Klar lasse ich mich auf die fachliche Interpretation von Axel ein, entdecke für mich und mit all meinen Sinnen Bekanntes wie auch Neues. Gegrillter Barsch, bekleidet von saisonalem provenzalischen Gemüse, zuvor feine Garnelen- und Rindfleisch-Carpaccios, gefolgt von zartem wie auch sehr aromatischem Lachs- oder Black-Angus-Tatar. Die Kreationen der Küche harmonieren wunderbar mit lokalen Produkten und sorgen für freundliche wie auch farbenfrohe Gerichte. Der Service ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Jeder Wunsch nach Abänderung der Speisen wird nonchalant vorgenommen. So funktioniert eben Kundenorientierung. Noch bevor die Sonne in das Meer taucht und den Tag verlässt, betritt ein „Whispering Angel Provence Rosé 2024“ die Bühne. Rosé zur Nacht??? Ja … hier passt Vieles. Hier kann Viel auch bescheiden sein. Hier stimmt auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, jedoch kann ich mir leider nicht eine Übernachtung im wundervollen Lou leisten und trotte nächtlich in sanfter Demut in meine Pension.
