I have booked my 2 nights stay, using booking.com. I checked in on the 30th October. On arrival there was a strong smell of sewage. I paid the full price for the 2 nights at the reception. Over R$800,00. The room did not have enough towels and only had half roll of toilet paper. The 3 rooms did not have working TVs. There is little or no mobile signal. There was no working internet in the room. The front door had collapsed. There was a sewage covered by a carpet right at the door. This sewage was constantly leaking. After facing all this issues with my family I did Not want to stay at that spot anymore. I was offered inferior rooms as an option to change. The rooms were as bad or worse. I only wanted to leave that place and go to The next beach. The fridge was not complete and I would recommend future visitors to check the fridge. At 6am buggy’s are driving and playing extremely loud music. The management refused to reimburse even after all those issues. The management suggested me to lie and advise booking.com that I never attended in order to reimburse. The management told me they won’t loose money.
