Kelso Conservation Area is a breathtaking destination that showcases the stunning beauty of the Niagara Escarpment throughout the year. This expansive area offers over 29 kilometers of hiking and biking trails, catering to all skill levels—from family-friendly paths to more challenging terrains. The Lime Kiln and Escarpment trails are particularly noteworthy, providing serene hikes without bike traffic, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature.
Nice park with many trails and routes for hiking, mountain biking and skiing in the winter. Fall colours can be seen along the escarpment trail, there are a few lookouts along the trail. If you don’t want to do a long hike, take the chairlift (open only in weekends in fall) from the bottom at east lodge to save some energy. But make sure to reserve tickets in advance on conservationhalton.ca cause it could be sold out. You can also find trail map on the website, it’s good practice to keep it handy as there are too many routes in the park so not to get lost in the woods. My personal opinion is this park’s fall colours viewing experience is better than Rattle snake and Crawford lake conservation area.

A nice family friendly place with a small beach. Must do kayaking and canoeing activities when here. Book in advance to avoid line ups or out of places. Parks Pass is required to enter you can pay on site but sometimes they ran out of spots especially in Summer.

A Magnificent Trail for Nature Enthusiasts Exploring this trail was an incredible experience, offering a perfect retreat into the lap of nature. The walkways are beautifully maintained and wind through a stunning natural environment, providing an immersive outdoor experience. At several spots, deep crevices run alongside the paths, adding an element of rugged beauty and adventure. The high lookout points are the true highlights, offering serene and panoramic views that make the effort of reaching them entirely worthwhile. They provide a wonderful vantage to soak in the surroundings and capture stunning photographs. However, navigation posed a slight challenge. While maps are available at certain points, they lack the crucial “You Are Here” tags, making it tricky to pinpoint exact locations. I had to rely on my phone’s GPS to find my way, which wasn’t ideal but manageable. The lake, though showing lower water levels due to the off-season, was still bustling with birdlife, making it a treat for birdwatchers. It was fascinating to see a variety of avian species despite the season. Overall, it’s a magnificent place for those who love trekking, appreciate high lookout points, and enjoy being surrounded by nature. Despite the minor hiccup in navigation, it’s a destination I’d highly recommend for its unparalleled views and serene ambiance.

Beautiful place, just what I needed. But the chairlifts were not working, My knees would have loved a few more benches/stumps to sit and rest on along the way. Would love a few tea/coffee snacks stall/wending machines throughout the area wouldbemuch appreciated, as it gets pretty cold and a cup of hot liquid really soothes and energizes you.(my love for tea and Turkiye ruined me with that) Beautiful trails, first time there. Realised in a little bit that the map I got from the snack shop at the entrance does not match the values on the trails itself for a few things. Somehow the child inside me was - A little disappointed when I couldn't see a farmer on Peter Farmer's trail, - A little sad when I couldn't see any deers on the Deer Run😂, - And a little scared for my life upon reading the Turkey vultures are 6ft tall and there was abundance of food there (when I couldn't find any food source there beside me 😂😬😂😬) Overall a great experience, the small pond looked like a live painting while I was leaving, added a video, go checkout.

It is a true oasis of natural beauty. This place is a must-visit for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. 🍀 Its captivated by the stunning landscapes and tranquil atmosphere. The park boasts a diverse range of ecosystems, including lush forests, serene lakes, and breathtaking hiking trails. 🥾 The abundance of flora and fauna creates a harmonious environment that feels like a true 🍃🌿🌎escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The crystal-clear water, surrounded by picturesque hills, is perfect for swimming, kayaking, or simply enjoying a peaceful picnic by the shore. The beach area is well-maintained and provides a great spot to relax and soak up the sun during the summer months. TIPS — Need at least 3 hrs to capture every single section. 🕰️ Wear comfy shoes 👟 Extra water bottle’s 🍾 Save 💰purchasing tickets 🎟️ online.

I'm surprised that you have to pay to enjoy nature in Ontario: CA$11.87 per adult, including tax. Otherwise, it's a nice parkland with hiking trails and a swimable lake. It's next to major motorway (401) which thankfully you only hear a low rumble from as there are many trees around. No map was offered to us at the gate where they take your money, but the visitor centre does have some (free). We had first driven to Crawford Lake, but you are not allowed to swim there.

Absolutely gorgeous place I’d love to come back and explore more! The amenities are a bit more expensive compared to similar places I’ve been like Shades Mills and St Marys. The beautiful hiking views make it worth it though! We paid ~$50 for four people. Theres boating, a water obstacle course, and a small snack/food shop. Wish boat rentals closed later than 6. Lifeguards also get off at 6! The way down to the beach is a long staircase or a hill which is not great for older folk. Change rooms are open so expect to change in the bathroom if you aren’t comfortable with that. Bathrooms are cleaner than some I’ve been to!

So much fun with so many activities to do. We had a BBQ, did the adventure challenge and went up the cable cars all in one afternoon. Loads of fun with stunning views of the autumn trees. Highly recommend!

Sights & Landmarks
Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area is a popular destination for hiking, climbing, and camping. The area offers sweeping scenic views and a lookout point where visitors can watch turkey vultures soar over the escarpment. The main trail, Bruce Trail, leads hikers past rock fissures and the famous Hole-in-the-Wall. The conservation area boasts natural vantage points that rival any in the province, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area is a hidden gem for anyone looking for a quick yet rewarding outdoor experience. The trails are relatively short and beginner-friendly, making it perfect for families, casual hikers, or anyone just wanting to spend a few hours in nature. The views from the lookout points are absolutely stunning — especially from the cliffs, where you get a panoramic view of the escarpment and forest below. It’s a great spot for photos or just soaking in the scenery. Overall, it’s a peaceful and scenic place that’s easy to get to and doesn’t require a full-day commitment. Highly recommended for a relaxing walk, a short hike, or just some time in nature.
Danzi D — Google review
Rattlesnake Point is such a beautiful location! 🍂 The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially in the fall when the colors of the forest look magical. It’s the perfect spot for hiking, relaxing in nature, and enjoying the stunning scenery. I also want to highlight the wonderful service. At the entrance, when purchasing the ticket, I was greeted by a staff member named Sofia. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming — her warm attitude made the start of my visit even more pleasant. People like her truly make the experience special and memorable. I highly recommend this conservation area for anyone who loves nature, hiking, and peaceful views. I will definitely come back again! 🌿

I love going here to walk the trails and to see the views The whole experience starts with the drive up that really steep sharp turn and then you get into the park Lots of trails to go on that loop around and back with good scenic views. The pictures that I posted we went down and off trail down along the cliff face walking along the rocks which I truly enjoy Which I truly enjoy There are caves around here somewhere. I haven't found them yet but I am told that there is a local tour company that will take you through them You can see people doing rock climbing on the cliffs here Definitely a favorite!

🌿 Beautiful and Peaceful Conservation Area This conservation area is absolutely beautiful and worth a visit! There are several scenic lookouts where you can enjoy stunning views of nature and feel the refreshing breeze. The trails are well-maintained, offering different lengths and difficulty levels depending on how much you want to walk. It’s a relaxing and peaceful spot, perfect for spending time outdoors. There are also comfortable rest areas, making it great for camping, picnics, or simply enjoying some snacks while taking in the view. Truly a beautiful place to unwind and connect with nature. 🌲✨ . . . ⚠️ Beware of Garden snakes 🐍 (it won’t hurt you)🤞

Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area is absolutely stunning! The forest trails, boardwalks, and stair climbs are breathtaking and make for an amazing hike. It’s such a peaceful spot but also full of adventure — perfect for summer and fall visits. Driving through the steep hills was so much fun, and I can’t believe we only just discovered this place. Truly amazing!
Shirley J — Google review
Beautiful trails and easy to follow only issue was it was really crowded by 1-2pm, I left around 3:00 and the overflow parking area was full with a line to come in, I'm assuming due to the great weather. Once you are out on the actual trails it was not so bad. Great look out points and mesmerizing fall scenery.
Kerry — Google review
Gorgeous views, especially this time of year! Many chipmunks to be seen too. Washroom had a bad odor that could be smelt on part of the trail as well which we thought was strange - this is my first time so I'm not sure if that is typical for this area. We parked in the lower parking and walked the Vista Adventure Trail, lots of lookouts for a 1.5km trail. Highly recommend.

One of my favourite walks/hiked around Toronto! It was especially beautiful & serene with the fall colours, we went on a Tuesday afternoon and we only encountered no more than 10 people on the trail. The vantage point also gave a stunning view of the countryside.

Crawford Lake Conservation Area, located at 5234 Kelso Rd in Milton, is a vast park with a rich Iroquoian heritage site and offers stunning views of the canyon from its lookout point. The area boasts 19 kilometers of trails that wind through lush forests atop the Niagara Escarpment. Visitors can explore the boardwalk surrounding the rare meromictic lake and hike through the picturesque surroundings. Additionally, nearby Esquesing Conservation Area features a 1.
The walk around the lake is absolutely lovely — the boardwalk trail makes it an easy and scenic loop, perfect for all ages. The lake itself is peaceful and surrounded by forest, which makes for a relaxing stroll. One of the highlights was the tour of the Longhouses. It was both educational and fascinating to learn about Indigenous history and culture in such an interactive setting. The interpretive signage was informative without being overwhelming. The visitor center is small but very charming — a great little stop with helpful staff and interesting displays. I also noticed quite a few families enjoying the area, including parents with strollers, so the trails are definitely kid-friendly and accessible. Highly recommend for a day out in nature with a bit of culture and history added in!

Why visit: 1) This lake is beautiful but more than that it is a geological gem as it is a MEROMICTIC LAKE . Where the water layers in the lake do not mix . Thus helps scientific research to learn about the generations past studying the lake sediments. 2) Great trails around the lake and towards Rattle snake conservation area. 3) You can picnic the whole day here with family. 4) Being a green belt, even during the highest temperatures in the summer, you will get cool breeze and dense forest cover from the intense sunshine.Perfect respite from intense heat. 5) A good place to bring kids and toddlers 6) Huge wooden statues of various species are fun and entertaining for kids and adults both
Sulagna C — Google review
A real gem. The 1km trail circumventing the lake is iconic. The 2.5 km escarpment trail is also interesting. The part from CL01 to the lookout is slightly difficult with some rock sections but the part from the lookout to CL02 is easy. The visitor centre closes at about 4 pm and so does the access to the washrooms, which is not ideal.( There is another one near the picnic area which is rustic hole-in-the ground). A good place for a summer picnic with friends and family. Would recommend buying tickets online as the gate is not manned till 11.00 am, making it a little complicated. Also cheaper.

Lovely place to roam several trails and boardwalks, around the lake or through the woods, one trail connects to Rattlesnake Point. Visitors centre has souvenirs and basic snacks with a coffee machine, also plumbed toilets. The reconstructed village is excellently layed out.
Michael L — Google review
I visited the area in the weekend. I paid online the fees , $10.50 per adult. I purchased the tickets when I arrived. We went in three trails. The one I liked was escarpment trail. The nature is beautiful. However the washrooms don't have soap and water. I recommend having your hand sanitizer and your toilet paper 🧻.
Joy M — Google review
Well, this is truly an amazing place. I recommend a visit here and a visit to the wildlife care centre while in the area. The walk down to Lake Crawford is similar to a hike down to the Don River in Toronto from south Leaside. It isn’t something I would recommend for elderly or wheelchair individuals. The re-created long houses are really spectacular and harken you back to a time when these were community houses for entire families of indigenous peoples. Pick a sunny day, get in the car and head west. Enjoy

Beautiful trail, dont bring bananas because the monkeys in the trees will try to take them from you. The views are amazing. I got to the top, and could see the CN Tower.

Farm
Sights & Landmarks
Springridge Farm is a beloved family-owned farm in Milton, Ontario. The 19th-century barn market offers an impressive selection of fresh produce, prepared meals, home decor, and unique gifts. The farm grows a variety of fruits and vegetables including strawberries, peas, cherries, corn, and pumpkins. Additionally, they harvest honey from one million bees residing in hives beside the pond.
We had a wonderful time at Springridge Farm in Milton! It’s a great spot for families with young kids. There’s so much to do—wagon rides, sand play, slides, a web climbing area, and even a small corn maze. My little one especially enjoyed meeting the friendly animals—hens, goats, and sheep. The farm is very well maintained and super photogenic, especially with all the pumpkins around this time of year. Their bakery is a must-visit—try the honey, it’s amazing! You can easily spend 3–4 hours here. Clean, safe, and lots of open space. Highly recommend for a fun day out with kids! Ticket price is $18 including tax per person. It’s worth.

Our visit to Springridge Farm in Milton was a delightful experience! The picturesque setting, with its vibrant fields and charming barn, created a perfect day out. The fresh, homemade treats from the bakery were a highlight, especially the apple pies. kids will love the little farm animals and wagon ride. we also enjoyed strolling through the pumpkin patch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit feel like a warm, family-friendly adventure. We’ll definitely be back next season!

Springridge Farm is a beautiful spot, especially in the fall — the décor and colours are absolutely stunning and create a perfect seasonal atmosphere. There’s a great selection of pumpkins, and the market is full of unique gifts and fun finds. The food is tasty, though it can be a bit on the pricey side, and the farm gets extremely busy — especially on weekends. We visited on a Saturday and unfortunately weren’t able to take part in many of the activities because of the crowds. That said, it’s still a wonderful place for a fall day out if you don’t mind the busyness and slightly higher prices. Highly recommend for the overall experience and atmosphere

We loved this far with kids. The tractor ride was super cool and farmer J was amazing. He gave us a little tour of the farm. The farm animals were well kept and the children enjoyed watching and feeding them. The farm is really huge.

It’s an amazing place to spend quality time with friends and family or even by yourself if you’re not glued to your phone. Ample parking. Washrooms are pretty okay. There’s some stuff to eat and drink too. All age groups can have fun.

Super cute farm to go with your family and friends! Admission was $18 plus tax to get in and there was a lot to do. We fed animals, took loads of pictures and went on the wagon ride. There were a lot of areas for the kids to play and enjoy. The bakery and market is free to enter and we were obsessed with their tarts. The Apple caramel and strawberry rhubarb was a crowd favourite for us. Would come back again!
Diana — Google review
An amazing experience. We stopped in here to check out the market and get some pumpkins. So glad we did. By far the best places we've ever gone to get pumpkins. The market was absolutely stunning and the pumpkins were great quality at a good price. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This place is a must see in the fall/winter.
Brent — Google review
Cute and picturesque farm, but not much to do unless you enter the farm, or to visit the market. There is an area for the little ones to play but not really for teenager/adults. You can get plenty of pumpkins here during the fall. The market has a lots of fresh and baked goods; as well as some home decor.

Hilton Falls Conservation Area is a must-visit destination offering a variety of outdoor activities. Visitors can explore the famous falls, old mill ruins, and a serene reservoir. The area features hiking, mountain biking, bird watching, geocaching, and fishing opportunities. With three bike-only trails and mixed-use options like the Red Oak trail around the reservoir, there's something for every level of adventurer.
I visited **Hilton Falls Conservation Park** on a Saturday afternoon and had a fantastic experience exploring its scenic trails. The park offers a great mix of hiking and biking routes, catering to different fitness levels while keeping nature at the forefront. **Hiking Trails & Difficulty:** The park features **three main hiking trails**: - **Hilton Falls Trail (3 km, moderate)** – A wide, well-maintained path leading to the falls, surrounded by towering trees that provide shade and a peaceful atmosphere. - **Red Oak Trail (5 km, moderate)** – A slightly longer loop with varied terrain, great for those wanting a bit more of a challenge. - **Beaver Dam Trail (7 km, strenuous)** – The most demanding of the three, offering a rewarding workout with some rugged sections. The **hike to Hilton Falls** was particularly enjoyable—the wide path made for easy walking, and the final descent to the falls via a set of stairs provided the perfect **photo opportunity** at the base of the cascading water. **Bike Trails:** In addition to hiking, there are **three bike trails**, making this park a great destination for cyclists looking to enjoy some off-road riding. **Crowd Levels:** When I arrived in the early afternoon, the trails were pleasantly quiet, but by the time I was heading back, the main paths had gotten **a bit busier** (likely due to the falls being a popular spot). Still, it never felt overcrowded. **Overall Impression:** Hilton Falls is a **beautiful and well-maintained park** with trails suitable for casual walkers and more adventurous hikers alike. The waterfall is the highlight, but the surrounding forest and additional trails make it worth multiple visits. If you’re looking for a peaceful nature escape with options for both hiking and biking, this is a great choice! A must-visit for outdoor enthusiasts—scenic, well-marked, and just the right level of challenge!
Tariq S — Google review
Fabulous place. There's a main trail and plenty of side trails some of which may seem scary as there's hardly anyone around. Overall a fantastic day out.
Subiya A — Google review
The Hilton Falls Conservation Area was a refreshing escape into nature. The entire place is full of scenic beauty — the trails were peaceful and well-maintained, perfect for hiking, cycling or roaming around. The small waterfall was absolutely charming — not huge, but very enchanting and definitely worth the walk. It added a lovely, calming touch to the whole experience. Entry is $10.50 per person, which is reasonable for the quality of the park. One thing to note: during our visit, there were quite a few bees around — solitary bees, sweat bees, or maybe mining bees (not entirely sure). They didn’t sting but were a bit irritating, so I’d recommend carrying a handkerchief or small towel just in case. Overall, it’s a great spot for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts — just go prepared and enjoy the serene surroundings!

A lovely hike through the autumn forest to the fall was just delightful. There are a number of additional trails that are lovely.

We visited this lovely area and took the shorter trail to the falls. The falls area was crowded, making it difficult to take photos, as many people were standing under the falls. However, the trail was peaceful and easy to walk, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of nature.

Really great hiking, there are trails for a variety of abilities, including a stroller friendly trail that we took advantage of this trip. Seems like a really well maintained conservation area, and hopefully stays that way.

Nice hike to the falls. Trails are well marked and the falls is very pretty. The parking is very expensive at $21 for 2 people which I felt was a lot. Overall, its a good place to visit in the GTA

Marquee Steakhouse & Piano Lounge is a stylish eatery located in downtown Milton, offering modern steakhouse cuisine, an extensive wine list, and live music from Thursday to Sunday. The restaurant prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients to create exceptional dishes such as the Grilled NY Striploin and delectable Crème Brulee. As a family-owned establishment, Marquee Steakhouse & Piano Lounge boasts knowledgeable and attentive staff.
Enjoyed a fabulous evening at Marquee with my wife for our anniversary. Service was great. Thank you Gary. Food was amazing. So glad we chose to come here instead of a mainstream restaurant like the Keg. Yes, dinner will cost about $100 per person or more depending on what you order. It will be worth it. The live piano music was a perfect enhancement to the overall ambiance. There are two floors and a rooftop patio, which should be open by Victoria Day long weekend (weather permitting). Favorite dishes so far include the Grilled Octopus, Moroccan Chicken, Lobster and Crab Ravioli, and the new Poppy Roll desert.

Came to celebrate a birthday with 5 adults and young kids. We sat right next to the kitchen, which was great, because kids were able to watch the chef work. The table we sat at was a larger table because we had a larger group, but if you come as a couple or two, then you can choose areas in the front or rear by the piano. Atmosphere was marvelous, love the piano music in the background. Service was excellent, our server Michael was very polite and great, while we also got visited by the two owners (husband & wife) in order to check if we were enjoying ourselves. Food was amazing-very filling and so rich in flavour. We were a bit worried about the cost, but were pleasantly surprised and found it very reasonable as we were full from one meal and had to take some leftovers home. In general, fantastic place. We have also visited upstairs, and they had a complete different atmosphere with a live band. Very pleasant dinner.

Came here for my partners birthday and I’m so glad we gave it a chance! The restaurant is beautiful and intimate. Food was both beautifully presented and delicious. Service was also amazing. We ordered the grilled octopus as a starter and the flavours were great. Octopus was cooked perfectly too. The mushrooms in the cast iron were also so good. I ordered the tiger shrimp linguine and I loved every bite. My partner ordered a steak frites and also enjoyed it. I would come back for special occasions or a nice date night.

Pub
Ivy Arms is a charming Irish-style watering hole located in Milton, Ontario. It offers a laid-back atmosphere with a cozy traditional pub setting, complete with a patio for outdoor relaxation. The pub serves delicious pub grub, including mouth-watering jumbo chicken wings that are highly recommended. Guests can enjoy live music and karaoke nights for entertainment while savoring classic burgers or southwest options from the menu.
This would be our second “road trip” to Milton from Etobicoke! Lunch was on the itinerary. We walked along Main Street. We arrived at The Ivy Arms and it was packed! Had to go inside! No lineups! Got a table for two adjacent to the front window. Our server, Wendy, immediately greeted us and provided two menus. I cannot resist a chicken curry. The bride had the Friday Single Fish ’n Chips. By this time, there was a lineup. I believe these patrons ate outside. Wendy was FAST! Wow! I say Bravo. The problem, and it’s not really a problem, is that I soon become dreadfully monosyllabic after eating curry. Everyone appreciates the quietness. It was great. Was not afraid of the spice. The bride enjoyed her lunch too. I even managed to calculate a huge tip ‘on my own’. Fair pricing. Tasty food. Fun time! Thank you.

What a pleasant surprise. Stopped there on the way home and wow reasonable prices, food and great service. The place was rocking Thursday at 5:00 p.m. but the food came quickly and it was good. Super giant chicken, fajita bowl and beef dip were filling. Highly recommend it.

We went there on a Saturday, 3pm I believe. Outside was busy because a Blue Jays Game, Inside was pretty empty. 15min to be seated, 10mins to get a menu, 20min to get drinks, 25min to get food. Other people who walked in after us were served quicker because there server was just quicker in general. Food was nice, portions are big, beer was cold and tasty, overall a nice pub. But guys, pls make sure people get served accordingly, it just feels weird because one lady is talking to so many people she knows has to do more tables then the others.

Ivy Arms is probably the best bang for your buck type of restaurant. We came for lunch and it was so worth it. They had lunch specials and their wings special is throughout the week. I ordered the veal sandwich and their famous wings! The veal sandwich had red and green peppers, and cheese inside. The veal was crispy which is what I love, but I wish it had more sauce. When I opened the sandwich, there was no sauce on the bottom bread. I also got the Guinness bbq breaded wings. It was flavourful and nicely breaded. The place itself was so busy! I recommend sitting on their covered patio. It was just so nice with the sun. I will be back to try other menu items for lunch!

There are different dine in options: Indoor with bar, semi indoor (roofed but the door is open to the outside) and patio. It was packed on Sunday evening so we dined in the indoor seating. We had the sharable platter which comes with fries, wings, nachos (loaded with cheese), fried pickles, mozarella sticks, calamari, and loaded potato skins. I love this concept of being able to try a sample of various appetizers and the portion was quite large for only $34. I knocked off a star because I think the appetizers could have been more flavoured. For example, nachos only had cheese, the fries were not very seasoned, the fried pickles just tasted like pickles with a lot of flavourless batter. But I like that they have a large menu and next time I would go for a main instead.

Wow can I start by saying the food was amazing from the cheesiness of the garlic bread to the honey garlic wings and crunchy fries it was so good! But my only complaint apart from the insanely slippery floor hahaha is my server was extremely rude I asked the guy coming around for a coke refill please because my server was taking a long time to come around and he said he would let my server know, time passes 10 minutes and still no coke I ask my server specifically this time he stops hears me say it stares at me for 5 seconds says nothing and leaves I actually couldn’t believe how rude it was and btw I never got my coke I kinda felt ripped off especially because I was with friends and we tip really well 20% but he didn’t deserve any of it to be honest

Attentive friendly staff. Soft piano music playing, decor was nice and food was delicious. Will definitely go back a few times to try everything on the menu. Thank you for a great dinner :)

Casa Americo, you really outdid yourselves! We celebrated my husband’s birthday here on a Monday night, and I was pleasantly surprised at how busy it was for a weeknight. We didn’t make reservations but were lucky enough to be seated right away with our group of six, including two little ones under four. The service was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and offered some great appetizer recommendations. We absolutely loved the grilled squid with bread for dipping – such a delightful treat! The kids’ portions were impressively large, and I won’t lie, we were thrilled to have some tasty leftovers for the next day. Everything we tried was delicious, and the decor is beautiful, perfect for capturing family photos. Overall, it was a lovely night out, and we can’t wait to return!

Everything about this place is amazing. Loved the ambience, their service. The waiters and the managers had a great attention to detail and observant, my friend casually said that he’s sick and they got him hot water without us asking, I had a few modifications I needed in my pasta and the chef happily accommodated the same. Me and my friend both of our pastas were amazing! I’ll say one of the best I’ve ever had since a long time. Thank you very much! You guys made our evening!

Met a friend for lunch and decided to try out this lovely restaurant. Was hoping to sit outside on the patio but unfortunately it was closed for the season and they were updating the outside facade of the building. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Enjoyed the appetizers and the Antipasto Piatto was delicious with their homemade Italian dressing. Unfortunately we didn’t eat any pasta dishes but would go back and try a dinner dish as it all looks amazing. There is a huge parking lot just on the side of the building which is easily accessible from the main road.

We had dinner here a few nights ago. We had the jambalaya and the risotto. Both were excellent with good sized portions. The restaurant is nice inside and the staff were friendly. We didn’t get an ‘Italian’ vibe though. We’ve been Italy a few times, so maybe we’re just spoiled. Overall, the food is worth the trip but it’s a little too expensive in my opinion (but not outrageous).

The food was perfect! My boyfriend especially liked the daily special (not sure which one but the one with peppercorn sauce + steak) it was amazing! The owner himself was also very welcoming and friendly! Definitely coming back again!

I had the sea food pasta(showed the picture to the waiter) and it was a bit pricy but definitely worth the taste and quality. They have a naughty beer(IPA) which was also really good! Overall I recommend this spot.

A bit of a late review - went to Casa Americo a few months ago for dinner and while the mushroom risotto was quite tasty, the service could have been a lot better. Ours was the only group left & while we were chatting after dinner, the owner seemed to hover around our table hinting that they want to close up, when eventually he came over to our table to say just that. We mentioned that they don’t close for another hour according to their website (this was on a Tuesday), & he said they usually tend to close when it’s no longer busy, hence eventually causing us to leave. I don’t mind going back for good food, however here’s hoping for a better experience next time.

Pasqualino is a stylish and informal Italian restaurant located in Milton, Ontario. The cozy atmosphere and ample wine list make it a perfect spot for classic Italian dining. The menu offers a variety of options, from seafood pasta to chicken parmigiana and wood-fired pizzas. The homemade rolls served with balsamic vinegar and olive oil are a delightful way to start the meal, followed by excellent appetizers like shrimp, calamari, and bruschetta.
Had a lovely dining experience at Pasqualino! The service is prompt, frequent and very friendly. We came for an early dinner (5pm) so it was easy for us to get a table for 4. By the time we were leaving most of the tables were full - so look to book a reservation if you're coming for a ~7pm dinner! The food was delicious and the menu had numerous options that caught my eye. Top quality spot!

Finally got to try this awesome looking restaurant. We had walked by it many times but never got the chance to try it. I love the decor inside and out. We were three dining this evening, no one was super hungry due to the heat so we decided to share three appetizers and one pizza. It was the perfect size meal! We made reservations ahead of time. It was quite busy, we were glad we did. The restaurant closed at 9pm - we got there for 6:45pm and ended leaving as it was closing. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly with our many questions. The food came quickly and was delicious. I’d love to go back and try their pasta. Many of the pictures we saw on their instagram were not on the menu when we went which was very sad, but they do change their menu from time to time. Therefore another visit is a must!

Fantastic experience yesterday for our 47th anniversary dinner! Friendly, helpful, attentive service with spectacular food - so well prepared and plated. The loss of one star is attributed to the inordinate prices throughout the menus.

Accidentally stumbled upon Pasqualino, what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! A true fine dining experience tucked away in the city. The pizza 🍕 was perfectly wood-fired, and the pasta was rich, fresh, and full of authentic Italian 🇮🇹 flavours. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Cozy ambiance, attentive service, and food that speaks for itself—- we’ll definitely be back!!! 🍝

The food and atmosphere and service quite good. Ordered the tiramasu and got a half melted goop of mess that underwhelmed. A business lunch that even my guests commented on it. When I asked the server, who was great up until this point, despite how busy he was. He stated it came from another tray, an older one that resulted in the half flattened desert. He was the last line of defense and should have offered something else instead of trying to wring as much profit as possible from a customer over one tiramasu insread of over their reputation. Food bill was close to $500 with alcohol. Go to La Toscana instead.

Italian restaurant
La Toscana is a charming upscale Italian restaurant that beautifully marries history and culinary excellence, set within the picturesque 19th-century Thompson House. This delightful eatery features an oyster and martini bar, inviting guests to indulge in a menu filled with beloved Italian classics. Signature dishes like Spaghetti Bolognese, Chicken Scaloppini with Frangelico Cream and Almonds, and Rack of Lamb with Dijon Mustard Bread Crust showcase the restaurant's commitment to quality.
Celebrating my 65th was a lovely experience at this restaurant in Milton Ontario. We Started with a delicious Caesar salad, a caprese salad and hubby had the house special soup which was pea soup. All were delicious. Main courses were Rack of lamb done to perfection with a side of pasta with olio sauce. Daughter had the linguini Pescatore which was loaded with mussels, clams, calamari, shrimp,, scallops in a tomato sauce. Also delicious. Hubby had the spaghetti Arrabiatta with a grilled Italian sausage. It normally is served with rigatoni but he preferred spaghetti and they kindly obliged. Birthday dessert was fresh fruit peaches with icecream and an espresso. Everything was perfect and Alfredo our waiter was amazing. We weren’t rushed. Reserved a table by the window. Restaurant was packed for a Monday evening as it’s usually a slower day for restaurants. Ambience was romantic and comfortable. Also had a bottle of wine from their nice selection of wines. One of my favourite places for a lovely dinner for a special occasion.

I had expectations for this place, and they were all surpassed. I came in with my quadriplegic father this evening, and although there were no ramps to enter the restaurant, the staff were so accommodating with helping get his wheel chair in. The service was really above and beyond On to the food... Spectacular. Everything tasted 100 times better than it looked. The food genuinely brought a smile to my face while I was eating. I especially loved the oysters. They tasted so fresh, and the horse radish was so fresh, grated in house. This place is definitely a gem, and I will have to restrain myself from coming back every weekend

If there were six stars, I would have given La Toscana all six. The food presentation was excellent, the taste was delicious, and the atmosphere transported me to wonderful times. It's a perfect spot for a sophisticated date night or for celebrating special occasions, family or friends gatherings in a chic and friendly ambiance. The hospitality was exceptional. This place has definitely earned a spot on my favorites list.

A cozy and intimate place in the heart of Milton, on Main Street. It is truly a gem waiting to be found. My first visit to this location. The service at this restaurant was top notch. Very attentive staff and the food was exquisite. At our table, from the New York sirloin steak to the salmon and the chicken selections, all dishes were well made. The dish presentations were well designed and pleasing to the eye. It has been a while since I had a an excellent steak and the way it was made, with a wine reduction sauce. From the wine selections to dessert, all the presentations were excellent and I do recommend this location for a romantic meal.

I’m from Calgary, Alberta, but was in Milton for a month for work, and decided to try this spot on my last night. Enjoyed a scotch from their beautifully displayed collection, escargot, shrimp cocktail, and a New York strip loin. Food was absolutely delicious. Atmosphere was very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, and the staff was quite friendly and hospitable. I wish I didn’t wait till my last night, and tried it more than once for my stay in Milton.
