Robert Is Here Fruit Stand is a long-standing family-owned market located in Homestead, featuring a wide variety of local and exotic fruits, vegetables, and groceries. The business started with Robert selling produce by the roadside as a child, and has since grown into a large open-air market at the corner of the road leading to Everglades National Park.
This place is awesome! So many fruit and vegetable choices! Everything is so fresh. Delicious Cuban sandwiches at food truck and yummy milkshakes. Fun animals to look at out back. The fresh salsa and guacamole were fantastic. Unique things you may not find at other places.
Candiss A — Google review
I recently visited Robert Is Here Fruit Stand & Farm, and overall it was a very unique and fun experience. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly and welcoming — and you can find a wide variety of seasonal fruits as well as eggs from different bird species. One of the highlights was the farm area in the back, which I highly recommend checking out. It was a lot of fun to see a goat standing on top of a tortoise, along with plenty of chickens, parrots, and even adorable miniature cows. It’s definitely a great place to visit with family. Free parking is another plus. That being said, I do feel the prices are way too high. For example, paying $10 for a regular mango and $15 for a slightly more exotic one just doesn’t feel reasonable. My boyfriend spent around $150 and I spent $170 — and in the end, it was only two bags of fruit. While the quality is good and they do have exotic varieties you don’t usually find elsewhere, I honestly believe you can get the same or even better fruit at a lower price in other spots around Homestead, or even at places like Whole Foods. So here’s my honest take: if you don’t mind paying premium prices and want to explore exotic fruits you won’t easily find elsewhere, then yes, it’s worth it and I do recommend it. Personally, I’ll probably go back when I specifically want to try something rare and different. But because of the prices, I would rate the experience 70 out of 100. Everything else — the staff, the farm, the atmosphere — was excellent, but the cost really brings it down.

Dreamy. I wish I could have tried every milkshake possible. So many possible fruit options! The produce was fresh and looked amazing. They sell jerky and honey and jams here as well! We had never tried some of the fruit or flavors there and the man working the smoothie counter was very helpful and informative. I absolutely love this place. It’s a must see!
Britt — Google review
Went here on a sunday morning and it was very nice! They had a variety of exotic produce and home made jams and sauces which was cool. They also had a petting zoo area with geese, goats, mini cows, iguanas, ducks, and tortoises. We ended up purchasing some fruit and milkshakes which were delicious! Definitely recommend!
Anaytat M — Google review
Great hidden gem of a place! A bit out of way the but been there for 60+ years. They have fantastic, hard to find produce such as jackfruit and guanabana, as well as more typical fare. Food trucks, animals that kids can feed, homemade sauces and jams... Absolutely worth the trip. And whatever you do, do NOT miss the key lime milkshake!
Foad I — Google review
The atmosphere was great! The little petting zoo they had was a fun surprise! We got the Taco Sample at Taqueria Elim and it was okay, a little dry but still tasty. Highly recommend stopping tho for the farm stand, farm animals and their DELICIOUS guacamole dip!!!
Elizabeth — Google review
Lovely spot, especially lively on weekends. Kids and pet lovers will enjoy the petting zoo with huge tortoises, emus, iguanas, dwarf cows, and birds you can feed. They have a great variety of exotic fruits, perfect for trying seasonal specialties. Milkshakes are thick, too heavy for my palate, but Robert is patient and happy to explain and cut open fruits for tasting. Prices are on the higher side, but the experience is worth it.
Priyanka B — Google review
Delightful establishment and certainly more than just a fruit stand. They have many jams, exotic fruits, smoothies, and then they have some kind of animals encampment with loads of ducks and goats and emus. A few cats like to hang around the food trucks that are friendly. Oh and of course there are the $6 chilled coconuts they will open for you and you can sip out of.

Schnebly Redland's Winery & Brewery is a vibrant establishment in Homestead, known for its tropical fruit-flavored beers and wines. The winery began as a way to repurpose excess fruits from local groves, leading to the production of wines featuring flavors like lychee, mango, and guava. Over time, it has expanded to include a tasting room, restaurant, and picturesque plaza with waterfalls and lush landscaping.
Every detail for my son’s rehearsal dinner was perfect. We received so many compliments from guests on how beautiful everything was and how great the food and wine were. Gabriella and her staff were so easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Definitely one of my favorite places in town! I live in Miami but every other weekend I'd Drive an hour down to this winery just to relax and have the most unique wine experience. This place offers a huge selection of wines made of tropical fruits which you probably won't have anywhere else. I've met amazing people here as well. Jean has been helpful and passionate, introduces the wines using his professional knowledge. Almando, Chris and Jay are also great people that have served me and my friends. It's a perfect weekend getaway!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Schnebly Redlands Winery We came for a wine tasting with my wife and had an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The charcuterie board was simple but absolutely delicious, and Jean, who served us, was very professional and attentive. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing — perfect for a weekend escape. We’ll definitely be back soon! 🍷

As it is my first time here for my birthday, I am blown away by the service and hospitality in this winery. Our tour guide Rui was the best!!! Jean at our wine tasting was absolutely awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Also, Chris at the brewery was not only cute but super sweet. Recommend this place and staff any day!!!

This place was the most perfect wedding venue that I could’ve dreamed of! Their service was exceptional and I am forever grateful for everything they did to make it the best day! I had some guests that said this was the best food they had tried at a wedding. They truly went above and beyond from the beginning to the end! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts <3

Amazing wine. Went for a girls night and the place is gorgeous inside and outside. The outside seating had cute water falls to sit near and there is an additional bar on the opposite end; We didnt visit there but it looked like a vibe as well with outside dancing... however schnebly was a great vibe to sit ans catch up over a bottle of wine. I had a glass of the mango wine ans we split a bottle of the famous lychee wine. Both were beyond delicious. We chose white wines for us but they do offer reds as well. The service was great, quick, and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Found this amazing place scrolling on TikTok and it was everything it said it would be. From amazing wines to a very informative bartender Christian, we definitely had a blast. One of a kind winery specializing in wines from tropical fruits and not grapes. Had a chance to try one of the only places who make wines from avocados! Definitely would love to explore the place at night and go on a tour!
Daniel W — Google review
The wines were exceptional, clearly crafted with care and passion. Each pour had a unique character that reflected both the vineyard and the vintner's skill. The attention to detail and dedication to quality truly stood out. A wonderful experience and highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great wine. Christian you were great, thank you again for everything!

Mexican restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Homestead, La Quebradita Mexican Grill is a charming cantina that offers an authentic taste of Mexico. Known for its housemade tortillas and a delightful patio setting, this casual eatery serves up generous portions of traditional favorites like fajitas, tacos, and choriqueso. The menu features mouthwatering options such as nachos—available with or without chorizo—and Sunday morning chilaquiles that are sure to satisfy any craving.
Let me tell you, the place looks nice with good parking. I didn't go in with much expectations. Staff was very nice. Ordered 1 passion fruit margarita. The food was cooked to perfection. I thought the margaritas were a bit light... Boy was I wrong. They were delicious and by the end of the meal I was gone. Had to sleep in the parking for 1 hour till I was sober again. Not sure if they were especially strong today or not but great drinks and great food.

We love this restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. Everything tastes homemade and fresh. Margaritas are really good, the spicy is my favorite. Our server Matilda was TERRIFIC. Very nice and patient with us. Portions are big so go hungry.

I had an amazing experience at La Quebradita in Homestead, Florida! The food was absolutely delicious — I ordered the quesabirria, and it was packed with flavor. My margarita was perfectly refreshing, and the whole atmosphere made the meal even better. The place is beautiful, vibrant, and full of great energy. Service was friendly and attentive too. Definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back soon! 🌮🍹🇲🇽

La Quebradita is a great place to eat! Prices are still reasonable in today’s economy, and the dishes are always consistent. The servers are pleasant and attentive, which makes every visit enjoyable. One server in particular, Lupita, always goes above and beyond. She remembers my order every time, and most days my meal is already being prepped when I arrive! Her friendliness, attention to detail, positive charisma, and the way she treats all her customers are the main reasons I keep coming back. Keep up the great work! You’re definitely loved and appreciated in this community!!!

The food here is so tasty! Everything’s full of flavor, the prices are great, and they’ve got some really good combo plates too. The staff is super friendly and quick, which makes the whole experience even better. Lupita has always treated us with the upmost respect and attention. The vibe is nice and chill with Mexican music playing, and you can even sit outside if you want to enjoy the fresh air. Definitely one of my new favorite spots for authentic Mexican food!

Probably one of the best dining experiences i have had in a while! The food was delicious and perfectly seasoned. But what really made the visit unforgettable was the service. Oscar was an absolutely amazing server! He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special. Great vibes, great food, and even better service. Definitely coming back soon :)

I ate here with my family and friends. Diana was our server. She was okay and did everything in her power to right any wrongs. Our food came out really fast and was really delicious. Portions are very decent. Definitely a good place and will recommend to friends.

I’ve been coming to this place for many years and the food is always amazing. The service can be improved just a bit at the pick up area but overall the dining experience has been great for me. I’m a big taco lover, and you can never go wrong with their tacos. By far, one of the best Mexican food spots in Homestead I highly recommend anybody looking for delicious Mexican food to come here.

Its a place i visit often and like to bring family and friends to. The food is always consistently delicious and I love the jamaica tea there is one of my absolute favorites. The portions of meat you get on the tacos is always a ton and it is very filling. Everything ive ever tried here is always a hit ive never been disappointed.

Best Mexican I've had outside of Mexico. Service was great, too!!
Paul F — Google review
I've lived in homestead all my life (28 yrs) and I recently started coming to this restaurant about two months ago because many of my friends had recommended it. Prior to this I would go to Florida city and Krome ave for Mexican food. But this place is now my #1 go to spot for all Mexican food. I used to go to one spot for tacos and another spot for burritos and another spot for tortas/chimichangas but this place has it ALL and it's ALLL SOOO GOOOD. Now I can finally go to 1 place and know that no matter what I order it's going to be amazing. The restaurant is also spacious so it doesn't feel like you're sitting right next to people and the atmosphere is great. Everything is clean, even the bathrooms. And the music that is played is authentic Mexican music. I normally order the Al Pastor tacos and get it without pineapples but you can have pineapple with it if you want. The meat is super flavorful and they really fill the taco with mucho carne. My dad normally orders the same but today he got the fajitas and according to him the shrimp was very fresh and plump and juicy and high quality. They also have a little condiment bar where you can serve yourself pico-de-gallo, cilantro, onions, salsa, and many other things. This is definitely my go to Mexican spot from now on. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
Jonathan F — Google review
Food was pretty good! My husband ordered Enchiladas suisas and I ordered barbacoa tacos. Service is not great and the atmosphere isn't special. Overall it's all about the FOOD.
Rebecca F — Google review
Stopped by today to get some soup for my daughter. I purchased 1 large chicken and 1 large beef. They both come with either flour or corn tortillas. I was disappointed with the chicken soup which unfortunately is the one my daughter requested. It only had two pieces of chicken, 2 carrots, and 1 potato. It was also very bland. However the beef soup was full of meat and vegetables. It was also very flavorful. So the beef is the better of the two. They have a seafood soup but I didn't get that maybe next time. Although we didn't get any today they do have very good tacos. I would have given them 3.5 but there are no half stars. I deducted stars due to the chicken soup because those 2 soups were $22.00 so it should have had a little more chicken, but it is an okay place to eat.

Florida Keys Outlet Marketplace is a lively outdoor shopping center designed with Spanish-style architecture. This mall boasts many well-known outlet stores featuring varied merchandise such as Coach and American Eagle, in addition to smaller boutiques. Every shop is offering great deals on the latest fashions, including Nike shorts for $9.99 and American Eagle pants for $29. The friendly staff provides helpful directions and tips to make your shopping experience even better.
One of the finest and attractive place for shopping from different branded outlets. Majorly, for cloths, we visited Urban Harbour and other stores, for shoes we visited Nike, Adidas and Sketchers. We got good deals in month of August 2025. My son recommended to visit and cherry on the cake was he gifted our shopping whole heartily by striking good deals. It is located at just 1 minutes drive from main highway.

This mall is actually underrated! You’ll find some good deals there. There are some available spaces for lease. If you are an business person is a great opportunity because this area is growing fast.

Outside mall that has a few stores but most are the same as other malls. They are outlets so they will have slightly better deals than other malls but I mostly saw the same price. There’s a few unique stores here and some food trucks and vendors.
TravelingCid — Google review
Decent selection of outlet stores in a usual Spanish style configuration. Plenty of shade as you walk round also. Found good bargains at a number of shop. Loses a star because the food court is dissapointing for the lack of range. A pizza place, Peruvian place and a Mexican - the shaved ice place was seemingly being refurbished and closed.
Nic B — Google review
Love this place. It has great store selection and it offers a relaxing shopping experience, with water fountains and plenty of seating. Plenty of parking and easy to access. The Coach store was amazing. The Perry Ellis store has unbeatable prices on men's apparel, including men's suit jackets and dress pants; with a varied selection of styles from casual to everyday wear.

The only Simon Premium outlet in the area with not so many stores as NY or CA, but good enough with top brands stores. Also food court have only couple of food offers.

This is the best shopping I've found in South Florida! They have beautiful outlet stores for Columbia Sportswear, Coach, Polo, Nautica, Nike, and many, many more! I wonder why they don't market themselves at all?! What a hidden gem I am so glad I found strictly by word of mouth.

Been wanting to visit for a long time. Finally went and it was amazing! The food was delicious and great portions. We were helped by the waitress named Tequila. She was awesome, friendly and great vibe. The place is beautiful, it's like you traveled to an island. Will definitely be back for the wine tasting and brewery.

Came for lunch date for the first time and had a nice experience. The place is beautiful and the service was great. I had the mango wine and guava wine and they were both delicious. The food itself was below average for the price. We decided to just go with appetizers, but everything we had was just ok. The chicken chicharrones lacked seasoning, the conch fritters were under cooked and looked like it was fried in old oil, and the fish dip was terrible and crackers were stale. I look forward to come back for the tour and wine tasting , but definitely not the restaurant.
Yadira — Google review
Got married there 16 years ago there (we were the first or 2nd couple to marry there when they opened) and went to eat at the restaurant for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not good. Food is very expensive(more than a 5-star restaurant at Brickel) and not good at all. Menu is weird, nothing really appealing and taste is awafull. The place still beautiful and I believe they are really strong on the wines but not the food. It's a shame bc w that place(location in the midst of Redlands, no competition, differentiated environment in Miami...), they could really have something good going on there and make lots of money... Don't need a lot.. it was a sat night. With all of that, have a killer restaurant, live comfortable music, good environment and boom but...Service also takes forever(and the place was kind of empty). Should have looked at the reviews before
Jansen O — Google review
Beautiful place, lots of great picture opportunities. The tour was ok , tour guide friendly and knowledgeable. Would be nice to actually see bottles being capped or fruits being pressed processed, ...love the unique wine choices..like the avocado infused ones. . For the wine tasting, there wasn't any music in the room when I was there . I asked and they said because there was live music out in the yard...having a way to keep some music in this area than just hearing everyone talk would help the vibe. Tasting was great and the charcuterie board was a good addition... now the restaurant, we had a reservation but close to closing. Not enough menu choices, did not enjoy what was ordered, except for the fries. Note there will only be drinks from the farm, no other alcohol like vodka etc...my waiter was very creative and made me a drink that tasted like whatever I wanted.....definately can improve on the restaurant choices and flavor .
Diedrewat — Google review
Their idea of a $30 caesar salad was a plate ( no bowls) of lettuce piled high, a few store bought coutons and shredded cheese, dressing and protien on the side. No way to mix it together. Thats not how a Caesar salad is served. The shrimp were good. Only Avacado white wines (plus 1 Lycee). Very odd. My 4th and last time there. They must have new management or kitchen staff. The server took over an hour after we ordered to get our food. Overall swrvicewas terrible, but thats a well known fact
Debi F — Google review
My husband and I drove over an hour from Miami, and we were very excited to experience this restaurant and winery. It’s a beautiful space, but unfortunately that’s all we can vouch for. We arrived for our reservation and were told that we could choose any table, so we chose one near the other diners in the center of the restaurant. Right off the bat, the table was filthy and left a black film on our hands when we touched it. We gave them about 20 minutes before making several attempts to get the waiters’ attention, but nobody came or even looked in our direction. It wasn’t for lack of trying. A single employee was busting his ass doing every job in the restaurant: greeting and seating tables, bartending, taking peoples orders, closing out bills, and bussing tables. With that said, it’s no surprise we weren’t ever able to order drinks; not even water was delivered. Looking around, there were 3-4 other tables that were just as perplexed as us. Although we gave it a shot, we ended up walking out with no service after about 40 minutes and nobody so much as offered a gesture or said anything to us. A real bummer. This place is beautiful and looks promising - and maybe this night was just a glitch - but it’s difficult to think about coming back.
Ashley K — Google review
2 fricking hours waiting and our food didn't came. Awful service. Te table next to us still had food from previous customers, and it lasted the whole 2h sitting there... and prob more. The waitresses were all teens running amok worry free and chit chatting. Owners should keep a close eye on this or else.
Ramón P — Google review
What a conflicting experience and review I will write. We had booked in for dinner and were rather excited to be seated down. As we entered through the wine tasting area the staff advised us to continue through the place as the restaurant was further inside. We were advised Latino night was happening with live music and were asked if we wanted to purchase "tickets" to stay past our dinner. As we were not sure what to expect we decided to have dinner first. The staff couldn't find our reservation first but still facilitated us with a table for two. We were greeted quite quickly with our waitress for the evening that also multi-tasked as the bartender. Our cocktails and appetizers arrived quickly, portions were huge and the food was very tasty. But from there until our main dish, it took us an hour where we had to ask the staff for it. Not sure what happened as the restaurant was full with guests and we saw the staff working really hard to facilitate everyone. Unfortunately the music from the live singer was extremely loud and while we waited for our main dishes to arrive, we asked to be seated in the brewery/wine tasting area to be able to have a conversation while dining. Once the steaks arrived, they were nicely done and we enjoyed the way they had been cooked. Maybe we were too tired and not as patient, maybe it was a busy evening or maybe it wasn't quite the place for us. I put three for overall experience as the staff did try to provide a good experience to us despite some major hick ups.

Royal Palm Grill is a most excellent old time, authentic diner! From the chrome stools at the counter, to the booze with the wooden tables to the eclectic staff with the greatest hospitality service… Super excellent I had an omelette and some grits with coffee… All hot and perfectly cooked. The grits were super hot and super smooth and just delicious. The coffee kept coming and Brandi made me feel like a regular… And this place is built on regulars! They have some specials… But the menu choices are good. If you like old Timey authentic, this is a place for you.

The food and atmosphere is good. However there is a person here that does not make eye contact at all when taking your order, and I find that really odd. My husband says who cares. Apparently I do 🤷🏻‍♀️

This restaurant might give a hole-in-the-wall vibe, however, don’t be fooled by the appearance cause they serve great food and coffee! We enjoyed everything that we ordered (French toast, eggs, and sausage). Staffs were also friendly and attentive. They were busy and had a lot of pick up orders, but we didn’t have to wait long to get our food.

This restaurant might give a hole-in-the-wall vibe, however, don’t be fooled by the appearance cause they serve great food and eclectic staff with the greatest hospitality service. Perfect atmosphere. Everything was great. I would definitely come back again.

One would never guess from outside what a little gem of a place it is! Traditional American diner, very efficient service and brilliant food worth writing home about! We went there four times for breakfast at our recent trip to Florida and would go back there anytime. Highly recommended.

Sandwich shop
If you're on the hunt for a delightful dining experience, look no further than Jimmy John's! This counter-serve chain is renowned for its mouthwatering sub and club sandwiches, complemented by their signature potato chips. During my recent visit, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm from Anthony, the manager. His friendly demeanor made everyone feel at home, especially the kids he engaged with in such a fun way.
I had an amazing experience at Jimmy John’s today, thanks to Anthony! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and welcoming. He made sure my order was perfect, and I was especially impressed by how he interacted with my kids. He took the time to engage with them, made them laugh which made their day. It's not every day you find someone who goes above and beyond to make a meal enjoyable for both adults and kids. Anthony's kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Months ago we used to order from them and were really happy with the food and excellent customer service but started to notice that the sandwiches were getting lighter and lighter, with very little meat on the sandwiches. With the wonderful addition of Jersey Mikes to our area, we moved away from Jimmys for awhile. Fast forward to today. With the recent changes and new offerings, we decided to give Jimmys another chance. My delivery order arrived and when I opened up the sandwich…..sooo much lettuce, virtually no chicken at all and a sorry little piece of bacon. I called the store and was given the Manager Steve. He proceeded to tell me that the sandwich was made correctly and with the correct portion of all ingredients. He then told me to bring the sandwich to the store if I wanted another one made. I am understanding of how chain restaurants operate when it comes to monitoring portion sizes and inventory so I do not fault the manager directly. What is so upsetting is that in these economic times, places like this are raising prices to insane highs while reducing the quality/ quantity of their food. And customers are told to bring a delivery order back to the store for review, because they no longer have delivery drivers. I will not be ordering from this store or chain in the future.
Nicolas C — Google review
Placed an order online. Wanted to pay cash. Called to make a substitution. Was told I wouldn’t be able to receive my order because they weren’t accepting cash. They have no delivery driver so they can only use third party to deliver the food. Jimmy John’s is hiring if you’re reading this.

Absolutely terrible. Went into the sandwich shop for a to- go order. Requested no mayo on a veggie sub, got home and there’s mayo. Allergic to eggs, therefore the sandwich had to go into the garbage. Tried calling to order a new sandwich and they acted like they couldn't hear me on the phone.
Elizabeth S — Google review
Placed order online. Took 40 minutes for 2 wraps. The orders were not correct. Customer service is lacking. They seem understaffed, and undermanaged. Only 3 people working during lunch hour and they were all over the place (picture chickens running around with their heads cut off).

Came in with my friends a few days ago had an overweight gentleman with a beard make my sandwich only to find a black beard hair in my sandwich. Why doesn't he wear some type of netting to prevent this? Won't be coming back.

I would’ve rated it a 5 but it took half an hour to deliver my food. I live 5 minutes away, i would’ve driven but I couldn’t. The subs here are so good! I really enjoy it and their cookies are to die for!!

Pizza restaurant
Jersey Boardwalk Pizza is a pizzeria in Key Largo, Florida that serves up Italian-inspired food. They have a full bar serving wine and beer, as well as pizza and pasta dishes. The restaurant is wheelchair-accessible and has seating for up to 100 people.
My mom and I come here all the time. The pizza is amazing!!!!! Toppings are fresh and love the crust just the right amount of sauce!! Our favorite place. We've never had a bad experience here the service has always been on point and friendly. I was in the business for 25 years so I'm very familiar with the business. We were there today and the waitress is a Hustler she was very friendly and greeting Everyone who walked through the door. She ran it alone and was very efficient. She always does a great job!!!!!!!!! Keep up the great friendly service and wonderful food!!!! We ❤️ This place!

Service was good. Pizza is ok. Flavorwise theres no problem but the crust is paper thin. I know better places to get NY style pizza that leave you full and wanting to come back for more. I also ordered wings because they have a wing deal on wednesdays .60c wings. The BBQ was great but just like the pizza, wings were just ok. I don't have anything else to say about this place really. I rather go elsewhere for NY pizza.

I finished my entire meal before my wife's food ever came out and we were still waiting for her food another 10 minutes after that. I asked for a refill on my drink and never got it. Pizza was over cooked. I have had better cheese sticks at IHOP. Server was friendly but that did not make ou for the food quality or speed of service. Will not be returning here.
Matrix F — Google review
Tried it for the first time, EXCELLENT pizza! Great crust, sweet sauce, and the cheese tastes like actual, fresh cheese. Service was polite, attentive, and friendly. However, AC was broken and it was downright hot in there (at night). There was a temporary AC unit that was not turned on. Other than that, we have found our new go-to pizza spot in Homestead!
Ivan R — Google review
Pizza was delivered cold and the order was wrong (meatballs instead of mushrooms). Delivery time took over an hour. The recovery from this mistake was very poor. When I called back to let them know a mistake have been made I was told that another pizza would be sent to me in an hour and that I should not touch the one I have. I told them that I would just simply keep the one I have (and remove the meatballs) because I did not feel like waiting another hour to eat (it would have been 2 hours since I first ordered) Here is what I see wrong: 1. Delivery time is too long 2. Pizza is cold upon delivery (I ordered 4 months ago and had the same thing happen). When I asked why, they said that they do not have enough drivers. 3. Their business recovery was inappropriate and insufficient. If you make a mistake, own it. The correct action should have been for the new pizza to be delivered as quickly as possible and free of charge. The customer allowed to keep the wrong pizza delivered. 4. The pizza’s quality wasn’t great either. Burnt on the edges and soggy in the middle. I hope this business reads this review and considers dramatic improvements in customer service so they avoid losing more customers.
Luis B — Google review
6 months ago: Ordered at 7:30.. I live down the street and received cold pizza 2 hours later. I guess the driver likes to drive around town before delivering... 12/02/17: Ordered at 7:18 PM 1 pizza and spaghetti .. it’s 9:11 PM and we still have not received our order. Florida City location has changed drastically since 2016 ever since the homestead location closed. There should be 2 drivers at this location so they don’t deliver hard cold pizza 2 hours later.

I had a very good experience here. The waitress Irma was very polite and helpful. If you are looking for authentic Jersey pizza this is definitely the place to go. The pizza dough is actuallyy shipped from Jersey! I will be coming here again very soon.

Everglades Alligator Farm is a family-owned attraction offering an exciting airboat tour through the Everglades and a leisurely walk around the farm to observe alligators, crocodiles, caimans, and various wildlife species. The farm also features an impressive collection of local and exotic snakes. It's a great place for families to experience the unique construction of Coral Castle, which was built over 20 years by one man using homemade tools.
Absolutely loved the experience! The airboat ride added a touch of thrill as we cruised through the river and spotted wild gators in their natural habitat. After that, we explored the park, which features different species of alligators and other fascinating animals. It was both fun and educational. The ticket was $40 — totally worth it. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A must-see!
Elfan M — Google review
So fun! It’s a smaller place, which we loved because it allows you to really spend time seeing everything without taking an entire day up. Tyler the alligator handler was awesome! Very informative and I loved that he truly seemed to care about everyone having a good experience. People stood up in front of others, blocking their view of the experience, and Tyler was on top of it at all times. Our airboat ride was excellent!! I wish I remembered the drivers name but he made it a blast for everyone on board. He did some really fun 180/360 turns and we never felt unsafe, he did an amazing job! We even got to try some gator bites at the little food truck in the park. Everything here was awesome and I highly recommended it! When you go, bring a little cash to tip the guys if you can, it’s not expected but they work so hard to make sure we all had an enjoyable experience.

We booked a private tour and had the absolute pleasure of being guided by Luke — he was fantastic! Not only did he teach us so much about the Everglades, but he also took us to some incredible spots and even let us step out and put our feet in the water. It was such a memorable experience! If you're looking for an airboat adventure into the Everglades, I highly recommend Everglades Alligator Farm. The tour was exciting, educational, and truly one-of-a-kind!

What a fun time at the Everglades alligator farm!! The airboat tour was very fun and if you enjoy water activities look no further! We sat in the front of the boat and that’s the most fun and enjoyable way to experience the airboat thrill! The staff and airboat captains were fun and friendly. If you are looking to get the full Everglades experience this is the place to do that!!

My wife and I had an unforgettable time at the Everglades Alligator Farm during their Valentine’s Day sunset tour! The airboat ride through the Everglades was thrilling, with breathtaking views of the marshes and wildlife as the sun set, casting a gorgeous glow over the landscape. Our guide was knowledgeable, sharing fascinating facts about the ecosystem and pointing out wild alligators and birds. The highlight was the baby gator holding at the end—such a unique and fun experience! The champagne toast added a romantic touch, making it a perfect evening. The staff were friendly, and the entire tour felt well-organized and safe. Highly recommend this special tour for couples or anyone looking for a memorable Everglades adventure!

We had such an amazing time at the Everglades Alligator Farm! 🐊 We got to hold some baby alligators, which was such a cool experience, and even got to feed them, definitely something we’ll never forget! The airboat ride was super fun and exciting, the perfect mix of adventure and beautiful Everglades views. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for families, friends, or anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great fun! The airboat was a lot of fun. Sheridan was a great boat driver. We were taken on quite a few 180 and 360° turns. Be prepared to get wet no matter where you are on the boat, including your feet! The shows were great as well! Tyler was very informative and really funny. You can tell he has developed a great relationship, as best you can anyway, with the alligators and that he really loves them. I'm glad none of them hurt him while we were there! Along with the gators there were other animals there to see and you can also feed the gators and the emus for a small cost.

The airboat tour was the best 20 minutes spent all week. Speeding through the everglades is so so thrilling. Worth wearing fast drying clothes to sit in the front of the boat and lift your feet when the drive is doing 180 or 365 degree turns.

First time going to this location, we have been to a different location in the past, and the quality, the flavor and the freshness of the products is the same, definitely a place you want to go back to keep trying all the different flavors they offer. When we got there I thought it was going to take a while to order for the amount of people ordering in front of us, but in less than a minute we were placing our order. Prices are extremely good for the quality of products you are getting. They don't have tables inside, but there is a park right in front where you and your family can seat and enjoy your ice creams, paleta, churros, etc.

Most wonderful ice cream you will ever have and the price is unbelievably affordable. I can trust to bring a friend there and know that they will not be disappointed.

My reviews are in 2 languages in order to reach people that speak different languages. English: This is my favorite and only place I buy artisan style ice cream, you should only bring cash. There is an extreme variety of flavors and the prices are amazing. The people are very nice and go above and beyond to help you. I have been going there for years, I recommend the elote (corn, cheese, lemon, chili in a cup). I recommend for ice cream flavors the Nanche (has Nanche seeds) , grape and cream, tequila, bubble gum. They also make custom orders depending on what things you like you can always remove things in the order or add. Another favorite is the cheese fries with melted cheese on top. I wish there was more places like these.

Love love love this place!! This is the only ice cream shop I enjoy. The prices are so cheap and you can get so much for so little. I got 2 ice creams, 3 agua frescas, and an esquite for just 23 dollars. This place is a childhood classic for me. Definitely recommend coming here! Although, it is occasionally very busy in the morning on the weekends. Come at night it’s much less busy.

This is one of Homestead parks but it seems to be the place where all the big events take place. It needs more parking although it's not small, it's crazy to park here when there's a big event going on like the Taco Festival.

Wonderful, large, clean park with lots to do. Probably has the most items then other locations I’ve been to but the lines on the weekend are crazy long but like the variety and good customer service, they do try to go fast
Denisee G — Google review
I have never been treated so rudely during a visit to Ross before. This morning, I went to Ross in Homestead to return an item, and I showed the security guard my return bag when I entered the store. With the money from the return, I purchased something else. Despite the fact that the security guard saw me during the return and the payment, he stopped me at the door and made me take everything out of my bag as if I were trying to steal something. Even at Macy’s, where the merchandise is much more expensive than at Ross, security doesn’t check your bags. This experience was very disrespectful, and it felt like I was being singled out. I urge Ross management to provide training for your security staff, as they need it urgently. I will not be returning to Ross again.
Yudith M — Google review
I was so disappointed with my visit to this Ross location. I came in with a Starbucks drink while shopping and was told I couldn’t have it in the store. It really put a damper on my experience, especially since most other retail stores allow it. Shopping should be enjoyable and convenient, but instead it felt frustrating and unwelcoming.

Nice place to get brand merchandise at low cost, but you'll have to use your pacience... all the stuff is displaid by sizes and styles... The problem in the stores are the customers, mostly because they're disrespectful with the fellow shoppers and the employees... they don't keep the order.... I feel sorry for the people who work there, keeping up a smile with this kind of clients ..

Homestead-Miami Speedway is a huge 600-acre facility in Florida that hosts Indy and NASCAR races, attracting large crowds of up to 65,000 racing enthusiasts. The speedway has become synonymous with the excitement and thrill of high-speed car racing during the season. However, for those seeking peace and quiet, it may be best to avoid the speedway during these events.
This was my first visit to Miami Speedway, and I went for a NASCAR race. Overall, everything was well organized. The only issue was at the entrance — there was a long line of cars, and it moved pretty slowly. We arrived two hours before the race (which started at 3 PM), and that was enough time not just to park and walk to the stands, but also to explore the area and check out the pre-race activities. I really liked that the track itself has an 18–20 degree banking — it gave us an amazing view of the whole race, with excellent visibility from the stands. The stadium overall left a great impression: clean, comfortable, and well set up. The experience was fantastic, and I definitely recommend going, especially if you’ve never been before.

Home stirred Miami Speedway another great track on the NASCAR circuit and a beautiful area of South Florida. You don’t want to miss a chance to go to this track. They were having wildfires at the time we went down, but did an excellent job of keeping the fires away from the track area the firefighters in first responders did a fabulous job all around and it was dedicated to them. My wife and I had a chance to renew our vowels on the dock at the lake in the Enfield. What a nice trip. The track food was pretty good.
Wes G — Google review
This was my first Nascar race, so I am not really sure how to rate it. I ended up going with a friend behind the scenes to watch a race. I had a lot of fun. I am actually closer to Daytona and had not been to that track before, so that is probably my preferred location. This was really cool, though, and I got to see a lot behind the scenes.
Adam P — Google review
Homestead needs remedial lessons in traffic and parking management from Daytona. 90% of people who paid for tickets and parking will miss the race start because they have no clue. Be careful paying for VIP parking because they put you in the same overcrowded lanes for general parking - even if you tell them you paid for orange. We had to leave and re-enter to find police who would let us go to where we paid to park Before the first stage ended they ran out of water, lemonade, and food. No joke. No metal detector. Very poor screening. No one checks to make sure you're in the right seat. Luckily it won't be crowded so you should be okay. Not much inside except the empty concession stands with only beer and a tiny merch Good side is track is small, so you can see the entire race from any seat.

La Cruzada is a hidden gem for Mexican food lovers! The prices are very affordable compared to other restaurants in the area, but the quality and flavor of the food do not disappoint. They offer a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes, from soups and appetizers to hearty entrées—all your favorites are here. The atmosphere really captures the spirit of Mexico—from the decor to the Mexican music playing in the background, it feels like a quick trip south of the border. The service is friendly, and the vibe is welcoming and casual. Parking can be a bit limited, but there’s usually space near the City Hall area just a short walk away, so it’s manageable. If you’re craving delicious Mexican food that won’t break the bank, La Cruzada is definitely worth a visit!

Drive up from the Keys just to visit La Cruzada! The food is amazing and love that the offer a separate vegan menu. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The service is 10/10, food options are plentiful and all delicious and fresh! The ambiance inside and out is adorable. I love that they have fresh juices, cane sugar Coca Cola and beers available for beverages! Service dogs allowed outside with documentation. Thank you for an amazing experience!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at what I believe is the best Mexican restaurant in Homestead. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. First, let’s talk about the flavors—simply amazing. Every dish was rich, authentic, and full of the traditional Mexican taste that you hope to find. One thing I really appreciated was that they served the spice on the side. This was perfect for me since I’m not great with spicy food, but I still got to enjoy all the incredible flavors without feeling overwhelmed. The restaurant offers truly traditional Mexican cuisine, with dishes that taste like they were made in someone’s home kitchen. It’s clear they take pride in their recipes and preparation. As for the ambiance, it’s so cozy! The music adds a wonderful touch, creating a warm and inviting environment that makes you want to linger just a little longer. If you’re in Homestead and looking for authentic, delicious Mexican food in a welcoming atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. It’s become my favorite spot, and I’m sure you’ll feel the same once you try it!

We went to La Cruzada as a recommendation from a local barber and were very happy with the choice. We had a fantastic choice of tacos and as appetizer a mixed plate. The service was very friendly, and we loved the atmosphere. Very decent prices added up to a great experience!

Delicious authentic Mexican food in the Homestead area. We popped in for a quick dinner and trusted the reviews here - glad we did. Staff greeted us and sat us quickly on a weekday. The indoor area is festive and cozy. We appreciated the AC on a hot summers day. We ordered quickly, trusting our gut. Started with the queso fundido - really good melted cheese that came out with fresh chips and some salsa. Salsa had a good kick to it, too! Got the enchiladas positanos (kinda spicy potato filled?) and enchiladas de camaron for the mains. It was all just really tasty - definitely not tex mex or over-commercialized chain Mexican. It felt legit and we really appreciated that. Overall, fantastic service and will easily recommend a stop here. Next time we’re in town, we’d go again.

Chicken wings restaurant
Buffalo Wild Wings is a beloved national sports bar chain that serves up an array of delicious offerings, including their signature wings, tenders, and burgers. Known for its authentic Buffalo-style wings, the menu features a variety of sauces ranging from sweet to fiery hot. Guests can enjoy complimentary dips and veggies with every wing order. The atmosphere is vibrant and perfect for sports enthusiasts, with large flat-screen TVs lining the walls so you can catch all the action while savoring your meal.
We love this place! Best wings and fries I ever had ! Great place to hang out with friends . Great service. Don’t miss their Tuesday wings sale . Buy one get another wing free 😁😁😁

Most Buffalo Wild Wings locations I’ve visited have attentive and available staff. This location however is beyond disappointing, typically the food is decent and service is subpar—however my last visit 11/11/24 both food and service is subpar. The waitstaff has no regards for the folks who have already paid for their meal and are simply just picking up. I’m frustrated the cheese was burnt onto my black bean burger in addition to nonexistent service, I couldn't find a staff to complain about this dissatisfaction. Why is it that you all don’t have someone in the front for online order pickups, who is managing this place? I’ll be looking for somewhere else for wings and burgers.

Went there February 14th just for a chill end of the night spot to have a couple of drinks. Got there and people were sitting outside waiting to be seated still. Asked a guy how long he had been waiting, 45 minutes. It was 845!!! It's valentine's day, shouldn't you plan for a large crowd. Patio was closed. Empty 2 seater tables inside but I was told they didn't have enough wait staff. Come on! Not going back any time soon!

The waitress did not even come to our table after 25 minutes that we were given table, the restrooms were Súper disgusting. Got home with lots of stomach pain 24 hours of non stop diarrhea. My wife also had stomach pain and developed some nausea.

My husband and I visit this restaurant at least three times a month and usually have a great experience, especially since we often sit in the same area and the staff recognizes us. However, this past Sunday our visit happened to fall during a shift change, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience we’ve had here. After waiting an hour, our food never arrived, and we noticed it had been mistakenly delivered to another table. When our server realized, he attempted to bring that same food to us, which we felt was unacceptable. To be fair, our waiter seemed genuinely concerned and tried to expedite our order with the kitchen, but without success. When we brought the issue to the manager’s attention, his only response was that he had just arrived and wasn’t aware of what was happening. We understand mistakes happen, but we hope management can improve communication and service during shift changes, as this has always been one of our favorite spots

Great experience. Jason was our waiter. He was outstanding! Right away he was at our table we asked to put two tables together because we had a party of six he said no problem and we had two tables for our party. He was there right away to take our order. He was very professional and knew the menu well. I asked for a special request I love the traditional wings dipped in the mango habanero sauce then tossed in a blue cheese dressing. He assured me that he himself would take care of them personally for me. Well I'll tell you they were by far the best I have ever had at any buffalo wild wings country wide. He did the most amazing job. They were so good. He was a fantastic waiter. We had separate checks he did perfect on getting all the orders correct and we ordered some wings to go and the timing on those were perfect too. I highly recommend this location and Jason as the waiter. We will be back.

We ordered and food never came for over an hour, waitress was hard to flag down for another drink. Men's bathroom had urine all around the floor. Finally we had enough and Mgr comes over and said oh, we are plating your food now. He was very arrogant non apologetic. After 4 tables who came in after us were served we told him we are leaving. Worst BWW I've ever been in, never go there.

Japanese restaurant
The Japanese restaurant Nikko is a hidden gem in Homestead that serves up some of the best sushi and sashimi in the area. The family-owned business is run by a sweet little lady who makes sure that every dish is cooked to perfection. Even during busy times, Nikko manages to provide delicious food at reasonable prices. If you're looking for a truly authentic Japanese experience, Nikko is definitely worth a visit.
I’ve been coming here for years, and every time I come it’s the same: Fresh, and delicious Japanese food. You really cannot beat the lunch deal especially. It is a lot of food for a very reasonable price. The tempura is the crispiest and nicest tempura I’ve had in soflo, and everything else is very delicious. The shop owners are very nice as well, and are very delightful. It is a small restaurant, but I think it’s worth stopping by if you’re in the Homestead area. A hidden gem!

This is a great option for Japanese food in Homestead. The service is amazing, prices are good and the flavors are amazing 😍 They have a small table that recreates the Japanese experience even more; it’s only one, so I hope that you can get it too. The Beers are also good, just look at the pictures icy-cold jars and Japanese brands. We love the place, and this is our second time there 🙏

Stopped by with my wife to grab a bite to eat on Monday 5/12. I didn't even get the chance to order. It was not busy inside. We were up next to order. The girl at the counter never acknowledged my wife and I. It legitimately felt like the staff were going out of their way to ignore us. We waited for maybe 15 minutes before we left and went to the Wendy's down the road, where we had awesome customer service and got our food in less time than we spent getting ignored at DQ.

This is for any and all employees that were working on the night of 5/22/25 between 7-830pm...my daughters whole softball team showed up with parents and there was a whole soccer team sitting as well. The cashier stayed calm and had a wonderful personality dealing with what seemed like chaos to the rest of us. Our orders came out one by one without any mistakes at all! We had a wonderful time thanks to this Dairy Queen! Thank u sooo much!!!

Went inside to get food on a Monday 5/12, night, was not acknowledged by any employee. We waited for our order to be taken for 10 minutes, only to be actively ignored by the girl in the front. After 5 more minutes of being ignored, we left. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a fast food place. Please hire people who are willing to work.

Day 3

Off the beaten path
For day 3, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Shiver's BBQ. Not quite as popular as Coral Castle, but still highly rated among many travelers. Accounting for getting around and average time spent, today’s activities could take about 6 hours.

So good Ribs and meat!! We drove from Miami for this and didn't disappoint at all. You can smell the BBQ from the parking miles away, the service is excellent and value for price. Highly recommend
Praewparn S — Google review
A barbecue spot in Homestead with easy parking, though it gets packed on weekends. Housed in an old Florida-style building, it features long communal benches inside, giving a cozy, shared-table vibe despite its small size. Service is friendly, and the menu offers plenty of barbecue choices. I went for the ribs and brisket combo with collard greens, black-eyed peas, and a side of sausage. The ribs were solid, but the brisket lacked flavor, and the sausage was just okay. The collard greens were too sweet and sour for me, but the black-eyed peas were spot-on. You pay at the counter, and the overall experience was enjoyable with good service.

Shiver’s never lets us down! We know it’s not health food, but that’s not why we come. We stick with the beef dishes and they’re always full of flavor. My husband enjoyed the beef ribs without sauce so he could add just the right amount himself. Service is friendly, and even though it was Sunday we only waited about 10 minutes for a table. Great food, good atmosphere, and always worth the visit!

Ordered to go and the to go waitress was so nice. Helped us decide what to order and gave us several sauces to try. I had the 1/4 chicken with mashed potatoes and hash brown casserole. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and slaw. We wanted to try the okra and some desserts too so we ordered salted caramel cheesecake and key lime pie. Everything we had was fantastic and we have some left for lunch tomorrow!

Super southern and feel like your in a family cook out setting. The staff is super friendly, loved Tracy our waitress. The food was super good and cooked slow. So Delicious, and they prices are amazing for the kind of meats served. Definitely worth the travel 🥰

Even though we came in close to closing time, they still sat us and took our order and got our food out quickly. From the moment we sat down to the moment we got our food was probably 15 minutes, and let me tell you, this was some fire barbecue. All the staff was very friendly and sat us with a smile even though we were probably not appreciated for showing up close to closing time. Lol that’s 5 stars for service and atmosphere right there. The food was killer, can’t go wrong with the pulled pork, brisket, ribs, or burnt ends. Only reason I didn’t list the rest was because we didn’t order it. Definitely order a side of sweet potato soufflé, that was amazing. If you’re down in the homestead area, gotta get your Shiver’s

Redland Market Village in Miami is a diverse and family-owned farmers' market that has been operating for almost 40 years. Dubbed as part flea market, part live entertainment venue, and part farmers' market, it spans 30 acres of land. The marketplace offers an array of food trucks serving international cuisine, seafood markets offering fresh fish and crustaceans, arts and crafts stores with unique collectibles. It's the perfect weekend destination to mingle with locals while shopping for Florida-grown products.
Flavor! Culture! Mexican folk! That Redlands village market. One of my top happy places! Authentic Mexican food and ambience. Is like traveling in time and space. I feel teletransported to mexico. Fres produce and vegetables, festive enviroment, food diversity . I simply love it!

I honestly expected better quality stores, and I felt everything to be so expensive from the food to the jewelry and so many places are closed on the weekends. Even the fruits were expensive more expensive than the store so why bother. I I’ve been to much better fleamarkets .

I enjoyed visiting the market, reminded me of being no. Latin America. That was until the bill came. The “restaurant” an open air stand, charged me $25 for a a plate of ceviche and a soda and fries for my kid. It was delicious. Maybe I was charged gringa prices, they didn’t have prices in the menu. 😂 those were Miami Beach prices guys, not cool.

Great place to come if you are searching for fresh grown fruits and veggies. Also, you will find fruits here, that are not typically sold in your neighborhood supermarket. There’s delicious Mexican food, stands with different goods for sale, music, nurseries, even a tire shop. A flea market of used goods on one side, there’s so much items. Definitely worth checking out at least once.

I must confess, it had been years since the last time I was here. I was surprised to see they a lid area for them to play. Price is a little higher than expected but at least the kids can play all they want, they have a $15 or $30 deal. Also we got experience the pony ride $6 for 5 turns, they also have bumper cars for $6 for about 10 minutes I think. We also try food from el taco loco, prices are very affordable but not really what I expected regarding the real authentic Mexican taste of tacos. Next time I will try the other places around. Overall we had a great time and my daughter had fun. The flee market has a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits, a lot things to see and enjoy especially if you are looking for things you will not find anywhere else.

Excellent Farmer's and Flea Market! I've been coming to this market for years. The produce selections are amazing, with many vendors, and the prices are very fair. This is also an excellent place to buy plants for landscaping, as the prices are much better than anywhere I've been. Great flea market finds as well. Definitely worth the drive down south. Lunch at one of the many little kiosks is also recommended.

Absolutely love this place. This is the only location I will buy my fresh turmeric and ginger from. The quality is exceptional and there’s such a wide variety of fruits and vegetables you just can’t go wrong here. They even have a fresh seafood market stocked with tons of super fresh seafood. Don’t miss out and definitely go on a weekend when all the vendors are fully stocked.

Coral Castle is a unique outdoor garden featuring hand-carved sculptures made from over 1,000 tons of coral. Created by Latvian immigrant Ed Leedskalnin in the early 1900s, this attraction along Dixie Highway showcases massive slabs of coral rock fashioned into various structures and sculptures. Despite lacking formal engineering education and using mostly handmade tools, Leedskalnin populated the property with an imaginary family, studied astronomy, and built a simple home and elaborate courtyard.
Without Question, One Of The Most Interesting Landmarks I've Ever Had The Privilege To Visit!! His Enthusiasm & Quick Wit Was Delightful Combined With His In-Depth Knowledge Of All Of The Structures Really Helped Us Understand The Purpose Of Each Piece & Ed's Vision! Really a hidden gem! Feels so unreal once you step inside the castle from a pretty ordinary road. The tour was great, I'm not sure if you can just walk around without the guide - seems to me like no. It's a bit pricey $55 for 2 adults but no regrets, it was a fantastic experience.
Maria N — Google review
We really wanted to love this place. flew from New York just to see this castle, but wow what a horrible experience! First we pay $80 dollars for 3 people. They show a crappy documentary that was more focused on Billy Idol making a music video there. (you can see one a million times better on youtube) you are not allowed to roam around the coral castle without the tour guide which was a complete joke. They tell you take as much pictures as you want for 5 minutes and then move on! My gf was taking pictures and this lady came up to her and demanded to see her phone because she was taking a video? No one said that you cannot take videos and nothing is posted saying no videos! My gf was like "ummm no! You are not going to touch or see my phone" that lady looked like she was gonna have a panic attack the minute my gf told her that. We saw the castle and left, 10 minutes is all you need to see it and they know it, They try justifying the price by adding an outdated documentary and a tour guide that is completely unnecessary that makes the experience kinda weird. The old exit through the souveneir shop gimmick is also included! We walked right through that crap. Im sure Mr. Leedskalnin would be dissapointed in how his creation is beign managed. Im sorry, the castle looks very interesting but I do not recommend setting foot in this toxic enviroment.

Really cool experience! The only reason for a star missing is some of the artifacts that were used were stolen and no longer in custody of the museum. That being said the tour is enlightening and they are continuing to find new things on premises. Would recommend visiting if you are in Miami and can visit.

My wife and I have seen television programs about Coral Castle for years. We finally had an excuse to travel to the Miami area and said this was a must visit. Loved it. So many smaller features that are not included in other tv shows. Guides were knowledgeable and very outgoing. Highly recommend stop.

Chefs on the Run is a great place to get some international food, as well as some delicious burgers. It's not always easy to find parking nearby, but it is definitely worth it if you're in the area.
5 stars for 5 reasons 1. The grilled cheese burger was delicious! Meat was juicy and the bread is perfect! The cheese adds the finishing touch. Chicken Taino sandwhich wasn’t crispy as I would like but none the less it was great! All the flavors blended really well and it’s slightly messy! I didn’t like the green lime ginger aioli. The food at Chefs on the Run was fantastic! We ordered the habanero chicken bites, a regular hamburger with fries, and the No Burger. Let me tell you, it was amazing – easily one of the best burgers I've ever had! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each bite was packed with deliciousness. The server was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The restaurant had a cozy, welcoming vibe, and it was clear the staff takes pride in what they do. The portions were generous, and we left feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a great meal on the way down to the Keys or just a delicious lunch. Definitely worth the stop!

This is one of those places you always hope to find when you're looking for a local gem. It's small, only 4 tables inside, and really cool. There's a regular menu, but there are also specials which change every day. Anything you select will be good though I recommend you try the specials. I had the Mr. Marley pasta with Jerk Chicken and a Monopolio Santa Clara beer. The pasta was cooled just right and not too creamy, the chicken was Jamaican spicy, but not overpowering - I was able to make out all the flavors; onion, mushroom, and cheese - very nice! When you're there, ask for Rosemary - she is an absolutely wonderful server. She's attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your experience. On a side note, there is a lot of really cool art on the walls which is actually for sale! 🎨😎 All in all, it's the kind of place that you will enjoy in many ways; visually, acoustically, gastronomically, and socially!

My family and I were looking for somewhere to eat in Homestead while on our Everglades National Park journey. I stumbled upon this restaurant on Google, and the raving reviews proved to be right! The family owned, cozy, hole-in-the-wall restaurant only has 4 tables inside, and more seating outside. Their unique menu has a myriad of options, most with a Puerto-Rican twist to it. The waitress was able to answer all of our questions and gave numerous suggestions. My family got El Yunque Burger and the Chicken Caribowl. Both entrees had the most impeccable, fresh taste. For dessert, we got the Key Lime Empanada which was the perfect finisher. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely visit again when I'm in the area next!

My family and I had a wonderful experience eating dinner here. Not only was the food AMAZING but the service was EXCELLENT!! I ordered the Just A Burger and it hit the spot. My brother ordered the brunch burger and in his words “it was so delicious” We also got the Key Lime Empanadas which were the perfect end to our evening. You definitely need to order those!! The chef, Jodrick was extremely friendly and spoke with us a lot. He was so kind and shared a little bit of back story on this wonderful restaurant. I cannot express enough how wonderful this restaurant was. Everything was fresh and made to order! You definitely need to try this place out!

Quaint yet comfortable dining area, very clean and inviting. When you first walk in, you’re greeted by a window that looks right into the kitchen, where you can not only smell but also see the delicious food being made. That little touch immediately set the tone—it’s fun to watch the action and builds your appetite before you even sit down. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance: upbeat music created a lively energy, but the overall vibe stayed laid-back and cozy, making it a great spot for either a casual night out or a more relaxed meal with friends and family. Now, the food—absolutely outstanding. I tried the Bolitas de Queso (perfectly crispy, gooey, and flavorful), the El Pork Belly (rich, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth good), the Ze Smashed Burger (juicy, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection), and finally the Key Lime Empanada (a creative, tangy-sweet finish that I’ll be craving again). Every single dish was not just good, but truly memorable. Overall, this place is a gem. Great atmosphere, spotless environment, and food that delivers across the board. Highly recommend!

We ate here tonight, just on a Google search. We are from out of town visiting Keys and National Parks. We found this place absolutely delightful. Our waitress was friendly&sweet. We ordered the special smash burger, with plantains, bacon and a special sauce. So good. Also dessert was a key lime empanada with raspberry sauce and a scoop of cookies &cream ice cream, my husband said possibly one of the best desserts he's ever had. I had pumpkin spice flan, delicious also. Highly recommend.

The only thing extra I ordered was a basil pesto drizzle on my cheese pizza, and didn't even get it. The boneless wings were barely tossed in the sauce. Pure laziness and/or incompetence. Next time I'm spending my money on pizza from a Mom and Pop shop. Very disappointing Pizza Hut.

Management needs to do a better job at recruiting those who want to work. They are comfortable with providing families with subpar food and that’s not the pizza hut experience we pay for. I would pass on ordering from this location. They underachieve every time

I've had some delivery problems in the past but also some great experiences also. Usually the carry out isn't too bad but it's freezing in there if you have to wait. I had to wait 20 minutes longer than originally stated for pick up but management gave me a $5 credit which is appreciated. I've had a mixture of experiences but overall its not that bad.

Absolutely wonderful! We had our rehearsal dinner here & couldn’t believe our eyes when we came in to the beautifully decorated tables & signs welcoming us and our guests. The food was amazing as always, but the service & attention to detail blew us all away. It was an amazing start to our wedding weekend & we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect restaurant to host the dinner. Thank you to all the staff & especially Jenina for going above and beyond to make it so memorable. You all are the best!! We will be back for a delicious meal soon. This place is worth the 1.5 hour drive :)

Casita Tejas Mexican Restaurant in Homestead is a charming, family-friendly spot with a long history, having opened its doors in 1987. The ambiance is welcoming and cozy, making it a great choice for a casual dinner. The service is attentive and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The food itself is tasty, with a flavorful salsa that stands out. However, the vegetarian options are somewhat limited, which may be a downside for those seeking more variety in plant-based dishes. Free parking is available, which is always a plus in this area. Overall, Casita Tejas is a solid choice for a casual, family-oriented Mexican dining experience, especially if you’re in the mood for classic flavors and good service.

Here's a rewritten version: The Mexican food here is authentic and delicious. The restaurant itself is simple, clean, and welcoming. The staff provided good service and spoke English fluently. Entrees averaged around $15.00 each. While the dishes were fairly typical, they were well-prepared and satisfying. All in all, it was a pleasant dining experience.

We were greeted immediately and seated with no wait time. My family started with cheese dip which was made of actual cheese. The waiter was friendly and happy to answer any questions. I got the Guadalajara plate which came on two plates, so I could try a lot of food in one visit. You won’t be disappointed with the tamales, chili rellenos, rice and beans. I bit myself twice, this food was so good! The scenery was great and had beautiful Mexican art.

Nestled in the heart of Homestead, Peking House offers a delightful escape into traditional Chinese cuisine. This charming eatery serves up beloved classics like chop suey, all within a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Diners can also indulge in a satisfying lunch buffet that showcases an array of flavors and dishes. While it may not be the first name that comes to mind when thinking of local dining options, Peking House stands out for its commitment to authentic tastes and casual dining experience.
The food is delicious here and the gentleman that works there, I believe his name is Clint, he is always working hard. Physically running for customer orders. And his service is fantastic. This is the type of family restaurant where you will see a little one sleeping as one of the family members are keeping an eye on them and pinching wontons. You can just feel the authenticity of the place. And they have a wonderful Buffet. YOU do need to get there BEFORE 3:00pm to experience this service. Order Sweet tea, if you like to drink, as they do not have a soda fountain. After 3pm it is take out, because it is too busy to be open for dine in service. It is hopping, everytime I have been here.

I've only ordered for delivery, and several times. I've never really had any issues. The food is decent tasting and they always bring the food within a reasonable amount of time. It's the go-to for Chinese fried rice for my dad and me in Homestead.

We just ordered orange chicken meal, the rice is beyond overcook it taste old. The orange chicken was beyond dry and chewy, it just tastes awful. I also ordered the Chicken lo mein, there was barely any chicken in the meal. I have been purchasing food from this restaurant for the last four years and today was the first time we had an issue. I spoke to the owner, she refuses to give me a refund because she wants proof that we are not lying, she rather give me a store credit which I refused. After this experience who wants to go back.? The owner was very disrespectful, after being a loyal customer for past 4 years. I would never return the quality of the food is awful!!

I don’t know why it has this rating because The food in the buffet is fresh and delicious, it has a simple variety of plates, which is fitting of the price, if a dish is empty you can ask for them, I think it’s 👏 awesome. Service and the place is good; I recommend this restaurant. The owner and the servers are kind. I will come back for sure!

Rude service at walk in. The lunch buffet does not at all cater to any type of vegetarian. I walked in and asked kindly what is on the buffet menu and the lady seemed to have an attitude when I asked. She said to go look for myself. I did. And I didn't see not one dish that is for vegetarians. Not even the fried rice which has ham in it. Then the one dish that could work is shrimp with rice or noodles. Then I look in the shrimp pan and its chicken and shrimp. So I couldn't even eat the shrimp cause I don't eat chicken. And when I mentioned it the lady had an attitude and assured me that cannot and will not cook anything else that could be ok for a vegetarian, non meat or chicken water. It just seemed really rude and inconsiderate. Not even a bowl of rice would work. I walked out very disappointed as I was looking forward to eating there from 3 days prior and to have that experience just really ruined my taste for the whole restaurant. Overall the cashier last could have been a little more passionate or compassionate and they would have save a customer but I will take my business elsewhere.
Chip F — Google review
The food here used to be amazing. I want to say it was the best in homestead and the las 3 times that I have ordered its being horrible. I thought perhaps it was the day of the week that the food was not as fresh. Today I ordered and the shrimp domain was hard noodles with tiny tiny shrimp. The special fried rice was a qt and it had again 3 or 4 shrimp in the rice. The wings dis not taste as if the had been recently fried. I must say the only great thing was the vegetable soup.
Mercedes H — Google review
From when you step in to when you step out the experience is like being in China. The restaurant has relaxing/calm atmosphere. The food selection is not very big but clean, cooked fantastic and always fresh. The server is attentive and whatever you need the get. First time here and won't be the last. We plan on making this a weekly routine.

This was our first and last time eating from here, the special fried rice (to go) was totally awful, it was just rice, No pork, no chicken, no vegetables… very poor and flavor less…. Definitely I don’t recommend this place for Chinese food, Don’t waist your money here, go somewhere else.

10/10 dining experience. The food was so delicious, I didn’t think to take many pictures. Definitely recommend the “caldos de camarón.” The seafood tasted very fresh! The waitresses were extremely pleasant and patient despite being part of a big group and arriving 20 mins before closing on Thanksgiving. The service was fast and efficient. 🔥 Seafood lovers… run, don’t walk. 🔥 El Huachilango at Puerto Vallarta is on another level — massive, packed with flavor, and straight-up fireee. It even comes with 4 sides, so come hungry! A good shareable for some. Do yourself a favor: get the extra garlic butter sauce — I was dipping everything in it. As for the oysters… so fresh I demolished a dozen and a half like nothing 😮‍💨🦪 Still thinking about that meal. 10/10. Don’t sleep on it. 💯

Food- 4-5⭐️ Service- 4⭐️ Ambiance- 4-5⭐️ Value $- 5⭐️ I came here on the recommendation of a friend. I love Mexican food and I’m always looking for a good authentic restaurant to visit. The food was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. I appreciate that it is definitely authentic. So I give it 4-5 stars. The service was pretty good. The restaurant is pretty clean, and nicely decorated. It’s an older building- kind of a dive. The prices are very reasonable! I ordered the enchiladas verde (chicken). My daughter ordered the chicken fajitas, and my other daughter ordered the shrimp tacos. They each got a bottle of soda, and we split some chips and guacamole. Our bill was $65 for everything. Not bad at all. Plus we have a lot of leftovers. The guacamole was a decent size and we had leftover. My daughter who ordered the shrimp tacos was the only one who finished all of her food. Although, she didn’t eat any of the rice or refried beans that it came with. The rice was very tasty. The beans were a little bland. Everything was fresh and hot. We will definitely be back again. I’d like to try more seafood next time.

Beautiful beach with lots of space to relax, picnic, and enjoy the view. The drive in is really pretty, and parking is close to the water. The Dante Fascell Visitor Center is the main hub for exploring Biscayne National Park. We came at the end of the day and had time to see the museum and talk with the park rangers. The museum is incredibly informative about the underwater habitats of Biscayne Bay, and there is also a theater that shows videos that the pakr service has put together about the park. There are a lot of boating and water activities you can buy tickets for and rentals at this location as well. There is also a great short trail leading from the visitor's center that you can walk too.

Great boardwalk trail and accessible for wheelchairs. Great eco adventure close to Miami or Lauderdale and you cross a national park off your list. Last Chance Bar & Package offers a unique pirate-themed ambiance with spooky decorations. It's a welcoming spot for anyone except troublemakers. Located on the way to the Keys or in Homestead, it provides a decent bar atmosphere and is non-smoking. You can enjoy watching games, playing pool, and meeting friendly staff like Ray the chef who introduces off-menu specials. The bar also serves delicious sautéed chicken sandwiches and affordable drinks.
Linda was so friendly and helpful with tourist information relating to driving down to the Florida Keys. We had a few beers and bought some carry outs to take back to our hotel room. Excellent value and great service- highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As long as you consider the fact that you're going to a DIVE BAR then it's exactly what you would want. Can't speak on the food as I didn't have any but the place has cheap drinks, 3 pool tables & other bar games as well as a low light atmosphere that gives off a genuine dive bar vibe. The only real downsides I noticed in my 2 visits is that the juke box was a bit finicky and at around 2 am the fog rolled in so thick I couldn't see more than 15 feet ahead of me and an 8 foot tall, bipedal ape with reddish fur stepped out of the swamp while I was taking a piss and freaked me the crap out of me but it was chill lol

Nice little stop on way to Keys, or if hanging out in Homestead. A little dark, but decent bar atmosphere. Nice no smoking bar, so you wont smell like ash tray when you leave. Good place to catch a game or shoot pool. Did not eat here, as we already had ate. We met Ray the chef, he came out and introduced himself, he let us know about some specials that were not on the menu, very nice & welcoming gentlmen. I will definitley stop back & check out his ribs & wings. Cool spot!

Food is the usual bar fare, and it's been good when we've tried it. They used to have live music on Wednesday nights, if they'd bring that back I'd go 5 stars 😎 For now you have to settle for late night karaoke, which is fun, and can be entertaining on some evenings.

You gotta stop in to say you were there. It had been there foreverrrrr. We got there early so it was pretty empty. We're were not impressed with their "worlds best bloody mary". It was average at best.

New American restaurant
Traditional American restaurant
White Lion Cafe is a charming, old-fashioned cottage that offers down-to-earth American cuisine and live weekend music. The restaurant exudes a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of an antique store in an old Florida home, complete with floral tablecloths. While primarily a lunch spot, they also serve dinner on Friday nights with a menu featuring comfort food like fried chicken and mashed potatoes.
I've tried many times to come here and I can never get the times right. Finally the day aligned ! So glad we went , cozy hidden place and delicious. I would say it's comfort food I will definitely comeback to try other dishes , fyi The onion soup amazing !!!!

White Lion Café isn’t just a restaurant: it's an experience that feels like eating at Grandma's house, where the portions are big and the ambience feels like home. My Popeye’s Spinach Salad, fresh as a morning breeze and loaded with lean grilled chicken, onions, feta, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, and a perfectly cooked egg, was a testament to clean eating without sacrifice; I opted for olive oil and lemon for dressing, and I sprinkled some black pepper on top of my salad to give it a bit more zest. My wife’s Sweet Chicken Sandwich was a crispy, indulgent creation from the specials menu; it was the kind of sandwich that was so good you get sad when it's gone off the dinner plate, leaving only crumbs: unapologetic, crave-worthy, and real. Shelby and Tiffany delivered the kind of attentive, authentic service you can’t fake, and even the manager, Lory, stepped out to ensure we were taken care of; a rare and beautiful experience of extra care and hospitality. Two incredible meals, five-star service, and the total bill, even with tip, floated under fifty dollars. A steal. A sanctuary. A place worth returning to.

This time, instead of leaving it to chance, I asked Google for restaurants near me. The White Lion came up and I was intrigued because it's out of the way. You'd never come upon it just driving around. It's a cool looking place with an old country vibe and they've got it decorated for Halloween which is really fun! I couldn't help but order a sweet tea and meatloaf with mixed veggies and mashed potatoes. The tea is brewed fresh every day, the mugs are HUGE, and the tea is delicious. Not too sweet, just how I like it. The meatloaf is also a large portion. It comes covered in mushrooms and brown gravy with a little more on the side for your mashed potatoes. It tastes very good, especially when you have it with gravy and mushrooms together on the fork. The mixed veggies are really good too, they're cooked through, but still firm. Best of all is the service! It's my first time here and the staff treated me as well as they did the regulars. This is a thoroughly enjoyable place and I absolutely recommend you try it out, even if you have to go out of your way.
John S — Google review
I liked the place. The food was nothing extraordinary, but it was exemptionaly good. The service was great, but it was a pretty long wait. Loved the atmosphere, though. Overall, if you're looking for a calm and chill place to talk for a while, I would highly recommend this.

I haven't been in at least 15 years. I went the other day with my parents. We each ordered something off the daily specials white board. My snapper wrap was a bit fishy tasting which is usually an indicator that the snapper isn't fresh. I've grown up in south Florida & the keys all my life & I have had fresh fish all my life. The French dip was good & the shrimp scampi was good. The staff was very nice & attentive. We ordered 2 of the desserts & they were delicious. All in all it was a good meal but was very expensive. Three of us having the daily specials & 2 desserts was almost $90. Not sure if I will be back, maybe try again in another 15 years.

I recently had the pleasure of having lunch at the White Lion Cafe and could not have been more impressed. From the moment we walked in the door, it was clear that this was a special place. Not only does it allow pets, which is always appreciated, but the ambiance was lovely. The decor was tasteful and created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. But what really stood out to me about this cafe was the food. It was absolutely delicious. Every bite was bursting with flavor and the presentation was impeccable. The food exceeded all my expectations, and the dessert was ultra delicious !!! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. Lulu & Zarina went out of their way to make sure my husband, Bruno and I had a memorable experience. Lastly, the location of this cafe is perfect. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood of Homestead, there are air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned facilities, the outdoor seating offers a beautiful view of the entire courtyard. All in all I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and memorable local experience. Overall, the White Lion Cafe is definitely a hidden gem worth visiting in Homestead, Miami.
Debora C — Google review
The 1st time I visited this restaurant I had a nasty waitress; she would slam things on our table. After that it had been about 10 years that I hadn't gone back. 1st impression is a lasting impression with me. My daughter and I went to have lunch the other day and it just doesn't fail. My food was great but hers had lunch meat that was spoiled. The waitress came over and Happily took it back and my daughter requested something else. That she enjoyed very much. But what I don't understand is why would you serve food that is going bad. That is not right; the cheff needs to be more diligent on what he puts on the plate. If you come here be warned ⚠️.
Jennifer R — Google review
If you haven't had the pleasure of finding this hidden gem, then you've been missing out. I have loved this place and all their food options which are all home made and delicious for many years. They have live music on certain nights and their desserts are divine! Shout out to their coconut cream pie! (Coconut cake was not pictured because it was so good we forgot to take a picture of it before we enjoyed it!) Their portions are always generous and beautifully presented.

Very knowledgeable with plants. Encouraging care of plants and information on the website for care and they also ship out of state. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Amazing orchids, great selection and variety! These people are serious orchid growers! We love the place and come back often for new plants for our collection.

I had a wonderful experience at RF Orchids! From the moment I arrived, I felt surrounded by peace and positive energy. The selection of orchids is absolutely breathtaking — each one more beautiful than the last. It’s a perfect place to relax and connect with nature. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves flowers and beautiful spaces!

If you're passionate about orchids or simply love exploring unique plant varieties, this Orchid place is a treasure waiting to be discovered. With a stunning and diverse collection of exotic orchid plants, it's a destination that stands out from the crowd. The selection here is not just impressive—it's curated with an eye for uniqueness and beauty that's hard to match. Beyond the orchids, you'll find a charming garden in the vicinity, offering a tranquil and serene environment. It's the perfect spot to unwind and soak in nature's beauty while admiring the artful landscaping. While the orchids themselves are undeniably captivating, they do come with a price tag that may feel slightly steep compared to other nurseries in the area. However, the exceptional quality and rare varieties make it a worthwhile investment for serious collectors and enthusiasts. If you're in search of a hidden gem that combines horticultural artistry with peaceful surroundings, this Orchid place deserves a visit.

Very nice place, entrance is free and extremely beautiful orchids with wide variety. If you like and enjoy plants (if you love orchids more) this place will make your day. Outside have a beautiful and relaxing place. Parking is also free. You just pay for the orchids you get. Staff very nice.

Wow! This place is a dream land for anyone but especially orchid lovers. Bob, Michael and Elizabeth are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Their collection of vandas is especially impressive, but everything they sell is magnificent. We can’t wait to come back soon. Thank you!

I had my quinceañera party here in February of this year. Absolutely breathtaking venue for any event or celebration. Everyone loved the ambience and how awfully unique the venue was. Their Pavillon with a waterscape was beautiful and my guests were left in awe. In my party I had around 100 people present and we fit comfortably in the main area. The food and reception areas were also accommodated for by giving us use of their outdoor bar and kitchen area as well as use of their beautiful decorative tables to put the guest book on. My family and I are greatly appreciative of the service and hospitality they offered us.

Beautiful place. Plenty of parking inside but people were parking on Roberts road out front. The staff is amazingly helpful. The prices are reasonable and after shopping we sat by the waterfall under the big chee-kee. Half our collect of orchids at home came from here. When you buy ask how to take care of it. They are very helpful.

The oysters at this beachfront restaurant are awesome. The size of them lets you enjoy them to the fullest. The rest of the menu items are also on point. If you sit at the bar, Carlo is awesome. He is very attentive and ensures your drink is perfect every time. Carlo is my main bartender! Also, the view and atmosphere is cool. Enjoy!

I dined here and had a mixed experience. The outdoor seating offers a lovely view of a small bay area by the ocean, which is a highlight. The blackened Mahi Mahi and plantains were delicious, bursting with flavor. However, the outdoor-only setup comes with challenges. Mosquitoes were a major issue, making it hard to enjoy the meal. They provide bug spray and have fans, but these only helped so much—bugs were still biting and even getting into my food, forcing me to leave halfway through. The table was also uneven, which was annoying. I ordered a lemonade since I was driving, but it had an odd, barely citrusy taste that didn’t feel like lemonade. The food and view are great, but the bug problem and outdoor limitations need addressing.

An incredible place to enjoy with family, friends, or alone. Highly recommended. You can have a barbecue or go for a swim at the quiet, kid-friendly beach.

Been here a few times, always quiet, was a Friday night and on a September night!!! Open air restaurant, Yes, mosquitos!! What less would one expect?? Food was acceptable and sufficient for the appt. We had 2 fish sandwich and a house salad, conch fitters, 2 beer, glass of wine and 2 shots! Topped it off with 2 Cafecitos! All good!! Except for the BILL!!! With tip @25%, $156!! Not complaining cause it felt like we were in our own back yard and being served! I am not a “give me the bill” type when going out, but that seemed a little off??? Better times to go are Nov-Mar…no mosquitos!!!

was looking for refuge from a storm heading my way. was at Biscayne NP kayaking. This restaurant was right next door. Had a grilled snapper with fried plantains and black beans. The fish was basic...nothing special. Black beans were flavorless and watery. The plantains were great! The storm blew over.
Tom G — Google review
I have to say the place exceeded my expectations. I was worried it would be too overcrowded, but it was just perfect. The food was fenomenal, like always i order a bit of everything to try all. The drinks were good, the conch fritters, coconut shrimp, the ceviche corvina & shrimp, the oysters were awesome & fresh. The desserts were also perfection. The atmosphere priceless, didnt even know there was live music which was just perfect, played from slow old to new salsa just great. Safe place to have the kids by the pool & the adults enjoying some good food. Our waitress was MARY GALLO, definitely will return & ask for her, she was on top of our needs always bringing the next drink right before we were done & always making sure we were ok.

We were there during Cinco De Mayo Celebration so the restaurant was full of energetic people and live music as well. The music and atmosphere is what grabbed us to the place. Had such a good time to listen to the musics even though we had no clue what it meant. Seeing Couples dancing, singing, and having family time seems awesome. We just got some dessert and drinks and enjoyed being there. Awesome restaurant by the park.

At the very beginning of my visit with family I told them to take me to their favorite place to eat in their area. It would be the last restaurant food that we we planned on eating before we left. This is the place we were taken to. To enter I guess you have to have a day or yearly pass. There are a lot of boats parked. The restaurant has views of the beautiful beach. We ordered the meals pictured and everything was absolutely excellent. Everything our family stated about the place was absolutely true. The Mojitos tasted great and the atmosphere was wonderful. The warmth of the beach, the view, etc. Now we are at a beach so you will experience flies. The prices are a little steep but to be expected it’s fresh seafood. So the price was well worth it. Loved the moment that will always remain.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful dining experience, look no further than Royal Palm Grill 2. This charming eatery offers an authentic American dining vibe that feels refreshingly uncorporate, steering clear of the cookie-cutter approach found in larger chain restaurants. The menu is packed with creative and mouthwatering dishes that keep patrons coming back for more. The atmosphere may have a nostalgic feel, reminiscent of simpler times, but it adds to the restaurant's unique character.
Homestyle cooking , in a hometown setting. Service was great. Food was good, and I would give it CLEAN ony cleanliness scale.

"A covid surcharge of $2.00 will be added to every bM." Alas, a modern espresso machine and no one present behind the counter capable of operating it. I will have to bother another establishment for my preferred method of caffeine absorbtion. Food was good! QR code on bM is bunk and a waste of good printer paper. "I would like to speak to the manager." Soap came out of the dispenser in the men's bathroom and the sink produced water. Toilet also flushed. Not bad. Might make it back here sometime.

Love this place. Real American dining at it's best. They are not here to look corporate or have politically correct service like the big chain restaurants. They serve up creative and amazing food. Regardless of your experience people always come back because the food is awesome. The staff is unique and from all walks of life. I dont go anywhere else for a breakfast outing. Country fried steak is amazing. The Royal breakfast is amazing too. Their pancakes are home made with real ingredients. You get full on them.

Royal Palm Grill 2 to me is better than Walters and Waffle House put together. The customer service was amazing; very attentive staff. The food was spectacular; cooked and made just the way we like and wasn’t a long wait at all. Great food, great service, BIG portions, LOW PRICES. I've heard good things about this place, but never tried it, till now. I'm glad I did, cause I've been missing out on excellent breakfast. Their milkshakes are to die for as well. Highly recommended. Just try it and you'll see what I'm taking about.

A hidden gem in Homestead. We ordered plain dogs, along with 10 wings and a kids burger. Everything was amazing! Food was cooked perfectly. My husband loved the coleslaw and potato salad! Very clean restaurant, every one seemed friendly, and not at all expensive. We'll definitely be back again.

This place is amazing. The food is classic old diner deliciousness. The only thing that takes awhile is the ordering process. It took a few minutes for our waitress to even come over and acknowledge us, even though they weren't busy at all. Overall, still a win.

Great little mama and papa's spot right off Krome Avenue. Inside the restaurant appears outdated but it goes with its character of being there for many years ago. The servers were fast and friendly. Our food was so delicious. I had French toast with Georgia sausage and eggs. My girls had chocolate mickey mouse shaped pancakes and dinosaur nuggets with tator tots. Everything was delicious and tasted homemade not the commercial taste like some other places. It's a hidden gem that is a must try!

Seafood restaurant
Krab Kingz FLC is a delightful seafood haven that has been making waves across the nation, with its Florida City location standing out as a must-visit. Nestled near the water, this spot guarantees incredibly fresh seafood. While their crab legs are legendary, the menu boasts an array of other mouthwatering options. Diners rave about perfectly cooked dishes like tender salmon bursting with flavor and uniquely spiced fried rice that elevates the experience.
Great food, super fresh, cooked perfectly. Coconut shrimp, fries, onion rings were very good but the winner were the conch fritters. Super crunchy but tasty and moist inside. My husband said they were the best he’s ever had. Collette was friendly and helpful. We loved everything about our lunch.
Marie T — Google review
My totally gorgeous and real girlfriend and I dropped by for lunch on the way through Miami. The food was very good. We had the lunch snow crab special. It’s like 23 bucks and you get sausage and egg and corn and potatoes as well. The sauce was decent too but hoped it would be a little spicier. All in all a good meal. Would recommend coming and trying them.
Trent W — Google review
Terrible food! They claim it was butter, but it tasted like straight cooking oil. The waitress was nice. But she sent the chef out, I told him the crabs were overcooked, the “sauce” was oily and liquidy with no flavor, and to please bring me some just plain butter with garlic. That was a mistake, it was so bad! I waited for them to come back out so I could tell them the butter they brought was bad, but they didn’t even come back out so I left. I was so disappointed and looking forward to crabs. The chef didn’t even apologize! They offered to bring more food, but we were forced to finish the protein so we didn’t totally waste the food and our money. I’m just hoping that I don’t get food poisoning from this place! 0/10 - do NOT recommend

Delicious meal. Everything was cooked perfectly. Salmon was tender and moist with plenty of flavor. The fried rice was the most unique fried rice I have ever experienced. A broad blend of spices and flavors throughout. Hush puppies were crunchy and paired with a delicious mayo based dipping sauce. Fried okra was excellent and the lobster poboy was tasty. I would order this again and recommend this to anyone who likes fish.

Breakfast restaurant
Soriano Brothers is an affordable cafeteria that offers Hispanic-style cuisine. Their scrambled eggs with peppers are delicious, and their Cuban coffee, known as coffee con leche, is a must-try. They serve it with hot milk and sugar, although you can ask for less sweetness if desired. Their fried specialties are excellent but may be difficult to name accurately. The mashed potatoes stuffed with meat are particularly tasty, as well as the elongated ham-stuffed version that is crispy when fried.
This place is the best! We live in Italy and have been visiting family for three weeks. Almost everyday we come here for our morning coffee, espresso and cortadito! The staff of women working here are so friendly and helpful with our limited Spanish. Every visit, Selene greets us with a smile and tells us our order before we speak a word. She is amazing! Absolutely love this restaurant!
