The motel/hotel is small and only 4 floors and lol we expected a more luxury hotel. For the restaurant they only have valet parking at $17 and you don’t get validation. The bar and restaurant don’t open until 5 so we had to go next door to Tony romas to get drinks. Afterwards we went upstairs give we had already parked. They had a private event there so we only had the bar tops to contend to. Ordered drinks and food at the bar. We ordered loaded tots for appy but it took way too long for it to come out. And then our food came lite 2 mins later. I got the surf and turf tacos. Couldn’t see how it looked but tasted decent.

Table or bar reservations are required and fill up during peak hours. The establishment is small (about 9 booths and bar seating) but exquisitely decorated in posh vintage era decor. The speakeasy is located in the historic Packing House in Anaheim and only has 30 seats available so reservations are a must. The staff were friendly and the bartenders seemed to be having nice conversations with the guests at the bar. We tried a specialty themed cocktail which was extremely good and also a good price point. The bartender was also able to curate a nice mocktail for guests that did not want alcohol. We tried the artichoke dip as an appetizer which was delicious and served with warm pita bread. We shared the steak frites which was the perfect size for two. The food is a bit pricey but it was a nice portion and very tasty plus you can’t beat the cool vibe of the place.

Right away he pointed to 2 male bouncers who quickly just kicked me out, for no legitimate reason. I tried to cordially speak some sense into the bouncers, but it was obvious they were good friends with the guy who originally made the comment to me. I asked to speak to the manager there since we had a full table with bottle service for my friend’s birthday, but they didn’t have anyone so the bouncer told me that he was the manager. He was so hot-headed with his bouncer ego that you couldn’t even have a normal conversation with him to come to a resolution. For some reason he was also video recording me with his Ray-Ban Meta glasses. I Called the next day for the actual manager, Sonny, to discuss the matter, but he never reached out. Just so you all know we spent around $1,000 for the night at this place. What a joke. Highly recommend taking your business to an affluent ran hospitality business.

Personally for me it was worth getting a table , I didn't waste a bunch of money on drinks like I would other places, the money I paid for my table went to my bottles and drinks and didn't have to tip when getting my drinks due to the %20 mandatory service charge for the bottle service. We were looking for the perfect venue to have a party-like atmosphere to go along with our 1920’s Gatsby themed wedding. I lost count as to how many people kept complimenting our wedding venue and how nice it all looked. The venue got more compliments than anything else! My initial concerns of it being too small for our 152 guests was a non issue come wedding day. I think you could fit comfortably, maybe 180-200 down stairs and according to our wedding coordinator. And even more guests than that but the rest of the guests would have sat upstairs which is fine. If you’re looking for a unique venue to give off more of a party-like vibe rather than a typical wedding venue, go with The Yost. It made our wedding one of the best weddings I could have imagined.

This place is NOT that cool. Sound is fire with a state of the art Funktion One design, and the layout is okay. Dance floor needs to be larger. The service is just okay depending on who you interact with. Booze selection is lame really. Security every 10 feet telling where you can and cannot stand around the dance floor kills the vibe before it get's started. So many cameras on you from every angle imaginable, feels more like a casino than a dance club. Nothing standout authentic about this place at all. Also, you have a walk like hundreds of yards down multiple staircases to get to the men's restroom; not smart for business as it discourages drinking by men. We won't be going back and advise others over 30 to skip this as feels more like a cheesey, teens at the mall type club.

And it certainly did not disspipoint The beer was pretty standard. $4 for a Coors lite, if a remember correctly.
