So glad that I ate here. So glad that I went back for a second time, my last night in Yellowknife. Gotta make sure that your last supper is AMAZING! Boy was it amazing! Staff is extremely friendly. While they appear to have a typical steakhouse menu, things are locally sourced where possible and have a local twist. Rib eye is bison, bread is bannock, seafood chowder is arctic char. Guy working the front was pleasant, warmed up my bagel sandwich and then brought it to the table, very friendly. I was really hungry so any food would have been good, this food was a little sad but probably par for the course for airport sandwiches. But they easily could have put out some basic plants, maybe some of those cheesy home-y signs about delicious food that are supposed to make you feel at home. Would I eat here again?
