I also had a cinnamon roll that was out of this world. A friend had the country fried steak skillet. With food and prices like that, I can see why there are 3-4 locations in Tallahassee! He was doing his best running back and forth to cover all the tables when they were short staffed. The seasoned rice didn't seem to have any seasoning, and some of it was soft while other pieces were very hard. The loaded hashbrown casserole seemed lacking. The hashbrowns were kinda bland, bacon was a little overdone, and the cheese didn't compensate enough for the rest. The chicken strips were a little dry but had a good taste. It did take awhile to get served, and refills were not very quick (Eric was making his rounds and doing his best, he just had a lot of tables with little help). We thankfully were not in a hurry as we are overnighting here in our RV, and we do always appreciate the locations that let us park overnight!

We went to the front desk to see if we had the breakfast voucher as the website did not disclose if our rate had it or not, and so we ended up paying $15.00 per person. Okay, fine. We are seated, eat, and our host/server was too busy talking about her kickboxing experience to other staff and just disappearing. We had to go to the bar staff to retrieve her just so we could pay. The rooms are nothing to write home about, just your average room with an okay view - to be desired. The parking lot is shared and the yellow tape makes it look like a crime scene took place. The location, not the best. Honestly, won’t return if you made this far into the review.

While there was always others to serve (though it didn't feel overcrowded), the staff didn't make you feel rushed while answering your questions. As it was still early in the business' opening, they had a limited menu (turkey sandwich and bratwurst). Both items were delicious, but the brined turkey sandwich was phenomenal! I'd eat that turkey sandwich every time. The chips with the brat were seasoned well and I found myself sneaking some off of my husband's plate and I'm not a big chips person at all. My husband ordered the Ceteris Paribus beer. While he typically only likes darker ales (and wished they had more of a dark ale without fruity overtones selection), he did enjoy his beer. I had a mixed drink (I've forgotten the name already) and it was great. Had golden rum, lime juice, orange saccharum, brown sugar spices and bitters. Thanks, Ology, for a great night out! A great selection at a reasonable price, about the same cost as a chicken sandwich or hamburger at some places. There are so many items to choose from. Even with two separate discounts applied, our bill for four people—a senior, two adults, and a child—came to almost $81. The lack of value was immediate and obvious. The experience only got worse inside. About half of the buffet stations were completely out of food, forcing long waits and severely limiting our options. To top it off, I waited 15 minutes for a steak that was ultimately flavorless and so tough it was almost inedible. The nickel-and-diming didn't stop at the buffet line, either. When I asked for a simple to-go cup, I was informed there was a fee for that as well. If you are actively looking to throw eighty dollars down the drain on empty serving trays, poor quality food, and unexpected fees, by all means, visit this place.
