We visited twice because the kids absolutely love it (and so do we :) ). The nearby restaurant is also worth a visit for its great views of the place.

If you've got a car and doing a bit of sightseeing, it's definitely worth a visit. Pleased we went to have a look.

Point of interest rather than an attraction. I had a bit of fun with perspective shots of my husband. Coming from near Liverpool, UK we found it strange that the ship had not been smashed apart by tides yet but quickly realised the Med doesn't have tides like us! Strange to see 2 ships inert and paused in time. Eventually they'll decay but it'll take a while. Feels right to point out the fantastic beach bar/restaurant behind the ship - ONIRO is well worth a visit if you have time and need shade.

Amazing spot. Love the location, parking gets too busy. Love the entry, the counter is very open. Yes this is an open food hub, you got the hammocks, lots of cordon umbrellas, huge outdoor bean bags, very comfortable, tiny tables however. Theres also a tent which is in the middle for those who don’t want the sun beam. For the food everything is amazing, there is a set of crew who will collect your drink order and take away the finish plates. The view, you have a vast amazing ocean, overlooking the shipwreck. Love this place.

I dislike writing negative reviews, but I must speak out on this one. Even without comparison to the previous concept, the new Oniro is a big disappointment. The cocktails are far too sweet and overall tasteless, the pizza was swimming in cheese, greasy and also tasteless. The breading of the fried squid kept falling off, which was actually for the better, given how underseasoned and oily it was. At an average price point of €14 per cocktail and €16 per dish, the management ought to be ashamed. On a lazy Wednesday afternoon, with only 14 tables occupied, not one of the six waiters greeted us. It took 15 minutes for our order to be taken! Perhaps, the extremely loud music destroyed their productivity. After a long wait, the food was served in cardboard boxes perched on plastic trays, cocktails poured into scratched plastic cups. Nothing says luxury quite like fast food presentation! Once again, the management ought to hang their heads in shame. Apparently, Oniro is due for another renovation and a change of concept back to what it was before. Let’s hope this place with a perfect view will be restored back to its former glory. In the meantime, the Paphos district has many better places, actually worth your time and money.

I didn’t really know this kind of place before, so I can’t compare it. The vibe is cozy and there are plenty of seats. The food choices are pretty limited but still okay. Drinks come in disposable cups, which feels a bit cheap and reusable ones would be nicer. The music is honestly terrible and should just be changed or turned off. The service was slow and not great, and on top of that they asked us several times if we were leaving while we were still eating or had just gotten our drinks. That felt really strange. Overall, it’s an okay spot but nothing special and not a place I’d go back to.

Love this place to the point we got married by the ship wreck on 10th Sept 2025 , followed by drinks and food at the Oniro. What can we say , amazing in every way , location , design (African tent, cushions, cocktail caravan) , atmosphere , staff . The vibe during the evening is a must great music and the best sunset you will get. we could not fault it in anyway. There's a pretty garden overlooking the ship wreck and as the waves pounded away under a dazzling sun I felt instantly at peace. With plenty of tables and chairs scattered about, as well as a tent for extra shade if needed, you will find your perfect spot! I only came for a coffee and wow! You'll love the stunning location at fair prices. I tried to relive my youth and sat on beanbag. I'm glad I did even though my body said otherwise. The staff were friendly and the coffee delicious so I can seriously recommend

We had a wonderful day at Paphos Zoo. We saw the parrot show twice. The kids had a lot of fun feeding the lemurs. They also fed the goats, sheep and pony. It was hot, but there are plenty of trees for shade. I didn't like the animal cages. Too many metal bars - like a prison. My recommendation is, if possible, to replace the bars with glass or more modern cages that would provide better visibility to the animals

Huge entry fee for what it offers (17.5€) - even if there's a plethora of animals to visit, most are barely visible through the small gap metal fences and are distanced from the walkways. A lot of signs with the animal name info are missing. This zoo specializes in birds, and is obvious when you catch the free bird show that has its schedule displayed at the entrance. It was pretty great, as they take good care of them, had them do cool tricks and sent positive messages about the environment within the 25 minute show +Plenty of reptiles and visible terrariums

A really good day out. Visited Pafos zoo with hubby and in laws. First impressions, from using the free transfer bus from Coral Bay, was great. It's a long, steep uphill road from the public bus stop and we wouldn't have made it without that minibus. Doesn't run weekends and is only a few a day, so check the times before you visit. Entrance price was great value compared to places we've been in the UK and we got some fish food to feed the fish just past the entrance as well. Everything is cash inside the zoo, but there's a machine at the entrance if you need one. Highlights were feeding the Lemurs which cost €5 and was brilliant. Also loved seeing the Rhino and Elephants, Giraffe, Lions, Tigers and Baboons. The reptile house was also fab and there's loads of birds too. We used one of the onsite refreshments stops for cold drinks and crisps and was again very impressed that the prices weren't sky high like similar UK sites. There is also a restaurant and museums on site and bird show and elephant experiences which we didn't check out. You could spend all day if you wanted to see everything but my in laws are getting on a bit and wanted to get back for a rest. All in all a really good day out, great value and well recommended for a break from the holiday norms.

Had a truly wonderful time. Booked online went on the zoo coach (picked up opposite our hotel). A definite must do. We even fed an elephant 🐘 (paid extra). Lovely zoo never been so up close to so many animals before. Great for adults & children.

The animals and birds are really well cared for which is so nice to see. The zoo’s pretty big and there’s lots to do with kids for a few hours. If you get there early can catch the bird show. We come here every season just to stroll around. The lemurs were just walking around by themselves which was so fun to watch. The elephant was really funny and there were so many flamingos and different kinds of birds. You could even feed the little goats. It was so cute! Totally recommend it!

The zoo was pretty to walk around and had lots of toilets and areas to stop to eat/drink. However, to be honest, many of the enclosures for the snakes, tiger and mandrill seemed a little too small. The tiger was pacing back and forth restlessly in a basic enclosure that lacked any enrichment to it, and the mandrill, which is a highly social pack animal, was housed completely alone. Additionally, a sign for one of the birds (I can't remember which one) said the bird lives in large flocks, so we were a bit puzzled as to why it was caged separately from the others. I'm hoping it was because it was for recovery or management reasons, but a sign explaining this would ensure visitors' understanding of the animals' welfare. Some of the lions also appeared to be bothered by lots of flies on their faces. The male especially was rubbing his face on the fence in an attempt to remove them. While I know flies can be an issue in the wild, zoos can take measures to reduce flies and make animals more comfortable by applying ointment that repels them to the affected areas. Overall, it wasn't a bad zoo by any means, but measures improving vistor communication and the welfare of the animals could make a significant difference. If funding is an issue, I think visitors would happily add donations to their visit to support new enclosures and treatments for animals, so please consider fundraising to support these enhancements. 🙏

Super fun zoo! So many animals that I haven’t seen before, worth the trip over. Great experience for all ages. Animals are well kept and fed, they are friendly too. Restaurant and cafes to keep you hydrated. Easy to get too.

We went for some tasty traditional Cypriot food. Starter bread wasn’t that appetising and my lemonade was only 3/4 of a glass. Unfortunately my pork was super chewy (pork souvlaki) and fatty which really put a downer on my meal. My partner had Pastitsio which was huge but very tasty. Service was a tiny bit slow (considering we were the only customers in the entire restaurant) but polite and friendly. Toilets were very clean and tidy. We visited mid March on a Sunday evening.

The Nature Cafe Restaurant is an excellent place to have a meal with friends. The design of the cafe is great with easy seating outdoors and the menu is excellent. The moussaka is especially excellent as are the grilled prawns. Superb staff also. Highly recommend a visit.

Last lunch in 2023 a relaxing place place to sit on the coast; food and service is good; we are not talking fine dining, but this is not expected. For the money spend things are fine. We had been here 3 times; revisiting is planned. For me a good alternative to more posh places.

We had a lovely dinner here. The stuffed mushrooms, tzatziki, hummus, chicken souvlaki, grilled vegetable skewers… it was all really nice and tasty! Better quality than many other restaurants we’ve been to in the area.

Very good restaurant and we went to my family so I ate some pork sovla french fries and orange juice and we will have dessert and I will have strawberry ice cream also one more thing is I ate apple pie it was so tasty and delicious! and we went to my friends and my family. We visited this cafe on our first day whilst on holiday and had to go back on the last. The food is wholesome home cooked and super portions. It's worth coming here just for the cocktails which are better than any we tried at Coral Bay or Paphos.

Based on the very good reviews, we decided to visit this restaurant, but a series of disappointments began as soon as we arrived. We came as a couple and after being seated, we noticed a different approach towards groups of three or more compared to couples. Faster service, better communication. Another issue was that the menu listed all drinks except non-alcoholic ones, and there were no side dishes mentioned either. So much time passed between our drinks being brought and our food order being taken that we could have ordered another drink. (We even considered moving to another restaurant.) In the end, we gave it a chance and ordered food and another drink. When the drinks arrived, our previous glass was left on the table (although this is a minor detail, it emphasized the following issues for us). After a long wait, we received our food, but we didn't know what surprises awaited us... My girlfriend: the meat was under-seasoned (not even salted) + the fries were bland and very greasy (the fries at the bottom were soggy from the oil). Me: the chicken with Parmesan turned out to be eggplant with a few grams of chicken and the side dish? A potato that wasn’t even seasoned (we would have expected at least butter to soften it/salt) but maybe we were expecting too much... + we were attended to by three waitstaff (1. Probably the owner/manager - only took food orders and helped serve the food 2. Took drink orders and served food 3. The bartender - cleaned tables, prepared drinks, handled payments - basically did everything and didn’t stop)

We were the only table at the restaurant during lunch time so was sceptical at first. As with most places in Cyprus, the seafood is fresh! The garlic prawns were really good, albeit on the saltier (side) - make sure to get some bread to dip that garlic sauce. We also ordered the calamari, sea bass and moussaka. I anticipated the moussaka to be very heavy and oily but it wasn't.

Had a lovely meal with the family. Good food and lovely atmosphere. Would come back for sure. The owner is a lovely character and knows how to be the perfect host. x x

Well what can I say about this place other than pick it up and drop it off at my village back in the uk. What a find and a gem of a place. We turned up without a booking and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. Sat down drinks order taken and food order taken within just a few minutes of arrival. Very relaxed atmosphere with what I can only assume was the owner going to the tables have a chat with the customers. The food was amazing all three of us had steak. I had peppercorn fillet steak at €22 that was cooked to perfection and omg the steak was huge, must have been 10-12oz of meat. The other two in our party had ribeye to which they both agreed was one of the best steaks they’ve ever had. This place is a great find and we shall definitely be going again and again and again whilst here on holiday.

Our family came as we saw the restaurant got good reviews. We ordered the fish meze, moussaka, and bolonegse pasta. Bottom line the food is very bad. Portion sizes are good, and the prices are also fare, but non of that matters if the food is not good. The fish meze started with pita and dips and each one of them did not make you want to take another bite. Next dish was raw smoked salmon (plain smoked salmon straight from the box), and a sort of shrimp cocktail that included extremely chewey, bland most likely frozen shrimp covered in a ridiculous amount of thousand island dip sauce. This shrimp actually disgusted me and was probably the worst dish of the evening. Mussels and shrimps in a cream sauce followed, mussels were ok and shrimp in the cream sauce were nice. Only bite I enjoyed the entire evening. Baked whole sea bass followed, cooked ok but quite bland. And the last dish of the meze was a fried fish, again absolutely drained in a pool of store bought sweet chili sauce.This fish could have actually been nice but the teribble sauce made it unedible. The mousaka was greasy and heavy and lacked actual flavor. bolonegse sauce was extremely watery resulting in pasta swimming in tomato water, which was also flavourless. About the atmosphere, the place is large but decorated very weirdly. Led lights that did not belong, with 80s' rock music in the background that did not suit a holiday dinner. Service was very nice but slow. In conclusion Every dish we had ranged from slightly disappointing to plain out disgusting, do not recommend.

A roadside place to est and relax. You have to show quality to attract customers. They certainly do and give good value. The house white wine is very good.

What a hike. Might be the best thing to do on Cyprus if you like hiking. Its good finding a place to park on the map and than walk to the starting point of the trail. Take good waterproof shoes. Take water and sometimes to eat. Respect nature and leave nothing. It can be a long walk of you go to the end of the trail. During the walk you can see nice plants and animals. The nicest spot is the rock that is stuck between the canyon. Walking all way to the and is difficult. Sometimes you got to climb around rocks. The small part is sometimes some hidden. The last part of the canyon the part was gone and we did have to slide down. We ended up alone on a open field with farm animals. We could first not find our way back for the road. The road can be find uphill going around the hill om te rights side.

Beautiful place. The most important thing is to wear comfortable shoes and clothes. The trail isn’t difficult, so it’s okay for beginners, you might come across mountain goats. There are also snacks and drinks available at the parking area.

Great place for a two-three hour hike. The parking lot is accessible by dirt road, but you can also drive there. Beautiful sight! Hiking boots recommended. Watch your ankles!

A great trail for hiking. The first 500m are boring and no shade at all, very hot. Once you pass the 500~m there are places to wade in the water and the landscape is interesting. Would defenetly recommend. The road leading to the parking is somewhat hard for a small rented car. Be careful if you don't drive a 4*4 but it is possible.

Really nice 2-3 mile walk. Wear suitable shoes as there are some very slippery and dusty areas. Although we did it in crocs! Lovely nature. Goats, lizards and pigeons. Lots of rare tree species. Plenty of shade. You know when you can’t go any further because it’s practically rock climbing vertical and it’s ok going up but coming back down is not for the light hearted. Plenty of parking. If you drive in from white river beach I would HIGHLY recommend you go back the other way. Turn right out of the cafe Carpark otherwise there is a very steep and deep with dusty hill- we watched several rentals bottom out trying to race back up. The other way is much better if you take it slow. The cafe sells fresh fruit and cold drinks. There are toilets down towards the start of the walk on the right by the potable water station. Worth a visit for sure :)

It's not necessary to park on the previous parking lots and walk here in my opinion. We reached the café located here, that's exactly at the beginning of the trail with a rental Toyota Yaris, if you're careful (and a bit crazy I guess..) it's absolutely fine. The trail itself is very easy and short, it took us around an hour to reach our car again. Not that I recommend it but people did it in sandals and it was fine. The only thing is that the rocks can be slippery, you can spot poisonous snakes there :) And goats! But it's worth it not to skip this site because you haven't brought "proper hiking shoes". There are toilets (a small house).

We loved the hike. We went on a thursday early in the morning around 8. It was still quite not a lot people around and not so hot. Watch which road you take to the parking one of them (marked red in my screenshot) is not suitable for a normal car.

Explore the tight rock formations and take in the stunning views of Avakas Gorge. Get ready to scramble over some large boulders and tread carefully on the slick stones as the gorge narrows. Keep an eye out for mountain goats while you're at it! Spring is the ideal time to visit since the wildflowers are in full bloom. Plus, it's just under 15 miles from Paphos, so it's a perfect day trip from the city. After your adventure in the canyon, make your way to nearby Lara Beach for some much-needed chill time.

Beautiful walk, adventurous and not too difficult. It is possible to walk with kids. It gets a bit busy on the point where you walk between the rocks. But once you pass that point and go further it's less crowded.

Have been coming to Cyprus for years, but only just discovered Avakas gorge. It really is one of the best areas in Paphos to walk. If you are fit!. Good footwear recommended. I'm a senior citizen and didn't complete the walk up to the viewpoint. Started off too late. But I'll be back.

The drive to the canyon was challenging for a small vehicle due to the road conditions. However, the trail itself is fun and recommended for young children (around 5 years old). Be sure to wear proper footwear as the path can be slippery.

Nice place but a bit challenge . I recommend good trekking shoes if you want to walk through the entire gorge. Some parts are wet and slippery, there’s a lot of climbing over rocks, and at times it can be a bit dangerous. But it’s worth it :)

The canyon is quite beautiful, but the parking area is very far from the canyon itself. It’s best to wear proper hiking gear to get there. Visiting with kids can be quite challenging due to the complicated route. Also, expect it to be crowded with lots of people.

Good to go if you like hiking and nature otherwise it could be boring .. nice area to walking and enjoy nature ..there were 800years old olive tree and lots of other tree with names boards next it.

A very enjoyable experience.

Small beach but the water is lovely. Note that the only route in by car is via a dirt road that is quite rough, so check your insurance covers it, as dirt roads may void rental insurance. You can find parking before this, but the walk is longer.

Really cool place. The best part is that you can only walk there, because direct access from the road is blocked for cars. It helps keeping it quiet and cosy. Plenty of stone monuments built by visitors make it even more interesting.

A beautiful remote pebble stone beach that you’d rarely see more than 10 people there. There were a lot of cairns (rock piles) built by tourists on the beach. While it makes a beautiful backdrop, there were signs that these cairns are dangerous for turtles. So, we didn’t partake in creating any more dangerous structures and neither should you. If you are looking to snorkel, unfortunately the waves were too strong when we went in the beginning of September. Parking is by the food truck, a little past the Google maps marking for this beach. Then there is a small trail by the food truck to take you down to the beach.

Quiet little pebble beach. Beautiful stones of all different sizes, but not a sand beach and be prepared to end up getting beaten up with a lot of stones in the surf.

Areally nice view point. You need to drive towards the end of road and it's on the high. You will see there are parking, seating and toilet facility. There is no fees. It's really nice view all around. You can wait and see around. There are many boats down there. There are also some shops and cafe. You can try Ice cream. There are two locals houses who have dogs within their boundaries. But they won't come out. If you like cactus flowers there are some next to their house. We even tried few.

Absolutely stunning Church steeped inside with history, you have to go inside to appreciate the full beauty of Church

Very scenic, very quiet, little cove with some Archeology to be explored on the area. Crystal clear waters, little cafe and also an ice cream van which isn't too expensive. Worth a visit if you have a hire car, the walk down is quite steep, although an easy pathway or road down, so shouldn't be a problem for any age or abilities to go enjoy this are. The actual bathing area is very small, but it's also not been busy when we've visited.

Beautiful church and a lot of regeneration work has been carried out in the area. Each year we see improvements and this year, it has all been block paved. Highly recommend a visit here to see thr stunning sunsets. The church wasn't open at sunset, but the little beautiful chapel opposite was.

Beautiful small church in immaculate condition. Plenty of parking when we went (at around 4pm) free to get in. You can make a donation to light a candle if you wish.

An excellent walk high above Peiya. It was an extremely warm day so taking plenty of water was essential. There is ample parking alongside the BBQ site which has a vast array of benches and tables. We kept to the wide tracks and enjoyed the excellent views and wildlife

a fantastic picnic area with about 40 bench seats and tables,2 huge brick bbq's and fresh drinking water plus toilets. plenty of long walks available and one of them takes you to a 'cliff' edge where you can look over peyia and paphos in the distance.

Stunning place to visit away from the tourist crowds. Plenty of tracks to follow, and plenty of quiet off track areas to explore. Beautiful views of the sea and villages from many different parts of the forest. It’s not too big, so even if you get lost you can soon find your way back the road.

Love this place. You can make kebab here in picnic site. Than walk to mountain rock to see amazing views of Peiya and sea side. Will back here again and again.

Excellent quality food. Souvla (grilled/ barbecued chicken and pork) served with salad and THE best chips you will ever have. Very reasonable prices. Stunning views straight down the valley to the ocean. The road there is a dirt road with some bumps and very dusty but if you take it slow you’ll be fine in any car. Ample parking, wheelchair friendly. Meat eaters only. Set menu. Stunning. Very friendly service. Large tables but suitable for all group sizes. There were three of us, we all had 2 drinks each and total bill was under €70!

Went to Viklari today with friends, the most fantastic views, only outdone by the food, service, friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere. We had the mixed plate (pork/chicken), chips to die for, salad so fresh it tried to run away ! It is the best food I have eaten in as long as I can remember, and I will be back for more !, when I am not sure, but we will be back. Fantastic food, service , staff and remember to get a 4 x 4 to get up the track to the car park, it could be an expensive mistake if you don't. I will be recommending this to my friends who visit Cyprus.

We drove to see the location, as it has amazing view. I am vegetarian and they had for me cooked beans. They are cooking all the time only souvla-pork and chicken, for 18 euro my husband had a mix souvla- meaning one very small piece of chicken and one very small piece of pork with potatoes and salads and myself for 14 euro I had cooked beans. The price is very high for what you get, but it's worth for the view. I will not drive in the dust just to eat here as was nothing impressive about the food. At the end they wanted to charge us 2 portions of souvla- and one of beans so 18 euro extra, so be careful. I will come again here to bring friends ,just for the view. We didn't book a table and was public holiday but they accommodate us. I recommend booking a table with a view at the edge in order to be satisfied.

Unique place, beautiful views, great BBQ food traditionally cooked on wood fired rotisserie. Rough entry road or difficult walk, but worth it for the experience. Definitely a must visit.

We arrived for Lunch. The seating area and views are five star. The food was not bad, but definitely over rated in my opinion. The service was beyond terrible! We got seated by an older man who was friendly. After that the food and drinks were brought to us by EXTREMELY unfriendly and rude women. They didn’t bother to speak to us, even when we thanked them with a smile. We were not checked on once for a drink refill or to see if the food was ok. When I went to pay the bill, the older woman charged me for two meals and three drinks ( even though I told her we had two lunch specials and two drinks). She pushed the receipt aside and didn’t offer it, only told me the total price. When I reached over and picked it up to check it, she was surprised. Then I told her I had just over paid for an extra drink … she was surprised again to get caught! So she refunded me cash for one drink. CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY!

I totally don’t understand the hype about this place and such high ratings. The food is average. Probably only the British, who don’t know what properly cooked meat tastes like, give it such high scores (the place was packed with them). The meat was dry, sometimes tough and too salty, the salad drowned in wine vinegar with just a drop of olive oil, the grilled vegetables had barely any flavor. The lettuce was bitter, the tomato just watery and tasteless. Even the views don’t make up for it. When asked to pay by card, the waiter started making excuses, the classic “problems with the terminal” line. Of course, we didn’t get a receipt. Typical tax evasion, and on top of that, quite expensive for the quality of the meal. Photo of chicken dried out to a crisp. I recommend going back to civilization and picking a better restaurant there.

Viklari is absolutely worth the trip, even though the road to get there is quite rough and winding. The restaurant sits on a hill with breathtaking views of the Akamas Peninsula, and the atmosphere feels both rustic and authentic. The grilled meats are excellent, the salads fresh, and everything is served in a relaxed, friendly setting. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, enjoy the moment, and forget how tricky the drive was. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Cyprus.

Sat in the middle of the Las Vegas of the Coral Bay Strip this restaurant was full as we arrived and yet we were seated straight away. The friendly personal got us sat down and we had our menus within a few moments. We ordered our drinks, a glass of white wine and a large Keo and were immediately given the complimentary bread basket with a fresh sesame bread and butter which tasted great. We ordered the garlic prawns and caesar salad and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. When the food came they were full portions and also tasted good. If you can find your way inbetween the myriad of restaurants and bars here then its enjoyable.

Went for dinner and breakfast. Best breakfast in coral bay by far! Good value for money and tasty food! Dinner service also excellent, out of 6 of us dining not 1 of us had a bad meal. Thoroughly recommend!!

Good selection of food to be found here Staff are very friendly the Kebabs however come out extremely dry. Rest of the meals were very nice especially the Seafood which was amazing. The Lager which for a warm country you would want to be Ice Cold was only just cool so not great. The Atmosphere was very friendly except for at the end of the meal it took for ever to finally get the bill and the Lady Asked us to pay a Tip !! So that's a no deal for us we tip well but not when prompted.

Absolutely fabulous place. Fantastic staff, great home cooked food at good prices. The menu is extensive and all our meals were fab. Wife had king prawns, son had keftedes, I had stifado and to make a change my daughter had a margarita pizza ( again ) but loved it. Definitely worth a visit. Meal for 4 with drinks €86

Searays Bar is a nice spot to enjoy drinks while looking at the sea on the way to Akamas. During a hot summer day we enjoyed an elevated table inside on the open window. Better views, no sun :-) Best time in the summer is around sunset for sure. The prices are very nice, 3,5 bucks for a large beer is really great. Rachel is a super friendly host.

Delighted to find this place run by friendly welcoming irish couple. super good pint of guinness and delicious home cooked burger and the tastiest chips. White wine was really good and the home baked warm choc fudge cake with icecream was just perfect. Mellow music in shaded area with Fab views over the sea made for a memorable relaxing yummy lunch. Definitely worth a visit. We were driving but It is within walking distance from white river beach.

I need to give a shout out to Searays bar on the Akamas. Rachel Watchorn O'Reilly . They now offer a great selection of non alcohol beverages. Including , wait for it!!! GUINNESS. Plus Thatchers cider, beers, gin, white and rose wine. I honestly do not know any other bar in the area of Coral Bay or Peyia that does such a choice. Well done Rach. I was getting fed up of drinking a Micky mouse, a Donald duck or a tinkerbell!!! There really is a lack of non alcoholic choices out there other than water or fizzy drinks. So if your driving, taking antibiotics or simply fancy a day off but still want to enjoy an adult drink and join in look now further. They also sell local beers and as Searays is owned by an Irish couple they sell the coldest best pulled pint original GUINNESS too. Food, live music on Sundays , amazing Seaview. Defo worth a visit 👌

We went for first time and loved the location/setting. There was a singer on (Jenny) who was fantastic who kept us entertained with her beautiful singing, she was so lovely ☺️ We had food, mains and desert which were fabulous. Very attentive staff and music made our time so relaxing. Very reasonable prices for food and drinks too. Would definitely return 😀

Had a great time here that we came back a few times in the week €7.50 for two loungers and a parasol. Had a great time trying to snorkel and saw some fish. Nice little showers that are free with toilets and changing rooms . Little shop there too incase you need anything and few minutes walk from the restaurant.

I liked this beach because the water is calm not rough like other beaches in the area, it's like a swimming pool and sandy beach. You can rent a sun bed and umbrella. There is also a restaurant near by. I didn't see a bathroom or shower 😕 But there is a place where you can wash your feet when you leave. There is a lifeguard on duty. I liked the free paved parking. There is a bus stop in the parking lot in case you don't have a car sorry I don't know the bus numbers.

Water is clear - fantastic colour. Some rocks there as well, that make waves quite small in the area. Free car park near to the beach.

Rocks out to break waves so very easy to get in and out. Plenty of free parking at the bus station carpark.

Nothing much to view apart from some foundation of an ancient settlement. A small information centre provides some details into the settlement and region. No shelter from the sun. Probably not worth making a dedicated trip to this site.

Amazing views. The man at the reception was lovely, so friendly and chatty. There is not much there, small amount of ruins and a small museum. Nice to sit and look at the sea for a while but not a full day or afternoon out.

If you come here expecting to see a plethora of Archaeology then forget it. You can see more impressive ruins for free behind the restaurants at Paphos Harbour, on Fabrica Hill, or at the Meletis Forest Necropolis. The only reason I have given this two stars instead of one is because there are some nice views here.

Went with a tour guide, so I understood what this place was about. Great view! Walk on main road, there may be snakes in the bushes. Google information beforehand, or else not many things will make sense. Opened at 9:45 instead of 09:30, had to wait in the sun!

The actual history is mind blowing, the town was evacuated about 3,400 years. The museum is small but very informative. Superb location with fantastic views.

A wonderful little museum of the Mycenaean settlement in Cyprus with depictions of how life was organised through unearthed artefacts around the island. The museum, designed by architect Andrea Bruno, is built so to interrupt minimally the scenery around the peninsula and the settlement. It has stunning details and copper plated dome and door as ode to the Copper Historic Era of the island. Sadly the museum is not maintained at the appropriate standards.

Interesting place to visit. It costs 2,5€ to enter and get some water with you just in case. You will spend around 40 minutes there. Do it early in the morning. Be prepared to see nothing exciting here. It’s an old defence settlement from 1200 BCE. The interesting thing is that it was build by Greek refugees from the Aegean islands. The museum structure also is interesting. The only visible part is the roof made of copper, so it doesn’t disturb the natural enviroment

A very interesting and ancient site more to it than first meets the eye. The space craft in the middle is a bit out of character and could be a little more informative but with a little imagination this is a good walk round.

Great history but not worth the entrance fee Museum has been robbed so no artifacts just some pictures. Better to visit tomb of the kings same price.

I am a professional karting driver and I had an amazing time here, and it’s a very good track even with its small size . As soon as I walked in the staff members were so polite to us and helpful.Plus the prices are very good, and also before you drive you have to read some instructions for safety reasons which shows that they care about there customers safety which is good. The go karts are in a very good condition and so is the track. I will definitely come back here, for sure and if you’re in town for some fun i definetly recommend coming here.

Delicious food, came here twice during our stay in Peiya and would highly recommend. Calamari I had here was the best I have had, perfectly coated and the slight crunch on the outside and the squid tasted really fresh. Fried halloumi was already really nice, the flaky pastry, nice crisp and perfectly cooked. The portions were really large and tasted really good. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!!

Cosy and comfortable, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and comfortable seating. The service was fast, efficient and pleasant. However, what was best was the food. We had a huge tasty portion of spare ribs, with steamed veg (perfectly done) and a creamy risotto. The salad was fresh and tasty. We loved it, and had to take half the food with us as the portions were bigger than we anticipated. Highly recommended, (and there was no music blasting out to drown conversation)

I’ve been to this restaurant many times, and it never disappoints. It’s definitely one of the best spots in Coral Bay. The food is always delicious, and the portions are very generous,usually more than I can finish. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the amount of food you get. Phils is absolutely one of the best places to eat and/or enjoy music in the evening. Great portions and very good quality. No problem if you want to change the sides. If you can be without view of the sea you'll find a great restaurant.

4 across the board because of a few let downs but if you haven’t been before, it’s definitely a must for the experience. We chose to sit outside as the other seating area looked crowded and we aren’t a fan of breathing in others cigarette smoke. Where we sat had a lovely view across to the horizon which would have an amazing sunset when not cloudy. Unfortunately there was an awful smell, sort of like stagnant pond water coming from the ravine side. Not the restaurants fault but also not optimal for eating. We ordered our starters with our mains expecting them to come separately. 2 starters and 1 main turned up. We had to flag a waitress who admitted her error and rushed the 2nd main to come. Halloumi starter and Camembert starter- both amazing. Chicken salad with carob dressing. Very unusual mix but very tasty. Yummy chicken with the most excellent sauce. 2 desserts lava cake which was done to the best temperature and a white choc and raspberry cheesecake which was again delicious. 2 smoothies and some water and our bill was around €90. You can’t pre book so just turn up. It gets rather busy 7pm onwards so if you aim just between 5-6pm you’ll have no problem being seated. Staff were very friendly and polite. There is parking but it can fill up quite quickly so you La jar to park up the road and walk down.

This place is amazing! No booking tables so you turn up and wait, but it is well worth it. Great service by some lovely staff. The food was top-class. Fresh, well cooked. Didn't feel rushed could have sat all night if wanted to. The chef came out and said hello to a few tables and to check people were happy. Good prices €240 for 6 of us including drinks. So good after writing the first part we went back! And was even better. Pictures are from our 2nd night. The jumbo pork chop is a beast so be warned!!!

Visited for lunch for a special birthday with family. Arrived about 12, and got a fantastic table with a great view. The waiter was great, lots of banter and recommendations. The food was amazing. Presentation was beautiful and taste was divine- honestly the best lamb ribs I’ve ever had. Even the chips were delicious! The bill was €280 for 5 of us, and we had starters, mains and cocktails! We sat outside because the weather was great, but the inside is stunning too. A great find!

Lovely old school restaurant, nothing fancy but full of charm and character. Feels very homely. A charcoal BBQ menu of suckling pig, lamb and chicken is interesting. The lamb and chicken was full of flavour although a bit dry. The kleftiko lamb was excellent, very tender. Overall the portions were generous. Grapes off the vines growing overhead were served as a compliment and beats the supermarket variances by a country mile. We visited Saturday night and the owner provided traditional entertainment and had the entire restaurant joining in. Great fun for everyone. Worth a visit if you are staying around the Coral beach area of Paphos. The 615 bus stops approximately 10 minutes walk from the restaurant. Plenty of parking in the car park.

A hidden gem serving excellent authentic traditional food. It is located across from the Coral Bay Beach hotel & resort but you need to walk up this path. The lamb Kleftiko was so tender and fantastic. The meats were cooked over a proper BBQ pit. The owner put on entertainment like plate smashing and included all the customers to join in with the fun and dancing. Restaurant is very much like a local and typical tavern but it had a great atmosphere. There was also live music. Highly recommended.

Nice traditional restaurant. Good food and friendly staff. We had Squid and BBQ lamb which were both lovely. Recommended for lunch. (They have a friendly parrot that wanders the restaurant interacting with guests. )

Traditional Cypriot restaurant, we were blown away by the hospitality of the host. We were treated like guests in his home and spent time telling us about his parrot Gargos. We had an excellent time here, and spent every night from our first visit as we loved the atmosphere and service. Food was done brilliantly, Meze is excellent. We are now coming here everytime we visit Cyprus. 10/10 recommend for you to give this place a try

10/10 Staff were so welcoming and friendly- full of love just like we were family members. Food was delicious. Complimentary starter bread with dip. We were a party of 4. 6 soft drinks, 2 wine, 4 mains, 2 starters and 2 desserts and the total was €120. Tuna salad was amazing. The meat and potato dishes were hearty and filling. The chocolate cake dessert was huge! Could have shared. Very moist and delicious. Plenty of parking road side and around the back. Clean, shaded and very pretty. Highly recommended by locals and we would definitely go again. Call to book a table. Or message via social media.

Absolutely lovely experience! Myself and my partner did the 1h walking ride as he has never ridden a horse, I’m a more experienced rider and they were aware of this, they made me feel very trusted and didn’t make me feel like a beginner at all. They even offer to take photos and videos during the ride and when we stopped at the sea caves. I rode Shakira who was just lovely, one of the most responsive horses I’ve ridden! My partner rode Sam who he also loved, he’s never really ridden before and he had a great time and has even said he’d do it again! Sam is a gentle giant and really looks after his rider. We’ll definitely be back again when we’re next in Paphos!

Horses are really well cared for. All look super healthy and have lots of fly/heat precautions taken for them. We did the evening sunset ride (€65 each) and although it was cloudy, we did manage to get a sunset. My partner rode ‘Jackson’ as he had never ridden before and I rode ‘Lily’ who although was a ninja bush eater along the way, she was very responsive. The trail goes down to the sea caves and you go up and down sand dunes and along tarmac rides so a variety of terrain. The walking stable hands were very good at communicating so that the horses don’t get too close to one another. We both felt very safe the whole journey, just a slight shame about the weather. Booked in advance via their website. Paid in cash on arrival.

I absolutely love St George's Ranch It is well organised and they communicate well for booking in, all horses are taken care of, the staff are really nice and welcoming. I have ridden quite a few times over the years, it is my favourite place to go for a ride especially first thing in the morning 👍🏾👍🏾 I go on the experienced coastal ride with a fantastic guide named Kule, he is friendly, calm and very attentive, especially with his camera skills 😊 The horses I rode this year in May and October were Mela,Oro and Figo, all the horses I have ridden have been so beautiful, full of character, responsive and forward going. It is always a pleasure and memorable to ride at St George's Ranch I can't wait to come back again, see you next year.❤️

Incredible experience. I highly recommend doing this around sunset for breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. My horse was Sam, the biggest horse in Cyprus!

I’ve been riding at this ranch for a while now, and honestly, it’s amazing. The place is beautiful, the horses are really well cared for, and everyone there is super professional and friendly. The team who leads the hacks always positive and helpful, “safety first”. Each level is handled with care and precision. Sunset rides are always my favourite! The training team, knowledgeable and understanding. Maria is the kindest person who won’t let you leave without achievements!! Caroline, the owner, is incredible — she’s honestly the most experienced rider and trainer on the island. You can tell how much she cares about both the horses and the riders. She always makes sure people are matched with the right horse for their level, so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable ride. Every time I go, I leave with a big smile. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Tip for anyone planning to ride here: be honest about your real experience and skills. The team matches horses carefully for everyone’s safety — if a horse feels “too much,” it probably means you weren’t as advanced as you thought.

Great food and hospitality, wasn't there late so didn't see any of the dancing, just caught the start of the singing but I don't go out to eat good food and listen to that sort of thing anyway. Cannot fault the tasty food though, suckling pig was really tasty!

Amazing food, friendly quick service. Was recommended to us by a regular who had been visiting coral bay for 10 years, if your struggling for choice of somewhere to eat, keep this place in mind, mixture of both English and traditional food. Off road customer parking was very helpful One of the best restaurants on the coral bay strip.

Great restaurant, really good service, decently priced and so much to choose from on the menu. Family friendly, the children really loved the birds and the Roman theme inside was beautiful!

First night out in Cypres so went for a traditional meal. Lamb and musakka was superb. Live music and entertainment was engaging and was only spoiled by the Elvis impersonator in the sports bar across the road.

Lovely staff and restaurant. Had one of the 21 inch chicken kebabs and it was yummy.

Highly Recommended – Beautiful Spot with Great Food We highly recommend the Sea Caves Restaurant! It’s set in a stunning location with gorgeous views, especially of the nearby sea caves – such a lovely atmosphere to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was really good – we actually came back three times during our holiday! The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made each visit even better. There’s a small play park on-site, plenty of parking, and the toilets were clean and well-maintained. Prices were very reasonable too – and the cocktails were absolutely delicious! A great spot for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy good food with a view. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

An 'out of the way' hidden secret! Once you park in the car park and walk to the beach, you enter a fantastic seating area with tables and chairs. Amazing sunset while eating, the service was exceptional, as was the food and drink.

This was the best place we ate lately! The scenery is breath taking, the food is great and me and my friend agreed that we never drank a better Margarita ( ice, with passion fruit). The waitor was also the best..so I deeply reccomend.

We got food poisoning from the food. We live here, thought it could be a coincidence so after a month we came again and also got sick again. I would never go here again. We also ordered a fresh juice and than they mixed it up with juice from a box. We saw it, told them to make a 100% fresh one and they refused. I have never meet someone more unpolite. Beside that the view is great.

Really good food. Everything was freshly made with a genuine cypriot / greek touch of taste. Delicious moussaka, carbonara, bolognese and fries. (the carbonara was also made with champignons, but still very good 😊)

A superb spot on the beach today we have experienced a very nice lunch with a spectacular view onto the sea caves and the small islands in front. Food was good, prices are very reasonable, ample parking and a very good service. A good option for this winter to enjoy. Revisited just before X-Mas :-)

This place was a great find. On clear day I am sure you get to see beautiful sunsets. The restaurant is all open with a chilled playlist, you instantly relax as you walk in. We ordered the halloumi and ham pita which even though so simple, was delicious. The halloumi was so GOOD. The views are pretty beautiful and the toilets were so clean.

Service was helpful and fast. Nice family. Presentation of the food was attractively. Small improvements. Waiting for the food was to long. The pork suflaki was quite fatty - was rather pork belly than pork loin. For the price of 17 euro you could expect good meat. All in all good place for food and drinks.

On the way back from Lara Beach we stopped today for lunch here at Sunset; overall the visit was good and I enjoyed my lunch; the taverna is quite popular with locals not too touristic which is very good; the service was very nice and friendly.

This is a lovely family restaurant, we had the halloumi fries and dips with pitta bread as a starter and simply wow if you go here you have to try the halloumi fries. We had a lovely quiet evening. The main meals were just as delicious. Definitely worth dining here.

We had a lovely lunch here. The staff were friendly and the food was good. You are right by the road, but it is a lovely place to sit and eat and it was fun watching all the quad bikes returning from their trips. We'd happily come back and eat here again.

A fantastic family run taverna with a great sunset view. My wife was not feeling well when we got there and the owner even gave her a lift home! Great service and really good food. Thank you!

Paid almost 13 Euro(!!!) for only 2 cups of coffee and one small simple juice in a box (!). This is outrageous!!! I asked to have my coffee stronger. They did not mention that it'll be with additional payment. It was a surprise. When I expressed my surprise about the high price they asked, the lady argued about it.. So I paid her and got No receipt for it. I feel they should say when adding charge on customers, especially when it is not a reasonable price at all!! This is really -Too expensive for a simple coffee and a simple cheap juice. :(

As mentioned in other comments, this place has a cold atmosphere and not very welcoming. We first sat at a table in the sun, but after a minute we decided to move to another table in the shade because it was too hot. The owner didn't like this and told us rather rude to sit on a table for 2 and not at a table for 4. Although our fist table was also for 4 and the restaurant was empty. I had the keftedes, then you can choose fries, rice or salad. So in the end I ended up with some keftedes and a handful of fries, this was way too expensive. We wanted to leave at first with the table changing scene but unfortunately there were not a lot of places open early afternoon. This was our worst experience in the weeks we were on Cyprus.
