This place is a complete mess. The uneven concrete floors are a major safety hazard - it feels like zero maintenance has been done since they opened. The dirty bathrooms are just gross, and the whole vibe feels sketchy with leftover "energy" from previous events hanging around. Security is basically non-existent, which is why pickpockets are having a field day here. And don't get me started on that parking situation - they've got the nerve to charge premium prices for what's basically a beat-up dirt lot. There is also real pain for the neighbors, with cars taking up all their street parking. It's pretty ridiculous that they're getting away with this while collecting high ticket prices for every event.

Trashy place, uneven floors, dirty bathrooms and everything seems to still have spirits from the last event. Most events are filled with pickpockets so be aware. I know it's a night club, but the floors could at least be even, it's just a bit of concrete that got banged through the years with no maintenance.

Atmosphere and service is great. But the food is terrible. Chewy picanha. I had ordered it medium rare but they brought it out well done. I asked if the could swap the remaining piece of meat for a medium rare and it did come back medium rare but still super chewy. Either it’s not a real picanha cut or they are getting third rate meat. Drinks are good. Just avoid the food. The rice was subpar as well. Cafeteria rice is what I’d describe it. You can check my reviews. I rarely leave bad reviews but this one is to warn my fellow travelers.

The day before we paid 20 for 2 and got the real delicious stuff with fresh Maracuja incl. the seeds. The food was no better: We ordered beef for 170 BRL and got very low quality meat that took a sharp knife to cut and patience to chew. My wife collected 6-7 pieces that her mouth returned and she is not very picky but usually eats everything. On top of it it was badly oversalted. Ended up with long discussion threatening to call the police if we don't pay all. We told him, well, call the police and that for this kind of price, which is far from being cheap for Brazilian standards, we have a right to get good quality food. Very popular beach, the sea is calm and easy to swim in. Lots of vendors selling food and different products like beach towels, jewellery and clothing. We had difficulty renting chairs and an umbrella, after an hour of walking the beach on a very hot day, we found someone wearing an Amstel red and white t-shirt who rented us this for 60R$ until 6pm.

We stayed in one of the cabins instead of the main hotel, cabin was lovely loads of room came with a small kitchen, outdoor bbq and its own hammock! The staff were lovely, was right on the beach front, service was a bit slow some days as the public can order from the restaurant as well which meant we had to wait quite a while but the food, drink and staff made up for that as they were so lovely! The location is good but there is a lot of noise from the main road which was unfortunate!

I stayed here for six nights and would say that this is the best location for the beach. The service was good especially at the beach and the drinks were of a good standard. Having said that I think that cleanliness standards needs to improve significantly; the room I stayed in was not very clean, with hair everywhere, dust and random stains on the furniture and on the glass surfaces. The room also had a Jacuzzi in an outside area and there was an unpleasant smell that required attention. I would recommend this place for the location but be prepared for a lower than expected standard of cleaning and maintenance for a four star hotel.

That is an amazing hotel with incredible staff. We arrived 2 hours before, but they dont even ask about early check-in. They just prepared our room with cradle to our baby and let us in. They offer an incredible breakfast on their restaurant, that, by the way, also has a outstanding staff. Everything is clean and the hot tub with an ocean view works fine. When in came back to Florianópolis I'm pretty sure that I Will try to stay at this hotel again.
