Great experience! Always clean and inviting. smells like Cinnabon throughout the whole outlet. I went into multiple stores, and each stores employees were friendly and inviting when you entered the store. The grounds were kept clean, and no visible trash or homeless was seen on the premises. The parking lot was clean and felt safe. highly recommend a stop if your looking for higher end clothes for great deals!

This is a fantastic outlet with a huge selection of stores and a wide variety of brands—you can find just about anything you’re looking for! The products are great, and the prices are even better. It’s easy to navigate, with convenient access to restrooms and plenty of food options, including Jamba Juice for a quick refresh. There are lots of places to sit and relax when you need a break from shopping. The parking is spacious and easy, and the overall environment is clean, welcoming, and enjoyable. A great place for a day of shopping!

It's not a massive outlet, but it's a decent-sized premium outlet located between Salem and Portland. Whenever visit either city, I always stop by here for shopping. I like that they have kitchenware brands and it's a useful place because can find sports brand items at incredible prices.

Woodburn Premium Outlets is a great place to shop and dine. They have a wide variety of stores and brands to choose from, including Banana Republic, GAP, Coach, Eddie Bauer, Bobadochi, and Disney Store. Had a great time here.

This premium outlet location exceeded all my expectations! This place is a shopper's paradise with a fantastic selection of popular brands at discounted prices. The outdoor area is spacious and well-designed, providing a pleasant environment to shop and dine. What impressed me the most was the large free parking space available, complete with roving security ensuring a safe shopping experience. Whether you arrive by public transport or private vehicle, this location is easily accessible. The well-maintained and sanitary washrooms strategically placed around the shopping complex were a thoughtful touch. It's clear that customer comfort and convenience are top priorities here. Despite being a popular spot, the area was bustling but not overwhelming thanks to the ample space that accommodated everyone without any issues. This truly is a one-stop shop for anyone looking to make the most of their hard-earned cash. I highly recommend this location for a satisfying shopping experience. Don't miss out on the great deals and wonderful atmosphere this place has to offer!

The Woodburn Outlets was such a cute place. It was clean and well maintained. There were inviting stores and friendly shop people. The store that stood out to me was Just Cozy. The shop keeper John was great. Friendly conversation and not just to make a sale. He really cared about customer service and the customer experience. I would definitely check out the store and mall again for sure!!

We visit for a day of shopping every year when we come to Oregon coast for vacation. Love the Kate Spade store here and the Puma Outlet. The employee's are always friendly and helpful. We buy all my teenage sons shoes at the Puma outlet and my husband's shoes at the New Balance store. I love this outlet mall!!! We always get great things at wonderful prices.

07/08/23: I came back to purchase some items and everything was still great. The Adidas store got redesigned with new looks and offers 40% off store wide. The directory at the front is super helpful for visitors like me to quickly search the brands. I enjoyed my visit 06/10/23: this outlet is way better than the ones in Washington. It has a larger parking lot with selections of brands ranging from small, medium to large. There are tons of great deals on different items and especially there are no TAXES. I enjoyed shopping around and will come back in the future

Beer garden
Nestled in Woodburn, the captivating TopWire Hop Project is a must-visit destination. With a stunning setting amidst the scenic Crosby hop farms, this spot offers an exceptional beer selection, including the popular sticky hands on draft. Visitors praise the unique experience of lounging in a 5th generation hop yard with taps flowing with last year's harvest. The spacious beer garden is perfect for gatherings and features food trucks on-site.
Very cool place! Could use more food selection. Beautiful spot. Plenty of seating. Overall cool place! The food is good too. Lots of brews to pick from.
Danielle G — Google review
Very cool setting to grab a drink and spend a few hours outside! There was a selection of about 10 beers on top, plus lots of snacks and N/A drink options. A few food carts to choose from, though I personally found the food to be a bit underwhelming. I liked the beer and overall experience enough though to highly recommend!
Alexandra A — Google review
Open seasonally, this hop farm taphouse is the perfect place to enjoy sunny weather, a beer and some food. You can enjoy the scenic venue with your family and dogs too! It’s the hoppiest place in Oregon!
Kevin H — Google review
This place is so unique and beautiful! Came here after a hike and was very impressed. There's a few food trucks (I got some chicken Tikka) and of course beer. The IPA was very fresh! I will absolutely be back.
Anne G — Google review
Great location for this place. In the middle of Crosby hop farms. Great sights and good beer to drink. All the draft beers were colabs and everyone of them was fantastic. They had sticky hands on draft which is one of my favorite beers ever. Food carts are all very good. The pound town burger food cart was excellent. Very good smashburger comes out of there. And you pick how to assemble it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone
J S — Google review
Super cool place. Great outdoor venue. Mexican good truck little less desirable. Had bones in the chicken tacos.
Jeff M — Google review
This is a wonderful spot. We came after the hop harvesting but the space is still great. It was a cider take over we enjoyed a drink. Lots of tables, shade, large open spaces. It feels odd driving in the first time, but you’re on the right path past the hops and harvesting plant. Not bad on the parking, little wonky but totally doable. They had Badass cookies there and I sooo needed that! They often have 2 food trucks on site for food.. we will be back!
Tess G — Google review
A great place for craft beer lovers. The atmosphere is great! I mean, what better place to enjoy a beer than in the middle of a hop field. Also the nachos and tacos from the onsite food cart were delicious. Spacious, good service, kid and dog friendly. One note, Google maps took us past the entry road to a gate that was not the proper entry point.

My parents recently moved here and they absolutely love living here. My mom enjoys the choir, exercise classes and sense of community they work so hard to create here. And my dad loves his garage. I love how clean, quiet and safe it seems and not having to worry about my parents safety in their retirement years. Thanks for giving my parents a great place to call home.

The restaurant has nothing much to do with the Estates or Golf. The owner leases space. Reviews about the restaurant should be done under the name "Country Cottage ". The private golf course that is bankrupting the association for 200 or less people use, and the high HOA dues, no spa in 3 years, no pool 50% or more is constantly unusable, the gym is outdated donated machines, no trainers, the building are outdated and in need of repairs and maintenance and the funds for the last several years disappeared without any accounting for. Members are charged $45 hr for documents/financials etc. Or disiplined if you ask or do something the Directors don't like. Dues in 2020 were $620/yr in 2023 $1300. The directors have stated another increase is coming 2024, and a special assessment for a PPP loan received against the bylaws and the federal law by our directors, and disclosure of the funds and spending took 3 years to get on any financials after it was discovered by members, is also coming soon. There are lawsuits filed by ex-employees. The dues go to lawyer's, if not today, soon. Seems corrupt to me. But that my humble opinion. Feel free to make your own but please do your homework before buying.

My wife and I bought a house in the estates five years ago. The houses are small but well-built and the RV storage lot for residents only was an important selling point for us. We also like the indoor pool and hot tub, and the exercise area.

Whether you're in the mood for a hearty sub or a crisp salad, Subway offers an array of options that cater to various dietary preferences while ensuring each bite is deliciously satisfying.
3 pm on Thursday : Employee was alone and you could tell he was pissed off every time the door opened and another customer walked in, he didn’t take the time to clean up between customers and was throwing bread against the wall when someone changed their mind. Completely frantic and rude. He should NOT be working in the food industry if he can’t handle 4 customers waiting in line for lunch and serve them with a smile ( half of them being mall employees on lunch break ) and was rude to each one of them
Kim K — Google review
Worst subway I have eat. Store was almost empty of everything. Long wait by order in the app. A completely mess of store. No supervisor. Even no straws and lids. In a Sunday should have the best service and everything in menu. when they have more people come in to the store. Hope owners and managers fix this.
Taylor R — Google review
Associate literally refused to acknowledge and fix her mistakes. She also had an extremely nasty attitude like the choice to eat there wasn’t mine. I walked in and waited in line for a some time. I noticed a guy in line left before receiving any food after speaking to an associate. He seemed annoyed. I also noticed 3 pieces of torn and ripped bread sitting to the side. I thought it was trash. When I finally got to the front of the line, I noticed the lady in front of me was a bit annoyed because her sandwich was being thrown together. The store associate took no care in preparing the food. The customer finally spoke up and asked the associate could the olives that she did not ask for be removed from the sandwich. The associate hurriedly swiped some of the olives away. The customer tried telling the associate the amount of mustard she wanted but was not successful because the associate had such a terrible attitude and rushed the sandwich. Afterwards, it was my turn. The associate asked what bread did I want. Remember that bread that I thought was trash which I mentioned earlier in this review? Well, that is the ripped apart bread the associate gave me. I proceeded with the order, thinking maybe it’s no big deal. I ordered a turkey titan as it was on the menu. I didn’t see the associate put the cheese on before heating the sandwich. When it came out the oven, I noticed there was literally a big glob of barely melted cheese and it was all in the middle of the sandwich and no cheese on other parts of the sandwich. The ripped and thin ends on the bread were burned because the bread wasn’t cut clean to ensure proper heating. I politely explained the issue to the associate and asked to remake the sandwich before proceeding with veggies. The associate aggressively said that is the way the oven put the cheese. I said no, you place the cheese, the oven heats it but the glob in the middle is simply from poor placement which is why no cheese is on the rest of the sandwich. The associate, with the nastiest attitude said, what you want more cheese? I said no, I want it distributed correctly. That’s all. I feel like the associate tried to initiate an argument by going back and forth and rudely stating that the oven put the cheese and that’s the way it cooks and there’s nothing she can do about that. I refused to engage with her in an argument over a sandwich. I simply let her know I literally worked at subway in the past and I guarantee there’s nowhere that trained her to do that and that she can cancel the order. In the time I was there, they lost multiple orders and cost the company money on food that had to be trashed simply because of unprofessional employees who displayed the lowest standard of customer service and absolutely no regard for the customer. Around 18 dollars for a sandwich meal that is prepared in this manner is unacceptable! It truly deserves 0 Stars. 6/30/24 around 2:45 pm
T H — Google review
this is the worst subway restaurant in the USA, it seemed to me that the staff was working at the table for the first day, they didn’t cook everything neatly, the whole sub was falling apart, these employees need to cook tacos, they don’t know how to do anything else. Terrible place, do not recommend.
Vagiz A — Google review
We were waited on by an employee whose name begins with Z and was wearing a “Manager” badge. Other than two other customers that had already been waited on we were the only customers in the store. When I asked about a kids meal for my grandson the employee put his hands up and said “This is how we’re going to do this. First you are going to tell me what kind of bread for each sandwich. I have a lot going on and every body came in at the same time” I turned to see 3 more customers had entered the building. With that we decided to leave. We ended up coming back as another restaurant was closed and choices were limited. When we returned there were two other customers other than us. This employee again was very short with me and repeatedly asked questions about my order that I had already answered. We sat down to eat our meal as he waited on a couple other customers. At that point a group of three people opened the door to come into the restaurant. This deranged employee began yelling at them. “No, no! Leave, I can’t handle it! I have too much going on, leave!” Then another group tried to come in and he did the same thing. This employee was unhinged and his behavior was volatile. In the meantime he was slamming the oven door and throwing dishes. The restaurant appeared to be filthy. I have a call in with the district manager but have yet to hear from them. Our visit was 6/12/24 at approximately 12:30.
Kv — Google review
Card reader was down when I came to this location which I did not expect and I didn't have enough cash on me. Why keep this open when not everyone pays with cash? Even more so there were no other customers inside further suggesting that most people pay with card instead of cash there. I know there's a Subway over by Walmart but I don't see the point going over there when I don't have any reason to go over there
Spencer K — Google review
They actually do not offer military discount and do not acknowledge the "Military Discount Proudly Offered" sticker plastered in front of their door either. Lol. Aside from that, they were also out of a lot of ingredients: ham, Italian herbs & cheese bread, regular Coke, etc. And, they also got my husband's order wrong. Both employees treated us like we were their burden. What a fun experience!
Meaw T — Google review
Horrible customer service and very unsanitary. I will for sure be making sure to report this location. The guy who was working with blonde hair had an extremely attitude. Then when telling me he was out of all breads except for white and wheat, I say ok and order a dipper. He proceeds to start making my food even tho he didn’t change his gloves from the last customer and he stepped away to then go put more straws out and touch dirty surfaces and handles.

Mexican restaurant
Luis's Taqueria is a must-visit culinary hotspot nestled in Woodburn, captivating both locals and visitors since 2009. This casual eatery specializes in Michoacán-style tacos, tortas, and a variety of other authentic Mexican dishes that promise to whisk your taste buds away on a flavorful journey. The menu is brimming with delightful options, including the creamy pepper sauce chimichanga and fish tacos that have even brought tears of joy to Texan diners.
I’ve been going to Luis’s for more than 20 years, and I hope to keep going for another 20. It’s so consistent, so delicious, and one of my all-time favorite spots. I usually get the carnitas burrito ahogado, but the tostadas, sopes, tamales, and tacos are all top notch. If you’re unsure, go with one of their massive carne asada tacos and an Al pastor tostada, and smother ‘em in the avocado salsa. Wash it down with a bottle of Mexican Coke. That’s how you win at eating.

Summary: Located on the street with many Mexican restaurants. Authentic and huge portion with free chips and salsa. No outdoor seatings. No a pet friendly places. Tacos - the shell is not the tiny corn one like CA. They do have lengua. We still love our Cali Mexican food more. 😀😆 Tortas - fresh and delicious Fish Fajitas entree was huge.

Stopped here after hitting the outlet stores and we were hungry. Couldn’t finish all of it- generous portion sizes. So now we’ve got some left overs for later! Not featured in the photos but drink options like Horchata also available.

I eat here every time I am in the Woodburn area. Every dish I have ever had here has been excellent. I have always felt well versed in Mexican cuisine, but here, there are so many items I have never heard of. I love the sauce options they bring to the table: red, green, and red crema. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very clean. It can be a little noisy during the busy meal hours. It was initially overwhelming when I had to order at the counter due to the large menu. I will forever thank my friend Juan for introducing me to this place.

Delicious food! 🔥The salsa dip is on point and the churros were tasty and had the perfect crunch. The tacos were excellently made with homemade tortillas, I devoured them before I even got a chance to take a picture (chicken fajita taco was my favorite). Recommend 💯%!

I had Luis's Taqueria cater an event at TopWire Hop Project this weekend, and they were absolutely fantastic—professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Everything went smoothly, and the food was incredible. Not only did they arrive early to set up, but they also put together an impressive spread that our guests loved. I highly recommend their catering services!

We're looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant in Woodburn. There are so many good ones. We walked in here. The line was long. That was a good sign. Fortunately it moved quickly. We placed our order and set our table eating our chips and salsa. There was a gentleman wandering around playing Mexican music on his guitar. The chips were house made as well as the salsa and I couldn't stop eating them. Fortunately, our food arrived before I finished all the chips. That mole sauce on my chimichanga was the bomb. It was very rich and delicious and I couldn't stop eating it. In fact, they use the rest of my chips to clean up what I couldn't eat with the chimichanga. The refried beans and rice all house made and delicious. This place is hopping. Fortunately it's well staffed so you don't wait long. This is some of the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. I'm used to eating food from the Jalisco region. This one is Michoacan. They're all good and unique. It's nice to enjoy regional differences in Mexican food. I can't wait to try it again.

I like it here. I usually just order food to go but last time I ate inside. The lady who owns it was warm and friendly and my server was kind. I love that they have such a large menu and anything I’ve had has been pretty good. I can’t wait to go back for prime rib. I would go right now, but I’ve already had dinner this evening. I just now remembered that today is Friday. Oh well, I’ll have to go next week.

We decided to give this place a try this morning. I ordered the chicken fried steak with country potatoes and sunny side up eggs. I also chose the white toast with homemade jam and sausage links on the side. That jam was my absolute favorite part, but everything was great! Service was also very nice and we can't wait to come back!

I'm staying in a hotel in Woodburn while my wife and I look for a house. We've eaten almost everywhere in the area and this is absolutely the best. The food is excellent, the variety of dinner options is excellent, and the price is unbeatable in the area. My favorite so far was the chicken fried steak. Everything, from the steak to the mashed potatoes tasted homemade.

The service was a little slow, but we got there right at lunch on a Sunday. We got our salad within ten minutes, but It took 30 minutes longer to get our burger. It was worth the wait!! Excellent food and really inexpensive. The acoustics aren't that good so carrying on a conversation was difficult. That's why I gave three stars for atmosphere. Everything else was great - we've lived here for over 25 years and just tried the place. We WILL be back.
Cat L — Google review
Pretty underwhelming. Have eaten there twice in the last month and each time it's gotten worse. The servers are nice, but the kitchen is slow and the quality control is lacking. We ordered a burger and fries tonight. Burgers were hot, but the fries on both orders were stone cold, soggy, and shriveled. Who knows how long they'd been sitting out. Our server dropped the plates off and pretty much disappeared for 20 minutes so wound up just eating the burgers and leaving the rest. When our server reappeared, she ran by our table, set the bill down, and disappeared again. Didn't ask if we wanted dessert or how the meal was. I think we're done with the place. Can get better food for the same price at the local Carl's Jr.

If you’re looking for authentic Thai flavor, Popular Thai is the real deal! I ordered the Chicken Basil (Graprow Gai Kai Dao), and it absolutely hit the spot. The stir-fried chicken was packed with bold, aromatic spices, fresh basil, and just the right amount of heat. The fried egg on top added that perfect richness, and everything was served over fluffy jasmine rice. This place is clearly run by a real Thai chef—the flavors were spot on, just like what you’d get in Thailand. You can taste the care and authenticity in every bite. Friendly service, clean presentation, and a solid portion for the price. Highly recommend for anyone craving true Thai food in the area. Will definitely be coming back!

📍 Hidden Thai Gem at Woodburn Outlets 🧪 Things Tried: • 🐔 Chicken Pad Thai • 🍍 Tofu Pineapple Fried Rice • 🍗 Teriyaki Chicken • 🥢 Spring Rolls ✅ Verdict: The spring rolls were the highlight — crisp on the outside with a savory mix of cabbage and glass noodles inside. Absolutely delicious. The chicken Pad Thai was a pleasant surprise. Unlike many places where it turns out overly sweet or dry, this one had a well-balanced, flavorful sauce with just the right amount of spice — no dryness, no sugar overload. The pineapple fried rice was refreshing and well-cooked, though I did miss the crunch of cashews. The teriyaki chicken was spot-on — tender, juicy, and glazed perfectly. ⌛ Service & Ambience: The service can take a little time, especially during peak hours — but with the sheer volume of orders and the top-notch food they’re cranking out, it’s a fair trade. This is a no-nonsense spot, so ambiance isn’t a priority, but the place is clean and pleasant to eat in. 🔁 Overall: This place deserves way more attention for the quality it delivers. If you’re ever at Woodburn, now you know where to grab a solid, satisfying lunch. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This restaurant is truly a hidden treasure. It serves the best Thai food we've ever tasted! The dishes were not only flavorful but also came in generous portions. Although seating is quite limited, which may require a bit of a wait for a table, the experience is well worth it. We enjoyed the curry rice, pineapple fried rice, spicy chicken fried rice, Thai BBQ with white rice, and shrimp noodles, all of which were excellent selections! If you visit the outlet and skip this place, you're definitely missing out on something delicious.

No complaints. The food was fresh and pretty quick to come out considering they were busy. The atmosphere is nice, music is enjoyable and not too loud. I really enjoyed the food. Simple and good. The orange on top of the orange chicken is cute and the orange sauce in the veggies underneath is really good with the rice.

We tried their house fried rice and spicy fried rice with chicken. Both tasted really good.

A solid place at the outlet mall if you like thai food . The food was delicious and flavorful . We got the avocado curry with chicken which comes with rice and the chicken pad see yew . Both were good with the right amount of spice . The green tea latte was refreshing as well. The place is a little spicy compared to the other local thai restaurants but the convenience of being it inside the mall helps and worth the premium in my opinion. I do Recommend this spot if you are at mall and get hungry shopping!

Ordered pad ke mao (drunken noodles) with shrimp and it was delicious. Chicken satay was good too. Also had mango sticky rice and I should say that this is one of the best I had in Portland area. Would definitely dine here the next time we’re here.

Very nice service. I got lost in the mall and was little late and when I got there for my to go order the lady who took my order joked about it. Very friendly. Food was good and a nice price for the area. Would definitely go again. It is inside the mall, so you want to go in near the Lululemon entrance, should see Zales as well. Head in a bit and it's on the right.
