Nice & big shopping mall, need whole day to see all place. It's a nearby highway easy entrance. There are so many name brands & some local shop too. They have climbed for kids' play, too. There are plenty of free parking spaces but hard to find at the weekend.

Love this place. There’s lots of things to do for everyone. Plenty of stores to shop. They even have an adventure for kids, Dave & Buster’s, bumper, cars, plenty of stores. Including Bath & body Works, Macys, etc.

I've visited this mall 7 years ago but this is my 1st time writing a review. Mall is pretty big, it has multiple entrances, free parking and nearby major highway the NYS throughway I87. There's a climbing wall, arcade, multiple restaurants like cheesecake factory, yard and chilli's to new a few. There's a movie theater and even a go kart racing track. Good variety of different stores and shops. There's elevators for those with mobility issues. Decent size food court. Probably one of the coolest things there is ferris wheel so over all appearances great place to come hang out, watch a movie, get something to eat, try some racing and so much more. Definitely recommend visiting.

Visited Palisades Center in West Nyack and had an overall decent outing, with a few ups and downs. What worked well: The sheer size of the mall is impressive—four levels, over 200 stores, plenty of dining and entertainment options. Location and parking are convenient. It’s easily accessible from major routes and offers a lot of space for vehicles. For entertainment, there’s more than just shopping. If you’re looking to catch a movie, eat a good meal, or spend time with family, this place checks those boxes. What could be improved: Some of the store occupancy felt inconsistent. According to recent reviews, there are portions of the mall that feel less lively, with fewer operational storefronts than you might expect given the size. Navigation within the mall could be better. With four levels and a large layout, finding your way—especially to lesser‑known stores or entertainment zones—was a bit confusing at times. The ambiance in certain areas felt a bit dated. Maintenance and finishes in parts of the mall weren’t as sharp as some newer shopping destinations. Because of its size, it’s best to go with a plan—if you just wander without focus you might end up walking a lot without finding exactly what you’re looking for. Verdict: Palisades Center is a solid pick if you’re in the area and want a broad mix of shopping + dining + entertainment under one roof. For example, bring family, plan for a movie plus dinner, or handle multiple errands—it works well. On the other hand, if you’re seeking a boutique or luxury mall experience with all brand‑new finishes and minimal walking, you may feel a little underwhelmed. I’d give it 3.5 out of 5 stars, and would return—especially for the entertainment/dining side of things—but with tempered expectations regarding store variety and ambience.

Awesome experience. We went here for my son's 11th birthday. He had so much fun with his friends. The staff was very nice and pleasant.

We came to K1 Speed in the Palisades Mall with a group of four friends and honestly had an amazing time racing. We even got the $100 package for five races each, and had a blast. The issue started when we decided to spend extra money on the helmet cameras so we could take home recordings of our races. The cameras themselves were disappointing to begin with, terrible quality for the price they charge. But the real problem was that one of our videos never even showed up. When we scanned the QR code, it simply said “ video upload failed, contact customer service.” So we did. Instead of fixing the issue or offering any real solution, customer service told us there was no way to get the video back. That in itself was extremely frustrating, since the whole point of paying for the videos was to capture the memories of our experience. If you charge customers for a product, it should be delivered plain and simple. And then came the insult: instead of refunding the full price of the missing video or offering proper compensation, they gave us a “refund” of $3.25. That’s the price difference between a two-camera and a three-camera bundle. Honestly, $3.25 is a joke. We didn’t pay for “price differences,” we paid for a service that was never delivered. Mistakes happen, but the way K1 Speed handled this was unprofessional and dismissive. It completely soured what should have been a great day, and unless they change how they deal with situations like this, I wouldn’t recommend spending extra money there.

I started racing here in September 2024 and now I race consistently and am trying to go pro. This place sparked a huge passion for me and I’ve made so many memories, learned lessons, made lifelong friends… I have seen immature parents who don’t understand safety precautions, reckless drivers, insane crashes, etc. and people can complain about it all they want, but they can’t say anything about the staff. If you get stressed out about what you see, imagine working with that every single day. They have to deal with so much and it’s definitely hard to stay calm at times and they always manage to do so. I have so much respect for all the workers, some of which who have supported me and helped me for over a year now and I’ll forever be grateful for, such as Corrie, Matt, Tedd, Maya, etc. This is genuinely one of the most important places to me. I’ve made so many great memories and it has inspired me to keep going. Especially league night! So next time don’t complain about what goes on if you’re not a consistent racer like my friends and I are and you don’t understand basic concepts like respect, patience, and that refunds sometimes are not allowed!!!

Thank you 🤓 Complaint Against: K1 Speed – Palisades Center (West Nyack, NY) Date of Incident: September 27, 2025 Nature of Complaint: I am filing a formal complaint regarding a highly disappointing and mishandled experience during my son’s birthday celebration at K1 Speed in West Nyack. Multiple safety concerns, a lack of professionalism from staff, and poor communication significantly disrupted what should have been a positive experience for the children involved. Key issues include: No safety briefing or clear instructions were provided to my son and his friends before the race, unlike other participants. A kart malfunction occurred mid-race, and a child was swapped into another kart without any explanation. After a minor collision, two boys were removed from the race with no clear justification. They were then denied participation in their second race without a proper reason, despite staff admitting they were physically fine. When we attempted to escalate the issue, the race marshal (Corrie Dukes) was dismissive, changed her account multiple times, and eventually walked away without resolution. Other staff members were condescending and unprofessional throughout. One staff member, however (Matt), was respectful, de-escalated the situation, and provided a refund. Efforts to speak with a higher-level manager or obtain ownership information were met with resistance, laughter, and vague answers. Staff seemed to go out of their way to avoid transparency and accountability, including providing incorrect name spellings and refusing to outline any complaint process. I’m also concerned that the boys’ height (both over 5’10” at ages 12–13) may have contributed to them being misperceived and treated unfairly. Requested Resolution: A formal apology to my son and the affected children. Disciplinary review and retraining for race marshal Corrie Dukes. Staff-wide training on safety, respectful customer communication, and escalation procedures. Transparency about complaint procedures and ownership. I would appreciate a formal written response from K1 Speed within 10 business days, outlining how they intend to address this situation.

ETA: After posting an honest review and advocating for my child, I am being harassed by individuals who may be staff or associated with the parties involved, as footage will confirm, no outside parties were present. If anything occurs to me or my family in any form: virtual, physical, and/or emotional, K1 Speed and this location will be held responsible; I have provided the harassing messages to corporate to underscore the unprofessionalism and failed conflict resolution. I had an extremely disappointing experience at K1 Speed West Nyack on 9/27/25. My son’s kart malfunctioned at the start, and while he struggled with control, he voluntarily chose not to continue his second ride for safety reasons. However, his friend, who had done nothing wrong, was also denied his second ride. When we calmly asked for clarification, staff members Corrie (a manager) and another male employee immediately spoke to us in a hostile, dismissive manner, claiming they had given “many warnings.” Neither myself nor my friend observed any flags being waved or warnings given during the race, and I have video footage confirming this, which I’ve already sent to corporate. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, Corrie waved her hands, walked away mid-discussion, and spoke to us in a condescending tone. Another staff member went as far as saying, “We don’t care if you live far.” The only staff member who handled the situation with professionalism was Matt, who calmly explained safety concerns and ultimately helped us secure a refund. This location lacks professionalism, conflict resolution skills, and basic customer respect. I will not return, and I strongly discourage others from visiting. I also placed a picture in this review of the male staff member who was extremely rude. Unfortunately, I do not have a frontal picture of Corrie.

This was my first time at K1 and I will definitely be going back! It was such a great experience. I did the regular racing and the slick track and I would recommend trying both of you have that option.

Biggest indoor playground I have ever been, my kids loves it here there is so much things to do from slides to trampoline they have everything for all kids ages to entertain and release their energy, the place is surprisingly clean and not too busy if you come earlier during weekends. The best part is we can go outside to eat at the food court and comeback inside, it’s worth every penny paid.

Plus, parking is FREE at the mall, so no stress about finding a spot. If you forgot to buy a gift, the mall has plenty of stores to pick something up quickly. This is the cleanest indoor playground I have ever seen! Our socks were not filthy after playing for over 2 hours. This place is amazing it’s even fun for us parents to play with our kids. I will go back time and time again!

Billy Beez needs to be consistent and honest with families. On their official Socks Policy page, it states multiple times that “grip socks are a must.” Nowhere does it say that only Billy Beez–branded socks are required. Based on that, I brought proper grip socks from another play center (the exact same type, just with a different logo). When I arrived at the Palisades Center location, both the employee and the manager refused to let us in without buying Billy Beez socks. When I showed them the company’s own website wording, they doubled down instead of honoring it. That’s unreasonable and misleading. You can set whatever policy you want, but it has to be consistent. If branded Billy Beez socks are mandatory, that needs to be clearly written on the official Socks Policy page — not buried on other pages or only posted on a counter sign in-store. This isn’t about the $3.19; it’s about trust. Families should be able to rely on the official policy page, not be caught off guard at the door. Right now, the message online and the enforcement in person are not the same — and that feels like a bait-and-switch.

Let me just tell you....We had an amazing experience at Billy Beez! Summer the manager and her whole team were absolutely the best. From the moment we got there, everything was on time and super organized. Summer went the extra mile to make sure our party went smooth and stress-free. She was kind, helpful, and really cared about making it a good time for everyone. The staff was friendly, always ready to help, and great with the kids too. Big thanks and kudos to Summer and her awesome team! I will definitely recommend Billy Beez to my friends for their parties. Great job, and thank you all again!!

We had a fun time at Billy Beez—it’s a very clean and exciting place for little ones to run around and play. My toddler enjoyed exploring, and overall the facility felt safe and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed by a few things. One of the staff members asked for my toddler’s age, and even after confirming it, still charged us for a children’s ticket—which felt unnecessary given their age and size. On top of that, the trampoline area, which my toddler was especially excited for, was closed even though the place wasn’t at capacity. That was definitely a letdown and put a damper on our visit. We still made the most of it, but a bit more transparency and flexibility would’ve made for a much better experience

This place is HUGE, clean, and filled with activities for kids of all ages. From toddlers to older kids, there’s something for everyone—giant play structures, climbing areas, slides, arcade-style games, and more. The space is well-maintained, and despite its busy nature, it never felt overwhelming or unsafe. Planning a party at Billy Bees Palisades was a wonderful experience in the end, but I have to start by addressing the only real hiccup: communication. Getting in touch with someone directly is nearly impossible at first. Calling the number listed online won’t get you far—it’s a centralized line for all locations, and the incredibly sweet young lady Shayla is handling every inquiry solo. Be patient with her; she’s doing her best! What worked wonders for me was filling out the online contact form. Just a heads up: once she calls you back (usually the next morning), be sure to answer. If you miss it, you can’t return the call, and you’ll have to submit the form again to start the process over. A bit inconvenient, but manageable if you're prepared. Once I was contacted by Ashlynn from the actual Palisades location during the week of the party, everything ran smoothly and effortlessly. Truly, it was a breeze from that point on. Special shout-out to Aslynn and Summer, who were absolute dolls. Despite the place being packed—over 700 guests!—they were attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. A big gold star to Ashlynn, especially, who I was told is new. She handled everything with such poise, juggling a huge crowd and still making sure all the party rooms were being serviced on time. That is no small feat. In the end, the celebration was a hit, the kids had a blast, and I’d book here again (now that I know the system). Just don’t forget that contact form! A few tips that helped make the overall process go smoothly. Tell all your guests—adults and kids, whether they’re playing or not—to fill out the waiver online before arriving. I told my guests to do it the day before, and it saved a ton of time at check-in. The location is right next to Best Buy, so let guests know to park in that area to avoid confusion. Start your celebration 1.5 hours BEFORE your private room slot. For example, our private room slot was from 3:45–5:15 PM, and our party was from 2:00–5:30 PM. That way, any late arrivals didn’t eat into our precious 90 minutes in the room. Pack Light: Don’t bring a huge bag of personal stuff (only your decorations, should you be using your own). You’ll be moving around a lot, so keep it simple and hands-free if possible! I hope you have a wonderful experience like we did, and Happy birthday to your little one!!

This place was my favorite go-to spot before the greedy corporate suits of Bowlero acquired Lucky Strike and significantly increased the bowling prices. For 2 hours of bowling for 4 people, they now charge $50 per person. Even more if you’re only reserving for 2 people. Before the acquisition, they’d charge $88 for 2 people and that already includes shoe rental. Very sad because this is a great bowling spot with good food and drinks and good service. I included before and after photos of the pricing. The more expensive price was shot today (at the time of writing this review).

Interesting bowling place for the whole family fun. There is a bar, pool tables and boot seats. Every Mon-Wed 5pm-close $15 All-you-can-bowl.

Went 3pm-5pm on 7/4/23, was told when we arrived there was issues and we needed to come back in 15. Came back and started to play, the lane broke a few times and we had to wait. We wanted to order drinks and no one was around. The bar was empty couldn’t find an employee. As we go towards the end we go ask if we can have a little more time to finish our game because of the issues. The person was extremely rude, told us we had X amount of time left and that was it. Added to all this, it was extremely hot in the entire place. Hot to the point we were all sweating sitting down. The seats and alley is very worn out. Overall an awful experience.

We had a GREAT time celebrating my sons birthday at this location. I wish I remembered the waiters name but he was great, very attentive and friendly, along with the rest of the staff there that day. Everyone was so accommodating to all our needs. Highly recommend if you’re looking to have a party or just hang out. Drinks and food were really good! Can’t wait to go back !!!

took nearly a half hour to receive my order because pointed out to the woman behind the counter that she was preparing it incorrectly. she forgot to include cheese and when i mentioned it to her, she said she was going to charge me for it. the original order comes with cheese. i expressed this to her and she continued to argue before eventually including it and not charging me extra. if this situation was not infuriating enough, the other items in my order got cold during this confrontation. food is okay but never worth a thirty minute wait, an argumentative employee, nor is it good enough to be eaten cold. unfortunately, i experienced all of these things on a sunday evening when all i wanted was to get dinner for my family. i hate leaving 1-star reviews but this was so enraging and bizarre that i felt compelled to write one. i recommend picking somewhere else to get food from.

Dee-licious!!! I ate the Old School Philly cheesesteak too fast to take a pic! It was SO good! The Old School fries are super tasty, too! A little more costly than typical fast food choices, but worth it. Just wish the roll was a little more toasted. Highly recommend if you are the Palisades Mall food court!

I have had the cheese steak at Charley’s many times. It has always been a great option. They cook the fries to order and you will have hot fries.

You get a one star for this location because your employee refused to refill my drink. I offered to pay and she wanted to charge me the price of another drink. Soda costs these places pennies, and they turn a huge profit charging $3 a cup. There’s no reason not to refill a soda when it’s something you can do yourself at most places for free. I’m not being cheap. This is just bad service and a stupid move, Charley’s has gone downhill ever since they stopped offering malt vinegar with the fries. Bad customer service. You deserve a 1.

In addition the plastic container with the salad dressing was filled a quarter of the way you can’t contact chipotle because they only have contacting the prepper and after you tell them what’s missing in the order they don’t care they don’t contact you. They don’t try to replace it. this was the worst food order in history. people just don’t care anymore. bogus response from the company below you see this is what companies do here on Google reviews they have the contact information for the reviewer and they do not reach out in my case I put the order number, they know EXACTLY who ordered They always say hey reach out blah blah blah we’ll make it right hey, I did reach out however the only way you can contact is via the prepper. I did that and I told them what the issue was. There was zero response and they thanked me for my input, trying to rectify an issue with your company is impossible you have my order number you can track down my contact information . customer service needs improvement. next step is the credit card company to challenge the charge and inability to contact the company for resolution.

I come here all the time and it's great. The staff is dead sometimes though and I have to repeat what I want or they just forget to put something in. The quality of the food itself though is fresh and delicious every time.

Not good. I ordered a chicken bowl on line since they were having register problems as I was told. Paid 12 dollars for basically rice, beans and guac. Barley any chicken. Ridiculous! Lost my business at this locatin for sure.

This was perfect! It was really enjoyable, especially how we were able to complete the hardest one. Even though my family and I enjoy doing escape rooms, and have gotten very good to the point where we have yet to fail, it was still extremely challenging and we ended up using only 2 clues. It was perfect!

We had Joey as our game master, and he made the whole thing an excellent experience—he managed to get us into a prepped room even though we’d shown up without a reservation. He was entertainingly ironic when explaining the rules and introductory info, and he monitored us closely to know when we might’ve needed a hint. Did the zombie room in a group of six people—the optimal size for any room is probably around 4 (Joey told us how the staff even complete each room solo in their training), but we all still had plenty to do. Compared to 5 wits upstairs, this is far more puzzle-focused than immersion-based, which was more up our alley.

My friends and I had the BEST time escaping Alcatraz! Mary who worked the front desk, was super super sweet and attentive. She was sincerely slaylicious. We would love to come back and try to beat their other rooms. We were definitely challenged which was great!! Recommend if you’re looking for something fun to do in the area.

Had a great time escaping twice in one day. I visited with my daughter (age 9) and her friend one rainy Saturday afternoon. We did the superhero room which was a good challenge for them. I appreciate that the price for me to participate was free as I was just there to chaperone. Many other experience places in the mall require an adult entrance fee. Three hours later, we came back to enjoy another escape and was offered entrance at half price. Nice deal! After each escape, they take your photo in front of a green wall which prints a superimposed background at no charge. We’ll be back!

It was just like i remembered it 15 years ago just a little downsized I guess since covid, however the food and hospitality as always was and is amazing! They even played the Knicks game on almost all the monitors. Unfortunately the kicks that Game 3 but the energy in D&B felt like we were right outside the Garden!

We hosted our Travel Baseball Team building event in the Great Room. The space featured billiards, numerous TVs displaying all the sports games, ESPN, news, and more. Dinner was served buffet-style with unlimited beverages and a wide variety of options to choose from. The fruit platter, especially the strawberries and watermelon, was a huge hit! Everyone had a wonderful evening, and the kids didn't want to leave. I highly recommend Dave & Buster's for any child’s party, baseball celebration, or pretty much any event.

Genuinely Surprised!! There’s some new games and I did have an issue with the UFC game but a game tech was nearby and addressed it immediately. Food alone was great. Again, really surprised. I was expecting the worst. But wow, food was fresh and our server was friendly. Everything is clean.

Unlimited Play is limited to certain games. My daughter’s favorite thing in the world is claw games. At the kiosk we saw the Unlimited Pass for 90 min. Great deal! Once we got in we realized that it doesn’t work for claw games. We went back out to the lobby and were told this is common misconception. The manager pointed us to the fine print on the kiosk that said “no purple swipes” as if we should know what purple swipes means. There was also a printed sign on top of the kiosk, 8 feet up, well out of the eye line. To her credit, the manager offered to refund if we still had our receipt - which we did not. To be clear, I’m not trying to say that D&B should include purples in the unlimited pass, or that it’s a bad deal. Just that “Unlimited” is indeed limited to certain games, and it would only take a sign that says “unlimited pass does not include games that offer physical prizes” to clear up confusion. As is, the naming of this pass and lack of clear signage feels deliberately disingenuous.

So much potential, killer happy hour, cheap pool tables and decent looking menu but service is non existing, long waits for drinks... got cold brisket fries, sent them back and they brought new serving 20min later... cold again. Manager was friendly but did not have explanation why, besides mentioning one food runner for the entire place (space is huge). They need to get it together and place will have a lot of potential. Games were fun

Madison was absolutely amazing!!! She had amazing energy for it to be so late and close to closing, super accommodating and just a highlight of the night!! Now the service at the bar? absolutely killed the experience. Mariah was super nonchalant and standoffish/rude… the manager? no better 🙄 family entertainment is not the place for that

If you're looking for a short, beginner-friendly hike with a rewarding view, Buttermilk Park is a great pick. The trail is easy to follow and offers a calm, peaceful walk that usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your pace. The incline adds just enough challenge to feel like a workout without being too strenuous, and the view at the top makes it all worth it. On a clear day, it's a perfect spot to pause, take in the scenery, and snap a few photos. And if you're lucky, you might stumble across the small waterfall hidden along the way it’s a nice little surprise that adds to the charm of the trail. Whether you’re new to hiking or just looking for a quick nature escape, Buttermilk Park delivers a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Great hike. Some incline but I would consider it an easy walk to the top. Beautiful views although you hear the cars the whole time. You can follow the trail straight to the waterfall or walk along the stream. There is a long trail that I will conquer next time.

I took my 65 yr old lady with me on this hike. I am in my 40s it wasn't to bad for myself but my lady had a very hard time getting up to the dry waterfall. We decided to continue on the blue trail and it is pretty steep and very rocky. Be careful especially of the big mountain boulders and the roots from the trees when walking can be very dangerous. We walked to the very top of the mountain. Breathtaking views. We walked the entire way 3.7 miles in total to the white trail and back out to the parking lot. Definitely worth it and fun, just be careful.

Pretty but if you try to do the longer loop not all areas are clearly marked. We took more than 50 deer ticks off our dog afterwards. I’ve never seen anything like it, she was absolutely covered. I noticed someone else in the parking lot doing the same thing with their dog. We only found 2-3 on ourselves. Use caution if you bring a furry friend.

One of our favorite places to hike with our preschooler and toddler. We have come here at least 5 times and brought friends. We are excited for more years to come. It's great for any season and the trails are always well marked.

Came upon this park the other day, unexpectedly, and decided to give it a try. We read that buttermilk falls was only a short 1.2 mile loop hike. Quick and easy. A wide open road begins the start of the trail with clear markings throughout. It will get a little steep in the beginning. Keep in mind that there are multiple trail heads at this park, so if you only want to see the falls, follow the Blue Trail. We noticed a lot of bugs on the hike, so definitely bring your bug spray. There was also a lookout point from which you can overlook the town. Totally worth the effort!

When I saw that Yelp was providing an opportunity for Elites to give it a whirl, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. When we arrived, there was a nice worker who was accommodating when we wanted to add an additional participant. He explained everything well and helped us get started. The game itself is SO FUN! The technically itself was cool to interact with and use. We did Alien Aptitude and Squid Games. The Alien Aptitude were 4 challenges that we have to get scored on. The only downfall is that there could have been more challenges for less amount of time each. It became repetitive. Squid Games has 6 games. It was fun and reminiscent of the show. The challenges were in fact … challenging for us! It did motivate us to keep going though because we wanted to succeed. Overall, if you’re looking for something fun to do at the mall that is activity based, I highly recommend!

We had a great time. We hosted my son’s 11 birthday here and all the boys had the absolute best time!! Penny and the staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Kylie was awesome and he made the experience for our 12 boys and our party even better! Thank you, Immerse Game!!!

This Immersive Gamebox is located in Palisades Center Mall on the 4th level near eateries and entertainment. Reservations made online are highly recommend as they book up pretty fast especially on the weekends. Checking in was easy at the kiosk stations which includes a waiver, standard for actively involved businesses. Complimentary lockers are also available for use for excess belonging like jackets and other unnecessary items in gameplay. They provide a couple of tables and seating for people waiting or having a beverage after a game. There are a number of games to select from that ranges from 30 to 60 minutes. You can choose to combine 2 games in a session for a total of 90-minutes. Staff are absolutely friendly and informative providing excellent instructions. There are a total of 6 Gameboxes at this location. If considering booking the extra time, I absolutely recommend it. Choosing to break up sessions to have a meal in between is also a possibility. We enjoyed our session and loved the push for teamwork!

I heard they make really good pizza, but I tried the salad instead with a glass of sparkling wine. The salad was delicious, it’s a historic spot, old pictures of actors and singers, nice atmosphere.

The pizza is first-class here. In fact, I would go as far as stating it’s some of the best I have sampled in Rockland county. But don’t take my word for it……you have to try it for yourself……The menu is extensive, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. Totally recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to sample the full menu. Update: Everything I have tried here is truly superb….the meat balls, the chicken parm, and today the chicken salad. Being English I love great food……..this place really is in a class of its own.

Eh. Best way to describe it. I have come here twice now, and both times it took forever to get my food (and both times, I ordered a wrap and a salad). The ham and cheese wrap was decent, on the smaller side. The fries were cold, like they'd been sitting out for a while. I guess you have to stick to pizza, wings, and beer here, otherwise it's not worth the price.

This is my first conveyor belt sushi experience and it was fantastic! I enjoyed waiting to see what new dish would pop up while eating random sushi rolls I'd take off of the belt. I'm not a sushi aficionado so I cannot comment on the quality but this was a truly unique experience.

Fun place to eat sushi on a belt but that's it. Food here sucks. The ramen is a bad joke with an even tasteless broth. The teriyaki chicken was cold and, for some reason, it looked and tasted boiled. Over all this place is not worth spending the 40 to 60 dollars it will cost u to bring a date here.

Good food, good atmosphere, but outstanding service. I have been there a few times but today their attention to my needs was unlike anything I've experienced before. They made two dishes and offered a third one that weren't on the menu. Thank you for being awesome, I'll definitely be coming back.

This restaurant is right in the Palisades Mall. I took my daughter as I wanted her to experience the entire conveyor server... We both ended up eating the Bento plate which was really good! Honestly too much food if you ask me but I ate it all! Super friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and pretty quick service.

I normally like super fresh sushi, though coming here you won't get top shelf for sure. I'm not giving this place 5 stars for their food, but for the overall package. Love the conveyor belt, casualness, and friendly staff. My son also loved the California rolls, so that's a plus too. Favorite dish is the tempura shrimp, definitely get that as an appetizer if you dine here!

I normally don’t even eat burgers, but my girlfriend was craving a burger today so I decided to go for it and we tried Johnny Rockets for the first time and I am glad to say that I loved it! I got the first one on the menu (I think it’s called The Rocket), and it was perfect for me who is very picky. I removed the onions because I don’t like onions, but it was just perfect! They made smiley faces with ketchup on paper plates, and the price was not bad. I will definitely come back again! P.S. This is located on the 2nd floor of the Palisades Mall close to the center elevators by Starbucks

came in with a friend to sit at a table. asked if they were opened and the waiter gave us an attitude and sighed and just signaled to the table. came up as soon as we sat down if we were ready to order. then a few minutes later, a white family of 4 came in and he happily asked if they needed a table of four and sat them down. we just left. we are hispanic and he was clearly hispanic as well. happened around 7-7:30pm.

The food was very good. I came with my little niece. I bought a hot dog with fries and some chicken tenders. Everything was good. Diego the waiter was excellent. Bathroom was clean. Food didn’t take long.

Milkshakes were delicious. There is something about sitting down and enjoying them in a proper glass that just makes them taste better. Hot dog was good. Love the malt shop feeling in the mall. I would go back.

I had a fine time at this Johnny Rockets, the staff were very lovely and they catered to our needs. When they weren't serving customers they were sanitizing surfaces and making sure condiment bottles were clean. I had The Original with fries and a Mr. Pibb, and a vanilla milkshake for dessert. Food tasted great, like a better version of shake shack. The milkshake was a bit on the sweeter side.

By far, one of the worst Buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. The wings were overcooked, the nachos if you order them with chicken, do not expect chicken from a grill expect that they opened up a can of canned chicken and dumped it in the nachos. The service was one bartender who was full of attitude and extremely lazy. She was always in the back and rarely at her station. If you’re asking for a refill, ask for it once you get your first drink because it’s gonna take that long. The place is nice looking but I think the area around it is a lot nicer. If you want good food, you can walk around the area and find tons of better options. I would not patronize this place ever again. I like Buffalo wild wings, but I definitely will not return back to this one.

Not able to actually rate this properly as we waited 30min and were not even greeted by a waiter/waitress. Nobody addressed the wait time, except for the the host at the door that mentioned it would take 10-15 min to be seated. After 20 minutes of waiting I realized that it was understaffed. I really wished I was able to of even gotten any type of attention that would’ve made me felt like I was acknowledged. After 30min we got up and walked out and I mentioned to the same host that we were leaving and he said I understand and apologized. Maybe next time. Going to Planet wings or BJ’s

⭐️ 1/5 — Disappointing Visit I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Buffalo Wild Wings visit was just bad from start to finish. The service was unbelievably slow — it took 15 minutes just to get our drinks, and that was after we had already been seated and waiting. My friends got their food way before I did, and by the time mine came out, they were already finished eating. No explanation, no heads-up, nothing. It completely killed the vibe of the meal. The wings were okay, but definitely not worth the wait or frustration. If you’re going out for a quick bite or hoping for a smooth group meal, this place just isn’t it.

Good location & Nice place. But the server looled very tired and not welcoming. Onion rings & tots were great. However the main, wings were too dry & chewy.

Wings were tiny (not plump), shriveled, and with some the bite consistency of leather. The staff was friendly and attentive, so guessing this is the standard quality otherwise the server would have weeded out our orders. Sauces and rubs were excellent.

Really Dunkin The wax paper still in the sandwich smh. First off I went in there I wanted an everything bagel it seems like this particular dunkin always runs out of everything bagels no big deal so I settled for the sweet pepper bacon sandwich just for it to still have the wax paper in it. Im honestly tired of this dunkin whenever I go there in the morning before work the service is terrible if I decide to walk in instead of going to the drive thru they can at least greet me and simply say one second instead they will all stare at you while all 8 of them focus on the drive thru. I honestly have about ten bad experiences there but never decided to write a review. This wax paper in my sandwich just pushed me over the edge how hard is it to make a simple sandwich that I’m sure is frozen all you are doing is putting it together you guys need to get it together.

Between great and alright. They make good coffee and prices are right. Service? Most of the times.

This is a perfect place for a preteen or teenagers birthday party as well with friends. Highly recommended. I wish they had more rooms. This staff deserves a raise!

It was an awesome experience. We did all 3. The tomb was the best, Drago's castle was decent & Deep space sucked. Staff was awesome. They were pleasant & were even nice enough to take pictures for us. Would definitely recommend it.

Our second time at 5 Wits and it was even better than the first time. The kids had a blast, Bubba and the rest of the staff were super nice and made the experience fun. Dancing and singing all the way to the rooms. The front desk staff were also fantastic, making everything easy and even recommending snacks from other places while we waited for our time. We did all three experiences, they were all well produced and actually exceeded our expectations. Our favorite was the Egyptian Room, Second the Dragon quest and least favorite was Space. I rate them in this order but not one was disappointing.

I had an awesome experience here. It was not apart of my Fathers bday planned but it was something he wanted to do. It was my first time on this adventure and bit afraid of heights. lol. The instructors were awesome, especially Nikolaus. He took photos of my father and I. Thanks for the vibe and great customer service.

I came to the mall because I wanted to bring my 6 years old daughter and her friend to Billy Beez. Unfortunately, that place was a total rip-off so I decided to bring them to do something else instead. This turned out to be a way better experience for the girls. Collin, who assisted my girls with the entire course , was very attentive and patient. I ended up spending more money here but it’s totally worth it. I will definitely bring my daughter back again.

This is a great place to visit. I myself is afraid of heights, but this place is very stable and safe I don’t feel like I’m in danger. For other people, this place might help you overcome your fear. This place is very sanitary and lots of different and unique obstacles. I love the zip line too. My one concern is if you go up/down the stairs, there are breaks where the wheel can leave the harness, some put covered with bags, but once I saw someone who’s thing popped out. The friendly staffed immediately fixed the problem and all was good though I wish they can fix that

A very fun ropes course. My only wishes were that the obstacles were a bit more varied, as it feels like many are repeated or just slightly varied. Staff is courteous and encouraging when kids are scared. Highly suggest buying a Groupon for a bit more of a discount.

I don’t know how this place only has 67 reviews. It was absolutely fantastic. The only thing I would improve is, there is a huge bottleneck for the zip line. We got our tickets on Groupon which saved some money. I felt incredibly safe and definitely got my money’s worth for the hour plus we spent on the obstacles. This was so much fun and I intend on coming back in a few months. The staff was attentive and even helped a couple young ones out who were scared.

Really fun! If you’re a parent and have a young child they have a kid section just for that! Or if your kid is a teen or you just wanna have fun they have an adult course just for that. Going from the top floor all the way to the bottom floor it might be scary at first but once you get the jest of it, it’s really fun!!

Rink is nice but one complaint is the ice guards don’t enforce the unruliness of some of the kids who are skating recklessly and hurting other kids in the process. My daughter was one of few and they don’t bother giving them warnings. Why are they there? To skate for free?

Pretty good rink in general. I’ve had two times where i haven’t had a good pair of skates. Onetime i would just completely slip out and the other time i was able to skate it was just very bumpy. Otherwise it’s a great rink.

The place is good. It gets quite busy though on Sundays by the public skating. The price is just going up and up. But it's it's good though. 🙂

Rink is nice but the rink glass has a lot of condensation. Recommend you bring a squeegee. Aside from that, a lot of kids skating hockey and freestyle here at the club. Birthdays pretty popular here pre covid. And no public ice right now.

$13 for public skating and $5 to rent skates per person. Not too expensive, which was nice. I wouldn't recommend this rink to a complete beginner. There's absolutely zero direction or guidance from staff. You're completely on your own once you get on. The skates felt like they were hard to get a real grip on and weren't very comfortable. This place should be fine for someone who knows what they're doing as there's plenty of space and the time limit is long.

This business has no official closing time, they close whenever they feel comfortable without notice, and no phone operator so good luck coming here and find out they close

Ice skates are terrible...looks like they practice sharping ice skates on the rentals. Also the ice was too soft to skate properly on. Fell and busted my knee less than 5 min in because of this. Staff were not the friendliest.

We came a party of 10, service was very good and they have a lot of staff, so we didn't have to wait at all for someone to take our orders. Food came out in a record speed. Portions were big, and tasty. Made exactly like we requested. Highly recommended.

Mikes burgers brings a whole new kosher experience to the palisades Mall. This was badly needed and they did a fantastic job. Everything was served in a timely fashion and it was all delicious! Edit: 5 years in and they are still upgrading the experience every year!

This place is probably the only kosher place I’ve been to where I felt that I got my money’s worth. The prices were great and the dishes were big and generous. Food was really amazing and I did not have any complaints. The only issue is that it gets quite busy sometimes and the service can take a bit long to get to. But the waiters were all very nice and accommodating.

I ordered through the Wendy's app last week while sitting in the parking lot literally by the time I made it up the escalator, my food was waiting for me. Staff was efficient, and my food was hot. Everything was correct in my order and the food was on par for what you would expect out of Wendy's.

Went to get some Wendy’s at the mall and the person behind the register was really rude and disrespectful. He also seemed to have gotten frustrated and impatient when I didn’t know what to choose off the menu, giving me dirty attitude. He looked to be 14-15 years of age and had his hair braided.

When I came here I got a taste of the 4 for 4 deal there and oh man was it satisfying. If you're looking not to eat too much and get full at the same time, I definitely recommend here for the cheapest deals. The staff was very friendly and got through our order quickly. In a matter of minutes our order was done and we sat. Overall I had a great time here and will definitely be coming back soon enough.

Lou at the Nanuet location of Blinds to Go went above and beyond to help us create the exact feeling we were looking for for our new home! We had gone to 3 different shade stores and Lou was hands down to best designer of them all! He was patient and so kind!

Our experience with Blinds to Go went great. I initially wanted to get blinds and hang them up myself, but I decided to get a quote. We spoke with Mary, and she was very helpful and provided recommendations. The price was reasonable when adding the measuring, cutting, and installation. Blinds to Go sent someone to measure and that was helpful. The blinds in the larger window could be placed on the inside of the frame because it was just wide enough which lowered the cost because my measurements were now off. The installation was done professionally and so fast. We love the blinds. It adds a cozier feel to the home, and we can block the sun at sunset. We definitely recommend Blinds to Go.

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our new blinds. Jeff was very knowledgeable and made us feel at home as we chose the style we wanted. Scheduling the measure and install was quick and easy. Installation was also a breeze. Junior Pierre was very professional and meticulous as he ensured the blinds would look amazing. My experience with Blinds to Go was an outstanding one. The salesman, Napoleon Malveda was amazing. Everyone in the store we dealt with were pleasant and friendly. When we bought our custom made blind it could not be delivered and installed because my building was under construction of the facade and the windows had to be taken out and reinstalled. Blinds to Go held my purchase for almost a year before Robert Duran could come and install it. He was amazing as well. I definitely recommend them and return to them in the future if I need another blind for my windows.

My experiences with Blinds to Go were pretty straightforward when I had the opportunity to interact with employees. The digital web portal for confirming installation dates and the phone system are a little cumbersome. While I did experience some technical difficulties, I have nothing but positive things to say about the work Blinds To Go did. The blinds came just as simple to use as advertised and the installation didn’t take very long either!

Salesperson very helpful, Got us what we asked for and well trained in the product. Shades are as advertised, “black out”pulldown. Note, Thought a little pricey even w the “savings”. Where fairly Easy to install. Would have liked heavier grade “mounting clips” that the shade locks into and “ end caps” on the shades could be thinner to accommodate if you, as I did, had mounting clips already set at the corners of the window and was not about moving them. Would recommend and will consider using again.

I’ve been to this Panera a few times. However, one lunch visit completely changed my mind. It was lunchtime, I was already getting hangry, and somehow my order was messed up not once, not twice, but three times — by the manager, no less. I ordered the You Pick Two, asking specifically for a half sandwich and salad. First, I got a soup and sandwich combo I didn’t order. Second attempt? Still wrong — and a vegetarian sandwich I never asked for. It took about 30 minutes just to finally get the correct meal. At that point, my hunger was gone, but my confusion wasn’t. Maybe a little retraining for the staff (and manager) would go a long way.

Service and wait times were okay but the lettuce could be fresher and more hairless…

So, I placed a delivery through the app at 1:10PM… at 2:15PM and two phone calls later, the order finally shows up, and you guessed, it was not my order. Phone back and when I finally get through Panera blame Door Dash for the mix up. Really can’t understand why it would be the delivery services fault. My colleague ended up picking up the original order at 3:20 which looked like it was thrown together. Quite an irritating experience really. No apology……nothing. What happened to quality service and customer focus? My first-time doing lunch here. Will give it a 10. Tomato soup was delicious-and the chicken and avocado sandwich melt was truly superb. No delays with the order, it said 12:30 pick up….and everything was ready when I arrived. Will do this again. Today, I went to the store and left with my order…..everything was outstanding. I guess the lesson here is to go get it from the store.

I love their food, but every time I place an order for delivery, there is always something missing. When I called the store, they ask me to call delivery person from DoorDash to come back to pick up. There is no service at this store in Nanuet at all. The attitude of the person who answers the call doesn’t even apologize for their incompetency, don’t even know how to manage the situation nor no courtesy to take care of customers. They should check the order inside the bag when the delivery guy is picking up the order through the order receipt, but obviously it’s not happening. The price is not even cheap! I expect better SERVICE at all time. It needs to show the improvement. Is there any customer service policy and protocol for the employees who works there for better customer experience at all?

I wasn't sure what to do after the kiosk, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great, the bread was fresh (I've never had it fresh and it was amazing). I didn't like the blueberry lemonade, it was undrinkable because it tasted extremely concentrated. If that's the recipe, it needs tweaking because oh my lord was it strong. I tried adding water but gave up. Otherwise, it was great.

It seems like food portion keeps getting smaller and smaller. I remember when the paninis were huge and now its as big as my fist (i have small hands) Also sometimes they run out of bread bowl ):

Place is actually much cleaner and has better atmosphere than a lot of the other places we went to. Staff are extra friendly. Also food taste different in good way, and coffee is better then other places I think something has to do with water. Only little dissatisfaction/disappointment was that my chocolate chip pan cake barely had any chocolate chips on it and it was little bit in middle only☹️

I was surprised with the service. They 15 minutes wait turn to 35. We finally get to sit another 15 minutes waiting for 2 cups off coffee ☕. When we get our coffee it was water down , ask for another came the same. We have been sitting for 45 minutes wait for our food . So we left. They send out more picK up orders then serve the customers setting. I got tired of waiting for my food . Got up and left.

I’m an IHOP fan overall but not this location. It was not well maintained and the service and food were subpar. It had a handful of customers and still took forever to get our food. The orders were not cooked as ordered and arrived cold. I did not eat the meal, explained the issues to the server but nothing was removed from the bill. A replacement meal was offered but we did not have another 20-30 minutes to wait.

It was my first time to a IHOP and the experience was great. I found the food quantity is worth more than the price. Food taste is also great. I took an egg omelette and one was enough for a good brunch. See photos of omlette and different other dishes we order

Very good!! I had the Strawberry Cream Crepes warm and delicious 😋 Server was nice and locals clearly love the place, it's very busy and there were two birthdays.

Good value and have a variety of food to customize your hunger. Breakfast sampler and lemonade ice tea where good with accommodations!

Painfully slow service. Food took a while and then close to 10 minutes to get utensils.
