Seafood restaurant
Bar
Zeerover is a popular restaurant located on a wharf in Savaneta, easily accessible by car from various attractions in Aruba. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with an emphasis on fresh seafood, including locally caught fish like mahimahi and barracuda. Visitors can purchase ingredients by the kilo and have them fried or grilled to order.
Zeerover was our favorite restaurant in Aruba. It was highly recommended and we can understand why. There can be a line to order. The menu is very simple. Fried fish, shrimp, and fries. They have popsicles too. You can also get some condiments. The service can be slow, but it’s very much worth the wait. The ambience is amazing. Right on the coast with the waves and wind. The fish is super fresh and you can see it being prepared. Would definitely recommend when you’re in Aruba.
Aninda Z — Google review
What a hidden gem! Very unique restaurant: you have to stand in line before you enter, order and pay your food, get your drinks and then get a table. Fish is different every day, they also have shrimp. Sides are fries, plantain, or cornbread- everything absolutely delicious! It's right next to the ocean, amazing view. A must when you visit Aruba!
Christina S — Google review
This place is definitely worth a visit . We enjoyed so much we went twice. I will be singing it's praises for all to visit. The menu is simple and that's fantastic. The fishes and shrimps are caught daily and preparation is simple and absolutely delicious. Everything we ate was a mouth watering experience. The hot sauce of the island was fantastic. This place is a must!
Clarice O — Google review
I enjoyed the experience. You wait in line to choose fresh fish and shrimp, and the amount you pick is weighed on the spot. What you selected is then fried right away for you to eat. The positives are that the food is very fresh! The shrimp are huge and the price is VERY affordable. However, I felt that everything had the same flavour… fried, with a kind of chimichurri sauce on top, and the shrimp are not so cleaned (the vein is still there). I also didn’t like having to wait an hour in line, in the heat, just to choose my meal. I loved the fact that you eat with your hands, no fuss! There are several sinks to wash your hands afterward! It’s worth the experience.
Talita L — Google review
Located on the beach, Great for seafood lovers. I had salad and plantain as not much for vegetarians. Others with me had fish. They seemed to enjoy it. Corn bread was actually pancake so do not order it. Fries were good. Place was reasonably priced. Place not very fancy and close to beach
Sho J — Google review
We went during the week around 3pm in the off season and there wasn’t a line. Staff was pretty friendly and helped explain how ordering works. You pick the types of fish and quantities then they fry it all. The food was disappointing. All the fish were deep fried and some pieces of fish were dry. Also lacked seasoning. I’m glad we went because it was recommend by many people but I wouldn’t go back. Luckily we didn’t have to wait in line because it’s definitely not worth it. It’s a pretty view from the patio, though.
Kate L — Google review
Such a unique experience! You pick your seafood at the counter, they weigh it in front of you, and it’s all super fresh — straight from the fishermen’s catch of the day. The fried fish and shrimp were delicious, perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is casual and right by the water, which makes it feel very local and authentic. Definitely a must-visit when in Aruba!
Doha H — Google review
Fresh fried fish that's as good as it's reputation! Pro tip...get there as soon as it opens if you want to beat the lunchtime hordes, avoid a long line/wait time, and get the best seating out by the water!

Seafood restaurant
Restaurant
Flying Fishbone is a renowned restaurant located in the serene fishing village of Savaneta, offering an intimate and romantic setting for diners. Established in 1977, it was the first establishment in Aruba to introduce feet-in-the-water dining. The restaurant's enchanting ambiance includes tables at the water's edge where guests can dine with their feet in the water, creating a truly unique experience. The menu features an array of international dishes, with a focus on fresh seafood sourced from local fishermen.
The views were absolutely stunning, and Romel took excellent care of us throughout our visit. The Rockefeller oysters were hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and the chilled oysters were incredibly fresh and delicious. While I did find the menu a little limited, every dish we tried was full of flavor. Overall, a memorable experience.
Tiffany K — Google review
My husband and I had an unforgettable dinner at Flying Fish Bone. I love dining with my toes in the sand, very unique dining options in the water also! The sunset views were gorgeous, the dishes were flavorful and artfully prepared, and the service was attentive and friendly. Perfect spot for a romantic evening while in Aruba.

Loved everything about this restaurant! Our waiter (alex) was a gentleman & very handsome😌. The hostess was so kind. The food was amazing! We had salmon & fish, loved the mashed potatoes & dessert! The view was stunning!! Feet in water was very relaxing I would definitely recommend. Nice experience from beginning till end.
Catherin H — Google review
The best experience in Aruba. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived and was greeted by Sari speaking Portuguese, knowing we were from Brazil! That showed exceptional customer care. Sari was the perfect waitress—smiling and giving great recommendations! The place is just as amazing as it looks in the photos… we went at 5:30 pm to watch the sunset and stayed until nightfall. The meals are perfect, the drinks are very well made, and I loved everything!
Talita L — Google review
Gorgeous place, make sure you get a table at the water with your feet amongst the fish. (Reservation) Service is quick, but feels touristy. I had the unicorn fish (day special) so buttery and flaky definitely one of the best dishes I had in aruba
Annemiek H — Google review
Always one of the best restaurants to visit in Aruba. An unmatched sunset ambiance paired with a delicious menu. So upscale yet unpretentious sitting in the sand/water and enjoying great views with friends and family.
Brett K — Google review
Food Excellent, Service Excellent, Atmosphere great. A unique experience of dinning while your feet are dangling in the sea! It was a shame that one table thought it was OK to tell the whole restaurant their life stories! So not really the restaurants fault!
Darren L — Google review
Amazing restaurant with phenomenal view. I was researching best places to eat on the water in Aruba and this popped up. We got so lucky to book a beach table and be offered a water table when we showed up for our anniversary celebration. They were initially all booked. The food was delicious and the waiter (Romel) and staff were very good. This place was worth the hype! Get your toes in the water and watch the sunset.

Aruba Bob Snorkel & Scuba, led by Kent, also known as Aruba Bob, Kyra, and Alex, offers thrilling snorkeling experiences in the crystal-clear waters of Aruba. The tours use underwater scooters to explore nearly a mile of vibrant reef filled with marine life and colorful coral. Safety is a top priority as snorkelers are provided with inflatable or fully padded life jackets and all necessary equipment.
Had a great experience with my family. We did a private snorkeling tour and a diving intro tour. Quinton, Martina and Vin did a great job. We always felt safe and they did everything to make us feel comfortable. Def recommend!

We had a wonderful time with Luis and Jeff. They both are very professional. My kids and my husband went scuba diving, nine of them had experience. Luis was very attentive, helping my son and my daughter to dive on a safe and fun journey. I went snorkeling with Jeff. I haven't been snorkeling for 5 years, and I've almost forgotten everything about it. He is also very attentive, kept asking me if I was okay, and took three short breaks along the journey, without pushing. And lots of awesome pictures!
Azalea — Google review
What a fantastic experience! Our guides were friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. We saw so many beautiful fish and the reef was incredible. First time snorkeling for my two kiddos and myself and we can't wait to do it again soon. Thank you!!!
Tori K — Google review
We had already spent several days on the island and had done some snorkeling on our own. We had a reservation with Aruba Bob but weren’t sure if it would add anything to what we had already seen. We couldn’t have been more wrong - we did the Private Snorkeling Tour and it was an incredible experience. They took us to a beautiful reef, and using the scooters completely changed the snorkeling experience. Everyone on the staff is amazing - they’re incredibly patient, show you incredible things, and explain everything. Special mention to Martina, who was our private guide - it was a pleasure to do the tour with her.
Sebastian M — Google review
If you’re in Aruba, this is a must! Our guide was awesome and a native of the island. It was a very personal experience with the tour being just my husband and myself and the guide. If you’re wanting a memorable experience without the crowd of a tour group, this is the place. We had a great time and highly recommend Aruba Bob!

What a great experience we had. Mark from Netherlands calmed me down and helped me with my fear with water. I’m amazed of all the beautiful things Mark showed us under water, pictures are phenomenal. I will always appreciate Mark for treating us with care and protection. He made sure we were safe at all times. We love him and we are going to referred him to our family who is traveling soon to aruba. Thank you Mark I hope you enjoyed the seafood festival you deserve it bud ❣️

Definitely the highlight of our week!👌 Quentin and Coco are clearly part mermaids 😅, they are magnificient to see under water! The reef was superb. I can't wait to do it again! 🤙

We had an absolutely wonderful time. My partner was nervous about a more intermediate level snorkel trip, but our guide, Coco, was amazing. He was extremely attentive and kind, and made our excursion a wonderful time! His knowledge of the area and the marine life was amazing, and he was so great about making sure my partner felt safe! Would definitely recommend snorkeling with Coco to anyone for an unforgettable day! Thank you!!!

Club Arias Bed & Breakfast Aruba is a charming accommodation that recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary. Guests have raved about the amazing staff, wonderful food, and top-notch room accommodations. The landscape is beautiful, and the onsite water oasis provides a blissful experience. Visitors have praised the friendly and helpful staff as one of the best encountered in their travels. The lodging offers simple yet comfortable rooms, with excellent hospitality and delicious food at the gourmet restaurant.
I am ultra late with making this review, but better late than never. I had the pleasure of spending some much needed R & R here, and couldn't have made a better choice. The food was excellent, hospitality excellent and the room decor just enough to make you feel as though you're at a favorite aunt and uncles home.
KIM K — Google review
The owner Arias suddenly passed away a couple years ago and I believe this place is no longer operational. Without anyone around to run it I can't image it's open since he was the owner and manager. It used to be a great place about a decade ago but Arias let it go and I think they just couldn't afford the upkeep and investment it needed.
J D — Google review
I have a hard time understanding all the positive reviews. The place is run down. Our room smelled like mildew. The pool was not clean, but most of all the staff especially the owner, were rude! I would never stay here again. I've been coming to Aruba over 25 years, they are known for their hospitality and friendliness, but this place is NOT a good example of that.
Rose C — Google review
While the room itself is amazing, to be greeted at the door with trash strewn about and a empty rundown property is hard to get past. The property's exterior amenities are all 4 years past prime and it shows. The interiors of each room are beautiful. The chef is amazing.
Ed S — Google review
Great place to stay. We had a reservation that was in a cargo container. It was simple but ok for a few days. Pillows and mattress could he better. Resort was nice, but could use some upkeep. Aruba Bob is great, but wasn't used this trip.

We celebrated our 10- year anniversary at Club Arias with close friends. Best vacation decision we have ever made. There was nothing that we did not enjoy about this slice of heaven- AMAZING staff, WONDERFUL food and our room accommodations were second to none. The landscape was beautiful and the onsite water oasis was simply blissful. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered in all of our travels- that is saying a lot!! Cannot say enough great things about this place- words will never do it justice. We cannot wait to return!!
Terrick P — Google review
Arias and his wife was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Inside the compound was very beautiful. My complaints come with the amenities which all seemed to be missing there was no 4pm snacks the refreshments was just water which sometimes will sit in the cooler for days becoming warm water. The WiFi was really spotty and unreliable. The all inclusive breakfast wasn’t really all inclusive you pick from a menu of three things and you cannot go back for seconds. Arias and his wife made sure inquired for the complaints I had but I did not see any changes.

Peruvian restaurant
La Granja Savaneta is a popular chain eatery known for its Peruvian-style rotisserie chicken and other Latin dishes like fajitas and yuca. The menu includes a variety of options such as seafood, steak, pork chops, ribs, salads, and sandwiches. Customers order at the counter and wait for their number to be called.
This was a great place to enjoy a quick dinner. We both ate in, and had take-out,another time. Delicious food, great prices, fast service, very clean. You pick up your tray at the counter and pick a table. Check out Dinner for four. So good.

Nice Peruvian food. It takes a while to be served, but the food is nice and fresh. Good if you have a large group to feed on a budget with a taste for South American Latin flare. "Muy buena la comida"
Victor G — Google review
I don't know why this place it's not better rated. The food is great, we had one of the best fried rice ever. The cheviche was also fresh, perfectly seasoned - it really reminded me of my trip in Peru - and portions were generous. At the end the price is good compared to the average of the island. Definitely recommend this place.

Yum! This place is awesome! Everything we’ve ever gotten here has been tasty and inexpensive. We are from America and prefer to get local carry out and dine in our airbnb in Savaneta instead of driving far away and paying a lot of money. We have been here many times and it’s always great and the staff is always friendly and fast. The pretty lady that waited in us today was delightful❤️
Susan A — Google review
This is our very first stop after we pick up our vehicle rental at the airport. Always. 9 years and counting. It's where the locals go to take lunch breaks, you go to the counter, order what you want and pick it up. Do not expect dine in waitress service. The steak with onions (Lomo saltado) is my daughter's favorite, and we all love the whole rotisserie chicken. The fried fish is fresh and there is plenty of selection of other types for everyone. Go to the one near the airport, instead of the one in the middle of the shopping area, for some reason the food taste better even if it's the same menu.
Ben B — Google review
The portions were super large...if you get a family meal...you get a whole chicken plus ribs plus beef plus fries & rice & 2 L bottle of pop. Staff was great, food was great, prices were pretty great for Aruba & the portion size. Building was a little on the run down side but nothing to stop you from eating there. A/C worked fine. Didnt notice a bathroom but doesnt mean they don't have one for customers. Also they do take out & have a drive though. Definitely worth trying it out. Oh...btw its Pervian food not Aruban.

Battata Beach Bar is a hidden gem located off the beaten path, offering a unique dining experience right by the water. The bar provides a relaxed atmosphere with tables where guests can enjoy their meals with their feet in the sand. Visitors have praised the delicious drinks, including an exceptional mojito and a delightful non-alcoholic vanilla smoothie that resembled a milkshake.
Found this place by accident, but it turned out to be a great find! Lovely beachfront setting where you can sit in one of the gazebos that hold about 4 tables. Sit with your toes in the sand and watch the beautiful sunset. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Great portions. We had the pan fried grouper that came with coleslaw, plantain, a small pancake?! And either fries or rice. We happen to go on a Sunday evening, so we’re able to listen to the singer they have there every week. She has a beautiful voice and sang a lot of songs we love from the 70’s. Will definitely return! Friendly, efficient staff. Thank you!

Great restaurant off the beaten path. I ordered the grilled shrimp dinner. It looked amazing and the taste was perfect. The ambiance was great ... Calm and right on the beach. The service was great. Battata Beach Bar is truly a hidden gem right on the beach in Aruba. From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really stood out to me was the location. It feels like a secret spot tucked away from the usual tourist paths, which makes it all the more special. Sitting there with the ocean right in front of me, enjoying great food and drinks, was an unforgettable experience. The staff deserve a special mention—Daniella and Sophia were some of the friendliest and most attentive people I’ve met. Their genuine hospitality really made the visit even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back here on my next trip to Aruba. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a true island treasure!

What a wonderful place! We stopped by on a road trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome. As locals you sometimes don’t get good service but here you definitely do. The waitresses are also lovely. Food was good! I appreciate seeing menus in the local currency. I highly recommend coming here.

This is quickly becoming one of our favorite spots on the island. We first stumbled upon it six months ago and ended up coming back a second time later that day. We were back on the island last week and made sure to drive down there before flying home. Not only is the food great but the staff couldn’t be nicer!

We were looking for a place for lunch after our morning at Baby Beach and went here based on other positive reviews and photos. We were a party of nine (ages 9 to 81) and had no issue getting table. Very relaxed atmosphere. The server (Dana), the food, drinks, and setting were all amazing. It was such a lovely, comfortable spot. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. And there's plenty of space for energenic kids to run around and explore the property within view. Highly recommend!

The food was good but the service was amazing. Sofia made sure my pregant wife and I were seated in the best spot, away from the sun with plenty of wind. Throughtout lunch, she made sure we had the best experience and ensured all our food met our dietary restrictions. We had the catch of the day (red snapper) and the grouper sandwich. Mangel Halto is a secluded beach located in the rural town of Pos Chiquito, just 10 minutes from downtown Oranjestad. It is known for its calm and shallow waters, making it perfect for activities such as kayaking and snorkeling. The beach features a sun deck and is surrounded by a serene mangrove forest, providing a private and tranquil atmosphere.
Best snorkeling on Aruba! Fun fact: the little grass-topped stand are called palapas and are free to use (1st come, 1st served) throughout Aruba as all beaches are considered public property.
Jessica F — Google review
Gorgeous beach!! We were sold on this being the "best snorkeling spot in Aruba." The scenery did not disappoint, however not the best snorkeling spot by a long shot. I'd also not recommend going in using the stairs ...any of them. Getting in and out can be a bit difficult if not dangerous. Walk in through the Mangroves or south of the Mangroves. You're not going to see anything around the Mangroves...the turbulence makes the water too murky. We went way, way out to the dark rocky area and saw fish. That's about it. We came here to see a sunset as well and it was beautiful.
Vinnie 1 — Google review
This beach contains majority of the scenic steps that enter the ocean. Beach also doesn't get too deep. Great for people who cant swim well and even better for children.
Angel G — Google review
Our favorite beach in Aruba. The mangroves offer shaded spots you can sit in or leave your stuff to go swimming. The tide is gentle for the most part and the beach is expansive. There are some rocky parts and sandy parts as opposed to only rock beaches on some of the Aruban coast.
Britt — Google review
Absolutely beautiful!! Easy access to snorkeling. Water is shallow, warm and very, very calm. Lots of birds and fishes. Perfect for little ones.
Oscar R — Google review
Loved it!! 😍 This is an interesting, incredible beach. Please know that there are two parts to this beach. One part has no landing beach area but has staircases to allow you into the water but if you either walk or drive to farther down the beach, you'll see a small building and a path that descends down to an area with about six palapasand a before of smooth rocks in an ankle-shallowpool of moving water that is absolutely 💯 % clear. You feel as if you are walking out into the ocean while small fish visit your ankles in the water. I actually laid down in the water and almost fell asleep while the calming waters eased by my body. Soothing, relaxing and the very best part....very few people are there! My speed and my style...enjoy before the secret is out of the bag!
Derrick H — Google review
Love this beach, very nice quiet and not very crowded. most tourists will not go here because there are not places to rent beach chairs and no sand. I think it’s a perfect place to snorkel and enjoy the beautiful water

Quick, fresh & refreshing. Everything you want for a fruit smoothie. Add sugar/milk is optional, but would just opt for without tbh. Get the watermelon! Also nice sitting area outside.

Very nice lady running the little shop. Smoothie are very good and you can grab a quick bite on the go.

$15 for 2 smoothies may seem a bit pricey, but they were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Made with fresh fruit and full of flavor—totally worth it!
Linh D — Google review
SO delicious! One of the best smoothies I’ve had in a while. They’re like a thick juice because they’re not made with milk but still a really great smoothie texture. The menu is not helpful because it doesn’t tell you what anything has and no prices either but we got 3 smoothies for $20 and they were all so delicious and refreshing and so so worth it. There’s a handful of seats and a couple tables all in the shade, and it was not busy at all so we got to sit for a while with our dog and enjoy. Definitely will want to come again before I leave Aruba.

Tia Rosa Snack is a renowned food truck located in Paradera, Aruba, known for its award-winning Patacon sandwiches. Instead of using traditional bread, Tia Rosa uses flattened, seasoned and panfried green plantains to create unique and flavorful sandwiches filled with deli meats, hot fillings, fresh toppings, and homemade sauces.
This is like a food truck in Aruba that serves the bomb arepas. Their Arepa pabellon is the real deal, with mad tasty plantain and all. The service is quick, the food is top-notch, and the prices are super cheap. I had one Arepa pabellon for lunch and it was more than enough to fill me up.

Wow, what a filling meal of ham, cheese egg, corn breading and not sure what else! Thought I took a pic of the menu, but I guess not :( Definitely a terrific meal, regardless

Best empanadas we’ve ever had. If you’re traveling to Aruba, you NEED to come here. Also definitely get an arepa too! The people are genuine and welcoming; our experience was so great that we went back two other times during our stay. This is definitely a locals classic, we will be talking about the food from here until our next trip back! If you’re looking for an authentic meal in Aruba, check them out!

Had my first patacon here and now I'm hooked. My husband got an arepa. Both were huge and delicious. Can't wait to go back.
Laura M — Google review
Tia Rosa seems to be the local spot, we seemed to be the only tourists picking up a bite to eat here but it was so good! So unique for a couple of Americans, we were so happy that we seemed to stumble across it. Definitely visit if you get the chance.

Narrowed down some local food based on reviews. This is the real deal and some taste of local cuisine, it is delicious. All prices are in aruban florin but they made conversions to USD, they have a change in $ as well. It's affordable and best bang for your buck.

Had the arepa w/beef, plantains and black beans. Delicious and very filling. Going back for another one pronto!!

Patacones full mix! You must try this. A local told us about this place and the Patacone is so good and so different than anything I had on the island. It is sandwiched between two plantain's. Go, try, enjoy. Also one of my personal favorites was the croquettes. Mmmmm.

Marina Pirata Restaurant is a must-visit in Savaneta, Aruba, offering a delightful dining experience with over 28 years of serving fresh seafood and a variety of international and Caribbean dishes. Situated near the port, this family-owned restaurant provides a great selection of food in a comfortable Aruban ambiance. It's highly recommended for those seeking an authentic seafood restaurant away from the touristy areas.
Marina Piarata is a hidden gem in Savaneta, near the water. Great place for fish & seafood and dinner on the dock by the water. Everyone enjoyed their meal, the view and the fish show. Excellent service to boot. Recommended!

Our party of four all enjoyed eating dinner here. Filet and lobster, shrimp, and fish were all terrific meals. After dark the fish are very entertaining to watch in the clear water. Be sure to catch a beautiful sunset here as well.
Randy S — Google review
We love this out of the regular tourist area location. We ate here on 9/18 for our anniversary and had a truly wonderful experience. The two servers that came to our table were excellent throughout the entire time we ate. My wife ordered the lobster tail special and I ordered the filet mignon, fish and shrimp. Both were exceptional and included several sides that were very well prepared. They brough out a brownie dessert with a sparkler candle for our anniversary which was a great touch, and unexpected. We had a reservation at 6pm and were seated immediately right on the waters edge. We watched the sunset and got stunning photos during the hour plus we were there. We had fishy friends in the water right next to us which also enhanced the experience. I would definitely eat at Mirina Pirata on a future visit to Aruba.
Steve P — Google review
It is never busy and it makes no sense, it’s the best restaurant on the island. Coolest atmosphere by far, best fish by a LANDSLIDE. Amazing service, Sheila is so sweet and kind, she makes you feel like family. We have eaten at 32 restaurants on the island including the most popular (flying fishbone, screaming eagle, barefoot, bohemian, etc) and this one wins. Truly a hidden gem
Francesca C — Google review
Definitely of the beaten path here in Aruba, but worth the trek. Cute place right on the water. Dinner was fabulous, we both had Mahi Mahi cooked in different ways. The atmosphere was spectacular as were the views. It's fun to watch the fish swim up by the pier while eating. Dinner and a show. Absolutely recommend. checking it out, we had a very nice evening.

Marina Pirata – Absolutely Outstanding! 🌅 What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff here are super friendly, attentive, and incredibly polite — they make you feel like a valued guest, not just a customer. The setting is truly magical — a beautiful waterfront view where you can watch the fish swimming right beneath your table. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a relaxing evening with friends. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked ,especially the seafood, which was some of the best we’ve had on the island. You can really taste the quality
Артем П — Google review
A really tasty enjoyable meal- right on the water! The seafood was great and the drinks were tasty and didn’t feel watered down. you can sit right I. The water and see all the fish as you dine. The service was fantastic. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because there were some mosquitos here. The staff provided us with bug spray, all the same not the most appetizing thing to be covering yourself with before a meal.
Tayler T — Google review
We were very early for our reservation (5:45 for 6:30. my bad) but they gladly seated us at a great tale right on the water. The waitress (Sheila i think) could not have been sweeter and took great care of us. Unfortunately a storm rolled in during dinner and we had to move under cover but still on the water. For an app we had calamari that was ok, though the breading did not have much flavor. For entrees we had the Chefs special which was fish and shrimp in creole sauce with cheese. My wife removed the cheese and loved the rest of the dish. I had the whole fried red snapper. I thought the presentation was great and Sheila helped with the spine removal. The fish was tasty and tender, Sheila brought a pickled onion hot sauce and it really made the dish. We enjoyed all the sides that came with the entrees as well. The ambiance and service were excellent, I can only imagine taking in a sunset.

If you're on the beautiful island of Aruba and craving a delicious meal, look no further than G&G Pizza Co. & The WingShack. Renowned for their award-winning chicken wings, this spot has consistently impressed visitors with its mouthwatering flavors that range from sweet to spicy. Their pizzas are equally delightful, featuring a generous amount of toppings atop a perfectly thin crust—ideal for those who prefer more flavor and less dough!
The chicken wings were amazing... and I haven’t had so delicious fries on whole Aruba. We went there on a tuesday and one wings costs only 1 florin.. good value for money. We had everything as takeaway. Awesome and cheap place

Good pizza and good wings. We got a large pepperoni (about 16”), it was thin crust and full of good pizza flavor. We also got buffalo flavored wings that had a perfect amount of heat and a small amount of light breading. My wife said they may have been the best wings that she ever had. Our party of four all enjoyed pizza night here.

Ordered buffalo wings they came out bone dry. Taste was similar to that of a KFC. The wings looked like they were lightly drizzled with the buffalo sauce. The quality of the wings were sad. Other food was pretty good but way too overpriced

I informed them that we will be making an order to pick up at 10pm and they confirmed. I informed them about the order 20 minutes earlier as they close at 10pm and they decided not to serve us. Very unprofessional service after driving for half an hour. No respect for customers or their time with lazy employees that were informed almost 2 hours before the order. Caribbean restaurant
Nestled in the heart of the San Nicolas Art Walk, O'Niel Caribbean Kitchen is a cozy and inviting restaurant that offers an authentic taste of Jamaican cuisine. While specializing in Jamaican classics like ackee with saltfish and oxtail with beans, the menu also features local Aruban favorites such as goat stew and fresh seafood, along with options for vegetarians and vegans. Visitors can look forward to special events featuring live music or karaoke.
Every dish we tried was bursting with rich, authentic Caribbean flavour. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat, the oxtail was tender and full of depth, and the plantains were caramelized to perfection—crispy on the edges and soft inside. You can really taste the love and tradition in every bite. If you’re in Aruba and craving soul-satisfying Caribbean food, this place is an absolute must. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Nikko T — Google review
Definitely skimped on the oxtails. 5 bones with minimal meat on them. They even skimp on the gravy like sheeesh. No complaints on the flavors and taste. The garlic conch was definitely one of a kind! Both plates were fire I just feel like we should’ve got more meat for the price we paid for the oxtails. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give a 5 star. Also no one greeted us when we walked in and wasn’t confused on whether we get seated or seat ourselves but the server Jenny was super nice! I’d definitely try them again!

Baby!!! I should’ve known I was in for a treat from the Piña Colada; blended to perfection and pleasantly delicious! I ordered the Coconut Shrimp and Caribbean Island Roasted Chicken, thinking I’d have leftovers for the next day and boy, was I wrong! The coconut shrimp didn’t stand a chance, and the chicken… OMG!!! I don’t think I’ve ever cleaned a bone so well in my life! Food, drinks, and vibe: 10/10. Highly recommend!

I try to eat native food when I'm on vacation and was going to skip this place due to having tons of Jamaican cuisine establishments in my area but I'm glad I didn't. To make matters worse, I returned the next day after trying their food due to how good it was. Oxtail, goat meat, rice and peas...matter of fact everything I've tried was very good and flavorful. May be the best Jamaican food I've had and I've tried plenty of locations to include the island of Jamaica 🇯🇲. Only thing they're missing are Jamaican patties. Highly recommended.

THE SERVICE: Friendly and hospitable staff providing Island time service. Although we were immediately seated, it took a noticeable amount of time to order and receive our beverages and food. This wasn’t problematic for us because we weren’t in a rush; I’m making note of this in the event someone is seeking a quick bite between excursions. THE FOOD: Restaurants rarely live up to their slogans, but everything we ordered was good to the last bite! The food was so good we rearranged our schedule for a return trip during our vacation. For appetizers we had french fries, festival, jerk chicken wings, saltfish fritters, and sweet plantains. Everything came out hot and fresh. Best tasting festival I’ve ever had, and the jerk chicken was seasoned to the bone. The fritters fries, and plantains were prepared as expected and delivered on taste. Dinner entrees were served with rice, mashed potatoes, plantains, and salad. We ordered the BBQ chicken, fried red snapper, curry shrimp, and jerk pork. I had the jerk pork which was well marinated delivering on taste with the desired smoky back notes- mild in spice. The jerk sauce was phenomenal and necessary because the meat was well done. The side dishes were very good, but the serving of mashed potatoes with rice was an interesting pairing- I missed the traditional steamed veggies. My tablemates enjoyed their entrees commenting on the flavor profile. We all appreciated the freshness of the salad which was perfectly dressed. THE VALUE: Delicious food at an affordable price in a welcoming atmosphere. The 35-40 minute drive from our resort was well worth it.

While on the Carnival Valencia, we decided to get some authentic Caribbean food suggested by Edmond Tour director. Edison our driver, we met was amazing when he said the other side of the island he didn’t mean across the island but down the coast. The food was amazing. Well worth the 30-45 minute cab ride down the island.
David W — Google review
The food was horrible. Before we ordered our food we asked to see a drink menu. The waitress brought our food, and we had to remind her about the drink menu, which she then brought but never came back to get our drink order. I went to the bar myself and was told to go ask someone outside. I asked the waiter if I could order a drink with him. He took the drink order but never came back with the drinks. I asked yet another person who finally took pity on us and brought our drinks. We never again saw our original waitress. Now let's get to the horrible oxtails. I eat oxtails on a regular basis, I cook them myself as well as eat at local restaurants. Oxtail go from large pieces to small pieces as the tail starts large and gets smaller at the tip. Every piece of oxtail I had came from the small end, they were tough and barely seasoned. They served it with rice, mashed potatoes, salad and plantains. I have NEVER had oxtails served without cabbage and definitely not with mashed potatoes. I don't not recommend this place for anyone that knows what oxtail are supposed to taste like. The service was horrible as well.
