Asterias Beach Hotel

Accommodation: The rooms are spacious and in very good condition, most of them having been recently renovated. The cleaning services can definitely be considered above average, with the staff showing dedication and professionalism. Beach and Pool: The hotel does not have a private beach, but it offers immediate access to sandy areas with sun loungers and cabanas available for rent. There is also a small beach area in front of the hotel, suitable for beach sports. The sand is fairly fine and pleasant to the touch, with no need for beach or water shoes. In some areas, there are small rocky patches at the water's edge. As for the pools: one is located between the hotel and the beach, and another on the side of the hotel. Each pool has its own bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are arranged around the pools and are occupied in the morning on a first-come, first-served basis. Beach towels are available in the room upon arrival and can be exchanged daily at the pool bar in front of the hotel—no card from reception is needed. Food and Drinks: The hotel has a spacious restaurant—with a terrace and also an indoor air-conditioned area. The food is flavorful, and some dishes can be considered exceptional—for which we thank the chefs. Each evening features a different culinary theme: France – Italy, Asia, Greece, Traditional Cyprus, Fish and International, Mexico, and Chef’s Specialties. The staff is friendly and dedicated. Regarding alcoholic beverages, there are both Cypriot and international options—some of which come at an additional cost. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks are available throughout the day. The soft drinks were not to our taste, likely local brands from Cyprus or Greece similar to Coca-Cola, but clearly lower in quality. In general, any products consumed after midnight are charged additionally. Services: First of all, special thanks to Mrs. Anca Simona (Guest Relations), who is actively involved in providing support to ensure a special holiday and consistently offers the best suggestions for enjoying your time and exploring the island. The animation team ensures the guests' well-being, organizing dance sessions, gymnastics, and themed evening shows. Beauty salon, massage services, and a medical office are available. A souvenir, beverage, and sweets shop operates within the hotel, with affordable prices. There is also the possibility of going on excursions to explore the island’s tourist attractions—for which we warmly recommend renting a car or bicycle from Rainbow Rentals.
