Shopping mall
Shopping
Valdosta Mall, situated in Valdosta, Georgia, is a spacious indoor shopping center offering a diverse range of chain retailers, boutiques, restaurants, and an arcade. The mall's central location makes it a popular choice for both locals and visitors seeking a wide array of shopping and entertainment options. With over 70 retailers and dining establishments, the mall provides ample opportunities for indulging in retail therapy or enjoying a meal. Additionally, the well-maintained interior creates a pleasant shopping environment.
They're making some improvements to the Mall! I love going on dates here with my husband. The AC on a hot summer day is amazing! It's a safe place to walk, very family friendly, and there are plenty of good stores to browse for everyone.
Cara W — Google review
Great mall for a town this size. Stores for about anyone. The mall is doing well. My only nitpick is that there should be more food options inside. Overall, it's petty good!
Woodf — Google review
Definitely a mall worth checking out! Super nice and actually had multiple stores opened
Caitlin W — Google review
I love this place. Even if im bored one day and want to get out and do something, this is a good place to go to in order to enjoy yourself whether you are just wanting to walk around, in the market for something, want to eat out, or if you just want to play games with the family. This is a must shop at place if you are in the area.

Went in to check some stores out and got food from Pei Wei, food was good. Attempted to go into the restroom afterwards and did not see the closed sign hanging way above the door. Dude with blue hair cleaning it was very rude and made it seem like it was my fault. Not sure if he was just having a crappy day or what, but its no way to treat a customer and needs to learn some etiquette. Won't be coming back because of him.
Austin S — Google review
This Mall is like any big City Mall, it has everything you can imagine, just Google for all the stores you like. I was visiting the America’s Best store there for some new eyewear. Conveniently located off of Exit 18 on interstate 75. Lots of hotels nearby and restaurants. Valdosta is a striving city with everything your larger cities offer. Nice spacious subdivisions, Homes, Condos, Apartments, etc. loads of schools for growing families too. Valdosta State University is here too.
Rosa B — Google review
Very small Mall compared to most of Florida Malls. But it was clean and not so crowded during the time I was there. A Lot of the stores were not open during our visit but we did get some exercise of walking.
Dorothia M — Google review
Its fine. Run of the mill mall, burnt food court smell when you walk in, shops coming and going except for your staples. Gamestop, Hot Topic, etc. Not a bad place to go but still kinda just average.

Mexican restaurant
Restaurant
El Toreo Mexican Restaurant is a lively eatery that offers authentic Mexican cuisine, such as fajitas, tacos, and tamales. It stands out among other similar establishments due to its festive atmosphere and traditional dishes. The menu features familiar items like chips and salsa, queso, enchiladas, and quesadillas at comparable prices. However, one unique offering is the mahi-mahi—grilled to perfection with a thick cut and delightful seasoning.
I recently visited El Toro Mexican Restaurant at 1713 Gornto Rd, in Valdosta, GA. I had a nice experience when I had a nice dinner there. I sat at the bar and was greeted promptly and my drink order taken. I ordered the guacamole w chips to start. It was very good and a good sized portion. I was surprised no meal specials on a Monday night. I ordered a burrito and it was very good. A nice place.
Greg K — Google review
This place is fantastic! They gave us time to experience our Monster Margarita and enjoy our time together! Starting with the salsa, definitely not too spicy as some have found so maybe they have adjusted the recipe. Queso dip was perfect! Fajitas for two, combo steak and chicken, and a small $6 charge for second rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream - great option! Our server was friendly, attentive, and a joy to talk with. We will definitely visit again when passing through Valdosta!
David E — Google review
The only thing worth consuming in this whole monstrosity is the chips and salsa. My margarita was not worth the ice that it was poured on. The enchiladas are weird and tasteless. If I give this establishment zero stars I would. The atmosphere is confusing and it's a lot going on. From the pictures on the seats to the loofah on the ceiling. This is not Mexican, this is a abomination and to think I passed taco bell for this.
Toya R — Google review
This Mexican restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have tried in the city. Their food is fresh, delicious, and affordable. I particularly like their tacos, which have very fresh beef and vegetables and a very authentic taste. In addition, their chicken pancakes are also delicious, paired with homemade yogurt sauce and chili sauce for a better taste. In addition to food, the service of this restaurant is also excellent, and the staff are warm and friendly, always making people feel at home. The atmosphere of the entire restaurant is also very good, with simple and fashionable decorations, making people feel very comfortable. If you want to try an authentic Mexican restaurant, I strongly recommend it!
Kulmatova K — Google review
The place is really nice, I mean it was very clean and tidy. Our servers were even awesome oh and the sweet tea was excellent however the food was just awful, my husband really enjoys Mexican food and he was very disappointed. I wish I knew the name of the dish but I can't recall. I had chicken tenders and couldn't believe that they served me 2 little processed meat paddies that were pure rubber. Needless to say that was our first and last time eating at this establishment.
Gina S — Google review
Wednesday they have 2x1 Beers, shoots and wine, you can choose from XXX EQUIS,MODELO AND TWO MORE LOCAL. BEERS, my first round I choose XXX EQUIS I did not like the taste so the second one I choose Modelo but the waiter came back and told me that since it was a different beer even thought it was included in the 2X1 special I have to pay extra.
Nadel D — Google review
Really great place! Friendly staff and hot/fresh food. Queso is delicious, the Grande Burrito was awesome! Salsa has a little heat but not too much, perfect. Ice cold beer selection too. Def recommend coming here if you're looking for Mexican food or just a cool place to hang and have a couple drinks with friends.

Breakfast restaurant
Diner
Cracker Barrel, a popular American chain known for its comforting cuisine and unique on-site general store, offers a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Their Signature Fried Chicken dish is particularly enticing, priced at $11.99 and served with two sides. Opting for the hash brown casserole and mashed potatoes with brown gravy proved to be a satisfying choice. The chicken itself was tender and flavorful, while the potatoes were also tasty.
Lord this poor store!! Their manager passed away this past week unexpectedly and they are just trying so hard to keep it together. They were out of buns for our burgers but made them with sourdough instead and we honestly enjoyed that more! Please thank them for all they’re doing because they’re just having such a rough time!!
Rick W — Google review
We decided to go off the beaten path and go to Cracker Barrel for Sunday dinner. Well, we should have gone further down another path. It took us nearly twenty-five minutes to be seated and another twenty minutes before our order was taken, and another fifteen minutes before our food arrived. This just happened to be one of those times when both my wife and I were pretty hungry. After waiting a while longer, the server brought out biscuits and cornbread, with jam/jelly, which was delicious. I ordered the pot roast, which was tender, but lacked the traditional pot roast flavor, and the carrots were not cooked properly. My wife ordered the grilled chicken, which she said was cooked absolutely perfectly. I’m sure we will dine there again, but the pot roast will not be on the list.
Carl C — Google review
This Cracker Barrel location was just okay. It was busy when we arrived, which we understand, but the service was disappointing. Our waiter seemed disconnected and not very attentive. We ordered biscuits to start, but even those came out late—after our incorrect food order had already been brought out by a different server. The mix-up only added to the confusion, and by the time the biscuits finally arrived, the entire experience felt disorganized and frustrating. Not the quality or service we’ve come to expect from Cracker Barrel.

I came to Cracker Barell after sunday service a few weeks ago , and I regretted it the second my foot touched the parking lot. Our server was a thin white girl with curly brown hair i think her name was either Louri or Lauren. We were sitting for 1 minute before we were greeted. My daughter has worked in restaurants and she is required to greet her customers within 30sec. We told her we were ready to order when she finally came and she had the audacity to tell me before I even ordered that the kitchen was "backed up." She said the food was taking longer than usual and they were taking 30-45 to make the food. Excuse me? I waited 15 minutes to get a table just to be told "it'll be a while" before I even LOOKED at a menu? her excuse was that she wanted to let us know before hand incase we were in a rush. I felt as if i was being told to get out. Unprofessional is an understatement. I felt personally attacked. My husband and I ordered the meatloaf and chicken and dumplings at 11:02. We didn't get our food until 11:19. That is 17 Minutes. The server said the food was "already made" so it “might” come out faster. That was a lie. If it was already made why did it take so long to come out? I barely got any dumplings in my bowl first of all. and the biscuits? They were so dry and hard they were like a hockey puck. My chicken and dumplings also did not look like the picture on the website. We informed our server about these issues and she said she would “take care of it” she disappeared for 5 minutes and came back and told us that she was sorry and we would not be expected to pay for anything. There was no explanation as to why our food took so long, no manager, she just told us not to pay. She offered us to get us something else to eat or a desert but I barely survived the first meal. We felt dismissed when all she offered was free food. Clearly our server needs more training on how to get food out faster, how to properly portion food, how to great guests in 30 seconds, and how to bake a biscuit that is not rock hard. This place needs a serious rethink. I will not be back.
Constance B — Google review
We was sat down past 2 sections that had plenty of seats, 10 minutes before drink order with issues with who was serving us. After nothing on our table in 20 minutes like drinks or biscuits we all decide this wasn’t a good start and would become worse. We got up and left manager stopped us at front door to why we are leaving and it’s lack of service. Next door was great at old times country restaurant. As nd I’ve been to many of Cracker Barrel’s. And I understand it happens and each location is different

We went to Cracker Barrel for the first time yesterday, and it was such a great experience. We were looking for some good pancakes, and we sure did find that and with incredible service! I believe our waitress’ name was Tommy, and she was lovely and made us feel welcome, even brought some beignets for us to try as it was our first visit… and they were as good as my grandma’s! We recommend a visit to this store, you won’t regret it! :)

Absolutely love this store!!! Our server Shana was so sweet and attentive. She refilled our drinks before we even knew we needed one!! Their new Wild Berry tea is so good!! I would drink that all day if I could!! I ordered the Wednesday special, broccoli cheddar chicken which was AMAZING!! My husband got their shepherds pie which was also very good! Our food was hot and delicious. Their staff is so friendly and on point!!

My visit was wonderful! The food and the service were both fantastic. Toni and Jacob went out of their way to grant our special request. Steak house
American restaurant
Restaurant
Texas Roadhouse is a lively chain steakhouse that offers American cuisine with a Southwestern twist, set amidst Texas-themed decor. Known for its hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and signature house-made rolls, the restaurant provides a vibrant dining experience. Despite initial reservations about visiting the establishment, one customer had an exceptional experience largely due to their server's attentive and friendly service.
Food was great. Restaurant was hopping. Service was good. It always bothers me though when the server won’t take away your dirty dishes. They just let them sit there, so you push them to the very edge as a hint and the server still leaves them. Yhea that irks me. The steakhouse salad was great though.

Server was great. Onion blossom a little under cooked and we had to send it back. Steaks were ordered medium while one was good the other burnt on the one side. The food didn’t take long to come out and the service was very good. I always love coming to this location

Yuppers another Texas in Georgia experience done good! Joshua, our bartender, took great care of us for sure: Peanuts..check, fresh hot rolls...check ...ice cold beers..check...great attitude and inviting...check. So food, one had half huge rack of ribs, falling off the bones good. I tried the chicken strips, so tender and so much. Naturally a great salad and usual great vibes at the Roadhouse! If you're near staying at a hotel, driving through or live here come on down, be early or wait but even then... worth it!

Ordered a 28oz steak. I unfortunately had to send it back. Once it arrived it was cooked to perfection. The manager also arrived to make sure it was cooked how I wanted it. Stacy was our waitress and we are grateful for her hospitality and patience as we were a party of 6. We would like to extend our gratitude. I am from Texas, and we were glad to have a little bit of Texas in Georgia. Thank you from all of us!

Everyone enjoyed their meal. From the steak and ribs combo to the portobello chicken entree to the wings to the cheeseburger sliders meal to the salmon entree. Our server was great and very friendly. The rolls OMG; they are the best thus far. They were warm and scrumptious, and let's not forget about the oh so good butter that compliments it. The water didn't taste bad for tap water and seemed filtered. The restaurant and restroom were clean.

Movie theater
Valdosta Cinemas, located at 1608 Baytree Road in Valdosta, GA, is a 16-screen movie theater that showcases first-run feature films with digital projection and sound. The theater offers stadium seating, a party room, and the option to watch 3D movies. Additionally, there is a lobby snack bar serving food and drinks. Recent visitors have praised the comfortable reclining chairs and the improved 3D auditorium.
Chairs were great , soft comfortable reclining chairs! Loved the experience for sure.... Only thing I didn't care for is there are kiosks to order tickets and they send through your email so be prepared. I didn't get my email right away so I went and asked the lady up front and she went ahead and printed them for me.
Angi D — Google review
Really comfortable and organized movie theater. Everytime I go there’s not many people. Probably because I mostly go on the week. Combos are pricey I got charged 30 dollars for one that has medium popcorn two drinks and a chocolate. But if you are a member you get discount specially on Tuesday’s, discount is for the tickets and small popcorns. So go on Tuesday lol. Bathrooms are usually not that clean that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars.
Andrea B — Google review
We have been coming here for over 10 years the staff is always been great. But lately some of the new theater room chairs need replacing due to being used so much. So I guess that’s a good thing it being a highly popular place to hang out with the children, family or loved one.
Joy H — Google review
Check in went really smoothly and the young ladies at the front were ready and willing to help wherever possible. There were lots of availability, the seats were comfortable and the movie theater sounds were just right and not too loud. The temperature setting was great, finally sat at a theater that didn’t freeze me to the point to where I would be uncomfortable. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit Valdosta Ga.
Landon P — Google review
The only positive about this theater is the chairs, but the staff sucks. 2 stars at best. Everyone is consistently mean and lazy, they didn’t even bother wiping down the seats or cleaning our theater. Actually heard them admit that they haven’t gotten around to cleaning our theater and the movie was supposed to start in 10 minutes. I can confirm they never did as I had to sit in Chocolate the entire movie while some nasty girl in front of us was picking her toes and sticking her feet in the air. I paid 40 dollars to see a movie and left with ruined shorts and some strange stories to tell
Spencer S — Google review
I came to this theater in May, the opening weekend of the new Lilo and Stitch movie and the first things I noticed was how nasty the glass doors were. The popcorn station had dirty napkins, open straws, and trash everywhere. The bathrooms smelled and every surface was untidy. The seats had trash from the previous movie in it. I chopped it up to it being in the middle of the day and the theater being overrun with people excited to see movies. I have now come for the opening weekend of the bad guys movie 2 and we are at the first showing of the day movie that just opened and I am beyond shocked. The doors are disgusting yet again. As I’m trying to order my snacks for my family the manager and employee are literally talking to each other giggling and laughing while I am trying to communicating my order. I went to the bathroom and had to go to three different stalls before I found a clean enough toilet, There was hair and dirt all over the floor. The staff was incredibly unmotivated, and unwelcoming. And I am writing this review sitting from my chair in the theater where I found trash in my cupholder and on the floor yet again. I don’t even usually leave reviews, but I feel like something needs to be said for the staff to do better. Take pride in your business, and have your employees take pride in their job. I write this so that their is awareness and the movies can be a place that is enjoyable experience for all.
Bryant S — Google review
The seating is a little loved, but the experience is great! The food and drinks are a little expensive but worth the splurge. I wish ticket prices weren't so high, but I want to support my local theater as much as I can when I can.

I love the recliner seats! Good popcorn and you can put your own amount of butter topping on it from the island in the middle.

Chick-fil-A is a beloved fast-food chain renowned for its mouthwatering chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and an array of fresh salads and sides. The atmosphere can get quite bustling during lunch hours, but the dedicated staff excels at managing the crowd with efficiency and warmth. One standout feature is the manager's delightful interaction with customers, especially children who are invited to create their own ice cream cones.
Great service! It get very, very busy around lunch time and the employees do a wonderful job under pressure with the crowd and get your food out as quickly as possible with a smile! The manager here is so sweet, she always let's my child go behind the counter to make her ice cream cone. And when they get extremely busy she goes around cleaning off the tables and greeting customers asking if they need anything, you can't ask for better service than that!

For a smaller Chick-fil-A, this place still delivered! My food was fresh and on point and the customer service also did not disappoint! It was worth the quick stop and I definitely will be going here again! The news grilled spicy deluxe is officially my favorite of everything here!

They have really good attitudes for the most part.its a hit or miss with the food though. I had to go back 2 times the other night and it was still incorrect so I just put it as almost $10 bucks in the trash can. They are not very speedy with curbside service either 2 outta 3 times i have to walk in and i always order before! But when they are on their Agame its good and worth the $$. Never order a five lb bag of ice if you want 5lbs of ice they barely fill it half way up for the price you pay
Tiffany W — Google review
The last 6 times I have gone to this location, my order has been incorrect. Invariably, 1 or 2 items have been left off or details of the order have been ignored. I now sit at the drive-in window and go through my bags to see what is wrong and get it corrected before I move my car. Tonight I was sick and I wanted Chick fila chicken noodle soup with crackers. My husband asked for extra pickles on his sandwich. He also ordered a chocolate milkshake. No crackers were in our bag. Only two pickle slices were on his sandwich, and his chocolate milkshake was vanilla. Since I usually pick up our food, he did not realize the importance of checking the order. When I go to other locations, I don’t have this problem. I hope that the staff will get some training about how to double-check orders before handing them to the customer.
Deborah H — Google review
Not awesome at all. High price for a minimal chicken sandwich. I mean if your idea of good eating is a soggy bun one pickle and a bland fried chicken breast then this may be the place for you. One thing that I have to give them is they got that drive thru down to a science. All the other window service guys should take a page out of their playbook on this one. Three stars given for speed of delivery but for me there are definitely better options.
Dale B — Google review

Steak house
Outback Steakhouse is a lively Australian-themed restaurant chain that offers a variety of hearty steakhouse dishes, including steaks and seafood. The dining experience at this establishment is often described as exceptional, with attentive and friendly servers who provide great recommendations. Customers have praised the flavorful and perfectly cooked steaks, along with other menu items such as the Blooming Onion and French onion soup. The limited-time Aussie menu has also received positive feedback for its delicious offerings like the Chinook ribs.
We were seated really quickly and helped fast. The people were friendly. It didn't take long to order or receive or food. I really liked my pasta, shrimp and steak. But, my old man said his steak needed a little bit more seasoning. The blooming onion (not shown) was delicious as well.
Julie B — Google review
Kind of a weird experience here. I’m pretty sure I was served a sirloin when I ordered a filet. It definitely wasn’t tender like the Victoria’s Filet usually is and the cut looks wrong. The steak and the GSB also were dramatically underseasoned next to the normal “bold” preparation at other Outbacks, and my Caesar salad had maybe 3 croutons in it.
Eddie C — Google review
This is a nice place. Not super loud but very dark. I had to use my cellphone flashlight. The food was flavorful the steakhouse Mac n cheese was delish had a mims Cajun kick. The steak was good but over cooked. I love the salted baked potato. It did need more butter. We could've asked just didn't.

We had a great time at Outback in Valdosta today. Our server Bridgette was extremely helpful with finding out about items because of my gluten sensitivity. She was friendly and always smiling. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Outback is always a safe bet when you’re craving something hearty. The steak was cooked right, the Bloomin’ Onion never misses, and the bread they bring out? Still undefeated. Service was friendly, and everything came out fast. Not fancy, but you know exactly what you’re getting — and sometimes that’s exactly what you want.
Matthew S — Google review
Several gluten-free options on the menu. Very thoughtful. Servers are friendly and accommodating. No happy hour though. Otherwise they'd get five stars. No reason for a bar not to offer happy hour even out here in Valdosta
Jupiter G — Google review
The exterior of the steak was overcooked and therefore chewy. The onion pedals were soggy. The food tasted ok. I am see why the place next door had a line out the door and Outback was pretty much empty. Definitely not worth the nearly 40 bucks.

Outback in Valdosta is definitely slipping off the slope. The food is hit or miss. The hostess was in the back when we entered—so not there to greet but in the kitchen. After some time we are finally welcomed and seated. However, in her defense, we observed her bussing tables and other duties. The Caesar salad was mostly filler-tough leaf (see photo). The bread was excellent! The fillet was excellent! The staff were very nice! The Porterhouse was dry and tough (see photo). No manager was ever seen to check on the tables. The servers could use some more training. An order of a side was incorrect and was only finally brought out after two staff were provided two reminders and it was finally presented after my wife’s meal was finished. Our ice was consistently dry as we waited for a beverage to refresh it, All this and the restaurant was fairly empty. The bathroom has enough dust above the horizontal part of the stalls to grow potatoes, and the tidiness of the bathroom counters need a serious reevaluation. We will definitely choose another steak house option in Valdosta for some time (and I was there for their opening night in the late ‘90s. It was out of sight!!)

Fast food restaurant
Taco Bell is a quick-service restaurant specializing in Mexican-inspired cuisine like tacos, quesadillas, and nachos. The Valdosta location stands out as the best in the area, known for its exceptional customer service. The food is prepared swiftly and tastes fantastic. The ingredients are expertly assembled to ensure an accurate and delicious dining experience. It feels like the dishes are freshly cooked, kept warm inside, and ready for takeout.
They JUST BROUGHT BACK NUGGETS 2 days ago!!! Mmmm Nice employees today! Quick ordering. Line moved fast that’s until my food. We did have quite a bit though. Everyone was staying very busy in the back. Health department rated “A - 98%” Hours - 9am - 3am My order WAS CORRECT! Yay!

I come to this Taco Bell all the time. They used to have a fantastic night shift staff, and even late into the evening the staff was kind, and the food was hot. Sense some people have left, I’ve noticed a big decline in customer service, but also in food quality. I went through the drive-thru this evening, and had the most horrendous experience, so bad that I decided to give a review(and I’ve never left a review anywhere). I ordered 3 cantina melted chicken tacos and a loaded nacho. The first go around I got a tiny tiny little back of chips, and a barely filled side cup of nacho sauce, and my three “cantina” melted chicken tacos. Quickly I realize that my nachos are far from what I ordered and payed for, so I go back around and the women at the window appears happy to fix the mistake. She hands me my “corrected” loaded nachos and I drive off. I drive back home, home being only 3 minutes away, just to open up my nachos. COLD to the touch. The meat is COLD the cheese is completely COLD. Every single thing was completely cold. It was awful. But that’s not even the worst part. The “beans” were in a large DRY cold clump in the middle. You could pick the “beans” up with your hands and it would almost flake out of your hand like saw dust. I didn’t even begin to attempt to eat the nachos in fear of getting sick. It was extremely clear that the night crew was lazy and careless because they just wanted to go home. Mind you, I worked in fast food for 3 years, so I know the run down, and THIS, THIS is completely inexcusable or acceptable. Then I go to try and at least eat my “cantina” melt thing, and none of them have any of the sauce they are supposed to have. Conveniently, they didn’t give me a receipt… did not even offer one… wonder why.. But I’ve got pictures! I want my refund or SOMETHING!

Today, June 11,2025, I wanted to revisit my review and give a special shout out to Keneiah Wright! It was pouring rain when my visit occurred. I chose to use the app and their thru. The people here were great. We didn't want to go inside since it is not easy walking through the hard rain. We also have certain disabilities that rain makes it difficult. They gave me no issues changing the problem I had with my potatoes at the drive thru and giving me refills due to the extenuating circumstances. Awesome service!

I ordered through Door Dash. I received something ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IN MY FOOD! THIS IS A MAJOR HEALTH VIOLATION!!! I have never been more disgusted in my life! I am reporting them to the health department as well! I will NEVER eat there again!!!!

If you're not paying someone to take the orders and I'm having to do it myself then lower your prices! The kiosks are nothing but frustrating! Put a real human being back at the counter!

I see you have made it official with the boxes. That 9 dollar box looks exceptionally nice. How about some new sauces??? Maybe sweet chili mild and hot???🔔🤙🤙

The nacho fries were so bad today. Like stale and cold DIDNT EVEN TRY! Quesadilla was burnt...like i mean the tortilla was BLACK and hard. And the second one was undercooked and soggy. The fiesta potatoes were burnt too. Bro whoever is in the kitchen tonight dropped the ball. Lowkey the worst taco bell ive been to. Tables were dirty on top of everything. Just sad i wasted my money on this.

I ordered a veggie box and a black bean grilled cheese burrito, I was given a BEEF grilled cheese burrito and this as my chalupa. Every single part of my food was cold and didn’t seemed cooked at all it felt as if the food had been made and sitting all day long. Seeing other reviews seems this is common in the night shift. Would give zero stars if possible.

Buffet restaurant
Chow Town Grill & Buffet is a delightful destination for food lovers in Valdosta, offering an impressive selection of over 300 dishes that cater to diverse tastes. This straightforward Chinese buffet features everything from succulent oysters and crab legs to fresh sushi, ensuring there's something for everyone. Guests can enjoy the flexibility of dining in or opting for carry-out, making it a convenient choice for any occasion. The atmosphere is inviting, perfect for indulging in a hearty meal with friends or family.
This place is so good if you want to have good Chinese food!! Some may not like it but this place is one that me and my family go back to all the time and it is great!! The workers are great! People are so nice and if you go during certain times of the day (when it opens, lunch, and dinner) then the food is so fresh! Sushi is amazing and believe it or not the chicken is SO GOOD!! 100/10 will be going back many times
Baylie G — Google review
This place really needs renovation. The buffet was dark and not very clean. Philadelphia sushi was listed, but it was not available. We appreciate the special sushi made for our family, but I'm not sure we would like to visit this buffet again.
Natalya A — Google review
I rarely write reviews, but this buffet was such a letdown that I feel compelled to share my experience. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place had seen better days. The atmosphere felt tired, and the food didn’t do anything to improve that impression. Most of the items on the buffet line looked like they had been sitting out for hours. What should’ve been hot was lukewarm at best, and several dishes were dried out or just plain unappetizing. The sushi tasted stale, the fried items were soggy, and the carving station was unmanned half the time. Even basic items like rice and noodles were overcooked or bland. To make matters worse, the service was indifferent. Empty trays weren’t being replenished quickly, and when we asked about specific dishes, the staff seemed disinterested or confused. The dessert section looked promising, but appearances were deceiving. Most items were overly sweet or tasted like they came from a supermarket freezer. At nearly$20, I expected much better. There are plenty of other buffets that offer fresher food, better variety, and a more enjoyable experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food or good value.

This buffet was recommended to us. We love a good buffet. Unfortunately we were not impressed with the food or service. Everything was ok.
Janet S — Google review
This place was extremely disappointing. The food was super dry with some actually being inedible. Even the “fresh” fruit they brought out. None of us finished any of the food we had on our plates. Impossible to truly enjoy anything. And the cost was outrageous!!! $80 for 4 of us, but we had a child under 12. Which means they couched the additional fee in with the drink price. Now, I will give credit to our waiter, he did an excellent job clearing plates, refilling drinks, and checking on us. And not just our table, but he stayed on top of busing and taking care of the customers in his section. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

Chow town on Baytree!! My family and I came in today and I was paying with cash for my daughter and I and leaving the tip on my dads card as he was paying for his and my moms. I sever got mad and started saying no tip no tip , out no tip on table!?!? ! I told her we was going to tip with the card. She gave me an evil look and said no you paid with cash and stormed off. All she did was refill our cups one time. But we all still were going to tip as it’s the norm but for her to pretty much demand a tip was completely insane!! We left $10 tip even after her rude attitude. We drove here from Thomasville just to eat there bc my daughter was asking so I wanted to take her out but the server getting mad and yelling messed up the experience there!! You lost our business!! FYI it was the bigger Chinese girl with glasses!!

The first time my husband and I went there, the food was really good. This last time, not so much. We were really disappointed this last time. I had some boiled shrimp, which was very salty. I can usually eat a lot of it, but after the second one, it was too much salt. The food wasn't as fresh as it should have been. Maybe they were having an off day. My husband and I won't be going back there any time soon. Very disappointing.

We used to visit this restaurant years ago and bragged about it to our family and friends. On 6/28/2025 we took our family there. We all began eating and looked at each other n disbelief. The food was cool and should have been hot. It was hard to chew and was a health risk. We stopped eating and made a complaint to the manager Michael. He was very rude saying we serve our food like warm and then said call the health department which my wife plans on doing. Do yourself a favor and don’t risk you or families health do not go there. He the manager couldn’t care less. This place went from a top ten to a ZERO!
