The Seine river is one of the longest waterways in France. It is famous for passing through Paris. About 50km from Dijon are its sources. A bit off the beaten path. The park and the statue at the source are a calm retreat on the countryside. It is worth a stop when travelling by car between Troyes and Dijon.
Peaceful garden with the Source of the river Seine. It's a cave with a nice sculpture from which the water flows in a small wet area. Many people will have seen the Seine when it passes Paris, but here you can see the first trickle of it. There is a rest area with some benches and some GR walking routes pass the place The entrance is free
A bit of a drive from Dijon to get here. However it’s a lovely scenic location with walking paths as well as picnic locations. It’s free to visit

Beautiful and peaceful park. Walking trails of 11km was worth it.
A place to visit if you want to know where the Seine starts. By the way, by visiting this place you are also visiting a part of Paris, as the city owns this land.
