $28.50 is a lot to families like mine. It’s incredibly frustrating that they can take your money instantly, but make you wait weeks to get it back — if at all.

First time there. It was hot inside. Servers weren't very friendly or accommodating. We arrived and no one helped us out. We then went on to order pizzas and were told we can't do half and half on them. The cooking time took about 15-20 mins. Pizzas and garlic cheese bread was ok. We spent about $60 for a group of 4 which wasn't bad.

First off let me start with the good. Staff are friendly and make u feel welcome. The food is really good for brewery eats. However the beer is probably the worst ive ever had. We tried 3/4 of every beer on the menu. Not one was worth drinking. Ive never had to force a beer down my throat. Cannot believe people stayed and kept ordering. Imagine soap and rancid dishwater. That's what i tasted no matter what we ordered. Not for us. If you enjoyed this place congrats. But Ive had better.

Great place. Great space. Great beer. Really good pizza. Lodi, California has several breweries and Five Window Beer Co. is def worth a visit. I started with a flight as I usually do at craft breweries. Gives me a good overview. Let me tell you-zero disappointments. From their English Mild to Dry Stout to Hazy Trip Triple IPA and everything in between, these beers were “sure, I’ll have another” super tasty! Special mentions go to Hazy Trip Triple IPA clocking in at about 10% ABV but you’d never know it. There’s no hit you over the head alcohol taste to it. But if you drink a couple of these, it’s Uber time! Other special mention is their Cream Ale. This 7.7% ABV bad boy tastes damn good and drinks easy. Balanced. After my flight, this is what I had a pint of and I’m ready for another! Bartender Eddie knows his stuff and helped me out with spot on beer info. Both bartenders took care of business very well during the busy time I was there while remaining friendly and courteous. They help folks have a good time. Off to one side is the pizza counter and brick oven. I ordered my pizza at the bar. A short time later, I was chowing down on a crispy pie. It was good and I’d order another pie on my next visit. Plenty of seating here. Spacious. Lots of parking on the uncontested street. If you want outstanding, brewed on premise, righteously tasty beer while in Lodi, make sure you hit Five Window.

Disappointed . The guy making the pizza isn't to blame either they got one guy in there to do all that .

Ollies Pub is a charming family-owned establishment located in Lodi, offering an excellent selection of drinks and food. It's not just your typical Irish pub serving classic import beers; it's a place where you can enjoy music on the jukebox, hit the dancefloor, and have a great time with friends. The bar has a cool old-school vibe with friendly service and even offers the chance to play dice with the bartender for your drink.
Great tap beer and great service. It’s just your local watering hole but super easy place to be.

We didn't have food. We were travelling through Lodi and stopped to browse a antique store just next door. After shopping we decided to go into Ollie's for a drink. While there a bus load of people came in. I bet it is a "happen place" on a regular basis.

Lodi Beer Company, established in 2004, is a charming brewery located in downtown Lodi. The old-fashioned tavern setting offers a range of house-brewed beers that pair perfectly with their diverse comfort-food menu. From gourmet pizza to steak and salads, there's something for everyone. The brewery also features seasonal and non-seasonal beer options. With a dozen beers made on-site at the microbrewery, it's a haven for beer enthusiasts.
We had our company Christmas event with you on December 13th. It was amazing. The staff and management went above and beyond in making this night extra special. The wait staff incredible. Food was plentiful and 5 star. Every attendee was impressed, thank you for making this night so memorable. We look forward to doing this again next year!

Stopped by on a mellow afternoon and had a pint plus a flight. The pours were solid. They were 3 to 4 oz each depending on the beer. Bartender was cool, welcoming, and kept the energy relaxed without being too hands-on. The space itself stands out more than anything. The layout is dope, and the interior has that cozy-meets-industrial feel with high ceilings, brick walls, and big wooden tables. As for the beer, you can tell they take pride in their brewing, even if nothing really pushed the envelope. That said, their Raspberry Hefe and Lodi Lite were both solid — easy to drink and well-balanced. Overall, I’d come back. It’s not a destination spot if you’re chasing rare beers or crazy food, but if you’re in Lodi and want a chill brewery with good energy, this one does the job. With a few additions and updates to the beer menu or beers to go , it could easily be a 5-star spot.

Let me. Tell you me and my wife have went here for years. They have changed a few things. But everything is still delicious like always. Our waitress was very knowledgeable. I do forget her name, but she was honest. That she had not tried the fish tacos. So I stuck with something I knew. We did try the new sourdough appetizer, which was delightful. We also got the New York strip steak. And the blue cheeseburger, which was so good. It was wonderful. Also, if you're down to try their root beer, it's delicious. We are looking forward to going again soon.

The food we ordered was amazing! The chicken Marsala was delicious, the Fettuccine Alfredo was spot on, and the Cuban club was exquisite. Perfect place to grab some tasty food and refreshing beers after a 12-hour drive. If we ever stop in Lodi again, this will definitely be our go-to spot!

So many people wait to be seat and it’s not because of just the inviting atmosphere but because of the delicious food and desserts are prepared so well, taste so good and waitress are very attentive. Ashley was our waitress and she was very kind and social, just as the manager David was; creating a great experience for my family and I. We were able to taste the bread pudding dessert which no lie was actually the best! It’s a must have dessert after the great meal. The beer on the other hand, brewed and stores in house, looks tasty and has a wide variety to choose from. It’s a no brainer to take the family here, enjoy! 😄

Great place first time here with my family and we had a great sever, Jenna. I love how friendly, patient, and great customer service she gave us. A big plus for me was when I asked a few questions about a few items she was great in answering them. It’s rare you find customer service that actually enjoy doing their job. She made us all very comfortable and like a family gathering. The food was great and we all didn’t wait.

My husband and I shared the Fish & Chips and a cup of the Loaded Potato soup. I usually post photos of the food from places I review but neither plate was that impressive to photograph. The soup was mostly liquid and there were barely any chunks of ham/bacon to be found. We were there before noon so I couldn’t really see it being because it was the bottom of the pot. My husband enjoyed it anyway but for the price I wouldn’t recommend it. The fried fish was in smaller filets than most restaurants but tasted fine. The fries were the better part of the meal. The most disappointing part of the visit was my husband ordered a beer before we ordered our food and his beer arrived after our soup came. Again, we were sat before noon on a Saturday and there were maybe 5 other tables of people inside and outside. There were plenty of employees walking around but somehow the beer (at a brewery) was almost the last thing to be served. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous and even the bathroom are ornately decorated. I wish we had a better experience but next time we’re in town we’ll be going elsewhere.

Pretty cool atmosphere & bathrooms are pretty nice too. Definitely go in the off peak hours. It’ll get busy at times and service can take a while. The food is 4/5. The bruschetta is really good. My burger was a little overcooked, the fried mac & cheese 4/5. The French dip is also one of my favorites or the club sandwich. I don’t recommend the pork tacos…. zero flavor

West Oak Nosh is a German-inspired restaurant and bar that offers a refreshing dining experience. The menu features house-made sausages, burgers, and craft cocktails, making it an ideal stop after wine tasting. The restaurant's diverse offerings cater to all preferences, including vegan-friendly options. Guests can enjoy specialty drinks like the sparkling splits of bubbly with POG juice for a taste of island life. Additionally, the Bloody Mary is highly recommended for its fresh ingredients and delightful flavor.
Super yummy and our waitress with pink highlights (didn’t catch her name!!) was really nice! And we were able to buy one of their cute glass cups.

West Oak Nosh is a great place for a quick day date or a night out with friends! My husband and I had a late lunch there and really enjoyed it. The modern, casual, industrial vibe is fun. The service is decent. Plus, they have a great selection of drinks and flavorful dishes! This restaurant is semi-German inspired with a modern twist. It emphasizes freshness and creativity! My Shnitzel sandwich was to tie for. The meat was cooked perfectly. My husband enjoyed his burger and fries. Plus, the spicy pomegranate margarita was a fun try! (I would get it without the pomegranate juice next time, the tart didn’t balance for me.) Though we went in wintertime, this place opens up with a garage door style wall that leads to a small patio. There is a dining room adjacent to the bar, which would be more of a sit down or family vibe. I can imagine that it would get very slammed on Farmers Market evenings or during any popular downtown events. Overall, we really liked West Oak Nosh and will return!

Hipster vibe, fun place, wish the food was more consistent. Took the family for lunch. My husband's chicken sandwich was actually really good, but my daughter's was burnt. Boys got burgers, they were ok. Fries were delicious. My avocado toast breakfast dish was just ok. Food was all brought out at different times. Not just here's one load and then the next, but half the table was half done by the time the last dish was brought out. We will probably try it one more time to see if it was just an off day.

Very modern place with great food choices. Loved the pickled deviled eggs 🤤. We also have the nosh pockets. Reminded me of a samosa. Wonderful flaky pastry with a beef meat mixture inside. Paired with 3 house made dipping sauces. Lastly we had 3 of their house made brats. They were accompanied by different pickled veggies and a coarse ground mustard. Great place!

At first I was disappointed that we had to wait so long to be acknowledged or given a menu. It was our first time. We didn't understand, that's my only complaint. I was close to walking out. Once we finally were acknowledged about 20 minutes after seating ourselves we were greeted by a very knowledgeable and sweet waitress. Patience is key in this economy and they were clearly short staffed, because we only saw her taking orders and serving. I'm glad we stayed, because the food was delicious. We have to change our mindset and support these small local businesses that are trying to survive in this economy. I'll definitely be going back, especially for the vegan options.

My fiance and I had to go to Lodi area today for some business. Wanted to grab some food before heading home. We stopped at this awesome little place to check it out we were not disappointed. Walking in it had a quite but friendly vibe. Our serve was kind and friendly. We got a couple of cocktails both were maid rather well. For lunch we got some appetizers and a burger. All of wich were great quality. The pretzel was large, hot, and well salted, Mac and cheese bites were fresh, seemingly homemade, and delicious, Brussels were well cooked and had a decent flavour (in my opinion could use a little sweet acid) burger was that of a decent size especially for a "small bite) good flavor and great sauces to choose from. Would definitely go again.

We came here prior to wine tasting and had the best brunch! The pork schnitzel was perfection, the fries are probably the best we’ve had…we opted for some Fall inspired cocktails, Chloe was great! She was super attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back and bring some friends.

Mimosas Gourmet Lodi is a popular spot with two distinct dining areas: the lively bar and the main party area. Guests can enjoy generous food portions and flavorful skillets, along with fantastic drinks. The staff is known for being super friendly, and there are plenty of menu choices to explore. While there may be a short wait on weekends as reservations aren't accepted, the experience is well worth it. Plus, they provide space heaters for those waiting outside during peak times.
Good food and music. Skillets are good. Our server very attentive always checked on us. we always end up getting her when we come and never fails to give us awesome service! 5 ⭐️ for her so ask for Miss Karla. We will be back soon. Fun for birthdays here.

Good spot for a first time visit. Brunch was great, so many items to choose from classic entrees to classics with a twist of all my favorites. Weather was nice enough to sit outside to enjoy the sun. Irish Omelet was a solid pick with a side of a massive pancake. Will definitely come back to try all those mimosas and Fried Chicken Benedict. Music was a little loud, but that's just me.
Alfred C — Google review
The GOOD: food is really tasty and fresh. Staff is attentive and friendly. The BAD: it's crazy loud....like can't even hear people talking at your own table. The music was super loud early-2000's nightclub music being played during Sunday morning brunch. Weird.
Sheridyn B — Google review
The food was great, drinks were fantastic! My only complaint is the loud music (however it's not as loud as many other places, like Target lol) just an odd thing when you're having breakfast to have dance music blasting. The chili Verde chiliquiles were amazing, very generous with their alcohol pours, and the plates are large. We avoided this place because of a previous mimosa place vibe, but this was totally it's own thing, very VERY nice staff too!

Went here with my mom and sister to have mimosas and brunch.. definitely a brunch spot you can get a lil hype at lol..Also they have something called the mimosa challenge so if it’s ur bday I recommend you try 😁. The food was really good..the portions are large so plenty to take home for later. The drink selection was great..they have a lot of flavors to mix and match and the champagne was good quality 😋. The only set back was the seating arrangement inside in the middle row of tables; ur table is side to side almost touching with another table so you have to be really mindful of ur movements not to bump another person and the menu was only available digitally..you have to scan the QR code. Other than that it was really fun and the food was very good. Definitely recommend and will return ❤️
Millie W — Google review
Terrible serving portions for the price listed for everything on the menu. Service was slow to respond to the people waiting in their queue directly in front of them. Respect to the back of house hustlers for making the food itself above the rest of the atmosphere
Rafael J — Google review
I loved it here! Was invited by a friend to try them because she had a good previous experience. We went on a Sunday, and there was a short 10 minute wait in which they has space heaters available for people waiting outside so we didn't get cold which I thought was very nice. There are two different dining rooms: the bar area, and the main (what I would call) party area where the music is playing at club volumes. We were sat in a bar area booth which was a window seat where you can people watch. Sports games were playing on the TV screens. It's a really fun and spirited atmosphere. I appreciated the diversity of the menu. I ended up selecting the smoked salmon dish which was delicious! I got a free birthday tequilla shot and was sang Happy birthday from the staff which was fun too. I def want to come back again and sit in that party area and get one of their HUGE mimosas made from a whole bottle of champagne. Made to share of course. 😝 It looked really fun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something fun to do at a fun place in Stockton.

This is a solid 4.5/5 stars but I'd rather mark them a 5 than a 4. Came here today with friends for a little day trip to Lodi. I've heard great things about this place so I've had it saved on my map for a long while. Friends were very excited to have mimosas. We got there and the host stand was empty so we were a little confused. The inside of the restaurant was so dark it took a second for my eyes to adjust. As we stood there, an employee assured us a hostess would be with us shortly so we walked back outside to the host stand. The hostess asked us where we'd like to sit, inside or outside, so we decided to sit outside. She let us know very quickly that menu was the be scanned via qr code (ugh) on the table. Apparently I was the only who heard her though so it took a second for friends to realize this. Waited was there fairly quick to take our drink order before we had had a chance to take a look at the menu but he brought waters for us while we looked. When we finally ordered, I stayed with just the water and ordered the bananas foster French Toast combo with scrambled eggs and EXTRA crispy bacon. Friend 1 got Pomegranate Mimosa and Nutella French Toast (see photos). Friend 2 got Mango Mimosa (see photo) and some type of eggs benedict. We were amused that the Mimosa glasses appeared to be glass ice cream dishes since they usually come in champagne flutes. The Nutella French Toast looked really good and Friend 1 had no complaints. She finished her Mimosa but took about half of her plate home. Friend 2 finished both drink and dish. I started with my eggs that looked a little weird but tasted fine. My bacon was not extra crispy and one could argue barely crispy. I was shocked buy the size of the French Toast. My only complaint about the dish was the bananas. They looked as though they had been sitting sliced for a long while as the inside had turned fairly black by the time I had received them (see photo). The French Toast was delicious though and I finished it all. The entire time we were there it was so noisy inside. The music was good but it was so much noise from all angles. Definitely tough for me with auditory issues. I might come back if someone else was paying. It was all priced a little high. Like amount of food was good but why is a glass of juice $5 with no refills? Why is 2 pancakes by themselves $10? Nice place over all with delicious food and great service.

Nestled in the historic charm of Lodi, The Oxford Kitchen is a delightful gastropub that brings together the vibrant essence of London with the rich flavors from the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia. This inviting eatery offers a relaxed atmosphere adorned with nods to iconic British culture, including tributes to legends like The Beatles and Princess Diana. Guests can savor an array of dishes made from fresh ingredients during lunch and dinner, featuring everything from small bites to hearty main courses.
We started with cocktails and the Oxford Bramble was delicious! Our server Bhanu was amazing at helping us decide what to get. We enjoyed the Chermoula roasted eggplant dish - no idea how the eggplant was cooked but it was tender and flavorful. The seared potato gnocchi with melted kale was in a flavorful sauce that we couldn’t stop eating. And the finale was the chicken tikka bowl which was served with a fragrant saffron rice. It was worth the drive up from the Bay Area for lunch but we found out there is one in Sunnyvale!

The family and I had brunch here today, and everything was excellent. Apparently, my wife comes often enough that the waiter recognized her—which gave us a good laugh! The food was spot-on, and both the orange juice and Bloody Marys were fantastic. The only reason I gave the atmosphere one less star is due to the strong mothball-like smell when we first walked in. I get that the building is nearly 150 years old, but the initial odor was a bit overpowering. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

Visited The Oxford Kitchen tonight for a birthday dinner - our first time there to try their British-themed food and atmosphere. Tuesday night, not too busy, and we loved having it be too crowded. The service Michael provided was impeccable - he went out of his way to introduce the menu to us and was amazingly attentive, which we appreciated very much. He kept an eye on us in case we needed anything at all, and was always two steps ahead! He made our dining experience both fun and five-star. The food was also just as wonderful...we thoroughly enjoyed the beef wellington and the sauce served alongside it was delicious. The cast iron rolls were minature, so cute, but just the right amount for two people and baked perfectly. The scotch eggs were also very good! Desert-wise, the cheese cake was just not a winner....however, the bread pudding was remarkable. I wish the serving was larger - definitely not sharable, haha. The only reason the food category didnt get a 5, was because the food menu was literally just one page. Yes, ONE. The remaining three pages of the menu were all beverages and spirits, LOL. I would have expected a larger food offering in a themed restaurant....but then again, it is a "pub". Overall, great dinner and service. We will be back!

We had a great dinner at The Oxford! It was a busy night, but we grabbed seats at the bar and really enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The bar setup is beautiful-tall shelves of bottles, sleek lighting, and a well-organized tap selection gave it a classy but approachable vibe. We ordered the Beef Wellington, which was cooked perfectly and served with a flavorful sauce-definitely the highlight of the meal. The avocado burger was also delicious and came with crisp fries and fresh toppings. Great flavor, good portions, and everything was plated nicely. Service was friendly and efficient even with the crowd. If you're looking for a spot with elevated British-inspired food and a fun bar scene, The Oxford is worth a visit!

The place looks great. Tough call but had to give it a 4 star. Some of the dishes at our table were just too underwhelming for the price. I ordered the Wellington and it was so small. Tasty though. I’d come back but I’d definitely order something else.

Went for my Birthday dinner. I had never tried Beef Wellington before and it was excellent. My buddy also ordered it, and she has tried it at multiple restaurants, she agreed. It was divine. I also ordered the Scotch Eggs, to which my dinner buddy said "ew" (she never had them before) Of course I loved them.. but she snuck one and kept stealing them from my plate. Oh, and the Beet, Melon & Goat Cheese Salad completed everything. Best Birthday Dinner Ever! Since they have outside seating, I'll bring my Corgi when I visit again.

The Porters Pub offers elevated American pub food and craft beer in a relaxed setting with televisions and outdoor seating. The restaurant is known for its friendly and attentive service. One customer mentioned that the Porter Club sandwich had turkey cooked in a rotisserie style, although they wished it had more flavor. The sidewinder fries are highly recommended for their satisfying crunch and their compatibility with sandwiches and burgers.
Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich, with some buffalo fries. I really liked my sandwich, the bun was great. The fries were very buffalo flavored with blue cheese crumbles. The presentation on the plate was fantastic, I mean look at that picture and tell me you don’t want a bite. Porters pub was a nice Dinnertime spot. On a Monday night I was seated promptly and waited about 15 minutes for my food, which is acceptable to me for a pub. I would return here again and look forward to trying more of the menu.

Friendly and attentive service are hallmarks of this restaurant. I had the Porter Club which felt like it had rotisserie style turkey. It was filling but I wish it would have had more flavor. The sidewinder fries are a MUST! They have a rewarding crunch and pair well with sandwiches and burgers. Their turkey melt was described by a friend as "solid" and said the bacon was the anchor of the sandwich. Friend said they wouldn't have it again if it didn't come with bacon. I will definitely come back and try their burgers.

Upon arrival, we waited patiently outside with our dogs for seating. We let the gentlemen inside know we would be out side. I assumed he was a host but apparently he was not. Still, one would assume this would be sufficient enough to get a hosts’ attention to advise we were outside waiting for a seat. Long story short, it wasn’t communicated, we decided to get out of the doorway with our two dogs and locate a seat outside. One host got a little rude with us for doing this and insisted we should have advised a host upon arrival. I explained that I did this with the gentlemen at the door, but I was supposed to know the person at the door was apparently not the host?? I don’t know, but the experience at the restaurant started off wrong. However, our server came through with excellent service. I hate that I didn’t get her name to acknowledge her outstanding service. Drinks were yummy! Food menu was one of the best, for at least my taste buds. I love bar food, and this gave me full plates of that type of genre. We got the Bacon Cheddar tots as a starter—delicious, and not too filling. We also got the bacon grilled cheese, taco salad, and some type of Chicken Wrap! All were top notch items! Our waitress also made sure to take care of the fur babies and kept them hydrated in this heat! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

3.5 Stars! Memorial weekend (Sunday) and everything else was shut (after 3pm) so we didn't have too many options left. This place was open so it was convenient for us to have lunch here before hitting up David's vineyard (10min drive) which was close by. Good ambience with a long bar and TV inside (perfect for watching games) and long community tables outside. Service is great, our waitress was really nice and friendly and came to check on us few times. Food wise is ok - typical American food with good options of sandwiches, salads, burgers, wraps etc. Good beer selections although they were out of the Altmond IPA we wanted but she was nice enough to suggest the replacement for it which was good! Between the 4 of us we had: - chilli dog with garlic fries. Good but couldn't finish - blue cheese burger. Good (didn't like the bun much) flavours from the blue cheese but too heavy so should be shared - tri tip sandwich - good but not up to the trip tip standard - fish and chips. Perhaps I wasn't lucky but it was terrible. Overly deep fried and not fresh fish so didn't finish it :( Can't say I would return...

The food was really good, the service was alright, the waiter wasn’t super friendly or capable of carrying a conversation. The ambiance and environment was really weird. The restaurant has a weird smell, the lighting is cold, and the music was not fitting. Nonetheless it was still a good place to meet up with a friend and grab some good food, but from the photos online I thought the environment and atmosphere would be a little more polished.

I got a pastrami burger (it was alright), Garlic Fries (They were super good), and a Mint Cookie Shake (it was awesome). My wife and friend also enjoyed their dishes. The price was pretty in line w/ other similar venues. I'd definitely return to try a different burger.

The food was good, the waitress we had was great. I didnt get her name but shes the one who memorized all 5 of our orders. We thought that was impressive. The restaurant was clean and the tables were unique with menus laid out like playing cards. Only downfall I can say is the smell from next door carried over into the restaurant. It had a little bit of nail salon smell to it, it doesnt really mix well when you are trying to eat good food. I understand it's not your guy's fault either but still a good burger place to go to.

Italian restaurant
Restaurant
Pietro's Trattoria is a long-standing Italian restaurant in Lodi, offering a family-style menu of classic Italian dishes with a farm-to-fork approach. The executive chef, Pete Murdaca, comes from a family with Italian roots and prepares authentic dishes like bruschetta, agnolotti in cream sauce with aged balsamic vinegar, and pizza topped with locally grown asparagus and spicy olive oil.
Our party of five had a great meal in a relaxed atmosphere even though Pietro's was busy. A reservation was necessary. The gnocchi, ox tail, and pasta dishes were excellent. Nice water and wine selections. The homegrown tomatoes on the bruschetta were a flavorful treat. Service was pleasant and efficient. I am looking forward to the planned changes, another satisfying experience in the near future.

Dining in for Father’s Day celebration. I’ve been here many times before. Always welcoming. We asked for outdoor seating. Great Ambiance. Our server was great. Food was great. Although, they can do better on the 3 skinny asparagus included on the "Catch of the day". Kinda wilted. Til our next dine in! I forgot to also mention. We were seated in a tight/narrow spot. Where our server was having a hard time getting our food on our table. See last photo.

Three entrees, three drinks, three salads and one dessert. Everything was excellent. A bit of a wait, but this was my first time there and my wife highly recommended. You can watch the food preparation in the open kitchen, everything is fresh and seasonal produce is featured, including in the desserts. Our bill at lunchtime was $175 (pre-tip) and well worth it. Great way to celebrate a friend's birthday. Although this restaurant is a solid 45 minute drive for us, I would definitely make the trip for high-quality, delicious Italian. So many things on the menu looked divine, I will certainly be back to sample the selection.

Excellent food. The sandwich was a bit thick and dry, but tasty and filling. The ravioli, chicken Parmesan and the risotto were perfect in my opinion. Listen to your server when he suggests daily specials.

We had a truly fantastic dinner at Pietro's Trattoria in Lodi, CA. We were lucky enough to sit on their outdoor patio, which was absolutely splendid. The atmosphere was incredibly charming and made for a perfect evening. The food was just as great as the setting. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, from the authentic pasta dishes to the wood-fired pizza. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Overall, the combination of the wonderful atmosphere and the awesome food makes Pietro's a must-visit spot.

Love coming here at Pietro’s! It’s our favorite Italian place here in Central Valley! Food are delicious! We had calamari fritti 10/10, meatballs which was a little salty for us but still good 7/10. I had the pappardelle 10/10, husband got the Toscana pizza which has a surprise taste to it 7/10. Plus the complimentary focaccia bread which was very delicious! 🤤 Place was packed as usual, it’s good that we had the reservation so we were seated right away. Staff are attentive. Great place if you want to eat Italian food, highly recommended!

My friend was like you know what let's ditch the men and go have girl dinner! Yes, say less. We drove out to Lodi and arrived at the outside vibes of Italy. Almost like transported. We did not have a reservation and was almost turned away. *Angelica like music plays. Three seats at the bar were open. We will take them! My drink was never empty! The bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar *chefs kiss. Gnocchi was delicious clouds of joy! Meatballs on point. We loved everything! We were too full for dessert but I bet it would be delicious! Highly recommend!

It operates 24/7 and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts along with a selection of wines, beers, and cocktails. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff who provide excellent service.
First time playing a no limit Texas Hold'em Poker tournament here. I made the final table out of three tables. I went out in 9th place, payouts started at 4th place. Everyone was friendly, the Floor Manager, Dealers, Servers, and the other players. Very low entry fee and I had lots of fun. I also had the fries which were awesome, crispy, just the way I like them. I also had a piece of chocolate cake and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Overall a great experience and I will definitely play again when I am in the area!

We ordered the honey walnut shrimp dinner plate. We found a live ant in it as I was eating. The food is amazing. The service was great. I had to throw away my food due to the ant. I’m disappointed that I was not able to finish my dinner due to a health concern. I hope there isn’t more ants in the kitchen. We will be returning to give it another chance in hopes it was just a one time incident. We eat here a lot and really enjoy it, and won’t let one time affect how we feel.

Came here for lunch. Place was clean, great service, food came quickly. I had the club sandwich. It was a solid club sandwich. Good but not amazing or anything. Nice portion. My husband had the chicken fried steak. Again, it was good. Will definitely return to try other items.

Wow! Now THIS is a hidden treasure! Wow wow wow! It's a bit noisy.. it IS a casino and bar! BUT the food is seriously incredible! The Kung Pao chicken is VERY spicy 🌶 🔥! But other than that .. wow! Very good. Expect a little higher priced, but honestly it's on par with most places right now. We will be back!

Here, you can marvel at an array of creatures including snakes, lizards, tortoises, frogs, and even insects like tarantulas and scorpions in their natural habitats.
This place is great! My daughter Lily and I went in today and 2 of the girls working there ( Macy and Dev) made our experience amazing. Those girls are rad. Fred also was amazing! We can't wait to go back. 😁

The good quality feeders. The young lady helping the family that came in before me seemed extremely helpful and caring, I wish I would have gotten her. The Cons, the "manager" ended up helping me. They are selling a service not a product in this industry. Maybe she was having an off day, but her reaction was purely dry. Another pro the feeders seemed very healthy. Hence the three stars. As a First time customer seemed with the person who helped me I was an inconvenience, the review can only warrant a mediocre review.
Phillip M — Google review
This place is trash. Used to be where i got all my stuff when we first got my son a bearded dragon. Then the stockton location (now closed) sold me bagged dirt infested with mites. I went to the lodi location for awhile and their selection of feeders is always so small and they charge top dollar for everything. Most recent experience was a couple of days ago. I went to buy large dubias because that's what size I needed and let's say they were between small and medium they let me know that if I wanted to return them I could pay more for the XL size and I said no thanks (because I'm thinking why pay more for something I know won't be actual XL size.) My son's owned a bearded dragon for a few years now and this last experience here will be my last. ✌️ If I were you I'd try some place else.

I've gotten most of my tarantulas and their food, along with my gargoyle gecko and her bioactive enclosure there and I love this place. My kids love visiting to see all the critters and I always get knowledgeable and helpful service whenever I go in there.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I came in and asked about 100 questions two days in a row and everyone I spoke with took their time in giving me detailed informative answers. Why shop at a big box chain when you can go somewhere you know they have your little buddies best interest at heart?

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE! I ordered a water bowl and two hides for my ball python. I ordered directly from their website. After some time, I had not received any sort of confirmation that my package was being sent. I reached out to them, and they never responded I just suddenly had a confirmation from UPS that my package was on it's way. This is the condition that I received it. They forced them into a package that was too small, and broke both hides. I called them, their voice message says "Leave a message and we'll respond within two business days." I also sent them an email demanding a refund. They have never called me, or responded to my email. The only thing I could do was submit a claim with UPS. DO NOT BUY ONLINE, they are horrible.
Kevin C — Google review
This place is still the best place around for reptile supplies. They have everything that you would ever need for all your reptile needs including a wide selection of reptiles as well. I buy all my feeders from here. Rats(live or frozen), worms, and any thing that you would need to house, feed or decorate your reptiles new home. I love this place so much I have a platinum membership that save me 15% on all my purchases for a year. The serpentarium is ran by a very knowledgable staff and I will not shop anywhere else for my snakes and gecko.

Juli's Village Coffee Shop is a charming and delightful breakfast spot that takes you back to a simpler time. This classic no-nonsense diner offers great coffee and delicious homecooked food. With an open galley kitchen, breakfast counter, and old-fashioned tables, it truly captures the essence of a traditional diner experience. The menu features early bird specials, cherry pie, and hot drip coffee - all reminiscent of a bygone era.
Great place, hometown feel you're looking for in town, but to be clear: This is the best breakfast I've had in Lodi that didn't come from my household. Highly recommend any Omlettes, amazing french toast, and blueberry kids pancakes! The burger is no slouch either! Amazing service, cute coffee mugs, do not hesitate!

The eggs and bacon that comes were alright. The country potatoes tasted just like boiled potatoes and almost no seasoning. I get that you need to precook them by boiling/steaming them, but at least sear/fry them properly in the pan.

My Husband and I had breakfast here for the first time. Just like some other reviews we weren't greeted all too nicely. First thing walking in we notice is the older lady Waitress stare at us funny. We Did not care, the younger waitress told us to have a seat anywhere. We had a seat while some older senior men stared at us funny as well. After ordering and receiving food, we chowed down. A COCKROACH appeared on the table. I felt sick after eating when we left. Other then that the food was very plain, the toast was stale. The hashbrowns were very very oily. My husband said his country potatoes were very good. The pancakes were also very plain. Will not be coming back. The place is old and I get that, but it's very dingy and kind of dirty. Some of the chairs are very wobbly. I never read reviews before going to a new place so other people's reviews don't influence mine,NOW I wish I did read them.😭 COCKROACH 🪳 🪳 🪳

I never feel compelled to write reviews but I have been here a handful of times and always have the same experience. It’s a nice hole in the wall to catch a quick bite that has a ma & pop feel. The service if you aren’t a regular is pretty poor. You will get looks from the elderly couples and servers for sitting in particular spots. You will not be greeted or given any small talk on your way in or out. Unless you’ve been coming for what looks like decades. My server multiple times brushes past thank you, or how are you as if you never even said anything. Not to mention the way they treat the younger employees. I’ve seen the same elderly crew talk down and condescending to dishwashers and hostesses alike. I don’t see many of them around anymore either. Don’t like this place much. Won’t be headed back.

My husband and I came to have breakfast today Mother’s Day, our 2nd time here and it’s an amazing family owned hole in the wall restaurant. I love it here the staff is super welcoming and family orientated when we sat down the owner came to our table giving me a white rose and a white chocolate covered strawberry saying welcome and happy Mother’s Day 😊🥰 it’s a beautiful gesture to every mother coming in today. Dancing Fox Winery & Brewery is a charming family-owned establishment located near the Lodi water tower on Locust St. Housed in a historic Olde Ice House, it offers American and European cuisine from breakfast to dinner, along with a wine bar and baked goods. The building's thick walls contribute to energy efficiency and also serve as a Downtown Lodi tasting room for Jessie's Grove Winery.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a big smile and friendly helpful service. Everyone working here seems to be happy to be here. We got a complementary wine tasting with our lunch where we were told the story behind the place. We are so happy we came here! We ordered the focaccia bread basket as an appetizer. Apparently, the wife who has taken baking classes in France does all of the pastries and breads! The ficaccia was amazing! We ordered a veggie wrap with french fries which was also really good. All in all I would recommend this place. Edit: while eating my wrap I realized that the tortilla is homemade!! *Drool* soooo yummyyy

Great place for beer sampling, focaccia bread, vegan pasta, fried shrimp, and fish and chips. The pasta, focaccia bread, tartar sauce, balsamic vinegar, and other items are made from scratch at the restaurant. Everything we tried was so tasty! Plus, the vegan pasta dish was so flavorful with balanced flavors, it put Bay Area vegan dishes to shame. I just can’t believe how awesome Dancing Fox Winery & Brewery is!

Carne asada tacos, brick oven taratata pizza, and sliders for the kids. This isn't a kid friendly place unless your kids sit still. The atmosphere is geared more towards date nights. We chose it because we were meeting as a family for a wedding. I apologize to the staff for some of our rambunctious members. Despite our big group the server did his best to serve us. They have one vegan meal and can turn the pizza into dairy free versions. But my dad said the ribs are the best. Perfectly cooked. They are lacking in gluten-free but can make a few things safely.

Second time here after a visit a few years ago where my daughter and I weren’t treated very well. They have redeemed themselves in our eyes today! They were so friendly and gracious and the food was fabulous! We had the margarita pizzas and mandarin salads and key lime pie for dessert. Jason was our server and he was on point the whole time. I don’t get back to Lodi very often but when I do, it’s important to me to have a special time with my girl and they made this lunch special with their great customer service and positive attitude. Will be back next time.

We visited here for lunch after a morning of wine tasting. It’s a wonderful place right in downtown Lodi. The decor is old world charm so you’ll get a kick out of noticing all the different details. The service was impeccable. We were seated immediately and our waiter was attentive and helpful. I ordered the fish and chips and he ordered the chicken pineapple pizza. The fish was delicious. The batter was light and crispy. The fries are amazing. I’m still thinking about them. He said his pizza was delicious as well. I ordered the Foxes Delight for dessert. After him telling me he doesn’t eat dessert he proceeds to eat half. It was truly yummy. We will definitely be back.

We stumbled into this place to kill time the other night and felt so lucky. We lucked out having the owner and wine maker to pour us a tasting. And the wines were spectacular. Our introduction to Lodi wines couldn’t have started on a higher note. Aside from how phenomenal the wine was the story and family legacy of this place was rich, humble and enjoyable to learn. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Shangri La Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar is a contemporary eatery and bar that offers a variety of Asian cuisine such as sushi, teriyaki, bento boxes, and other dishes. The vegan options include vegetarian roll sushi, cucumber roll sushi, edamame beans, and crab-less cucumber salad. The food is described as excellent with the vegetarian roll being particularly enjoyable.
My husband and I recently enjoyed a delightful lunch date. The restaurant's ambiance was lovely, creating a romantic atmosphere that we truly appreciated. The food was exceptional. We sampled the OMG Roll, Dad Roll, and Lion King Roll, all of which were outstanding. My personal favorite was the Lion King Roll, while my husband preferred the OMG Roll. We also indulged in the Garlic Fried Rice, which was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, ensuring our drinks were always refilled and checking on us regularly. We had a wonderful dining experience and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Come here all the time. Love the food. Today got $120 worth of food plus a tip. Asked for extra sauce they charged us for 5 extra sauces only got 3, they proceeded to charge us another 0.75 per 6 more sauces… I understand it’s a business but have never had an issue with this before considering how much money we spend here. Plus got home to notice smaller than normal portions.

My husband and I came here for an early dinner. We wished we had gone elsewhere. While most of our food was good. Our main course wasn't. I got the orange chicken bento box. Which I didn't finish. The orange chicken was hard and tough to chew. I left it behind and my husband got chow mein... Which was under cooked and tasteless. He had to add soy sauce for some flavor ...and he also left his food behind. The service was good though...our server checked on us a few times and it was a nice place... But the food sucked.

This place used to be good. We hadn’t been for a long time, but decided to go there for dinner. Big mistake. First off, the hot tea was barely lukewarm and we told the server and she said it would take 20 minutes to get hot water. Our sushi roll came and I couldn’t believe how small it was compared to a few years ago. It did not taste fresh. The soup and the rest of the dishes came at the same time - all barely lukewarm. We told the server three times, she offered to heat it up in the microwave. We were hungry and just ate it anyway. The bill came and it was $80. We asked for a discount because the food was cold and she said she couldn’t do that. We asked to speak to the manager. He wouldn’t come talk to us and told the server no discount. Of course we paid the bill and left. Terrible experience.

Shangri La Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar was disappointing overall. While the menu offers a variety of Asian dishes and sushi, the execution was lacking—some items were bland, and others overly salty. For the cost, I expected much better food and service, and I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to dine here. We paid $3.25 for soda and never received a refill; they only refilled the water. We did not try the sushi, just the food.

Deli
Fiori's Butcher Shoppe & Deli, established in 1983 by Joe and Barbara Fiori, began as a humble butcher shop specializing in cured and marinated meats. Due to popular demand, it blossomed into a delightful deli offering an array of scrumptious sandwiches—like the beloved pesto chicken—and fresh salads. It's the perfect pit stop for lunch before heading out to explore nearby wineries or nature preserves.
Pastrami sandwich with sour dough roll. Has to be one of my favorite sandwiches I have ever had. The bread was so “chewy” the sprouts add a subtle texture crunch but green flavor. Such a simple concept to swap out over lettuce but it made such a hug impact. This place deserves 6 stars if you ask me. The service was quick and amazingly clean for how busy it was.

Best sandwich place I’ve ever been to!! Owner is so sweet and still comes into the shop to help out. Delicious and fresh ingredients. Super nice and helpful employed and a great atmosphere. My favorite is the chicken ceaser sandwich!! They make their own dressing

Great sandwiches and soups! Wish there was more meats in the sandwiches, you can add extra or double for an upcharge. Pasta and potato salad are a bit strong in flavor. Love their cookies!

Awesome place! Great selection of sandwiches to choose from. Very reasonable price, fresh and delicious! They will customize to your liking, just ask. Some modifications cost and some don't. Lots of deli items as well. If you're in Lodi and you want some real food go here, you won't be disappointed.

My go to is the Cranberry Express and my friend got the Virgin Vegetarian. They were both delicious. Really love that you can customize any sandwich and a lot of bread options and the salads are delicious.
J B — Google review
Fiori’s has been one of my favorite places for over 25 years! Their food is incredibly consistent, the quality of fabulous, the pricing is fair, and there is nowhere as quintessential Lodi as they are. My favorite sandwiches are the Jerry Rice and Cranberry Express. Don’t forget to add Mendocino Mustard! And definitely don’t forget to browse through their dessert case, butcher case, or cases of local goods. If you’re going right at noon, you can expect a little bit of a wait— but plan to meet a friend and use the extra time to catch up with one another! There is plenty of seating inside and out, it is always clean and friendly. I’ll continue being a customer for as long as they’re around!
Kate W — Google review
This place is always packed—and for good reason! The food is great. Unfortunately, their hours are limited: open only from 8 to 4 on weekdays and closed on weekends. That makes it tough for anyone with a typical Monday–Friday job to stop by for a sandwich or to pick up meats. So I NEVER get to come by.

Fiori's of Lodi, California came highly recommended by one of our friends. Frappes were fantastic. The soup and sandwich were just okay. I thought there was a mistake on my sandwich, but my cousin's sandwich was also skimpy. There was some meat in the sandwich, but otherwise, it was mostly thick bread, tomatoes, and lettuce. Possible this was an off occurrence. Clean restaurant.

Denny's is a casual eatery chain that serves traditional American comfort cuisine, including popular breakfast dishes available all day. Upon arrival, a group of four was promptly seated without delay. After a brief wait of five minutes, they received their beverages and proceeded to order the classic sampler as an appetizer. Throughout the evening, their waitress Jenna ensured excellent service by taking orders and attentively attending to their needs. She consistently checked on them and provided top-notch assistance.
Came here on a Thursday morning around 3am and the place was quiet and chill. Our server was very friendly and nice and we were seated very quickly. We ordered the country fried steak with the cinnamon roll pancakes. The food came out in a few mins and it was very tasty. We left with our food finished and the pancakes to takeout. Overall great experience, great food, and a great server. Definitely would come back and recommend.

I had a great breakfast this morning! I had t-bone steak well done w/ hashbrown over easy on my eggs w/ white toast. And got my wife Philly cheese steak omellete.

The salad was nonexistent. A fourth of what I got from Dennys in Marina. The bun was so hard it broke when I picked it up. Also we ordered onion rings and only got 5. The meat tasted off. I give this a 0. Don't eat here.

Came in late night after a concert and the servers was kind and attentive. My food came out super quick and everything was just as I ordered it. Tasted great and servers made sure to check on me throughout. Bathrooms are also kept clean.

Pat was amazing. She had multiple tables by herself since we stopped in at midnight but the service was amazing. She was always checking in on us. Definitely recommend stopping by.

06/03/2025 We were greeted and quickly seated. We had ordered the All-American slam. The eggs were good. We did like the bacon more than the sausage. The hash browns were crispy. The coffee was a little strong for me. The customer service was excellent. They checked on us a lot and asked how things were or if we needed anything. They were plenty of parking. Nice Denny's to have breakfast.

Absolutely amazing! This has to be the best Denny’s I’ve been too in months. Our server Manal was so sweet and took really good care of us. She was so fast at getting our order in and our food to us. Definitely would recommend this location

The Java Stop is a drive-thru-only coffee shop in Lodi that offers exceptional service and the best coffee in the entire state. Customers can order from the counter and observe as the clerks efficiently retrieve orders from the drive-thru. The staff is incredibly kind-hearted, making it a highly recommended destination for anyone visiting Lodi. This great establishment not only serves delicious brews like their popular extreme toffee flavor, but they also provide a variety of other excellent beverages.
I always forget that their drink sizes are massive; therefore, I always end up with a delicious super-sized ice americano that keeps me up for 72 hours lol. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Great service and quick.

This place is good. They know how to make the best Italian sodas in town, add cream, and/or a soft top to make them even better. They also make great blended beverages! They have good bagels and even have gluten-free sourdough 'bagels' that are pretty good! Customer service is good. The biggest bummer is that they have been out of sugar-free mocha for over a month and that is deeply missed.

This restaurant offers a decent breakfast, especially the bagels, which are consistently soft and delicious. The core breakfast items are also well-prepared and flavorful. However, the service is a major letdown. I frequently pay for extras like lettuce and bacon, but they're rarely included in my order. On top of that, even after ordering online 20 minutes in advance, I've consistently waited an additional 10-15 minutes for my food. The atmosphere is also inconsistent; it's pleasant when busy, but cold when it's just me. Overall, a 3-star experience, bordering on 2.

Every time I go there I have to wait like 10 or 15 minutes no joking because they are so slow. It is so aggravating. Why in the world does it take 10 minutes to make somebody a coffee? This happens every time and there have been moments where I have waited 20 minutes in line just so I could order a coffee so now I just go to Starbucks and skip them over completely because it's not worth waiting for. Half the time my coffee is not even hot

I ordered a coffee and a turkey avocado sandwich I specifically asked for just turkey and avocado and ended up with all the fixings on it very unsatisfactory brought the food back and they fixed it at no cost but I shouldn’t have to go fix my own order.

First time here and didn’t know what to try. Serena helped me and suggested her signature drink, matcha with lavender. I love both Ingredients and it did not disappoint. Best matcha I have ever had. And the customer service was excellent. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

We came to sit and discuss over a coffee. Drive through only. The clerks put on the menu and allowed us to order from the counter and watch them run outside to pick up our orders from the drive thru. Nothing but kindness of heart, BEST coffee, BEST service in the entire state!!! Recommend? You bet and we will patronize every time we visit Lodi. I would go out of my way to come here and hope you will too.
