Caracol Park, located in Canela, is a must-visit destination known for its iconic Caracol Waterfall. The park offers hiking trails and a 30-meter tower with a panoramic elevator providing a 360-degree view of the surroundings. Visitors can also enjoy the breathtaking views of the 130-meter Caracol Falls from a cable car.
Very nice place to visit. The best in the Gramado / Canela area. Very clean, well organized, super friendly staff and super sightseeing. Super choice!
Paulo K — Google review
Very nice park with waterfalls and wild animals. It is a perfect place for you coming with your family for a happy day. However, remember that this is a touristic place. So, if you don't like crowded places, it is better you come during the weeks days, in low season periods.
Rafa H — Google review
Like many things in Gramado/Canela, the Caracol Park is overpriced. R$75 for an adult or 90 with the mirador. Add to that parking (30) and if you want to do the little train inside (hard to avoid with kids) it’s another 20. The views are nice, and compared to other things in the area it’s not a complete rippoff, but it’s too expensive nonetheless It’s not accessible like they claim. If you’re on a wheelchair forget about it. If you’re with a stroller, prepare for a treat: the gravels uphill are a delight!
AJ J — Google review
It's small, so don't expect to hike in nature. Well maintained. The only way to see the larger waterfall is via some observation platform you have to wait in line for. There's another short walk to a waterfall where you can get closer. I think it's designed mostly for families with children--lots of playgrounds and BBQ areas.
Nathan J — Google review
The falls are quite impressive but this is a expensive touristic attraction. You can't get close to the water and you have to pay extra if you want to access the best spot to have a picture of yourself with the falls
Rousselle M — Google review
Beautiful place to spend the day with nature. We saw a hummingbird and a toucan and had a wonderful time hanging in the hammocks and viewing the waterfalls.
Emily T — Google review
Price is way too expensive - R$70 per person for regular adults. We saw the waterfall for free by going to the cable car park farther down the road, entering the car gate on foot and walking to the viewpoint by the parking lot - the only problem with that one is that you currently can't see the bottom quarter of the falls because some trees are in the way.
Bao B — Google review
So beautiful and a lot to see. Try to come earlier in the day because it becomes very busy in the afternoon.

Wonderful displays of cars and wax similarities of people.
Frank S — Google review
Very well presented with amazing cars. The cars are immaculately restored. There’s even a car that belonged to Elvis Presley. It is a bit expensive to go but worth seeing.
Michnus O — Google review
The cars are nice but not worth the price for admission.
J M — Google review
classic tourist trap, it took 10 min to find the cashier to get a ticket (since there are not a lot of people, employees are rather “busy” with their phones), sorpresa: 20 € per person entry fee which made it easy to decide not to go, highly overpriced

Incredible old cars. Very well preserved. If you like cars, can't be missed. Skip if not interested in cars.

(Translated by Google) We ordered salmon with black rice and vegetables, and the salmon was incredibly dry; we couldn't even eat half of it, and the rice didn't seem fresh either. The music was great, but nothing improves bad food, not even excellent service.
Bruno D — Google review
(Translated by Google) Disappointing. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. The price wasn't very appealing, the buffet was all-you-can-eat but with limited options. According to the information, we were entitled to a grilled cut. Terrible. The meat was charred on the outside and tough, even though I'd ordered it "medium rare." To top it all off, a pagode group was singing at the top of their lungs (the sound was way above "pleasant") some of their hits, so off-key it was frightening. (Original) Decepcionante. Li as avaliações e resolvi testar.

(Translated by Google) We arrived with 6 adults and 2 children on a Saturday during a holiday. We understood that this would cause a wait, but we didn't imagine that it would take more than an hour for the food to arrive. More than 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and even then, they gave us a draft beer that we had been watching for more than ten minutes on the counter, now warm. The food on the menu is beautiful, but the actual food is terrible. Salad with so many leaves that there is no room for the other ingredients on the plate, completely unseasoned; empty that looks like anything but empty; super hard cassava, impossible to eat; 12-hour ribs, pure fat; a dish that never arrived. It was impossible to talk to any of the waiters while we waited, they walked quickly past the table without looking at the customers. When we got up to ask about our orders, they said they would check and didn't get back to us. Oh, and as for the price, they charge much more than what they offer. You can't say that it's a cheap place and that's why the service and food are terrible. Anyway, it was a terrible experience. I really hope they improve or change the management soon, because it's a great place for those who visit the beautiful Lago Negro.

Mini Mundo is a must-visit outdoor park in Gramado, featuring intricate miniature replicas of famous international buildings. This miniature universe has been under construction for over 30 years and showcases detailed replicas of real locations, all at a scale 24 times smaller than the original. The park's central location makes it a popular tourist attraction, with miniatures including the Prince of Monaco's Castle, Curitiba's Botanical Garden, and Porto Alegre's Gasometer.

An awesome experience, the park is well structured, the mini-buildings are fascinating. Really cool how smaller structures can be built and look like the real building. Definitely worth a visit! Buy tickets in advance so you don’t have to wait in line.
Eric V — Google review
It is a pretty cool place. The “mini world” is very detailed and feels alive. There are many landmarks (mostly Brazilian and German) and they are very well done. Adults and kids will have a good time there (2 or 3 hours to see everything if you aren’t in a rush). Look out for the weather since this is an open museum.
Willian — Google review
Beautiful place, very well designed and built. Great for kids and enjoyable for adults. Pay a lot of attention to details, the small figures are doing all sort of fun stuff. The Cafe is not expensive and the food is very good

Cute lovely detailed miniature representations for local and some internationals buildings. And is not only about the structure they really paid attention to details and you can find the most lovely and or hilarious scenes blend in the landscape! If you look carefully it will be way much fun!

Mini Mundo was an amazing attraction. So much time was spend on the tiniest details that were truly mind blowing. Entire cities 1/100th of the size were created. Many different cities from countries like Brazil and Germany. The mascots were cool too. The family enjoyed themselves here.

Mundo a Vapor is a unique theme park that showcases various miniature steam-powered machines in full operation. Visitors can marvel at mini replicas of paper mills, potteries, blacksmith shops, steel foundries, and more. One of its notable features is the facade displaying a life-sized reenactment of the famous 1895 train accident at Montparnasse station in Paris.
This is a very good museum. The price of the tickets is fair. It was an amazing experience, for they recreated steam powered machines in a small scale, and it is great to see the machines working and the improvement in our technology and process of manufacturing things! Really recommend it!

There are very few attractions in Gramado and Canela that have any information available in the English language - either a piece of paperwork or anyone who speaks English. Mundo a Vapor gave us an incredible personalised tour entirely in English, with only 5 mins waiting time. Unfortunately we did not get the name of our guide, but would like to personally thank him for his efforts. This is an incredibly interesting museum even if you do not have a particular interest in steam engines, taking you on a tour of steam history through the world.
Jenny H — Google review
It was more entertaining than I expected, they have different machines explaining how the steam systems works and how we evolved some engineering processes. It was fun to know more about the old way of doing things.

There's lots of museums in gramado but not many to actually worth to visit. this place is popular museum in gramado. good to know vapor system in 1900's. It was also interesting in the train, haning and through out the wall, is real incident in Paris in 1980's.

Museum themed on the age of steam. The locomotive hanging out the front of the building is replica of an actual railway disaster which happened in Paris in 1895. There is a mini train ride which last 3 minutes, several displays of traction engines how they transformed agriculture and industry from horse power to relying on steam driven engines to operate heavier load. You can get dressed up in antique clothing for an old fashioned photograph.

(Translated by Google) I'd like to offer some constructive criticism. Even though I've been a regular in Gramado for over 40 years, I'd never attended the Gramado Film Festival. I decided to open it this year, got time off work, and flew in from Porto Alegre. We, as two people, bought tickets for the Festival's opening on September 15th, and to attend the tribute to Rodrigo Santoro and the screening of the film THE LAST BLUE. However, we were extremely frustrated by what we considered a failure of the organization, which resulted in a profound lack of respect for those who paid for tickets for this day and events. It turns out that our ticket would, in theory, have been entitled to attend the red carpet opening, with a performance by the symphony orchestra, and priority access to the Festival Palace. But that's not what happened. From 4:30 pm, we stood in line until around 6:30 pm, at the back of the covered street, in the increasing cold, waiting for security to open the entrance. Meanwhile, the orchestra was positioned in a central location on the covered street, blocking access and allowing the performances to be enjoyed by everyone in the surrounding restaurants and bars, who didn't pay for tickets. Physical barriers8 prevented access for paying customers, who were left standing in the open air until 6:30 pm. Only after nearly two hours of waiting in the open air were we allowed entry, with seniors and other paying customers being overlooked in favor of those in the surrounding restaurants. The delay and lack of preparation of the security guards at the ticket counter, which allowed an invasion beyond the hours-long line, did not live up to the festival's organizational tradition. We will not return. The delay, which caused us to wait so long in the cold and standing, was excruciating.

Nice place to visit. For everyone how is addicted to motorcycle, I totally recommend take a look at this kind of pub/museum. drinks and food are a little expansive inside, but if you are in Gramado/Canela it is not the moment to be a penny-pincher person.

Fancy bar. Cool atmosphere. Nice and unique decoration. Good rock music playing at background. When I lived in the town I used to come here at least once per month. They could have more options for beers and drinks, specially for suit better on all this Harley-Davidson bar concept that they present for us. And they also could have a pool table, as any rock bar have. But what can we say? Nothing is perfect, right?

Florybal Magic Park Land is a must-see attraction in the Canela region, offering a unique and enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages. The park features a variety of activities including a 7D theater, playgrounds, and themed areas such as dinosaurs and stone men. Visitors can also explore a mini cocoa farm, enjoy zip lines, and indulge in the magical atmosphere of the park. Additionally, Florybal Chocolatier offers delicious chocolate samples that are not to be missed.
My partner and I were visiting from The United States. We were looking for activities to do. We saw Florybal. The pictures of Floryball intrigued mypartner. Florybal is not a typical amusement park. It covers The beginning of time, spiritual and magical. We both felt at piece there. Highly recommend. AlsoThe Florybal Chocolatier knows what they were doing. Sampled some chocolate. Awesome. Ended up buying some chocolate & taking it home with us.

What an amazing experience!!! I didn't know we had such a fun place in Brazil. Kids and adults would love. And the nature surrounding it is just perfect.
Thais P — Google review
We visited the park on a Monday and it was very free, we arrived early and the day was sunny, on arrival we were faced with the first unpleasant surprise, the small and disorganized parking, another unfortunate surprise the land where the park is very rugged causing it to have many sliding ramps and slopes, right at the entrance we had to wait for a photo "obligatory" that took a lot of the magic of the moment of arrival, the entrance to the park is a big descent. The floor is a little smooth which made us a little uncomfortable, we went with two kids 2 - 6 years old, the children enjoyed quite mainly the playground area and the dinosaurs area, there are few toys and most have weight and height limitation, there are rare toys for the whole family, besides the soil unevenness the insects were also an unpleasant surprise throughout the park, mosquitoes and bees. I also missed signs pointing to toilets. The first part of the park is a curious mix of attractions, some with animal theme other religious other natural, it seemed to me kind of messy and often losing the focus of the "magician." Some maintenance happening among visitors also took away a lot of the magic as gardeners replanting a garden in the fairy area a painter making touches with open paint cans on the front of the castle and an employee sanding a sculpture near the carousel. Just thinking about the negative points, my children had fun but wouldn't come back.
Kelin C — Google review
For kids, they can experience unforgettable memory. It has a lot of exciting place, rides and attractions. Around 3 or 4 hours are enough to enjoy whole park.
Papipupenta — Google review
Not many actuall rides and the ones working are either paid extra or cannot be ridden by small children (and they wont tell you that before buying the tickets). There is a lot to see, and lots of walking to do, but not many attractions to justify the price.

Amazing theme park. The park has several attractions but they are not hardcore. Most attractions are meant for kids and teenager so don't expect much. But still, it's an amazing park considering its proposal. I didn't give five stars because the buffet was quite bad (specially deserts).

Full of photographers making money. U don’t have a good opportunity for good photos here, unless you pay for it!
Akailson S — Google review
Cute place for “professing your eternal love.” Couples of many nationalities come here to purchase a lock, write their names and date on it, and add it to the thousands of locks already there. I am not sure if they ever remove some to make way for new ones, but I did see that they add more metal holders as space becomes limited. The store to buy your lock is right next to the fountain. There’s no entrance fee to the actual fountain. Keep in mind that if you throw a coin or key to the fountain, as some people do while making a wish, it will be removed. In order to maintain the pH and quality of the water in the fountain they remove what is tossed to it after a while.

Gramado Zoo is a must-visit destination for an interactive and fun-filled experience with Brazilian animals. The zoo offers displays that replicate natural habitats, providing visitors with a unique opportunity to observe the country's diverse wildlife. It is a family-friendly place that stands out from other attractions in Gramado and Canela, offering an authentic encounter with the local fauna at a reasonable price. While some animals appear content in their environments, there are suggestions for improvements to provide larger spaces for certain species.
Best zoo experience of my life. I'm from Kansas EUA and I enjoyed seeing the native animals. They were very active the day we were there!
Rylan K — Google review
Nice zoo around the area that offers you something different than what is around Gramado/Canela for a good price compared to the rest. Most animals look happy, however, some others looked bored to be in a very small and limited area, like some monkeys, owls, felines. I’d love to see them in a bigger area. On the other side, birds looked happy and people are able to feed them paying 5.00 Reais extra at the end of the visit. The food court is nice, they have local food options like sugar cane juice and ice cream with flavors from the region. I’d visit it again and hope that they make some areas bigger for animals since they can’t go back to the wild. I enjoyed my visit.
Daniel P — Google review
One of the best zoos I've ever been too. If you're planning on going to Gramado, visit this amazing place.
Mia F — Google review
I visited this zoo 5 years ago and am very sad to see the poor maintenance and state this place has become now. At least 50% of cages and areas have their animals missing. Tried to reserve a vip visit 24 hours before visiting and had no online or telephone reply. When arrived we were offered a wheelchair instead of a guided electrical cart, to find out that most areas are NOT wheel chair accessible. Food offered at the premises like “natural fruit juices” are expensive and the only “natural” is that they are 80% water!!! In resuming, a very poor customer service experience, not worth the entrance + parking fee. Very deteriorated no maintenance premises….seems to be running out of maintenance funds. A frustrating day in what was supposed to be a nice experience for my 18 year old niece coming back from cancer.
Guillermo H — Google review
Best Zoo, real experience compared to Européen zoos!
Isabela F — Google review
The animals are great and the zoo is well kept but the ticket is expensive costing 60 reais per adult. To make matters worse they charge 10 reais for visitors for parking and another 10 reais if you want To use a stroller. It is absurd that the zoo won't offer these items to customers being that the entry ticket is already high. They have a huge empty parking area! Not recommended!
Jonatas S — Google review
Large jungle cats were in tiny enclosures despite the vacant lots throughout the zoo. There is plenty of room to expand the habitats. It was heartbreaking to watch the pumas pace back and forth, they’ve lost their minds.

Churrascaria Garfo e Bombacha - Noite Gaúcha offers a self-service system where you can choose from a variety of dishes to accompany the 8-hour roasted rib, including capeletti soup, an array of special cheeses and cured meats, abundant salad bar, traditional hot dishes like carreteiro and assorted grilled meats. The lunch spread also includes fried polenta, lasagna, and grilled cheese among other options.
Here you find good food, desserts, beverages , and a great atmosphere. From the entrance door, you are treated by fine people who welcome you with a warm smile. The show can not be missed. They have good music and dances. For lunch normally the time spent there is almost 3:00 hours starting at 12:00 PM. For dinner, they offer an option to pick you up at the hotel. I highly recommend this place.
Nivaldo ( — Google review
Really nice night show that showcases the culture within the state and the area. It also pays homages to the past, having dances with German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese descent. Even dances from Argentinian Gauchos were present. The wine was also good - from the Jolimont Winery. The service was very good, having many attentive and friendly staff. However, the food is subpar. The churrasco was bad - the meats were not tender, did not have a good quality taste, etc. I’ve eaten so many churrascos in many restaurants around RS and beyond, and sadly this one was near the bottom. I’d rate the food 3 stars, while the rest is 5 stars. You’re paying for the show, just keep that in mind. Spent R$700 in total for 2 people. Pretty steep for bad churrasco. Nonetheless, I totally recommend the show.

Romagnolo — Google review
The food was good, obviously, and the show was awesome, but this was all a bit overwhelming, so be aware and when you go there don't let the music, loud volume and the awesome dancing distract you from what's most important, the meat 🍖!

Fantastic dinner and show, food all you can eat bbq, salad and of you can deserts. Show is a must see
Jeff E — Google review
It's more comfortable if you drive there for yourself, since after the show it's hard to find a cab. The show was very nice and pleasing, but the foods were just average chorrasco. I would say 4 star show + 2star food.
Derf — Google review
I was very excited to visit this Churrascaria. My husband isn't Brazilian so I love to show him all the different cultures Brazil has. The show (musical and dance presentation) is phenomenal. The dancers and the band are amazing. You can watch many gaucho tradicional dances in one night. It is a long night, so beware that they "close" the stage at 11.30pm. With that being said, we weren't very impressed with the food. They don't cut the meat at the table, which is no problem, if the meat was wonderful, I'd take as many lines as needed. However, most cuts were fatty and thick. I'd "grade" the experience and show a 10, and the food a 6. I'd love to come back and see some improvement in the dinner "department".

Nice visit with interesting historical buildings, true Apfelstrudel, however, a bit overpriced for someone that already paid an entrance fee. As in today, you pay R$16 for one ticket (adult) and R$32 for one slice of Apfelstrudel with cream. Don’t get me wrong, it tastes truly German, but I just don’t think the price is right. It was overall a nice experience though!
Cynara B — Google review
interesting venue, filled with historic farming artifacts and traditional buildings. There is a coffee inside one of the houses with a famous apfelstrudel which I personally didn't like much (too much filling and almost no pastry). The apple tea was surprisingly sweet, even though it has no sugar added!
Leonardo S — Google review
Nice place but they're telling that it's German and some big signs are in German too but the history and information signs are only in Portuguese. It would be better to have also English and/or German translations of them.

Charming little chateau. The Tea room is great. Friendly staff.
Cleber G — Google review
It has a nice sight seeing but that's all. The apple strudel is shameful and poorly prepared. The hot chocolate they serve is nothing more than a terrible quality Nescau alike...and the variety simply doesn't exist. To add insult to injury they only take cash, not bothering to make this clear until you are on your way to the cashier. Do not recommend it.

Nicoletti Square is a pleasant place to visit in the heart of this hilly Brazilian city. Make your first stop at the tourist information center on the corner of the square, where you’ll find friendly local staff ready to help you with maps, transportation information, and recommendations on the best places to eat and visit. Stroll along the vine-covered sidewalks and relax near the natural-style fountain with artificially made waterfalls. Sit on a bench in front of the foliage and watch the locals while enjoying themselves like a typical Brazilian. You might see a group sharing a chimarrão, a traditional herbal tea that is drunk through a metal straw in a gourd. The drink is often shared among friends. Catch a performance at the bandstand, where musical, theatrical, artistic and cultural celebrations are held throughout the year. The tourist information center can help you with times and dates. Visit the square’s arcade, lined with artisan shops and cafés where you can find traditional crafts or enjoy an al fresco dining experience. Stroll along the adjacent Calle Coberta.

Joaquina Rita Bier Lake is a charming manmade lake featuring fountains at its center and scenic walking paths around it. The area is known for its popular Christmas show, which enchants visitors with a large cast structure, special effects, and storytelling about the creation of the world and the meaning of Christmas. Surrounding attractions include themed parks, museums, churches, and cultural centers. Despite rainy weather during some visits, the lake's beauty remains captivating.
We were there on a Sunday afternoon. Great place to lay a blanket on the grassy area and have a picnic with family. You can also take a walk around the lake and take pics in the middle area. We enjoyed as a family.

This place is mostly cement, but if you just want a break from the city and to see the water it's a nice place to walk around and quieter than Lago Negro. We saw some butterflies while there that we're super pretty.

It was a rainy, misty day when I visited the lake, and yet its scenic beauty was more than worthy getting a litte wet. I am quite antisocial, so being able to go there without other people visiting it just added to its beauty.

I've been to 2 chocolate factories... Hershey's in Pennsylvania and Lindt in Köln. This one's the 3rd and smallest. Lacking a guide and more warm and friendly employees at least. They say "hi", give you 2 chocolate to try, then point you to steps and you have to find your way to the factory and guess and learn about chocolate production. Kinda on your own, then at the end of the hall, a lady waits to offer tryouts 3 types of chocolates then you turn around, and your done. Chocolate prices are kinda pricey, but it compensates since entrance is free

Space Adventure Canela, also known as the NASA Museum, offers visitors a chance to experience the journey of astronauts who ventured to the moon through simulators. The museum boasts one of the largest collections of original NASA artifacts, including items like the Apollo 11 capsule. Additionally, it features a state-of-the-art planetarium with a 4k audiovisual experience. Visitors can explore real NASA equipment and detailed explanations about space exploration.
I have been a LONG TIME space junkie. I grew up knowing everything there was to know about the space program. I eventually used to work for Boeing NASA in my career. I had some preconceived reservations prior to going to Space Adventure Canela thinking it was going to be less than entertaining. It was just the contrary. This was a fantastic display of display of items from many of the NASA programs. I recognized many of the items that were used by NASA and a few Items that I've never seen before. Space Adventure displayed the information and the items in chronological order as they occurred in time. Well Done Space Adventure. The "Ride Up" the launch simulator a favorite of mine as well as the simulation of being launched into space from the Launch Pad. What a fun ride that was. I also want to recognize our tour guide, Alice. She was GREAT as our tour guide. She shared so much information with us, facts and data that even I didn't know myself. She was very pleasant to listen to. I hope you get to meet Alice, you won't be disappointed at all. Everyone at Space Adventure was genuinely very helpful to my wife and I. A rare attribute today. I recommend this attraction for everyone. From people who have a slight interest in Space to hard core Space Junkies like myself. Thank you Space Adventure for a Very Fun time. And thank you Alice for your time with us.

We really enjoyed our visit there, it was very informative, all the videos and the overall experience was very great. We got tickets in advanced which was very helpful to avoid the waiting time. They have and exhibition of many real NASA stuff and you can see a very detailed explanation of everything there. They opened just a few days ago, the cinema is still not working, the gyroscope was really exciting. The planetarium was not one of the best things, but not bad either. They’re still working on some issues, but the experience was totally worthy.

(Translated by Google) Neglect and lack of business acumen: we were there twice, buying, visiting, paying, and consuming, and yesterday, June 21, 2023, a rainy winter day, therefore impossible to walk through the garden, we only wanted to go to the store to consume and buy, however, they did not allow us to go up to the store unless we paid as visitors. Of course, we did not accept. It makes ZERO sense to pay to go to the store on a rainy day. And it makes even less sense to offer online shopping as an option. Someone should explain to the greedy owner that SEEING AND SMELLING THE AROMA would make all the difference in the quantity of products purchased. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL tell everyone about this outrageous greed. Winter-themed park with an alpine-style village & an indoor, snow-covered hill for skiing & tubing.
Expensive and super worth it, we went for the skiing experience and you have to pay separately for the entrance ticket and the rentals to ski or snowboard. Classes are available and all the instructors were really kind and fun! There was a skate show too that was super fun, and lots of other activities. Wear layers and I would recommend doubling your socks. Best experience in Gramado/Canela

Unfortunately this place isn't as organized as before and the long queues til you enter and get dressed takes much of the vibes away. Also, now you gotta PAY to leave your shoes stored and have to take another queue for that.
Sergio S — Google review
We didn’t expect that we were able to Ski and Snowboard in Brazil. We can enjoy it with artificial snow. We can rend cloth, shoes and grove to do snow tube slider. And if we pay additional fee, we can Ski and Snowboard. We can also rend Ski and Snowboard tool. On the weekend, there will be very crowded. So you need to buy entrance fee by interest in advance.
Papipupenta — Google review
The park is really nice, especially for kids. However, when it's too crowded it's not well organized. We had to wait over an hour just to get dressed in at least three different queues. It can be confusing.
Jorge S — Google review
great place. lots of fun but my 6 year-old wasn't tall enough to even ice skate
Kevin S — Google review
Awful experience during the school holidays. Heavily overbooked, super long queues, uttet chaos when having to find clothes, boots and gloves. Few staff members and management on site to help. And when we managed to get to the 'snow' after 2 hours, we went tubing once because the queues were so ridiculous. So then we thought we'd go ice skating, to find that the last time was 4.30pm. Utter waste of money and will never return.
Gemma F — Google review
We arrived on a low season period and once at the door we were approached by two employees with badges of the place saying that they were putting us all through the “event”, because the place was full. The “event” was them trying to sell us a time sharing. Nothing against them selling this, but what bothers a lot is them LYING saying is full so they can get our data. When we found that out, we just said no and asked to buy a regular ticket to go in and there was NOBODY on the line of cashier number 5 where they sell regular tickets for people who do not want to buy their time sharing. Inside the place, as we expected there were not many people, but the attractions had very confused rules, some they said kids needed to have at least 1,15m but nobody was reinforcing it, while in others they were turning kids out for 1 centimeter. The restaurant on the 2nd floor was almost empty but they not only took a long time to bring our food but also made a mistake on our order. We felt really disrespected at the front door as we were lied by official employees and the confuse rules and bad service at the restaurant

Aldeia do Papai Noel is a delightful Christmas-themed park that brings the magic of the holiday season to life all year round. Nestled in the stunning Serra Gaúcha, this enchanting village features Santa's charming house, a whimsical toy factory, and even artificial snow to create a winter wonderland atmosphere. Families can enjoy rides on both a train and monorail while soaking in the breathtaking views of nature surrounding them.
What a fun thing to stumble upon. It was all in Portuguese but I got it and had fun the whole time! Great for Christmas lovers in your life. Bring a translator or be familiar with Portuguese because there is no English.
Natasha T — Google review
10,000 Google reviews with many profiles just saying "Top" or "Show", clearly these are fake reviews bought by the company. It's an ok park, suited for young families with the monorail, photo opportunities with festive statues, a foam snow blower to excite the kids, and plenty of gift shops. The constant Christmas songs are mundane. My best part of the place was the gorgeous view out over the valley. Would say is expensive for all that it is. Also why isn't Orkney on the outside flagpole with distances to destinations?
Adventures A — Google review

We saw all the bad reviews here before we went to the park but my family still wanted to take the kids since they are from Gramado. Unfortunately the reviews are right, this place is really old and not clean. I don’t think they have done any remodeling in 30 years. Save your money and check all the other attractions in Gramado.
Baris E — Google review
Completely disappointed, we brought the tickets, and then when we get there to use the 3 best attractions, you have to pay extra, so they should charge in full before.
Flavio P — Google review
good to spend some time. However they don't tell you the fee you pay to get in doesn't pay for anything inside. Any ride will cost 15R extra
Kevin S — Google review
Real reindeers and a nice view of the valley are the only redeeming features in this very lame park. Expensive and beyond ridiculous random attractions spread in the park are of no interest for any adult. I'm giving 2 stars here for the good housekeeping and good looking gardens that otherwise could serve as a great park.
Girl2wise — Google review
Incredibly overrated. It would be an amazing haunted park, because everything there is creepy and scary. The reindeers are far away and sleepy. The place is full of screaming kids and mums that can't control their kids. Absolutely not worth it. I went with a person that loves xmas and she also hated it. There's already enough xmas stuff all around. Also, it costs $28, they don't accept credit cards and they don't accept student cards.. they brag about it in a notice. They found a way around it. Unethical and stupid business practice.

Le Jardin Lavanda Park is a beautifully manicured park featuring various species of lavender, a greenhouse, lavender gift shop, and a cafe. The park aims to showcase the therapeutic, ornamental, and culinary benefits of lavender properties. Visitors can explore rare flower species and different types of lavenders while enjoying the tranquil surroundings with stunning mountain views. Additionally, there's a restaurant on-site offering decent cuisine but some find it overpriced for the quality.
Nature and flower lovers, a must. It's one of the few "affordable" things to do in Gramado/Canela that's for nature lovers. Beautiful views of the ranges, flower beds along all the path and lots of places to sit and enjoy. Even my kids, 3 and 10, enjoyed the walk and open grass area to run around.
Jon B — Google review
R$20/person to enter. It’s a peaceful garden with great views of the mountain. I liked the landscaping. It has a decent recent restaurant with a gift shop. I ordered spinach and ricotta tortellini but it lacked flavor/spice/salt. Personally, I thought the prices were steep for the quality of food. The price of admission seems high for the size of the garden.

Parque Gaúcho is undoubtedly one of the most captivating attractions in Serra Gaúcha, offering visitors a unique glimpse into the rich traditions and environmental education of Rio Grande do Sul. This park beautifully showcases gaucho culture through engaging displays and activities. Families will find joy here, as even little ones can enjoy pony rides! While some elements may not resonate with everyone, the experience remains worthwhile for those exploring the area.
We haven't heard about this place until we got our tickets to the zoo. We had a blast visiting the museum, farm and the village.

My 2 year old loved being able to ride a pony! It's an interesting display of gaucho history and lifestyle. Though some aspects of it are quite lame, it's worth checking it out if you're going to the zoo.

Master Key Escape Game - Lawn offers an entertaining experience with six themed escape rooms, such as Dracula and pirate themes, each lasting between 30 to 60 minutes. The venue is conveniently located near the Expo Gramado Convention Center and offers Brazilian dishes at its on-site restaurant. Players are locked in a room and must work together to solve puzzles within a specific time limit, making it an interactive and engaging experience.
Awesome place! Very nice game, where you are locked in a room and have a specific time tonescape. It requires teamwork and communication between the players.

Parque de Miniaturas Mundo Encantado is a charming attraction in Gramado, featuring intricate historical miniature replicas of the area, including mills and trains. While some visitors feel that the park could benefit from modernization and more staff to enhance the experience, many appreciate the artistry and effort put into creating this enchanting mini world.
Here you can see and follow the Gramado's history! I recommend this sightseeing!

It was an ok visit. The place is a bit decadent in need of modernization, but the staff was lovely and it triggered a lot of curiosity in my kids, so all in all it is worth a visit. Maybe a bit pricey for how simple it is, but I appreciate the value of it.
Reyffer S — Google review
A bit expensive for what you get to experience. It does show a lot of art and hard work to bring to life this beautiful mini world. But it needs some more staff for the price and explanations
You I — Google review
It has about 6 miniature country towns and local scenary. It's ok, but nothing much. I think I spent about 20min there. It's better to go there after you're familiar with the region, parks, churches and surroundings. Better to leave it for the last day. Deals are offered on the internet.

One of the Worst Experiences – Not Worth Your Time or Money, consider my rating as negative not 1-* We visited *Vila da Mônica* with high expectations, especially since it's marketed as a family-friendly park. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences we've ever had. We were traveling with our 3-year-old daughter, and to our shock, there was *literally nothing* for her to enjoy or play with. Despite the theme, the place is not at all child-friendly, especially for younger kids. The park was nearly empty — fewer than 10 visitors during our entire visit — yet they insisted on following a bizarre schedule for every activity. Nothing was available when we wanted, and staff showed no flexibility or willingness to accommodate, even though the place was practically deserted. On top of that, the quality of everything was shockingly poor, and prices were *exorbitant* — from entry tickets to food and merchandise. We paid a significant amount expecting at least a few hours of entertainment, but our daughter was frustrated and bored within minutes, and we felt trapped because of the money already spent. Frankly, our hotel had better options for kids’ entertainment than this so-called amusement park. I would *never* recommend Vila da Mônica to anyone — especially not families with young children. Save your time, money, and energy — this place is a complete letdown.

(Translated by Google) The village is charming. We arrived when it opened at 9:45 a.m. on a Friday. It wasn't crowded, but there was a school trip (which made it even more crowded). Some attractions have set times, so you have to be careful. Some are released every 15 minutes or so, and others were closed. I didn't see any of them open at any point, and I don't know why. My 4-year-old daughter was delighted; it's a park that can last a good few hours if you want to make the most of it. The entrance fee is quite steep, but I used the gourmet prime pass, which saves a lot. There's a restaurant inside, and other kiosks too, but the price is also a bit steep. We also watched the puppets perform.

(Translated by Google) The park is very beautiful, the attractions enchanted our 4-year-old daughter. The entrance fees are high, but everything was very neglected, with several areas lacking any monitors to guide or assist. Several attractions are purchased separately, and the sale of dresses is exploitative! I understand that professional photographers are paid for their work in the sets, but the cost of the photos is also too high. While our daughter was taking pictures in the fire truck, I took out my cell phone to check the time... and the photographer was already rude, immediately demanding that I not take pictures (which I had no intention of doing). We spent 4 hours inside the park and didn't see any characters; we were informed that there would be a show – but again, paid separately!!? We were charged $20 for the locker and $35 for parking (outdoors) because the covered parking lot was closed. In short, it's a money-grabbing park that exploits the universe of Mauricio de Sousa, which children love... All this explains why the park was almost deserted, even on a high-season day – during the week of the Film Festival. Continuing with this attitude and behavior, you'll probably go bankrupt...because those who go once never return and would hardly recommend it to others!

(Translated by Google) We've visited dozens of parks around the world, but this one will remain in our memory as the worst value for money and most uninspiring. Today is Sunday, the peak of school holidays and high season in Gramado, a city teeming with people everywhere. The park opens at 10 am, we arrived at 10:45 am. The parking lot was quite empty, and inside, it was even more so... See the photos. No wonder, charging 298 reais for a children's ticket that includes all the (few) attractions. They offer a ticket for 179 reais, but four attractions are excluded and can be paid for separately. Adults pay 199 reais. Okay, if it were just a matter of being very expensive, it could be mitigated by a fantastic experience, but that's far from the case. The employees, especially those who interact with visitors at the attractions, seem to be in a catatonic state; we've never seen such a lack of friendliness and willingness. The attractions are so weak that they generate a mixture of indignation and pity. We left the park at 1 PM, meaning we were there for just over two hours and were already desperate to get out of there. What a horrible atmosphere! The staff can tell people are outraged by such a rip-off. We talked to other visitors just to make sure we weren't the only ones feeling like complete idiots. Everything is boring. The children (3 and 7) left so disappointed that we ended up going to another park to try and make up for it. They charge for everything imaginable. Taking photos, including of your children, is not allowed in many situations, only by park photographers. The characters appear briefly and are not seen circulating. The only performance that happened until we left was by Chico Bento, and it was completely silly. Monica and Magali didn't even appear. In short, the park is well-structured, it was clean, and that's it. Don't waste your money and time like we did. We left indignant; it's really hard to accept being cheated like that. Veja as fotos.

This was a last minute decision that was totally worth visiting. The park was so clean, fresh, and absolutely beautiful.
