We had a fantastic day out at Stanborough Park! The park is beautiful and spacious, perfect for kids to run around and explore. The lake adds a peaceful touch, and the splash park was an absolute hit with the children – they had so much fun cooling off and playing in the water. It’s a clean, safe, and very family-friendly spot, ideal for picnics, strolls, and a full day of outdoor fun! 🌳💦☀️🦆
What a fabulous find.. a lovely lake with a gentle walk around it.. with benches along the park so easy to take a stroll, park and enjoy the scenes. Great end to the walk was the Italian restaurant Terranova.. fabulous pizza's.
Visited on a summer Saturday afternoon. Most water activities were already closed for the day around 4pm. Overall it's a beautiful park with two lakes and a shallow river stream in between the two lakes. You can dip your feet in the water. Splash area is nice and has a lot of fountains but also can get very very busy.
Great splash park and super clean. It also feels very safe as the ground is soft. There’s a small cafe so you’ll need to bring a picnic for more options. Also limited shade and seating so be careful on hot sunny days
Lovely park with lots of space, love the hills to keep fit, lake with pedal boats and a small paddling area, improved mini playground in the kiddies little waterpark near the jungle gym and a bit of play in-between them. Toilets and changing rooms smelled horrible every visit, no soap but not too scruffy. Ice cream bar service a bit slow and not as badly priced as most vans are recently. Car park is vast but very expensive, though it must help pay for maintenance and growth of the place, those lines of bins in-between carpark and park are always horribly stinky, wish park management would improve cleanliness/smells more often, a simple wash 1x/2× daily.
Lovely park. Lots of parking spaces on a nice warm day. Lovely water park/play area for children. Snack stand with drinks and ice cream and 5 or 6 picnic tables. Nice bridge to walk over the river to the lake where there are pedalos and a lovely big walk around the lake. In an hour we had got less than half way taking a leisurely stroll and sitting on the park benches watching the wildlife. Great time here for all ages and the dogs loved the walk. Would definitely go here again and pay for longer on the parking ticket to walk the whole lake
What a lovely park. Visited midweek whilst the kids were at school, so there was plenty of available parking. The toilets were really clean. Walked around the boating lake, which was both peaceful and relaxing. Stopped off at the cafe for a bite to eat and a coffee. It was reasonably priced and quite tasty. There are lots for the kids to do. Home schoolers were paddle boarding during our visit, which looked great fun. Passed a water park as well. A few toddlers braved the nippy weather today. Overall, this is a beautifully kept park with many activities and one that I will certainly be visiting again.
Stanborough Park is a delightful escape nestled in the heart of nature, offering a tranquil and picturesque setting that is ideal for a day out. The park's two lakes provide a scenic backdrop and are perfect for leisurely walks or more energetic activities like rowing and fishing. The well-maintained paths and green spaces are a joy for walkers and joggers alike, and there's plenty of room for children to play and explore. One of the highlights of Stanborough Park is its accessibility and family-friendly atmosphere. The park offers ample parking, and the facilities, including clean restrooms and picnic areas, are well-kept. For families, the playground is a hit with the kids, and there's enough space for everyone to enjoy without feeling overcrowded. While the park is generally well-maintained, some areas could benefit from a little extra attention, particularly during the busier months. Additionally, while the café provides a nice spot to relax and refuel, the selection and quality of food and drinks could be improved. Overall, Stanborough Park earns a solid four stars for its beautiful setting, range of activities, and commitment to providing a welcoming environment for visitors of all ages. It's a great spot for those looking to spend a day in the outdoors without straying too far from the conveniences of the city.

Had so much fun at the Roller skating rink, I went to the Friday night 18+ roller disco. The DJ was great, he created an amazing party atmosphere. Parking is also extremely convenient as it's right next to the venue. Can't wait to return and become a regular
We love coming here with our little ones! They have lots of options for children of all ages. The softplay is very nice during the week, but it usually gets very crowded on weekends and half term. They also offer many kid friendly screening sessions in their cinema and often have live shows for the little ones. They also offer a discount card for free :)
You should try the escape room here. Lovely experience, air-conditioned for the hot summer days, friendly and professional staff. Good for family fun. Multi-story carpark next to it.
“Treasure Island” is highly entertaining! We went to see the last year’s show and loved it so much that we had been so looking forward to this year’s performance. The casts are great. One of the best Dames! Funny with quick wit, energetic! Her dresses are amazing! I nearly lost the count, but I think she had 9 different dresses. They were all so original and outrageous. Definitely worth seeing just the dresses. The singing voice of Fanny is amazing. I was impressed with it last year and reminded of how clear and beautiful voice she had again this year. Jim is a great character who runs around and does 12 days of Xmas towards the end. I highly recommend Campus West Panto to anyone who are looking for great laugh and entertainment.
Fabulous place for kids, adults and families. We regularly use the soft play and attend the annual pantomime which is brilliant. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and great with kids. Good cafe/bar too. The library is also very good.
I love the atmosphere, it feels more like a local cinema and that gives a special feeling about it. There is also loads of other activities we want to try in the future. Parking very convenient and reasonable. Strongly recommended.
Great place to eat. Food is tasty and good value for money, especially with the discount card.
Amazing value for money Lots of different things to do Kind friendly staff Very clean

Brilliant community theatre, putting on at least 12 quality performances every year, plus a festival. There is a theatre with comfortable seating and a studio, allowing for simultaneous performances. A reasonably-priced bar together with interval ice creams make for a West End experience at a fraction of the cost!
Great place to perform. Was there during the festival. Good week of one act plays.
This lovely little theatre is delightful ive been to several amateur plays all very good Nice bar area well worth a visit
Wonderful evening Professional theatre at 1:2 the price of west end !
Great selection of plays and talent. Really enjoy our frequent visits here.
Great shows, great service. Am absolute gem.
Lovely local theatre, fun productions and a lovely evening
Never been disappointed here, an amateur priced production, with I must say professional feel, top marks. Just an update; 2024/5 have shown us some of the finest shows IMO to come out of the barn. I really feel lucky this place is on my doorstep.

I have to say Mira is the best massage therapist I have ever had. Definitely do not underestimate this lady lady. She is strong and will fix you straight up giving advise on on why certain parts of muscles are tight. Its like she sees straight through you and knows exactly what muscles to tackle. The clinic is also a nice, clean and welcoming. The receptionist is also lovely. Please try Tulip Clinic! You will not be going anywhere else.
I had the absolute best deep tissue massage from Rosie. She is incredible! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable with her calm, professional presence. She listened carefully to what I needed and tailored the massage perfectly to target all the right areas. Her technique is outstanding – firm and effective, but never uncomfortable. I could feel the tension melting away with every movement. Rosie worked with such precision and care, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed. It was one of the most effective and relaxing massages I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a transformative deep tissue massage, book in with Rosie – you won’t regret it. I’ll definitely be back!
I had a 60 minute medium full body massage with Mira & I can honestly say it was amazing. She literally found every knot, kink & ache & worked them out & was checking in with me the whole way through. Ive had a few massages at top of the range spas etc & this was hands down the best. I feel refreshed & relaxed & cant wait to visit again. Highly recommend 👌
Visited for the first time after being recommended. Received a back, neck and shoulder massage from Nong, who was excellent. She was friendly and knowledgeable, providing me with the right type of massage for my neck and shoulder pain and good advice for aftercare. The massage itself was brilliant, I arrived with pain and reduced movement in my neck which Nong released, I felt so much better afterwards! The clinic itself is clean and relaxing. I have booked to go back and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage therapist.
Had my first pregnancy massage with Rie and it was amazing. She took time to understand where my pain was and focused on those areas. The clinic is very very clean and all the staff I came across were lovely. I will definitely be back!
Just had my first visit to Tulip Clinic due to bad back muscle pain. I was made to feel very welcome and was able to book for the same day. Nong gave me a brilliant deep tissue back massage that has helped my back out a lot. I will be going back regularly. Great value for money also. Thank you Nong
I had my first massage here yesterday by Nong and it was amazing! I now realise what a proper massage should be! Nong explained where I was carrying tension and that I wasn’t doing stretches, hence the tightness in my glutes. The massage was lovely and firm and really thorough; felt great afterwards. The premises, treatment rooms and toilets are all spotlessly clean. Thank you Nong for a wonderful experience, highly recommend 😊
I recently had another very good massage from Mira. She is very skilled and clearly had a good training in Thailand. Her technique was just right for me, checking the pressure with me quite frequently and adjusting occasionally as required. She found one or two tight spots and worked well into them, I came out feeling much better and plan to return again soon. A great addition to the staff at Tulip!

Went at the trampoline park for a birthday party and was pleasantly surprised. Unlike most places in downtown London, this one was clean and civilised. The kids had a good time and enjoyed the facilities which seem to be well maintained.
We were in the first session at 9am. The lights were not on and didn’t go on for sometime. The area is absolutely filthy and disgusting. There were squashed raisins all over the flood in the football area. The whole place needs a good clean. The toilets are also in need of a clean. Really unacceptable for the price you pay. It’s such a shame as the facilities and soft play equipment it’s very good.
I have only used the trampoline park which is good for the kids the soft play area is a good addition. However it is very expensive for what it is and could definitely do with a clean. But the worst thing is their ridiculous parking charges and fines - when you are using the sports facilities and there payment machine doesn't work. I won't be returning in a hurry. It has put me off.
Very kind, polite and helpful staff! Like the chilled atmosphere. Easy to get there. Really afordable prices! This time we were running late because of accident on the Motorway we were driving from London)..the staff ( at Trampolining )was really helpful and we got the extra 15 minutes, we have missed extra. They made four children very happy. Big Thank You from all of us!
My granddaughter loves it here in Indoor Play. Comprises toddler area with little slide and soft blocks in separate area. For the older good climbing area with challenging higher slides and safe bigger stepping blocks. Nice cafe all round pleasant place to visit
After having to ask few times at the reception for the AC to be turned on nothing had been done about that. Weather was warm, warmer inside in the softplay area, children would over heat and im surprised they didn’t take this seriously. Receptionists aren’t great. This :| rather than this :) . Soft play area is dirty, needs to be taken care of. Tables are wobbly!! One more thing, not enough toilets!!
The trampoline area is great for kids. Some of the staff are really lovely. The café is great baked potatoes are a winner.
I love it but its just a standard covered driving range. Always with free spaces £8.40 for 100 balls. Covered, decent mats and most bays have ball feeders. Only downside is fierce and unreliable parking charges 😤

Only went to buy Fusion paint. Stayed an hour what an incredible place. They do amazing things as a charity. The renovations are stunning. If you want one off unique pieces in your home this is the place to go
Love it.great people and a really good place to get confidence,de-stress and create/upcycle stunning furniture.
Fantastic refurb furniture shop!. Bought these beautiful chest of draws today. Great cause, lovely owner. We’ll be back!
Amazing place! Public are welcome to go look round the showroom and see the upcycled furniture for sale while the volunteers are all hard at work creating the most beautiful, unique, quirky, one of a kind furniture. My favourite place to update my plain decor and get inspired. People are all so lovely too.
My wife fell in love with piece of furniture she saw so naturally I had to buy it for her! The quality of the upcycled furniture is fabulous and great way of recycling your old, tired and dated furniture. A brilliant charity and one worth supporting!
We bought a beautiful sofa, armchair and trunk from Recover at Alexandra Palace farmers market at a great price and the service was just as impressive. They were very tenacious in helping to manoeuvre the furniture through our narrow hallway, which was no easy feat. A pleasure to deal with.
Wonderful funky set of dining chairs upholstered in my favourite fabric! Fast delivery, lovely friendly people and such a great cause. Thank you.
The only place I know that takes worn good quality furniture items and transforms them into quirky and original pieces of functional art. Saving them from landfill in the process. This Social Enterprise is also providing training and support for people struggling with mental health challenges. Before you dump your old furniture check to see if it is suitable for restoration. Before you buy poor quality flat pack furniture take a look for something outstanding instead.
