Be very cautious when buying expensive hardware in Nissei. They buy Laptops direct from the United States with basic warrantys and ship them to Paraguay, where they sell them. If you have any issue and need to contact support for the product you will need to travel to the US.

Great customer service. I went on boxing day. They need to improve the checkout process with cards (e.g. if the magnetic card doesn't work then manually process it). Massive shopping centre with a food court on one of the higher levels. There is also a games arcade and cinema. So many shops but not much personality as a centre. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again, but it was ok for a quick walk through and very close to the border with Brazil.

Very large shopping center, close to the border. There is a parking lot and a good selection of no, name and brand products. For me it was a little confusing. However, finding your way around the mall is a disaster. Hardly any orientation aids. You can spend a lot of time trying to find a toilet. The makers urgently need to make improvements here. Still a very good place to shop.

I gave it 4 stars because you needed a voucher to access the wifi. I mean seriously who doesn't just give the wifi out for free why have to have a voucher. I went shopping elsewhere just because I needed to research stuff before I bought anything, but without wifi I couldn't.

Nice looking mall. Visited Ciudad del Este on our way to Iguazu. We heard a lot about how great shopping was in Ciudad del Este. Perhaps it's brilliant if you are in South America, but for Europeans it's not that great value for money.

Unfortunately in shopping China, being 7 months pregnant means the same as having 10 items or less instead of making some sort of secondary cashiers or employees that help those that do have preferences- whatever that is in their life at the moment- get service that is of preference. It is a holiday, there are plenty of shoppers indeed - but looking at the 45 more people in front of us with an iPad, inflatable bed, iPhone, some sort of sandwich maker, and so on… makes me want to just toss our 7 items to the security guard and leave. 1/5 due to care for those that are in wheelchairs, pregnant, old, disabled, or with infants in their arms. Updated to 2/5 after about 45min in line , and asking if at least there was a chair or something my wife could use, they brought something over. Is a point

I've been in this shopping mall a lot of times and everytime there was always HOT like in a sauna, even in the summer, a lot of people and I almost lost my consciousness walking in one of the areas of the mall. I think management of the shop should start taking care of the people health, if something happens with the client or employee, there would be a lot of legal issues. The policy of baggage safe (guarda volumen) is absurd. You cannot enter with a backpack, and I saw that there was a missing employee who supposed to stay and check the baggage. Knowing how many people are in the mall, that's very dangerous. Also, if you enter in one place and exit from another one, be ready to find your baggage running around the mall up and down the stairs. That's very uncomfortable as you have also a lot of purchases, kids, or elderly people. We tried 3 times to find the place where we left the baggage, I felt sick and had a pain in the foot, and only my husband after entering the mall could find it. And I needed to wait outside as I would need to leave the baggage outside! Isn't it the biggest ABSURD?! I see that probably it happens as Brazilians are the main clients and culturally it's not common to be direct and say negative things about such ineffective things. But I will be happy to explain how it should be done with a better planning and organizing of work directly to the managers.
