An awesome experience, the park is well structured, the mini-buildings are fascinating. Really cool how smaller structures can be built and look like the real building. Definitely worth a visit! Buy tickets in advance so you don’t have to wait in line.

It is a pretty cool place. The “mini world” is very detailed and feels alive. There are many landmarks (mostly Brazilian and German) and they are very well done. Adults and kids will have a good time there (2 or 3 hours to see everything if you aren’t in a rush). Look out for the weather since this is an open museum.

Mini Mundo was an amazing attraction. So much time was spend on the tiniest details that were truly mind blowing. Entire cities 1/100th of the size were created. Many different cities from countries like Brazil and Germany. The mascots were cool too. The family enjoyed themselves here.

This place is mostly cement, but if you just want a break from the city and to see the water it's a nice place to walk around and quieter than Lago Negro. We saw some butterflies while there that we're super pretty.

Not to be missed!! Besides the interesting Italian and Portuguese houses, there is a fair of artefacts made by local artisans and breads and crust cakes (cucas) made by farmers.

Lovely place to go for a snack. Open place with many food options. Recommended. Try the bread with chorizo or the panqueque sticks.

It's an ok park, suited for young families with the monorail, photo opportunities with festive statues, a foam snow blower to excite the kids, and plenty of gift shops. The constant Christmas songs are mundane. My best part of the place was the gorgeous view out over the valley. Would say is expensive for all that it is. Also why isn't Orkney on the outside flagpole with distances to destinations?

I am not sure if they ever remove some to make way for new ones, but I did see that they add more metal holders as space becomes limited. The store to buy your lock is right next to the fountain. There’s no entrance fee to the actual fountain. Keep in mind that if you throw a coin or key to the fountain, as some people do while making a wish, it will be removed. In order to maintain the pH and quality of the water in the fountain they remove what is tossed to it after a while.

They are part of the Hungarian culture, more precisely part of the Szekely's culture. Szekelys are a Hungarian speaking ethnic group. Besides their website even refers to Budapest, still these products are advertised as Romanian. Budapest is the capital of Hungary. The owners seem to be ignorants, they dont seem to care about facts, which is very disappointing. Fake news are dangerous.

Delicious, but having to order outside especially if the line is long and weather conditions aren’t great is really a let down. Maybe open up a larger space that can accommodate taking orders in the building instead of taking up so much space on the sidewalks for lines.

There are very few attractions in Gramado and Canela that have any information available in the English language - either a piece of paperwork or anyone who speaks English. Mundo a Vapor gave us an incredible personalised tour entirely in English, with only 5 mins waiting time. Unfortunately we did not get the name of our guide, but would like to personally thank him for his efforts. This is an incredibly interesting museum even if you do not have a particular interest in steam engines, taking you on a tour of steam history through the world.

It was more entertaining than I expected, they have different machines explaining how the steam systems works and how we evolved some engineering processes. It was fun to know more about the old way of doing things.

There's lots of museums in gramado but not many to actually worth to visit. this place is popular museum in gramado. good to know vapor system in 1900's. It was also interesting in the train, haning and through out the wall, is real incident in Paris in 1980's.

Museum themed on the age of steam. The locomotive hanging out the front of the building is replica of an actual railway disaster which happened in Paris in 1895. There is a mini train ride which last 3 minutes, several displays of traction engines how they transformed agriculture and industry from horse power to relying on steam driven engines to operate heavier load. You can get dressed up in antique clothing for an old fashioned photograph.

It's pricey but kids LOVE it for the decorations and show! They can not forget this place, I think it might have been the highlight of their trip! Pizzas are good too, although it makes me a bit sad that nobody eats the rims, I hope they recycle them somehow.

Fun show for the kids. They have a play room where you can leave the kids play. I was skeptical about the pizza buffet concept but the pizzas were delicious and tons of variety (classic pepperoni to mango pizza and even octopus). The waiters keep bringing the pizzas. Make sure to visit this place with empty stomach. Fun place for the kids, highly recommend it.

It's basically a clone of the American style Rainforest cafes. Highly professional made, good service and food. The shows are weak and mainly focus on children but still fun to watch. As family i would recommend a visit, as a couple there are better places. It's overpriced for what they do but in the other hand it's different and there for worth seeing.

Good tip - you can pay for this restaurant online and it will be cheaper. It was my first time in a colonial restaurant, and all I can say is that it is all about a great amount of local food on the table at the same time. And yes, save the space for deserts because the come as a second course!

Very nice park with waterfalls and wild animals. It is a perfect place for you coming with your family for a happy day. However, remember that this is a touristic place. So, if you don't like crowded places, it is better you come during the weeks days, in low season periods.

Like many things in Gramado/Canela, the Caracol Park is overpriced. R$75 for an adult or 90 with the mirador. Add to that parking (30) and if you want to do the little train inside (hard to avoid with kids) it’s another 20. The views are nice, and compared to other things in the area it’s not a complete rippoff, but it’s too expensive nonetheless It’s not accessible like they claim. If you’re on a wheelchair forget about it. If you’re with a stroller, prepare for a treat: the gravels uphill are a delight!

Beautiful place to spend the day with nature. We saw a hummingbird and a toucan and had a wonderful time hanging in the hammocks and viewing the waterfalls.

Price is way too expensive - R$70 per person for regular adults. We saw the waterfall for free by going to the cable car park farther down the road, entering the car gate on foot and walking to the viewpoint by the parking lot - the only problem with that one is that you currently can't see the bottom quarter of the falls because some trees are in the way.

I was very excited to visit this Churrascaria. My husband isn't Brazilian so I love to show him all the different cultures Brazil has. The show (musical and dance presentation) is phenomenal. The dancers and the band are amazing. You can watch many gaucho tradicional dances in one night. It is a long night, so beware that they "close" the stage at 11.30pm. With that being said, we weren't very impressed with the food. They don't cut the meat at the table, which is no problem, if the meat was wonderful, I'd take as many lines as needed. However, most cuts were fatty and thick. I'd "grade" the experience and show a 10, and the food a 6. I'd love to come back and see some improvement in the dinner "department".

Very well presented with amazing cars. The cars are immaculately restored. There’s even a car that belonged to Elvis Presley. It is a bit expensive to go but worth seeing.

It's definitely one of the few really good places to visit. Forget all the other museum and parks. You have a variety of old car to learn about and take pictures. I highly recommend it.

We recently visited Maison de la Fondue in Gramado at the invitation of some friends and had a wonderful dining experience. We tried the cheese and fruit fondue as well as the meat, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors and ambiance truly made the meal memorable. One small note: the entrance has a few steps, which might make it a bit challenging for strollers. Overall, I highly recommend Maison de la Fondue for anyone looking for a unique fondue experience in Gramado.

Delicious fondue. It was my first time trying it and I came away very happy. Plenty of vegetarian options for me. I particularly loved the Romeo & Juliet which is guava + cheese.

R$20/person to enter. It’s a peaceful garden with great views of the mountain. I liked the landscaping. It has a decent recent restaurant with a gift shop. I ordered spinach and ricotta tortellini but it lacked flavor/spice/salt. Personally, I thought the prices were steep for the quality of food. The price of admission seems high for the size of the garden.

One of the few places around here not designed to rob you of all your money!!! Free to enter and look around the beautiful gardens and shop, with a delightful little cafe too. Well worth spending an hour here and buying something to say thank you!

What an amazing restaurant, I had a funny night. I asked the waiter if I could pay with a e-tick card and he call the manager to the table and he was so careful to tell me they couldn't accept the card. All staffs was great and at the end they lend me a crayon to write my name on the wall. That was a day to remember. The food, wow hand mad pasta and a very nice burrata.

Party of 5, been in the restaurant at least once a year for the last 10 years. It really became a tourist trap. The flavor of the food is good, but the prices are high and it lost part of its essence. Some stuff, like the pasta cooked in the grana padano, feels more like a show for tourists than anything else. We ordered 2 plates, one came wrong, we got the ravioli instead of the tortei. Was quite disappointed with the taste. The parisiense was great, but very rich and the cheese overwhelmed the plate. I got a complimentary dessert and a coffee for the mistake, but I will not be coming back again.

The pasta menu is to die for. Great options for at least 2, but I would say 3 will eat comfortably. The service was great and they even make up with a dessert after forgetting about the salad. By the way the best salad selection I had in Brazil. Many green organic leaves with a great taste.
