Unachievable due to work on the access road, where construction workers arrogantly prevent passage to the entrance to the cave. The unpassable road is not marked, with a 3-year-old daughter we unnecessarily walked about 1 km in the heat. Shame for the whole town.

Small little cave, a nice afternoon short program, can be done in about 30 minutes with kids.

Nice exhibition, interesting cave, but small, excursion in Hungarian only. Check open hours before you go and take warm clothes with you. IMHO Nice to see if you are somewhere around, but do not worth of going hundred miles only for it

The cave is really interesting because of it's history, however it's a bit small. The air is really fresh there and said to cure illnesses

A small cave, a few dozen meters long, with only guided tours that take around 20 minutes and start every hour. The guide is not extremely professional and speaks only Hungarian. The cave itself is OK; don't expect anything wildly spectacular, but you can drop in if you like caves and if you have an hour, or on your way to Jókai lookout tower on top of the hill, which offers the best view of the environs of Balatonfüred and the Tihany Peninsula. There's also a small exhibition that can be interesting if you're into rocks and geography.

Nicely renovated building and a nice exhibition, unfortunately guided lectures are only in Hungarian and the cave is quite small ...

The cave is not huge but rather interesting. I like the divers bat population in the area. The architecture of the building is also a gem.

Overall a great water park with plenty of slides to enjoy. Wave pool and a wellness area. Clean and tidy. Tickets are reasonably priced, food is a bit expensive for what it is. Only operates in the summer holidays! The only downsides are the two slides with the photo opportunities on the right side of the park. They are very dangerous, every second person who came down said never to return again. People constantly fall out of the doughnuts you meant to slide in. Also some lifeguards spent all their time staring at their phones.

We recently visited Annagora Aquapark and while it was a decent experience overall, it felt overpriced for what it offered. The park is spacious and clean, and it wasn’t overcrowded, which we appreciated. It looks like there’s still some construction or expansion happening, so it may improve in the future. There were a variety of slides, but my 13- and 14-year-old kids found them quite boring – not much thrill or variety for older children. The wave pool was a nice touch, but only ran for about 10 minutes every hour, which was a letdown. We also found both the entry fee and food prices to be very high considering the limited options and overall value. The food variety was average, and pricey. There’s a playground for younger kids but it lacked shade, which made it uncomfortable for little ones. Overall, while the staff were friendly and the place was clean, we felt that the experience didn’t justify the high prices, and we’d love to see more exciting features like diving boards or more adventurous slides in the future.

Quite good fun for 3-5h max. 13 slides. Pool with a wave working only 10 min per h :( you pay for all in ticket and still you have to pay for sun bed! Online ticketing system not working properly. Discount code not working on till. Place is quite clean. Good when heater is good. Not recommended on rainy day as most of the slides are outdoor and you need to walk a lot.

Great place to spend a day, very nice experience. You have food corners with everything. As always come early to find a spot with a shad. If you are looking for the extreme go to zalcaros instead.

One of the most stunning and mesmerising views from a restaurant that I've seen! You're surrounded by vines, both overhead and in the rolling hills, and you can also see the lake and the Tihany abbey. But that's not all, the food is expertly prepared and served, abundant portions, and fast, reliable service. If I could give 6 stars I would! Magical experience

The place is in a good location near Lake Balaton.... The place is very pretty, the terrace with natural vegetation made the heat not a problem. The food was undoubtedly delicious, the price, quality, and portions were well-balanced... I would definitely return

Our experience at Baricska Csarda was absolutely amazing! The beef stew with cottage cheese noodle was so tasty, and the grilled coat cheese with mixed salad and hazelnuts had us craving for more. The staff's warm hospitality and the vibrant ambiance made our lunch experience truly memorable. We're already planning our next visit!

High expectations not full filled because of the following reason: Not really warm welcomed. And many dishes have been served wrong like: Fish soup instead of Gulash. One dish was already completely cold and had to be replaced. The service generally was rather slow. Dessert card was not offered even we asked for. Food: All the food was very dry and seemed not cooked freshly. The highlight was the Gulash. The other dishes we can’t recommend. The vegetarian dish was not really tasty.

Very good place. Food was amazing and service was perfect as well. I can recommend fish soup and carp as appetiser. We had pork leg and zander. Everything was delicious. Sitting outside between grapes is also a place for romantic dinner.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came to this place based on a recommendation and because it has been awarded Michelin recognition for three consecutive years. The food is without a doubt some of the best I’ve had in this area of Hungary. The service is impeccable, and the quality of the dishes is exceptional—you can order anything from the menu knowing you’ll enjoy it, even if it’s something you might not usually like elsewhere. The only suggestion I would make to improve the experience is to add fans or some kind of cooling system during the summer, as there is no air conditioning or proper ventilation inside, and it can get quite warm. A small change that would make the experience perfect.

The menu typically includes traditional Hungarian dishes, but some of them are prepared in innovative versions. We really liked the duck, it's definitely worth trying, we just missed the steamed cabbage or the compote associated with it for the perfect experience. The stuffed peppers, however, were not that special. Nevertheless, the food is basically tasty and made from quality ingredients. The terrace is spacious, so it is also an ideal choice for larger groups. However, the service was not the friendliest and the prices were quite high. In addition, the menu on the website is not available via phone, neither in Hungarian, nor in English, nor in German, even though it is listed as an option.

As Hungarians who looked forward to this Michelin recommended restaurant I was disappointed. The service took one hour for us to receive our food and starters and main courses came at the same time after a long wait. 2/3 in our party could not finish our meals as they were so so so so salty it caused discomfort. Hungarian restaurants I’m noticing bigger in the menu “sea bass” but when it is served it is really a river fish like trout or perch. I hope it lives up to its recommendation and finds this one helpful Sincerely …

It has been a long time that we had such an amazing dining. Great menu, the food was soft, delusion and all in one. The only thing that disappointed - French fries, we expected a bit more from it. But otherwise we highly recommend!

Catfish soup is propably the best I had around the area. Just purely to have the soup it is worth to visit. I had the schnitzel (on the picture) tender thick meat. Absolute worth for the visit. Prices are okay.

He had a tuna salad which was really not tasty but rather a huge mix of vegetables and exotic fruits topped up with onion rings and cheap cheese. Dressing very traditional, no olive oil,for those who rather go for quantity and not taste could work. Pizza was just below any standards. For the low quality of food, prices are high. Service is good

The pastas were just too good I would definitely recommend the pasta. We had spaghetti gamberini which was really good and the cottage cheese filled pasta which was also really good. The pizzas were good but I would definitely suggest the pasta over pizza

Probably the worst food I had in my entire life. 100% would not recommend. Incredibly overpriced, a glass of soda was 1000huf. If you want to find real pizza, this is not the place you’re looking for, they don’t know what that is. I’ll never go back.

Worst pizza ever. 1 diavola, 1 capricciosa. Small, dry, messed up, instead of diavola we received a tuna pizza. High prices, bad service. Never again.

Eat something with cheese. The pizzacsiga (pizzarolls) are amazing, as well as the tortellini al forno. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the salads.

Every time when we visit Balatonfüred we can't miss to eat some great italian food at Arany Csillag Pizzeria. We have never been disappointed in the last 15 years. :-) Their "garlic souce with pizzagolyó" is something what we recommend to friends from all over the world. :-)

OK, nothing special, but tasty italian dishes. For the comfort and elegance of the place it is overpriced though. It needs a major rehaul.

The food was average for me. Pate was very simple, the risotto had liquid a bit and the dill sauce was very much dominating everything. The octopus had a fishy smell.

Very nice, friendly, professional service! The food was excellent, very well prepared and seasoned, especially tasty! The wine pairing was also amazing, some of the best local wines! There is room for improvement nevertheless, the courses of the tasting menu were a bit rushed, and I had to drink the wine faster than I would have liked. Also, the billing could be slightly improved, the tasting menu included a bottle of water, however this was billed separately, and we also had a salad on the bill which we did not actually receive. I forgot to check the bill before leaving, I'm sure it would have been corrected, though this would better be avoided. Thanks again for the great hospitality and tasty food!

The best restaurant so far in Hungary. Well trained and friendly staff. Very refined dishes with perfect portion. Even though it is expensive, it worths the price.

nice atmosphere, not crowded, the staff is friendly. the only not complaint but reservation we had: we felt the chef overthought some of the food we ate. perfect quality, just a bit too much. the meal felt as if it was overflowing with competing tastes. besides that: perfect.

Not just a cute place but the food was excellent. Fresh pasta with shrimp was just perfectly done. Omg, Wild pork loin was very tender and juicy. Well balance with the sides decorated on the plate. Highly recommend.

Since there is no scale for drinks I am placing 1 star for food. Terrible cocktails. Only the gin tonic was okay. They have very big menu, unfortunately they were terrible. The service was nice, the prices for the quality totally expensive.

Elegant café bar near the promenade, they have very broad variety of coctails, beautifully served and tasty. The staff were nice and attentive (what is rather rare in Hungary). Everything spoiled by the annoying and absurdly loud 'music'.

Everything was good until we had to pay. We had to pay 8020 f, gave the waiter 8500 and he flew away wishing us good evening. Bro, where is my change? You already had your tip counted in the recipt with our food and drink. In other places, the waiter gives me change and if i decide, I leave some more tip. And I prefer it that way.

We ran into this bar by chance and it was a lovely surprise. The drinks are excellent and origina, the place looks very cozy, probably in the summertime is more vivid, but we liked it anyway. Worths paying it a visit!
