Coming into Symposium Cafe I expected to have a good brunch service and experience, however that wasn’t the case we ordered and received our order 40 minutes after. We only got the burgers. And the burger was nothing like description there was a lack of flavour, and the Mediterranean salad I got was watery for some reason not sure why. My friends got the carrot cake and fudge brownie and they said it was really good so maybe that was something positive. The burgers I got the Symposium burger and my friends got the mushroom Swiss burgers and said it was lacklustre nothing like the description in the menu with the various ingredients. I don’t really recommend coming here for the lunch or dinner menu but maybe the desserts and breakfast however there are better places in the same area

Amazing, friendly service! Food and Service were quick and the menu had lots of great Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch options. The breakfast potatoes were crispy and delicious, and the bacon was cooked perfectly crispy.

I went to the Symposium in Milton and ordered the teriyaki chicken and rice bowl. It was dreadful. The chicken was dry. The combination of ingredients was bland. I couldn’t finish it. Our server asked if I would like something else so I ordered something simple - eggs over easy and toast made with white bread. The server returned with greasy sunny-side-up eggs and toast made with whole wheat bread. Shocking. You would think they would go out of their way to please an already dissatisfied customer. The food quality has deteriorated from my last visit and I will not be returning.

Grabbed a late lunch and sat out on the patio to take in the sun and nice weather! The daily special was haddock and chips. The service and food was fantastic! Highly recommended and will definitely return!

The Haddock and chips Friday deal for $9.95 was absolutely amazing delicious, fresh, and such great value! On top of that, our server David made the experience even better with his friendly attitude, attentiveness, and excellent service. Thank you, David, for making our meal so enjoyable!

We have been meaning to visit the Milton one since a long time and glad we did. The 2 staff members warmly welcomed us in followed by a downhill ride with our first server Neharika. Neharika is aggressive, loud, and a misfit to the service crew who were genuinely wonderful!! We were 2 of us and Neharika literally made us repeat our dinner order of fish and chips thrice, she told us sternly to ‘wait’ when repetitively she asked us our drinks order ie 2 beers. Her aggressive behaviour was a total put off to the start of our Friday evening and weekend. She failed to take a simple order of 2 beers and same main course for 2! It didn’t end there, she collected the menus from our table and slammed them on the reception desk. She then went near the cake station and we could clearly hear her bickering to the other servers about us. One of them kindly came back to us asking for our drinks order. By then we truly were exhausted and wanted to leave and go somewhere else and have a pleasant evening! I requested to the supervisor that we did not want her to serve us for the evening as she drained us! Neharika needs to know the menu well to serve customers. Her arrogance and attitude is not acceptable as she is in the hospitality industry which I too am a part of and is unacceptable! Post the incident her loud sudden laughs at a couple of tables was odd. She was then replaced by David whose service was great, professional and highly appreciated! The food was good and we had lost our appetite and mood to enjoy the end of our weekday! What a disappointing start to our weekend!

Our go to place to have desserts 🍨, huge portion size, tasty, and yummy. Staff is courteous, accommodating and ambiance is great. Ended our mothers day with yummy desserts (picture attached). Time well spend

La Rose's bakery has a great selection of cakes, donuts, and breads. I LOVE their donuts. The hot food bar doesn't disappoint. I previously ordered a custom birthday cake for my son and not only was the cake visually appealing but tasty, moist, and not to sweet. Their selection on imported candy is plentiful. I go for the Galaxy chocolate. The customer service has always been great. Staff is willing to answer any questions I have. The garden centre during the warmer months is pleasant as well.

The food here is incredible! At first we were shocked at how much products were left when we picked up our items, since I suppose people get all of the best ones earlier in the day. Regardless, though the food we got was delicious! We got two pizzas, a cheese and pepperoni and after baking it in the oven it was really great! We also purchased the focaccia, calabrese bread (not pictured below) and chocolate croissants which would go well for snacks and lunches. This first time experience here at La Rosa, was absolutely marvelous!

A cake I still dream about….🎂. I love that they have a good on-floor stock, as sometimes I can feel disappointed not seeing many options. Not here! A local gem 🥰

Ordered a custom birthday cake. The process is so easy. Quick turnaround and pick up was so smooth. The staff is incredibly nice, from the phone order to pick up. And the cake was delicious!

They catered for our family's funeral reception. The sandwiches were delicious, the fruit was perfectly ripe and the pastry platter was excellent! Thank you to your catering team for the high quality of service.

Over the years, I have ordered many custom cakes from LaRose Bakery…my wedding cake, 60th birthday cake, and 1st birthday cake was the most recent. LaRose has consistently made beautiful and tasty cakes each time! Their attention to detail and really listening and understanding my vision. Thank you so much! I’ve also had their catering as well, which was convenient and delicious! I will definitely order from them again!

Frequent this bakery about once a week over the past 15 years. Ordered a cake on Thursday morning for a Saturday pick up. Paid in full by credit card. I had to cancel it on Thursday afternoon because the party was cancelled. I was told by Stacey there is a $10 cancellation charge! Really? I have purchased many cakes for events over the last 15 years this is the first time I had to cancel. It was literally the same day, hours later. Very disappointed in the service I expected more from a great family run establishment.

We ordered the mango cake. It had fresh ingredients. Unlike usual flavoured cakes it dint tase like fruit essence. On the contrary we could taste fresh mango pieces, the cream was fluffy

Pan decodo wasnt even filled with coconut. Only 1/4 of the pandecoco has cocount filling. Bread starting to get stale. Ive had better and softer ones for better price. Ube Crinkles was good though.

Our fave in this shop is their Ube Cake and Ube cupcake! Taste is awesome and very flavourful! We have the obsession to it! Mango cake and mango cupcake is worth a try too! Second fave! Ensaymada and the Pandecoco is also a must-try!

I had a great experience at Bread N Batter! While I was outside the store, a kind staff member named Sami, who was on his break, noticed I looked curious and took the time to recommend the mango cake. I’m really glad I listened — it was absolutely delicious! The texture, the flavor, everything was on point. Inside, the service was just as warm and friendly. Big thanks to Sami for the thoughtful suggestion — it made my visit all the more memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I don’t have a picture to show. But my coworker brought some cupcakes today and the caramel one I had was one of the best cupcakes I have ever eaten in my 61 years. I will definitely be in for my own order.

Bread n Batter is a filipino bakery that I keep coming back to. The ube Ensaymada is so fresh, soft and filled with ube. The assortment of cupcakes had ube, mango, chocolate and vanilla. My favorite was the ube and mango. The chocolate and vanilla were just regular. I also ordered the cinnamada. Again, it was fresh and soft and buttery; however, it's more expensive than the regular ensaymada and it tastes similar. Therefore, I would get the ensaymada instead. I would also try their mamon cakes. It's very plain but so good!!

This is the best cake ever! I went to this place a few weeks ago for my sons birthday and we got him the Oreo cake and it was delicious (the texture was good, the flavours were like exploding in the mouth, so much richness in just one cake. Then we got the mango cake and it’s so good! Honestly the best bakery in this town, I will keep coming back to it! Great job guys!! Keep up the good work.

By far some of the best quality food I have tried. Place has a great atmosphere and good seating. The food was 100 percent worth its price and was excellent quality. The Philly cheese steak was very filling, and was exactly how the menu described it; cheesy, meaty, and was a joy of flavours. The kids burger was good. The fries were nice. Their desserts are exceptional, their Pearl Hot Chocolate was very nice. Overall food is just as described in the menu, and is some of the greatest quality food in Milton!

The restaurant itself is a little squishy in its layout, but my goodness the food is so good!! I had the cheesecake and a hot chocolate and it was the perfect treat. Staff was very nice and service was fast.

Their desserts are very mouth watering, especially the one known as “Coo-coo for Cookies”!! Also, the staff are very friendly and you only have to wait around 5-10 mins for your meal/treat to be served.

They used to be sooooooo good, and now it's completely gone downhill. Owners need to start taking pride in the food they are sending out, or they're going to lose countless more like they've lost me. Beware of takeout. Ordered milk chocolate got dark, the waffles are very, very dense, and look at the strawberries they sent 🥲

Although the food was good, I won’t be coming back based on service. During our meal they were okay , however when we were to get our bills they said the machine isn’t printing and we can see our order on the screen. We didn’t realized we were charged a gratuity fee 18%. No where on their menu says that it charges service fee for over 6 people . But what was worse was when they gave us the machine to pay , it prompted another tipping option. Some of us didn’t realize gratuity was added and paid tip twice. Almost 40% in tip for mid service. I found that unethical. Any place I have been to says on their menu and they also verbally tell you when you pay that tip was already added. Then after we paid, it printed but they refused to give it to us. I thought it wasn’t printing. I took a pic also to show it printed even though they said it’s broken. Seemed shady and unethical.

Kopper Kettle is a tasty and filling dessert place that offers a wide variety foods. Ranging from soup served in Sour bread to chocolate dipped waffles. I had a great experience here. The place is very mellow, chill and cozy. The food was amazing but the servings were a little large. The staff were very nice. I came back a few times and it won't be my last time there. I've tried a variety of the items they sell. They were all pretty good. Soups, Burgers, Waffles, Crepes, Ice Creams. I definitely recommend the place to anyone who has a sweet tooth or just want a good mellow place to chill. Some of the ratings on here are really shocking, but don't let that stop you from coming here.

We've heard lots of things about Cobs but didn't know we had a location in Milton. We received a flyer with a free coupon for a loaf of bread with the purchase of any pack of cross buns and immediately wanted to visit because we've heard so many great things. We were not disappointed and ended up leaving with a baguette, olive loaf, scone and cross buns. The service is great. It was super busy but the servers were very attentive and patient which you ordered. They have such a huge selection of sweet and savoury baked goods which are all baked the same day. Because it was our 1st visit they gave us a free scone! Highly recommend coming back here and I look forward to trying out the other offerings

From the moment I entered, I just knew this place would be amazing. The employees are kind and courteous. There was so many options to choose from and everything is reasonably priced. Ended up getting a few different things and I’m very impressed. The packaging for everything is great as well. I’m also very impressed with the safety measures during COVID-19. The owner of COBS should be very proud of his business.

They stacked all your order on top of each other, and give delicate products in a transparent plastic bag. We have to keep reminding them to keep it separate. I wounder why are you saving cartoons!!!!!!

First time customer, before paying the lady ask me if I have the app. I said no and then she said I could get points that I could use on getting breads and a free Cinnamon on my birthday. I told her that'll be great since my birthday is in 2days. And upon registering a few days before my birthday I came back to claim my free Cinnamon bun (1pc) on my birth date. And this is what I get! I was standing for over 7+ minutes trying to order but the cashier was scrolling on TIKTOK! Moreover, I thought about buying 1 pound of sweets but decided to buy 2 pounds, the cashier just refused. She started gossiping to her co-worker in Urdu, a language that I am fortunately familiar in. The most concerning part is that they hang up fake certificates, the health and safety certificate in the corner is the second image you find on google. Lastly, the food... Lets just say my doctor loves this place. I ordered a chicken samosa. There was no chicken, it was just some dry filling and the samosa was over 2+ weeks old. Some other samosas and puffs had mold on them. I threw up just 30 minutes after eating it. I had food poisoning for 2 days. Overall, PLEASE do not go. Overpriced, Rude, Illegal! and just a terrible environment.

Prices where ok great deals on boxing day as I got them for $9.99 retail for $39.99 they have rare items the staff is very helpful and friendly offering you espresso. Ordered 12 cans of a product, and 11 of them arrived with big gashes and dents in them. After a brief email exchange with them about possible recourse, they went radio silent on me. Not to get overly dramatic, but I was just looking for something in exchange for a product that arrived damaged and could give me botulism. It appears they've taken a "it's yours now, not our problem" attitude.

Still waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks. Was told that something would be mailed to me to cover the cost of a can of bread crumbs due to a woodchip in it, amd also the cost of the dinner that the bread crumbs ruined. Keep getting told that they will look into their notes. A picture was taken aND sent to the company in which was told there would be an investigation on how it got in there. Nobody called me. I had to call them. 3 times!! And still waiting. Was told at first it would be mailed, then told after I hadn't recieved anything, oh we don't mail anything we only do online.......then why was I told ot would be mailed???? Trying to blame me is what I'm taking from this....I don't even have pine coloured wood in my kitchen, so VERY upsetting that such a massive company gives such a hard time in refunding a few bucks....

Their cash & carry store sells products for the same prices as retail, sometimes even more. No advantage in coming here at all.

I will never have better baked goods. The crusts on her butter tarts and pies is incredible, the donuts are classic cake style and have a perfect crumb. She also has a great selection of jarred/pickled items. I am going to be very sad when the bakery closes in September. Get in while you can!

Absolutely love Dar's Delights. The best butter tarts, pies, and the donuts are to die for! Dar has built an amazing business, she is a cornerstone of the community. Not only is her baking fantastic, she has given me tons of advice about training our dogs in a farm setting. Great sausage rolls, donuts, and butter tarts! Still waiting to try a little meat pie or one of the pies or cream pies! Despite a lot of reviews speaking on poor customer service, that is not what I received here at all, Dar was very assertive, but helpful and kind, she is a hard working women, give her some credit guys, she explained to me that the cream pies alone take about 8 hours to complete from start to finish! Good tip for everyone is to know that you can call ahead and order pies for the next day!

Amazing baked good, canned goods and lots of other yummy stuff. You will see a lot of reviews mentioning the costumer service, and they are right, the lady comes off a little grumpy but I wouldn’t want that to stop you from going here. She is hardworking lady, probably up at 3am baking and preparing food for the day and is just plain, simple and to the point. Buy your stuff and leave kind of deal. I would recommend just having fun with it and not let it ruin your experience.

Every single item we have purchased is incredible. Dar is dedicated and not rude at all, just don't ask dumb questions. I have been in the store many times and having to listen to some of the customers questions, you will know why she comes off as rude. Asking if the pies are fresh or why there isn't any more donuts is going to get a rigid answer.

I loved the Raspberry Pie ! It was delicious.. Would have given 5 stars but the attitude of owner is unwelcoming. Being in the service industry, I know how important is the customer service.. here I found none ! She wasnt happy to see a customer. No smile. Least interested in selling. I do not normally write a negative review. Although her preserves were amazing.. she needs to hire someone who can cater to customers well.

The ice-creams here are good. The store is located on main Street ( downtown milton) in milton Must try : espresso flakes. But few negatives: 1) The server was rude. 2) You get to taste only 1 icecream before selecting your scoops which is a no-brainer

So happy we stumbled upon Scratch! The pies are amazingly delicious & reasonably priced. Everything is so fresh and flavourful. The banana cream pie is to die for! We haven't had breakfast here yet, but hear it's also delicious. The staff are very pleasant & polite. Our top spot to grab dessert to bring to family get togethers when there's no time/desire to bake yourself!

All the staff is really friendly there. The waitress was really welcoming, helpful and patient! Although the food quantity was not that big compared to other breakfast and lunch restaurants but it was tasty. They have a really good chef that works in the weekends!!! Such a cute place!!! Smells absolutely delicious!! I ordered tarts for a baby shower I'm doing and they were so great with working with what I need! Excited to see and taste them in a few weeks! They also had keto baked goods!! Delicious:) So happy they are in Milton!

Cute place, tasty food. Got a banana pie from here- the custard and crust was spot on. Crust was flaky and not too sweet which i loved. The custard was really nice too. The whip on top was bland and too much though. It takes up too much of the proportion of pie. I'd reduce the amount of whip and up the custard. I've also seen places add vanilla bean to the cream which I think would make it spectacular and flavourful. / Nice service. Tasty desserts. Quaint location. Reasonable prices. Will def be back.

Used to come here every Saturday for breakfast-t used to be the best in Milton. In the last year, menu changed, got more limited & expensive. The bakery prices are quite high but pies are great. We had visitors from out of town this past weekend & went the Scratch for breakfast, only to find out it was not open with no sign on the door that they were closed. That was my last visit to Scratch. Wish Nick was back running the place because it has gone down hill since he leased the place to these people. Too bad really, we used to really enjoy it.

The staff were quite patient in introducing the menu. But the store was very stuffy and hot. 🥵 The floor was sticky everywhere, and the bathroom 🚽 was full of standing water.

During my recent visit to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, my order consisted of some slush for an ice cream treat, as well as onion rings. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The slush was satisfactory, according to my kids. However, they mentioned that the slush from another store in a nearby gas station was better, which was disappointing considering the higher cost at Dairy Queen. Additionally, the banana split treat I ordered was messy, despite the weather being relatively cool. By the time I reached my car, the ice cream had already started to melt, which was unfortunate. The real trouble arose with the onion rings. Not only were they undercooked, but I also discovered pieces of chicken mixed in with the onion rings. This was a significant letdown and detracted from the overall dining experience. Overall, I left Dairy Queen Grill & Chill feeling dissatisfied. The inconsistencies in the quality of the treats, along with the disappointing onion ring mishap, left me with a less than favorable impression. I hope that Dairy Queen takes note of these issues and takes steps to improve their food quality and consistency for the enjoyment of all customers.

During my visit, my group and I placed an order for a large ice cream. However, the order taker provided us with a medium size instead. I immediately pointed out the mistake and politely informed the staff member that we had ordered a large ice cream, not a medium. Despite repeating myself several times, the order taker refused to acknowledge the error and insisted that the order was correct. She was unwilling to listen correct the issue, or provide a satisfactory explanation. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering that we used our **DQ points** for this purchase. As loyal customers, we expect a basic level of attention and customer service, but unfortunately, that was not the case during this visit. I would appreciate if this issue could be addressed with the staff involved and need attention on this matters. Pretty good place for a sweet tooth. The service is very quick and the employees are nice. The blizzards are phenomenal, my personal favourite is the Skor for now. Can’t wait for the cotton candy blizzard to return.

went here today saw a man yelling at the staff for making a mistake. staff was extremely nice and even tried to refund to which the man refused. they didnt deserve that treatment they are always nice an accommodating. people need to stop taking their unreasonable feelings out on random staff members .

I went to this location today and was appalled as the store was extremely hot. Everyone in my family was very uncomfortable as we waiting in a long line, in close quarters with strangers in the sweltering heat. Not to mention the workers are probably sweating in our treats!! This is definitely not a sanitary or comfortable working environment.

I came here last night for some ice cream. Sheza served us, she was warm and welcoming and has great customer service.

Walked in and bought a raspberry cheesecake ice cream cake. Everybody loved it! Will definitely buy here again! The young associate working was very pleasant.

I took my kids in for a treat . I did ask for kid scoops but I was shocked at how much I paid for this portion. Over $13 and this is what we got. Service was friendly. Unfortunately won’t be back. Cannot justify the price for what we got .

I came with my friends and we were treated so kindly. The ice cream was smooth, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The customer service was outstanding, and the store itself was clean and cute.

The ice cream itself was yummy, but the place was filthy! Went with a friend as a treat after dinner and immediately we just looked at each other and agreed the shop gave us the “ick”. We didn’t even want to sit down to enjoy the treat we actually ended up sitting in my car to eat, instead. Ice cream was smeared all over the floor/door at entrance. Tables filthy. Garbage overflowing. Sticky floors. Napkin holder empty with visible “guck” in the bottom of the receptacle. This place has really gone downhill since the last time I was there. For the price I would expect better. Disappointed, won’t be back.

Always great ice cream. Tasty fixings for a million combinations of Flavours. Nice staff. Newly reno'd very pink. :). My only complaint is that it feels like they have moved their counter/ coolers farther into the consumer space which has made for a tighter walk way. (Though this could be an illusion as they also put a nice bench along the side , so that could have cut into the walk way).

Fantastic service every time. Only comment - we’ve been there twice recently since the warmer weather has come and it’s always 1 person working. With the added time of having to mix the ice creams it’s more time consuming than a normal ice cream store. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or not - but I do feel horrible for the young people behind the counter working so hard! They always do so well but I imagine it’s stressful. Just a comment. Always great.

Terrible, rude and condescending manager. Came in for a birthday cone but forgot my ID — fully expected they might say no to the birthday cone due to policy and I was totally fine with that! Policy is policy. However, the manager immediately gave a distrusting attitude as if I came in to scam them. Instead of simply saying no (nothing wrong with that), she kept saying there’s no way I don’t have an ID on me, implying that she thinks we’re lying, and making unrealistic suggestions for me to retrieve my ID just so she feels validated in that I’m a liar :( She kept saying “oh it’s not that hard for someone to take a photo and send it to you right?” “You can’t ask someone to go into your room and send you the ID?” — I told her I live over an hour away and no other person has access to my ID…and I’d rather not get the cone since it’s not that serious. But she repeated those questions (pretending to be helpful) but she was happy to hear me say it’s not possible since it confirms her distrusting thoughts She honoured the cone at the end but the whole experience was so terrible, I didn’t even care about the cone at that point. It’s literally just ice cream. The young staff was really great though, sorry you have to work with your manager :)

the froyo was incorrectly labeled and incredibly watery, instead of vanilla and cookies and cream i ended up with some horrible mix of coconut and espresso. weird that you don’t put the toppings on yourself like in other Yogurty’s locations, especially because we had to ask the Popeye’s workers to come and do it for us. all the toppings looked like they had been left out for some time and tasted stale. we sat down to eat inside and their music system kept buffering and playing the same couple notes of hey-ya. actually kind of can’t believe how bad this was.

All negative stars if i could give this location. The staff was not at all concerned on the yogurty’s serving and the ice cream was stale.I hope we do not get sick and if we do will have to report this to the food inspectors. I came here on Sunday with my mother and kids, this location is very clean and organized compared to the Glen Erin Yogurty’s. We were served by a pretty girl working at the counter by the name Hiza. She gave us exceptional service with free samples for my kids! We felt welcomed and satisfied :)

For me one of the best location I’ve ever visited yogurtys and the frozen yogurt is absolutely delicious. I’ve been visited there many times. There’s more options choices of toppings like fresh fruits and many more. And I tried also their stunning milkshakes and it was soo good. Next time I’d like to try their ice cream cakes. Can’t wait to visit soon.

We came for Popeyes, with no intention of getting fro-yo. While we waited, a nice young man, Imran, asked if we would be interested in some ice cream. This was the first time we have ever seen an employee at the Yogurty's counter. Imran was so friendly and guided my daughter through the fro-yo and toppings process. Thank you Imran! If you weren't there proactively soliciting customers, we wouldn't have enjoyed such a nice treat.

If I could give 0 I would. Barely any of the dispensers had ice cream. And the employees also work at Popeyes. Took 20 mins to serve me a cup, then another 15 to cash me out. By the time I was ready to pay lots of it had melted.

I ordered a fresh pack and noticed the ice cream was being weighed as it was packed — something I haven’t seen before. The container wasn’t filled to the top, which was surprising since every other Baskin Robbins I’ve visited has always filled it fully. When I asked about it, I was told it’s based on weight. I gave the location another try, but the same thing happened. Maybe it’s a rule at this location so, not necessarily wrong, just not what I’m used to — so I’ll likely visit a different location next time.

Went in today to grab some ice cream with the family and after asking for a specific flavor, the attendant told me it may have gelatin in it - simply due to the head scarf my partner was wearing. I didn't mention any dietary preferences, nor asked about what was in the ice cream. Good looking out, thanks!

Do better!!!!! I ordered a 3 scoop sundae on door dash and I didn’t even get two full scoops! You people are horrible! You skim everything to keep a dollar in your pocket! Basking Robbin’s wasn’t like this! Stop tarnishing the franshise reputation! I paid 9.99 plus $5 for deliver tax and fees! Only for less than two scoops! Come on man!

Very disappointed! Was made to pay for a larger ice cream cake because they said what we wanted to write would not fit otherwise … no problem , we purchased it because we wanted something specific written .. guess what ? Just picked up the cake and what we wanted was missing .. as per the worker , the cake decorator didn’t have enough room?!!! Seriously !? Why not write smaller to fit or call us !!? Not happy and not returning !

I purchased two tubs of the same flavor, but noticed a clear inconsistency—one was filled to the top while the other contained noticeably less ice cream. The staff didn’t bother to weigh the tubs, which I’ve seen done at other Baskin-Robbins locations. I hope the management here isn't intentionally cutting corners like this.

Nice stuff as for the place is cozy with few tables good for takeaway orders. Ice cream with a variety of flavors to choose,The location is just opposite the high school with parking available. Good place to try

One of the rudest and most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. The employee was on a personal call the entire time while taking my order, barely paying attention. When I politely asked for a spoon, I was met with an eye roll and a disgusted look, followed by an unnecessary argument. Completely unacceptable behavior and a total lack of customer service.

Not the first time we’ve experienced rude behavior at this location, but tonight was the last straw. My husband and I walked in at 9:50 PM—still 10 minutes before closing. As soon as we entered, the staff made us feel unwelcome. When my husband asked to taste a flavor, one of the girls rudely snapped, “We close in 3 minutes,” with a nasty look. He reminded her it wasn’t even 10 yet, but she didn’t care. The other girl, with blonde hair, angrily slammed our cup on the counter and ignored our request for spoons. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. We won’t be returning and will be warning others to stay away from this location.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this store on ubereats and they haven’t given me what I’ve ordered. I ordered a banana royal sundae on ubereats last week and I ordered one tonight. The item as described on ubereats comes with your choice of sauce, chopped nuts, whipped cream, chopped bananas and a cherry on top. You select which sauce you want, I picked caramel. The rest comes with the sundae as described. Twice now I have received just two plain scoops of my chosen ice cream. No other toppings! No bananas, whipped cream, caramel sauce, or a cherry. Why am I paying $13 for two regular scoops of ice cream? I called the store last week and the girl explained to me they can’t put ingredients on the ice cream unless the customer states exactly what they want due to allergies. However, on their uber eats app they don’t allow you to write a note. There is an option that specifies which sauce to put on, which I selected caramel both times. To whoever the MANAGER is… PLEASE train your staff properly or fix your options on the app. I am tired of paying $13 plus tax for two regular scoops of ice cream.

Visited April 24 at 9:50 PM—well before closing—and was met with rude, uninterested staff reminding us they are closing in 3 minutes. They slammed our order down and gave hostile looks, even though the store doesn’t close for another ten minutes. Completely unprofessional and rude teens working here. Won't be back and will ensure to spread the word around.

The best experience!!! Shan made my custom cake for my daughters birthday and it was exactly what I showed! I added the bows to it but the customer service and the cake everything was top notch!!! Thank you shan :) everyone loved it!! It finished within minutes!

I visit this location very often as we live very close. Today I had the worst experience. I really advice the managers to check the people who they have working there one or the girls was really extremely rude and confrontational in regards me asking for a cup to put my kids ice cream when asked for a manager she got even More rude and wouldn’t provide me with any information as to when I could come in and speak To someone. These are the types of things that eventually Kill a business. People that aren’t skilled and properly Trained to deal with customers.

The high school students working there have no customer service! They are too busy talking to each other than do their work. What is worse is that they did not get the order right! I felt like I wasted my money 😞
