The Rio Tapajos shopping mall is a relatively new addition to the town, offering a limited selection of food stores that can adequately cater to most needs. Situated on one floor, it provides a wide range of items that may be essential for your trip to Santarem. However, its location far from downtown Santarem means you will likely have to spend money on transportation. This expansive mall boasts numerous captivating merchants and an impressive food court.

Rio Tapajós shopping mall is relatively new in town. Because of that - and also given to economic circumstances - there's a short but handy number of food stores available in the court, which quite honestly, can serve you really well if you're not a needy traveler. It's a one floor mall where you can find almost anything you want in case you forgot a necessary item for your trip to Santarém. The bad news: its location is far away from downtown Santarém, where most attractions and hotels are located, which means that you'll probably spend some money to catch a cab and drive there.
Has a good selection of food choices, except if you are a vegetarian, like me. Crowded in the weekends.
