Bayside Marketplace is definitely one of the must-visit spots in Miami! The location is beautiful, right by the water, and it offers a great mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment all in one place. The atmosphere is lively and full of energy, with music, boat tours, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. It’s especially nice in the evening when the lights come on and the waterfront feels even more vibrant. The variety of shops is impressive – from well-known brands to unique local stalls where you can find souvenirs and gifts. The food options are also great, ranging from quick bites to sit-down restaurants with amazing views of the marina. A boat tour from here is highly recommended, since it’s convenient and gives you a wonderful perspective of Miami. That being said, it can get very crowded, especially on weekends, and parking isn’t the easiest, so planning ahead is a good idea. Some of the restaurants are on the pricier side, and like any touristy area, you’ll find that not everything offers the best value. But overall, the experience makes up for it, and the vibe is worth it. Tip: If you want a more relaxed experience, visit earlier in the day or on weekdays. For the best photos, sunset is absolutely perfect with the skyline in the background. In short, Bayside Marketplace is an iconic Miami spot that captures the city’s lively spirit. Despite a few downsides like crowds and parking, it’s still a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting Miami for a true taste of the city’s energy and waterfront beauty.

Spent my birthday at Bayside Marketplace on a Saturday and had the best time. They had live music on the water, plenty of shops and restaurants to experience. I highly recommend a visit. Its a 2 story outside shopping complex with all kinds of name brand stores to shop at.

Booked via Groupon! The tour did not disappoint! The facts were all correct and the celebrity boat tour was very exciting! Loved seeing where everyone was living. Shout out to the team. Also a mojito bar on the boat so you’re able to get drinks and refreshments!

A lively market in Miami with stunning views and crystal-clear photo spots. You can watch ships and cruises circle the harbor while enjoying delicious Caribbean food. A must-visit for a vibrant experience!
Hari K — Google review
It's a cool place with plenty of souvenir shops, several restaurants, and food courts serving a variety of delicacies. You can also take advantage of interesting attractions and excursions, such as a Miami cruise.
Piotr T — Google review
Bayside Marketplace is one of those places you can just drift around for hours. The big, beautiful trees out front make it feel tropical and relaxed before you even step inside. I love strolling past all the little shops, grabbing something cold to drink, and hanging out by the water to people-watch. It’s definitely touristy, but in a charming, colorful Miami way that still feels fun even if you’ve been a hundred times.

Modern art museum
Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is a leading art museum located in the Downtown Arts District near Edgewater and Wynwood. The museum's striking architecture, designed by Herzog & de Meuron, offers a unique experience with its vertical gardens suspended from the canopy's overhang. Inspired by the Stiltsville homes of the 1930s, PAMM overlooks Biscayne Bay and features a permanent collection of modern and contemporary international artwork.
The Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is one of the best cultural attractions in the city, offering a stunning collection of contemporary and modern art in a beautiful waterfront location. The architecture of the building itself is a work of art, with open spaces, hanging gardens, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. Inside, the galleries feature rotating exhibitions and permanent collections that highlight artists from around the world, with a strong focus on Latin American and Caribbean art. It’s the perfect place to spend a few hours exploring, reflecting, and enjoying Miami’s vibrant art scene. A highlight of the visit is the fantastic on-site café, which offers fresh, delicious food with both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the water. It’s the perfect spot to take a break during your museum visit. The staff and volunteers at PAMM are also exceptional – very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Viral J — Google review
The Pérez Art Museum Miami is an absolute gem for families looking for a culturally enriching and enjoyable outing in Miami! We recently visited, and it was a fantastic experience for everyone, from the littlest ones to the adults. What truly sets PAMM apart for families is its ability to make contemporary art accessible and engaging for all ages. While it's not a "hands-on children's museum" in the traditional sense, the thought-provoking and often vibrant exhibits, which frequently incorporate light, sound, and video, really capture kids' imaginations. We found ourselves having fascinating discussions with our children about the various pieces, which was a wonderful way to encourage their critical thinking and appreciation for different forms of expression. The museum's layout is manageable, preventing overwhelm, and there's a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces that kids absolutely love. The outdoor sculpture garden, which some kids lovingly call the "sand bar," is a huge hit. It's a spacious area where children can run, play, and even interact with some of the art in a more relaxed setting, all while enjoying stunning views of Biscayne Bay. It's the perfect spot for them to burn off some energy after exploring the galleries.
Pedro P — Google review
This is a very beautiful newer museum on an extraordinarily attractive piece of land between the downtown skyline and the water It’s got a lot of exhibition space. The permanent collections upstairs are relatively small, and the rotating exhibits throughout the building are a larger percentage of the overall space. I took a whole bunch of photos of the exhibits to give you a sense of what you might see when you come here. The number of modern and contemporary big names is pretty small and there’s lots of emerging and new artists. So if that is what you’re hunting for, you’ll find that here in spades. If you’re expecting a lot of “early “modern from 1890 through 1950, you won’t find much —all depends on what you want

A beautiful and modern museum with a great variety of contemporary art. Perfect for a cultural and relaxing day. The architecture and views of the bay are stunning. It’s a great place to visit with family or friends and also has a nice café and gift shop. Highly recommended for art lovers!

Enjoyed my visit at the museum today. On a rainy & wet day, the one parking garage was full! 2nd Saturdays are 🆓 so the museum was extremely crowded. I decided to participate in a tour and it was enjoyable. The museum tour guide was very informative and passionate about art. The museum grounds are nice as well. The bathrooms were clean, that is a big plus.

We had an exceptional time at the Pérez Art Museum Miami. The architecture is stunning, right on Biscayne Bay, with beautiful outdoor spaces. The museum offers a perfect mix of vibrant, colorful art and thought-provoking works exploring diverse cultures. It’s also great to relax with a coffee at the in-house café while enjoying the view. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami!

The Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) houses a collection of international modern and contemporary art from the 20th and 21st centuries. There are two floors. I really enjoyed it, particularly the second floor. Easy to navigate. Staff were friendly. Clean. I spent around one and a half hours there, but you could easily spend longer depending on your interests. Information is in English and Spanish. Adult ticket price (November 2025) cost 18 USD. The gift shop as you exit is worth a browse. Lovely views overlooking Biscayne Bay.
Taylor D — Google review
I did not go inside the museum, I went outside on the grounds. This is my 2nd visit and I enjoy every moment. I believe the museum is for all age groups, although children in particular would love it. The bigger than life statutes are worth seeing. The compound is clean and well kept. The look-out on the waterfront is calming and a breath of fresh air. The entire ground and it's setting is beautiful. Worth going to see!!!

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens is a historic estate located in Coconut Grove, Miami. Built between 1914 and 1922, it was the waterfront villa of James Deering, an art collector and conservationist. The museum houses a diverse collection of furniture, tapestries, sculptures, and paintings from the early 20th century.
Vizcaya Museum & Gardens is one of the most beautiful and unique places in Miami. The architecture makes you feel like you’ve stepped into an old Italian villa, with marble details, balconies, formal gardens, and water views. Everything is very well preserved and thoughtfully maintained. The interiors are filled with original antiques and art, and the gardens are peaceful and full of hidden spots to explore. The stone barge in the bay is especially impressive — it’s not just decorative, it also served as a wave breaker and looks amazing in photos. Plan to spend at least 1.5–2 hours here. It’s a relaxing, elegant experience — totally different from the usual Miami vibe. I recommend going in the morning to avoid crowds and heat. Definitely worth
Serg M — Google review
The mansion was built in the 1910s as a winter home for businessman James Deering. The architecture and gardens are gorgeous, like stepping into old Europe. Fun fact: there's a stone barge built right in front of the villa that protects it from waves and storm damage. It looks like a floating sculpture! The whole estate is beautifully maintained. Perfect spot for photos and learning about Miami's history.

Perfect — thank you! Based on what you shared, here’s a friendly, natural review you could post on Google, TripAdvisor, or Yelp: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 out of 5 stars) I really enjoyed visiting Vizcaya Museum and Gardens! The place is beautiful and peaceful, with amazing ocean views and so many perfect spots for pictures. It’s a great place to dress up a bit and take stunning photos surrounded by nature and historic architecture. The only thing I didn’t love was that the pools and ponds could have been cleaner — it would have made the experience even more perfect. Overall, though, it’s a gorgeous, relaxing spot and definitely worth visiting when you’re in Miami!

Highly recommend!!! Also they were setting up for a wedding on the back patio (huge) by the ocean. Beautiful!!! Its magical. And the gardens are unbelievable! Hard to imagine life in this amazing castle like home!

I have loved Vizcaya since I was a little girl, I had not been in 25 years and it did not disappoint. The home is exactly as remembered. The Gardens are magical. I did not realize that James Deering was the brother of Charles Deering another estate in Miami I recommend visiting. This home is truly beautiful with Gardens that make it extra special, the estate is inspired by Italian renaissance villas architecture the home is awing, breathtaking, and inspired. Originally the courtyard was completely open to the sky. The Gardens are so special and the views in the backyard are so special. Just go and spend a day, bring a picnic and if you want instagram worthy pictures this is a great place for you.

Sandwich shop
Enriqueta's Sandwich Shop is a beloved Cuban eatery located in the heart of Midtown and Wynwood. This small, unassuming spot serves up hearty breakfasts and lunch specials to locals and visitors alike. The menu features traditional Cuban favorites such as tostadas, empanadas, cafe con leche, sweet plantain omelet, cream cheese toast, media noches, pan con lechon, BLTs and french fries.
Omg, the food was so good!!! I'm happy that this was the last place we ate out in Miami before our flight back to Europe. The flavors were so good and the place was full of people. We walked by several other eateries that were completely empty and this one was where everyone was at. The prices were decent and everything delicious. If we ever go back to Miami I would love to get some more food from this establishment.

Well, I finally got to visit this restaurant. I was in town for work and this place was highly recommended by multiple people. I wanted to have the entire sit down experience, but the place was packed! The ambiance was good and it felt like you were at a family reunion. I ended up ordering a Cuban Sandwich from the takeout window, since the wait time was going to be a bit long and I was in a hurry. 5 Minutes later, I got my sandwich, handed over by the owner. I told her it was my first day at her establishment. She welcomed me and hoped I liked the food and to come back when in town. She was super nice and humble. No wonder she is like a legend in the area. The sub was delicious. It had the perfect balance of ingredients and the bread was super fresh and crispy. I will definitely go back when in town. I was told the pan con bistec was fantastic and the ropa vieja was outstanding. Heck, I might try both!

As always Enriquetas does not disappoint. Good service, and thankfully we found a seat in the breakfast bar area. Quick service. We had a shot of espresso and for breakfast an egg sandwhich and turkey sandwhich. I had totally forgotten how big they are. Highly recommend you arrive before 11am as the pricing changes.

Amazing diner that offers one of the best Cuban sandwiches you can find in their Double Cuban! Stacked high with a chopped pulled pork. It is very big and can easily be shared if you do not have a large appetite. It is so delicious, that it is crave worthy. Staff is very nice, attentive, and the atmosphere is casual. Would definitely recommend and visit every time in Miami!

The best Cuban sandwich ever!! Get the Cubano Doble sandwich. The owner and staff were lovely.
Linda H — Google review
Simple, no nonsense and tasty food. Something that’s quite frankly in short supply these days. Better than 99% of all the “Chef tables” you’ll find in this city. And much much cheaper.
Marc F — Google review
Cuban soul food for the soul is on the menu at the family restaurant que tienen el sabor. The breakfast special is completo, the Bistec a Caballo (eggs on horseback - palomilla steak with onions, grilled ham and lime) with fries is fantastic! Sandwiches are a can't miss, including one of Miami's best Pan con bistec (steak sandwiches) and the Pan Enriqueta, una tortilla encebollado (an onion omelette) con queso suizo, jamón, tomate y bacon (Swiss cheese, ham, tomato and bacon) which is a VERY filling option. Lunch specials are can't miss classic prepared Cuban lunch-dinner items. Only open Monday. Thru Sat. for breakfast and lunch, so don't try to brunch this spot.
Grant S — Google review
If you're looking for a true taste of Cuba, this restaurant is an absolute gem. The flavors are rich, the portions are generous, and every dish feels like a homemade meal straight from Havana. From the perfectly seasoned ropa vieja to the crispy, golden tostones, everything is prepared with love and attention to detail. What makes this place even more special is the owner Enriqueta an incredibly kind and welcoming woman who treats every guest like family. Her warmth and hospitality make the dining experience feel even more authentic. Whether you're a Cuban food enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Italian restaurant
Macchialina is a charming trattoria located in Miami Beach, offering a stylish and rustic setting to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. The restaurant has expanded its seating options during the pandemic, now including a covered patio and a small wine shop for takeout bottles. Known for its homemade pasta, hearty mains like veal Milanese, and an extensive all-Italian wine list curated by Italian-born beverage director Jacqueline Pirolo, Macchialina has become a beloved gem for locals.
Amazing experience at Macchialina. We had done some research looking for the best restaurants on South Beach and this restaurant kept coming up. We were so glad we decided to visit. We were expecting the meal to be good based on reviews, but our dinner absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had professional, attentive, warm, friendly service by the staff from star to finish. They were knowledgeable regarding the menu and gave great recommendations. I believe our server was Neil and he was training another gentlemen (can't recall his name) and both were wonderful. Our meal felt/tasted both high-end and yet reminiscent of homemade Italian meals I had growing up. I was not expecting to be transported down memory lane when we arrived, but it truly was a lovely, surprisingly nostalgic meal. Every dish we ordered was delicious. Every cocktail we ordered was also delicious. We will absolutely be adding Macchialina to our normal rotation when we are visiting South Beach.
Macey — Google review
The food here was exceptionally good—bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The mushroom pasta was absolutely divine. The restaurant offers an extensive and thoughtfully curated wine list, featuring an impressive selection of skin-contact wines. Each glass was vibrant, complex, and wonderfully expressive, making for a perfect pairing with the pasta. The atmosphere is lively, buzzing with energy, yet still relaxed and welcoming. The spacious outdoor terrace is elegantly designed and ideal for enjoying a leisurely meal. A truly beautiful spot with incredible food and wine—highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our evening at Macchialina in South Beach was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we settled in at the bar, we were captivated by the vibrant yet effortlessly refined atmosphere. The food was simply exquisite—each dish a testament to thoughtful preparation and authentic Italian flavor. Every bite reflected the kitchen’s dedication to quality and craft. What truly elevated our experience was the impeccable service. Maria, our bartender, was warm, gracious, and exceptionally knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. Jackie, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our evening was perfect. Her attentiveness and gracious spirit made us feel thoroughly cared for. It is rare to find a place where ambiance, cuisine, and hospitality harmonize so beautifully. We will most certainly return to Macchialina and recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience in Miami Beach. Five stars all around.

We had such a wonderful meal and experience for our anniversary dinner! Our server Matt was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the plates we were served and he very wisely recommended the chef’s tasting menu and a scrumptious bottle of white wine! Everything was so well done with perfectly balanced flavors that left you wanting more, it was almost impossible to pick our favorite dishes but I highly enjoyed and recommend the mezzaluna pasta, the polenta, panino, and the tiramisu!! Will certainly be back and already raving about it to our friends and family before we’re even out the door!!

I recently visited from NYC and had the pleasure of trying their tasting menu. They were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and I couldn’t stop indulging! The portions were just right, and the service and atmosphere were top-notch. You absolutely must try the Tiramisu! I would highly recommend coming back here again.

Recently visited here for dinner while on vacation and it was delicious! I will say the music is loud inside, but we love that vibe but if loud music during dinner is not your thing, just letting you know in advance. The food was amazing and our waiter was great, and made an excellent wine selection for us. My favorite thing on the menu, funny enough was the bread that came with our charcuterie board. The bread was a cross between a roll and a sweet dough, I could have had ten of them.

Shopping
Dolphin Mall, located just five miles west of Miami International Airport, is a large shopping center offering over 240 retail shops, a food court, theater, and bowling alley. It is known as Miami's largest value retail shopping center with over 200 brand name stores at affordable prices.
Very cool Mall! I visit several stores Starbucks, converse, Nike, Express etc and they all had good customer service and a good sale going on. Lots of great options for food and drinks we ate at Johnny Rockets the burgers and shakes were delicious and I had turkey meat and my family had beef and there were both great. There is a Fat Tuesday that services bar bites I’m from Louisiana and this is the first I’ve seen that. Overall my family had a good experience and would defiantly recommend to visit.
Tai M — Google review
We had a great time on our first visit to Dolphin Mall in Miami! The mall is very big, but it’s well-organized and easy to walk, which made shopping super enjoyable. There’s an amazing variety of stores from high end brands to great bargains with lots of great deals throughout. We all found something and more. The ambiance is festive and very family friendly. The food court had great options, food from different countries, besides the usual chains, lots of desert, ice cream and sweets places too, plus plenty of seat down restaurants to choose from. We also enjoyed the live musical entertainment, added a celebration mood to our shopping day. There is a movie theater and Dave and Buster’s arcade too. You Can easily spend the whole day here and have everything you need at the same place. Plenty of parking, I believe there is also valet service, enough restrooms and changing areas close by. Overall, a fantastic visit, definitely worth checking out! 5 points for us!

A Galactic Haven for Shoppers, Foodies & Fun Seekers Ventured to Dolphin Mall on a calm Monday night, and balance in the retail galaxy I found. There were shoppers around, but not too many — the perfect crowd level for relaxed exploring. The Force of deals was strong here — 50% off, 60%, 70%, even 75% clearance sales! Nearly every store had a promotion glowing like a lightsaber in the night. From Columbia and Gap Factory to The Children’s Place and Ross Dress for Less, savings were everywhere. This mall is anchored by heavy-hitters like Bloomingdale’s The Outlet Store, Marshalls/HomeGoods, Burlington, Saks OFF 5th, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory, Old Navy Outlet, and Bass Pro Shops — making it one of the most diverse shopping starports in Miami. After the shopping quest, I wrapped up my evening at Dave & Buster’s — where the fun truly starts here! For dining, you’ll find galactic options like Cheesecake Factory, Texas de Brazil, and Johnny Rockets, along with kid-friendly adventures at Kids Empire. 🛍️ Pro Tip from the ReviewJedi: Arrive on a weekday evening for smooth parking and crowd-free browsing. Zones Moda, Playa, and Ramblas each have their own vibe — like traveling between planets of fashion, flavor, and fun.
Dain W — Google review
Dolphin Mall is a great spot for shopping, dining, and spending the day. The mall is huge with tons of stores—from outlets to name brands—so it’s easy to find good deals. I liked how there’s something for everyone, whether you’re shopping for clothes, shoes, or tech. The food court has plenty of options and there are some sit-down restaurants too if you want a break from walking. It does get a little crowded, especially on weekends, and parking can be a bit hectic. But overall, it’s a fun place with good energy, and I’d definitely come back. Great for families, tourists, or just killing time while grabbing some deals.

I got a chance to visit the mall again and I enjoyed it just as much this time as before. Such a great place to spend the afternoon. Amazing place to visit and enjoy a day of shopping. This mall is massive and can take you hours to get around. With plenty of places to shop you'll even be seeing double as some stores have 2 separate places inside this massive shopping center. The food court is also incredibly spacious with dozens of places to eat and that doesn't even include the multiple places you can eat before you even get to the food court. A must see in Miami!

Going to the Dolphin Mall was pretty cool. We only went there because my wife saw a nice Michael Kors bag for sale. While we were there the workers at the stores we visited was friendly and helpful. On store we visited was extremely colorful. I would loved to shop there but a lot of the prices were a little to high for me. I will attached some pictures from the store. If you like Mickey Mouse then you will enjoy this store.

This mall is incredible ! you should go early to enjoy Despite how busy it can be, the centre is very clean and well managed. … plenty of restrooms... It has all the well-known stores and others we haven't seen, but there are always discounts. It's better to go week, excllnt parking spaces, but the best part of allllll thing is that if you need fast shopping, it's super close to the airport.

CocoWalk is an open-air shopping and entertainment complex located in the heart of Coconut Grove, Miami. The upscale mall features a mix of colorful boutiques, kiosks, and trendy stores offering unique and eclectic shopping experiences. Visitors can also enjoy popular eateries such as Chilis, Fat Tuesdays, Duffys Sports Grill, and the Cheesecake Factory.
A Sunday stroll through CocoWalk is the perfect way to soak in Miami’s charm—lush greenery, boutique shopping, and that laid-back Coconut Grove energy. We wandered into a cozy bookstore, where the scent of fresh pages and locally brewed coffee made for the perfect mid-morning pause. After picking up a great read, brunch at Glass & Vine was the next stop. Nestled in Peacock Park, this spot feels like a hidden oasis. The avocado toast was crisp, the eggs perfectly poached, and the mimosas just right for a slow, sunlit afternoon. Of course, no Sunday is complete without something sweet, so we made a final stop at Fireman Derek’s for a slice of their legendary pie. Rich, decadent, and totally worth it. A perfect way to wrap up a dreamy day

A vibrant place where families and young people hang out especially on weekends. There is a movie theater on the 3rd floor. The layout is very comfortable with a lot of sofas and seating available in the courtyard. All restaurants have outdoor seatings. Pets are welcomed here! Shops are mostly high end. Minutes walk from the marina and the park. Surrounded by 5 stars hotels and apartment buildings.

Cocoa wok, the heart and beat of the Grove. If anyone remembers that, then they remember Martini Bar upstairs and Wet Willie's upstairs and then there was some Club Underground. There are a lot of nightclubs in that area back in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Now, it's more of a touristy place I would call it. It's amazing to see Jaguar Ceviche restaurant is still here, after 30 plus years. Another go to place, is sandbar, which is also been here for 35 or 40 plus years. Sandbar is kind of unique, because usually it's not too busy, but when the UM fraternities and sororities call for everyone to meet at sandbar, everyone needs a sandbar. Most of the parking is paid parking, are there meter parking on the streets, and they also have parking garages. Things are always constantly evolving and changing at cocoa walk. But it's nice to see that it still is the heart and beat of the Grove, as the old commercial used to boast of

Small place with barely anything to do. Just a few very expensive shops and $16 for hour and a half parking. Never ever coming back. Not worth it at all. Go to Aventura Mall or The Falls instead. This place is totally overrated and overpriced

It is a nice place with a few shops and some restaurants. It is very nicely decorated, lots of space, clean restrooms and trash cans available as you walk around. There is an attached parking garage and escalators for convenience.

Our next food adventure take us to The CocoWalk shopping center located in the heart of Coconut Grove. The place looks modern and with a new structure after a complete renovation and the location is perfect. With different retail stores, a completely remodeled cinema and a gymnasium, it is the perfect place to spend time with the family or watch a movie or share a good coffee, ice cream or a meal in a restaurant. Today for my our new food adventure we chose (Plant Queen) Vegan Cuisine. High recommend place to spend the day with the family.

Biscayne National Park is a stunning destination featuring mangrove forests, uninhabited islands, vibrant coral reefs, and clear aquamarine waters. Accessible only by boat, the park offers exceptional opportunities for snorkeling and scuba diving with its diverse marine life and underwater Maritime Heritage Trail showcasing six shipwrecks.
Beautiful National Park! Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal, but still had a great time. When you go, be sure to book a tour on the boat or kayaks, this park is really all about the water. The parking was great, staff were wonderful, and walk around the ground’s was great.

DO NOT MISS THIS PARK! The boat ride is great. Our captains Alex and Jeremy were very informative, sharing history and their knowledge about the park. FANTASTIC SNORKELING. The water is clear and beautiful. We went to a shipwreck and the 3rd largest coral reef in the world! To whole park is great to picnic, hangout, swim, kayak, boating, fishing. We could’ve stayed there another day. Saw crocodile and manatees by the visitors center.

In May 2025, we visited the Biscayne National Park in South Florida. Despite not going on a boat tour or doing snorkeling or other water activities, it was still a fun place to visit. The Dante Fascell Visitor Center and its surrounding areas were great to see and experience. I am glad that we visited Biscayne National Park.

Wha a wonderful National Park. We didn’t take advantage of the boats to go over to the lighthouse and explore the island but hiked Jette Trail and shopped in the gift shop.
Mind T — Google review
One of those extremely unique parks where most of it is the water! The small islands don’t have much going for them but the real adventures lie in the water. Plan ahead and buy tickets ahead of time to get excursions from the institute coming out of Homestead. There’s snorkeling, Kayak and other boat type adventures. We did the paddle board adventures and it was defiantly unique and worth every penny!

This place was magical. I've never seen the waters like this. My dad and I took a heritage tour out into the Florida Keys and we got to see different various sea creatures plus a true guide was amazing. She was very knowledgeable. We got to hang out on one of the keys

The sail, paddle, & snorkel is a MUST do adventure! Our tour had 6 people + our captain, which made it a nice intimate experience at Biscayne National Park. Captain Clayton was great at answering questions & telling us certain things/wild life we saw during our tour. The tour starts with a sail, then once we got to our spot - the inflatable kayaks were put in the water (we took our snorkel gear with us). We explored the mangroves by paddle and then snorkeling. We saw different kinds of fish paddling & snorkeling. While snorkeling Clayton took us through a mangrove tunnel. After the paddle and snorkel, we sailed back to the dock. I typically get a little nauseous on a boat, so was a little nervous. Not once did I get sea sick! The water was really calm. The sailing part of the tour was scenic and just a nice calm way to enjoy the surroundings. Can’t recommend this excursion enough!

Shopping mall
Shopping
Aventura Mall is a three-story shopping paradise located just a short trip from Sunny Isles Beach. It has been recognized as one of the best places for Christmas shopping, offering an extensive range of stores and amenities. While it may not offer the same discounts as outlet malls, Aventura stands out with its upscale shops like Burberry, Diesel, and Ferrari. With over 300 stores including big names like Gucci and Prada, this mall provides an extravagant shopping experience.
Aventura Mall is hands down one of the best shopping experiences you can have in the Miami area. The mall is massive, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-maintained. It offers an impressive mix of high-end luxury brands like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Balenciaga, along with popular mid-range and affordable stores like Zara, H&M, Uniqlo, and Forever 21 — making it accessible for all types of shoppers and budgets. What really sets Aventura Mall apart is its wide selection of products and styles. Whether you’re looking for designer fashion, the latest tech gadgets, home decor, beauty products, or kids’ clothing, you’ll find plenty of options under one roof. They constantly update their collections and displays, so it never feels outdated. The mall also features a great food court with lots of variety — from quick bites to gourmet dining. Don’t miss out on local favorites and international options like CVI.CHE 105 or Pubbelly Sushi. Plus, there are cafés and dessert spots scattered throughout the mall for breaks in between shopping. Parking is ample (both outdoor and garage), and the layout is easy to navigate, with clear signage and helpful staff. There’s even art installations and creative decor throughout, which gives the space a stylish, cultural vibe — more than just a typical mall. Overall, Aventura Mall offers something for everyone. Whether you’re just window shopping or ready for a shopping spree, this place is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommended!

Aventura Mall = shopper’s paradise 🛍️✨ This place has everything — from luxury brands 👗👟 to cool everyday stores. The mall is huge (seriously, bring comfy shoes 😅), super clean, and has a modern vibe. Love the food court 🍔🍣 and the art installations 🎨 make it feel more like an experience than just shopping. Perfect spot to spend the day, shop till you drop, grab a bite, and even just stroll around. Definitely one of the best malls in Miami 🌴☀️

Aventura Mall is honestly one of the best shopping malls I’ve been to. It has everything — luxury brands, great fashion stores, unique boutiques, and a really good mix for every budget. The mall is huge, clean, and beautifully designed, and the atmosphere feels modern and relaxing. There are plenty of dining options too, from casual bites to nice sit-down restaurants, so it’s easy to spend the whole day here. The kids’ play areas and art displays also make it fun for families. If you love shopping or just want a nice day out, Aventura Mall is definitely a must-visit in Miami!
JayJay T — Google review
Aventura Mall is massive and keeps expanding every year. You’ll find all the renowned brands alongside a wide variety of dining options. Traditional kiosks are disappearing, replaced on weekends with sample tables and small entrepreneurs, which adds a local touch. Prices are on the higher side, but the selection of general stores, boutiques, and restaurants makes it a complete shopping and leisure destination.
Fernando A — Google review
Aventura Mall is the perfect spot for a shopping spree, offering a great mix of luxury brands and popular standard stores. The mall is spacious with a nice layout, and there are plenty of food options, from quick bites to full-service restaurants. It can be a bit tricky to find parking due to its popularity, but it’s definitely worth the visit if you’re in Miami.

Big beautiful mall with so many shops. Spotless. I went today (Tuesday) and it was quite empty. Loved it. There is a food court on the 3rd floor, the foods are quite good, and it was quite busy during lunch time.
Moon P — Google review
Aventura mall is big but not as big as sawgrass. It has a lot of high end shops on the first floors and easy access to the parking garages from this floor. The second floor has the small shops and some stalls and most had deals going on. This is also where the restrooms are. The third floor is eatery places and access to an outside seating area. They have a plethora of stores in this mall so there is something for everyone. The food is pricey but looks good.

West Lake Park is a picturesque lakeside park located in southeastern Broward County, North Hollywood. It offers a variety of activities for individuals and families to enjoy. The park features a marina with canoe and kayak rentals, playgrounds, ball courts, picnic areas, and hiking paths. Visitors can explore the natural wetland area and bike along the lake trail while taking in the scenic views of the mangrove forest.
Love! Love! LOVE! One of my fave place to kayak. I believe it's 15 an hour for a single. The water is brackish so not for swimming. There is also a playground and lots of parking. There is also an entrance fee for rht park per vehicle. I believe 8 dollars.

Love this park! Whether you’re enjoying a picnic under the trees,, playing basketball with friends or heading out on the water for some kayaking, the place is perfect. There’s plenty of open space, peaceful scenery, and it’s always clean and well maintained.

I grew up going to West Lake Park as a kid, and while there have been big changes, it still retains its beautiful landscape, only more updated. My toddler enjoys the new and improved version since I was kid. They have a whole new modern playground and a splash pad which she loves. The area seems secure and is well-maintained in terms of cleanliness. They still have the basketball court, volleyball, paddle and tennis courts, and a huge open field surrounded by trees and grass, all overlooking the Hollywood Water Tower. The entrance fee is very reasonable. The park definitely has made significant improvements. Highly recommended for family outings!

For over five years, West Lake Park has become my sanctuary—a true home away from home. Each time I set out on the water, I am greeted with a unique perspective, shaped by different trails and varying weather conditions. The beauty of the park is that no two paddling experiences are alike; whether it's the gentle ripples of a calm morning or the vibrant colors of a sunset reflecting off the water, there's always something new to admire. The waterways are impeccably maintained, ensuring a pleasant journey, and in case of emergencies—like getting lost—the marina staff are incredibly helpful and ready to assist. One of my favorite traditions at West Lake Park is hosting a Paddling Potluck party every year at one of the many pavilions scattered throughout the park. It’s an event I look forward to as it brings together fellow paddlers, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. Sharing food and stories around the picnic tables while overlooking the tranquil waters is an experience that never fails to fill my heart with joy. With rentals being very reasonable, it makes it easy for both seasoned paddlers and newcomers to join in on the fun. Every moment spent at West Lake Park reinforces my love for this beautiful oasis and the unforgettable memories it provides.

We came here to paddleboard in the lake, it was a lot of fun. There are different trails that you can take, they are well marked and named . You can paddle right on the lake or on both sides there are mangroves you can weave in and out of. The park is just south of the fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport and you can see planes coming and going while you paddle or or kayak.
RG F — Google review
A real nice park with parking spots. The entrance is $1.50 per person. We made a reservation in advance for our event, but when we got there the shelter was occupied by other people. We let the gate person and the park employee know and they made them leave. The reservation can be made online or by phone as well i believe, ours was $50. I think Broward county residents have discount and the discounted price was $50. There’s a playground and restrooms available to everyone. Each shelter has tables, benches, and a grill. The park closes at 7:30, so around 7 they will start making you pack. The water has gators, we saw it last time, so watch out if your shelter is by the water. Our 2nd time at this park for an event and we really like it.

Everglades Holiday Park Airboat Tours and Rides offers an exhilarating adventure for families and nature enthusiasts alike. Imagine gliding through the iconic landscapes of the Everglades, surrounded by towering grasses and vibrant wildlife, just like scenes from your favorite shows! This family-friendly venue not only provides high-speed airboat rides but also features engaging animal encounters and captivating shows that educate visitors about this unique ecosystem.
The tour is well organized and very educational. Jeff, boat captain was excellent and he did a great job in finding alligators in the water, doing his best maneuvers to anable everyone in the boat to take pictures and videos. The alligator show was also very nice and the trainer provided us with plenty information about alligators. In short, I would highly recommend it. The nature is beautiful and the tour is a good value for money and very nice experience.

Major shoutout to Captain Dominican Republic (homeboy has a name but he said if we forgot to put up the D.R. representation). Was an awesome personality to have on the boat and made sure we had an unforgettable experience. Big tip: bring water, a hat, and a fully charged camera. It does get hot, even in October, and you’re not going to want to miss the sights, scenes, or animals that pop up in the Everglades. Paul Bedard hosted a fantastic live gator show. Great teacher and fun entertainer. The work the Gator Boys do is inspiring and Paul does a great job of showing how those around the show contribute. He also was recovering from surgery and still showed out!! Get well soon!!!

Amazing day from start to finish at Everglades Holiday Park. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. We didn’t have to wait long at all before we were on our adventure. Captain Zack was a hit !! Great sense of humor and his presentation on the history and facts about the Everglades was extremely informative and interesting. Alligator show was cool, even for a native Floridian. We found this a great way to start our day. Will definitely be going back as the Everglades remains the same but is also, ever changing. I give it 10 Stars out of 5 !!!!
Berry R — Google review
We tried the Everglades Holiday Park Airboat Tour, and honestly, it was more fun to watch than to participate. The kids didn’t find it very exciting-probably because we didn’t spot any alligators, and there wasn’t much to see besides plants and a few birds. The Animal Encounters part was much better! We received a lot of interesting information about the animals, which gave us great insight into each species. The kids got to pet goats, big and small tortoises, a boa constrictor, a bearded dragon, a baby gator, and even some weasels-and they could feed a few of them too, which they loved. The Gator Boys Show was short and only mildly entertaining. The gators there seem to be living in an all-inclusive retirement retreat, saving their energy for the afterlife, I guess. Almost forgot the peacocks wandering freely around the parking lot - they were walking up to the cars, probably hoping for a snack or something shiny in return. All in all, a 3/5 experience - fun for the Animal Encounters and the educational part, but not much action on the water.

Have stopped here a couple times before or after cruises. It is a fun little tour to take up time before your flight or before your cruise. The Alligator show is fun, and the airboat tour is enjoyable. I recommend it if you need to eat up some time for a day.

Had an absolutely amazing time. Loved the gator show, and the Airboat ride with Captain Joe was amazing. We only saw 2 gators but was still fun. Captain Joe was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and plants and we actually learned alot. Will definitely have to go back next time im down from Bama.

It was a nice experience overall. Unfortunately we did not encounter any alligators outside of the ones they have altogether in an enclosure. Otherwise it was fun and a nice time. The boat driver was awesome and made it fun and informative!

A must do activity when visiting Maiami if you like nature. We loved the boat tour - when it went at full speed it was super fun! We were also lucky and saw 5 alligators in the wild. Our captain shared interesting information about the Everglades. The alligator show was a nice addition - the presenter made it educational and threw in jokes as well. We went there with our kids and they loved it too. Overall, would recommend 👍

The Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center is the main visitor center of the Everglades National Park, named after Ernest F. Coe, a landscape designer who played a crucial role in establishing the park. Visitors can stop here to pick up maps, watch an introductory film about the Everglades, and view exhibits about the park's nature. It's also a convenient starting point for exploring the park's southern section near Homestead and Florida City.
We got there shortly before closing but the employees in the visitors center were super friendly and more than willing to tell us the best places to take pictures and see the most wildlife. It was beautiful even at dusk but obviously not a lot of critters out and about. That's our fault for going on a whim late in the day.
Kelly A — Google review
When you visit Everglades don't miss this Visitor Center. Very nice, well organized place, very informative, and still not too much info .... meaning: interesting, takes not too long to go through, and makes your trip more enjoyable. (It's always good to know what we see.) The entire area is great.

Had a great visit to the Ernest Coe Visitors Center of the Everglades National Park. Got some stickers and had opportunity to walk around the exhibits and watch the movie.

We visited on a Friday around noon in late Dec 2024. We had spent the night in Flamingo and were heading back out of the park. We stopped by on the way in quickly to check-in here with our Everglade Institute Guided Tour but didn't have time to explore. The parking lot here wasn't as big as I thought it would be. There were still spots available but it was pretty packed inside the visitor center. Way more busy than the Guy Bradley Visitor Center at Flamingo. When you walk in the exhibits are to the right and the NPS store is to the left. The info desk was kind of straight ahead to the left. There number and size of the exhibits inside the visitor center were similar to that of the Guy Bradley Visitor Center. It was interesting and I would say could keep the kids interested for maybe 30 mins. There was a theater as well and I asked the ranger if they showed any park films and she said they do it by request. So she made an announcement that she would start the film momentarily. The NPS store was probably the largest of all the Everglades Visitor Centers. It had the most variety of merch as well. Shark Valley, Royal Palms and Guy Bradley all had smaller selections. My kids picked up their junior ranger books down at Guy Bradley Visitor Center and turned them in here. The rangers here were very through in reviewing the book even though it was way more crowded. There is also the NPS Cancellation Stamp available here at the visitor center. Each of the visitor centers have their own stamp including the Royal Palms Visitor Center. There is also a small observation deck out back behind the building. We saw 1 anhinga just chilling close by on a branch drying off. By this point we had seen dozens of them and it was no longer a novelty for us. Surprising it was very quiet out here. Everyone seemed to be inside the visitor center. Maybe people didn't know you could walk out here. Honestly there really wasn't much to see. If you're coming into the park through this entrance I feel it's pretty important to start here to pick up a map and kind of get updates on trails and what not. I don't think I would spend that much time in here after visiting once. All the interesting things are outside. It's definitely worth it to explore the first time you visit but i don't feel it's necessary after that. The other interesting tid-bit is that this visitor center is located BEFORE the park entrance gate. So you could visit here and not have to pay to enter the actual park. So if you're on a tight budget but still want a little taste of the National Park, this is the visitor center for you.

The Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center is a must-stop if you're heading into the Everglades. They offer helpful tours and exhibits that give great insight into the unique flora and fauna of the region. The staff is knowledgeable, and the displays make it easy to appreciate the ecosystem before you even hit the trails. A perfect place to start your Everglades adventure!

Loved this visitor center! Wanted to to check out this national park and this center was friendly and easy to explore
Alex G — Google review
We visited the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center around 10 AM on a Sunday morning and it was uncrowded and easily accessible. We did not purchase National Park passes before arrival because it requires a 2-4 week time lapse for processing and delivery, and we hadn't planned ahead. It was good that we waited; the park ranger at the entrance gave us helpful information and saved us money with our on-site purchase. It helped that we knew basically which pass we wanted, so we didn't hold up any cars in the entrance line. The Visitor Center is a great starting point for your visit to the Everglades. We used the restrooms, that are in a separate building. We purchased our stickers and stamped them for our National Parks Passport collection. We watched the very informative movie in their comfortable mini theater. My husband visited the rangers at the information desk to ask about specific things we wanted to see and to get their suggestions on what we shouldn't miss. We did some shopping at their gift shop. We strolled through the many educational displays throughout the building. It is wide open and easily accommodates large crowds of people. On the day we visited, it was NOT crowded and we didn't have to wait to view any of the displays or read any of the accompanying signs. Outside the building is a "back deck" that allows you to look out over the crystal clear water into the grasses. Wildlife is visible from this location but the Anhinga Trail is what you want to do to experience local wildlife "up close and personal". The Anhinga Trail is handicap accessible (paved walkways and boardwalk). We happened upon a free park ranger guided tour shortly after starting our walk. We stayed with that group around the less than 1 mile trail and learned some things about the area that we would not have known otherwise. I suggest checking out the times of guided tours at the Visitor Center upon your arrival and time your trail hike accordingly. (see photos with that review) A second trail is quite different from the boardwalk trail. It's a paved trail through "woods", and named after the trees found there: Gumbo Limbo. It is shorter than the Anhinga Trail but seemed longer, possibly because there were no birds or alligators to be seen here. It's a loop trail ending a little distance from the entrance. (see photos with that review) All-in-all the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center was a great addition to our visit to The Everglades.

Robert Is Here Fruit Stand is a long-standing family-owned market located in Homestead, featuring a wide variety of local and exotic fruits, vegetables, and groceries. The business started with Robert selling produce by the roadside as a child, and has since grown into a large open-air market at the corner of the road leading to Everglades National Park.
This place is awesome! So many fruit and vegetable choices! Everything is so fresh. Delicious Cuban sandwiches at food truck and yummy milkshakes. Fun animals to look at out back. The fresh salsa and guacamole were fantastic. Unique things you may not find at other places.
Candiss A — Google review
I recently visited Robert Is Here Fruit Stand & Farm, and overall it was a very unique and fun experience. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly and welcoming — and you can find a wide variety of seasonal fruits as well as eggs from different bird species. One of the highlights was the farm area in the back, which I highly recommend checking out. It was a lot of fun to see a goat standing on top of a tortoise, along with plenty of chickens, parrots, and even adorable miniature cows. It’s definitely a great place to visit with family. Free parking is another plus. That being said, I do feel the prices are way too high. For example, paying $10 for a regular mango and $15 for a slightly more exotic one just doesn’t feel reasonable. My boyfriend spent around $150 and I spent $170 — and in the end, it was only two bags of fruit. While the quality is good and they do have exotic varieties you don’t usually find elsewhere, I honestly believe you can get the same or even better fruit at a lower price in other spots around Homestead, or even at places like Whole Foods. So here’s my honest take: if you don’t mind paying premium prices and want to explore exotic fruits you won’t easily find elsewhere, then yes, it’s worth it and I do recommend it. Personally, I’ll probably go back when I specifically want to try something rare and different. But because of the prices, I would rate the experience 70 out of 100. Everything else — the staff, the farm, the atmosphere — was excellent, but the cost really brings it down.

Dreamy. I wish I could have tried every milkshake possible. So many possible fruit options! The produce was fresh and looked amazing. They sell jerky and honey and jams here as well! We had never tried some of the fruit or flavors there and the man working the smoothie counter was very helpful and informative. I absolutely love this place. It’s a must see!
Britt — Google review
Went here on a sunday morning and it was very nice! They had a variety of exotic produce and home made jams and sauces which was cool. They also had a petting zoo area with geese, goats, mini cows, iguanas, ducks, and tortoises. We ended up purchasing some fruit and milkshakes which were delicious! Definitely recommend!
Anaytat M — Google review
Great hidden gem of a place! A bit out of way the but been there for 60+ years. They have fantastic, hard to find produce such as jackfruit and guanabana, as well as more typical fare. Food trucks, animals that kids can feed, homemade sauces and jams... Absolutely worth the trip. And whatever you do, do NOT miss the key lime milkshake!
Foad I — Google review
The atmosphere was great! The little petting zoo they had was a fun surprise! We got the Taco Sample at Taqueria Elim and it was okay, a little dry but still tasty. Highly recommend stopping tho for the farm stand, farm animals and their DELICIOUS guacamole dip!!!
Elizabeth — Google review
Lovely spot, especially lively on weekends. Kids and pet lovers will enjoy the petting zoo with huge tortoises, emus, iguanas, dwarf cows, and birds you can feed. They have a great variety of exotic fruits, perfect for trying seasonal specialties. Milkshakes are thick, too heavy for my palate, but Robert is patient and happy to explain and cut open fruits for tasting. Prices are on the higher side, but the experience is worth it.
Priyanka B — Google review
Delightful establishment and certainly more than just a fruit stand. They have many jams, exotic fruits, smoothies, and then they have some kind of animals encampment with loads of ducks and goats and emus. A few cats like to hang around the food trucks that are friendly. Oh and of course there are the $6 chilled coconuts they will open for you and you can sip out of.

Everglades Alligator Farm is a family-owned attraction offering an exciting airboat tour through the Everglades and a leisurely walk around the farm to observe alligators, crocodiles, caimans, and various wildlife species. The farm also features an impressive collection of local and exotic snakes. It's a great place for families to experience the unique construction of Coral Castle, which was built over 20 years by one man using homemade tools.
Absolutely loved the experience! The airboat ride added a touch of thrill as we cruised through the river and spotted wild gators in their natural habitat. After that, we explored the park, which features different species of alligators and other fascinating animals. It was both fun and educational. The ticket was $40 — totally worth it. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A must-see!
Elfan M — Google review
So fun! It’s a smaller place, which we loved because it allows you to really spend time seeing everything without taking an entire day up. Tyler the alligator handler was awesome! Very informative and I loved that he truly seemed to care about everyone having a good experience. People stood up in front of others, blocking their view of the experience, and Tyler was on top of it at all times. Our airboat ride was excellent!! I wish I remembered the drivers name but he made it a blast for everyone on board. He did some really fun 180/360 turns and we never felt unsafe, he did an amazing job! We even got to try some gator bites at the little food truck in the park. Everything here was awesome and I highly recommended it! When you go, bring a little cash to tip the guys if you can, it’s not expected but they work so hard to make sure we all had an enjoyable experience.

We booked a private tour and had the absolute pleasure of being guided by Luke — he was fantastic! Not only did he teach us so much about the Everglades, but he also took us to some incredible spots and even let us step out and put our feet in the water. It was such a memorable experience! If you're looking for an airboat adventure into the Everglades, I highly recommend Everglades Alligator Farm. The tour was exciting, educational, and truly one-of-a-kind!

What a fun time at the Everglades alligator farm!! The airboat tour was very fun and if you enjoy water activities look no further! We sat in the front of the boat and that’s the most fun and enjoyable way to experience the airboat thrill! The staff and airboat captains were fun and friendly. If you are looking to get the full Everglades experience this is the place to do that!!

My wife and I had an unforgettable time at the Everglades Alligator Farm during their Valentine’s Day sunset tour! The airboat ride through the Everglades was thrilling, with breathtaking views of the marshes and wildlife as the sun set, casting a gorgeous glow over the landscape. Our guide was knowledgeable, sharing fascinating facts about the ecosystem and pointing out wild alligators and birds. The highlight was the baby gator holding at the end—such a unique and fun experience! The champagne toast added a romantic touch, making it a perfect evening. The staff were friendly, and the entire tour felt well-organized and safe. Highly recommend this special tour for couples or anyone looking for a memorable Everglades adventure!

We had such an amazing time at the Everglades Alligator Farm! 🐊 We got to hold some baby alligators, which was such a cool experience, and even got to feed them, definitely something we’ll never forget! The airboat ride was super fun and exciting, the perfect mix of adventure and beautiful Everglades views. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for families, friends, or anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great fun! The airboat was a lot of fun. Sheridan was a great boat driver. We were taken on quite a few 180 and 360° turns. Be prepared to get wet no matter where you are on the boat, including your feet! The shows were great as well! Tyler was very informative and really funny. You can tell he has developed a great relationship, as best you can anyway, with the alligators and that he really loves them. I'm glad none of them hurt him while we were there! Along with the gators there were other animals there to see and you can also feed the gators and the emus for a small cost.

The airboat tour was the best 20 minutes spent all week. Speeding through the everglades is so so thrilling. Worth wearing fast drying clothes to sit in the front of the boat and lift your feet when the drive is doing 180 or 365 degree turns.

Anhinga Trail

4.8
(2348)
Anhinga Trail offers a picturesque stroll through the marshes of Everglades, where visitors can spot a diverse array of wildlife including alligators, herons, and turtles. Situated just a short distance from the trail at Royal Palm, Long Pine Key Campground provides essential amenities for those looking to immerse themselves in nature. With cold showers, restrooms, and a fishing pond nearby, it's an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty of the area.
Great boardwalk over a pond full of lily pads, fish, frogs, and alligators. Lots of birds flying around, and fishing. It is a place you could spend :20 or several hours depending on how much time you have and how much you like to see nature at work.

This place is amazing. Short but sweet. I saw an alligator as well. Wonderful experience

Short walk with a boardwalk- so you're in the sun during this walk. We saw many birds, turtles and even an alligator. Also many cool airplants.
Benjamin — Google review
Easy trail with plenty of sight seeing for both nature and animals. We got very lucky!! It’s a shame we saw a couple of water bottles, baby bottles and loose trash around the water, not a lot but kind of a shame as the trail is so beautiful.
Anna M — Google review
A short trail that is full of wonderful surprises and wildlife. Was in town for work and only have a few hours of free time getting away; was lucky to manage to visit this trail and got to see alligators, birds and interesting plants and animals here. The full trail is only 15 mins at most but most people spent more time because there are so much to see.

Pretty trail in the Everglades. Tons of cicadas. There is plenty of parking.

"Gators, Glorious Gators – A Wild Walk Back in 2015!" Throwback to 2015 – when our sunscreen was SPF 10 (mistake) and selfie sticks were still socially acceptable – we visited the Anhinga Trail in Florida’s Everglades National Park. And let me tell you, it was an absolute wildlife thrill ride. From the moment we stepped onto the trail, we were surrounded by nature like never before. Birds flying just over our heads, turtles sunbathing like little scaly retirees, and most impressively – alligators. Lots of them. Everywhere. We're talking gators so close, we felt like extras in a Discovery Channel special. One gator was about three feet away from us, chilling like it was on vacation, and we were the weird ones. The boardwalk takes you right through the marshes, offering front-row seats to the "Gator & Bird Show," and it’s all 100% real. We took a million photos – some of them still make us laugh to this day. There’s one where a gator is just lying in the background like he knows he's part of the shot. He might’ve been smirking. BUT WARNING! Before you even think about heading off on the trail: cover your car. Seriously. Why? Because the local birds (we suspect a gang of delinquent vultures) have developed a weird taste for rubber. We're talking windshield wiper blades, door seals, anything remotely chewy. You’ll come back from your magical gator adventure to find your car looking like it got into a fight with a raccoon armed with pliers. We watched them pull rubber off someone’s rental car like they were making a nest out of it. Brutal. So yes – the Anhinga Trail is stunning, unforgettable, and absolutely worth it... but unless you want to explain to your car rental company why your wipers are now bird souvenirs, bring a car cover or park far, far away from the main snack zone. Nature: 10/10. Bird crime rate: Also 10/10. Still 5 stars, because Florida is wild and we love it.

Schnebly Redland's Winery & Brewery is a vibrant establishment in Homestead, known for its tropical fruit-flavored beers and wines. The winery began as a way to repurpose excess fruits from local groves, leading to the production of wines featuring flavors like lychee, mango, and guava. Over time, it has expanded to include a tasting room, restaurant, and picturesque plaza with waterfalls and lush landscaping.
Every detail for my son’s rehearsal dinner was perfect. We received so many compliments from guests on how beautiful everything was and how great the food and wine were. Gabriella and her staff were so easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Definitely one of my favorite places in town! I live in Miami but every other weekend I'd Drive an hour down to this winery just to relax and have the most unique wine experience. This place offers a huge selection of wines made of tropical fruits which you probably won't have anywhere else. I've met amazing people here as well. Jean has been helpful and passionate, introduces the wines using his professional knowledge. Almando, Chris and Jay are also great people that have served me and my friends. It's a perfect weekend getaway!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Schnebly Redlands Winery We came for a wine tasting with my wife and had an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The charcuterie board was simple but absolutely delicious, and Jean, who served us, was very professional and attentive. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing — perfect for a weekend escape. We’ll definitely be back soon! 🍷

As it is my first time here for my birthday, I am blown away by the service and hospitality in this winery. Our tour guide Rui was the best!!! This place was the most perfect wedding venue that I could’ve dreamed of! Their service was exceptional and I am forever grateful for everything they did to make it the best day! I had some guests that said this was the best food they had tried at a wedding. They truly went above and beyond from the beginning to the end! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts <3

Amazing wine. Went for a girls night and the place is gorgeous inside and outside. The outside seating had cute water falls to sit near and there is an additional bar on the opposite end; We didnt visit there but it looked like a vibe as well with outside dancing... however schnebly was a great vibe to sit ans catch up over a bottle of wine. I had a glass of the mango wine ans we split a bottle of the famous lychee wine. Both were beyond delicious. We chose white wines for us but they do offer reds as well. The service was great, quick, and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Found this amazing place scrolling on TikTok and it was everything it said it would be. From amazing wines to a very informative bartender Christian, we definitely had a blast. One of a kind winery specializing in wines from tropical fruits and not grapes. Had a chance to try one of the only places who make wines from avocados! Definitely would love to explore the place at night and go on a tour!

The wines were exceptional, clearly crafted with care and passion. Each pour had a unique character that reflected both the vineyard and the vintner's skill. The attention to detail and dedication to quality truly stood out. A wonderful experience and highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great wine. Everglades restoration program manager Cara Capp expressed excitement about the completion of the Tamiami Trail project, which has been 30 years in the making. The project will receive federal FAST Act funds and aims to benefit the Everglades ecosystem, public safety, economic growth, and environmental sustainability. The plan includes elevating the roadway to reconnect freshwater flows and habitat, as well as improving water flow components in coordination with the Central Everglades Planning Project (CEPP).
Such a lovely park! Amazing to spot wildlife and many great hikes. We got a map from the visitor center to navigate around the park. Great experience, highly recommend to visit.

The Everglades are a unique and stunning destination, full of vibrant wildlife and serene landscapes. We took an airboat tour and saw alligators, turtles, and a variety of exotic birds in their natural habitat. The boardwalk trails through the lush mangroves offered peaceful views, and the sunsets over the water were unforgettable. Exploring Shark Valley gave us an up-close look at the ecosystem’s beauty and diversity. The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes, so bug spray is a must for a more comfortable visit.

One of the most unique and beautiful places I’ve ever visited. This is my favourite national park; it is truly spectacular, there is so much to see and do. It’s endless, its nature is absolutely stunning, I love exploring the Everglades and have been several times now. It never gets old, I really enjoy this part of the world and I would definitely recommend visiting this place if you get the chance

Visiting the Everglades in Florida turned out to be a one-of-a-kind experience for me. It was my first time on an airboat, and I must say, it was truly amazing. The sensation of speeding over the water was exhilarating. During the ride, water splashed over us, which was unexpected but added to the fun and excitement. It's not just about the ride, but also the beautiful scenery and wildlife you get to see along the way. The whole experience felt adventurous and refreshing. I highly recommend everyone to visit the Everglades and take an airboat tour. It's not just a trip; it's an adventure that stays with you.

Capri By Mayamex Restaurant is a long-standing Italian steakhouse that also offers seafood, pasta, pizzas, and an extensive wine list. The restaurant is housed in a one-story, windowless building resembling a medieval fort and has been serving hearty Italian-American fare since 1958. The menu features tasty pastas, salads, meat dishes, and fish dishes with generous portions. Guests have praised the excellent service and cozy ambiance of the restaurant.
Excellent Service from Erick Erick took care of us today, and his service was absolutely outstanding! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I had the linguine with clams. It was delicious! My only suggestion would be to have some of the clams not in the shells. I always expect to deshell several, but not all. The wait staff was friendly, pleasant, and attentive. It had a mom & pop restaurant feel. Also a thank you to the staff member who walked me to my car since it was dark when I left.

White linen table clothes illustrated to high quality of service & food in a surprising location of South Homested. A full parking lot was a good sign for an Esrly Bird menu to 6:30pm. We had eggplant parm which was big enough for 2 and the chicken parm which wrtr very well prepared.

If you even edible “Italian” food, just go up the road to Olive Garden. This place truly sucked. You enter the building and it’s extremely dark. You’re in a large dining room with out of date seating. Our waitress was rude and not enthusiastic in any way. I got the shrimp scampi and it was the worst $26 I’ve spent while being down here. The noodles tasted super watery like they had been left in a pot all day. The shrimp had no flavor. There was hardly any sauce in the dish. Which is a shame because I was hoping to dip my rock hard garlic roll that was purchased from Walmart in the sauce. The caesar salad also was bad. Super wilted and didn’t even have a caesar dressing taste. I paid $120 for a group of five of us tonight and it should’ve been about $20. The local Fazoli’s at home is better than this garbage on a plate.
Kevin M — Google review
Excellent service, awesome waiter. Well light cozy restaurant. The portions are huge like any Italian joint. Not the best clams casino but Ive also had worse. The Shrimp Dia Frivolo* sp was more spice then I could handle so I loaded it up with cheese the favor was great just caught my a little. The loaded potato soup didn’t disappoint, their house made blue cheese was also super delish. Unfortunately we were sooooo stuff we had to leave with out dessert.

5/28/21 Wife and I went back to Capri and I had Sausage, meatballs and peppers over spaghetti while wife once again went eith chicken cordone blue. This is by far the best Italian food I've ever eaten, hands down. Original review below. I Would go back in a second. Meals were excellent. Fettuccine with shrimp and Chicken Cordone Blue, servings were good sized. The rolls, salads and sides were great. Will recommend to my friends.

Best place in town. Walking threw dooor you realize every body knows who everyone is and they treat you, who they don't know, the same. The people, the food and most the parking lot. With an older lady hitting on me at the entry way and seeing the waiter bring a forgotten card to some customers. This place has all the feel of home with service that gives you a smile and feelings of being appreciated. Our waiter was so awesome he was the first server on our vacation to ask if we needed drinks as soon as we sat down. Confidently I would say that I have never had better Italian anywhere in the lower 48 states.
CREED'S C — Google review
Very nice food, but struggled with service. The waitress we had was overwhelmed so it took her 40 minutes to get us drinks and take the food ordered. We had several tables lap us, always an indicator that things aren't so great. My first glass came with a lipstick-ladened rim. Requested salad dressing on the side. It was piled on top and drowned the vegetables. Seafood fra Diablo was nicely prepared and ample. So we're pizzas. Plenty of leftovers.
